Dear Ms Myers,

Thank you for your email.  I am writing to let you know that if you do not remove all of the posts from your website which refer to Richard Harty and other UEL employees, myself included, we will start legal proceedings against you for defamation and harassment. We may also report you to the Police.  If you continue to make persistent personal attacks against any of our employees on social media, that is harassment, which is a criminal offence. As you are clearly very active online, could I please ask you to read this information from the Met Police about social media harassment as a crime: https://www.met.police.uk/advice/advice-and-information/har/harassment-on-social-media/.

We really do not want you to get yourself into trouble because you are distressed,  but we cannot permit you to continue posting untrue and offensive posts about our employees.  Please confirm by the end of today that you will take down all of the content which you have posted about Richard, me and other UEL employees. If you do not do so, then we will be taking further action to prevent you from continuing to post these unfounded allegations against our employees.
