ย Our team has reviewed your content, and, unfortunately, we think it violates our sex and nudity policy. MM Response: YouTube has proven itself to be a cyberbullying harasser, trolls, hating PEOPLE whose intellectual property, copyright, images and CPPDP they are making revenues from. Time Mervelee Myers lay down the laws to the Social Media CRIMINALS needing Emotional Regulation Treatment. I have contacted YouTube about violations but nothing has ever been done. We’ve removed the following content from YouTube: MM Response: I was unable to access the content because I was directed to a link for me to download an APP. Considering I was the victim of a person who created an email in merveleemyers59@hotmail.com and sent me an email trying to get control of my data. The person then bombarded me with private calls to my home phone and mobile. I got other emails. The next morning there were more emails, one of which had a PENIS attached. Considering my ordeals at Housing for Women with Metropolitan Police coming with battering RAM after failing to address the hate crimes from 13th December 2021. Is it any wonder I SNAPPED? Therefore, I will say that I am dealing with Richard Harty and his paedophile rings mastermind of June O’Sullivan and her Drag Queen Storytellers. Why Richard Harty the mastermind of MIC panic and called my mobile. Refer to PC Edward Allen who called me on behalf of FOS Emma Martin Hamilton and sent me an email I called him a BATTY BOY. The list goes on and on, but I will make sure children, young people and vulnerable adults are safeguarded. Because in this video I mention not exposing myself for “Sexual Gratification” the words the YouTube cyberbullies used to trigger between my husband’s funeral and date Mama Lou died with dementia on 1st June 2014 (https://youtu.be/umCkr178Nhw?si=Wii4EkQKDXTRfDH9).
ย Video: 11 May 2024. MM Response: Why can’t MERVELEE MYERS access this video without downloading a blinking APP? So YouTube can continue to discriminate against me.
ย We know that this might be disappointing, but it’s important to us that YouTube is a safe place for all. MM Response: YouTube is only a safe place for the A-Z of ABUSERS including PAEDOPHILES. If content breaks our rules, we remove it. MM Response: MERVELEE RATTY NEMBHARD-MYERS-TOMLINSON did not post anything on YouTube to break even their PAEOPHILE orientated rules. So YouTube can try again. But am putting them on records as party to Systemic Discrimination of Mervelee Myers. If you think we’ve made a mistake, you can appeal and weโll take another look. MM Response: I have no intention of appealing as this is just another tricks of the HATE MOBS. I have been buried under paperwork the past 10 years. Keep reading for more details. MM Response: Let me ask YouTube to go find their friends and companions and leave me alone. Or read IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE.
ย How your content violated the policy. MM RESPONSE: I did not post any content to breach YouTube the friends of PAEDOPHILES and PERVERTS Policy. ย Content with nudity thatโs meant to be sexually gratifying. MM Response: If YouTube tried to get money of trying to use my content for “Sexual Gratification” they should share the proceeds with me (https://youtu.be/UU3Y9wibgLY?si=CP1rmWJmjV23-32P).
ย LEARNย MORE ย How we find violations. MM Response: YouTube is just a member of the Richard Harty MIC Paedophile RINGS that will be exposed by MERVELEE MYERS (https://youtube.com/shorts/QzxjlfxVgc0?si=WJdIezFhcslkJJUA). ย We use a combination of automated systems and human reviews to detect violations of our Community Guidelines. MM Response: YouTube Community Guidelines is for the A-Z of ABUSERS including Richard Harty MIC June O’Sullivan’s Drag Queen Storytellers https://www.youtube.com/live/pmSlehqduMc?si=FO94HKDp6_ZdzRe3. ย How this affects your channel… MM Response: The world will know about YouTube roles in the discrimination against MERVELEE MYERS covering for the A-Z of abusers including PAEDOPHILES https://www.youtube.com/live/BbAH427dpsE?si=Vg3pr5-iDppEV1Ip. ย Because itโs the first time, this is just a warning. MM Response: YouTube is violating my RIGHTS as a Content Creator https://www.youtube.com/live/vcm8b6iBSkM?si=yKo0CGB1vgrfVzBO. If it happens again, your channel will get a strike and you wonโt be able to do things like upload, post, or live stream for 1 week. MM Response: Mervelee Myers put on record that YouTube is just another CYBERBULLYING CRIMINAL https://www.youtube.com/live/FPQmABQcT5Y?si=JVRzhb_Gh-hzjxKw.
To have this warning expire in 90 days, you can take a quick policy training. MM Response: YouTube Policy is for PAEDOPHILE RINGS https://youtu.be/GfxJh1QOPTI?si=S8nN7mrUhJXEW-T2. Weโll show you scenarios similar to the policy you violated, so you can create content more confidently. MM Response: MERVELEE MYERS did not violate any of YouTube PAEDOPHILE RINGS Policy and Procedures https://www.youtube.com/live/ep30TYc_6yE?si=FxqXTspcchZIeuuO.
ย What to do next ย We want to help you stay on YouTube, so please: MM Response: YouTube is party to SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION to cover for A-Z of ABUSERS including PAEDOPHILES of Richard Harty MIC https://www.youtube.com/live/Q3fmyvORpQg?si=jvLXmOSMy_yA-wpi.
Make sure you understand YouTube’s Community Guidelines and strikes basics. MM Response: YouTube the PAEDOPHILE RING will be exposed. Review your content with our policies in mind. MM Response: YouTube Policy is made for PAEDOPHILES to discriminate against MERVELEE MYERS. If after reviewing your content you think we made a mistake, let us know. MM Response: I do not have time for YouTube PAEDOPHILES. You can appeal this decision here. MM Response: This is no different from the scammers that ask us to click on links. 31 May 2024 Mrs Mervelee Myers 16 Alma Grove LONDON SE1 5PY Dear Mrs Myers Complaint: 202209405 – Housing For Women Unreasonable User Behaviour Warning. MM Response: Since the Housing Ombudsman Service is party to Housing for Women turn TERROR CELL discrimination and traumas of MEREVELEE RATTY NEMBHARD-MYERS-TOMLINSON and ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON from the past 23 years escalated after Samantha Gibbs and Trina Philbert joined H4W. I am writing following your contact with this Service via email on 23 May 2024 at 6.18am. The photograph attached to the email is obscene and unacceptable. MM Response: Since the recipient failed to read the explanation with the attachment then I don’t think I have any need to defend myself. But I will anyway so the world understand what has been happening to me the past 10 years after the death of my mother with dementia. The Housing Ombudsman Service is committed to taking action to protect the health and wellbeing of our staff who have a right to do their jobs without fear of being abused, harassed or subjected to obscene images. MM Response: So does Mervelee Myers who has had attempts made on my life to section, murder and kidnap me by the Metropolitan Police between 30th October 2017-May 2024. I was contacted by Richard Harty the mastermind of http://www.leyf.org.uk MIC and June O’Sullivan’s Drag Queen Storytellers. I will be doing an exposure about the TERRORCELL DRUGS DEN at 16 Alma Grove. For clarification this email that was shared by me is/was to highlight the length used to try and break me and denied me of my intellectual property, copyrights, images and CPPDP. All will be revealed in due course and how Housing Ombudsman Services that is party to H4W come into this that they received the email. Imagine how I was feeling getting targeted by this person via email and mobile phone. No different from what has been done to me with https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 for more. Your actions are unreasonable and will not be tolerated. You should refrain from sending communications of this type, to ensure that your future actions do not breach our Unacceptable user action policy. MM Response: Since this is issued as a threat by Housing Ombudsman Service, I will return the compliment telling them that I will be creating aa video about HOS discrimination against vulnerable tenants. Contact with this Service If further unacceptable behaviour is observed, further action will be taken to limit your contact with this service. MM Response: When am finished the world will know about BEHAVIOURS. How we manage unacceptable behaviour will depend on the nature and extent of it. MM Response: How about starting with the behaviours of the HOS in allowing H4W and Devonshires Solicitors LLP to target vulnerable tenants like Ms. H. Presley. Steps we may take include, separately or in combination: ๏ท restricting contact in person, by telephone, letter or electronically or any combination of these. MM Response: Is the writer of this aware who is Mervelee Myers? ๏ท restricting the frequency of contact. MM Response: How about addressing my complaint against the Housing Ombudsman Service. Because HOS is one of the most corrupt service existing. Yours sincerely C Cross Christine Cross Dispute Support Manager To find out how we use your personal data together with your rights under the Data Protection Act 2018 go to http://www.housing-ombudsman.org.uk/about-us/your-data.

19-Feb-2024 Ms Mervelee Myers 16 Alma Grove London SE1 5PY My reference: 2024000031 Please ask for: Complaints Team Dear Ms Myers Stage 1 response to your complaint ref: 2024000031 On 31 January 2024 we were contacted by the Housing Ombudsman Service and agreed to review your enquiry at stage 1 of the complaints process, I write to provide you with HfWโs response. You complained to HfW about:
Excessive noise and unreasonable behaviour presented by another HfW tenant in your building. MM Response: Refer to Deborah Agnes Gilchrist messages on YouTube after she was party to getting TikTok to kick me off. H4W is responsible for coercing Ms. Gilchrist and then Samantha Gibbs and Trina Philbert joined in. It’s not only the neighbour alone, as H4W sent their TERRORISTS HATERS to trigger me. Devonshires Solicitors LLP sent couriers here to discriminate too. Not to mention Tony Barbara from Number 9 and others in Alma Grove.
HfW wiping your data and blocking you from sending emails. I understand that to resolve your complaint you are seeking:
For your report of ASB to be investigated. MM Response: I doubt very much that H4W have anyone in their employ capable enough to do this.
For any wiped data to be reinstated and for any block placed on your incoming emails to HfW to be removed In investigating your complaint, I have: MM Response: H4W is already exposed for what they have done to Ms. H. Presley and others. H4W turn TERROR CELL think they can get away by targeting Mervelee Myers from Samantha Gibbs and Trina Philbert joined.
Spoken to your Neighbourhood Officer, Trina Philbert. MM Response: Let Mervelee Myers put on record that Trina Philbert has not been trained to carry out the job of a Neighbourhood Officer.
Spoken to colleagues in our IT team. MM Response: Your IT Team needs TRAINING.
Considered our responsibility under the principles of Safeguarding. MM Response: Would coercing Ms. Gilchrist part of H4W responsibility under the principles of Safeguarding? Would Ms. Gibbs bringing man to my door without prior warning to lunge at me included? Would Devonshires Solicitors Narin Masera discriminatory antics including sending Police to my home on the 25th October 2023, leaving my husband going into a HYPO included? H4W can access the other breaches online where I invested in sharing stories applying the Augusto Boal Theatre of the Oppressed PEDAGOGY. Excessive noise and unreasonable behaviour presented by another HfW tenant in your building. MM Response: Reference the Metropolitan Police CAD and CHS from 13th December 2021 when Ms. Gilchrist broke the glass of the communal door. To the letter of April 2024. On 8th December 2023 you sent a video link to our legal representatives Devonshireโs Solicitors. The You tube video appears to be recorded from behind the front door of a residential property (which I believe to be your home) and details two voices. MM Response: Reference An Event in Walworth Road when I first mentioned in public Ms. Gilchrist discrimination. There are many more videos detailing Ms. Gilchrist and her partner Joe Hooper, Barbara, Tony and the Metropolitan Police engaging in ASB in my home from the first incident when Ms. Gilchrist alcoholism turn to more dangerous ASB against me and my husband. H4W in wiping my data was hoping that like LinkedIn that stolen my accounts, the first with 69 publications. Like Google My Business that suspended my accounts that are my investments. Like Twitter Legal Team that contacted me on behalf of BWB when the https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 was copied from John Fenton the Conman Summary and posted online making me a victim. When Facebook disabled my 18 pages account after updating to be on Des O’Connor WOMEN IN BUSINESS. TikTok suspension after 55K views and 300+ comments about the Local Government election in Jamaica and going viral about the laptop I bought for my 65th birthday. Instagram keep cyberbullying me. But YouTube take the biscuit with their deep fake digital cyberbullying. Why do I need to download an APP to see the video they removed on 1st of June 2024. I must promise to do training. Well let me send H4W to where they can find the video when I had the CRISIS and recorded my ECG. I can be heard saying I am not posting the video for “Sexual Gratification”. Yet the perverts claim I breach the SEXUAL Policy for the same thing I said am not doing. How many subscribers does H4W and Devonshires Solicitors have between them? Maybe H4W wants to look more closely at videos of how Mervelee Myers and Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson were victim of discrimination 2001-2024. They are online. Devonshireโs shared with your video with the Neighbourhood Officer (Trina Philbert) on 8 December 2023 as you had not reported an incident to us, Trina wrote to you on 13 December 2023 to ask if you would like to log a noise complaint. MM Response: As stated before H4W is clutching at straws since Samantha Gibbs and Trina Philbert were employed. Without Prejudice they were employed to carry out the TERRORISM and HATE CRIMES of H4W. Where is Samantha Gibbs? Why is Trina Philbert using her pregnancy as an excuse to cover her NEGLIGNENCE and IGNORANCE?
Our records show that you responded on the same day, however your response was unclear, and no further attempts were made to clarify the content of the email or establish if you wanted to log the complaint. MM Response: I consider this another SLUR on my name and character in addition to the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION. We have now logged a report of ASB under case reference number 2024000045. MM Response: The failure of H4W and the Housing Ombudsman Service to understand the severity of their negligence in SAFEGUARDING my vulnerable husband who was left TRAUMATISE beggars belief. H4W is acting as if I only started living at 16 Alma Grove in 2022.
To fully understand the problems you have been experiencing, your Neighbourhood Officer will need to meet with you to discuss the incidents, obtain the details of any witnesses and work with you to develop an action plan. The meeting can take place on the phone or face to face. MM Response: H4W please refer to correspondence with Samantha Gibbs who is conveniently on long term sick leave. Also Trina Philbert using her PREGNANCY to further discriminate against me. I have asked your Neighbourhood Officer to contact you to arrange an appointment. MM Response: Is Trina Philbert available or using her pregnancy to discriminate? To assist with her investigations and encourage a positive outcome, you will be required to complete the enclosed diary sheets and work with Trina and any other advised agencies. MM Response: As a person who held positions of authority in my job and volunteering Mervelee Myers put on record that Trina Philbert was trained by H4W to join the TERROR CELL targeting vulnerable tenants. For H4W information I was a Member of the Scrutiny Panel as the Minute Taker. MM Response: There is no need for Mervelee Myers to contact Trina Philbert and the e.g. the local authority noise/environmental team. MM Response: I have raised concerns with Southwark Council. The Southwark Adult Social Care Team of Candy Smith arrange a Mediation Meeting with Trina Philbert at my home. This was the only time I had seen Ms. Philbert apart from at HMCTS at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch. MM Response: As for the police they have tried to section, murder and kidnap me from 30th October 2017 to date. The Police and I go way back with a claims at CCMCC. Their involvement with H4W TERRORISM is documented online. The diary sheets will need to be updated with any new incidences of ASB as soon as possible after they occur and returned to your Neighbourhood Officer (Trina Philbert), via email to customer.service@h4w.co.uk. MM Response: Refer to Social Media. Your compliant has not been upheld. MM Response: I will not argue with H4W maybe the solicitor who introduce BIPOLAR can deal with the CRIMINALS needing Emotional Regulation Treatment and VIOLENT NUISANCES. HfW wiping your data and blocking you from sending emails The Head of IT has confirmed that at no point have we deleted data held on our tenants or blocked tenants from sending emails to the business. MM Response: Well the Head of IT is a LIAR or needs new glasses. HfW commenced using a computerised database to log customer contact in 2013, ahead of this date all data was held on the tenancy files. MM Response: Where is my data? Your compliant has not been upheld. MM Response: Reasons I will contest the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION. HfWโs Policy for the Safegaurding and Protection of Adults at Risk I have noted the comments you have made about how you are feeling and notification of your husbands decline in health, and have asked your Neighbourhood Officer to complete a referral to the safeguarding team. MM Response: Please refer to Mimi Owusu 12 pages Witness Statement that was used by H4W to further DISCRIMINATE against me. Those involved from Adult Social Care, the Metropolitan Police, Southwark Council are listed with the Housing Ombudsman Service NEGLEGENCE. Trina will be able to speak to you about the report she has made and any other support you or your husband may need when she contacts you. MM Response: Please refer to YouTube about how my husband was NEGLECTED in Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. How Nurse Betty called Security to manhandle me on the 6th April 2024. Is no different from the actions of the Metropolitan Police who came to my home on the 27th February 2024 with battering RAM. After I was removed from my husband’s bedside on the 6th April 2024, I ended up in A&E as a result of the manhandling of the racist Security. I never saw my husband again until the 8th April 2024, six (6) hours after he died. Please make yourself available of the facts. This concludes Stage 1 of our internal complaints process. MM Response: Because this my evidence proving H4W and Housing Ombudsman Service are colluding to deny vulnerable tenants our rights. This will be in my BOOK about Housing for Women Turn Terror Cell. I am sorry that you had cause to complain to HfW. MM Response: Let Mervelee Myers tell H4W that they will be exposed by Mervelee Myers. I hope that this letter shows that your feedback has been fully considered and hope that you are satisfied with this response. MM Response: H4W know that this is just pouring salt in the wound of 23 years of Ms. Gilchrist TERRORISM that escalated when Ms. Gibbs and Philbert joined H4W. Devonshires Solicitors LLP Narin Masera will be exposed from the time she contacted me in July 2023. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you should reply within 20 working days explaining why you remain dissatisfied and what you are seeking as an outcome. MM Response: Is H4W for real? This reply should be addressed to: complaints@h4w.co.uk or by hard copy to: MM Response: Where did H4W expect me to be in 20 days? But since I have addressed these letters I will put them online so the public can be aware of the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION. Then District Judges Sterlini, Richard Hayes, Bell, Pigram, Naidoo will be added to the list from the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System, the Crown Prosecution Services, IOPC, JCIO, SRA, BSB, HMPPS, CCMCC, CLCC, MOPAC, DBS are relevant in this matter. HfW Complaints Team Sixth Floor, Blue Star House 234-244 Stockwell Road London SW9 9SP Your complaint will then be reviewed by the Director of Operations at stage 2 of our internal complaint procedure as outlined in our Complaints Policy. A copy of this policy can be viewed online at: https://hfw.org.uk/media/70234/complaints-policy-sept-2021.pdf. MM Response: As a Member of the Customer Panel, I am/was privy to H4W breaches of the Equality Act Protected Characteristics. As a registered social landlord, we strive to adhere to the principles outlined in the Housing Ombudsmanโs Complaint Handling Code, which can be viewed online at: https://www.housing-ombudsman.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/Complaint-HandlingCode.pdf. MM Response: I have complained to the Housing Ombudsman Service about their discrimination. Maybe they think that by putting me on the Customer Panel for 3 years that can silence me. Kind regards, Ms Fosu MM Response: Ms Fosu can look out for a write up about her UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCTS. Head of Housing
My reference: 2024000031 Please ask for: Complaints Team
Dear Ms Myers
Request for an escalation to Stage 2 response to your complaint ref: 2024000031 and HOS ref: 202209405 We have been contacted by the Housing Ombudsman Service and asked to review your case at Stage 2 of our complaints process, I write to provide you with HfWโs response. MM Response: There should be no need for this except that the Housing Ombudsman Service is party to Housing for Women turn TERROR CELL against vulnerable tenants. Let me reference the case of Ms. H. Presley whose experiences can be found on Social Media.
You complained to the HOS service about:
Excessive noise and unreasonable behaviour presented by another HfW tenant in your building. MM Response: Let us stop beating about the bush and name this tenant as Deborah Agnes Gilchrist and HfW will be charged for her 23 years of hate crimes. Because matters were escalated in 2022 when Samantha Gibbs and Trina Philbert started working with H4W.
HfW wiping your data and blocking you from sending emails. MM Response: Fact and H4W will be exposed in particular I contacted my MP, the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin and others from the BAME Community to intervene to have this matter resolved. Excessive noise and unreasonable behaviour presented by another HfW tenant in your building. MM Response: This goes back to 2001. Following your breached injunction and the development of the legal proceedings (possession and committal) against you, for your harassment, threatening, abusive and intimidating behaviour towards staff, contractors and other Housing for Women tenants, this element of your complaint now forms part of our proceedings against you. MM Response: Let Mervelee Ratty Nembhard-Myers-Tomlinson inform H4W that the INJUNCTION is UNLAWFUL so therefore, those responsible will be named. In the first instance District Judge Sterlini has no jurisdiction to label me a VIOLENT NUISANCE because s/he was party with DJ Zimmel and Rand in the strike out of my claim against Winsome Duncan that reached Telephone Mediation. I am therefore asking that H4W and their Legal Representatives contact HMCTS to get the relevant information. If they are not available from the court then the court get negotiate with me to get them. There is evidence from the way Ms. H. Presley was treated that H4W uses Devonshires Solicitors LLP to carry out their discrimination of vulnerable tenants and HMCTS colluded with them. We are next scheduled to attend court on 12 June 2024 (the details of which you are already aware of) and we are unable to undertake any actions which could infringe or undermine the legal process. MM Response: Let Mervelee Myers remind H4W that the INJUNCTION is UNLAWFUL so is therefore null and void. Let us reference my complaints to H4W in April 2019 for clarity and this can be seen in video format online. This means we cannot presently, investigate this element of your complaint at Stage 2. MM Response: H4W will investigate as the proof is already online. The Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System, the Crown Prosecution Service, the Metropolitan Police and any other Authorities that are party to this discrimination are already listed. HfW wiping your data and blocking you from sending emails. The Stage 1 response provided a satisfactory response to the point(s) raised in your complaint and we have not been informed of any changes to impact on the outcome of the Stage 1. For ease of reference a copy of the Stage1 response has been enclosed. MM Response: Well please consider reopening it then. Because this time I will mention the role of District Judge Richard Hayes and reference the month of July for ease of the impacts of breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics and how Devonshires Solicitors LLP contacted me. I would advise H4W to contact the solicitors representing me for clarifications of my ARGUMENTS I sent to be edited. I will also be addressing matters throughout the month of June whilst my sons Kevin Donovan Murray and Valdin Legister are visiting. If H4W has not done so yet please subscribe to my YouTube and get a copy of IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE that Sir Mark Rowley signed at the A New Met Police for London launch in Brixton in September 2023. This aspect of your complaint will not be escalated to Stage 2. MM Response: Since my first COMPLAINT had gone to Stage 2 and I was waiting on H4W to respond this is irrelevant. I am only responding because I have experiences of how HMCTS corruption is widespread and used to drive vulnerable tenants over the edge. To conclude, we are unable to progress your request to escalate your complaint to Stage 2 of our internal complaints procedure. MM Response: As stated before this is irrelevant and H4W must return to the first complaint that had gone to Stage 2 when H4W started acting like the VIOLENT NUISANCES and CRIMINAL needing Emotional Regulation Treatment. If in doubt refer to YouTube videos with me and Nigel Pearce during out engagement and Elim House with events celebrating Windrush 75. I was the face of Windrush 70. I am the composer of Brixton Market after Tony Cealy introduced me to Jessie Lloyd. Visit SONGSTREET App to hear my song. As a registered social landlord, we strive to adhere to the principles outlined in the Housing Ombudsmanโs Complaint Handling Code, which can be viewed online at:
https://www.housing-ombudsman.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/ComplaintHandlingCode.pdf. MM Response: How about H4W subscribe to my online platforms to get FREE TRAININGS please? We will share a copy of our response with the Housing Ombudsman Service and if you are still dissatisfied, you have the right to approach the Housing Ombudsman explaining why you remain dissatisfied and what you are seeking as an outcome. MM Response: The Housing Ombudsman Service will no doubt already be aware. I copied them in all relevant correspondences. Your referral should be addressed to: Housing Ombudsman Service Exchange Tower Harbour Exchange Square London E14 9GE Or by telephone on 0300 111 3000- lines are open Monday to Friday from 9.15am to 5.15pm (except bank holidays) Or by email: info@housing-ombudsman.org.uk. MM Response: Is H4W aware that am a member of the Housing Ombudsman Service Customer Panel? Kindest regards Customer Services
Mervelee Myers will have address these matters already with regards to District Judge Bell who had no jurisdiction to send me for Psychiatric Assessment but am grateful she did. District Judge Naidoo is a classic example of HMCTS corruption as on the 20th December 2023 I was not in court with him/her. Instead I had an appointment made by the GP Surgery that is party to the Systemic Discrimination after the death of my mother with dementia.
I will end by saying that H4W need to present the first complaint that reached Stage 2. My MP was involved and contacted H4W twice on my behalf. I also contacted others including the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin.

Medico-legal report by: Dr B O Oyebode On: Ms Mervelle Ionie Myers (DOB 19/05/1959) 6 2.2.4 The chronology became a bit confusing from here on. He works in Brixton prison. 2.2.18 She told me that she has never smoked cigarettes, she drinks alcohol on social occasions and denied use of non-prescribed or illicit drugs. 2.3 Forensic history 2.3.1 I have not seen a record of previous convictions recorded against her, but she reported the following to me, not in a good chronological order. 2.3.2 She said that on 30 November 2020, the police attended her home, โBeat me up, assaulted me, took me out half nakedโ. According to her, the police called the evening before to tell her she was required at the Walworth police station, for an interview on 1 December 2020. She said that she had a prior appointment that day, to do with her diabetes. She requested for another appointment. She told me that four officers visited, she thought they were there to listen to her argument. 2.3.3 She said that she was charged with criminal damage to property. She was fined ยฃ50. 2.3.4 She said that in January 2023, she was at home, it was her motherโs birthday, so she dressed up in her cultural clothes and was celebrating. She wanted to put all that had happened to her, behind her and move on, the police attended her home. She said that they made allegations that there was a report of an incident at her address on 10 January
She refuted this, she could not recall this happening. She said that one of the officers, went out and came back, and changed the reason why they were there. In the Medico-legal report by: Dr B O Oyebode On: Ms Mervelle Ionie Myers (DOB 19/05/1959) 8 interim, she was issued papers telling her to attend Croydon Magistrates Court, if she did not attend, she would be arrested. She was given a date to attend Walworth police station for an interview. The next day, 27 January 2023, she went to Croydon Magistrates Court with her husband, nothing was listed. She asked questions, eventually, she spoke to somebody. She had to return to court twice after that. On the third visit to the court, no further action was taken, she was sent a document relating to her mental health. 2.3.5 On 3 February 2023, she said that she went to Walworth police station with her husband, she was represented by a duty solicitor, that was when she was told her neighbour returned from work at 1500 hours, heard screaming and shouting. The neighbour went to her flat, which is above hers (Mervelle Myers), opened her window, and she (Mervelle Myers) cursed her. She said that this is still being investigated to date. 2.3.6 According to her, both the neighbour and her male partner, have kicked her door, this started in November 2023, and is still going on. She told me that she called for assistance from the police the day the equipment was being installed at her home, for her husband to be discharged from hospital. The kicking of the door, she stated happened sometimes three times a week, she has reported to the police, and was provided card numbers. 2.3.7 On 27 February 2024, she told me that she called the police three times, because the kicking of the door was getting to her, no-one turned up. She was indoors, did not hear the communal doorbell ring, she then heard knocking on her door. She asked who it was, they said that it was the police. She opened the door, police officers were stood there. She thought because she had called three times, that is why they attended. She told me that some of the officers asked if she knew Arnold Tomlison, her husband, she invited them in. She stood there waiting for them to come in, she saw one of the officers, put something at the door. She asked what it was, it was a battering ram, no-one answered her. She thinks four officers went into her property, maybe more, she asked for the purpose of their visit. She told me that she suffers with anxiety, she became anxious when she saw the battering ram. She was then told that the visit was about a video she posted online. She told me that she posted a video online because she blogs, she has signed up for a speaking event on 28 April 2024. She stated that, โI am expert authority on subjects from cradle to grave. So my tag line is early intervention is key to survival. Because I work with childrenโ. She said that the video is there as part of her speaking engagements. The video was made in Jamaica, because her husbandโs sister was going through a transition (dying), her husbandโs niece, explained about her mother falling out of bed. She (Mervelle Myers) advised her niece that she has to safeguard her mother. Medico-legal report by: Dr B O Oyebode On: Ms Mervelle Ionie Myers (DOB 19/05/1959) 9 2.3.8 She then said that in terms of sensitivity, she did not post the video until after her sisterin-law died. She told me that the police saw the video, and because of their perception of her, she does not know who is feeding the police the information. She said one of the officers asked if she remembered him, he then told her that he remembered her husband, because he had visited, when her husband and herself had a disagreement. At this point, I asked if there was domestic violence between them, and she said no. She told me that she chose to report the incident, as a means of safeguarding both of them, because her husband was traumatised by the death of her mother. Her husband raised his walking stick to hit her. The police eventually left, but she reported the matter. 2.3.9 She then said that in 2017, she called the police because she was verbally abused by two persons, one of them stole her manuscript, the other one, a barrister, was ordered to pay back the money he took from her, by the Court, as he did not represent her. According to her, the police did not act, stating that, โIt was none of their businessโ. 2.3.10 She told me that on 30 October 2017, the police and ambulance turned up at her house to section her for a malicious report, that she wrote on Facebook that she was feeling suicidal. She told me that she arranged a meeting with the police at the police station, she wanted her stepson to be present. He was not able to joint the meeting, which took place with her alone. The police did not come prepared. One officer said to her, that if she did not calm down, she would be placed in a straight jacket. She told me that she came out of the meeting upset, her stepson arrived later, he was waiting outside. She said that the stepson went back into speak to the police. She said that whilst waiting outside, a police vehicle pulled up, stating they received a report that someone was misbehaving. According to her, nothing happened further with the police. She said that her stepson was still talking to them. Nothing else happened with the police on that day. 2.4 Medical history 2.4.1 She told me that in 2012, she was diagnosed with diabetes. She is not on any medication at present. 2.4.6 I obtained the following from the medical records provided to me. 2.4.7 Dr Laura Crawford, Occupational Health Physician, Health Management, in a letter dated 29 April 2015 to Ms Dilys Epton, HR, London Early Years Foundation thanked her for referring Ms Myers to Health Management for occupational health advice regarding her fitness to work and the impact of medical conditions on work. The letter summarised her physical condition. It is of note that the letter stated that she admitted that she had an anxious personality and is certainly likely that many of the symptoms she described are related to that. The letter stated that in terms of her anxiety, she was progressing some counselling therapy, having been given contact details both via her GP and via work. The letter stated that it is hoped that some counselling treatment might help her understand what triggers and symptoms, help her to manage them, and help her to moderate how she reacts when becoming anxious for example the loud speech and the tremor. 2.4.8 Laura Tinsley, Trainee Counselling Psychologist, South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, Southwark Psychological Therapy Service, Middle House, Maudsley Hospital, London SE5 8AZ in a letter to the GP, stated that Mrs Myers attended a course of 12 counselling sessions and they had a final sessions on 26 February 2016. The PHQ-9 score on 10 April 2015 was 22 and the GAD was 7, the PHQ-9 score on 26 February 2016 was 5 and the GAD-7 score was 7. These are measures for anxiety and depression. The letter stated that Mrs Myers attended her sessions and engaged well throughout the course of treatment. The treatment focused on Mrs Myers depression, following her difficulties at work. Mrs Myers cause for depression and anxiety significantly reduced over the course of treatment as stated in the letter. 2.4.9 The plan and recommendations included an agreement that Mrs Myers did not require further treatment from SPTS at the time. However, Mrs Myers could always be rereferred or self-refer, if she required further treatment in the future. She was reported to have attended the surgery again on 13 March 2015, saying that she had problems with stress at work. She had counselling at Southwark Psychological Therapy Service where she had 12 counselling sessions with a final session being on 26 February 2016. 2.4.12 The letter went on to state that she attended the surgery again on 29 February 2016 to discuss having a medical report done. 2.4.13 It was reported in a letter dated 8 July 2016 from South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust Talking Therapies, Southwark, to Ms Myers, addressed to whom it may concern, that she attended 12 counselling sessions at Talking Therapies Southwark. It was reported that she stated that she has suffered with chronic anxiety since she was a child. She said that she had learnt to manage the anxiety, but it did sometimes affect her ability to write as she has a tremor in her hand. She, however, stated that this did not affect her work. 2.4.14 She reported that her depression seemed to have arisen in the context of a difficult period at work. She said that she felt unfairly treated and she could not understand how her colleagues had come to form their opinions about her. 2.4.15 The letter stated that over the course of treatment, the impact of her work situation was explored with her, and how it affected her. The impact of this situation on her marriage, where Mrs Myers found it hard to cope as a result of being overwhelmed by the difficulties in her work life. She also said that this had affected some of her friendships. It was reported that Mrs Myers said that her family were her main support, but this was only over the telephone due to the distance between them. After another ASB at my home yesterday and what I have endured because of the SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION after the death of my mother with dementia. I will use the opportunity to be a speaker on DES O’CONNOR’S WOMEN IN BUSINESS on the 20th April 2024 to address 31+ years of hate crimes against me. The Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System, and Crown Prosecution CRIMINALS needing EMOTIONAL REGULATION TREATMENT and the VIOLENT NUISANCES will be named.
I need time to complete my DUTIES to my husband dying slowly of torture in the Mother Country where a door is more important than Mervelee Myers. Because when I called the Metropolitan Police about my door being kicked no one attended. But later the RACIST TERRORIST in the form of TANNER and HUNTE and MARTINIEZ and MADDOCK turned up with battering RAM.
Let me reference 5526/02March2024 and Call 101 to make a complaint report. Because I will have to go back to 30th October 2017 when Ambulance and Police visited my home to SECTION me from a malicious report. This became the bane of the TERRORISM I faced from the time allegations were made at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Hence I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson research paper for the Policy Studies Institute “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” recommended to ACAS.
Because of time, my husband in the hospital, my attendance at court tomorrow and the HATE CRIMES am facing from the neighbours, the social media cyberbullying, I will ask you to do the RESEARCH about MERVELEE RATTY NEMBHARD-MYERS-TOMLINSON and contact me if you need to. Information can be found at https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site and all spaces that have not harvested my intellectual property, copyrights, images and CPPDP in making me a voiceless, vulnerable victim of the system that is the UK where the A-Z of abusers get protection to target me.

Thank you to all who participated in our survey in December. About a quarter of survey respondents recalled having seen the Change The Ending video ad on TV or social media, and described it as hard-hitting and heart-breaking. The top-3 attributes selected for Alzheimerโs Research UK were Research-led, Sincere and Trustworthy.
The full report was shared with our colleagues in Brand, who are keen to keep monitoring changes in perceptions and attitudes.

Please let me know if you have any questions or inquiries and once again, thank you for your participation. I look forward to hearing from you, have a lovely rest of your day!
Many thanks for your response! Please do let me know, and I will then send you the information sheet and consent form for the current study.

Good afternoon,
Thanks for your quick response!
I was a participant in Dr Matcham’s research.
A period of low mood with the following symptoms.
I developed an Eating Disorder over a period of time. I have lost weight and some days I have no appetite.
I am not a morning person as I have to force myself out of bed because I have nothing to get up for. But if I am inspired via a vision, I will get up. Or if I have an appointment.
Because my job has been denied me, and I am pushed out everywhere I find myself, I experience being slow downed at times. Especially when I am DEPRESSED. I usually find something do when I am restless. Being fidgety is part of my DNA with Parkinson’s disease inherited from my father.
I guess because I have done Mental Health research and participated in other research, I have an idea what to expect.
Thank you so much for your interest in this study.
It would be great if you could let me know which of the following symptoms apply to you:
A period of low mood for at least two weeks with the following symptoms:
oโโโโโLow mood that does not improve in response to positive events and/or experiencing less/no pleasure, and at least three of the following:
oโโโโโFeeling guilty often
oโโโโโDecrease in weight and/or appetite
oโโโโโWaking up early in the morning
oโโโโโMood being much worse in the morning
oโโโโโFeeling slowed down and/or restless and fidgety

All Universal Analytics services cease to function starting 1 July 2024 GA Google Analytics analytics-noreply@google.com
On 1 July 2024, Google Analytics 4 properties will have fully replaced Universal Analytics properties, as previously announced. From that date, Google will begin turning off all Universal Analytics services and Universal Analytics APIs, which means Universal Analytics properties will be inaccessible through the Google Analytics front end and APIs. If you havenโt completely migrated to Google Analytics 4 properties, follow the migration guide to start making the switch today.
Exporting your data To maintain access to data from your Universal Analytics property, you should download or export your data now. If this isnโt done through one of the methods provided in the Google Analytics Help Centre, your data will be permanently deleted by Google and wonโt be recoverable. If you intend to use the BigQuery integration to export historical data from your Universal Analytics 360 property, we strongly recommend initiating this immediately.
Product integrations Universal Analytics data and settings accessed or used through advertiser, publisher or other product integrations will be unavailable when services have stopped. For example:
Universal Analytics goals and e-commerce transactions will stop measuring new conversions, including within linked advertising accounts. This may affect ad campaign performance if those conversions are used in combination with Smart Bidding. Universal Analytics audience lists will be closed, which may affect ad campaign media activation and performance. API requests related to Universal Analytics properties will fail, including requests for deletion of Universal Analytics data through the User Deletion API. This also means that tools relying on an API, such as Looker Studio, will not show any Universal Analytics data. BigQuery export and backfill of historical data from Universal Analytics 360 properties can only be requested up to and including 30 June 2024. Already exported data remains available in BigQuery. Attribution projects that were part of Attribution (beta) in Google Analytics will be deleted. Sincerely,
The Google Analytics Team

Speakers Message – April 2 ๎ฅ You forwarded this message on Wed 03/04/2024 01:53 You forwarded this message on Wed 03/04/2024 01:53 S Sarah sarah@desoconnors.com
I hope you had a great Easter Break, and thank you so much for your promotional efforts over the bank holiday weekend. We’ve noticed the fantastic work, especially from those who tagged us, which is greatly appreciated.
With just under three weeks until our event, we urge everyone to ramp up their promotional activities. Unfortunately, some speakers did not participate in promotional efforts over the weekend despite this being agreed upon, as outlined in the speaking agreement, which constitutes a breach of our agreement. A separate email will be sent to those responsible. We aim to avoid drastic measures, such as removing anyone from the speaker line-up due to non-cooperation in promoting the event. This reminder does not apply to those with a pre-arranged agreement, but any additional support you can offer would be immensely appreciated.
Exclusive Opportunities for Increased Participation:
If you’re interested in increasing your stage time or securing a free business consultation with Des, we encourage you to share this link within your network. Your post could say, โWho Wants to Speak on Stage With Me and 14 Experts in London?โ Des OโConnor โ Women in Business Conference (London) (desoconnors.com)
Promotional Strategies:
WhatsApp Status: Daily updates can significantly increase visibility among your contacts. For a quick guide on effective status updates, watch [this instructional video](YouTube instructionsย ).
Social Media Sharing: Use Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok to share your event banner and supporting text. Live videos on Facebook are also an excellent way to engage your audience directly.
Direct Messaging: Reaching out to contacts in London via WhatsApp, Facebook, and LinkedIn can personalise the invitation and potentially increase attendance.
Eventbrite Promotion: Please coordinate with Sarah for strategies on maximising Eventbrite’s potential for event promotion.
Facebook Live Interview with Des: Enhance your visibility by booking a live interview. Fill out the form at [Chat with Des] and include your proposed interview title and questions. This will be a pre-recorded Zoom meeting that will be shared within 72 hours afterward. (This excludes the intro 2 minutes packages speakers).
Pre-Event Dinner Confirmation:
Please confirm your attendance and that of any guests for the dinner at the hotel the night before the event at around 7:30 pm by Monday, 8th April 2024, so we can finalise numbers with the hotel.
Merchandise and Presentation Materials:
Ensure you have your business cards, flyers, and banners ready as you would have a table all day to share your products and services literature (this excludes the intro package for 2 minutes on stage speakers). We offer a comprehensive service for design, write-up, and delivery. Please let me know if you are interested in this as we design, print, and deliver your merchandise, and Des can even bring it to the hotel for you. This package also includes an hour consultation with Des.
Presentation Slides: We need to receive your presentation slides by week commencing 6th April 2024 to prevent any late fees. Please refer to your speaker agreement for the exact date.
Introduction Music: Your preferred music track, shared via a YouTube link, is required by April 8th, as detailed in your speaker agreement.
VIP and Lunch Upgrade:
Would you like to join us and other VIPs on the day? Then why not consider booking the VIP lunch upgrade for enhanced networking opportunities. Details and booking can be found at VIP Upgrade, with the deadline for confirmation now extended to April 15th.
We kindly ask for your full cooperation in these final weeks leading up to the event. Your efforts not only contribute to the event’s success but also ensure significant exposure for everyone involved.
Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

Dear Speakers,
I hope this message finds you well. As we approach the excitement of our event scheduled for Saturday, 20th April, it has come to our attention that a few of our esteemed speakers have yet to participate in the promotional activities designated for the past weekend.
MM Response: I had a meeting with Des to explain my situation.
This communication serves as a final reminder concerning the obligation agreed upon to actively engage in promoting our event. Our collective effort in these promotions is crucial for ensuring a successful turnout. Reflecting on our past experiences since 2015, we have learned the importance of collective participation in these efforts. Des had outlined the expectations clearly during your briefing on the speaking engagements.
In keeping with our agreement, we seek speakers who are committed to being an integral part of our team, aiming for the eventโs success. It is disheartening to observe a lack of participation from some, which not only undermines our collective efforts but also disrespects the hard work of those who have contributed.
Required Action:
To address this situation and before making any decisions about potential changes to our speaker line up, we kindly request your response to the following queries by Thursday, 4th April, 12:00 noon: MM Response: Am due in court on the 4th so am addressing this now. I have had a STRESS day because of situations beyond my concerns.
Promotional Efforts: Please detail the promotional activities you engaged in over the past weekend, including timings and any proof of participation.ย MM Response: I have been posting on my WordPress, Google My Business, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Now TikTok joined Facebook and suspended my account.ย ย ย
Reasons for Non-Participation: If you were unable to promote as agreed, please provide an explanation, referring to the speaker agreement and your promotional pack for guidance.ย MM Response: As soon as I updated Facebook after accepting Sarah Friend Request. Facebook ask for ID. Each ID was rejected and FB disabled my 18 pages account. LinkedIn suspended 3 accounts. I tried to get back in since I signed the agreement with Des, but am refused.ย I am further restricted because of my caring duties and my health issues. But I have been trying to do my best. I explained to Des.ย
Future Commitments: Outline your proposed plan for promotional activities leading up to the event, including specific actions, dates, and times. Note that all social media promotions should tag Des as previously mentioned.ย MM Response: Just bought myself new laptop and mobile phone to expand my online business. This will be extended to Jamaica. On 7thย April 2024 there will be 2 events in Jamaica where I will be doing promotions leading up to the dates. I am a blogger using my different platforms. I started doing LIVE Broadcasting around the event and Early Intervention are Key to SURVIVAL. I am operating 2 YouTube channels and will be getting some professional videos done, leading up to the event. I publish on Twitter and Word Press and Google My Business.ย ย
Materials and Agreement:
It is important to remind that all necessary promotional materials were provided well in advance, with expectations clearly set for participation starting Friday, 29th March 2024, throughout the Bank Holiday weekend. MM Response: I am trying as best as I can fitting my caring duties and personal circumstances.
Should we not hear from you by the specified deadline, we will regretfully interpret this as a decision to withdraw from our speaker line-upโan outcome we earnestly wish to avoid. MM Response: I am responding now, so I don’t miss the deadline. I could have done more, if I did not have my personal circumstances and Facebook and TikTok disabling and suspending my accounts.
For those who have fulfilled these obligations, please disregard this notice and accept our gratitude for your ongoing support. Continue your excellent efforts in promoting our event. MM Response: I was prevented from fulfilling these obligations fully by circumstances beyond my control.
We cherish your contribution and are looking forward to making this event a memorable success together. Thank you for your attention to this matter and for your continued cooperation. MM Response: Thanks for your understanding and continuing support during a difficult time in my life.

Dear Mervelee,
I wanted to reach out to you and share my experience with the Admiral Nurse Helpline, a service that wouldn’t be possible without your generosity. I cannot stress enough how truly invaluable the support I have received has been, especially in moments of crisis. And that’s thanks to you.
I called the Helpline when my mum, who lives with dementia, was becoming increasingly confused and distressed. I was filled with worry and concern but the Admiral Nurseโs advice helped me anticipate Mumโs sundowning and try to occupy her with other things before she got caught up in it.
Read how your generosity helped Penny >
โOver time, Mumโs dementia symptoms inevitably worsened. I really struggled with the decision to move her into a care home. Once again, the Helpline was a lifeline.โ Penny
I donโt have any other professional support, so I couldnโt cope without the Helpline. Your kindness means thereโs always someone to talk to when I need it. It means life hasnโt stopped because of Mumโs dementia diagnosis, and we can still spend time together doing the things we both enjoy. For that, Iโll always be grateful for your support of Dementia UK.
From me and Mum, everyone at Dementia UK and the families it supports โ thank you for helping ensure no one faces dementia alone.
Best wishes,
Penny

Complaint: 202342943 – Stage 1 complaint about the Housing Ombudsman Service
Dear Helen Ewens
Thank you for your email dated 18 March 2024, in which you are asking me for the impossible based on the situation that the Housing Ombudsman Service is responsible for putting me and my vulnerable husband in. As you have stated I provided lots of information, I should not have had to be under such DISTRESS having to complain about the HOS if they were not party to the “Systemic Discrimination” by Housing for Women over the years by allowing my neighbour Deborah Agnes Gilchrist to get away with 23 years of hate crimes against me and my elderly husband. I will repeat, you should not have a role to INVESTIGATE my complaint against the service provided by HOS because I should not have to complain. I will not be patronized by you explaining what your role is either, because there is proof that the HOS takes the side of the landlord against tenants and this is not unique to my case alone. See https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 for when it started and why HOS is negligent in its handling of my complaint about H4W in the first place.
Since you have chosen from the helpful information what you deem you want to investigate let me hone my writing skills about how the HOS discriminated against me by explaining that expecting me to be doing a response at this sensitive time is an addition to the discrimination. I am not sure if you are familiar with the “Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics” therefore, I will list the ways that HOS ignored them.
Breaches:
1. Age – my husband at 101 is now dying after the PTSD of living with the discrimination of 22 years of discrimination by the “Neighbour from Hell”. The YouTube video online of the person who came to deliver another summons from Devonshires Solicitors must be taken into consideration. Because I was served a BUNDLE on a Sunday evening and District Judge Richard Hayes claim this was reasonable time for me to attend court to defend myself. https://youtu.be/3og_5Mgkhrw?si=JqRjbAE7Gbh3DKIu.
2. Belief/Religion: I was sent a BUNDLE on Sunday Evening disrupting my RIGHTS to celebrate my BELIEFS and not to be discriminated against. As a carer I was at the Tessa Jewel Health Centre the next day with my husband for his “Diabetes Eye Check” I posted online about how STRESSED I was. https://youtu.be/wg77wbNT8Kg?si=nAFqexbG1jdyuob6.
3. Disability: Both myself and husband experienced 22 years that impacted on the disabilities that results in the slow demise of my husband health having to accompanying me to the County Court at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch taking a toll on the deterioration in his health. Since none of the District Judges were aware of the elderly man accompanying me to the KANGAROO COURT and district judge stated in the Court Order that I was assisted by my husband then HOS must take responsibility for not dealing with my “Complaint” about Housing for Women to get a resolution and I have to submit another complaint. I have developed an “Eating Disorder” as a result of the discrimination by Housing for Women. My name and character are DEFAMED by H4W and the 12 pages “Witness Statement” must be taken into evidence. The referral by Trina Philbert to the Maudsley NHS must be taken into evidence. Labelling me a “Violent Nuisance” by District Judge Sterlini who was involved in striking out my claims against Winsome Duncan must accept my Book IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN into evidence. The fact that it was signed by Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley at the launch of “A New Met for London” must be taken in evidence. Because in July I meet Nigel Pearce at Elim House in Peckham where I was invited to a “Community Event organised by the Southwark Law Centre. Evidence can be accessed online. The fact that I will now have to do a “Psychiatric Assessment” is another case of the hate crimes against me. https://youtu.be/FOGwwIMgl9E?si=J3VGGE0LSck3B9ic.
4. Race: My husband and I are the victim of RACISM from my neighbour and other members of the Neighbourhood. The Metropolitan Police that joined Ms Gilchrist RACISM some captured on LIVE from my Husband moved here in 2000. To breaking the glass of the “Communal Door” on the 13th December 2021 and the Police Officer who was sent out in an Emergency chose to accuse me of shouting and threatened to leave by doing exactly that. Ms. Gilchrist was coerced by Housing for Women STAFF who set out on a CAMPAIGN of HATE CRIMES against me and my husband. https://youtu.be/io2KUFZzfK8?si=OkCI6VxNhU7T6MkJ.
The serious allegations are what they are because of HOS failures to act “Without Prejudices” in addressing my first complaint about H4W and allowing them to get away with wiping the Customer Portal of the DATA from 2000. Without Prejudice, I am not sure you are COMPETENT to investigate my complaint based on the HOS discrimination of other tenants who raised complaints against H4W. I am saying this because of my experiences of the past 10 years and prior to that how my complaints were handled. I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson’s research paper for the Policy Studies Institute “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” recommended to ACAS. I was a participant in Mental Health Research with Dr. Faith Matcham at Kings College London. I was a participant in Diabetes Research. I conducted the “A Voice of a Child” research for my former employers www.leyf.org.uk CEO June O’Sullivan in August 2010. The year the Equality Act Protected Characteristics became LAW.

Once again let me affirm that by sending me this letter to provide you with specific examples is HOS using delaying tactics in the hope that I cannot comply with this dictate by the 25th March 2024 so HOS can abandon the complaint. Since you claimed I provided lots of helpful information, you should have deducted the information from that. I do not feel, I know and I have provided HOS with the information. Refer to https://youtu.be/umCkr178Nhw?si=3uknllF8mfDy6qYv.
Housing Ombudsman Services Breaches of the Equality Act
Treated Unfairly
You can find the answers in the “Helpful Information” you claim to receive and I will reference Ms. H. Presley as a “Case Study”. Refer to
Put at a Disadvantage
Is the HOS aware that I have been taken to COURT by H4W because of the failures of the HOS to address the COMPLAINT of 2022 in a timely manner? I will advise HOS to send someone to the County Court at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch on the 4th April 2024 and 25th July 2024. https://www.youtube.com/live/NHTA0sBNQrA?si=utJ0SrIL4LF_0tTI.
Violation of Dignity
I experienced 22 years of hate crimes at Housing for Women and HOS is negligent in not addressing my first COMPLAINT. Therefore, HOS is responsible by way of breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics leaving me to become the victim of Housing for Women staff who coerced Ms. Gilchrist to target me and my husband. Ms. Gilchrist cannot be held responsible for her behaviour because I asked for her to be supported. Instead of providing Ms. Gilchrist and myself the support we needed, H4W got the Metropolitan Police involved in the discrimination. H4W treatment further exacerbated my husband PTSD from the discrimination of my former employers and the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System, and the Crown Prosecution Services. Refer to https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site for more. As well as getting targeted by H4W Devonshires Solicitors LLP set out on a campaign using my vulnerability against me. I was lucky enough to come home on the 25th October 2023 to save my husband from going into a HYPO that could cause his death. Because Narin Masera made a report against me and PC James Murphy from the Brixton Police visited my home with a letter. The lists of BREACHES are listed for the court, reasons HOS must send a REPRESENTATIVE to both Court dates.
I did not say the HOS label me a “Violent Nuisance” but they are definitely treating me like one. Please read and understand and don’t accuse me. I have been dealing with 10 years of such ALLEGATIONS. Refer to https://youtu.be/taA14IVIm9g?si=E5jYOel1Yb_NGsoJ.
I was labelled a “VIOLENT NUSIANCE” by District Judge Sterlini behind my back because of HOS failure dealing with my COMPLAINT of 2022.
Here is another example of HOS breaching my RIGHTS not to be discriminated against by giving me deadlines. HOS should not be giving me deadlines, but instead be aware of what is happening from the helpful information you claimed to have received. You will need a further 5 days to investigate my claim whilst I have lived at Alma Grove from 2000 experiencing HATE CRIMES. I am now in fear for me and my husband’s safety, based on the actions of Deborah Agnes Gilchrist, her partner, her friends, H4W staff, Devonshires Solicitors and agents, the Metropolitan Police that came with battering RAM to my door. https://www.youtube.com/live/0eRABvKHRD0?si=IO8RuxqFLcU2Xmin.
Are you aware that I am due in Court on the 4th April 2024? If I did not get a solicitor to represent me, I would end up like Ms. H. Presley. Let me update you that my husband is DYING and will be sent home from the hospital with support to die at my home that he considers his home from he moved here in 2001. The HOS is responsible for not acting about the COMPLAINTS of 2022 and letting Housing for Women getting away with DISCRIMINATION against vulnerable tenants. https://youtube.com/shorts/TUo5RKFdoAw?si=H7RHtcK4tOshVWlH.
HOS Threats
I consider your threats not to investigate my complaint as another case of DISCRIMINATION based on the fact HOS failed to address the first complaint and colluded with Housing for Women in taking the side of landlords against tenants. I must reference the case of Ms. H. Presley as an example. https://youtube.com/shorts/ryQeizcFGrY?si=-RWMj6jaijPcwsmC.
Let me hope HOS have enough examples, barring that please subscribe to my various Social Media for more.

18 March 2024
Dear Mrs Myers
Complaint: 202342943 – Stage 1 complaint about the Housing Ombudsman Service
Thank you for your email of 29 February 2024, in which you have provided a lot of helpful information. My role is to investigate complaints about the service provided by the Housing Ombudsman Service, as opposed to the service provided by your landlord or any other organisation.
In your service complaint, you said that the Ombudsman has discriminated against you, and ignored your protected characteristics. This is a serious allegation, and I want to ensure that we investigate this thoroughly. So that we can do this, please could you provide some specific examples of what the Housing Ombudsman has done that has led you to feel that, on the basis of your protected characteristics, we have:
ยท treated you less favourably than other service users,
ยท put you at a particular disadvantage because of certain rules or arrangements which are in place,
ยท demonstrated unwanted behaviour that violates your dignity or creates an offensive environment for you.
You also said you would appreciate if the Ombudsman would stop treating you like we have done, labelling you a ‘violent nuisance’. It would be helpful if you could explain in what way or when we have labelled you as a ‘violent nuisance’.
Please could you provide any specific examples by Monday 25 March 2024. I will need a further 5 working days to investigate your complaint, which means I will aim to provide my response by Wednesday 3 April 2024 (allowing for the bank holidays around Easter).
If we do not receive specific examples, then we will be unable to investigate your complaint.
You can find all the latest news, reports, and guidance from the Housing Ombudsman Service on our website.

I am recording on behalf of my husband Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson who at 101 years old is in the hospital. He will be sent home to Mervelee Myers home in Bermondsey where we are living since 2001 when we were introduced. I must acknowledge the service provided by LLOYDS especially since we have become the victims of Barclays, Santander and Nationwide. As having POA jointly with my stepson Trevor Anthony Tomlinson, I must put on record he has not been a good son. More details can be found online.

Am Mervelee Myers doing this for my husband who is in the hospital. Age 101 he is dying, therefore will not need your services soon. Thanks on his behalf for services received over the years. In particular for helping us out when we were targeted by Barclays, Nationwide, Santander, Financial Ombudsman Services, Action Fraud and Metropolitan Police. Smst
This is based on how my HUSBAND was treated by the staff who did not take his age and vulnerability into consideration. However, LLOYDS redeemed itself when the MANAGER intervened. e

Turn2us March Information Newsletter Welcome to the March edition of the Information Newsletter from financial security charity Turn2us.
In this edition, we have outlined key information on the Spring Budget 2024 and the Universal Credit migration notices that many of you might have received, along with detailed steps you should take.
We have updates on new features added to our Benefits Calculator, an additional payment of disability premiums with Universal Credit, the deadline to claim Winter Fuel Payment, and how to report a missing Cost of Living Payment 2023/24.
Spring Budget
On the 6th of March, Chancellor of the Exchequer Jeremy Hunt announced the Spring Budget 2024, which included changes to the tax rates, and some other changes that may impact benefits claimants.
Read our simple guide What does the 2024 Spring Budget mean for you? to find out key policies that may affect you
New features added to our Benefits Calculator
Our Benefits Calculator tells you about your benefits entitlement, the calculator now also tells how to access other financial assistance relevant to you, such as help with bills, health costs, help with raising a child, and more. Use the Benefits Calculator
Universal Credit Migration Notice
The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is sending out notice letters to people on legacy benefits including Tax Credits. People claiming these benefits are being moved to Universal Credit, which the DWP wants to replace the older benefits such as ESA, Tax Credits, and more.
It is important to note that you don’t need to claim Universal Credit if you’ve only received a leaflet from DWP telling you to get ready for Universal Credit. Wait until you receive a letter with a deadline. If you’ve received a Universal Credit migration notice letter
If you have received a notice letter, make sure you read what is in the letter as it will have a deadline. Here are important things to know about deadlines: Deadlines are three months after the date the notice letter was sent Your legacy benefits will stop after this deadline Make a successful claim for Universal Credit by the deadline, but the timing of that claim can be important so that you can prevent gaps between claims We recommend you read our Universal Credit migration notice guide.

Hi guys! I don’t know if anyone is interested or not, but I am looking for developers, marketing people, influencers interested to help us get the message out, project managers, writers to help with Village app, which focuses on helping single parents to build and to have a support system via easy and quick face to face meet with other single parents living in your neighborhood, around you, minutes away. I want to help single moms find other single moms minutes away, or single dads find other single dads, or if you’re a widow, or if you home-school, or maybe you have a baby, or a 10-year-old, or a 15-year old => all of those are very, very different and specific to you, because we might relate to each other in that we’re both single parents, but I have no idea what it’s like to be a single dad, or to have a special needs child, or to home-school, but maybe you do, and you’d probably really appreciate it if you could talk to and meet with easily, maybe on a play-date, with someone else who is also a single dad, or who also home-schools, or is also a widow, what have you :). Anyways, I’m not able to pay, but if interested, the group where we congregate is called The Village Core – and you are welcome here.
If interested, you can join us in our Village Core Facebook group below. Thank you ๐

Hi Mervelee,
If you’ve ever wanted to write for a publication on Medium but didn’t know where to start, we have an event next week just for you. The Medium Pub Crawl, March 19, is all about connecting writers with publication editors. Register here What is Pub Crawl? Join thousands of writers and editors for a day of learning about publications on Mediumโwho they are, what they’re looking for, and how to submit your stories. As a writer, you can explore a virtual expo hall of booths to learn more about publications on a wide range of topics, and attend panels with the people behind some of those publications. You’ll also hear from Medium CEO Tony Stubblebine on why Medium is a great place for writers.
Why you should register Our goal is to connect publications editors and writers who write on Medium. Writers will walk away from Pub Crawl with more insight into their favorite publications and exposure to new ones.
Our platform is unique in offering a way for writers to reach an audience without building it first, and publications amplify that by creating audience, community, and feedback for writers interested in particular topics.
How to join Pub Crawl First: Register for the event.
Then join us on Tuesday, March 19, kicking off at 11 a.m. ET with Tony’s keynote. The virtual expo hall will be open for 24 hours, so no matter your time zone, you can participate. Publication editors will be hosting virtual office hours throughout the day, so check the booths to find out when you can hop in and chat live with an editor.
We hope you’ll join us.

Most qualified people were paid between 6 February and 22 February 2024. Payments were made automatically.

From 14 February 2024 the amount of this element will increase if they also get other disability premiums prior to moving over to Universal Credit.

Any right to Review will mean that the MPS will provide that data to the Relevant Review Body for the purpose of conducting that review.
This guide explains the principles of our complaints system, how we handle complaints, and the possible outcomes. What can I complain about? If you think you have been treated unfairly by the police or the standard of service you received was unacceptable you have the right to make a complaint. A complaint can be made about the conduct of any person serving with the police, i.e. a police officer, police staff member, special constable, designated volunteer or a person contracted to provide services to the Met Police. You can also complain about how a police force is run. For example, you can complain about force-wide crime initiatives, the organisation of policing resources and general policing standards. There is no time limit for making a complaint. However, if you complain about something that happened more than 12 months ago, you should explain why you didnโt complain sooner. Who can make a complaint? You can make a complaint if: โข You were directly affected by the behaviour of our police officers, special constables, members of police staff, volunteers or contractors. โข Witnessed an incident โ for example, you were present when an incident took place or were close enough to see or hear the incident (you cannot claim to have witnessed an incident if you have seen it on television or social media). โข Have been adversely affected by the conduct or matter complained about โ this means that the actions of the police have indirectly affected you, for example you have suffered any form of loss, damage, distress or inconvenience as a result of the 2 matter complained about, or you have been put in danger or otherwise put at risk of being adversely affected. You could be acting on behalf of someone in any of the people listed above โ for example, a family member, friend, legal representative or any other person of their choosing. You may be able to make a complaint if you are a parent or guardian. Persons serving with the police force cannot make a complaint about incidents and officers in their own force. This does not mean they are unable to raise concerns, there are other ways to do this such as internal conduct investigations and the staff resolution process. This just means that they will not have the statutory rights of a complainant. What can you expect when you complain? You can expect: โข Contact from us to get some further details โข To be asked what you would like to happen โข To be listened to and treated fairly โข To be updated about the progress of your complaint โข To be told the outcome of your complaint when it has been finalised โข If your complaint has been formally recorded and you are not happy with the outcome, you can request an independent review How will my complaint be handled? By law all complaints against the police must be logged. We make an initial assessment of how your complaint may be dealt with and we will contact you to find out what you would like to happen. Your complaint may be dealt with in one of the following ways: โข Early contact โ A complaint handler will make contact with you as soon as possible after you raised your concerns. They may be able to provide an explanation or an apology, or other information to assure you that appropriate action is being taken. Their aim is to try and resolve your issues and create an environment for learning where people learn from mistakes made. โข By investigation – If the complaint is serious enough to warrant disciplinary action then it will be investigated and an investigator will be appointed. 3 โข In some circumstances, no further action may be taken. We’ll ask you how you’d like to be contacted, keep you informed on the progress, write to you to tell you the outcome and explain your right to an independent review. We’ll ask you how you’d like to be contacted, keep you informed on the progress, write to you to tell you the outcome and explain your right to an independent review. However we deal with your complaint, it is important to us. Will my complaint be referred to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC)? When we receive your complaint, we consider whether it should be referred to the IOPC. The most serious incidents must be referred to the IOPC โ whether someone has made a complaint or not. For example, if police actions result in a member of the public being seriously injured or dying: โข while in custody โข after theyโve had contact with the police โข as a result of a police shooting โข in a road accident involving the police We can also refer incidents to the IOPC if we have concerns, for instance about the conduct of our officers or staff. The IOPC can direct us to record incidents and then โcall them inโ. The IOPC may choose to investigate these cases themselves, independently of us. Further information regarding referrals to the IOPC can be found in the IOPCโs Statutory Guidance. How often will I be updated? Keeping you informed is one of our key priorities; our updates should be regular and meaningful. Our first update will be provided promptly, in writing, and, at the latest, within four weeks of the start of the handling of your complaint. Further updates will be provided at least every four weeks.
We aim to deal with complaints in timely a manner, however there is no time limit on how long we will take to deal with your complaint. The person dealing with your complaint should be able to tell you how long it is likely to take. 5 Who will be involved in dealing with my complaint? This depends on how your complaint will be handled. Your point of contact will be either a: โข Complaint handler โ if your complaint is being dealt with through early contact, or โข Investigator โ if your complaint is being investigated as there is an indication a criminal offence may have been committed or the behaviour may justify disciplinary proceedings. You may also see the role, โappropriate authorityโ used in your complaint report. This is the person who assesses and makes decisions about your complaint at various stages in the complaint process. What are the possible outcomes? We will send you a report to explain how we have dealt with your complaint. If our service didnโt meet the standards expected, we will inform you of the action we are taking. Possible outcomes could include: โข An explanation or apology for what has happened โข Training to further develop our officers and staff โข Making changes to our policies or procedures โข Giving advice to the officer or person you have complained about so that their performance improves โข Referring your case to the Crown Prosecution Service. The CPS is responsible for deciding if criminal charges should be brought. โข Referring the case for misconduct proceedings. โข There may not be enough information to take action over your complaint. If this happens it may just mean there is not enough evidence available โข In some cases, we may agree with you that something went wrong, but decide that no other action is appropriate How do we learn from complaints and dissatisfaction?
Learning from complaints helps to improve the way we do things and stop the same thing from happening again. As well as learning from individual cases, we use information from our complaints system to monitor performance and identify potential learning for us as an organisation. What if I am still unhappy? If we were dealing with your concerns through early resolution and you arenโt happy, we will record your complaint and appoint a complaint handler. If you are still unhappy after we have handled your complaint, you can ask for a review. Reviews are dealt with by either the Independent Officer for Police Conduct (IOPC) or the Mayorโs Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC). The report we send you when we have finished dealing with your complaint tells you the review body for your complaint. You need to apply within 28 days or your application won’t be accepted, unless there are exceptional circumstances for the delay. The review will consider whether or not the handling of your complaint was reasonable and proportionate. Did you know? โข The police complaints process has no means by which to deal with financial claims for compensation against the Met. Money cannot be awarded via the complaints procedure, regardless of the outcome. If you wish to seek compensation for something the police have done, please write to: Directorate of Legal Services, Metropolitan Police Service, 10 Lambs Conduit Street, London WC1N 3NR. Please be sure to include your full name and contact details, your case or report number (if applicable), the name or shoulder number of any Met officer, staff or volunteer involved and your reasons for claiming compensation. โข The majority of complaints where mistakes are identified are resolved with learning and development after the complainantโs feedback has been taken on board. This is even more important under the new complaint legislation and the introduction of the Reflective Practice Review Process.
Legislation in relation to police complaints has changed from 1 February 2020 with the implementation of the Police (Complaints and Misconduct) Regulations 2020. This allows for police complaints to be dealt with in a reasonable and proportionate manner and at the appropriate level. This supports both the efficiency and fairness of the complaints system.
