Disable Lives Matter Within The Equality Act Protected Characteristics 3 December 2020
How Mervelee Myers Fight4justice Campaign Will Prove Culture Of Discrimination As Norm
The Protected Characteristics of the Equality Act 2010 Currently, the law recognizes five (5) protected characteristics: Race, Religion, Sexual Orientation, Disability, and Transgender Status. But this does not mean these characteristics are treated equally. There is evidence from consultation recognizing that there is complexity and a lack of clarity in current laws. Copyright Act Section 107 is taken from an email by http://www.cardboardboardcitizens.org.uk to do with consultation for CRISIS.
Abstract Within democratic societies, counter-terrorism is almost exclusively about crime prevention. A broad and holistic approach to preventing terrorism can be based on nine prevention mechanisms: building normative barriers against terrorism, reducing radicalisation and recruitment, deterrence, disruption, incapacitation, protecting vulnerable targets, reducing benefits to terrorists, reducing harm, and facilitating disengagement from terrorism. Counter-terrorist policies which are only based on a narrow range of repressive mechanisms and military measures tend to become overly heavy-handed, producing serious negative side effects which serve to enhance the problem rather than reducing it. A more holistic approach, making use of the entire range of preventative mechanisms, may lighten the impact of the “hard” measures by relying more on the impact of the “softer” and more positive measures to build moral barriers, reduce recruitment, and facilitate exit from terrorist movements.
My Fight4justice Campaign
My https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site campaign is my investment sharing stories about the two miscarriages of justice in the past twenty eight years leaving me a victim of the above ABSTRACT. I will be using the following to argue my claims about the discrimination which ruin my career and destroying my life. Since my recent experiences when http://www.met.police.uk decided to act like the terrorist in denying me my entitlement not to be discriminated against.
Here is United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child: Article 14 states that it is basic entitlement of humans to enjoy their rights and freedoms without discrimination on any grounds. Let me refer to http://www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers of Dr Maria Hudson “The Experience of Discrimination on Multiple Grounds”. Because I was a participant who was interviewed at my home in 2010. Therefore LEYF http://www.leyf.org.uk must accept responsibility for the terrorism of Mervelee Myers using my vulnerability of having DISABILITIES to trigger my Post Traumatic Stress Disorder after the death of my mother.
Disability Discrimination by LEYF
Let me say I was a graduate of http://www.open.ac.uk before I take up my employment with Westminster Children Society on 1 September 2009. I signed the Contract 7 October 2009 and during the https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 realised that LEYF did not update the Contract in line with the Equality Act 2010. I hold several posts from the time I started working at Fitzrovia Community Nursery to when I was forced to resign from New Cross Community Nursery 27 September 2015. With the second nervous breakdown in a toxic work environment after experiencing bereavement and loss.
A Broad and Holistic Approach to Managing my Disabilities I have been applying Early Intervention Strategies to managing my Childhood Traumas from the time my Primary School Teacher Ms Una Perry teach me to develop resilience. Although I was not aware at the time, I was using writing as therapy because my father was a storyteller. The fact that disabilities played major roles in my life meant I was an Informal Carer from an early age. As a matter of fact, I was a carer from the time my youngest brother was born. About three years later my father was stricken with Parkinson’s disease. My Personal Experiences of Parkinson’s Disease – Updated 17/8/2017 https://plus.google.com/100939131463790195264/posts/YoJDpGvhGMG was from a Facebook post. I know more about Parkinson’s disease than most… was posted on 3/4/2015 when I was sent on Medical Suspension by LEYF in breach of all Rules of Law. It was http://www.voicetheunion.org.uk solicitor Arwen Makin who advised me and I was represented by Union Rep Darren Mahon, who disappeared after accompanying me to the Disciplinary Hearing. Now VOICE is still taking my money 5 years on from me not having a job. Therefore, VOICE is acting like a terror cell on behalf of LEYF. My Complaint to Judicial Conduct Investigation Office This is my second time complaining to JCIO and it is to do with Disability Discrimination.
A Caseworker from JCIO has been assigned to my Case CRM: 0055203. The Caseworker’s name is Vincent Umeukeje and they will be in contact in due course. My Case Reference is – 33448/20 and am wondering how long the due course is. Maybe the JCIO is waiting to hear that I was terrorised by the Police http://www.met.police.uk who visited my home on 30/11/2020 and I decided to become the statistic of 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment in http://www.hctgroup.org Impact Report 2016. This was used by http://www.peachespublications.co.uk to send the Police to my home to section me on 30/10/2017. After I was scammed by https://www.ryanclement.com who groomed Winsome Duncan. Since then http://www.policeconduct.gov.uk has proven they are party to terrorism by seeing counter-terrorism as almost exclusively about prevention. Instead of applying a more holistic approach. That is why I can go as far back as August 2000 when I was forced to seek refuge at the Brixton Police Station.
I was the victim of Domestic Abuse, who became Homeless as a result. Although I was treated with VALIUM continuing from Jamaica, when I arrived in the UK for my Hidden Disabilities, I had a Chronic Anxiety Diagnosis in July 2006. The GP said he was unable to give me a Medical Report for Parkinson’s disease because I did not have a Medical Diagnosis. I was sponsored by http://unison.org.uk for my Health & Social Care Level 2 Studies with http://www.aoug.org.uk the only course that I have done an examination. I have always chosen courses where I can prepare Assignments, so I do not have the pressures of examinations to trigger my Hidden Disabilities.
The Benefits of Studies
This is in regards to my Hidden Disabilities that prevented me from achieving my potentials from the time I developed the signs and symptoms of my Father’s disability. During studies, I decided to adapt the “Holistic Approach” to managing my disabilities from 2006. I found an outlet for my passion for writing throughout my studies at https://www.lambethcollege.ac.uk 1997-1999. My peers used to rely on me to interpret and feed back to them and told me I could be the tutor. I was encouraged to use my assignments as a BOOK by my tutors, who advised me to attend university. Because of the challenges of living with domestic abuse I could not take up the offer. I went to work, and my CV is evident of how important training was for updating my knowledge. On 19/9/2015 when I meet Dr Chris Pascal OBE http://www.crec.co.uk and Professor Tony Bertram EECERA https://www.eecera.org I told them about my intention of gaining my SEND Teacher Qualification for returning to Jamaica. I was endorsed on https://www.linkedin.com on 22/9/2020 the date when Senior HR Dilys Epton sent me LinkedIn Request. I was invited to LEYF CO for chat with Neil King. All I will say on this matter is LEYF was not operating any of the nine preventative mechanisms that are inclusive of the broad and holistic approach to preventing terrorism.
I will state categorically that LEYF set out to radicalise me after the death of my mother and I transferred to BIB. That is why I take exception to Sargent Patel asking me if I have a British Passport at Walworth Police Station on 30/11/2020. Because the POLICE acted as terrorists and were in breach of every Rules of Law from the time, I opened my door and invited them in. As well as discrimination of the Protected Characteristics of the Equality Act that I fall into. They are Disability, Race, and Religion of which the Employment Tribunal Services presided over two miscarriages of justice against me. Becoming Victim of my Intellectual Property I graduated from Lambeth College with a Student of Year Certificate.
Despite LEYF claims of having no data for me I have the Copyright to my Intellectual Property that I will be taking back ownership from those who have used them to build BRAND. The latest trend is pretending they are doing me favours and I refuse to accept. Prepared by: Mervelee Myers FD (Open) Mental Health & SEND Advocate.

Taurus: Something or someone could push you just a little too far over the coming days, but you’re prepared and know exactly how to handle the situation. You’re an expert at serenity, so practise being calm and collected this week. If only LEYF Nurseries had known what they were doing in empowering me, they might not have done it? So it took them from October 2014 to September 2015 to #Discriminate. But although I will never be #CuredofzDisabilities, Counselling at the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust on the recommendations of Dr Laura Crawford of Health Management Ltd has given me the confidence to go back to the time when I was 10 years old & not suffered #PostTruamaticStressDisorder? So next week, I am off to do the NHS health check! #Empowerment even if I am nearly #60yearsold & #36years after the #DeathofPapa!
The things they say… “If moderation is a fault, then indifference is a crime” Jack Kerouac (1922-1969). So this is me on the #CampaignTrails all the way in the UK, presenting my #1Son Mr Kevin Murray! Westmoreland should move away from #PartyLoyalty & #Elect the best Candidate for the #Job!

This complaint is in relation to an incident that occurred at the Borough High Street Branch on Friday 1 October 2021, resulting in far-reaching implications for me and my family.
Order of Events
Monday 27th September 2021
I had a few errands to run before going into my local branch of Barclays at Walworth Road. I was running late, returning a Disability & Dyslexia form to the GP Surgery that they failed to fill in, correctly. Therefore, Student Finance England at http://www.gov.uk/studentfinance decided to join the discrimination of Mervelee Myers with regards to my Mental and Physical Disabilities. Because I was passing the bank, I decided to stop there first as I had urgent business to do at Barclays. I was welcome inside the bank, waited my turn, and was served at the counter on the left by a black lady. I came to the conclusion she was new when she asked her colleague if she had done a transaction like this after I handed over the paper with the information and explained what I needed her to do for me. She was getting instructions from her colleague and relaying them to me.
I was told it would cost £25.00 for the transfer, the information I know because I had done it at the Walworth Road Branch. Throughout the dialogue, I started questioning some of the advice given or questions I was asked. Why did I not send the money to Jamaica National since I don’t have to pay? I found this strange that I was been asked to take business away from Barclays. Anyway, have JN account set up with my Barclays. I am the kind of person, because of my PTSD and OCD must be prepared whenever I go to conduct business, so I don’t get a “Panic Attack”. I need to be in control to manage my life. Another thing I found strange was asking me if I was sure the account was in the name of my daughter-in-law because they want to protect me. I had explained the reason I came to the Bank with a paper on which the information was written. I told them the money was to pay the university fee for Canada. The number of questions I was been asked I told them I was starting university the next day and I was stressed. By this time, I wanted to go and asked that whatever information I needed should be written on the paper. I would take it home, speak to my daughter-in-law and come back the next day.
I had taken out the £2,000.00 from the brown envelope, explained how I set the money as my husband taught me to make it easier to manage and handed over. I told her how much I was paying in. I take money from another envelope inside my bag, counted £300.00, lay them separately in the pigeonhole. When I was told they were unable to do the transactions after another brown skin lady joined the other two, I said since I have handed over the money am not taking it back home. It will have to go through my account, it is safer in the bank, so I will try and come back the next day before going to university to finish the transaction.
I got home realise I was not given a receipt but was not unduly bothered I am dealing with Barclays. I was told my son’s name is in the account so told my daughter-in-law to put all the information in the letter.
Circumstances Beyond My Control
Friday 1st October 2021
I went into the Bank waited my turn and was shown to the counter at the far side on the right. The teller there is the white lady who was instructing the black lady before the brown lady joined them. I have my own intuitions about people, and I noticed something was not right when I walked up to the counter. I was wearing the same tie head and I guess it must have been my expectations. But when I introduced myself and said I could only just come back to complete the transaction, she called across to her colleague to say I was there, and she did not recognize me. Something clicked in my head and I asked for the balance in my account. Her reactions and mumblings alerted me when she said £4,000.00+. I said to her I usually have £3,000.00+ in my account to cover bills, and I put £2,300.00 in on Monday. She said to me I only put £1,300.00 in and I said we need to correct the mistakes. Her reactions confirmed my worse fears and I moved away from the counter.
Because my PTSD was triggered, and I wanted to be in control. I was standing on the outside talking to myself saying this needs to be sorted when the brown skin lady who joined the other 2 on Monday came from the back and targeted me accusing me of shouting and pointing at her and there were cameras. I walked away from her, went back to the counter asking the teller to let us find out where the mistake was made. Instead of helping me, she accused me of shouting and throw the paperwork I had given her in the space claiming she is not serving me. The next thing I know the brown lady came back round, stood directly behind over the barrier, telling me to calm down and gesticulating with her finger-wagging at me. I simply said who is pointing the finger, I talk with my hands, but you are wagging your fingers at me. She continues to argue so I told her “BITCH” leave me alone. She claimed she was going to call the Police if I don’t get out of the bank. I collected my documents and went and sit on the chair because by this time I was fuming.
The brown lady told the black man to get the customers out of the bank. I was sat on the chair waiting for the Police and talking to myself when another white teller came out, standing in front of me, telling me to calm down. Can you see how am being provoked? I am still sat on the chair talking and the same white teller shouting at me to calm down because her customer can’t hear. I must point out at this time that neither the Asian-looking Chinese nor the Black man did anything to upset me, the women were responsible. Whilst am sat waiting the black teller keep lifting the blind to look and me. I told her she best tries to sort out the mistake or they will leave her in the lurch. The next time she lifted the blind she asked where the receipt is, she gave me. My response you did not give me a receipt.
Defrauded and Beg the South London Press to Tell my Story
Whilst I was sat there targeted by the women treating me like a criminal like what I have been enduring the past 7 years after the death of my mother I decided to do my recordings for my Defensive Practice. I was not leaving out of the bank until the Police arrived. I could not understand why they were taking so long whilst the brown lady was depriving customers of conducting business by closing the branch when I was sat on a chair, talking, and not going berserk.
The Police Arrive
I was sat on the chair when 2 young white men arrived and went to the back of the bank, then came acting as if they were going to physically get me out of the bank. So, I read them the riot act with my camcorder recording. The camcorder can be used as evidence of my conversation with the Officers. I have cases with the Metropolitan Police and IOPC for attempts on my life.
Acting on Advice from the Police
I acted on the instructions given to me by the Officers and went to the Borough Branch of Barclays only to be treated like a criminal once again. The stupid Manager claims he cannot help me unless I produce the receipt. I told him I was not given a receipt and he accused me of shouting. One thing that is certain is I handed over £2,000.00 clipped with a yellow staple with a few old £20.00 notes. I stood at the counter and counted out £300.00 from an envelope inside my bag. Since Madam Tyrant Brown Skin who accused me of pointing at her said it was captured on CCTV why not check for me at the counter on Monday in the bank. When she was wagging her finger at me was that captured on CCTV or did she turn it off before she came back out.
Walworth Police Station
Despite the treatment by Police, I went to the Walworth Police Station to seek advice and acted. I did not get home until late and my husband was concerned.
Saturday 2 October 2021
Walworth Road Branch
I went to my branch on Saturday to finish the transaction because the deadline for the payment was coming up and I was panicking because of events with the university from Monday 7/9/2021. There was no counter service and I returned home.
Monday 4 October 2021
I went to the Walworth Road branch to complete the transaction. I had to borrow £1,000.00 to make up the amount that was missing at Bermondsey Tower Bridge Road. I was advised and served at the counter because I hold no animosity with Barclays and did not mention the incident to the teller about what happens on Friday. I asked permission to report the incident and the young man listened to me and write his report. However, the lady in the bank knew about the matter because of the closure.
Other Matters Impacting the Issue
The fact I was called before I left home on 27 September 2021 by a caller from the UEL might have been responsible for me becoming stressed and explaining that to the tellers in the bank. Without Prejudice, I think the ladies pick up on my vulnerability and decided to act on it because I have other accounts that the money could have been transferred to. This was done on 4/10/2021 Monday at Walworth Road Branch.
Tuesday 5 October 2021
I was all excited about going back to university, reached and was turned away. I was targeted by 3 persons on campus and when the Security witnessed what was happening he came out to defuse the matter. I was so distraught he had to call the Ambulance for me, but no support as they did not think it was an Emergency. I was scared of coming home on my own, but I made it home, but in turmoil. It was during that time that my husband opened the letter and I realised it came from the bank. The letter was dated 1/10/2021 and this was the reason the person at the Borough branch asked me for the receipt saying he cannot do anything until I produce the receipt.
I received Case Reference: CRLV62X8Z9 from Barclays Team
Wednesday 6 October 2021
I did not eat or had much sleep, but I get up early to go back to the Walworth Road branch because I had an interview with the Parole Officer. To say I was devastated by the treatment of the staff including the black woman who I assumed is the manager. Because she knew the other branch was closed on Friday. The only compassion I got was from the young white man who took the statement and told me he understands because he suffers from Mental Health. He did not mind me recording the conversation to safeguard myself.
Thursday 7 October 2021
My mobile rang and the male caller identified himself as calling from Barclays but I get the impression his call was to intimidate me and for my protection, I record these callers. By the time he had frustrated me, he said the complaint was closed and wants me to give him my address to send me information for the Financial Ombudsman Service. I advised him to check my FILE and how do I know he is calling from Barclays.
Friday 8 October 2021
Went to take out an account and had to return home to try to sort it online. I was not successful and tried another bank. I was told that Barclays did not give me enough time to get my account transferred to the other bank.
GDPR 2018 – How to be ready and 20 GDPR myths debunked Winckworth Sherwood
My experiences of discrimination teach me to develop a “Defensive Practice” as the Practitioner who developed the listening ethos. I have done the training via http://www.wslaw.co.uk and Charity Meetup. There are a Charter Of Rights 12 Codes that Barclays should educate their staff about. I refuse to be treated like a criminal like when I begged the South London Press to Share my Story in 2004.
The only reason without prejudice that the people concerned behaved the way they did is identifying my vulnerability they decided to scam me. I told them I was coming back the next day, when I was due to start university and I was already stressed. They were counting on the fact that I was coming in depending on them to do the transaction because they did not do it on Monday for their own selfish motives.
How can the white teller pretend not to recognise me, but is alerting the black colleague to this fact? The plan fell apart because I asked about the balance in my account before putting through the transaction. So, now they have to find a reason to get rid of me, I was alerted to the fact something just was not right.
The brown lady came around two times hoping I would leave so they can say I admitted I did not give them my money for safekeeping, and they scammed me claiming I am the one at fault.
It happened in 2004 so history repeating seventeen years apart.
The entire team at Tower Bridge, excepting the Chinese looking man and the Black man must be disciplined and I get a written apology signed by all. The manager at Borough must give me a written apology.
The black lady at the Walworth Road branch is aware and her treatment of me on Monday was appalling.
I am to be compensated for triggering my PTSD and almost losing my dignity, along with having to borrow the money for my daughter-in-law to pay her university fee.
Conclusion
I am relying on good sense to prevail and that Barclays and I can deal with this amicable. Otherwise, being scammed another £1,000.00 will not have a major impact on my life. I am hoping to earn a Business Project within a team with a major corporation from the Career Zone of the University of East London where am studying my Masters in SEND.
So, it’s business as usual at Barclays until the matter is settled.
Reflections
Am no longer at the UEL as I have been kicked off the course. I don’t know when my life will get any better after 7+ years living like this.
We write in relation to your visit to the Tower Road branch on 01/10/2021. MM Arguments: Why is no mention made of my visit to the bank on Monday 27, September 2021? Refer to the recording of the conversation Richard Harty Dean of School Education and Communities T. +44 (0)2082237538 E. r.j.harty@uel.ac.uk in the recording at https://youtu.be/6-Znc7I7izc for an intellectual imbecile that I will prove to Barclays is no different from who composed this email on Friday 1st October 2021. During your visit you use profanity, shouted and used insulting language at our staff. MM Arguments: Might I advise Barclays to read News South London Press: Friday, May 28, 2004, at http://www.icsouthlondon.co.uk to familiarise themselves about the era and how Mervelee Myers has been pushed over the edge since. And the contributions of Barclays to triggering and exacerbating my PTSD to scam me out of £1,000.00 again. We appreciate frustrations do arise but speaking to Barclays staff in such a manner is not acceptable to us. MM Arguments: This was staged as Barclays staff pushed me over the edge to get me to lose control to cover up the fact an elaborate plot was made by 2 staff to implicate a young black teller in their scamming.
Paragraph 2
We take these matters very seriously and, having carefully considered these events, we view this conduct to be unreasonable. MM Arguments: Since the letter was dated on 1st October 2021 without prejudice Barclays is responsible for the precipitation of the events of Friday as the serious matter to scam me out of a £1,000.00 was concocted by the white teller and brown skin lady when the black teller asked for assistance. Therefore, I am considering based on the fact of services received at the Walworth Road branch of Barclays that the white girl identified my vulnerability explaining I was starting university the next day and I am stressed. It is the conduct of the white teller and brown lady who later approached the counter that will be questioned. We have not taken the decision lightly and it is with regret, that we are unable to continue to act as your banker. MM Arguments: When was this letter written, before or after the Police arrived at the bank? The answer will hinge on the approach to be taken by me when I upload the videos, I recorded at the Tower Bridge Road branch and Borough branch on Friday. The recording at the Walworth Road branch on Wednesday. If Barclays wants to risk their reputation for the sake of covering up a SCAMMING Racket over to them. I am still convinced that there was internal scamming, operating between Barclays and Halifax in 2004 when I begged the South London Press to publish my story.
Paragraph 3
Your account(s) will be closed on 15/10/2021 in accordance with our Terms and Conditions under Section 5 Closing an account or service, or leaving Barclays. MM Arguments: Is Barclays not in breach of their own Terms and Conditions by making this hasty decision to close my account and spending the time writing this letter on Friday 1st October 2021 instead of working in partnership with a valued customer to resolve the matter amicably? Who are the Terms and Conditions for? You can find this online at http://www.barclays.co.uk/rca or you can obtain a copy from your local branch. MM Arguments: The fact I had to borrow £1,000.00 to replace the amount that was not added to my account on Monday 27th September 2021 and was in my local branch on Monday 4th October doing the transaction they failed to carry out at Tower Bridge is evidence of the TRUST I had in BARCLAYS. Therefore, I no longer owe Barclays any allegiance and they will be exposed for how they are no different from the Judiciary Of England And Wales & the Crown Prosecution Service & Criminal Justice System hence https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 which started after the death of my mother.
Alternatively, we can send you a copy upon request. MM Arguments: For Barclays information, I will refer to the Equality Act 2010 The Equality Act prohibits discrimination against people with a disability, whether this is physical or mental impairment. The impairment is expected to last 12 months or more and impacts substantially on a person’s day-to-day activities. Here is where I must expose Barclays “Without Prejudice” as operating a “SCAM” from the Tower Bridge Road branch because of videos I made and posted to my YouTube. This is about disgruntled customers. Whilst I was at the branch on Friday an elderly white lady had walked away and was complaining. I noticed the Black Staff Member did go over and speak with her. If I had known Barclays was going to send me this letter, I would have taken the time to speak with the lady to find out why she was upset. Mervelee Myers invested in my own websites and YouTube in 2012 and now I must defend myself from the UK Government Corrupt Systems and Banking Institutions I am a Mental Health & SEND Advocate. Basically, Barclays has been discriminating against me under the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics from 2004 when I begged the Press to intervene as well as the Financial Ombudsman Service.
Paragraph 4
What you need to do now?
Make alternative arrangements for your banking services immediately and withdraw any outstanding credit balance from your account(s) MM Arguments: Since I have disabilities, I am going to request that Barclays as the perpetrator triggering and exacerbating my PTSD at Tower Bridge Road branch on 27th September 2021 take responsibility ensuring I am supported to make a smooth transition in making the alternative arrangements for my banking services. Am not expecting any more or no less based on the years I trusted Barclays to be my BANKER.
Provide your new banking details to anyone making regular payments into your account(s). MM Arguments: I will expect Barclays to take responsibility for helping me to make a smooth transition to my new banking provider. Failure to do so will prove my theory of what happened in 2004 that there is a FRAUD ring operating from Barclays and other Financial Institutions. We will endeavor to return to the relevant sender payments received after your account is closed, but we cannot guarantee that this will be possible. MM Arguments: The only reason Barclays cannot guarantee this is they are operating a SCAMMING Ring from inside the Tower Bridge Road branch. What happened to my £1,000.00?
Download or save elsewhere any documents that you have uploaded to Barclays Cloud It. MM Arguments: Let me make it clear that Mervelee Myers must hold Barclays responsible for helping me in carrying out such functions based on the following.
Wednesday 8 July 2020 To help you keep an eye on your account whilst it’s harder to get in contact with us, you can opt to receive a weekly balance alert. We’ll send a text to ***** with next steps. The white teller realised on 27 September 2021 I am vulnerable and set out to take advantage by scamming me for £1,000.00 at the counter.
Barclays Cloud It will no longer be available to you after your accounts are closed. MM Arguments: Tuesday 16 February 2021 We’d like to verify recent activity on your Debit Card. We will text further details in an SMS from ***** where we require your response.
Paragraph 5
In view of the above, we will not be able to offer you any new banking services prior to the closure of your account(s) and any product or account you open after this period may be closed. MM Updates: Without Prejudice Barclays is just operating a SCAMMING Ring targeting those identified as vulnerable with the tactics used in not completing the transaction on Monday. Thinking they can get away with deciding to close my account on 1st October 2021 after the plots orchestrated by the white and brown tellers to implicate the black teller to act unprofessionally backfired dramatically on Friday.
In addition, we will be unable to respond to any account status requests received after the date of account closure. MM Arguments: It was Barclays that encouraged me to do the following.
Friday 19 March 2021 ****** is your Barclays app mobile verification code for account ****8978 (valid for 24 hours). Didn’t ask for this? Call the number on the back of your card. I was supported to complete these procedures over the telephone. And that is why Barclays will be held responsible for ensuring I make a smooth transition to the new bank so as not to end up in another situation like Monday 27th September 2021 and Friday 1st October 2021. Whilst the Tower Bridge Road branch covering their track by closing my account.
Paragraph 6
If you would like to discuss this further, please contact us on the details provided at the top of the letter. MM Arguments: I went to the Walworth Road branch to complete the transactions that the SCAMMERS at the Tower Bridge Road branch failed to do as I must have sent them into PANIC when I questioned them about the missing £1,000.00.
Contacting the Financial Ombudsman
I contacted the FOS on 08000234567 in preparation to make Barclays stop and take stock that their staff at Tower Bridge Road and Borough branches must be investigated for discrimination under the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. Can I advise Barclays about Southwark IAPTS: call: 0203228219 or email: slm-tr.SPTS@nhs.net or online form https://slam-iapt.nhs.uk/ from the Nexus Health Group?
Conclusion
Without Prejudice here is my theory about why the Bermondsey Tower Bridge Road branch of Barclays made the hasty decision to close my account. There is a SCAMMING Ring operating here that targets the elderly people they keep during transactions like what happened on Monday when the transaction was not completed. Disclosing the fact, I was stressed, and starting university on Tuesday resulted in the plot to take £1,000.00 of the money to help pay my daughter-in-law’s university fees. I discussed the matter and told them I did not want her to lose her place. I was expected to return the next day and, in a hurry, so would not realise what was happening. I told my daughter-in-law something was not right about why 3 bankers could not help me sort the matter when I explained the urgency. I must mention the caller, Richard Harty Dean of School, School of Education and Communities Telephone: +44(0)20 8223 7538 Email r.j.harty@uel.ac.uk from the University Of East London who upset me just before leaving home. There are similarities between Barclays and the UEL that I will be using in decolonising the British Empire.
When I returned on Friday, I was expected not to question anyone, and Barclays Tower Bridge Road branch would have succeeded in scamming Mervelee Myers out of £1,000.00 and the second time in the 29 years I am living in the UK.
The fact that Barclays hastily prepared a letter to close my account on Friday means that was why the manager at Borough branch adopted the stance he took.
I completed the transaction at the Walworth Road branch and made a report and this is the Case Reference: CRLV62X8Z9 and I don’t give a toss what Barclays does from here on.
I was back at the Walworth Road branch on 6th October 2021. Please visit my Social Media and Websites and YouTube for more.
Being a Valued Barclays Customer
Thanks for the excellent services over the years, it is a pity that Barclays allowed the Tower Bridge Road branch to Con them for Barclays to be acting this way. All the best for the future.
Since Barclays can treat me this way the second when I am down on my knees, have not worked since the death of my mother I am expecting compensation under the Charter Of Rights Overarching Code For Justice. 1. To be understood 2. To have the details of a crime recorded without unjustified delay. 3. To be provided with information when reporting a crime. 4. To be referred to victim support services, including independent advisors, to provide emotional and practical help regardless of whether a crime is reported to the Police. 5. To be provided with information about the investigation and prosecution including the right to be informed as to the reasons why a suspect will not be prosecuted. 6. To make a victim’s personal statement, which tells the court how the crime has affected the individual. 7. To be given information about the trial, trial process and the role of a witness. 8. To be given information about the outcome of the case and any appeals. 9. To be given information about the offender following conviction – including when they are due to be released and the terms of release. 10. To make a complaint about rights not being met. 11. To be paid expenses and have property returned. 12. To be provided with information about compensation.
Thank you for submitting your complaint form to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
In light of the government’s guidance around the Covid-19 outbreak, we’re having to work differently. It is likely that it’ll take us a number of weeks to respond to let you know your complaint has been received and allocated to a case handler – but we’re working hard to get back to you as quickly as we can. HI Mervelee
I have received your email with thanks. All of the people that need to see your disability awareness form have been sent it. We received it last week.
It is lovely to see you are enjoying the course so far. I will be on campus tomorrow at last and I lead ET7000. Please feel free to pop in just before the start if you can and I will explain the difference between the modules. You can then decide which module you feel is better for you. It is quite usual for people to swap between the 2 at the start so do not worry about this.
If you swap you will need to make contact with the student hub and let them know. Unfortunately we cannot do this for you as it is a student facing organisation only.
Could I suggest that you ensure you use your student email for making contact with anyone at UEL. Feel free to copy your personal email into it. We are not supposed to open emails from personal accounts. We have some flexibility over the first couple of weeks of term as student enrolment issues are sorted but after that the powers that be get cross with us. (You will see a message on TEAMS about this towards the end of the week as people have their UEL email activated).
Many thanks

The following is to be placed on my record so I don’t have another situation like what LEYF done to me after the death of my mother. I don’t wish to bear the burdens if discrimination robs my husband of even one day of his life.
Today May 12th 2013 is being celebrated as Mother’s Day around the world but not in the UK. So even thou I have been living in the UK for over 20 years I do what everyone else does and celebrate Mothering Sunday with the children I work with. However I always celebrate officially around this time because my mother and the other women who played important roles in my life are living abroad. Even thou I told my children that there is a different time for Mother’s Day in the UK, they still salute as part of the custom at this time too. My mum is the most important person in my life and for me every day is Mother’s Day as far as I am concerned. This week is also being celebrated as Dementia Awareness Week so I have decided to write about the debilitating condition that has mum in its grasp and from which there is no escape. I know for certain that she will only be released from her misery when the good Lord decided to answer our prayers and take her home to be with her loved ones.
Coping along the way
My mum has always known, cared for and be around family friends and acquaintances who needed special support because of illnesses all of her life from she was very young. She lost children in infancy; helped to care for her dad, husband, mother; buried her brother, sons and numerous family but she was always able to bounce back. Now that the Lord has seen fit to strike her down with Dementia, this has become a trying time for her and the rest of the family. We know there is no way back and we have to do our utmost best to support her the best we can until she is called home to rest from her toils. Now that I am older and wiser I will no longer question the works of God as I did when my dad was stricken for over a decade with his illnesses. I have also come to terms with the fact that I will not be able to get rid of the DNA hence the genes I was born with and is trying to make my life as beneficial as is decently possible until the good Lord decided my time has come to be struck down with any one of my many ailments which I inherited from my parents. In the meantime I am saving my energies to make mum’s life as comfortable as possible until the rest of her remaining days here on this earth? Sometimes I get burden down along the way and as I am only human lose my cool, but like my mum I refused to keep down and will fight for a better outcome. I have decided to find an outlet for my pent up emotions and use my knowledge creatively by writing about life’s experiences. So I hope this medium will put me on the road to redeeming myself and enable me to become more focused about the things that are most important to me. As of today I hope I can become a better person towards everyone who crosses my paths and my children will be proud of me as a MOTHER the same way I am proud of the Mother who made me into the person I am today?
In honour of MUM
When I was born over ½ of a century ago my mum and gran were the 2 most dominant females in my life as I was blessed with only brothers, so I was always surrounded by males. This continued to be the norm as I was blessed with 2 younger siblings who turned out to be boys, and not the longed for sister I had wanted all my life. However I was later compensated for my lack of female siblings by the kind of long lasting relationships I forged along life’s journeys. These relationships have led to my having so many role models, some older, my age and even younger in a support network that span the different communities in which I am privileged to have lived. Because of growing up in a household of mostly males it is no surprise that I grew up to be a typical Tom Boy until I hit puberty when mum tried to put a stop to my Tom foolery ways without an explanation. However after much reflections I can understand mum’s rationale for trying to rope in the stubborn child whom I had become? I must confess that over the years I have morphed so much into my mum and granny that it is very much uncanny. I keep reminding myself at times…, but that’s exactly what mum and gran would do in the same circumstances. Reminds me of some of the sayings like chip doan fly fur from block, kettle a cuss pot black, pig did ask sow wat mek your mouth long suh and sow sey bambye you will see…
As today is celebrated as MOTHER’s Day (except in UK) and Dementia Awareness Week (in UK) I must confessed that I am glad to say I still have a Mother who is 89 years and counting. However I am here harking and wishing I could turn the clock back to the time before I discovered that MUM was developing Dementia and tried to break the news to my family. Even now it is hard to get some of my siblings to understand where I am coming from about the slow deteiorations in mum’s mental health. Of late her condition has exacerbated to the point where she hardly recognises her children at times. I share moments with my big breda Balis where I am overcome with laughter or shed tears about some of the antics she gets up to. I am a very sentimental person who knows more about Mum than she even knows about herself and she has covered her vulnerability with a cloak to hide the pains and grief’s she suffered throughout her life. Like Mum I too have been covering myself with that cloak to get away from the hurts, but I guess not as successful as her as I am always overcome by emotions?
So today I am writing this little ditty as a reminder of the wonderful person MUM is and was, and I thank my lucky stars that dad chose her to be OUR Mother. Mama has had her ups and down throughout life coping with all kinds of adversities that would cause a lesser person to hand in the towel, but she never complained about her lot in life and picking the short straw. She was a stern Mother who never puts up with any foolishness from any one; she did her duties by her family, friends and community; lived an exemplary life serving her God and most of all was there to provide care and support for those who needed her services. She was a tower of strength when dad and later her mum took sick and she eventually had to go out and worked like a man to make sure her family had bread on the table.
I was in my early teens when dad took sick and over the years I watched as the burdens of life took their tools on MUM, but she never once shirked her responsibilities to her family. It breaks my heart each time I called to speak to her and sometimes she has retreated to a world of her own where even I her only daughter cannot intrude. And then when she has some clarity and says things like you are so far away and don’t have money to come and look for me…? It makes matters even worse. But I have to deal with the realities of life and know that I have to continue working hard in the UK despite whatever may befall me in order to afford to give MUM a better quality of life. So it is with a heavy heart I sit here and write this tribute to my MOTHER for the years of dedicated services she has provided. I know I have inherited all Mama’s traits and there is no escaping, but I hope I’ll be able to conduct myself with as much Dignity dealing with what life throws at me.
