MM Updates 17/12/2020: She peed on herself! Let me share an insight about when www.met.police.uk came to my house on 30/11/2020 to arrest me unlawfully. MM Updates: Let me do this in reverse as HHJ Parfitt at Central London County Court on 2/9/2020 said he read my Medical Report, he understands my PTSD. But the MR says am doing ok. He even went as far as saying I have no say in the matter in which I was at CLCC for Designated Civil Judge to impose Restraint Order. I found out HHJ Marc Dight have a misconduct issues on 19/5/2020. Another argument I put forward when HHJ Parfitt was protecting https://www.39essex.com/barrister/samantha-jones is the Criminal Justice System and Judiciary of England & Wales were leaving vulnerable people to be discriminated against by murderers. Is it any wonder that Justice Ingrid Simler who sent my claims to the EAT with caveats for disabilities was in the http://www.express.co.uk advocating on behalf of criminals not to be deported to Jamaica. After she agreed with www.judicialombudsman.gov.uk Paul Kernaghan that HHJ Shanks deal with the fact.

MM Updates: Let me address the matter of the TERRORISM by the Police at my home on 30/11/2020 after I welcome them in my home. PC Holly SWEENEY Rank PC No. P255654 was warned about the fact am a writer https://www.wordpress.com and I will let her team from Peckham Police Station who are TERRORIST star in their own show about their DISCRIMINATION of me. I will challenge the Police that I was arrested unlawfully by allegations from ABUSERS that are in the REVIEWS online. The fact that PC SWEENEY claim the incident I was arrested happened on the 15 November 2020 is clear evidence that the Police did not do any INVESTIGATIONS and acted with LEYF using my data against me via discrimination of hearsays by parties unknown. The fact I was called a criminal ties in with the labels LEYF used to trigger my PTSD after the death of my mother with www.dementia.org.uk in 2014. The fact that I blog will verify my stories and prove the Police committed hate crimes against me at my home and Walworth Police Station.

The terrorism at Walworth Police Station: 1. I was subjected to discrimination on all grounds from I was placed in the van at my home www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers. I was taken out of my house half naked and I told the Male Officer the handcuffs were hurting my hands www.diabetes.org.uk. It was hours later when the handcuffs were taken off that Sergeant Patel notice the bruises on my hands www.heal-d.co.uk. 2. PC Sweeney ask me if I have signs of COVID-19 hours later when I was shivering in the van www.parkinsons.org.uk. At no times did she find out if I have disabilities www.desmond-project.org.uk. 3. I was treated like a Caged Animal and another Male Officer ridiculed me to provocate me to swear and this must be information supplied by LEYF www.healthmanltd.com advised me to seek CBT. I was asked to bend over when lots of Officers were congregated behind me https://www.lambethcollege.ac.uk SOY graduate 1997-1999. On 1/12/2020 one of the Female PC was making excuses saying asking me to bend over was part of the training www.open.ac.uk 2004-2010. I disprove her arguments because I was standing in the van and he was on the ground. Why did he not ask me to bend over in front of Sergeant Patel when we were on the same level? 4. The other Female Officer keep referring to me as “My Prisoner and Criminal”. 5. Why did Sergeant Patel ask if I have a British Passport? 6. The Police lied to the Solicitor Michael Bowers about I refuse to cooperate when I was offered chance to come for the interview. On the 8/12/2020 an Officer was making silly excuses about this. 7. Why was I not offered a copy of the Interview?

MM Updates: This is another delaying tactics used by the Police that visited my home on 1/12/2020 acting like terrorists until I told them I know what my rights are. They had to visit to cover up the fact that they arrested me unlawfully on the 30/11/2020. The http://judicialconduct.judiciary.gov.uk failing to get back to me about my complaint re 2/9/2020 why I had to call out the Ambulance on the 3/9/2020. And for the first time in my life had to call them again on 8/9/2020 because my neighbours death caused me to feel suicidal for the first time. The Judiciary of England and Wales Legal Entities using the Rules of Law against me. Because I am a Lay Person whose Mental and Physical Disabilities listed in the “Protected Characteristics of the Equality Act” to trigger my PTSD. To stop me functioning.
I have come this far on my own, I need the experts to help me. Please refer me to other Law Firms as my 6+ years is repeat of the first miscarriage of justice after bereavement and losses www.ico.org.uk SAR. The Police is dragging this out so am affected by my disabilities and will die so they win in the end. Because they tried to get me sectioned under the Mental Health Act on a malicious report on 30/10/2017 and failed. They come back on 30/12/2020 to murder me claiming I committed suicide and failed again.
