I would just like clarifications about the letter for my Court appearance on 4^th June 2021 as I get the impression nothing will be done in terms of arguing about the miscarriages of justice by the Judiciary of England and Wales that resulted in me becoming the victim of another employers with support from the union https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016.  I was a participant in Dr Maria Hudson www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers  “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS. The Union involved UNISON http://unison.org.uk overturned the Government Law in 2017 for employees to be charged fee to take employers to the Employment Tribunals. They claimed my case was closed when I contacted them. In the case of LEYF, VOICE https://www.voicetheunion.org.uk  did the same as UNISON, only this time I did not resign. Am still charged fees coming up 5 years I have not worked. Yet www.moneyclaim.gov.uk can strike out my Claim after I was contacted by 2 Solicitors defending the Claim.   

At first I get the impression that my Medical Reports would be used to argue my case www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk/.  Am happy with the representation I received, except I prefer not to have to wait until the last minute like meeting Mr Atkins on 16/4/2021. This can exacerbate my Chronic Anxiety and cause me to panic I was advised by www.healthmanltd.com to seek Counselling to find out why I react the way I do to certain situations when was sent on Medical Suspension in breach of the Contract I signed. I was harassed, bullied and intimidated by the Security which was not a good start to my day. I need reassurance in advance to help with my disability so am not discriminated against, consciously or unconsciously http://www.radar-cns.org.

My arguments with Appendix was done in line with the instructions in the letter from the Court.
