From my attendance at CLCC and my limited Legal Knowledge “Without Prejudice” I have come to the conclusions that once again HM Courts & Tribunals Service and the Judiciary Of England & Wales continuing to DISCRIMINATE against me with their contingent policies and procedures. (Update: 7/9/2020 After reading Daily Express Headlines I will declare that CLCC is a “Crime Organisation” for imposing £17,000.00 fine to trigger my CBT). Refer to Dr Maria Hudson’s Research Paper “The Experience of Discrimination on Multiple Grounds www.acas.org.uk/researchpaper. I was a participant and despite Section 15, this was not implemented.

Medical Report: I gave 1 of 3 from the Bundle to the Judge in Court, he said he understands my traumas, but the Report said I was doing okay. Is that how he sums up 28 years of my life? (Update 7/9/2020: My DISABLED NEPHEW is 28 years old today)
Email Bar Standards Board: Judge claims he understands it is in review. But it was used as Defendant’s Argument.

The CLCC Judge Must Be Imposed With Restraint Order For Triggering My CBT – Refer to Equality Act 2010
Without Prejudice I find the Judge to be RACIST BIGOT with the same air of superiority used by Senior HR Dilys Epton when she visited HOC Nursery to stitch me up to go on a Medical Suspension. I told DE about my Childhood Traumas and the impacts on my life. I went as far as told her about the Pet Dog and if I were an animal the RSPCA would rescue me. For the Judge to sneeringly say there is no DEBTOR’S JAIL is to treat me how I was by LEYF from I returned from burying my MOTHER. Now am charged to cover up ABUSE, that Barrister Samantha Jones got paid for with help from friends in high places.
Discrimination On All Grounds – The Equality Act 2010
My FILE: LEYF refused to hand over my FILE and claim they have no data for me. Refer to letter dated 2 January 2018. How can LEYF be allowed to get away with such breaches?
Protected Characteristic: I was diagnosed with Chronic Anxiety to do my Health and Social Care Level 2 in 2006. The GP said he could not give me a Medical Report for Parkinson’s disease. Because I do not have a Medical Diagnosis.
NHS Ambulance Service: 3/9/2020 I had to call the Ambulance. The impact of the conscious and unconscious DISCRIMINATION at CLCC on 2/9/2020. I was advised by www.healthmanltd.com to seek CBT to find out why I react the way I do to certain situations. The PANEL was given my Medical Reports at the ET www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk. They were left out of the Respondent’s Bundle and Barrister Jones tried to get the ET not to use my BUNDLE. Is this not unprofessional conduct?
Engaging in Therapy: Despite having no sleep and calling the Ambulance after resting I finished the Tribute for my Neighbour who died suddenly. I am SCARED that at the rate things are going I might end up dying or having to end this MISERY by committing SUICIDE www.hctgroup.org.uk. 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment was used to send the Police to my home. Judge sarcastic reference to Debtor’s Jail was an insult to me after the way how LEYF use ALLEGATION to trigger my traumas
Since Barrister Jones used the Judgement as defence then I am saying that the PANEL is a LIAR that took 5 months to copy the Respondent’s Summary making me a VICTIM for the second time. The ET/EAT is “CRIME ORGANISATION”.
Obvious CLCC Judge do not have any clues about the Equality Act 2010 and Subject Access Request.
I have no say in the matter of paying £17,000.00 to cover up DISCRIMINATION on all GROUNDS.
I would like the matter of the judgement re Ryan Clement to be addressed by the Court that is acting under Barrister Jones’s instructions to impose Restraint Order to cover up the DISCRIMINATION at LEYF.
