I am responding from my Home where I have been a PRISONER regarding the above Hearing. Please note that I accepted the instructions about the Hearing and sent the relevant information requested back to the Court. I am happy for the Remote Hearing so am not Bullied, Harassed and Intimidated by a Judge as happened on the 2/9/2020 which exacerbated and triggered my PTSD. (I will address question 8 below).
The Designated Civil Judge for Central London and Mayor’s and City of London Courts (His Hon Judge Dight CBE) will get my response along with more about the fact he has a Misconduct against him. This was issued on 19 May 2020 and since the Justice Secretary and Lord Chancellor, Robert Buckland is/was involved, I will be basing my answers on the Charter Of Rights 12 Codes.
Statement From The Judicial Conduct Investigation Office His Honour Marc Dight A spokesperson for the JCIO said: “His Honour Judge (HHJ) Dight has been subject to an investigation into his conduct following complaints of a serious delay in producing a judgment. The Lord Chancellor and Lord Chief Justice found that the delay was unacceptable and concluded that HHJ Dight’s behaviour amounted to a misconduct having fallen below the standards expected of a member of the Judiciary. They have issued HHJ Dight with formal advice”. HHJ Marc Dight is using his Status to target me on behalf of LEYF and cohorts Abuse Rings. 1. Have all outstanding directions been complied with? MM Response: Since the Court continues to discriminate against me failing to contact me when I ask for directions. Refer to http://judicialconduct.judiciary.gov.uk about Subject: A Caseworker has been assigned to your Case CRM: 0055203. Why has Vincent Umeukeje failed to contact me?
2. Is the matter fully effective? MM Response: As far as am concerned this Case was decided on 2/9/2020 by HHJ Parfitt so I have no clue what this question is about. Or is it the fact that https://www.39essex.com/barrister/samantha-jones is known for making up Contagious Disease to get Adjournment a factor.
3. As far as I am concerned this Claim finished at the CLCC on 2/9/2020. Time for LEYF and cohorts to pay me up for 7 years of DISCRIMINATION would be a start www.ico.org.uk SAR.
4. Here again am being treated like the www.met.police.uk that came to SECTION me from a malicious report from a scammer, one of the Claim sent to CLCC. Then come back to MURDER me on behalf of LEYF on 30/11/2020.
