See www.met.police.uk that came to #murder me in my #home on 30/11/2020 about why https://www.voicetheunion.org.uk should be charged for using Stephen Lawrence Memory to gain from his murder. This was copied from Voice Website in line with Section 107 Copyright Act 1976 “Fair Use” as this gives me the chance to share my story about my experiences with www.voicetheunion.org.uk after the death of my mother.
Stephen Lawrence Day was established by the then Prime Minister Theresa May in 2019, on the 25th anniversary of Stephen’s death. It is a day dedicated to Stephen’s memory that also allows people to reflect upon the part we all play in creating a society in which everyone can flourish. See below for more information on Stephen’s story, the goals of the foundation and why you should get involved, plus details of webinars and resources.
This is my story in a nutshell about VOICE role in the discrimination by LEYF www.leyf.org.uk that ruined my career and impacted on my mental and physical health in the past 7 years. I contacted Voice after I was sent home from HOC Nursery on Medical Suspension on 27/3/2015 in breach of the Contract I signed on 7/10/2009. Please take note of the date because this was the date my brother died in 2008 after when I had the first nervous breakdown. Those involved were https://www.jobs.nhs.uk and https://careers.kch.nhs.uk and https://www.capsticks.com and http://unison.org.uk amongst others. When I contacted UNISON in 2017 after overturning https://www.gov.uk Employment Law for employees to pay to take employers to the ET they claim my case was closed. Exactly what www.moneyclaim.gov.uk did when I was contacted by 2 Solicitors defending VOICE Claim.
I was given a Union Rep Darren Mahon by Union Solicitor Arwen Makin who advised, and accompanied me to the Disciplinary Hearing. He left me promising to be in touch and to get me a package. Suffice it to say when I tried contacting him, I was told he had left for another job. I was treated with disrespect by a Mark Essex, but when Arwen Makin telephoned me not to appeal the Disciplinary my husband told me to pay for Independent Advice. This came from www.cainandcochran.co.uk at a cost, I was grateful for their advice and support.
To say I have tried reasoning with VOICE via correspondences by telephone and emails and letters is an understatement. As VOICE continue taking my FEE and trying to get me to give away my Membership like I did in frustration with UNISON. In the end I had no alternatives but to take out a Claim G08YJ214 at the Small Claim Court http://www.myvision.org.uk.I must say that VOICE must not be allowed to use Stephen Lawrence name for any celebrations after what they have colluded with LEYF to do to me. I was a participant in Dr Maria Hudson “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers for the Policy Studies Institute. My https://petition.parliament.uk/help#standards was rejected by Theresa May Government. I had written her an Open Letter in 2017 and got a response.
The Government and www.ofsted.gov.uk must be accountable for allowing https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 to be the second miscarriages of justice against me. I am now targeted by http://judicialconduct.judiciary.gov.uk and https://www.policeconduct.gov.uk to cover up LEYF Abuse RINGS in REVIEWS online. My account at https://www.linkedin.com and https://www.twitter.com closed. Whilst https://www.facebook.com targeted me from 18/9/2015 to date.
