Because the Judiciary Of England And Wales, the Criminal Justice System, and the Crown Prosecution Service colluded to make me a victim of London Early Years Foundation and the University of East London Rochard Harty who created “Men in Childcare”.
We fund, design, and deliver collaborative patient-driven research, generating knowledge and interventions to enhance the lives of patients with some of the most complex mental health needs in the UK.

Social Media must be held accountable for the roles they played in aiding and abetting the discrimination leading to my breakdown and feeling suicidal. I will apply this Abstract to show how I was made a CRIMINAL after the death of my mother.
Within democratic societies, counter-terrorism is almost exclusively about crime prevention. MM Updates: How does this relate to my experiences of the past 7 years? Let me share my experiences of crime in reverse to give the true picture of why I have been entrapped with Emotional Regulation Treatment to cover up the fact that there is a pedophile ring being operated under the umbrella of “Men in Childcare” that have abusers using the Early Years Sector as a hiding place for those trained at LEYF and possibly the University of East London, Richard Harty and cohorts.
A broad and holistic approach to preventing terrorism can be based on nine preventative mechanisms:
1. Building normative barriers against terrorism. MM Updates: To me, it is terrorism when I can go to my bank to conduct business and the transaction was not completed when delaying tactics were used by 3 tellers to send me home to come back the next day. In exposing my vulnerability to these 3 women I was marked as a victim to be scammed of my money. The fact is if they had put through the transaction, they would have gotten away. Because I was not given a receipt and realised the fact much later when I was talking to my daughter-in-law and told her my intuition told me something was not right. So I asked them to write down what I should return with. See the pattern of behaviour to understand why I begged http://www.icsouthlondon.co.uk to publish my story in 2004. Despite me contacting the various newspaper including the South London Press since the time I was targeted after the death of my mother, I do not get any support. But many factors will be used to prove am a victim of my disabilities. Some of these are in the Public Domain when I contributed to the http://www.express.co.uk Mental Health Crusade. Other evidence can be found at http://www.myvision.org.uk and https://www.google.com when I invested in http://www.adwords.google.com and published on social media platforms where I was an influencer. Until I was targeted after mum’s death and I had the second nervous breakdown in a toxic work environment at http://www.leyf.org.uk in 2015. The first occurred at https://careers.kch.nhs.uk after the death of my brother in 2008.
2. Reducing radicalisation and recruitment. MM Updates: I arrived at UEL on 5/10/2021 dressed up to celebrate Black History Month when I got the shock of my life. My pass would not allow me in so I remember hearing being told not to swipe in too early and I was early. I was going to sit on the bench when I noticed the plaque dedicated to Black Lives Matter in honour of George Floyd and decided to capture evidence for my project as a blogger. Whilst I was bent looking for my camcorder I was approached by a Security Officer asking if I am Ms. Myers. He said he was instructed to advise me I was not allowed on campus. If I have phone numbers I should call the people. I asked him if he could go and get someone to come and speak to me. At this time I was not the least bit concerned and started doing my recording at the plaque to celebrate BHM. The Security Officer came back with 2 women and tells me am not supposed to be recording on campus. To say I was shocked is an understatement because of the processes I had gone through to become a UEL student. When I asked question of the first lady whom I believe is the tutor who advised me I was too advanced for the module I had chosen. She identified herself as Tanya Cotier. Although she could not give me any information, she was rattling on about the video I uploaded and the fact she did not listen to it. The other woman whose name I was not told mentioned that Richard Harty sent me an email and I should not be on campus.
The University of East London Pioneering Futures Since 1898 Disability & Dyslexia Team Teaching & Learning Support Requirements… Under the Equality Act 2010, the university has an obligation to make reasonable adjustments to meet the needs of students with disabilities including those with Specific Learning Differences (e.g. dyslexia, dyspraxia). The contents of Student Name: Mervelee Myers Student ID: 2193537 must be quoted when dealing with the way I was treated by the 3 above-mentioned members of UEL. It was a black Security Officer who came out to defuse the situation. When I was sent to Occupational Health in breach of the contract I signed on 7/10/2009 I was advised by Dr. Laura Crawford http://www.healthmanltd.com to seek counseling to find out why I react the way I do to certain situations.
3. Deterrence. MM Updates: Refer to https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site for the discrimination that impacted my life with the miscarriages of justice.
4. Disruption. MM Updates: My life has being disrupted from the time I arrived in the UK to date and I have to pick myself up and start from the bottom. Domestic abuse almost cost me my life when I had to run to the Brixton Police Station for rescue in 2000. So to end up there in handcuffs on 1/12/2020 was a trigger for my PTSD when I was targeted by http://www.met.police.uk on behalf of LEYF to cover up the abuse in the reviews online when the http://judicialconduct.judiciary.gov.uk join in the discrimination against me. My stories are across the World Wide Web and Internet therefore the world must be warned about the threats posed to children, young people, and vulnerable adults target by LEYF. Let me start the timeline of how June O’Sullivan disrupted my life from August 2010 “A Voice of a Child” research to her visit to BIB on 28/1/2015 to trap me to breach the social media Policy & Procedure. The fact that June O’Sullivan lied triggered my PTSD as I was hearing about her deceits and could not believe it. June O’Sullivan was the CEO who knows the names of her employees. The disruption to my life went to the extent when I was targeted at the Nursery World Show 2018 by a young white girl wearing a LEYF shirt. When I walked away from the altercations, the next day June O’Sullivan put plan B in action. I was to be detained at the Seminar I paid my money to find out which of my intellectual property she was plagiarising. Doing my research gives me information about how JO “Mask of Sanity” slipped to reveal a psychopath. Why would anyone want to be remembered as a disruptive influence?
5. Incapacitation. MM Updates: Refer to my record from the time I attended https://www.lambethcollege.ac.uk from 1997-1999. My life is an “Open Book” and the fact that I was advised by my tutors at LC to go to university and use my assignments as my first BOOK is a testament to my passion as a writer. I graduated with a Student of the Year Certificate and was headhunted into my first job in the Early Years Sector. I had my eyes on advancing my career and did an interview with Westminster Children Society – LEYF, but was not successful. That is why I am upset and ANGRY about the way I have been deprived of my strength and ability via 2 miscarriages of justice at https://www.jobs.nhs.uk and refer to http://www.ico.org.uk as I was a participant in Employment Tribunal research http://www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers by Dr. Marie Hudson “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination”. I worked at William Wilberforce at Lambeth Walk Day Nursery with teenage Joelle Lax 1999-2001. She went on to become one of the youngest managers at WCS after we left LWDN. In 2009 Joelle Lax recognized me at the place I was working because I had not changed many years later. Because it was Joelle Lax who spoke up for me when I was targeted at Fitzrovia Community Nursery by Interim Manager Maria Goncalves. When I raised concerns like I always do I was again experienced the discrimination that ended my career 2003 – 2008 for doing my job. I was targeted by Area Manager Maria Freeman and this was brought up at the ET. I was sent to Luton Street Community Nursery because JL spoke up for me and I was empowered by the manager. My story is in the Public Domain. Let me end by saying JL experienced discrimination and since retrained as a Driving Instructor. LEYF is operating Modern Slavery thriving in the UK. 6. Protecting vulnerable targets. MM Updates: The fact that I am in the Public Domain should have been enough for me to be protected, but instead I am a victim of the Judiciary of England and Wales. View my Online Profile and I would like someone to explain why my husband and I have been made victims for the past 7 years. I was in http://www.icsouthlondon.co.uk because I was defrauded in 2004. Imagine my shock that in 2021 I am the target of the UEL and Bank. I am left without a Bank Account because I refuse to leave Barclays after I was scammed and the http://www.policeconduct.gov.uk was called to evict me. The http://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk is a platform for scammers as the last time I had a Case Management Order I am still waiting for HMCTS to act. It was https://www.ryanclement.com who groomed http://www.peachespublications.co.uk to find vulnerable BLACK PEOPLE for them to scam. I went to http://communityplaythings.co.uk on training and worked in partnership until 20016 when they refused to adhere to the terms we agreed to hand over my intellectual property and image rights. I was the only LEYF employee shortlisted for the post of Lead Early Years Practitioner in 2011 and the impact on me has impacted my life from I had a meltdown and decided I could not deal with the kind of discrimination that affected my emotional and physical wellbeing. I will produce my letters from parents who supported me during that time.
7. Reducing benefits to terrorists. MM Updates: Without Prejudice I consider Richard Harty to be of questionable character and should be investigated. I believe he panic and acted unprofessionally because of his links to “Men in Childcare”.

Richard is an experienced early years practitioner who has teaching and managerial experience within a variety of early years settings in New Zealand, Australia and the UK. He has also worked as a reviewer for the National Childcare Accreditation Council in Australia. Richard’s first degree was in Psychology (Otago, NZ). He then qualified with a Bachelors of Education and Diploma of Teaching (Otago, NZ). He also holds a MEd in Early Childhood Research (QUT, Australia).

8. Reducing harm. MM Updates:
We work in partnership with a number of NHS, MM Updates: The first nervous breakdown happened when I worked with the NHS after the death of my brother with cancer. Voluntary, MM Updates: I was unable to get volunteering or placement when I was doing the LSA training in 2016 because of blacklisting and networking. During the time I was sent on Medical Suspension I volunteered with http://www.resourcesforautism.org.uk but they did not live up to their promise after LEYF denied me my rights. Educational, MM Updates: I was accepted at the UEL and went through the procedures until Richard Harty called me on Monday 27/9/2021. This takes me back to the date I resigned with the second nervous breakdown in a toxic workplace. Richard Harty must be investigated for the decisions he took. I was the EYFS Coordinator, SENCO, and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator at LEYF. I was endorsed by Dr. Chris Pascal OBE http://www.crec.co.uk and Professor Tony Bertram – EECERA https://www.eecera.org on LinkedIn after I told them about my plans to study to gain my SEND Teacher qualification on 19/9/2015. I was called to CO where Neil King tried to intimidate me to write a resignation in the presence of Senior HR Dylis Epton on 22/9/2015. He had a printout from my Facebook that he tried to use to pressure me. I was unable to write my name if my life depended on it. The next day I received a LinkedIn request from Ms. Epton. Research. Organisations to deliver a range of specialist inpatient and community mental healthcare services, education, and research that helps to improve the lives of people with complex mental health needs. MM Updates: Mervelee Myers has been pushed to the edge of committing suicide by the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System, and the Crown Prosecution Service to protect Paedophiles. I created my website http://www.myvision.org.uk and my YouTube in 2012. It was LEYF CEO June O’Sullivan who sent memos for employees to join social media to contribute to her blog in 2012. I joined and add others. I was an influencer, especially with my Homemade BOOKS. June O’Sullivan took one of my Homemade Books on the day Sky News visited Luton Street on 5/9/2011 to build on as a Teaching and Learning Tool. My work can be verified online. I was accepted by http://www.pembrokehouse.org.uk as a volunteer and featured in https://www.facebook.com/PembrokeHouse/videos/302334554093821/?. As a result, I worked with http://www.cardboardcitizens.org.uk and became a member. I was to be a case study of http://www.parkinsons.org.uk and believe LEYF with friends in high places might influence why I was not contacted after. I am a member of https://www.macmillan.org.uk and started fundraising with http://www.cruk.org after the death of my brother in 2008. The way I have been treated by some of these organisations is no different from the 2 toxic workplaces that caused the nervous breakdown.
Our activities are wide-ranging and include; working with NHS and Independent partners to provide people with the right care as close to their home as possible, educating and training healthcare staff and students through a range of learning opportunities, providing early-intervention assessment and support to reduce re-offending and the need for hospital care, supporting our local community offering outpatient services and Workbridge vocational opportunities, sharing learning and insights from our Research and Innovation department, and actively campaigning to reduce mental health stigma.
And we are constantly listening and changing to be the mental healthcare charity that people need us to be.
