I was under the weather lying in bed on Tuesday when I had the chance to watch Horizon – Living with Autism by Professor Uta Frit. This programme was a real eye opener for me as it transported me back to the time I had my first encounter with getting an insight into autism https://www.lambethcollege.ac.uk. This was an article in the www.nurseryworld.co.uk which I kept to date. I have since gone on to do studies to enhance knowledge and expertise www.open.ac.uk/ceremonies. I realised that because of lack of knowledge children with diverse and complex needs are not getting support via early intervention strategies www.ofsted.gov.uk. Growing up and struggling throughout life with what I call my Hidden Disability that is one of the primary reasons I am so passionate about inclusion www.parkinsons.org.uk. However I have come to realised that my K/V/B have become like an Albatross around my Blinking Neck & more of a Hindrance to my well-being. Guess I will just have to Grin & Bear then?
