A typical day’s schedule today so far… Got up, check emails, edit a document, answer emails and do some promotions. Watch/listen to a Brian Tracy#Webinar_Interview
Make breafast, and for some reasons end up going to the paper shop back and forth. On the 4th visit I ended up going to another shop, the driver did not show and Bob was on the phone…

Done my bit of #Husband_Pampering in my Carer roles. Back on Facebook, before sorting out more Microsoft Word Document… 

Mass Tom said he was given an old Five Pound Note, so he puts on a bet. Coming back from the #Bookies, this thought comes into my head, surely I am #worth more than this #dailygrind?

Reinforces my point about what’s the use of my Foundation Degree In Early Years? It took me from 2004-2008 to become a graduate of the The The Open University, and another year to gain a certificate in #WorkingTogetherForFamilies in 2010. I also studied with Lambeth College, where I gained a #StudentofYearCertificate.

Yet as soon as I got transferred to BIB, despite being the recipient of awards including the #CEO_LongServiceAward in October 2014, #BenedicteSiewe claimed that my Qualifications did not count…

The manager #LynneKelly claimed that #SaoBanya told her she had to pull me up about doing my job…

Oh yes, I have been getting this from King’s College Hospital and other places I worked in the Early Years Sector over the years. Hench the reasons for my first nervous breakdown, leading up to the first resignation and going to the Employment Tribunal Service.

Oh yes I am an old hand with my Fight4justice campaign as I am always challenging Social Injustices and Inequalities from I attended Lambeth College. Even when I done cleaning jobs. Hence the reason I am tagged with #DismissiveofAuthority labels. I refuse to suffer fools gladly, once I offer to put them straight about making an idiot of themselves.

That’s why I was surprised when I seen the coward that #LynneKelly has since proven herself to be. Hence the reason she had to seek counselling for alleged remarks at #RumisWedding

The silly, incompetent, dunce, unprofessional idiot of a manager decided to allege that the #EarlyYearsConsultant told her that MERVELEE MYERS IS A NEGATIVE INFLUENCE AT BIB.

Well after attending the Nursery World Magazine Nursery World Show 2017, when the editor #LizRoberts send 2 Young White Men outside to stalk me… I am forever on my guard. I only worked that out once I had been to the stalls and the appearance of them in the stalls once they thought I was not in sight.

The moral of the story is, never believe everything that you hear. Even more so if LEYF Nurseries and some of their cohorts are involved.

The year continued where it ended and nothing much have changed since the death of my mother. At the NWS 2018 I was assaulted by a young white girl on day one. On day 2 I spoke with Liz Roberts, who for some reasons think I am obligated to them in any ways. I am the one who was discriminated against and have my life disrupted and career destroyed.

Then I realised what the CEO-MBE was up to and I played their game. Now she has began to confess. But I want to face her during a consultations for her to give me the closure I need to move on.

Issues with BIB & Benedicte 19.01.15

After events of the past weeks 04.01.15 – and the #Emergency meeting tonight 19.01.15 I have no other alternatives rather than to address the issues with BIB team and #Benedicte in particular. Because I know from prior experiences that if I just sit back and let matters take their course one day I might live to regret not acting at my perils? When I visited BIB before starting on 23rd July 2014, I was told that I was to work in the Baby Room because the staff were already assigned and BR is the only place where there is a position.

I shared the information with the manager that because of my #conditions I am unable to work in the BR and Central Office should have this on record, as I had told them about this at the #interview. Since then my conditions have gotten worse and I have additional ones now which makes it even harder to manage. I however said I could carry on working in the BR until the matter was sorted out and I was willing to contact CO myself to deal with the matter if the manager wanted me to. The matter was sorted in no time and #Rumi went to the BR and me in preschool. #HildaMiller the area manager came and said it was she who said I should work in the BR, but was happy the matter was resolved.

Everyone made me feel #welcome and when I spoke to the manager about my situation she reassured me I am in BIB now so there was nothing to #worry about. I was the happiest I was ever being for the longest while and I made sure to let everyone know. But I guess I must have been too #naïve as usual and trust people too much because before long I realised all was not as they should be. Because I was new in the setting and did not have any key children so was more or less floating between the BR & Preschool I thought I would take the time to get to know the children. When Rumi was transferred to the BR, I took over her key group, but I was using the chance to capture evidence for all the children to put in their LJ because that is how I work.

I just don’t see a child as my key child, but consider myself to be responsible for providing the EYFS for all of them to reach their individual potential. So I was in the process of #collating evidence especially for the children for whom I had concerns and getting to know them. I recalled once #Sao came to ask me about the observations I was writing and said I should put them in the #child_Bez’s LJ. I said I had done them rough and the key person could write them up. She claimed that I was to transfer them on the observation forms because I had done it, so I was responsible for writing on the forms. I said I would only do so if I was given time out and she came back to give me the time to do it but not before arguing with me.

But I was surprised when #LynneKelly comes to talk to me and said she was told I refused to do observations and Ofsted would be coming any time soon and they would need to see them. I reassured LK that she could rely on me to get whatever work done as I always stick to my words. On another occasion I made some rough copy of observations and said to Sao that the key person could write them up, but #Remi claimed that she did not have any time to waste to write up anybody’s observation they should do it themselves. I noticed however that when Sao wrote an observation for #Child_Mthulisi, she wrote it rough and gave it to me to copy on the observation form. I just got on with it and did not make a song & dance about it as she and Remi had done. By then I realised it is one rule for me and another rule for others, so since I was the #newcomer I refused to upset the applecart.

Although I tried to capture children in group activities and documented observations, some either don’t take account of them or just leave them where I handed them over. So of late I focus on documenting the information for my key children and get on with the job as I would like to start up making #HomemadeBooks for BIB. But time does not allow as I have to be dealing with one thing or another like making sure I #record what have been happening since the beginning of January 2015. I only have 1 observation in #Child_Elizabeth’s LJ from Remi, however since #Rujina came she gave me 1 for #Child_K’mari. All I done is asked Rujina to write her name on the piece of paper and pasted it on the observation form. Remi said she was given the job of implementing LEYF Nurseriesethos at BIB, but the others were not supportive and reported her to LK. I noticed the #conflicts Remi spoke about especially during Room Meetings when the others told Remi the nursery is not LEYF, but BIB and no one was going to bring anything from outside there.

They did not care where we come from and I just viewed those arguments as the BIB team refusing to move with the time and accepting some of the changes that were expected. I hear Sao using the exact same terms when I explained about taking the #CEO_MultigenerationalWorkingApproach from Luton Street into BIB. Since Benedicte raised the Multigenerational – Silver Sunday that I promoted celebrating #Theresa as a volunteer at BIB as her #1stgrievance with me. Because she claimed when she asked me… and she cannot even mention the name – Multigenerational or Silver Sunday – LK have to supply the answer. I told her to go and do her research and she feels that I was rude in saying that to her?

The crux of the matter is I find that people interprets things the way they want to suit their arguments. Because I explained to Benedicte that Silver Sunday was celebrating the elderly folks and this is part of Multigenerational. The CEO is #passionate about it and it would be good on her CV if she knows about Multigenerational Working, so it is best for her to do her research. I never for the life of me knew I had #offended anyone by telling them to do their research. Because for me research is carried out as part of the job anyway. After listening to what both Benedicte and #Flavia had to say tonight about me telling someone to do research, I am #flabbergastedand is left to assume that was where I went wrong. Because of me telling Benedicte to do her research about Multigenerational working I am assuming she is carrying a grudge as Carol was the 1 who asked this question in the meeting?

I kept wondering why she kept saying “I AM SCARED OF YOU” after I started, but today things are beginning to become much clearer. I noticed that tonight she was so #traumatised that she is literally shaking and could not get her words out. Then she is saying things that even if “I Don’t Come To Work Tomorrow…?” I just can’t imagine what I have done to Benedicte to be getting this sort of reactions from her in a room full of colleagues. So I will now have to make sure I am #neveralone with her as I don’t want her to make any more ALLEGATIONS against me? I can remember clearly when I made the Book of Cards with the children and decided to extend it to include all the grandparents and #Child_Zachary wanted to make the card.

Benedicte asked what that was about and when I told her she said “ME AND ZACHARY DON’T CELEBRATE NOTHING”. At the time I thought it was very strange of her but it never dawned on me why as per usual I always take people at face value. I never got any support doing the celebrating and singing for Theresa until after I had finished and called LK to come and join in the photos. Bendicte made up her mind to judge me from I started as she kept saying she is #scared of me and during 1 of the RM said she felt we were not giving her the respect she deserved because she is the #youngest and she felt she is the only one who should be talking.

All I said at the time was for her to get on with the meeting because I never enquired of anyone’s age when I started. And although she is RL everyone have the right to talk about matters to do with our work as we were not there only to be #dictated to. I only became aware of Benedict’s reason for saying why she don’t celebrate anything when Sao told me when I started the #BlackHistoryMonth celebrations and the children were making flags and shape persons to reflect their diverse multicultural identity. Because in the RM Benedicte said we should ask the parent’s permission before we do activities with the children and since I was only doing activities to support, enhance and extend the children’s development and learning across the EYFS. I could not see the reasons for getting #permissions.

Things only became clear when we started the #Christmas activities and Benedict could not stop herself from showing her disapprovals. But because I have worked with colleagues who are Jehovah’s Witness and this is the 1st time I am coming across such reactions. I had the impressions that we are not allowed to make our #religion and #politics part of our work, but I could be wrong? Anyway because I am into celebrating all kinds of festival as part of my Job Description in promoting equal opportunity I never for a moment thought celebrating Christmas should be an issue and just got on with the job. The day after #Stella visited I was doing the shape people activity with the children when Benedicte come to ask why I was doing that activity.

Since I had been doing this activity over a period of time, differentiating it for the age groups. I asked Benedicte if it is the 1st time she saw me doing the activity and she said no but she wants to know what it is about because she is the #RoomLeader. I asked her if this meant I have to justify my work to her before doing them and I have done studies and trainings to give me the knowledge to provide a balanced curriculum. She said because YOU HAVE A DEGREE IT DON’T MATTER. When I began to justify my arguments about her saying my Foundation Degree; The Open University didn’t matter she said that is why I don’t talk to you because I am SCARED.

I took her by the shoulders sat her down on a chair and said “I AM A TACTILE PERSON SO I HOPE YOU DON’T MIND ME TOUCHING YOU?” I SAID PLEASE DON’T BE SCARED OF ME, I AM HERE TO HELP YOU AND YOU ARE DOING A WONDERFUL JOB! After I’d finished speaking to her I got Flavia’s attention and asked her to tell Benedict what she told me to do with the shape persons, but I realised Flavia is reluctant to speak to Benedicte. So I explained Flavia told me I could use the shape persons as display in the Maths Area. I tried to fit in as best as I could and thought I was doing a good job implementing and promoting LEYF ways of working at BIB whilst recognising the fact that I am new to the setting so I have to #respect the way how the BIB team do their job.

I had already brought copy of the #ECAT form and given it to LK and she and #Mewe promised to look for it on the computer. As far as I am concerned I had done my job and the rest was up to LK. LK later told me that Hilda had brought the ECAT forms over. When Stella visited LK told me that she was organising ECAT trainings with Stella for all the staff. I introduced the Activity Planning providing a copy for all to see when I done the 1st Focus Activity and started my folder to document evidence of how we support, enhance and extend children’s learning in the areas of the EYFS. #OFSTED had picked up on the fact that the 3-5 years old teaching were lacking in the Specific areas. During one of the RM, Benedicte was talking about some matter that came up at her trainings with #GarySimpson & #GillSpringer at CO re speaking to parents about their children for whom there are concerns.

She mentioned #Tayandre’ and #Abdul and asked what the key persons were doing. I told Benedicte I had spoken to LK the #SENCO and Tayandre’s mum about my concerns and what I was planning to do. Some mention was made about the ECAT form as it is on 1 of the observation forms that is used and Benedicte asks “WHAT IS THAT?” I explained what the form was and told of the fact that LK said Hilda had taken the forms in and went to my locker to get a copy to show the team.
I realised Benedicte had a different approach to her work from mine, but I was not there to question her practice only to do my job and try to #inspire and motivate the team to work toward LEYF standards that I am accustomed to.

So whenever she give instructions like duties for the day I complied and even go a little further helping out where I can as part of the team. During the Christmas seasons when it was her time to do the #CircleTime she did not practice with the children, but since I mostly focused on the younger children I just got on with the job. One day she asked if I think I was #confident enough to practice with the children because Flavia was on break. It was obvious from the question that Benedicte was not trying to get to know the person who is Mervelee Myers, but had already made up her mind about me so she was just sticking to her #jaundiced view of being SCARED of me, for what reasons only she knows. This came to a head on the day of the Christmas Play when the children were getting ready and we were practising. During a lull in the practise she asked what was happening and she was going to sing Wriggly Fish.

I told her we should carry on practising the Christmas Songs as we should not be changing at this late stage now it is almost time for the play. She said you know I don’t sing Christmas Carols and I said you don’t have to, and she flounced off. I just cannot understand why Benedicte got so worked up about the Christmas celebrations because I did not noticed ZACHERY’s mum acting in any way different over any of the things she objected to. Zac asked to make the Silver Sunday card to take home when I said it was for #grandparents. Mum came in and pointed out the #Trinidad flag on the Display Board and talked about it with him. She asked if she could take the Snow person’s cup Zac made that Sao displayed on the window sill home.

Benedicte was the one making a big fuss over the whole matter. I realised everyone is afraid to talk about her practice in front of her face, but I have heard whispers that I am not going to repeat about her. I have always being told from I was little that hearsay cannot go to law and if I say someone say something and they say they did not. It is my word against theirs and that is not what I am about. But I have to make sure I put in writing that lots of things were said before I got to the wedding about work and Benedicte said lots of things about me primarily that I was not happy. And since that was the 1st thing LK said to me on the Monday when she called me to the office I am going to say now that Benedicte is the one who has made up those stories about me saying I am not happy with management along with the other things I was alleged to have said about other staff at CO.

I have absolutely no dealings with some of those staff so I don’t know what I could have to say about them. Everyone who reads the CEO letter would know I am writing about THERESA after I have done my #Research. I have been working with LEYF for 5+ years now so I am sorry in case I offend anyone that I do most things the LEYF way and all I was doing is trying to help BIB to work within LEYF ethos, but after what Sao said tonight I will refrain from upsetting anyone. However as a #Knowledgeable practitioner I think it is only right that I be allowed to do the job role that is in my Job Description without barriers, constraints and limitations placed in my way.

Since I come to BIB I have introduced practice that was not been implement before. Everyone knows that I have been making Homemade Books as part of my practice to show how we carry out certain of the EYFS curriculum and the CEO knows about this. Hence the reasons she endorses the Write up I am doing on Theresa Salmon. #Julie my former manager at Luton Street was the one who told the CEO about my projects of writing Homemade Books on one of her visits when we had the media visiting. The CEO applauded my efforts and took one of those books to work on to be used as a learning tool for LEYF. So she knows about my passion and I read her #blogs and follow her on Social Media.

At the recent staff meeting I felt picked on and most of what were said were done to #belittle and undermine the work I have done over the 5+ years I worked with LEYF and what I since brought to the BIB setting. Only at the time I did not know the reasons for the reactions I was getting. On the Thursday after the SM I saw Benedicte & LK in the office when I was leaving and little did I know what was in motion. The next day I got in and even thou I heard LK had gone to CO for an Emergency meeting, it never dawned on me it was about me until after LK came back & we were supposed to have a meeting, but she said she was advised not to discuss the matter. However during the supervision LK was so #distraught about the matter I couldn’t help but apologised if I had caused her any distress.

Even then it never dawned on me that Benedicte was the one making ALLEGATIONS about me and this story started from we attended Rumi’s wedding. This only became clear on the Monday when we had the meeting between LK & I & Remi as the facilitator. I was gobsmacked by some of these allegations and then there were those matters of things that happened in the nursery. I was accused of not doing anything much and all I do is #writing. I have explained that in order to do the excellent work especially on the Lj, I have to make my jottings as a #memory jogger, so when I am ready to write up I have the information to hand. As for Joyti, I realised that she is taking out her incompetency on me and trying to use me for a #scapegoat.

She goes out of her way to provoke me to get a reaction out of me and has linked head with Benedicte to wind me up. Because how else can I explain that me asking someone if they had finished speaking to me to be RUDE? Then Joyti keeps coming to the door to #peep on me in the preschool only to ask me if I was on my own and when I said I am here with 2 children she saw that as not giving the correct answer to her question. Of course before I was aware of this fact everyone was going to LK complaining about me, but when I went to report her saying I am disturbing her, she can’t understand why.

Joyti realised I know what she is up to because since I spoke to LK she changed her tune towards me. Then on Friday when I spoke to her about the child settling in and she #presumed….? I told her to ask to go and shadow in another nursery where she don’t have the responsibility of being on the floor She begins to apportion #blame saying she did not get an INDUCTION. As far as I am concerned she has been in the setting long enough to pick up tips about how to perform her roles and responsibility by now. She spends her entire days writing in her book and standing round doing absolutely nothing. Then when I am showing her evidence of the children engaging and learning from the enabling environment provided from the planning, she took the planning form down to asks Flavia what the initials I wrote meant. I rest my case that nothing we told her from she came to the setting has sunk in and I don’t know when anything will? She realised I know exactly where she is at so that is why she is disgruntled with me.

I could do what she is supposed to be doing with my eyes closed. And then she has the nerves of hiding behind her status of being Deputy Manager and at the same time abusing her position, but Benedicte is also doing the same and sees a shadow behind every corner waiting to take away her post. They can rest assured because l am not interested in anyone’s position. Since I have learnt or deduced that Benedicte is responsible for those ALLEGATIONS that were made against me and I am adamant that I never said those things I would like it put on record that she must have some axe to grind or have motives for doing what she is doing to me. The only conclusions I can come to after tonight’s meeting is that she felt I have offended her for telling her to go do her research about Multigenerational and I made sure the children celebrated the Christmas Play and because she don’t celebrate anything because she is Jehovah’s Witness then I have done something terrible to her?

She is holding a GRUDGE and she thinks by going to LK with those ALLEGATIONS she could get rid of me. Pity she don’t know I have been through even more than this and I am still fighting on. However I am not just going to sit back and allow her to gang up on me with the rest of BIB team and treat me like an outsider whilst at the same time DESCRIMINATING against me by Harassing & Bullying me. Hiding behind some #perceived offence of which I did not knowingly did any such thing – telling her to do her RESEARCH about Multigenerational?

LK said she did not read the letter I gave to her today in place of the meeting we were supposed to have on Friday with Joyti. Instead she puts it in my file, but how is she able to understand things from my point of view. I hope LK will take the time to read my concerns about all the persons involved in making these ALLEGATIONS about me and reading between the lines. Because if she is not careful some of these same people will be causing trouble for her as they want to take over her job. I have written a full account about the 2 weeks and I intended to give to LK, but I have thought better of it and will be using same as my #DefensivePractice because I don’t want to lose tracks of how the events unfolded. One day who knows, LK might need it when they show their hands and come out in the open with their plans?

I will never forget what #Nicola did to me and this is one of the reasons why I am very weary now of the people who are around and me and endeavour never to let my defensive mask slip again. Nicola abused her power of her authority breaching my Basic United Nations Human Rights when I was feeling #vulnerable because of my health conditions. She tried to stich me up making false allegations about my professional conduct and the way I do my work. Although I moved on from the incident I believed she came to BIB and tried to cause trouble stirring up conflicts amongst the team and pretending she had the interest of BIB at heart.

But all she was interested in was making a name for herself as she tried to curry favour and climb up the career ladder. I can attest to this fact after she visited Henry Fawcett and called back to say how the place was dirty and nothing was going on there. I was left to wonder what had she gone back to report about BIB. As she came in with her superior airs after OFSTED visited saying nothing was happening. Strangely enough, Joyti came and is saying the same kind of things even though it is evident she haven’t got the faintest clue about practice.

Updates:

Matters have escalated to the point now where I don’t know what else to do to please everyone concerned. I have even decided to give up my rights just so I can survive, but to no avail.

Addressing Issues With Jyoti

WB: 05th January 2015 – 15th January 2015.
I extended the arm of professional friendship to #Joyti when she started at the setting telling her I worked with LEYF Nurseries for 5+ years so knows more than most about LEYF work ethos and she was welcome to ask for any help. After #Remi handed over the #LearningJourney, she went through the LJ with me and I explained the way how I do my work. I addressed each question and even said to her there are certain things I do not agreed with as the LJ was not being treated as a whole document, but instead all focus was on the observations. She said she spoke to #LynneKelly about what I said and LK told her someone was coming to address the matter and she would tell her what to tell me.

Joyti admitted to me after her handover with Remi that she was #confused and did not know what to do. I offered my support and told her about the contributions I made via trainings with LEYF #TrackingChildrensProgress 0-5 that each LEYF staff were given a copy. I told her I would try and bring in my copy so she could have a look, but I forgot it. I went into the office to ask #Lauren to send of the work I’d done in #Child_K‘s LJ for #HildaMiller and saw the BIB copy on the filing cabinet and told her about it. Joyti said she read through it and everything was clear and she understand what was to be done now.

I introduced Joyti to the #ECAT Every Child A Talker forms and gave her copy and told her LK is arranging trainings with Early Years Consultant #StellaLouis so I will wait for the training so everyone can benefit. However I have had training and knows what to do, but I have to wait on LK. She looked at #Child_TA’s LJ and saw the Individual Education Plan #IEPand ask to take it to copy and I told her she can copy and take, but I would not allow her to take the original out. She showed to #SaoBanya and Sao took copy. She spoke to me about the fact that she would #anonymise it and use it as a learning tool for the children for whom she has concerns. I told Sao I did not mind supporting her if she needed my help.

Joyti also showed the IEP to #FlaviaFoddai and I told Flavia I’d help her if she needed me to. I told both Sao and Flavia I was the #SENCO at Luton Street so had done trainings about aspects of Special Educational Needs and was responsible for doing lots of documenting information and working with other professionals. I brought in other training materials and shared with the team and Joyti took her own copies.
Although I explained things to Joyti she keeps coming back to me asking the same questions over and over and when I say such and such is not in my remit she said she is asking me because I should know.

At this point I was getting the impressions that she thought I was responsible for training her? So thinking I could be of more help to her I handed over Child K’s and Child T A’s LJs explaining that Hilda Miller the area manager was using Child K’s as one of her project and Child T A’s was different in that I was documenting evidence because of mine and the parent’s concerns. I showed Joyti my #ActivityPlanningFolder that I organised and told her I had added the #Evaluation part to it when I went to Luton Street Community Nursery and OfstedOFSTED recommended it on their visit.

When #KarenWalker who wrote the Tracking Children’s Progress 0-5 booklet, she had asked permission to borrow and used some of the planning forms. I explained about the weekly planning and how the focus activity feed into the weekly planning. Each staff is responsible for doing 2 activities per week for the 2-3 & 3-5 age groups. From the focus activity evidence are documented for the LJ. Joyti would question why I do things a certain way and I explained that being with LEYF 5+ years meant everything I do is centred around LEYF ethos and ways of doing things. Before we went off, for holidays, I heard Joyti questioning why some children behave certain ways…. I tried to explain the reasons behind the behaviours as I know it would take a little time before she would get to know about each #individual child.

I believe I am a very #tolerant person and I am prepared to go the extra mile to facilitate anyone especially if they are new to the situation like Joyti. But after coming back from holidays I got the impressions from how Joyti was approaching her work that she is not using her #initiatives enough to get to grips with her work. Instead she was relying too much on her colleagues to be spoon feeding her and using her status in the setting as #DeputyManager to blag her way through? I found that she kept asking me the same questions about things I had gone through with her several times and which she said she understands. But somehow she just could not seem to get it no matter who explained it to her.

The way she does things can be very #disruptive to the routines and leave the children #unsettled and I in particular #stressed out. I felt I had to be giving her needs for information to do her job priority over meeting the needs of the children. As she would chose the time when you are trying to engage with the children to go over things that were already explained to her. I get the impression that she thinks she has priority to getting her questions answered over the needs of the children. I think by now she should have taken her time to familiarised herself with her #JobDescription and be more proactive in finding her way around by now. Maybe cutting back quality for quantity is the cause as I did not notice the Induction Programme been used any more?

For example she is setting up the table and she keeps walking into the room back and forth with 1 mat at a time asking who this is, is he/she here? All she has to do is get the register and look to see if the child is signed in or out and set a place. These things are happening when I am trying to engage with the children or doing circle time, settling the children who need support. One day she commented loudly why is this child so miserable today? The child in question is Child TA and I have to say Joyti this is the child I have been sharing information with about my concerns. I am sat at the table engaging with children and Joyti went and takes the LJ, sits at the table and is going through every scrap of information that we went through before and even that which she took copy.

Then she has all these questions… What did his parents say? Showed her where parents commented on the #6WeeklyReview. It says here he has #French and #Africanlanguage does he speak any of them? Now there is a time and place for everything and since we had gone through the LJ before I thought Joyti should at least be making a profile of the child by then? What really irritated me was the way Joyti kept going through each forms and asking if I had made them up. No I am working with what I have got until I am given the correct ones. Then she is pointing out what are outdated… I was annoyed that Joyti got up and left the LJ on the table and did not remember to get it and put it away securely.

I worked too hard on Child TA’s LJ for anything to go missing because I don’t keep copies on my USB. I do the work and delete to make space. I think Joyti has let the status of Deputy Manager get to her head and have lost her focus on how to accomplish her job. Just going around saying I am this or that status don’t get the job done. Joyti is not the only one either who has let their position go to their head and I am afraid they can rest assured I have no #ambitions to be anything than I am so I am not a #threat to anyone’s job? Joyti took to coming to seek me out when I am doing circle time and kind of reminded me of those #Inspectors when I went to #PrimarySchool.

She never contributed anything and just questioning and observing my practice. Then one morning I am doing circle time and she comes in, so since I had been working with #Rujina to get Child TA’s, #Child_Ify and some of the children settling in from baby room – #Child_Adama to join in. I asked Joyti if she would like to take control of the group so I could focus on #keychild_TA. She said she would work with Child TA. But instead all she ended up doing was keep asking questions about him – why is he not sitting, etc, etc…? So instead of giving my priority to the children Joyti expected me to answer her questions. In my #frustrations I said Joyti this is TA whom I have been sharing information with you about. Even then I doubt very much if Joyti got it?

I just don’t think it was by #coincidence that Joyti comes to seek me out when I am doing circle time and is always acting out of sorts whether it was deliberate or she knows it or not. So in the pm when I had to do circle time and had #Child_Jayden clinging unto me, I asked #Sadie to come in with me as I just could not cope with Joyti anymore. Joyti did come in with Adama but left when Adama did not want to stay. Sadie who was I am assuming given her role to carry out on Tuesday when I saw 4 members of staff in the office mouth in mouth had done her job. But #exaggerated a bit to make it spicier, I supposed about what I said?

My defence in the matter is I was trying my best not to behave unprofessionally to Joyti because I realised I was STRESSED and at the end of my #tether? So I was doing my level best to keep her away from me as by this time she was getting on my #Nerves. Yes anyone is welcome to check my file to know why I know when I am liable to behave a certain way if I am #undulyprovoked? Some of my health conditions caused me to have other #underlyinghealthissues that I have to try and control.
Monday 5th Joyti told me about staff meeting and by Thursday her behaviour towards me was just #intolerable as she just kept doing these things that was getting on my nerves because by now she was #assessing my practice. Then she keeps asking the same questions and did not seem to be getting it. She & #DeputyNicola copied some of my work to take to their Deputy #Trainings and yet I was hearing things said about me not doing anything. I got the impressions she came back from her Deputy Training to exert her authority wearing her Deputy Manager’s status, but she chose the wrong person to be her target if that was the case. Each time she presented anything I told her that I will do whatever is expected of me when they are #implemented by authority.

Thursday whilst on my break and working on the computer she comes to show me the #2YearOldProgressCheck saying LK ask her to show to me. I told her LK had already spoken to me about it earlier and showed me the format and I asked if LK could get it on my #USB. She still keeps prattling on so I simply asked if she was finish with what she was saying. She later come to ask #Benedicte a question but was unable to formulate it properly, so left to get the book. I said to Benedicte after she left to go find the book that she is talking about the EYFS and she walks in with LK copy. It was funny that Joyti could not formulate a question about the EYFS…?

Later she came out to show me folder that Nicola had given her with planning and advising me what to do with it as Nicola had told her to tell me. I took her again to the Weekly Planning and explained to her how the planning is done again and linking the Focus activity. I said I know that the resource file is a good tool to fall back on, but I would continue using the planning until I was told otherwise. She is telling me that I should just #handwrite the activity plans and put in the file Nicola gives her as I don’t have to use computer because she don’t. I told her LK already knows why I do most of my work on the computer.

Monday I noticed Joyti was behaving towards me as if she is my #superior and I was there to answer the questions she asked even though I had gone through them with her before. I have to be justifying my practice to her even though I realised there are lots for her to learn. However after what happened the previous week I tried to control my irritations and not to let my #frustrations show. Tuesday of this week I am doing circle time with the younger children as I prefer to work with them to establish the foundation before they turn 3. Joyti comes to the door and tells me I should be quiet with the children because she is trying to read and I AM DISTURBING HER! Now these are the -3 who are the focus to develop skills in the #Prime areas and they are not talking, singing or doing nothing to develop any of those skills.

Since I spoke to LK on Tuesday I realised Joyti has climbed down off her high horse and is treating me differently. That is why today I offered the hand of friendship and told her if she feels I have #offended her in anyway, speak to me about it. I advised her to ask for some time away from the setting to #shadow a more experienced Deputy when she told me she did not have an #induction. This is after I spoke to her about the child who is settling in and she said she assumed…? I told her certain things are covered during settling in and she must not ever take anything for granted.

This is my way of covering my back and I do not intend anything I write here to be used against Joyti as I can appreciate how difficult it can be starting out in a new job. I am still willing to help Joyti and anyone else who need my help in getting the job done, because UNITED WE STAND, DIVIDED WE FALL. I am only interested in giving of my best and working collaboratively in the team.

#Allegations:

Allegations: Setting the Record Straight – Since there were a number of allegations coming back and forth from WB: Monday 5th January 2015 culminating in a meeting between Lynne Kelly, Remi as the witness and I. Out of that meeting I am hearing about a number of ALLEGATIONS that were made against me. Since some are from the #wedding and others from within the setting most of which were alleged to have taken place on Thursday 08th January 2015 I have now been made aware that some are #orchestrated by Joyti. Joyti in particular is the author of a number of the allegations that are made in the setting and I don’t know why she is behaving this way towards me.

To protect myself I have decided to stop running from my past and stand up and fight for my rights. However there are certain matters that I need to be cleared up as I am not going to sit idly by and let any other person ruined my life, blacken my name and good character and bring down my high integrity that I worked so hard to achieve. Most of all I won’t allow anyone to rob me of my basic Human Rights not to be Harassed and Bullied as I go through the processes of living my life in a productive manner.

However I must let it be known that the past 2 weeks have impacted on my health, emotional well-being and #exacerbated my underlying health conditions. I have gone through the Menopause and haven’t had a period over a year. Now I am STRESSED out and bleeding and this is all due to the actions of some UNSCRUPULUS Colleagues who have conspired to make ALLEGATIONS against me. I am hurting and trying to cope with this #deceit because all I have done since joining Bird In Bush is to give of my best! It will be very hard for me to go back to that time when I #trust anyone because my life was almost RUINED once by unfounded ALLEGATIONS made against me before.

Update:

At the New Year Staff Party: I was talking to #TaniaSilva my former colleague at Luton Street about telling Joyti to ask to shadow another Deputy Manager. When I told her I worked with Tania, she said she met her at deputy meeting. Tania told me that Jyoti came to shadow her and she was asking for help with the #HomeLearning_Language groups etc. Tania said she told Jyoti to ask #Mervelee to help her because I know what to do. Yet no mention is made of this when they are trying to frustrate me and #disempowering so I can’t do my work.

We have an #EngagementAgreement dated on the 8th April 2017 which is at the centre of the dispute which caused her to introduce me to her #EmploymentBarrister_RyanClement. As a result of the scamming and the way how I was placed in situations without my knowledge and consent that could impact on my good name, I have to take actions publicly.

This led to threats issues and the Metropolitan Police Service and the London Ambulance Service NHS Trust turning up at my home to section me. Later, Winsome Duncan removed me as the administrator of Merveleeconsultancy. When I raised concerns to Facebook, this was pushed under the carpet. All this resuting from the Employment Tribunal Servicejudgement placed online in August 2017. Before that I had shown Ryan Clement a copy of HCT Group Impact Report 2016. On reflections, I am positive this is when Winsome Duncan and Ryan Clement decided to use my vulnerability of having disabilitiies against me.

I am continuing to use my defensive practice to cover my back as I don’t want to end up on the wrong side of the law. LEYF Nurseries destroyed my confidence in myself leaving me unable to get on with my life as before. That’s why I am weary of making the simpliest of mistakes. This is not an easy life for me since I got back from burying my mother and transferred to London Borough of Southwark. I asked for and waited for the transfer to be working nearer home. So that I could carry on working and be #carer for my husband.

Now I would like the following to take note of Winsome Duncan’s activities on Social Media: Facebook London. London Borough of Southwark and their entities, because that’s how I come to meet some of who is who in the borough at Millwall Football ClubThe Law Society, because Winsome Duncan introduce me to her Employment Barrister #RyanClement. Who defrauded me of my husband’s money to represent me at the Employment Appeals Tribunal. Now the EAT is issuing me with caveat to gag me because I refuse to be a voiceless vulnerable and let them get away with presiding over another miscarriages of justice.

I will make sure the world know about people like Winsome Duncan who is allowed to get away with discrimination against the vulnerable. Despite the concerns that are raised. That’s why LEYF Nurseries www.leyf.org.uk, got away with the discrimination of Mervelee Myers and other employees like #JyotiBhardwaj on the website with her review as #JyotiSharma. Now Winsome Duncan got hold of the reviews for me because I was barred from LEYF website.

That’s why I refuse to allow the Employment Tribunal Lawhttp://www.justice.gov.uk/trib…/employment/claims/responding, to be used to preside over another miscarriages of justice. As can be witness from Dr Maria Hudson, https://www.essex.ac.uk, 2012 Research Paper Ref: 01/12 for the Policy Studies Institute. Recommended to Acas: research@acas.org.uk, www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers that was not implemented. The same way that LEYF did not update and review the contract I signed on the 7th October 2009 in line with the Equality Act, 2010. That’s why they can tell me after I used the Freedom Of Information Access Request that they don’t have any data excepting what I give them for the ET. But most unprofessional saying they don’t have any record of the #CEO_LongServiceAwards I was given on the 15th October 2015.

Therefore for the Employment Tribunal to post the reserved judgement online at https://www.gov.uk/…/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-founda…is a breach of the fundamental Human Rights of any individual. That’s why I am being hounded by Department for Work and Pensions – DWP and issued with threats of Criminal Record and called to interview with an intellectual imbeciles in the same mould as Winsome Duncan. HMRC, claim they did not know of me living at my address until 2015. And breached the UK Data Protection Act. The #MetropolitanPoliceService and the #MinistryofJusticeUK failure to deal with my Freedom of Information request in due time.

I will let my defensive practise speak for itself. In due course I will be seeking legal advise to find out how to go about righting the injustices I endured from 2004 in the UK. The Windrush Generation stories did not just happen overnight.

CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER

Upon this matter being adjourned due to the #unfortunateillness of Ms Jones, Counsel for the Respondent, the following orders are made:

Edited 29/6/2018: The ET failed to take my Medical Reports that were Case Management Court Order into consideration. However they accepted the contagious disease piut forward by Barrister Jones to adjourn the ET case. This came about because the Respondent did not pay to prepare a case. They were relying on using my vulnerability against me, and expected I would be attending the ET on my own.

1. This matter is relisted to be resumed before the same Tribunal panel at #CroydonEmploymentTribunals on 28 February and 01, 02, and 03 March 2017. Edited 29/6/2018: I was not consulted about my availability for the dates by the ET.

2. The first half a day is for Tribunal reading and therefore the parties should attend at the Tribunal at 2.00pm on 28 February 2017. Edited 29/6/2018: Here is clear evidence of how the ET contradicted itself. The ET had already taken time out to read. When you read further it states that the ET will resume where they left off. So why did they need to read again? They did not accept any new evidence as I tried to submit.

3. No further evidence shall be allowed save for #exceptionalcircumstances and by #Tribunalorder. The case shall resume from the same position it ended.

Edited 29/6/2018: The exceptional circumstances are too numerous to metion here. But in a nutshell, the Respondent’s Representatives disclosed information that I tried to get included. As you can see there was a decision made not to allow any further evidence. Since the ET did not bother to take any of the concerns I raised about the Respondent’s Representative gross professional misconduct from the first time we meet on the 15/3/2016 into consideration. I could have almost not bothered myself. From the judgement that they took 5 months to copy and paste from the Respondent’s Summary, you can see that the judge continue the discrimination already started by Judge Martin and the Telephone Conciliation. Since it was to continue from the position it ended what were they reading?

4. The Claimant is #releasedfromoath particularly so that she may seek any #legaladvice required and correspond with the Respondent as appropriate. Edited 29/6/2018: This was only a ploy by the Respondent to trick me as was the norms from I transferred to BIB. Evidence contained in the bundles. What legal advice did the ET expect me to seek at this late stage? Why would I be corresponding with the Respondent?I tried every ways to have the matter resolve amicable. Evidence can be obtained from social media.

5. The Claimant by #orderandconsent will not make any postings on social media relating to any of the Respondent’s witnesses, legal representatives, the Tribunal and/or the Tribunal proceedings.

I would like http://www.justice.gov.uk/tribunals/employment/claims/responding to explain why they take 5 months to give me the judgement and posted it online within days? The ET need to go back to my social media from February 2010 to see my contributions to building the Respondent’s brand. But what the ET have done is left me to become a victim to www.peachespublications.co.uk. And http://www.ryanclement.com/. So how does my social media postings differ from what the Respondent done to destroy my life and what the ET judgement done?

Mr John Fneton’s absence after the adjournment. Now what’s happening with the EAT.

I attended 2 workshops, Customer Services and Mental Health in the workplace. I am making it part of my duty to enroll on the 5 day Customer Services course from the 9th – 13th July 2018. Of course I need to brush up on my Employability since I have been out out of work, coming up 2 years. My primary aim is to get the trainings to prove to the Department for Work and Pensions – DWP that I am actively trying to get back into work. And is therefore entitled to Universal Credit without threats of #CriminalRecords.
However anyone who knows me that I am a background person and not really interested in any of the jobs on offer.

But my trainings is for upskilling and enhancing knowledge. Now for the other course, this is where my interests lie. I felt that I was privilege to attend such a course with the participants and set out to establish connections. Hopefully these links will allow me to associate with likeminded people who have similiar experiences to mine.

Analysis:

I would just like to put on record that I represented myself 2 times at the Employment Tribunal Service. I have to do everything myself as a lay person, without any legal knowledge. The first time UNISON left me in the lurch and on my own. London Borough of Southwark SEND Section colluded with King’s College Hospital, the Local Educational Authority, et al to discriminate against me. Even Ofsted turned a blind eye when I sought their advice when I have concerns about safeguarding. Because of the way I was treated by my GP at Landor Road Surgery, who refused to give me a Medical Report, I make sure to log everything and be open about my disabilities.

There was the matter of Capsticks, Wimbledon, conducting themselves unprofessionally. That’s why I keep a defensive practice with Bates Wells Braithwaite and Voice: the union for education professionals. TheEmployment Tribunal Law need to be overhauled. For the second time they presided over a miscarriage of justice, where #MerveleeMyers is concerned. That’s why I raised my concerns in writing each time the Respondent LEYF Nurseries did not comply with the Court Management Orders.

Sorry Judge Freer you have got your fact mixed up with the fiction. Just read #JyotiSharma mentioned in the ET Bundles as #JyotiBhardwaj reviews at www.leyf.org.uk website to see how they perverted the course of justice and pull the wool over your eyes. I am sorry that you have been made to look like the bigots that you are in the https://www.gov.uk/…/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-founda…. The Employment Tribunal Law make an utter poppyshow of the Ministry of Justice UK anyway.

Time to get it sorted, I could not have come this far without my Fight4justice campaign. God was/is on my side when I was sent representations from London Legal Support Trust on the 18th March 2018 at the Employment Appeals Tribunal. Otherwise LEYF and their cohorts would have been left to carry on with the Modern Slavery practices that are destroying entire families.

LEYF On My Doorstep?

I had worked with #AlevSagnak before and she recommended me to join Westminster Children Society (WCS) in 2009 when I was experiencing some amount of instability in my life. Since that time WCS has changed to London Early Years Foundation (LEYF Nurseries) and 5 years on am still working with LEYF. However I am more than glad to say I am happy to be back in South London – London Borough of Southwark after spending 5+ years working in Westminster at Luton Street Community Nursery. I covered in other settings across London. The best thing about my changing journey is that LEYF is expanding business from Westminster where the organisation started over 100+ years ago, to literally all the deprived areas of London, providing better outcomes for young children. And I am privileged to be working at the Bird In Bush Nursery (#BIB) that is situated literally on my doorstep in South East London. I started my journey in South London working in the early years’ sector after I had completed my studies at Lambeth College 1997-1999.

I am an older and wiser early years’ practitioner who has been embedded with the #LEYFethos from when I joined in September 2009. Now that I have achieved most of what I set out to accomplish as a practitioner, enhancing knowledge and expertise via studies and trainings. I am intent on using two of my hobbies that have given me some sense of purpose and pride in my ability – #photography and #writing to spread the #LEYF_DNA and my shared vision into my South London and to the world at large. Therefore I am more than prepared to use the knowledge and expertise I fought hard to gain to help spread the philosophy of LEYF as a beacon of good service provider to the United Kingdom and wider world. In so doing I will start by giving credit where credit is due to some of the extra ordinarily special persons who have travelled on my journey of discoveries with LEYF.

I am therefore going public so everyone can know that I will always be eternally grateful to those persons for inspiring, nurturing and empowering me to becoming the person who I am. The #reflectivepractitioner who developed the #listeningethos whom I have become to date. Because of my own personal experiences. Therefore I will have to start off saying a big thanks to #AlevSagnak_Hussein, who told me about the vacancy at WCS and the fact they were recruiting for practitioners with my level of qualifications in 2009. Believe me Alev and mark my words that if I should win the jackpot, I promise to take you out to my native Jamaica for some fun and frolics and to meet my family who are exactly like me.

Next on my list are some super colleagues whom I met at #FitzroviaCommunity Nursery where I first started. They are #CandyPatricia Sessions#OShana, Ezi and Claire Kilpatrick the deputy who started on the same day with me. Candy is in for special mention because she took me under her wings as a novice, taught me #ICT, how to do the #LearningJourneys and write up the Activity Planning Forms. Only a few weeks after starting at Fitzrovia, I re-established contact with #JoelleLax, now manager at #HolcroftNursery. I had previously worked with Joelle when she was only about 17 years old at #LambethWalk Day Nursery after I graduated from #LambethCollege. She recognised me all those years later as soon as she walked into the nursery and saw me, all these years after.

I later learned that Joelle was one of the youngest managers working for LEYF when she was appointed. It would be rather amiss of me if I did not mention working in partnership with other professionals and outside agencies from the Camden Town Local Education Authority. I was privileged to be given the opportunity to enhance knowledge via trainings and empowered to make my implicit knowledge explicit. The early years’ teacher who identified my passion in fulfilling my role as a #SENCO was forceful in ensuring I got the trainings to do the role to the best of my ability. And she did not just stop there, she taught me about Every Child A Talker (#ECAT), #StatutoryAssessment, Individual Education Plans (#IEP), Picture Exchange Communication System (#PECS), etc in the short space of time – 6 months that I was at Fitzrovia.

I am a believer in change and I was transferred to Luton Street where I was destined to spend 4+ years working with some exceptional, enthusiastic and passionate colleagues. These colleagues were the #epitomeofprofessionalism who have the children and their parent’s best interests at heart. #JulieWeise who was the manager is first in line for some special praises as she always showed her appreciations for the work I had done. Since she had the ears of the #CEO_JuneOSullivan, she was never stingy in telling her about the good practice that I contributed to, in providing quality standards of work especially my Learning Journeys and #HomemadeBooks.

The CEO in turn would be lavish with her praises for anyone whose work was of the highest standards, whenever she popped into any of the nurseries. However in spite of this, this is not to say Julie Weiss and I saw eye to eye, are were in agreement to everything. I guess in #hindsight I might now have to blame the generation gap and we never think twice about challenging each other. But we never lost sight of our different roles and responsibilities in the team and gave each other the #respect that were merited to do the job. We both knew we were responsible for being accountable for acting and working as professionals no matter our personal take on any matters to do with our working roles.

I was harassed, bullied and inimidated into removing this article by one of my detractors who told me at the time I knew nothing. She made some other negative comments that I won’t even publicise at this time. Because for someone who knows absolutely nothing about me or the work I’d done during 5+ years of dedicated services was beyond my ken. Now I am defying the bullies and putting the article back and be damned if they wish. My Fight4justice is for taking a stance for equal rights and justice for the vulnerable. I am proud of my heritage as I am discovering the #DNA that is part of my Roots. I was told that there was some German Blood, Mullattoo and I am questioning if there was Chinese as well. I am back at the Employment Appeals Tribunal, but I am hearing about #cavaet, after #JudgeClarke was given some dodgy fact. I have had HMRC breach my human rights. As for theDepartment for Work and Pensions – DWP, they and Universal Credit need seeing to by scammers. The Metropolitan Police Service is in the dog’s house for letting Winsome Duncan: Author, Artist & Book Confidence Coachput such a noble institution into disrepute. The Ministry of Justice UK seems to be breaching the GDPR For UK as they seem to be acting as unprofessional in their dealing with me like #LEYF? I tried taking out petition after writing #OpenLetters. The rest is history…

In line with the recent “UNISON’s Tribunal Fee Verdict is a Victory for Everyone in Work” on Wednesday 26th July 2017, published on social media and for which I have a copy. I would like to draw your attention to former member, Mervelee Myers’ letter dated July 30, 2006. UNISON Kings College Hospital Unison Branch, KCH Joint Union Offices, Ground Floor Bessemer Wing. Just in case it disappeared like what happened to my Confidential Data at London Early Years Foundation (LEYF Nurseries), 1st September 2009 – 27th September 2015, I will enclose a copy.

I am understanding of the fact that the fees will backdated to 2013. Therefore I would like to bring to your attention the case of Mrs Mervelee Myers v King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust 2009 – 2010. I was forced to resign from my job in November 2008, after the discrimination in the workplace triggered and exacerbated my Childhood Traumas into Post Truamatic Stress Disorders (#PTSD). I would be grateful if you could check the records for my Membership to ascertain why UNISON failed to provide the support in their manifesto aggreement to members.

I had no alternatives left but to resign from my job to to save my life. And to resign from UNISON when they colluded with KINGS to trigger my Hidden Disabilities into Mental Health Conditions. Stastictics from research states that 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment. HCT Group Impact Report 2016 – Changing Times, Lasting Impact www.hctgroup.org page 9, have my photographas a spread. I am also in another group photos on another page. In case of any doubts, I have thrown out my paperwork from the case, but doing research, I came across #MerveleeMyers. I don’t have much documents and correspondences, leading up to the case from 2004 to 2009. And after the Employment Tribunal judgement in 2010.

However, I have enough of my Defensive Practice to prove that UNISON colluded with KINGS to trigger my Hidden Disability of Chronic Anxiety that was diagnosed on the 18th July 2006 into Disabilities covered under the Equality Act, 2010 /2015. Strangely enough I had to get the diagnosis because although I have all the signs and symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease, my GP said I did not have a diagnosis, so I could not get a Medical Report. I needed proof of my disabilities to present to the The Open University. When I was doing the Examination for the UNISON sponsored Health & Social Care Level 2 course. By doing this course, this was how I gained the knowledge which I used to empower myself to try and manage and control my disabilities and Medical Conditions #holistically.

I changed my entire lifestyle and weaned myself off prescription medication #VALIUM. Because I realised I could become addicted to prescription medication. I went on to live a more fulfilling life, getting on with my work and hoping to advance in my career. But this was not to be because of how UNISON acted unprofessionally and colluded to discriminate against me. UNISON is responsible for my my #ChildhoodTrauma of Chronic Anxiety been triggered into #MentalHealthConditions in the first instance at KINGS. Secondly, they refused to offer me the support I needed to resolve the workplace issues when I raised concerns.

This was in breach of the Employment Tribunal Law, Regulations and Legislations, and the aggreement I signed when I joined the union. The Union Rep was sat in on the Meeting when the manager of KINGS, #GlendalynVernaAboagye was bribed to deny any knowledge of my #disabilities. This was despite my recent diagnosis on the 18th July 2006. The Union Rep also overide my argument about the letter I sent to the #HumanResources HR Department on the 18.11.2006. I have a copy of the stamped letter if you need verification.

Over a period of time from when I raised concerns UNISON, Union Reps resigned their post and in frustration I resigned my #Membership before going to the Employment tribunals. It was just too much for me dealing with studies, the sudden illness and death of my brother. Dealing with answering correspondences from the Local Educational Authority and London Borough of Southwark SEND SECTION. They that colluded with KINGS to ruin my career and destroy my #EmotionalWellbeing as a Disabled Employee. My colleagues and parents were sanctioned to make allegations against me. The experience lasting from 2004 when I faced discrimination of a personal nature in my private life as well as having to go public to www.icsouthlondon.co.uk left me traumatised.

I was diagnosed with an #AbnormalPapsmear needing treatment… for the next 5 years triggered the PTSD from my childhood. The allegations left me feeling #paranoid and confused that I was going #MAD. I have an Auntie who experienced Mental Health Conditions, triggered by similar circumstances. She was destined to spend the rest of her life wondering the streets, visiting her families. She died on the streets, hit down by a truck, and never recovered. I thought I was liable to commit #CriminalActs like my brother who #diedinprison.

Not recognising the person they were alleging I had become over the years, I self-referred to Occupational Health. I was seen by 2 NHS Professionals, female and male. I was passed fit to return to work, but the discrimination escallated, because I had the courage of my convictions to raise concerns to protect vulnerable children and colleagues. This was in line with me developing my Continuing Personal Professional Development Plan (#CPPDP) to becoming a graduate of the Open University, graduated in May 2009. The discrimination caused me to end up in Accident and Emergency (A & E) at Kings College Hospital. But I was refused a Medical Report.

Later my GP who diagnosed my Chronic Anxiety done the same and refused to give me a Medical Report for the Employment Tribunal Service. When I raised concerns UNISON did not offer me any support. Their actions over the years exacerbated my Childhood Traumas into Mental Health Conditons – Disabilities. I would like UNISON to take the opportunity to review my case in light of their triumph “UNISON’s Tribunal Fee Verdict is a Victory for Everyone in Work”. Otherwise I will be doing my research like I done and discovered I am part of Dr Maria Hudson of the Policy Studies Institute Research Paper: The Experience of Discrimination on Multiple Grounds as recommended for Acas at www.acas.org/researchpapers.

As you can see Dr Hudson made recommendations that were not implemented or else I would not have had to take another employers LEYF at www.leyf.org.uk to the Employment Tribunals. I am sure that you will not be surprised to hear that Voice: the union for education professionals www.voicetheunion.org.uk has done exactly what UNISON done to me before. Each time I am discriminated against is after I experienced incidents that can trigger the PTSD and Hidden Disabilities that blighted my life from the time I reached #Puberty onwards. I was left with no alternative excepting me taking LEYF to the ET despite knowing I have to face the trauma of representing myself. To stop them doing to me what KINGS, UNISON and the #establishments and #systems done with the miscarriage of justice that was allowed to happen, by UNISON.

The UK government seem hellbent on a vendetta against me, because I refuse to be a voiceless vulnerable victim and letting them getting away with institutional discrimination. The Department for Work and Pensions – DWPHMRCMetropolitan Police ServiceMinistry of Justice UK are just some involved in the institutional discrimination. This is despite my #OpenLetters to David CameronBates Wells BraithwaiteDaily ExpressTheresa May and Neil Coyle MP. I tried taking out #Petition, but to no avail.

In light of the recent changes in the Rules of Laws from the Equality Act 2010 to the Modern Day Slavery Act of 2015, I would like UNISON to review my case. I am now giving UNISON 2 weeks from the date of this letter/email to inform me how they will address the discrimination that they sanction and colluded with KINGSS. I am only a #LayPerson who was forced to empower myself, so I am not sure about where I stand on this with regards to dates and Legal Arguments. However these are the breaches that I am thinking about seeking Legal Advice about from my Barrister:
• Dues from I joined to when I was forced to resign
• Fees for representing myself at the Employment Tribunals
• Compensation of the £4,000.00 + interests accummulated over the years that was offered too late for me to consider and have a choice to avoid the indignity I experienced representing myself at the Tribunals
• Compensation for destroying my career through blacklisting and networking
• Pension Pot added that I would have accummulated over the years I worked since.

It is a well known fact that UNISON still continue to collude with employers, especially the NHS to discriminate against VULNERABLE employees. I have the #CaseStudy to prove. If I do not hear from UNISON within the time specified, I will be getting in touch with my BARRISTER for advice about going PUBLIC. I want UNISON to put their money where their mouth is by adhering to the Rules of Law and in particularly their “Our Statement on Modern Slavery”. UNISON General Secretary Dave Prentis said: “The government is not above the law. But when ministers introduced fees they were disregarding laws many centuries old, and showing little concern for employees seeking justice following illegal treatment at work”.

Now does UNISON want me to prove that they had acted unlawfully, and has been proved wrong – not just on simple economic, but on constitutional law and basic fairness too?

Winsome Duncan: Author, Artist & Book Confidence Coach introduce me to http://www.ryanclement.com/ with the sole intention to involve me in their scammings. After exposing my vulnerability to her during the agreement we signed, she got him to meet up with me to carry out their criminal acts. I did not realise what the HCT Group Impact Report 2016 statistics of 1 in 5 suicides are associated with unemployment until Barrister Ryan Clement, who groomed Winsome Duncan set out to make it become reality. This was after the judgement was posted online by the ET that take 5 months to copy and paste the Respondent’s Summary.

As can be seen from the Department for Work and Pensions – DWP, andHMRC, this was a well orchestrated plot to destroy me. Go back and look at Bates Wells Braithwaite. The way how Voice: the union for education professionals change after the sudden disappearance of #DarrenMahon. The actions of Advising London. The actions of the Metropolitan Police Service. The actions of the UK government after I written Open Letters and tried taking out Petitions. The action of the Ministry of Defence or Justice http://www.justice.gov.uk/tribunals/employment/claims/responding, after my Freedom of Information Subject Access Request. The actions of Neil Coyle MP in refusing to sign my letters.

There are others Nursery World MagazineCommunity Playthings UK, et al that LEYF have got either paying blood, sweat and tears money to collude with the discrimination. There are individuals who are prepared to keep quiet in the hope that this matter will be going away. Because the Employment Appeals Tribunal will use #cavaet to keep me a voiceless vulnerable. The fact is very much out in cyberspace. Therefore I am willing to face the consequences.

I am only where I am in my recovery because of the counselling at the Maudsley Hospital. I am part of research with RADAR-CNS, using a Fitbit to monitor my progress. Check http://www.radar-cns.org/ for the research. So when #WinsomeDuncan is going to set out to get the #Police to section me, she haven’t got a clue about inclusion. That’s why she has set up in business to scam the vulnerable. That’s terrorism, whether she knows it or not?

I paid in full for Winsome Duncan to do the work, by having a signed agreement. I realised she was up to no good after she told me I could edit my book. But at this stage, I’d lost my confidence and agreed to do the next one after she helped with the first. But then I noticed the change when she started undermining and belittling me. But more was to come when she wanted me to rewrite my book. She was actually dictating what she told me about herself for me to write as my book. So I put the book on hold, and this is also in writing at her suggestion. If she did not actually draft some of the agreements, I would not have legs to stand on. I am following Judge Rinder on ITV.

Edit 26/6/2018: Whatever is wrong with the book’s formatting is down to Winsome Duncan. She was paid to edit the book, before handing it over for proofreading.

Page 3, the Foreword is presented before content page…

The referencing to other sources, throughout is inconsistent and as this is not an academic piece of work, I have not tampered with, or focused upon this. However, there were some uncertainties, see page 35, reference at end of second paragraph.

Was unsure of the word ‘Ledgister’, which was also written as ‘Legister’ elsewhere, this needs to be attended to (e.g.: third and fourth paragraph of page 35).

Edit 26/6/2018: Why should this be an issue? I should know my own son Valdin Legister and Kevin Murray, who Winsome Duncan tried to make milestones out of. I refuse to take on the work of the professionals. However Winsome Duncan did not fulfil the agreement that we signed to deliver the services that I was expecting. Hence the reasons I have my defensive practices about the breaching of the agreement. As will be proven, she is a scammer, who was groomed by Ryan Clement. Despite me contacting the relevant authorities like Chelsea Football Club because she tried involving me in her criminal activities, nothing has been done.

This is a matter of safeguarding, but even Facebook allowed her to get away with removing me as administrator for Merveleeconsultancy. Therefore I will leave the rest as is…

I was unsure of the meaning on page 37, of the heading that includes the words ‘Progressive Conditions Driven’.

Page 231 states that the introduction is still needed.

I have kept some of the contractions…to suit tone but have also changed many. I also kept some of the sentences beginning with ‘But’ and ‘And’, in line with creative licence but again, have also changed many.

I have corrected letters and articles, etc but was also aware that these were written as they were at the time BUT following your earlier advice, corrected them.

Overall, content page does not fully reflect main body content.

There is also the factor of tense. Some of the book is written #reflectively (in and on experiences), some retrospectively and some in current tense. I have done my best to give it some consistency, without changing its intention.

Similarly, the content is a mix of words in capital letters, words using first letter capital, bold, etc and given the limited contact with the author, I have maintained most of it but tried to make it consistent at least. My impression was that capital letters were #intentional in most cases and there is still a sense of it not being wholly consistent.

In the instance of sayings, I have kept the #language as intended.

Where age is presented, or number of years, there is a pattern of using both numbers and words, again….without the #input from the author, I have not changed this, just #improved upon it.

I am not sure that the book needs notes pages.

I feel that this book has much potential and M has an engaging style of writing and a wonderful story, which is evident on later pages, especially 204 onwards, related to the value of creative writing and resilience.

I feel that if this was edited to new headings, incorporating existing content and each starting with one of the ‘sayings’ she remembers her parents and grandparents using, as creatively illustrative points, for example:

A background section – The girl behind the woman – using M’s reflections of growing up in Jamaica (I love the term ‘West-More-Light’ and as my dad was from that area too, it #resonated).
A section on mental health.
A section on the role of professional developments and barriers to achievement.
A section on the impact of toxic environments.
A section on discrimination in the workplace.
A section on being silenced.
A section on resilience and the importance of voice.

This would mean shaving off some of the content and repurposing the most powerful reflections and experiences. I think this would result in a #powerfulbook that #empowers others.

I know we are at the place we are with M but I think it is my #obligation to feedback fully and for her to know that she has received a full service.

Reading her story, even from a forced distance, I feel sad that
a) she has experienced what she has in he working life and
b) that the situation became what it did with #PeachesPublications.

Mervelee Ratty Nembhard So finally we are getting some closure about what happened to my manuscript. Well Winsome Duncan: Author, Artist & Book Confidence Coach should be ashamed of herself. But I know she is not because Twitter is allowing her to be still using their platforms to trick people. I would advise that they go back to look at the response to their Legal Team copied to Bates Wells & Braithwaite. A copy is in the Employment Appeals Tribunalfor LEYF Nurseries to pay attention to. They claim they have no data for me.

Mervelee Ratty Nembhard – #MerveleeMyers · Manal, I will be in touch. Each time I think I am moving forward, they do this to me again. So I am showing them what I am made of. I build their brand and #JuneOSullivan will pay for sanctioning the discrimination, if it’s the last thing I do?

Edit: Time for me to name others, so they see I will not be gagged. Since the Employment Tribunal think they can get away with the miscarriages of justice 2 times against me, I will be making sure those responsible have no where to hide. They must take responsible and be accountable for their actions. Dr Maria Hudson formerly of University of Westminster and presently at the University of Essex made recommendations on behalf of the Policy Studies Institute to Acas, but nothing was done.

The same way how the Ministry of Justice UK seems to be taking me for an idiot and for the EAT to gag me with the #cavaet?

Dear Mervelee. Mum gave me the phone to tell you something from the deepest depths of my heart (not for real 🤗) that you are the person who taught me good manners, to make friends and to say what you believe in. I am turning 11 in 3 days my birthday wish will be for you to have a great life and that you succeed in what ever you are doing. Stay strong you are a #soldier with no #armour except for #knowledge use it #wisely or you will get beaten up by the big #bully who has all the armour and #weapons but no #knowledge. Edit 25/6/2018: As the Daily Express columnist states “Tech Don’t Lie”, I am using my Facebook postings over the years to tell my versions of the stories. That way LEYF Nurseries will have no way of hiding the fact that they operating Modern Slavery Practices. As for the Employment Tribunal Service, they will have to explain where they got the facts from to send to the Employment Appeals Tribunal about the Racism claims? And why the EAT was not informed about my disabilities? Then we have this small matter of clearing up who out of the 7 witnesses and I #MerveleeMyers is the credible witness? What exactly do they know about prestige and who made the final decisions about the prestigious UK House of Commons Nursery where I was sent to be colonised after returning from burying my mother?

For those of U who did not know yet? Plz get dah tory straight. Is not Mass Balis, Ann Chambers father, Sister Dead is his MOTHER! Boy cawn believe sum peeps coulda mix up Mouta Massy Mad Gal Ratty wid her Madda? Then no reason fi dem wawn Me outa di way & me nebba did kwdf..? Well me smell a Rat or sumady a pretend big time!

Edit: My experiences since the death of my mother by www.leyf.org.uk and cohorts left me traumatised. But it is/was not LEYF alone responsible for my trauma. There were trolls on https://www.facebook.com/public/Mervelee-Myers, that made my life a living hell.

If any1 have anything to say bout Ms Lou u are welcome to come & chat… If is even any1 a di waywud 1 way hard ears picknie dem who never coulda tek telling? Dem day did nice still so come out & share ur memories. & I am looking 4ward to having some converts to take Mama’s place at the Townhead Baptist Church. Can someone tell me why I am no longer able to copy my postings from Facebook? Whatever I write on here, I consider my #IntellectualProperties. Therefore I am making sure I have everything stored independently away from Social Media. Reasons, I was BLOCKED by Facebook on the instructions of LEYF Nurseries on the 26th November 2016. If I did not study the Rules of Law to represent myself at the Employment Tribunal, I could not have challenged the continuing discrimination by the establishments and the systems.

I was excluded from the Nursery World Magazine Forum on LinkedIn and I did not know why. That’s until the editor of the NWM decided that she was going to delete my legitimate comments without even giving me a voice.
Oh yes #LEYF tried to gag me with their DISCIPLINARY, sent me on a Medical Suspension saying I was unfit for work. When I was pass fit to return, they didn’t stop until I experienced #PTSD. 

Everywhere I turn there is someone, some organisation, naysayers and trolls trying to DISCRIMINATE against me. So I intend to get to the bottom of this matter, why I can’t copy from here and paste elsewhere. 

Anything I write and post on Social Media is mine as I have the Copyright.
