After 7 years of discrimination am now having suicidal thoughts as a result of the continuing Institutional Discrimination from the http://judiciaryconduct.judiciary.gov.uk of England & Wales and Criminal Justice System. I have had 12 sessions of CBT www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk/ and participated in Mental Health and www.diabetes.org.uk Research. However, like what happened after the death of my brother who died suddenly with Colon Cancer, www.cruk.org I was targeted after the death of my mother www.dementia.org.uk and I am now a prisoner in my own home. My former Employer www.leyf.org.uk that refused to give me my FILE and claiming they have no data for me. Is using my DISCLOSURES to continue triggering my PTSD, after the ET Judge claimed there was no Medical after it was left out and I handed it in Court https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016. 

At the EAT the https://www.39essex.com/barrister/smantha-jones was allowed to argue about www.parkinsons.org.uk disease. The Judge claimed I made up disabilities. I have been trying to get my rights back. Instead at CLCC the Judge read the Medical report, claimed he understand my PTSD, but the Medical Report said I am doing okay. Every arguments I put forward the Judge claims I have no say in the matter. The result I have to call out the Ambulance because I could not stop the SHAKES.

Days later, before the funeral of my neighbour who died from a Heart Attack, I was having suicidal thoughts for the first time. These SUICIDAL THOUGHTS are becoming more frequent. However, I am a prisoner in my own home as even this morning someone calling me and keep repeating “Can you speak English” is to trigger my PTSD for me to be unable to function. Or to go commit a CRIMIONAL ACT like what caused my brother’s death in jail https://youtu.be/kJcomeREU2Q. 

Everything that is happening to me is planned and orchestrated by LEYF, HMCTS, CCMCC, CLCC, BSB, SRA, JCIO, IOPC and the corrupt SYSTEMS covering up the ABUSE in the REVIEWS online. I coped with my Childhood Traumas with support from the NHS from I arrived in the UK. But am pushed over the edge because I refused to accept giving up as and option and challenging DISCRIMINATION https://www.gov.uk is CORRUPT.

I am supposed to have gone to do my Blood Test from October because my Sugar was up from being STRESSED out by those psychopaths named Em-Ploy-Liars? I didn’t have time to go…
Back to the GP & I got another summons to go… Still won’t be able to tear away from this Urgent matter of clearing my name, repairing my ruined reputations and restoring my character to some semblance of recognition.
Ok so they say I have not worked since submitting my Resignation on the 27th September & I could have found WORK within a month to recoup my losses.
For 6 years they paid me likkle & nutn despite me doing di Jack-ASS wuck.
Contrary to their prejudice biased jaundiced ignorant beliefs, I have been hard at work from the breached my Human Rights & tricked me into going on Medical Suspension on the 27th March.
If proof is needed, this is 1 response from my 4 Open Letters as well as the Occupational Health Report.

I will be back to Work after this, brush up about International Laws, Home Country Legislations & Guidelines & Organisational Policies & Procedures.

They expected me to turn up at the MH examinations walking with stick or in a wheelchair. But I never used 1 b4 & always controlled my disability & health conditions holistically. Damned good thing I was Open, Forward Thinking & Above Board where my Legacy, DNA, Genes & Heredity are concerned. Otherwise I’d get wat di duck get…?
