On Tuesday I was inches away from a Serious Motor Bike Crash in Battersea Park Road. I took pictures relating to the Emergency Services because it is relevant to my Studies. Got to class this morning & learnt the Young Man Died from his injuries. I was present when they were cutting the clothes off him & saw his mangled arm. I heard his Groans & saw him in his underwear & when they put him on the Stretcher. My heart goes out to his Family & I hear it was reported in the Evening Standard. LEYF claim not to have any data for me when I applied for www.ico.org.uk Subject Access Request – Data Protection Act – 117119. How can HHJ Marc Dight think with my Defensive Practice across the internet and web they can get away with the second miscarriages of justice. The fact that HHJ Marc Dight was listed as the Designated Civil District Judge for Central London County Court on 2/9/2020 and I was not informed of the changes in him not attending means that he has no Jurisdiction to sit at CLCC on 24/2/2021 making decisions about any correspondence from the Defendant. The Claim Number: F03CL973 was resolved at CLCC on the 2/9/2020 with HHJ Nicholas Parfitt presiding.
There were irregularities on the day as HHJ Parfitt and Mr Bradley of www.womblebonddickinson.com/legal were heard conferring and HHJ Parfitt making excuses and apologising to Mr Bradley. HHJ Parfitt is responsible for triggering my PTSD after the continuing discrimination throughout the Hearing www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk/. On Thursday 5 March, a Student Mental Health Film Festival will take place to mark University Mental Health Day. This event is organised by #KaleidoscopeHealthandCare, King’scollege Students’ Union and SOAS Student’s Union.
The event will showcase a series of #films created by students about their #experiences of mental health, and how they would like support services to improve. The #organisers are also looking for a #TimetoChangeChampion to speak about their experiences.

Location: King’s College London – Guy’s Campus, Gowland Hopkins Lecture Theatre, Hodgkin Building, Newcomen Street, SE1 1UL
What it involves:
The organisers are looking for a Champion to speak for about #7minutes (or less) about their lived experience of mental health problems as a #student, and the importance of sharing lived experience and reducing #stigma for students.
You could also talk about how mental health services can #benefit from learning from lived experiences, and any #resources you have found helpful.

Evaluation: All I am saying is I was at Childcare Expo. I went to the CEO of LEYF Nurseries Seminar. Given me food for thoughts. I will be back tomorrow for #Schemas with Stella Louis. Will be interesting who I see tomorrow? I am good at disguises. Maybe Bright Horizons might be interested to be informed that I am aware of Conor Barthgate’s role in Men In Childcare, since the CEO of LEYF brought it up at her Seminar.

Mervelee Ratty Nembhard Got up this morning in good spirits vowing to change everything about my life. I said I was going to start off praising God for infinite mercies. The horrific results of that terrible motor bike crash off Battersea Park Road is still vivid in my mind.
Went to the Paper shop & Satan had a different plan. But I walked away from temptations when Satan send that Silly Young Girl to come back to try bully, harass & intimidate me because I challenged her biased attitudes towards an Elderly man for whom I was helping as best I could.
I overcome what they have done to me January 2014 – September 2015. And still doing because they think they are above the Laws with FIHP. But I’ll be doing my own Writing & Publishing in Jesus’ name. Refer to https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site for more.

Managed to get the Hair like this b4 I went to bed LN, & even if I say so the Hair is still in good nick & serving me well. At least I got so much done over the WE. Can’t let wat’s hapning round me get me down still…? Got to be resilient as Mr Alistair Campbell, Former Prime Minister Blair advisor said let’s “CALL A SPADE A SPADE” & if it’s Breakdown or Depression (Sunday Express), they are still Mental Health Issues as far as I am concerned…? NOooooo I am not Mad, but I go thru MH phases that was Brought on by those in Authority who Abused their Powers of Authority whilst hiding behind the Organisation/Company they represent! Discriminations by whatever name they call it is still the same – Like how All Sins, big or little are spelt the same way SIN! So another Inquiry has come & gone, but nutn is going to change in my Life time I am Positive bout dat 1…? If U have never stood in a Person’s shoes, U’ll never begin to know about the bunions, callouses, corns, gronish that can strike when that Person have to travel those distances in that shoes….

Yesterday was 1 hell of a PD! Couldn’t make it 2 Brixton 2 get my tickets, but everything else got dun? Losing my VOICE again only highlighted how Persons with SEND & other diverse & complex needs struggle in life. I was croaking like a lizard/frog getting myself understood throughout the day as well as trying to use Sign Language. All is well that ends well as I used the rest of the day to get more work done. So yes I do have a Purpose in Life & I am more than grateful to God for small Mercies! I am bloody Good at wat I do BEST & I refused to allow any Dibby-Dibby BMSM peeps to tell me otherwise! Who God bless no 1 curse… & I am going on my way rejoicing>>> Am only asking the GF to curb dis ToM so I don’t yield 2 di FRUSTRATIONS dat dey trying 2 use to TRAP me!
