31 January 2024 Mrs Mervelee Myers 16 Alma Grove LONDON SE1 5PY Dear Mrs Myers Complaint: 202209405 – Housing For Women Thank you for contacting the Housing Ombudsman Service, I am sorry to hear about your housing issues. MM Response: This is a lame excuse and I will ensure the world knows why. In your initial contact with us under the above case number on 4 August 2022 you asked us to assist you with a complaint to your landlord about outstanding repairs and you also mentioned Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB). After several unsuccessful attempts at asking you to provide evidence of your complaint so we could assist you, we wrote to the landlord on 7 November 2022 asking it to confirm if there was an active complaint regarding ASB and to provide a response to you. MM Response: This is the Housing Ombudsman DEFAMATION of my NAME and the world will be informed. Because HOS is responsible for allowing H4W to get away with destroying the lives of vulnerable tenants and their families. A case in Point is Ms H Presley. HOS is just using this tactics because I am sharing stories online despite the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION threats of IMPRISONMENT EVICTION for CONTEMPT of Court. The landlord issued a stage one response to the complaint on 14 November 2022 and we also sent a copy of this to you the following day. We explained at the time, and several times since, that for us to investigate your complaint you must also complete stage two of the landlord’s complaint process. MM Response: Let me just say that HOS seem to be treating me like HMCTS that presided over the miscarriages of justice https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunals-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 and the world will know. We then had no contact from you between 15 November 2022 and 8 August 2023, when you called to ask where your case was up to. We confirmed, as before, that we were waiting for you to complete stage two of your landlord’s complaint process before we could progress your case further. MM Response: I will not waste my time as I seeking likeminded TENANTS to form an ADVOCACY PANEL to expose LANDLORDS getting cover from the HOS to destroy our lives. We have received many emails from you since, but you have not provided us with any evidence that you have yet completed the landlord’s complaint process. To assist you, we contacted the landlord on 24 January 2024 to ask if you had completed its complaint process. MM Response: Why 24 January 2024. Let me inform you that was the date Ms Presley was denied her RIGHTS and demanded to pay H4W £30,000.00 because HOS failed her. If she had commited SUICIDE the HOS would be responsible. The landlord has now replied and confirmed it has not had any request from you to complete a stage two review of your complaint. Now that the stage one response is more than 14 months old since it was completed on 14 November 2022, we must ask you to log your concerns as a new complaint. MM Response: The LANDLORD is a TERRORCELL that will be exposed. To support you, I have written to the landlord today asking it to do so for you. MM Response: By now HOS must realise who is Mervelee Myers and what I have been doing to resolve this matter. I contacted the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin to mediate because I meet her at H4W AGM April 2014 after coming back from Jamaica and saying my final goodbyes to my MOTHER. H4W wiped the Customer Portal after Samantha Gibbs coerced Ms Gilchrist to target me. I understand to resolve your complaint, you have asked your landlord to: To address the noise MM Response: If it was only NOISE, I have lived with this for 22 years. Everything that happened since Ms Gilchrist broke the glass on 13 December 2021 is logged with the Police that is party to the HATE CRIMES. To respond to the complaint I understand you have not received a response from your landlord since you last contacted it about your complaint. MM Response: The LANDLORD is a TERRORCELL that will be exposed with HOS NEGLIGENCE. We encourage local resolution of disputes, using the landlord’s complaint procedure. MM Response: HOS is NEGLIGENT and is on the side of the LANDLORDS against TENANTS. I have contacted your landlord today and asked it to provide you with a written response to your complaint by 21 February 2024. MM Response: Please update about where my HUSBAND and I are. Please send a representative to the County Court at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch at 10.00 AM for the HEARING. We will not be taking any further action on your complaint unless: You inform us after 21 February 2024 that you haven’t received a written response from your landlord MM Response: Refer to above, because if I did not get a SOLICITOR I would end up like Ms Presley.
When we receive one of the above from you, we will be able to determine the next steps for your complaint. MM Response: HOS has just SHOOT itself in the FOOT or HEAD and this will form part of my STORIES about how my 100 year old HUSBAND has been let down in a SOCIETY that allowed him to beaten, his jaw broken because of the colour of his skin. Our Decision About Your Complaint by PC Neil Solliss and Inspector Nikki Babb
Paragraph 1: Obvious that the decision was bias like all my dealings with the Police from the time I raised concerns about verbal threats from Ryan Clement and Winsome Duncan and Police said it was none of their business. Otherwise, how could PC Solliss make such an error that I complained about my arrest on 29/11/2020?
P2: Since the IOPC is responsible in part for the discrimination, I consider they are not credible and refuse to accept their guidance about the decision. Refer to Our Ref: 2019/119249 Force Ref: PC/7//19 by Ratna Khanam 26/6/2019. Summary of Mrs Myers Meeting at Southwark Police Station 23/6/2019. Proof of Metropolitan Police & IOPC Prejudices against me. I have no trust in the Appropriate Authority and suggested PS LAWES as a Mediator. P3: I contacted MOPAC and was informed I must wait for the Decision. I was expecting Neil Solliss to act after he contacted me via email to clarify certain matters, seems he was taking me for an idiot like the Legal Systems that presided over 2 miscarriages of justice in 28 years and trying to make me a criminal for Deportation.
P4: I beg to differ that my Complaint was handled in a reasonable and proportionate manner.
P5: Please refer to relevant Rules of Law and Section 60 of the Equality Act 2010 as the PCs involved must given relevant training. How PC Solliss and Nikki Babb think they can get away with this decision.
Reasonable & Proportionate Handling: All am prepared to say on this matter is refer to the Reviews on LEYF website for clarifications of why the Police were used to carry out their dirty work that they started at BIB. It’s my mother’s 97th birthday and I have just spoken to PC Sweeney and PC Chelsea who came to deliver a letter. Both are wearing PPE.
Summary: Original Complaint could not have been understood why there was the email chain, and even then it seems “Without Prejudice” a deliberate attempt to misconstrue and trick me.
I want to see the copy of the Statement by PC Holly Sweeney, and why reference to “Whilst the incident was fresh in her mind?” As a person with Mental & Physical Disabilities the Rules of Laws are been used against me. For example when I asked the Solicitor about when I would be hearing from the Police. His response “There is no Statutory Time”. What this is doing is exacerbating my PTSD and this can be verified from my Medical Records. Yet my former employers claim not to have any data for me. The ET/EAT claim I made up disabilities.
I must see the use of “Force Form” by Nikki Wright. Because I was jumped by 3 Officers when I got up from the chair to reaching part way in my Living Room going towards the door.
I must see Body Worn Video of the 4 Officers.
Now since LEYF is going to described as the alleged victim, the Police have a Duty to Safeguard children, young people and vulnerable adults by investigating the Reviews online and Report in Southwark News about BIB. This was where the discrimination started and I made a Victim. Who was then Radicalised so LEYF can get the Police to carry out their Dirty Work. The Police and IOPC are responsible for discrimination. Hence the following: IOPC Claim Number: F21YM135 and Metropolitan Police Claim Number: F45YM082. This discrimination is not a one off as my Defensive Practice will prove that I was not afforded any protection when I raised concerns. Instead the Police came to section me on a malicious report and the IOPC set out to cover up and not resolve the matter. If this was done when I arrange the Meeting at SPS, instead of calling a Patrol Car, PC Holly Sweeney and her Team would not get caught up with this situation.
If the Police had not been influenced by LEYF making them a victim they would not now be considered responsible for the Hate Crime against me.
I am challenging PC Neil Solliss that he is either illiterate, corrupt or both in the way he has gone about drawing his inference. Either he is a good liar or trying to make Decision from none existent video. The only video he had access to was the 2 Female Officers who visited my home on 1/12/2020. So he used my complaint and what was fresh in PC Sweeney mind and Force Form by Nikki Wright to come up with this Decision. It’s no different from Senior HR Dilys Epton trying to get me to allow her to fill forms on my behalf. My brother, the Brainy One who went to High School explained, it’s like using my head on a nude photo.
Crime Report 2031780/20: Why did LEYF fail to report other “Alleged Criminal Damages” before 15/11/2020? In particular the one on 11/11/2020 my brother’s birthday must be considered as this had caused me to act out of proportion. I was advised by Dr Laura Crawford to seek CBT to find out why I react to certain situations the way I do.
Considering the Police are party to discrimination when they failed to act about Winsome Duncan after numerous complaints when she targeted me out by Tesco, why did they not investigate? I have placed in the Public Domain about attempted attacks and assaults by people linked to LEYF and the CEO June O’Sullivan’s plot to get me detained at Nursery World Show 2018. My account of discrimination is in the PD. Therefore the Police failed to investigate and placed themselves as accessory after the fact of LEYF discrimination.
OIC: Can someone clarify the assigned OIC on 17/11/2020 and the 48 hours circulation of suspect as am dyslexic. This makes no sense to me.
My Complaint: Why did PC Sweeney call me a Criminal if am invited for an interview as a Suspect. Proof that LEYF convinced her.
Who is the Victim? Who is responsible for the Police not operating professionally? Reviews online clarify they are no better than LEYF.
How does one decide about aggressive manner over the phone? PC Holly needs training.
PC Neil Solliss has shown how ignorant he is because the date and time I was asked to attend was 1/12/2020 at 10am. Once again I will stick up for PC Sweeney saying she was put in a difficult situation and PC Solliss was given the chance to get her the support needed. Instead he might have given her a false sense of Security to lie. I made recordings after the call on 29/11/2020 and spoken to my Family abroad & Stepson here. 30/11/2020 I called the number, hoping to resolve the matter of my Flu Jab & Interview. There was no response. I recorded as my Defensive Practice.
CAD5862/29NOV11: Proof that PC Solliss is as confused as LEYF in their plots to destroy me after the death of my mother.
Why was I arrested on 30/11/2020 if I was asked to attend an interview on 1/12/2020? I told Police if they waited outside my home on 1/12/2020 and entered 10.01 and done what they did on 30/11/2020 I have no grounds for complaint because I would not have been at WPS for the interview. Any fool can understand my reasoning.
What does this mean that the Officers located me in the front room on the ground floor? It’s obvious that the Officers were not aware there are 2 Flats at Alma Grove. How can I trust these Officers who can get such information wrong? What else have they made up. I was not hiding, I welcome them in my home, I did not have to because of my experiences when they came to section me and I was left TRAUMATISED on 30/10/2017.
PC Solliss seems to be dealing with Delusions of Grandeur from here on. Because nothing happened as documented in the following paragraphs. My recollections of what happened are documented and the Police can access them.

I will refer the Review to my Medical Reports.
The Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics will be my Defence. Why did Sergeant Patel keep saying how “Fit” I am?
My Husband said the only person who spoke to him was the male PC who came to the kitchen. More lies to cover up.
The conscious and unconscious biases continued at WPS. Did anyone check about the marks? I have diabetes and underlying conditions.
GP: Medical Reports – Why does PC Solliss think he has to play God with my life?
Might I refer PC Solliss and the Police to Counter-terrorism; a holistic approach 9 Mechanisms since he is going to quote what Science recognises. He is ignorant like LEYF and ET/EAT Judges.
Refer to George Floyd and Black Lives Matter if PC Sweeney thinks she has to breach every Rules of Law to arrest me unlawfully.
Why did LEYF and the Police concealed evidence about alleged Criminal Damages? There was no Legitimate reason to arrest me. I went to hang up a flag the first time to see if LEYF was carrying out their Duty of Everyone is Responsible for Safeguarding. It was there days later when I returned to check. But they cleared away outdated foodstuff I left.
PC Sweeney did not carry out any Investigations but carried out the discrimination started when I transferred to BIB. Refer to ET/EAT Bundles.
PC Sweeney must be empowered not to become an accessory after the fact of discrimination in the future.
The Police have proven how incompetent they are.
How dare PC Solliss continue to ridicule me with his tokenism of being sorry.
As for the PPE this should be dealt with separately. I signed up to be an Ambassador and is unable to carry out my Duties because of this Decision and actions of CORRUPT Police.

However before I can do any such thing, I will have to be able to exercise the ghost from my past, so that I can move on. Therefore I will try to be as sensitive as can be about the feelings of others, knowing there are other parties involved in this my search for redemption. Before anyone starts to judge me and deciding, what’s best for me, I would prefer for them to accept that we all come with some amount of baggage. Baggage of the type that can impact on the lives of others, rather than one’s self alone. Everything started with my mother of course. Mama Lou on the other hand was always keeping a stiff upper lip, most of the time, until she flip for one reason or another and goes into one. Yes for those who don’t remember, mama used to curse, until I am not sure when she stopped? After that she detested hearing the cursing and would complain to me about it in her latter days. I know for a fact God provided my grandma and mama with the best helpmates to match their unique personalities in the forms of the men who they married. Although I don’t know much about my grandpa, excepting hearing the story about the Spanish Jar “Panyah Jar” episode with Missa Banny, I learned about his kindness. The most valuable lesson I learned about him from Ms Bernice Henry, the last time I visited she and Mass Roland, give me an insight about my history.Ms Bernice told me about the kindness of grandpa Claudie, on his way home from the bush one day. Seeing her in her yard, he stopped to plant a garden egg at her fence for her. She said that it bear every year in abundance that she was able to share with her neighbours. Only other information I know about him are he decided to strike out on his own, away from the family land with his family. And he died of stomach cancer and mum cared for him. I learned this when my breda BYRON was struck down with colon cancer and the doctors wanted to know the family history.Then when I was home in 2014 for my youngest son’s wedding, my breda Balis told me about my sister Yvonne. About how she died from (epilepsy – #fit) in grandpa’s arms. I knew I had a big sister who died, but not much else before Balis’ revelations. My biggest surprise came when Ms Connie, mama’s best friend told me about mama’s life. From thence I began to fit the pieces together about mama’s life of adversities, struggling and sacrifices she had. Prior to all this I started taking notice of some of mama’s peculiarities. But hearing the stories began making more sense to me. By this time it was too late for me to do anything about what I was hearing. I do the next best thing on my return, after saying my final goodbye to mama on the 22nd January 2014. I started fitting the jigsaw together, writing the Eulogy/Remembrance for my mother. I know I was not going to be seeing mama alive again in the mortal flesh. Writing the story, as a lasting legacy of her life, give me the opportunity to tell about my mother who was vilified, misunderstood, judged, condemned, rejected, etc.…, because we did not have the chance to know who our mother really was. This was primarily because of her inability to show her feelings and express her thoughts for others to understand. But via my own counselling on the advice of the Occupational Health doctor, that LEYF Nurseries sent me to that I should get Cognitive Behavioural Therapy…. I realised how much of an exceptional person my mother was. She had to be strong in order that she could survive. Mama sacrificed her life for her family and friends. In the end she did not even find the elusive love she craved after the death of my father. Even though she had forgotten me, her only daughter as a result of the dementia http://www.alzheimers.org.uk/getinvolved. She did not forget the man she loved after my father, Mass Victor, but he was not the marrying type. That’s why I have become a Dementia Friends, http://www.dementiafriend.org.uk. I have been privilege to experience love in its many formats. The love of my father, who I lost about the age when I was going through another transitional development of puberty. I lost my papa years before to Parkinson’s disease, even though he lived in the physical flesh. That’s why when I discover myself at Parkinson’s UK https://www.parkisons.org.uk/get-involved/events, I was chuffed to see my photos. I have the love of my 7 bredas, 2 younger and 5 older – 2 of the elders now deceased, and some very special boyfriends. Those boyfriends were just special, for being my friends. There were men who played important roles in my life and give me the gifts of motherhood. The fathers of my sons Kevin Murray and Valdin Legister. Mama was proud of the fact that she never have any of the patchwork children (pickney) Men with whom I have been in relationships with and taught me how to deal with some of my emotions. There are two men who were/is my husband. The love I have for my sons and their families. And I would be rather amiss if I did not mention that man who I like to refer to as my meeting on the Road the Road to Damascus going to the CAB at the Blue in Bermondsey. I am still trying to make sense of this impromptu meeting and the role GOD played in it.But as my likkle breda Ervin Nembhard said I am not to question God and this time I am going to take his advice. For those of you who are interested, I have not seen this person who make that appearance in my life and disappeared again. But he is somewhere in the background offering me his support, with his words of encouragement. Otherwise, I am doubting I could have achieved so much in my recovery? Some people, including my family don’t understand my need to talk to get things out of my system. But he does and I will always be grateful, because in the beginning I just viewed him as another annoying God person with an agenda from God that I didn’t want anything do with during the time I was at my lowest ebb.On mama’s 94th birthdate, let me end by saying that anyone of my family who are having personal issues of their own. I would entreat them/us to take a page out of mother’s book of life. It’s time for us to stop being so (egocentric: adj. self-centred), and start thinking less about self and more about others. More so if there are children involved, as they will be affected like I was for the rest of their lives. Because mama sacrificed her life for her family, friends and whoever was in need of her tender loving care. There were matters over which she had no control to make the differences. This was from the day she choose to stay at home with her parents as a dutiful daughter, instead of going to her posh family to reside at their prestigious home and learn the craft of baking exotic cakes. I do not know at what age Mama lost part of her thumb, but she was affected by it for the rest of her life. That’s why I am reflecting on the life of my grandma, mama and myself hoping lessons can and will be learned? Whatever will be, must be, but at the present I have my obligations to my elderly husband. This became my priority from the day I made my vows when he made an honest woman of me and I am Mr Mervelee Tomlinson.Next I need to clear my name so I can move on with my life. Was thinking of going to the Holocaust Memorial Day, but I have to address some issues on my MOTHER birthday. That’s why the Occupational Health Doctor who LEYF Nurseries send me to when they tried everything to label me a MAD CRIMINAL advice me to get Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to find out why I react to certain situations the way I do. I am healing and it’s thanks to some unexpected devine intervention from GOD and human beings, who I am still trying to place. Now I use #Therapy to help with my rehabilitation
Now I have written my tribute for Mama’s 94th birthday in rough, I can get back to catch up on more rest when things are going round in circles in my head, I have to write them down. So hopefully I type it later so I can get other things done. Remember I am telling you all, this will be who I am if GOD decided that I am worthy. Thanks to my MOTHER Perline Louise Nembhard, I am the person who I am today. Flaws and all, I am created in God’s image.
I just want to leave a timely reminder to LEYF Nurseries and the #EmploymentTribunals that I need to move on with my life. But without the resolution, I can’t and won’t be able to. So please today is my MOTHER birthday can you decide what you are doing?

I clock in with the Good & Not so Good News of my Morning to the Hour on Mama Lou’s BD. On way to class, just in time to cross Road & get on the #344 bus @E&C. Have my knapsack on & RH in hand. Settling myself to take said knapsack to get myself a Seat.
I only noticed a Red Vision out of the Corner of my Eyes @ the front of the bus. Next ting I was swung into 1 of the Red Post. Bash my Ears on said RP & nearly Piss myself b4 I manage to steady myself & sit down. Ears stinging, Head feeling as if it is Exploding… Gather myself, take stock & went into “Defensive Practice” mode.
Noticed Driver went out & came back. Go & asks Driver if there was any damage to the Bus, he said NO! Inform Driver I’ll be making a Report of said Incident.
Driver said CCTV will be recording said Incident. As I’ve learned to my Costs, its best I do the Right thing from beginning. Or else I’ll learn at my Perils when I come off with the Shitty end of the Stick. As my breda Balis would say “I Never Say If Mi Did Know”? I’ve lived to regret being Naïve.
I’ll end by saying 1st thanks to GOD 4 keeping me safe. My Mama 4 Watching over me so I did not become a Casualty on 26.01.206. More importantly 4 the Young Bus Driver who was very Alert & Averted an Accident at E&C @ approximately 9.34.
Maybe I need to act now & follow in Mama’s Footsteps. Make Fellowship with the True & Living GOD?
Now I go Spread the Good Deeds of my MOTHER on the date of her 92nd BD. I am my Mother’s Daughter & I’ll carry on where She left off to go take her RIP!
26th January 2015, today is the beginning of the rest of my LIFE! Who knows what plans God have in store 4 me? But 1 thing I know, no1 is going to Harassed & Bullied me into an Early Grave, because only my GOD is still there 4 me even when I question His judgements & asks why Me?
I went thru my Soul Searching, ranting & raving & questioning the GOD who brought me into this world? I couldn’t help asking why me, but I back tracked & then I back tracked & asked why not me? Being the Rebel who I am I realised that once more my Faith in Christ Jesus is being tested to measure my mettle & what I am made of. Once in my Papa’s life he came out from amongst certain situation & separated himself. So time to take a LEAF out of my Papa’s book…? My Mama on the other hand never put up with any foolishness & I am the replica of her. Therefore I will not allow any1 to take advantage of me & rob me of my Basic Human Rights to do everything in my Power to keep Healthy as is humanely possible. A woman of God who went on to Glory. And if U look carefully U can see her hiding that missing thumb that she was so sensitive about! I do the same to cover up my Limitations over which I have no say in the matters?

Mama Lou gave me her testimony that she made up her Jewels & is ready to face the other life that is ahead of her. So naturally I have no cause for concerns about where she will be spending her long eternity! I am only concerned about myself now as I have been given the warning to do more to be in tuned to my Lord & Saviour? Don’t want to leave it until I am too Old to give God my all?
