Abstract
Within democratic societies, counter-terrorism is almost exclusively about crime prevention. MM Updates: Who is responsible for the discrimination which spiral into Mervelee Myers who went to Brixton Police Station on 02/11/1998 to pay £10.00 for Data Protection Access transported in a Police Car by 2 Female Officers who came to my home on 1/12/2020 continuing the discrimination started after the death of my mother with www.dementia.org.uk in 2014.

A broad and holistic approach to preventing terrorism can be based on nine preventive mechanisms: MM Updates: They are similar to the holistic approach I adopted after realising they are the Early Intervention Strategies I have been using to manage my Childhood Traumas of Hidden Disabilities after my father was stricken with www.parkinsons.org.uk disease.

The Nine Preventive Mechanisms: 1. Disruption, MM Updates: The Judiciary of England & Wales is responsible for the disruption of my life, not once but twice and the only reason www.met.police.uk was sent to my home on 30/11/2020 to complete the job of disruption stated by LEYF from before I transferred from Luton Street Community Nursery to BIB. I was advised by Dr Laura Crawford of www.healthmanltd.com to seek CBT to find out why I react the way I do to certain situations. Yet at CLCC on 2/9/2020 a HHJ Parfitt who replaced HHJ Dight the Designated Civil District Judge with a Misconduct claimed he understand my TRAUMAS but the Medical Report say I am doing okay. Where did HHJ Parfitt done his training for his confirmation biases and ignorance? This was evident throughout in particular saying I have no say in the matter of why I was at CLCC. Why is http://judicialconduct.judiciary.gov.uk taking so long to act about my complaint?

5. Incapacitation, MM Updates: I am the person who face discrimination on all grounds despite falling within some of the five Protected Characteristics of the Equality Act 2010. Counter-terrorist policies which are only based on a narrow range of repressive mechanisms and military measures tend to become overly heavy-handed, producing serious negative side effects which serve to enhance the problem rather than reducing it. A more holistic approach, making use of the entire range of preventive mechanisms, may lighten the impact of the “hard” measures by relying more on the impact of the “softer” and more positive measures to build moral barriers, reducing recruitment, and facilitate exit from terrorist movements. I done Makaton when I worked with LEYF www.leyf.org.uk. But I wouldn’t say I know much other than that. However there are some things that never changes. But I was in for the biggest shock of my life when my big Breda Mass Balis and Ms Connie Legister start telling me about my MOTHER experiences.
   During counselling at the Maudsley Hospital I discovered how much I have in common with Mama Lou. But the biggest discovery is the fact that my MOTHER only survive because of the early intervention strategies she used all her life.
