IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. Listing for a ECRO before HHJ Dight CBE, HHJ Backhouse or HHJ Luba QC on first open date with a time estimate of 1 hour.

Date 24 February.

 LEYF claim not to have any data for me when I applied for www.ico.org.uk Subject Access Request – Data Protection Act – 117119. How can HHJ Marc Dight think with my Defensive Practice across the internet and web they can get away with the second miscarriages of justice. There is Social Media that I used to develop my Passion for WRITING.

Let me address this in line with https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions-ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 so HHJ Dight And Samantha Jones know that the ECRO Corruption  apply to them and not Mervelee Myers on 2 March 2021.

The fact that HHJ Marc Dight was listed as the Designated Civil District Judge for Central London County Court on 2/9/2020 and I was not informed of the changes in him not attending means that he has no Jurisdiction to sit at CLCC on 24/2/2021 making decisions about any correspondence from the Defendant. The Claim Number: F03CL973 was resolved at CLCC on the 2/9/2020 with HHJ Nicholas Parfitt presiding.

There were irregularities on the day as HHJ Parfitt and Mr Bradley of www.womblebonddickinson.com/legal were heard conferring and HHJ Parfitt making excuses and apologising to Mr Bradley. HHJ Parfitt is responsible for triggering my PTSD after the continuing discrimination throughout the Hearing www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk/.  The next day, 3/9/2020 I had to call out the NHS Ambulance www.healthmanltd.com advised me to seek counselling. I had to call out the NHS Ambulance again on the 8/9/2020 because for the first time I was having SUICIDAL thoughts http://www.radar-cns.org.  

Complaint to Judicial Conduct Investigation Office

 I am still waiting on response from the IOPC about my complaint despite Vincent Umeukeje named as my Caseworker http://judicialconduct.judiciary.gov.uk.  

There is also the matter of the www.barstandardsboard.org.uk REVIEW from my Complaint about Barrister Samantha Jones. Last time I heard from Michael Carter was September 2019.

There is the matter of all my Claims sent to CLCC when a District Judge Bell did this in one day. Including was that of https://www.ryanclement.com that Judgment was passed. This tells me the CCMCC has no interest in collecting my MONEY, but to deny me my RIGHTS because I challenged the DISCRIMINATION where HMCTS is a platform where Legal Entities can take advantage of the VULNERABLE and LAY PERSONS without Legal Knowledge.

Barrister Jones continues to act UNPROFESSIONAL to get HMCTS to breach the Rules of Law in covering up LEYF Abuse RINGS operating out of the HOC Nursery under the nose of https://www.gov.uk too.

Advocating on Behalf of John Fenton

The only reason Barrister Jones continues to act unprofessionally and getting HMCTS involved is because she conducted her BUSINESS representing LEYF from John Fenton’s www.personnelconsultancy.com and get him to pretend he is a SOLICITOR. Mr Fenton is an unscrupulous CONMAN who sent an email to me by mistake.

Justice Ingrid Simler was in the www.express.co.uk advocating on behalf of CRIMINALS not to be DEPORTED to Jamaica. But HMCTS colluding with LEYF ABUSE RINGS to make me a CRIMINAL.

The Lord Chancellor and Lord Chief Justice found that the delay was unacceptable and concluded that HHJ Dight’s behaviour amounted to misconduct having fallen below the standards expected of a member of the Judiciary. The ET: The Judgment was placed online making me a VICTIM. During the time I was waiting I contacted the ET and was given all kinds of excuses from not having any resources, to staff shortages.

The ET Panel refusing my Submission for Additional Witness Statement when www.peachespublications.co.uk sent me the REVIEWS cataloguing ABUSE online on LEYF Website.

Refer to Facebook & Twitter Legal Team contacting me on behalf of Bates Wells & Braithwaite. BWB claim LEYF was their client, but this is perverting the course of justice. Mr John Fenton informed the ET that LEYF did not retained BWB after they contacted me on 24/9/2015.    

EAT: HHJ Shanks claimed I made up DISABILITIES after allowing Barrister Jones to argue the EAT about Parkinson’s disease. I could not claim Parkinson’s as a DISABILITY because I do not have a Medical Diagnosis.

Judicial Ombudsman: Refer to the Conduct of Paul Kernaghan, Justice Simler, Brian Doyle and Adam Jones about my Complaint re the EAT HHJ Shanks.

EAT Office: John Booth taking 1 year to return my FILE.    

CCMCC, County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch: Refer to how my Claims were struck out. With Ms Winsome Duncan we reached Telephone Mediation. Some Claims were defended and then strike out.

District Judge Bell: This person used one day to send all my Claims to CLCC for Designated Civil Judge to impose Restraint Order. This is proof that I am targeted.

Claims Outstanding: My Claims are outstanding, some from October 2019.

3. Now I have been listed to attend Court on 16/4/2021 to answer CRIMINAL DAMAGE ACT 1971.

Facebook Trolls: I was targeted by a James Jones and locked out of my ACCOUNT. Therefore, the ECRO was listed on 24 February 2021 after HHJ Dight with the MISCONDUCT ponders to the CORRUPT UNPROFESSIONAL Barrister Jones.

LinkedIn: Refused access to my ACCOUNT after I was an INFLUENCE and endorsed by Dr Chris Pascal OBE www.crec.co.uk and Professor Tony Bertram – EECERA https://www.eecera.org after I meet them on 19/9/2015.

Twitter: My ACCOUNT suspended.  LEYF is responsible for TERRORISM of MERVELEE MYERS after the death of my MOTHER.

Speaking #opportunity on University Mental Health Day

On Thursday 5 March, a Student Mental Health Film Festival will take place to mark University Mental Health Day. This event is organised by #KaleidoscopeHealthandCare, King’scollege Students’ Union and SOAS Student’s Union.

The event will showcase a series of #films created by students about their #experiences of mental health, and how they would like support services to improve. The #organisers are also looking for a #TimetoChangeChampion to speak about their experiences.

Date: Thursday 5 March

Time: between 6pm and 8pm, to be arranged with the event organisers

Location: King’s College London – Guy’s Campus, Gowland Hopkins Lecture Theatre, Hodgkin Building, Newcomen Street, SE1 1UL

What it involves:

The organisers are looking for a Champion to speak for about #7minutes (or less) about their lived experience of mental health problems as a #student, and the importance of sharing lived experience and reducing #stigma for students.

You could also talk about how mental health services can #benefit from learning from lived experiences, and any #resources you have found helpful.   

Travel expenses: will be covered by the event organisers.

Evaluation: All I am saying is I was at Childcare Expo. I went to the CEO of LEYF Nurseries Seminar. Given me food for thoughts. I will be back tomorrow for #Schemas with Stella Louis. Will be interesting who I see tomorrow? I am good at disguises. Maybe Bright Horizons might be interested to be informed that I am aware of Conor Barthgate’s role in Men In Childcare, since the CEO of LEYF brought it up at her Seminar.

Mervelee Ratty Nembhard Got up this morning in good spirits vowing to change everything about my life. I said I was going to start off praising God for infinite mercies. The horrific results of that terrible motor bike crash off Battersea Park Road is still vivid in my mind.

Went to the Paper shop & Satan had a different plan. But I walked away from temptations when Satan send that Silly Young Girl to come back to try bully, harass & intimidate me because I challenged her biased attitudes towards an Elderly man for whom I was helping as best I could.

Managed to get the Hair like this b4 I went to bed LN, & even if I say so the Hair is still in good nick & serving me well. At least I got so much done over the WE. Can’t let wat’s hapning round me get me down still…? Got to be resilient as Mr Alistair Campbell, Former Prime Minister Blair advisor said let’s “CALL A SPADE A SPADE” & if it’s Breakdown or Depression (Sunday Express), they are still Mental Health Issues as far as I am concerned…? NOooooo I am not Mad, but I go thru MH phases that was Brought on by those in Authority who Abused their Powers of Authority whilst hiding behind the Organisation/Company they represent! Discriminations by whatever name they call it is still the same – Like how All Sins, big or little are spelt the same way SIN! So another Inquiry has come & gone, but nutn is going to change in my Life time I am Positive bout dat 1…? If U have never stood in a Person’s shoes, U’ll never begin to know about the bunions, callouses, corns, gronish that can strike when that Person have to travel those distances in that shoes….

Yesterday was 1 hell of a PD! Couldn’t make it 2 Brixton 2 get my tickets, but everything else got dun? Losing my VOICE again only highlighted how Persons with SEND & other diverse & complex needs struggle in life.  I was croaking like a lizard/frog getting myself understood throughout the day as well as trying to use Sign Language. All is well that ends well as I used the rest of the day to get more work done. So yes I do have a Purpose in Life & I am more than grateful to God for small Mercies! I am bloody Good at wat I do BEST & I refused to allow any Dibby-Dibby BMSM peeps to tell me otherwise! Who God bless no 1 curse… & I am going on my way rejoicing>>>  Am only asking the GF to curb dis ToM so I don’t yield 2 di FRUSTRATIONS dat dey trying 2 use to TRAP me!
