Here’s another of my #bugbear. Why is there no tolerance in society anymore? I recall coming across a post, I wrote on Facebook in 2013 with the same theme. So LEYF Nurseries label me #UURICA_LE in 2015 after the death of my MOTHER. The Employment Tribunal pour acid, not salt in the wound in 2017 with the reserve judgment online. Now I am back battling Criminals with my Fight4justice campaign.

Dietitian/Chef needed to cook for Demanding #Husband. Salt is one of the biggest issue. Sometimes you will get complaints about it’s not enough salt.

There is no way you can win, but if you do I promise to promote you for services to meeting the needs of the Vulnerable.

Let’s get one thing straight, my #Husband is not infirm and stuck in one place. I am tired of hearing that. He’s 94 years old but in good health as can be expected.

I have lost the plot and I am thinking of getting an expert in so he accept that the food has nothing to do with me not being able to #Cook anymore.

I tried everything, when I don’t soak out the saltfish and it fresh, it too salt. Another is its overcooked or underdone.

Hey this state of affairs would cause any Christian to cursing. I am no stranger to #CUSS_SWEAR when the going get tough. I just want to keep my husband happy.

I have to be doing the job of both Wife and #SideBitch, if you know what I mean. Because he’s #MPOM and don’t have MONEY?

Daily Express RUSSELL GRANT Taurus: Fighting a bully is difficult. You’re tempted to sink to their level. When your anger threatens to overwhelm your judgement, stop and take some deep breathes. The last thing you want is your reputation to be compromised by an impulsive gesture.

Believe it or not I have been listening to my heart these past weeks and this helps me to control my life by dealing with my #Emotions. I am dedicating thius month to celebrating my #MOTHER, so whenever other issues will cloud my judgements, I have no alternatives than to tune out. I know my #Mama is proud of me for the way I am conducting myself and so is my #Papa. I won’t tell anyone it’s easy, but life is what we make it anyhow.

I am well tuned in to my life and that’s why I am trying to make the most of what I have got. So I owe a duty of care to my #Husband, like my Mother did to my Father. I will live up to my responsibilities to honour the #LOVE shared by my Parents.

I don’t know what the future holds, but I can just take it one day at a time.

So hey I am my Tom’s Carer and that’s why I am at this time tuned in to his every moan and groan as I carry out my duty. Remember I am celebrating my #MOTHER and sometimes a person have to put their NEEDS aside, making sure the needs of others are given priority. I have rearranged my life to fit in with Tom’s.

Lucky thing I am not working, or else I couldn’t cope.

Mama’s Last Moments! 3.6.14

The events leading up to Mama’s death are very uncanny and transported me back to my Papa’s death in 1980. I was the last to see my Papa alive when I went into the room to greet him before taking my baby for a walk to get fresh air. Strangely enough when I got back from the walk and went in to find Papa dead and called Mama. She did not believe he was dead and when she came to the first thing she said “he never got any WATER…”

After my Race for Life walk for Cancer Research, I was fooling around on SM when I was overwhelmed by this strange feeling that caused the Tears to start and wouldn’t stop. So I went to bed, got up next morning and was working with Tom in the back garden. Balis called and updated me about Mama and I was not bothered like was usual. The blessed thing about that call from Balis is the fact that I heard Mama’s voice for the very last time. Balis said “Mama talk to your daughter nuh…” I could hear her in the background saying “ehn-hn…” over and over again! Then Andrea called and we chatted about everything including Mama, Ms Deans and Ms Lou… Nathan passed and Andrea asked if he wanted to speak to her auntie and Mass Papa Son said “not now”! I jokingly said to Andrea that he did not want to speak to me because I might ask him when they are getting married!

Throughout the day I was just tired, but I kept going until I retired to bed from sheer exhaustion. I already told my family I don’t answer phone after certain hours because it upsets my rest, so they can always leave a message if there is an emergency. The ringing of the phone got me out of my deep sleep and I automatically looked across at the clock. It was 12.20 and Dostan told me what was happening with Mama. I told him to keep me informed and went back to sleep. The phone rang again and Dostan said Mama was put in the vehicle, but it don’t make any sense so she was taken back out again. I knew this was the end of the road for Mama as she had decided to retire from all her life’s journeys. I got out of bed, called my Little Breda’s home and told them Mama was on her way home.

When I spoke to Andrea last night she told me about the poignant last moments that Mama had surrounded by her family as she entered the Promise Land relived of sufferings. Balis gave her 4 spoons of water and told her now you can’t say you did not get any water? Kadene prayed for Mama and she said “Amen”, so that means she was alert until the very last. Then she went off peacefully to sleep and be with her Maker. It really touched my heart and soul to know that Mama stuck to Christian faith until she drew her last breathe.

Mama was born into a Family who upheld Christian principles and values in 1924. She was christened, married and baptised at the Townhead Baptist Church and her children after her were also christened there. Mama will be having her final leg of her Home Coming Service at the Townhead Baptist Church where she fellowshipped with many from the communities. One of Mama’s favourite song was – “When Once I Found a Mothers’ Church…” Mama was born a Baptist, lived her life as a Baptist and died a Baptist and will be buried a Baptist! RIP Pearline Louise Chambers-Nembhard as we will soon come together to celebrate the life of one remarkable Woman who was Our Mother, Grand Mother, Great Grand, Auntie, Cousin, Friend, God Mother and all round Unique Individual who was put on this earth for a special purpose. You have fulfilled your roles and responsibilities and now gone on before Us to take your Rest!

Watchdog investigating incident at woman’s home in Peckham in which she was also handcuffed

A 90-year-old black woman was handcuffed and had a spit hood placed over her head and a Taser pointed at her by the Metropolitan police.

The woman was reportedly left with cuts and bruises to her wrists and one of her arms after being restrained at her home in Peckham, south-east London, on 9 May.

She was handcuffed behind her back, had a mesh spit hood placed over her head and a Taser trained on her before she was taken to hospital without being arrested.

The Independent Office for Police Conduct is investigating the incident. One officer has been suspended and barred from using a Taser, while five others have been placed on restricted duties so they have no contact with the public.

The Met said officers were called to an address in SE15 on 9 May after reports of a disturbance between a woman and her carer.

A spokesperson said: “The Met officers attended and identified a 90-year-old lady, who was distressed. After officers attempted to engage with her, she was restrained using handcuffs and a spit hood applied after it was alleged one officer was spat at. The woman was then taken to hospital. She was not arrested.

“During the course of the incident, an officer issued a red-dot challenge with their Taser but did not discharge it.”

The IOPC launched an investigation on 17 May after the Met’s directorate of professional standards referred the case to the watchdog. A family member of the woman has been allowed to watch footage of what happened from the officers’ body-worn video cameras.

DCS Seb Adjei-Addoh, who is in charge of policing in the borough of Southwark, said the incident raised a number of questions.

“There are limits to what I am able to say in relation to this incident given it is now subject to an IOPC investigation. However, it is clear that this will have been a distressing experience for the lady involved and that the circumstances raise a number of questions that need to be answered,” he said.

“While I do not wish to pre-judge this process, officers know that they must be able to justify any use of force or restraint and we will expect that of the officers involved in this incident. They also know that we expect them to show compassion and to adjust their approach in real time according to the circumstances they are faced with.”

An IOPC spokesperson confirmed it was investigating and added: “We have also received a public complaint concerning the level of force that was used and the injuries it is alleged the woman sustained, including cuts and bruising on both her wrists and one arm. We have been in touch with the woman’s family to explain our role.”

If it falls, that success – achieved at the cost of the city’s ruination and 1,500 civilian lives – will be viewed as grim vindication for Vladimir Putin’s decision to consolidate Russian forces in the region and bombard targets with artillery fire.There’s something else about the battle for Sievierodonetsk, though: while Russian tanks are moving into the centre of the city, they were not able to encircle it first. Cutting a city off from its supply lines to soften it up is brutally effective, as the siege of Mariupol indicated. So why hasn’t that happened here?For today’s newsletter, I spoke to Philips O’Brien, professor of strategic studies at the University of St Andrews, about a compelling explanation that could have much bigger consequences: Russia may be running out of tanks. Billie Eilish, Paul McCartney and Kendrick Lamar had already been announced.In depth: The chink in Russia’s armourFew assets of conventional warfare are more intimidating than the tank, and when Russia attacked Ukraine, its invasion force of around 1,500 (out of a total of about 2,800) was often judged to be among the most formidable in the world. Phillips O’Brien was never especially convinced by that analysis, and given the accuracy of his earlier assessments of Russian might – in January, he wrote that Russia “lacks the ability to mount sustained military operations and deploy a wide range of military forces at the same time” – it’s worth paying attention to his view of the current situation.So, what should we expect next in Ukraine? O’Brien believes that Russian advances have largely stalled because the country’s forces are running very short of tanks, and other armoured vehicles. It’s a view he laid out in a Twitter thread on Sunday, and which built on a piece for the Atlantic last week, based on evidence from the eastern Donbas region. I asked him how he reached that conclusion, and what it might mean.What are tanks supposed to do?Tanks are powerful, well-armoured, and move fast in open country. “They’re usually used to seize the land between cities quickly and surround an enemy,” O’Brien told me. “In Russian doctrine, you have these battalion tactical groups which are supposed to have maybe 10 tanks alongside 30 armoured personnel carriers (APCs) carrying the infantry.”The theory – dating back to the second world war – is that tanks allow you to punch a hole in the enemy lines and cut forces or a strategic target like a city off from supplies, softening them up before a final assault. All of that relies on effective air support to neuter the threat that enemy jets and drones pose to the progress of the armour on the ground.What’s happened in reality?Nothing which Vladimir Putin will be pleased to hear about. “When I look at Donbas, I don’t see the kind of breakthroughs which you would want to see in modern armoured warfare,” O’Brien said. “You want to get through the line and then exploit the situation by quickly encircling the enemy. What we’re seeing is that the Russians may make a hole in the line, but then they are stopped.”He points to the failure to encircle Sieverodonetsk, and declining numbers in Ukrainian claims of Russian tanks being destroyed. That could mean a change in Russian deployment or in Ukraine’s ability to attack them. But since at the same time the Russian machine has failed to break through after its artillery has softened the Ukrainian forces up, it is more likely to indicate that there are simply fewer tanks in the fight in the first place.While exact measures of the scale of the damage to Russian armour are hard to come by, Ukraine has claimed more than 1,300 Russian tanks have been destroyed. The lowest independent assessments are more than 700 destroyed or captured. The Pentagon, which does not appear to have made unrealistically high estimates so far, puts it at about 1,000 – a number which O’Brien thinks is “probably a safe bet”.“Those are vast losses,” O’Brien said. In its usually reliable defence intelligence update on Friday, the UK Ministry of Defence said that Russia was now moving 50-year-old T-62 tanks out of storage for deployment. “These tanks are antiquated,” O’Brien said. “The Russians don’t have nearly the frontline armoured capability that they had.”Why has that happened?The military doctrine that sees tanks as all-powerful is pretty out of date, as you might expect given its second world war foundations. There are many examples of videos that appear to show Russian tanks being destroyed by handheld missiles, some of which – like the British-manufactured Next-generation Light Anti-armour Weapon (NLAW) (pictured below held by a Ukrainian soldier shortly after destroying an armoured personnel carrier) – are designed to strike on top of the tank, where its armour is weakest.Most importantly, Russia has failed to secure the air superiority which is a prerequisite of effective tank warfare – instead finding that Ukrainian planes and drones continue to be able to stop Russian tanks in their tracks. “They’re far more vulnerable than they need to be,” said O’Brien. “They’re not flying air patrols, or close air support. So they’re running into considerable defensive firepower.”How did Russia get itself into this position?Because it overestimated its prospects of air superiority, and underestimated the capacity of simple, cheap anti-tank systems to stop it in its tracks. If, as O’Brien has written, “we are witnessing in Ukraine the final war of 20th-century militaries”, we might be shocked that the Kremlin entered such a fight without a clear-eyed assessment of the likely risks – but “dictators on the whole have systems that tell them what they want to hear, and Putin has clearly done that”.As for the failure of analysts worldwide to spot the same flaw: “A lot of people fell for what we could call ‘the American trap’: because the US military was able to do something, people looked at other militaries, and just view it as a scaled-down version of the US. And that is not the case here. The Russian military is an entirely more deficient beast. The US can overwhelm an enemy with complex air systems and defeat their air defences, it still has the capacity to do these ‘break out’ operations. Russia just can’t.”What does it mean for the future of this war – and wars around the world?It’s obviously favourable to Ukraine if the tanks are failing, but as Russia’s grim progress in Sieverodonetsk indicates, it doesn’t signal an end to the fight. “If they’re bringing out obsolete equipment they probably can’t keep going with their current approach for that much longer,” said O’Brien.“The problem the Ukrainians then have is: can they drive the Russians back? I wouldn’t be surprised if we have a summer of ranged warfare, mostly – more attritional combat with both sides trying to destroy the other’s resources.” That’s why, as the Guardian’s defence and security editor Dan Sabbagh wrote yesterday, Ukraine has been pleading with its western allies for longer-range rocket systems.There is, meanwhile, a wider positive for those who fear Russia’s invasion signals a new era of military expansion around the world. “The one hopeful thing to come out of this is that this conflict demonstrates that going to war is really hard,” O’Brien said. “And it may be that militaries around the world look at it and realise that war is fraught with enormous new risks because of the power of cheaper forces. This is my response to Nationwide Decision

Dear Jayne Finch

Thanks for your decision, but I think it would be remiss of me not to address the contradictions in your decision and how this decision was made. You and I did not discuss most of what you made the DECISION about. You said you would call me back, so I don’t understand the conclusion.  

Why are you sorry for twisting my concerns and contradicting yourself and all involved in what I considered the defamation of my name and character as a valued customer of the Nationwide Building Society.

I did not ask any such thing and this is where the levels of my work as a Basic School Teacher from Jamaica and EYFS coordinator, SENCO, and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator  must be considered. The letter did not explain that I could not come to the branch to discuss the matter. For a person with mental and physical impairments
2. I did not ask any such thing. Because when I raised the questions to the person who mysteriously appeared from break about what happened to our SAVINGS, she reassured my husband his accounts would not be affected. Nationwide did not address the warning threatening letter to me as if it is a “Joint Account”. The person I spoke to refused to answer my questions.
3. You and I did not discuss the threats of closing the account
4. Again you and I did not have any such conversation
5. All this was in written correspondences

I will not be arguing with Nationwide Building Society except present the facts.

I am the person who asked the Person serving me to let me put the transaction through and I would bring the ID next day.  

There was nothing about trying to bypass the system. Person I spoke to said she identified me as a “REGULAR CUSTOMER”.

The transaction went through until I was told there was no such account

She then read me some instructions about what happened if I go ahead with the transaction

Then she asked if I still want to go through with the transaction

I did not shout and yell at the cashier, I told her the person for the transaction live local,  I will go and get her

I only spoken to the black man who was ridiculing me

How did the cashier get to the point of making the transaction when she said there was no such account?

Was the cashier upset because I refused to allow her to put the transaction into an account she said did not exist?

The person who I spoke to on Monday 15/5/2023 said she was the witness who filed the report

She said she was the person who identified me as a “REGULAR CUSTOMER”

Why was she not concerned about the behaviour of a REGULAR CUSTOMER knowing Mr. Arnold Tomlinson is 100 years old?

The question Nationwide need to answer is why was nothing said to me when I returned with the person for whom the transaction was to go to?

Nationwide continues to contradict the matter and making the situation blown out of all proportion with blacklisting and networking against me

Where in the letter is the warning?

When I spoke to the person, she claimed I should not be at Nationwide about the letter, but this was not made clear for me to understand.

Nationwide must provide evidence of my ACTIONS that cause Nationwide to threaten to close my account

I explained why I had to take out the JOINT ACCOUNT with my HUSBAND.

The THREATS to close my ACCOUNT is a deliberate act of breaching my RIGHTS under the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics being the CARER for Mr. Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson.

I find it strange that when I came into the branch with my husband who was triggered the person refused to answer our concerns

Thank you for speaking to me recently. I’m just writing to confirm some of the things we talked about and to send you our decision in writing.

Our Decision

I’m really sorry that you’ve raised the following things:-

1. You’ve asked why your allowed to visit Brixton Branch shortly after getting a warning letter from us.
2. You want to know what accounts both you and your husband hold with Nationwide.
3. The threat of closing your account is clear evidence that Nationwide intends to steal your money.
4. You’re not happy that your photo will be made public on your profile.
5. You want a written apology and compensation for everything that Nationwide has done to you.

However, I’m afraid I can’t agree that we’ve done anything wrong.

How did we reach our decision?

To reach this decision, I’ve read all the statements following your visit to our Brixton Branch. You wanted to make a bill payment for £5,000 over the counter but the system required additional ID. As you didn’t have this on you at the time the cashier tried to bypass the system, but at that stage you started shouting and yelling at the cashier and also swearing at other customers. Despite the cashier managing to get to the point of making the payment you continued to swear and shout and then left the branch. This left the cashier and other members of staff and customers shocked and upset.

Therefore we were correct in giving you the warning but this didn’t mean you couldn’t continue to visit branch it just means that if you were to act like this again we would look to close your accounts with us.

You’ve asked what accounts you hold jointly with your husband, I can confirm that these are; Flexaccount ending 5981; 1.40% 2yr FRB (A) ending 5839; 1% 2yr FRB (A) ending 0613;

If any of your accounts were to be closed we would write to let you know and give you information on how to do a SWITCH OUT to another account or send you a cheque for the balances that remain in your accounts when we close them. As we follow the rules of the Financial Conduct Authority we wouldn’t be allowed to steal anyone’s money.

An alert on your account is something that’s written on your account to tell staff that a warning has been given to you. It’s not a photo of any kind so it doesn’t breach any laws, legislations, codes of conduct or malpractices.

I’m sorry but we won’t be in a position to offer you compensation nor a written apology. Neither are we responsible for how you’ve been treated in the past by Barclays Bank, Santander, the Police Force or any other criminal cases you’ve raised.

Nationwide Fairer Share Payment

Firstly, thank you for continuing the Systematic Discrimination after the death of my mother, Perline Louise Chambers-Nembhard with dementia. I am writing this in response to the £100.00 Nationwide Fairer Share Payment because “Without Prejudice” this is a BRIBE to cover up the DEFAMATION of my NAME and CHARACTER by persons with ulterior motives. I am raising concerns on behalf of myself and husband Mr. Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson, who at 100 years old has been TRAUMATISED to the point where we are both VICTIMS. If I am not careful we will both die an excruciating DEATH of SLOW TORTURE I reported to my former EMPLOYERS www.leyf.org.uk on the eve of Mothering Sunday 14^th March 2015. In order to get my arguments across to Nationwide that I intend to take the matter further, yesterday was my “Wedding Anniversary” and I am DEPRESSED and not FUNCTIONING. The only thing I can do is WRITE like I did for THERAPY from my FATHER was stricken with Parkinson’s disease.

I find it ironic that after I came into Nationwide on the 28^th April 2023 to conduct business, I was sent a SURVEY which I did and returned. Because I did not have any issues with Nationwide on the 28/4/2023 I want Nationwide to produce my response to the SURVEY to clarify their reasons for their ACTIONS against me with the letter dated the 10^th May 2023.

How can Nationwide be so insensitive thanking me for continuing to be a member who banks, borrows or save with them, when they did not consider the implications of the ALLEGATIONS they made against me. Yes, I do know Nationwide is not a BANK, it is a BUILDING SOCIETY. But I do not see Nationwide doing anything differently from Barclays and Santander. In fact Nationwide has stooped lower than the lowest in making allegations and threats against me. If I was not determined to get to the bottom of the matter, Nationwide would not be offering this measly sum as a BRIBE. This only proves that BANKS and BUILDING SOCIETIES target the VULNERABLE. The differently Nationwide did is/was to TRIGGER me with the letter, making allegations. This is/was a DEFAMATION of my NAME and CHARACTER causing my husband and to be made unable to function.

In case Nationwide needs to do due diligence about who is Mervelee Myers, I would advise them to do their RESEARCH from when my husband and I have SAVINGS together. Since, I have never received any incentives from Nationwide over the years we had our savings, why is it only now I am offered Nationwide Fairer Share Payment? Therefore, I must come to the conclusion that Nationwide has taken the profits for themselves.

I must come to the conclusion that Nationwide has been taking the profits and since decided that because I am vulnerable and the next of kin of Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson, they would make allegations and threaten to close my account to push me over the edge. Firstly, when I went in the branch to do business, the teller was trying to get me to transfer money to an account that did not exist.

The reasons I have to take out a joint account with my husband is because of what Barclays did to me and close my account whilst I was locked inside for over an hour, waiting for Police to arrive. Since I told Nationwide verbally, if not in writing about the IMPACT of Barclays actions on my mental and physical impairments, I find it strange that Nationwide has employed the same tactics. But unlike Barclays that took my £1000.00 at the counter, hoping I did not realise. Then set out to make me out to be a thief, then the FOS joined in to push me over the edge. It seems that Nationwide went and did the RESEARCH and decided to DESTROY me to take mine and my husband’s SAVINGS. Making ALLEGATIONS and threats to close my account. Just for the records I ask the person I spoke to on the 15/5/2023 if the THREATS to close MERVELEE MYERS account extend to all JOINT ACCOUNTS with my husband and she refused to address the matter. Instead she was playing on my husband’s VULNERABILITY of being TRIGGERED and accompanying me to sort the matter out.

I went into Nationwide to seek advice about Santander trying to take my husband’s money, not allowing him to use his pin and restricting him access to his money and threatening him. I find it strange that after the money was transferred to Nationwide and some of the money was put in a SAVINGS ACCOUNT, Nationwide set out to target me with ALLEGATIONS and THREATS. How much PROFITS has Nationwide got from me and my HUSBAND. This seems like another USAIN BOLT case. Only I am in the UK and Usain Bolt is in Jamaica.          

About your payment

As stated above this is a BRIBE to cover the fact that Nationwide used ALLEGATIONS to THREATEN to close my account knowing I am the next of kin of Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson, who at 100 years old need support. More than likely Nationwide is using my VULNERABILITY to get rid of me like has been done via two (2) miscarriages of justice by the Judiciary of England and Wales to do with https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions-ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 for more.

I am not delighted that Nationwide think they can fob me off with £100.00 and failed to address my concerns in the letter that TRIGGERED me. How very SAD that Nationwide did not consider to offer me the £100.00 when they last checked on the 31 March that MERVELEE MYERS is a member eligible for the Nationwide Fairer Share Payment? But sent me a SURVEY on 2^nd May 2023 about my experience in the branch. Because I did not have any negative experience on the 28^th April 2023 I filled the SURVEY accordingly. I guess Nationwide plotted the ALLEGATIONS and was testing my reactions before sending the THREATS.

As far as I am concerned I couldn’t care less if Nationwide pay me £100.00 between 13 and 30^th of June. Because if I didn’t challenge Nationwide CRIMINALITY, I would not have any account to pay it into. The same way Barclays closed my account and left my life in disarray, picking up the pieces. But it did not end there. Emma Martin-Hamilton of the FOS get Trustpilot and YouTube to target me. But the straw that breaks the camel’s back is getting PC Edward Allen of the Peckham Police to be cyberbullying, harassing and bullying me via telephone. Sending me email I called him a BATTY BOY. This is no different from going into Nationwide on the 15/5/2023 and hearing that FEMALE saying she was the person who filed the report with the ALLEGATIONS. Therefore, I will put on record that my brother died age 37 years old in jail because of his SEXUALITY. I was made a CRIMINAL needing Emotional Regulation Treatment to cover for UEL Richard Harty MIC PAEDOPHILE RINGS operating out of HOC Nursery.   Nationwide will compensate me so I can set up JEVON NEMBHARD foundation to help SAFEGUARD children, young people and vulnerable adults around the world from DISCRIMINATION.

How you’ll get your payment

I don’t intend to do anything, am waiting for Nationwide to address my concerns and not do what has been done by those involved in the SYSTEMATIC DISCRIMINATION against me and my husband.

Here is the proof that Nationwide cannot hide. The THREATS to close my account with ALLEGATIONS defaming my name and character did not end in me not having an account. So, the young lady who tried to get me to transfer money in an account that does not exist was trained to target VUULNERABLE people at the counter, like Barclays did to me twice and Santander to my husband. What does Nationwide mean about just so I know…? This was the reason I asked the lady on the 15/5/2023 what will happen with other accounts. Even the account in question is a joint account.

I am not interested in anything else than settling my concerns about the ALLEGATIONS and THREATS to close my account. And giving my IMAGES to other members of staff.

What is mental health?

This is a very special time to highlight the medical problems of mental health. It is interesting that the people and government are coming together to put focus on this very serious health condition. The (CDC) Center of Disease prevention and control stated that Mental health affects various areas of life including physical and social well-being, but others also include emotional, spiritual, psychological, and environmental health. Mental health affects people of all age groups and stages of life. It alters how we think, feel, and act. When there is a decrease in mental health there are changes in how we manage stress, make healthy choices, and relate to others.

I have seen many individuals who, because of traumas, loss of a loved one, or other imbalances in their lives had to seek counselling or get therapy or treatment for presenting symptoms of poor mental. Sometimes we do not need to be medicated because talking to someone about stress factors or situations that make you uncomfortable can be the beginning of restoration for decreasing mental health.

Why is mental health important for our overall health?

The CDC article reminded us that poor mental health is important for our overall health and wellness. Whether it be physical, mental, social, spiritual, environmental, and more, our mental health needs to be at an appropriate level to function according to society’s standards.

The focus of nurse health coaching is to support, equip, and educate individuals on all areas of health, wellness, and healing to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our aim today is to bring awareness to the risk of developing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, (ptsd) posttraumatic stress disorder and more. This is important because mental health can affect conditions such as obesity, diabetes, stroke, heart disease, kidney disease to name a few. It is important to note that having these physical conditions can also affect one’s mental health, especially without help or support.

My Papa who suffered with his Illnesses without 1 day complaining & giving up his strong faith in a True & living GOD. Taurus: Indulge your love of luxury. This is a wonderful time to splash out on clothes, jewelry and toiletries. Some people will call you extravagant. Don’t be bothered by criticism. You have no intention of changing your lifestyle to win their approval.

Evaluation: My love of luxury is making sure my family and friends are ok. This stems from the changes that occur in my life when my Father was stricken with Parkinson’s disease. I have still not recover from the childhood truamas. Then I have had 2 miscarriage of justice by the Employment Tribunal after 2 nervous breakdown. Hey is Theresa May government listening, it’s Mental Health Awareness Week in my month.

I have no need to splash out on anything like that. My family come first and I am giving back via charities and volunteering.

I don’t give a toss about people. That’s why I went to the interview at the DWP and tell them exactly what I am about. Maybe they digesting my questionnaire before #MsBarbaraClarke can write the letter. Now why are they wiping out my existence in the UK, until LEYF Nurseries start the processes of discrimination, using my vulnerability of having disabilities against me? The #DWP, #EmploymentTribunal, #HMRC and by the way Ms Clarke didn’t know what this is. Unions #Voice and #UNISON are culpable in robbing their members. As for #MartinBunch of Bates Wells Braithwaite I will make sure the world know how some of the Legal Entity operate. #CapsticksofWimbledon done the same to me. Hence the reason I was part of Dr Maria Hudson Research Paper recommended to ACAS. There are others to be named in due course.

That’s why I have my #Fight4justice campaign. And back at the #EAT.

I definitely will not.

Without Prejudice I am going to say to call me to a meeting on Monday 23 May 2022 at 11: 00 AM to discuss allegations of anti-social behaviour in the form of verbal abuse and harassment is the continuation of the discrimination by the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Service TERRORISM of me and my husband.

I am now putting on record that Housing for Women is guilty of breaching the contract I signed in 2000 when I was rescued from domestic violence and moved here. I will address some relevant points with dates in line with Subject Access and Data Protection Act. About the defamation of my character, the libellous and use of confidential data to make allegations against me.

The Collins Pocket Dictionary defines the meaning of antisocial 1. Avoiding the company of other people. 2 (of behaviour) harmful to society. Let me sum up the meaning in line with Debbie Gilchrist. The last time I saw her was the 13/12/2021 when threatened me after breaking the glass. When I called the Emergency Services, they could hear the commotions happening via the phone. That’s why they sent the Police in a hurry. The Police passed the person who smashed the glass to come to my door. Then accused me of locking out. Both the Police and Debbie Gilchrist were the ones responsible for antisocial behaviours each time the Police visited my home.

Let me state categorically that I have been in receipt of verbal abuse from Debbie Gilchrist from I moved here. I have also received abuse in writing from Housing for Women and during telephone conversations. Especially when dealing with Suzette Alexis since she joined Housing for Women. As for harassment let me address this in terms of this letter.

I have done GDPR training and is within my rights to video record to safeguard myself and 99-year-old husband from the abuse at 16 Alma Grove from Debbie Gilchrist. Now I want H4W to provide proof of Mervelee Myers blocking access to the communal garden that leads to the communal refuse bin from I moved here in 2000. If the evidence is not produced H4W must pay me for defamation of character. Can H4W produce evidence of what they consider offensive language that I used to another resident.

There will be no meeting because these allegations are libellous, false and in breach of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. The alternative is that H4W arrange a face-to-face meeting at Alma Grove so I can provide the evidence in writing, and on recordings with the materials I removed after the workman completed building the new gate.

In line with the meaning of “Antisocial” by destroying the garden again, Debbie Gilchrist was using the information about my “Mental Health” to provoke me to trigger my PTSD. As the evidence will prove I did not come out of my house during the time Debbie Gilchrist tried to use “Coercive Control” to get me to change my behaviours towards her. On the matter of discrimination of the “Protected Characteristics” Debbie set out to provoke me and my husband and all time when she destroyed the garden. First time she did it on a Sunday when I was at church. My husband said he was sat at the window, she looked at him and went ahead.

On the matter of threats to my husband and myself before by her and her previous men friends, I reported the matter to H4W to be kept on record.

Let me provide H4W with some pertinent information that will be used in my case of Hate Crimes against H4W and Debbie Gilchrist. When I will name the Metropolitan Police, Officers involved in visiting my home on 13/12/2021 and walked past the person who broken the glass to come to my door, they will be named with those I raised concerns with via the telephone. Also, the PC I spoke to from Peckham Police Station. Where safeguarding is concerned, I contacted my husband’s GP Surgery for them to add me as “Next of Kin” when the Police had to break into his home. Whenever, I call for support the Emergency Services send the Police to try trick me so they can SECTION me.

I would like H4W to check the record who was the “Minute Taker” for the Panel that was formed and why was it abandoned? I heard some STORIES about H4W discriminatory practices that will cause the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkins to ask questions. I meet her after coming back from Jamaica and saying my final goodbyes to my mother. Want to know more access my websites and YouTube.

I will have other letters proving that H4W has joined the SYSTEMS targeting me. For example, sneaking in with the key I gave to get access to put letters on my mats tells me am not safe in my home anymore. The death of four generations from one family in Bermondsey is a “Red Flag” that with situations as they are, I can be ambushed by Debbie or anyone H4W sent to my home. Because of the false “Criminal Record” needing Emotional Regulation Treatment anyone can get away with MURDERING me and getting away with it.

Let me bring this date to the attention of H4W with the email 09 November 2016 Re: Broken Electrical Lighting Casing as an example of my proof that H4W breached the contract I signed Therefore, H4W motto of Housing for Women improves lives by providing social housing and services to women facing challenging circumstances. Has passed its sell by date and no longer relevant in line with this invite to meeting.

I was the person who averted a “Grenfell Tower” happening here and all I had to do after to secure the Properties of TESS and myself. Yet the https://www.39essex.com/barrister-samantha-jones was given a reference to be on the Grenfell Tower Inquiry Panel after she manufactured a contagious disease when she told the ET Panel, she did not prepare a case.

I will advise H4W to get all concerns I raised about Debbie Gilchrist from I moved here. Debbie Gilchrist is a thief who has never paid TV License. She does not pay for utilities leaving me at risk of safeguarding.

Finally, H4W must explain why nothing is done about the garden after the 4th visit from the Contractors.

Here is the CAD 2948/15May22 for me calling the Police to safeguard my husband and myself. You might want to ask Debbie for copy of her recording when I was at the back garden, and she is threatening me if I wanted her to come downstairs. If that is not antisocial behaviour in the form of verbal abuse and harassment, I don’t know what is. When she made allegations, I was in my front room looking out. This time I was in the garden when she opened the window and started provoking me. Then asking if I want her to come downstairs. What was she planning on coming downstairs to do? Break into my home to discriminate against me, I suppose and blame it on me being a CRIMINAL needing ERT?

Can H4W send me copies of their updated Policies and Procedures, please in line with the Equality Act Protected Characteristics. Because I no longer feel safe in the home I was given, fleeing DOMESTIC VIOLENCE in 2000. Now my husband is TRUAMATISED and lost control and ATTACKED me and was about to smash up the place. H4W is responsible for NEGLIGENCE in keeping me safe from discrimination.

Despite the TRAUMAS that affected me from I reached PUBERTY I did what I had to do to get an EDUCATION. My English Teacher in grade 8A at Frome Secondary School was a Ms Anderson from England. Can you imagine what I can do if the photos she took of the group could surface. When I got pregnant my Class Teacher, Mr. Felix Rose advised me to go back to do studies. I passed O’Level English attending evening classes at Mannings High School. I never passed a Mathematics in my life but I functioned and help my MOTHER who was the BANKER for the PAWDNER.

Just so you know I have spent the past 9 years dealing with IGNORANT individuals like you dead set on making me the HCT Group Impact Report 2016 statistic of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with unemployment. When I did not commit SUICIDE after the Police came to SECTION me from a malicious report by Winsome Duncan and Ryan Clement on 30^th October 2017. Police came under cover of LEYF Margaret Horn Lecture to MURDER me to say I commit suicide on the 30^th November 2020. My visit to Nationwide 15/5/2023

1. Does Nationwide issue a profile IMAGE of MERVELEE MYERS to staff? If so this is breach of all Rules of Law and the GDPR 2018. Because I have a RIGHT to be forgotten and since this is a case of another MALICIOUS report, I am arguing for DEFAMATION of CHARACTER based on being the face of ITV News page 1 of Windrush 70.
2. The new Asian Teller questioned me and her behaviour indicated she recognised me. She lied and this is breach of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics because I had to take my 100 year old husband with me to Nationwide. We got separated after we attended an interview at the Walworth Police Station because of Deborah Agnes Gilchrist plots to get POLICE to MURDER me. I have been under STRESS because of the actions of the POLICE who visited my home on the date Jenny Thomas was writing her letter DEFAMING my NAME and issuing THREATS about CLOSING my ACCOUNT.
3. I have worked in the SYSTEMS so who was managing if all SENIOR STAFF were on break for an hour and it was from I arrive in the branch? Was the new staff running Nationwide? Is it any wonder that Nationwide think they can get away with what Barclays did to me and Santander did to my HUSBAND?
4. When I said I would wait, this person came out. What did Nationwide expect that when some Asian young person who was just trained to DISCRIMINATE against VULNERABLE Elder Persons LIED I would walk out? Next time please do the RESEARCH before issuing my PROFILE to would be PERSONS who can put a price on my HEAD. My husband have enough SAVINGS to warrant Nationwide getting rid of me.
5. All I can say about the person who came out to talk to us is she is full of CONTRADICTIONS. She claimed she was the one who reported me. I wish she could have heard herself making a BLINKING FOOL of HERSELF. I might be tempted to get Nationwide to pay for a DOCUMENTARY to DECOLONISE the MOTHER COUNTRY not to be the MURDER CUNT£ targeting 100 year old CUSTOMERS for their SAVINGS. Because of what Barclays and Santander done. I will decide if part of the RESOLUTION is for Nationwide to fund the documentary.
6. Well the person who reported me admitted she was the one who verified am a regular customer when I was pleading because I had changed bag and did not have my PASSPORT. Imagine how this young person I was PLEADING with was acting. What hurts me the most these were not WHITE people treating me this way.   
7. The person who reported me said she was not aware I came back into Nationwide. Oh, no she was hide away making a MALICIOUS report whilst the HURRY COME UP TRAINEES mistreating CUSTOMERS.
8. Madam is not aware of my DISABILITIES I should have told them. I explained to her about why I always come to get the “Personal Touch” especially when am struggling because of the impacts of the SYSTEMATIC DISCRIMINATION.
9. Refer to most recent SAVINGS Account. Madam claim the letter was not a threat and refused to discuss other ACCOUNTS my name is on. Let me bring to Nationwide attention the Current Account is joint between my husband and I. Therefore they must address this as part of the RESOLUTION. Because like SANTANDER I believe “Without Prejudice” that since I opened that SAVING Nationwide have EYES on my HUSBAND MONEY and is making sure get rid of me first…
10. I went in to do transaction I was told it is not done at the counter… Oh, yes more TRIGGERS because Barclays did exactly that to me. The transaction was done for me in Nationwide by the BLACK LADY who sat at the nearest end of the counter. More about that later…
11. I was waiting when “Madam LIAR” came to offer to assist me with the transaction
12. Whist she is doing the transaction I decided to play “Brer Anancy” on her… I asked her permission to talk, am sure MADAM LIAR did not know what is in store for her. I write and talk for THERAPY but sometimes if my life depends on it I can’t write to save my life. I have a “Chronic Anxiety” diagnosis 18 July 2006 as proof.
13. I started at May 2004 when I begged the South London Press to publish my story about Barclays and left the SHOCK tactic of PC Edward Allen sent me email I called him a BATTY BOY… PC Allen was calling on behalf of the FOS Emma Martin-Hamilton who joined Barclays to SCAM me the second time. Emma Martin Hamilton get Trustpilot and YouTube to target me before.
14. MADAM LIAR acting SUPERIOR throughout ask if I want to remove Balis Nembhard for the transaction and replace with mine.
15. When she asked me to READ and SIGN I used another of “Brer Anancy” tactic on her telling me I TRUST her. She started SCHREECING like “PARSON PARROT” explaining that she had checked the previous transaction. Yet she is telling me CRAP the transaction is not done at the counter.
16. Here is the proof that Nationwide have ulterior motives for the LETTER of THREATS and someone is trying to get rid of me to get access to my HUSBAND MONEY.
17. The PATTERNS of BEHAVIOUR at Nationwide is same as Barclays and Santander
18. The accounts are in mine and husband’s name. Am not sure if my HUSBAND name is in the latest SAVINGS.
19. Will Nationwide be closing all accounts with my NAME if their trumped up  ALLEGATIONS to DEFAME my name is accomplished?
20. Nationwide take your EYES off our MONEY.     

Mervelee Myers give Nationwide time to address this before going PUBLIC. Nationwide can get back to me if they think we can work to resolve this based on ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON long association with them. How about giving 100 years old Arnold Tomlinson an Award re Jubilee 75? I am willing to write a SONG or POEM to honour Nationwide. Dear Ms Thomas,

I am writing to you with regards to the letter I recently received from your branch claiming that I was behaving inappropriately and swearing at your staff. Firstly, I would like to express my frustration with the situation as it was not reflective of my usual behaviour and I feel that you/your staff could have handled the matter a little differently.

I would also like to request a copy of the CCTV footage as proof of what I am being accused of. I understand that CCTV footage is recorded for the safety and security of your staff and customers and I hope that it will provide clarity on what actually happened on the day in question.

Furthermore, I would like to suggest that your staff, including yourself, go on a diversity course to understand how some people from other cultures may react to certain situations. As a person from a different culture, I believed, and still believe that the situation was not handled in a culturally sensitive way and I hope that you/your staff can receive further training to better handle these situations.

Lastly, I would like to bring to your attention that I am a vulnerable adult, and I have proof of this. Without Prejudice I must say that based on mine and my husband’s experiences with Barclays twice and Santander recently I have to come to the conclusion that BANKS and BUILDING SOCIETIES have set out deliberately to target us because of our vulnerability. The patterns used by Barclays and Santander are similar to what Nationwide is doing. Here are some of the facts to verify my arguments. My money was taken in a similar fashion when I went in to transfer money to an account which I sent money to. It seems as if the person dealing with me was new to the job. The black person ask for help from her white colleague and they were joined by a brown colleague from the back of the premises. When none of them could help me carry out the transactions I explained I would leave the money in safe keeping in my account until I return to sort the matter out. I told them how STRESSED I was from getting the phone call from Richard Harty of the UEL. I had to go back to the GP because my Disability Form was not filled correctly. This was the only reason I went into that Barclays branch and not the one in Walworth Road where the staff know of my DISABILITIES and help me. After I begged the staff to help me because I left my passport the lady sat next to her intervene and told her to carry out the transaction without the passport. I had recently transferred money into a SAVINGS ACCOUNT which was done by her. I was never served by this staff before. Her attitude to me was demeaning, but the REDFLAGS was raised when she said there was no account and if I wanted to continue with the transaction. If there is no account why did she expect me to continue. I told her no, the person I was sending the money to lives local so I would try and get her to come in with me. When we got back she was free but told me that I must wait for someone else.

If I behaved so disgracefully as to warrant such a letter, why was I allowed to re-enter the bank a short while later? I would appreciate a response to this question.

I became SUSPICIOUS when I got a letter from Nationwide to do the SURVEY. Let Nationwide produce the response to the survey. Because I made no mention about anything in the letter, I think that’s why Nationwide is acting this way. Here are more facts to back up my arguments that Nationwide DEFAMED my CHARACTER. I took out a JOINT CURRENT ACCOUNT with my HUSBAND after Barclays closed my account. I have spoken about my ordeals whenever I go in the branch and encountered any difficulties. Whenever I am triggered I do not function and I cannot always rely on my own WRITING at times. I have a CHRONIC ANXIETY DIAGNOSIS from 2006 to do my Health and Social Care examination with the Open University. I went into the Nationwide to seek advice about transferring money to the account after Santander targeted my husband. Nationwide must REVEAL how many accounts MERVELEE MYERS and ARNOLD TOMLINSON have with them. Am I to understand that by threatening to close my account this is not clear evidence that Nationwide intends to STEAL OUR MONEY. As for threatening to make my PROFILE available to staff is breach of the laws, legislations, codes of conduct and practices. Might I refer Nationwide to the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics, the GDPR 2018 and the Charter of Rights. In light of the Systematic Discrimination I experienced twice after bereavement and losses and Nationwide plots during the time I am on another journey losing my brother to CANCER, I must ask Nationwide nicely to issue me with a WRITTEN APOLOGY and COMPENSATION based on the SURVEY and letter. Failure to do so will lead to further actions on behalf of MERVELEE MYERS and ARNOLD TOMLINSON.     

I hope that we can resolve this matter in a timely and respectful manner and that we can work together to ensure that similar situations are avoided in the future.
