THEY INSTALLED CAMERAS TO HARASS AND BULLY ME INSIDE THE COMMUNAL AREA. THE POLICE JOIN THEM WHENEVER I CALL FOR HELP, IF THEY BOTHER TO COME OUT. THE LANDLORD TAKE ME TO COURT AM FACING IMPRISONMENT AND EVICTION. I HAVE BEEN ASSAULTED AT MY DOOR BY THE LANDLORD’S EMPLOYEES. THE LANDLORD REFUSED TO MAKE REPAIRS AFTER I WAS TARGETED THE PLACE IS IN DISREPAIR I LIVED WITH A SINK THAT OVERFLOWED WHEN I USE THE WASHING MACHINE. THEY FIXED IT. Police officers at Peckham Police Station made me aware that Mervelee Myers (MM) disclosed she felt suicidal to the staff removing her from MM University premises.ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย MM Updates: This is a lie and why was the staff removing me from the University premises? When did they remove me from UEL and if I disclose any such information why did they wait until 21/10/2021 to send the Police to my home trying to force entry? How many times has the Metropolitan Police attended my home since I phoned them in October 2017 to report verbal threats from http://www.peachespublications.co.uk and https://www.ryanclement.com after trying to contact other organisations that Winsome Duncan might have caused me to compromise my DBS? It was Ms. Duncan who sent me the reviews online that the ET Panel refused my Additional Witness Statement. Because she told the ET she did not prepare a case as it would be a strikeout.ย Barrister Jones had http://www.personnelconsultancy.com representing LEYF as a solicitor/lawyer. The letter was sent to Mr Fenton who mentioned it when I tried to submit AWS. The ET took -5 months to give the judgment and BWB came out of the woodwork to get https://www.facebook.com andย https://www.twitter.com Legal Team to contact me.ย We must look at why the Police think they can get away with playing into the hands of the UEL with such an excuse. They need to provide a comprehensive report of why they went to my home and what were the intentions of PC Conway and the female. Let me say I went through the procedures for Registration and was assigned a Mental Health Practitioner name Susan Davies,ย so what does that say about UEL and the handling of Richard Harty’s blatant discrimination to cover his plots in LEYF discrimination.ย Because of his involvement in Men in Childcare that I would not have been alerted if he did not call my mobile on 27/9/2021 to threaten me. When I sense the threat because the date is triggered, it was the date I resigned with the second nervous breakdown after experiencing bereavement and losses. I recorded the rest of the conversation and I am on record asking Richard Harty I was emotional and he should not judge me. If anyone with an iota of sense listens to the recording they will hear me telling Richard Harty about where I was in my life. Since that time Mary Mitchison keeps issuing threats. As to say they have to remove me from the UEL, it was the Indian Security, who I sent back to get someone to explain the situation to me. And Tanya Cotier and the female who is at fault. Are they the ones who say I said I was feeling suicidal or not? They were the last persons I spoke to and the conversation was about the way I was treated beside the plaque dedicated to Black Lives Matter in honour of George Floyd in Black History Month.ย Why did the Black Security have to come out to rescue me when he saw what was happening?ย ย
Police officers were calling to check in on MM wellbeing due to the nature of what was disclosed.ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย MM Updates: Because of the behaviour of the Police towards me from the time they came to section me from a malicious report on 30/10/2017 I have to say the Police who gave this report is either an idiot or unable to master the EYFS Prime & Specific areas. In February 2021 I was assaulted by a black man in Brixton and I called to report the matter because I had given the young man spare change and had a conversation with him in the East Street Market. It was obvious his mental health had deteriorated and I wanted him to get the help he needed. The Police offered to send someone to talk to me. I was gobsmacked when the 2 Officers started questioning me like I am the Criminal that I later became. And how Holly Sweeney described me on 29/11/2020 when she called me to come to Walworth Police Station for an interview on 1/12/2020. How can I trust these officers after what PC Conway said when he called. This was after they went to my home and tried to force entry. When they visited with the NHS Ambulance on 30/10/2017 they tried to force me to leave my husband, until I showed them my Medical Report I had taken to the MP Neil Coyle’s Surgery. I was present when the black man smashed up the place claiming he wanted to go back to Africa. The recent spate of physical and emotional issues affecting MERVELEE Ratty Nembhard-Myers-Tomlinson left me with no choice but to do my research about the A-Z of PTSD I experience from the time I was born in a household of brothers who would end up HATING me for what my mother did to them, even if unintentionally. To have my son here verbally and physically Abusing me make me realize the plots to destroy me. I have been processing everything he said to me since he arrived here and my research is conclusive.

I passed the MIRAGE into the safe keep of Kevin Donovan Murray. I once tried to raise the other matter of what I have seen with my own eyes as mother of my boys and the impact that had on me too. I learned from my son some of what happened after I left Jamaica for a new life of opportunities in the UK.
But now I have to accept why on reaching puberty and Mama Lou saying not to let any man touch me had such profound impact on me. I have the name MYERS like the man who used to touch me as a child. In adulthood I was emotionally abuse by my husband. You should know the rest of the story.
Whilst Kevin Donovan Murray is here where he claims if he did not come, I would be on the street, holding me prisoner, I will not do anything for him to get away with his Reverse Psychological issues affecting him after I left Jamaica in 1992. Since Valdin Allan Legister spent over 3 hours on the phone telling me Mama Lou never told me she loves me and I must tell him I love him so he can tell his children. I will handle this matter sensitively.
Those of my brothers who are alive, please examine why your HATE of our MOTHER has been transmitted to me. Whilst you are at it find out why I become the target of the landlord in July 2023 labelling me a VIOLENT NUISANCE. The role you played in abandoning me to be DEPRESSED and dying slowly of TORTURE.
The plan is for me to face IMPRISONMENT and EVICTION am already a mental case like my Auntie Anita. Next I will be wondering the Street of London and hoping I don’t end up dying tragically like she did. I would have committed suicide if I was not raised this way. I will survive long enough to correct the wrongs I endured each time there’s a bereavement from the time my uncle was chopped up in his yard on a Sunday when I was pregnant with Kevin Murray in 1976. The year my Auntie Tempa died fasting and 1978 when my uncle was murdered because of his job at Bernard Lodge.

I accepted her for who she was and as the Trainee Counsellor Laura Tinsley said if she was not who she was she would not have survived. Dr Laura Crawford advised me to seek counselling to find out why I react the way I do to certain situations.

They tried everything to break me the past 10 years after Mama died with dementia. I have to be careful but I carry on in God’s grace. I am not responsible for what Mama Lou did to any of my brothers. I have done what I can to help my sons. But what did they do to help others push me over the edge? I spent 10 years writing โ but no one seems to understand my struggle. I reached out for help and I have been torn apart. Time to pick myself up from the DEPRESSION rendered me unable to cope. I will end this now and continue to do what is necessary.
I don’t know how long I have so I have to make haste. I owe no one anything at this time. But, I am mindful that during my frustration when I reached out for support from my families and friends and it was not forthcoming, I went about getting your attention the wrong way. But I was only doing what my mother did. I grew up hearing my mother QUARRELLING for her RIGHTS. I exhausted the Legal Systems on my own and they turned around using my IGNORANCE against me. Tech Don’t Lie and like Nelson Mandela said “The Purpose of Freedom is to Create for Others”. I have been writing from my father was stricken with Parkinson’s disease.
I have faced the MIRAGE and realise that in confronting it by discussing the implications with my son, I can now address the TRAUMAS and 32 years of Systemic Discrimination trying to have my voice heard.
I have done the HIV test. I have to book appointment for the Cervical Screening. Hopefully, I don’t have HIV, I have done enough test for it not to surface before if I have it. Contrary to what anyone said I am not promiscuous, but you never know what is lying dormant. I have Human Papillomavirus HPV.
Those of you intent on destruction of MERVELEE RATTY NEMBHARD-MYERS-TOMLINSON have succeed in making my life a LIVING HELL after Mama Lou died with dementia. Why is no one taking the tolls on me and Tom into consideration.
