Blood sugar, HbA1c, blood pressure, how many carbs were in that sandwich again? I know, sometimes, it can feel too much.   But people living with diabetes are more than their numbers. And that’s why my team works so hard to provide the best possible advice and support.   Every day, I speak with brilliant, inspiring people living full lives – but also facing all kinds of challenges, day in day out. So many feel stressed and anxious.   People with diabetes need urgent care and support that goes beyond the numbers, especially to help change diet and get the right treatments.   Your gift today can help to fund more trained helpline supervisors like me, so we can give life-changing support every day.       Evidence suggests that nearly half of people with diabetes experience difficulties managing their diabetes.   People tell me they need support with so many elements of diabetes, whether it’s nutrition, different medications, the latest technology or their emotional wellbeing.   I’m constantly learning and doing in-depth research to ensure I give the best possible advice. Greetings Family

We are proud to present the upcoming Pan Afrikan Sports & Culture Day (PASCD) 2023, this edutainment event combined with the sport element of track and field for our children, grandchildren and family, to full joy this on-going family event for the last seventeen years. 

Our theme is centred around Stephen Lawrence. As you may be aware it is 30 years this year since Stephen’s senseless racist, murder, and we refuse to let this be forgotten. 

We have the pleasure of Dr Neville Lawrence giving a speech along with handing out the medals to our winners (however everyone’s a winner in our eyes).
