Payment Let me make it absolutely clear that I am targeted by scammers working within the systems that stopped my benefits. I was contacted via telephone by a female claiming to be working from home. I recorded and posted online. On the 16 March 2022 I was sent a letter addressed to Mervelee Obanobi. In the letter were 6 envelopes for me to provide information. The female called me again claiming to be from DWP/UC and when I quiried the name I was sent another letter in my name. My BENEFITS stopped on 10 April and I was only made aware via letter of 23/6/2022 from Southwark Council. I have not worked since I resigned on the 27/9/2015 with the second nervous breakdown. The treatment is documented and the same sounding female who called my mobile in March was online trying to get control of my account. Appointment I am the target of scammers working through UC and DWP. As I said I was contacted by the female who tried to access my Personal Data after I was assisted to get some back money owing to me. If the UC/DW did not contact me I would not know of the payment. Because they did not get access to scam me my benefit was stopped in April. Since I have been triggered reclaiming, I was sent email saying I did not make appointment and my claim would be stopped. I called DWP/UC and there is no trace of the email. The person who helped me to get the back payment was on the phone regular, until they realise I know they are scammers. What is DWP/UC doing to protect me?

I have known my TOM since 2001. We’ve been together thru thick & thin & I’ve seen him cried when his breda Langford died in the Care Home at the age of 90 yrs & he swore he did not get the proper care? Unsuccessful 116 day(s) ago Update job Notes In honour of MUM When I was born over ½ of a century ago my mum and gran were the 2 most dominant females in my life as I was blessed with only brothers, so I was always surrounded by males. This continued to be the norm as I was blessed with 2 younger siblings who turned out to be boys, and not the longed for sister I had wanted all my life. However I was later compensated for my lack of female siblings by the kind of long lasting relationships I forged along life’s journeys. These relationships have led to my having so many role models, some older, my age and even younger in a support network that span the different communities in which I am privileged to have lived. Because of growing up in a household of mostly males it is no surprise that I grew up to be a typical Tom Boy until I hit puberty when mum tried to put a stop to my Tom foolery ways without an explanation. However after much reflections I can understand mum’s rationale for trying to rope in the stubborn child whom I had become? I must confess that over the years I have morphed so much into my mum and granny that it is very much uncanny. I keep reminding myself at times…, but that’s exactly what mum and gran would do in the same circumstances. Reminds me of some of the sayings like chip doan fly fur from block, kettle a cuss pot black, pig did ask sow wat mek your mouth long suh and sow sey bambye you will see… As today is celebrated as MOTHER’s Day (except in UK) and Dementia Awareness Week (in UK) I must confessed that I am glad to say I still have a Mother who is 89 years and counting. However I am here harking and wishing I could turn the clock back to the time before I discovered that MUM was developing Dementia and tried to break the news to my family. Even now it is hard to get some of my siblings to understand where I am coming from about the slow deteiorations in mum’s mental health. Of late her condition has exacerbated to the point where she hardly recognises her children at times. I share moments with my big breda Balis where I am overcome with laughter or shed tears about some of the antics she gets up to. I am a very sentimental person who knows more about Mum than she even knows about herself and she has covered her vulnerability with a Dear Ms Myers,

Unsuccessful 116 day(s) ago Update job Notes Mother’s Day Today May 12th 2013 is being celebrated as Mother’s Day around the world but not in the UK. So even thou I have been living in the UK for over 20 years I do what everyone else does and celebrate Mothering Sunday with the children I work with. However I always celebrate officially around this time because my mother and the other women who played important roles in my life are living abroad. Even thou I told my children that there is a different time for Mother’s Day in the UK, they still salute as part of the custom at this time too. My mum is the most important person in my life and for me every day is Mother’s Day as far as I am concerned. This week is also being celebrated as Dementia Awareness Week so I have decided to write about the debilitating condition that has mum in its grasp and from which there is no escape. I know for certain that she will only be released from her misery when the good Lord decided to answer our prayers and take her home to be with her loved ones. She lost children in infancy; helped to care for her dad, husband, mother; buried her brother, sons and numerous family but she was always able to bounce back. Now that the Lord has seen fit to strike her down with Dementia, this has become a trying time for her and the rest of the family. We know there is no way back and we have to do our utmost best to support her the best we can until she is called home to rest from her toils. Now that I am older and wiser I will no longer question the works of God as I did when my dad was stricken for over a decade with his illnesses. I have also come to terms with the fact that I will not be able to get rid of the DNA hence the genes I was born with and is trying to make my life as beneficial as is decently possible until the good Lord decided my time has come to be struck down with any one of my many ailments which I inherited from my parents. In the meantime I am saving my energies to make mum’s life as comfortable as possible until the rest of her remaining days here on this earth? Sometimes I get burden down along the way and as I am only human lose my cool, but like my mum I refused to keep down and will fight for a better outcome. I have decided to find an outlet for my pent up emotions and use my knowledge creatively by writing about life’s experiences. So I hope this medium will put me on the road to redeeming myself and enable me to become more focused about the things that are most important to me. As of today I hope I can become a better person towards everyone who crosses my paths and my children will be proud of me as a MOTHER the same way I am proud of the Mother who made me into the person I am today? I need more information about why my BENEFITS were stopped from April 2022 after I was targeted by SCAMMERS. The fact that my benefits were stopped left me in debt. Without Prejudice I believe in stopping my benefits without my circumstances changing, I am entitled to be paid up from the time my benefits were stopped by those acting maliciously. The stopping of my benefits impacted on my Mental and Physical disabilities. Whoever is doing this is in breach of the Equality Act Protected Characteristics. As a resulted I experienced age, disability, race, faith discrimination that denied me my ENTITLEMENTS.

Here is the information about how I was contacted via telephone by the person who sent me letter in the name of Mervelee Obanobi. Then it was changed to my name when I raised questions. UC/DWP have a duty to correct the mistakes. Because when I called up about the email the person was online working from UC/DWP trying to lock me out of my account. Since I am used to this from the time LEYF colluded with Facebook, I have evidence. Because I was locked out of my UC account and unable to make entry updates. The person was trying to send me to the Job Centre, but after she hung up I stayed home and after the triggers to my PTSD was settled I managed to sign in.

I worked in Luton Street Community Nursery for 4+ years where the majority of the children & their parents Mother Tongue is Arabic. Only natural that I have something of significance to remind me of all those Children & Parents whom I work with whose Mother Tongue is Arabic! It getting Blinking Hectic Leading up 2 all Deze CELEBRATIONS fi True… Nuh Time 2 Scratch Moi Head…?
In the space of 7 months, I have made 2 trips to my beloved country Jamaica for 2 momentous and poignant occasions in my life. I travelled to Jamaica on the 22.12.13, Valdin Legister, my son’s birthday to attend his wedding on New Years Day 01.01.14. I was privileged to spend 4 weeks establishing links with my elderly mum whose health was in steady decline. Mum who had Dementia did not recognised her only daughter, Mervelee Ratty Nembhard but I was blessed in a variety of ways. Because my son was living at home with mum, he had become one of the familiar persons who represented consistency and continuity in her life. In a sense he had taken my place in mum’s heart whilst I was away from the roost.
During my 4 weeks at home, I was empowered to get some more insights into the aging processes that are parts of the transitions from birth to death. If I am lucky I might encounter some of the changes I have witnessed throughout my life as a parent, informal and formal carer. If I live to be anywhere near to my mum’s age of 90 years old, I will be blessed with wisdom beyond my age. Now I can honestly say I totally understand the age old adage that my older folks used “once a man twice a child…” Mum went back to being a child who needed attention 24/7 near the end of her life here on earth. I also got a clearer picture of the person I will morph into as I get older, because I am now proud to be compared to my mother, @www.MerveleeConsultancy.uk.
I am saying this because at one stage, I’d be mortified if anyone had the gall to compare me to mum and my grandma. But as the years went by and I decided to delve into my family history, I was dumbfounded to make some discoveries. Whilst in Jamaica I took the opportunity to put some of my studies at Lambeth College and the The Open University that I had done about the young and elderly to good use. I pondered to mum’s every needs, applying techniques to revise her memories despite her dementia. I sang with her, talked about her loved ones who had gone on before and did all in my power to preserve her dignity. It was truly amazing to witness mum being so humble and grateful whenever anyone did her a good turn.
This reminded me so much of some of the vulnerable children with whom I worked over the years. The vulnerable children and adults are relying on the practitioners and other health care professionals to provide for their diverse and complex needs, Disabilities. I felt a sense of purpose when I can implement early intervention strategies from studies and trainings to meet the needs of any vulnerable human being. I must confess that I had a few eye opening experiences being with mum, before heading back to the United Kingdom where duty call. That meant I could not stay with mum to celebrate her 90th birthday, but I left with the convictions that I would not be seeing her alive again.
Back in the UK I was kept up to date with her progress as per usual. Then after doing Cancer Research UK Race for Life in honour of my brother who died of Colon Cancer in 2008, on the 30th May in Clapham. I had this strange feelings before going to bed and I just could not stop crying. I can say as part of my beliefs that my loved ones who had gone on before had reached out to prepare me about mum’s passing in advance. In the middle of the night I was woken up by the telephone call I was dreading and was in tuned to the time when mum drew her last breathe. After getting the news I spent the following weeks making preparations for going home to bury mum. This was one of the hardest couple of weeks I had encountered, but I took things in my stride and carried on at Luton Street LEYF Nurseries.
I drafted the Eulogy and remembrance since I am the one responsible for documenting the family history during those couple of weeks. I continued working as hard as ever, burning the candle at both ends to meet my targeted outcomes. I went back to Jamaica to bury mum, but decided with my siblings that this was a time for the family to celebrate a life well spent. I got home and took part in the preparations, said I was not going to cry, but on the day of the funeral it was a different story completely. I left home in good spirit, walked up to the casket, looked at mum lying there so quiet and life less, touched her face and hands. I guess that’s when the reality that mum was gone hit home and I could not stop the tears from flowing. So I cried and paced up and down until there were no more tears.
I have been dealing with the death of my loved ones from I was in my teens with the murder of 2 uncles in their homes from both parents, 2 years apart. The gruesome death of my grandma’s only son totally destroyed her and she never recovered. She died 2 years later, a month after the death of my dad in 1980. This meant my family had to deal with death 2 folds over a period of time. Then in 1994 I lost my brother at the tender age of 37 years old and strangely enough he was present when our uncle was brutally murdered and escaped with a few bruises. I lost another brother to Cancer in 2008 after a short illness, he was only 56 years old. That was the time when King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust colluded with UNISON and London Borough of Southwark SEND Section to discriminate against me.
When I challenged the social injustices and inequalities, they got Capsticks, Wimbledon to act unprofessionally. A miscarriage of justice was the outcome of the Employment Tribunals London South case I brought against the former employers. I told Dr Maria Hudson of the Policy Studies Institute in 2010, when she interviewed me that I would clear my name and exonerate myself. Because I was to face blacklisting and networking which further exacerbate my Hidden Disability and trigger the Mental Health Conditions that I write about, which MQ: Transforming mental health is using as part of their campaign. After getting counselling at the Maudsley Hospital, on the advise of the Occupational Health Doctor that #LEYF send me to after the Medical Suspension.
I was told to seek Cognitive Behavioural Therapy – CBT to find out why I react to certain issues the way I do. I realised that my MOTHER, must have suffered from Mental Health Conditions because of her own experiences. The other family I had lost were not that significant, because I knew absolutely nothing about the intricacies of death, at the time. Listening to current debates about euthanasia, the treatment of the vulnerable and the Bill being debated in Parliament… I can’t help but reflect on some of my own experiences throughout the times when my dad and grandma were sick. Dad was sick for over a decade before he died and, in the end, needed care around the clock.
To compound matters, gran took sick, and mum had to care for both, with help from her children. I recalled once hearing my brother saying that if it was left to him alone, he would give dad something for him to sleep. Although I was not home during my brother’s brief illness before his death, I have cause to believe he might have hastened his life. All he did to hasten his life was to eat the things that the doctor told him that were not good for his health. I came to this conclusion after going back home and being given certain information and knowing what his thoughts were about suffering.
I know I could not take that pathway if any of my loved ones or myself ever end up like my dad, because of my knowledge, values, and beliefs. But this will not take away from the fact that I can understand why some would decide to go that route. I have seen so much suffering in my lifetime, that I wished there was some way for people to avoid the indignity of depending on anyone else for their every needs. Before I reached maturity and gain knowledge, I remonstrated with a God who would allow my dad to suffer so much.
Suffice it to say that I am wiser about such matters and even though I have mellowed, I wish people did not have to suffer like my dad and become like my mum in her last lap of her journey. Although I knew mum would die of old age it was still hard to accept losing a loved one, my mother. She was the centre of our life because of the sacrifices she had made for her family when her husband took sick and died years later. I am proud to say that because I had dedicated my life to educating myself as an older student because I never had the opportunity when younger. I was instrumental in diagnosing mum’s condition, passing information to my family to help them provide mum with care that she would not otherwise have gotten.
When I was still in Jamaica nothing was known about some of the Health Conditions which affected the disabled and elderly. Therefore, when these disabled and sick elderly people behaved a certain way, they were stereotyped and classed as mad, miserable, or labelled with a variety of undignified names. In this age of enlightenment, I am glad to say that studying empowered me to address some of the imbalances which made my mum’s later days on this earth a more bearable time for her and her family. I am no prophet and will not claim to be brighter than anyone else, but I am proud of the way I have empowered myself to enable me to cope with the challenges of life.
By these tokens I am better equipped to handle my personal and professional life. However since my return from burying my Mother LEYF Nurseries has been responsible for denying me my rights to freedom under the United Nations Human Rights laws and legislations. Like the first time when Dr Maria Hudson of University of Essex carried out the Research Paper: The Experience of Discrimination on Multiple Grounds for Acas, I have the establshment and systems on my back with discrimination. Voice: the union for education professionals, Advising London, Employment Solicitors, Darvell School part of Community Playthings UK, the editor of the Nursery World Magazine have carried out conscious discrimination.
Whilst others choose the subconscious discrimination to try cover their tracks. But believe me they will be named and shamed. That’s why I refuse to allow the naysayers and trolls on Facebook to get under my skin. I have my Fight4justice campaign ensuring that I am an advocate for others. I can’t get employment out there, so I am investing in myself, starting my own business. I refuse to let the psychopaths get the better of me. I have fought hard to help my family get out of the circumstances of our birth, which is poverty. I want the outcome to be different and I invested in my Sons Kevin Murray and Valdin Legister. That’s why I refuse to allow the Jamaica Football Federation ( J.F.F ) to get away with discrimination of my son for the second time. They done it to my breda Texchus Nembhard and my nephew Veralton Nembhard too. So let the WAR begin.
There are 2 things that are certain in the trilogy of humankind – birth and death, and after death the resurrection. I am praying even though I am not much of a Christian like my Father and Mother before me. But I wish I don’t have to suffer the indignity of having to rely on others to care for me like my parents before me. I guess therefore I take my health so seriously and important and have been making lifestyle changes to keep healthy as long as is reasonably possible. These changes were put in place since I was diagnosed with Depression, Addiction, Anxiety and Chronic Fatigue Information, a variety of illnesses, some of which are Heredity. I intend to keep in tip top shape for as long as I can. However, there are certain matters over which we mere humans do not have the final say. I am more than happy to leave such matters in the hands of the Almighty Father who knows everything best.
Mum has gone on to rest from her hard labours and toil and I am sure all my family agree that mum is better off resting instead of staying on this earth suffering and having no memories of her family. I am more than confident mum has been reunited with all her loved ones who have gone on before. She has done a wonderful job throughout her time, and I am more than grateful for the mother God gave me for the 55 years she spent here with me.

JA High Commissioner was at the Brixton 02 Academy 1st Night. Was in the queue & saw her ambling along with her WS & Crew in tow. Was looking 4 my Fellow Westmorelite Family, but didn’t spot her. I dutifully Hailed up & Saluted the JA HC with due Respects & Honour & she responded. Mi Parents taught me fi Dance a Yard b4 me lef cum Abroad suh watever mi used fi duh a same suh mi aguh dweet seen>>> HC presented Jah Bunny Wailer with sum Awards & Itana presented Beres Hammond with his. 1st time I be present at B02A & it cork, people from all section of Society. Guess the whole World was represented at B02A last night…? It was a blessing to be present at such gathering.

Had the Night of a Life time coming into this morning with 2 Greats of JA Music. Have loads of Footage to do with my Project. TOM said I should not stay up because I didn’t get enough rest>>> So have to heed the words of the Wise Husband & look after myself.

A Westmoreland man died as result of injuries he sustained when the motor car he was driving overturned along the Bogue main road in St James on Friday evening.
The deceased has been identified as 33-year-old Damion Banhan of Burnt Savannah, Westmoreland.
Reports are that about 3:00 pm, Banhan was driving his grey Toyota motor car when, upon reaching a section of the Bogue main road, he lost control of the vehicle after hitting an embankment. The car overturned in a pool of water settled in a ditch.

The driver, who was the lone occupant of the vehicle, sustained head injuries and died before help could reach him.
Basic School Teacher Contributions: by Mervelee Myers aka Ratty Nembhard.
I am writing this tribute to the deceased for many reasons, but most poignantly from the personal perspective of a Mother, a Teacher, a Carer and a Person who knows about the transitional journey of CRAIG BANHAN who I help to nurture and with whom he develop secondary attachments in his childhood. In order for anyone to get the fuller picture of my association with the family, I will have to go back a few decades to my childhood. Therefore despite the fact that my memory is not as sharp as a few years ago, when I started writing and documenting…? I am hoping I can write this tribute to depict the close knit community from which I was born and lived for almost as much years as GRAIG was given on this earth.
I left Jamaica for the UK on the 6th June 1992, for those of you who are better than me at mathematics, please do the calculations. My Hidden Disability are inclusive of the forms of Dyslexia with Dyscalculia, as my worse nightmare. My age therefore is liable to change, depending on my situation. I sometimes have this need to take on the persona of others. I worked as a Basic School Teacher before coming to the UK where I set up home since 1992. Craig was one of many of my students, but like a few of my pupils I have a close relationship with him and love and treated him like one of my own. In order for you to understand, therefore I need to go back to my reflections of growing up in the local communities of Townhead and the surroundings.
The Cocker
Therefore, let me start with the COCKER as this is where I can recall that CRAIG family history lies. I was only young but the family of Cockers live together in this big house, entering the raising to Townhead, going towards the Baptist Church. The head of the household was the only male and he was surrounded by his sisters. They were described as Mullatoes. They were not white and neither were they black. One of the sisters was the Registrar for the area, and I honestly don’t recall what the others do for a living. But I recall my granny saying, Mr. Cocker was a well-known Jeweler, but never taught this skills to anyone else. He eventually died with this talent instead of passing it on to anyone else either. I recalled Mr. Cocker as the Bursar at Frome Technical High Sch. Past Students – Frome Secondary School, where I attended from 1972-1976.
One of his sisters, Ms. Hilda was the Registrar for the locality and her name is on my Birth Certificate. The others were named Ms. (Sibby – Sybil), Ms. (Al – Alice), and Joy Cocker aka Joy Banhan’s grandmother worked at the Cocker household. Joy and her grandmother come to live at Townhead when Mr Cocker moved to the area and was the Bursar at my school. I never know any other name except Joy Cocker for CRAIG Mother, Joy and to this day that name remains. I recalled my grandmother used to be helping out at the Cocker and we carried water for the family from the standpipe at Pringle Corner. I am not sure if my granny got paid for her services, but must have gotten some forms of payments for her services to help her get along in life?
The Cocker’s home was one of the modern homes built and they moved from another area, might be Somerton, or at least Mr. Cocker, to live at Townhead. Mr. Cocker drove one of the biggest car and must have been one of only, a minority of persons to own their own transport. Honestly, I can’t recall the make of the car either, because I do not have a good memory for that kind of information. If I had known these things would turn out to be important, I probably would have documented and stored for future reference. Joy, CRAIG Grandmother moving to live and work for Mr. Cocker meant that Joy became a part of the Townhead community. I recall Ms Joy, she was a Basic School Teacher.
Townhead Baptist Church
The Townhead Baptist Church and other landmarks are lasting monuments for the community and has been in existence from time memorial. My Mother was christened, married and baptized there and the family have a long history dating back with the church. My siblings and I were christened there and so is one of my sons, Valdin Legister. Even I don’t think I could cover the history of the Townhead Baptist Church. However I would like to touch on how I understand the Townhead Basic School, which is the foundation for me developing my passion for working with young children started. I was reliably informed after I attended a funeral and meet Ms. IVY Haseley nee McKitty by Lurlene Tomlinson, that she started the School at her Mother Ms. Molvina Trout’s home. It was subsequently given a permanent home at the church.
Ms. Molvina – Molly Trout was one of the witness at my parents wedding and my Mother claimed they are family. I no longer question the authenticity of those who my Mother claim are her family. Most of Westmoreland Parish people are related, and the only way my family is not doubly related to others, is because my Papa is from #StElizabeth. There have been many Teachers coming out of the system, who I understand cut their teeth, as gaining experiences at the Basic School located at the church. Ms. Candy Gooden and possible Ms. Jenny Turner were colleagues of Joy Cocker when they worked at the Basic School located at the Townhead Baptist Church where the school was located.
I remember the church was more than just doing the work of saving souls for God, but was a #SocialEnterprise, before I knew what this is. The church was responsible for delivering all kinds of services to the local communities. I take my younger breda Ervin Nembhard to the clinic and I attended the school. I also attended the Sunday School until I become a rebel, when I was getting teased for being different. That’s why I know without a shadow of a doubt that I have disabilities, which I am researching to find out how they impacted on my life. But let’s get back to more about CRAIG.
Joy form a relationship with Linval Banhan from Georges Plain. I recall there was a Teacher named Banhan from Georges Plain, teaching at Townhead Primary School. My reasons for this is the stories she told. The one in particular was the story about the husband who calls out to his wife for the poon. When the wife asks him to put on the “S”, he replied, mi wife, wey di Poon-S deh? Joy and Linval courtship ended in marriage and CRAIG was the youngest of 3 children from this union.
Working as a Basic School Teacher at the school located at the Townhead School premises, where my breda ASHTER, in his tenure as Councillor for the Friendship Division got it relocated. CRAIG started attending the school and as a favour to his mother, I used to keep him at my home until she comes from her job to pick him up. His older breda Bryan who attended Mannings High School at the time would come and wait with him most times until Joy arrived. He was such a tiny little boy, but he was well brought up with impeccable manners. I am more than proud saying I helped in the nurturing of CRAIG as his teacher and during the time he spent at my home.
He was kind and loving to his elder breda Bryan, sharing whatever he was given with him. However the one thing that I recalled which stand out to this day for me, was how worried he would become when the dusk start coming and his Mother didn’t arrive to pick him up. Without doubt you would hear him saying in a pitiful voice “Night a Come Dung and MAMA don’t Come Fi Me Yet”? As I am writing this, I am filled with so much sadness. Because at the tender age of 33 years old, CRAIG Maker came to take him home without any prior notice. I am sure if it was left to his family to make a choice, they would have bargained with his Maker to give him a few more years.
I do not know what it is like to lose a child, but I have been traumatised by having family who were sick for years and died. I have experiences of having family murdered, cut down in cold blood. I have family whose funeral I could not attend because of circumstances beyond my control. I witness the decline in my Grandma’s health and she eventually died of a broken heart 2 years after her son was brutally murdered. Therefore, I am writing from my heart about this Young Man who I helped to nurture during, his most impressionable years of transnational development during his childhood.
Laying the Foundations
I was brought up the old-fashioned ways by my parents and grandma, as well as the support network from the communities who were my keepers and who I consider part of my extended family. With the advent of Social Media, which I know can be used for whatever reasons we intend to. I am sad, but at the same time I am happy knowing that CRAIG did not change from the loving Child he was, the child I helped to nurture. The little boy who was worried that his Mother did not come to get him to take him home and night was coming down. There is a song I sung when Charmaine, daughter of Hyacinth Ellis was brutally taken from her family “Death Have a Time to Steal Us Away…” I got trolled by some on Facebook, because they did not understand the story I was trying to tell.
This time I want it known that although I doubt whether I have seen or have a conversation with CRAIG, in the past 25 years, I am happy about what I am reading about his life on Social Media. I am writing this tribute in the hope that CRAIG children will have it as a memory of their FATHER, when they grow up. It’s all good and well thinking of the moment that is now and not capturing and documenting for the future. I had a troubled childhood when my Father was struck down with Parkinson’s and I am only trying to capture 45+ years of a blighted life because I got counselling at the Maudsley Hospital on the advice of the Occupational Health Doctor. I would like to tell everyone that knowledge is power, and ignorance is bliss. Because it is through ignorance that LEYF Nurseries set out to discriminate against me, for what I am still to get closures.
We need to unite for the benefit of the future generations, and I am using my skills to help keep CRAIG memory alive for his children and family. RIP GRAIG DAMION BANHAN. Your legacy will live forever. You were only given 33 years to come, make your marks and leave your legacy. I am sure no one will allow all the good you have done to be ever forgotten. Already it has been documented in cyberspace.
Sleep on and take your rest. Precious Memories how they linger…?

At the age of -60 I still have the Best Pair of Pins. Could enter any Best Legs Competition, but not Ms Congeniality – Pretty Face not the only Currency? But truth to be told I am feeling the hard WORK I done in the Garden.
Bring on the Remedies as I miss almost a whole week… Memories of going to Bullhead with MAMA & having to Rest b4 doing anything. Yet that was Mama’s Life after Papa took SICK with PARKINSON Disease & other Complications. She WORK like a MOTHER/FATHER to keep her FAMILY. Sentimental Old Fool that I am the Memories bring the TEARS because I discovered my Real Mother when it was too late to realise the Sacrifices she made!
No just imagine the Hurt/Pains that I suffered at the Hands of @LEYF after coming back from Burying MAMA… Now to see those things in Black & White? Some one will have to take Responsibility & is it any wonder I am on my campaign #FIGHT4JUSTICE!

Here are facts to verify my arguments about why my horoscope is key to my survival.
I started reading my horoscope after the death of my brother with cancer after which I joined www.cruk.org as a fundraiser.
During the space of three months, I learned so much about my family history whilst I was completing my www.open.ac.uk/ceremonies study when in 2006 I was diagnosed with Chronic Anxiety for my Health & Social Care Level 2 examination. I could not get a www.parkinsons.uk diagnosis as a disability because I did not have a Medical Diagnosis.
After the death of my brother allegations were used to trigger my traumas at https://careers.kch.nhs.uk and I had a nervous breakdown.
Despite raising concerns with http://unison.org.uk which sponsored my Health & Social Care course with www.open.ac.uk in 2006, I was not supported.
In 2008 after the death of my brother https://www.jobs.nhs.uk used allegations to trigger my traumas and fearing that I might end up like my brother who committed a criminal act when no one listened to his concerns, I self-referred to Occupational Health and was passed fit to go back to work.
Signing a Contract with Westminster Children Society (WC)
Finishing studies to becoming a graduate was my greatest achievements in 2008, but by this time I suffered a nervous breakdown and was targeted by Local Education Authority, Ofsted, Local Safeguarding Board, Southwark Council SEND Section, UNISON, CAB, ACAS, and https://www.capsticks.com that represented Kings College NHS Foundation Trust at the Employment Tribunals.
I was blacklisted and networked against and having to rebuild my career from the bottom. But I was in even more shock when after getting a job at Peckham Settlement working with 2 former colleagues from KINGS who were treated unfairly by manager Glendalyn Aboagye and left before me would turn around and do the same to me. Basically, I was there propping up others climbing up the career ladder, using my intellectual property, and pretending as if they were doing me a favour.
I graduated from the www.aoug.org.uk with a Foundation Degree In Early Years May 2009 and that is how I was put in contact with Alev Sagnak by Augusta Foster we worked at KINGS as part of the intake of Mapother House Day Nursery in 2003. When I explained how I was been treated at Peckham Settlement, Alev told me that her company was recruiting. I had done an interview in 2001 but was not successful.
I applied, went, and did the interview in May and knew before the interview was over, I had gotten the job. The Panel of Neil King, Tina Georgiou and Marion Breslin was impressed.
Disclosures
I had accepted the job disclosing about my disability and acknowledging that I can only work with over 2’s because of my back. This was agreed by the Panel, yet when I started at Fitzrovia Community Nursery I was working in the Baby Room.
The Second Miscarriages of Justice by the Employment Tribunal Against me
ET Case Number: 2300047/2016 Page 13 Paragraph 97-99 is misrepresenting the fact and clearly shown that HMCTS second miscarriages of justice is a deliberate breach of my Human Rights and the recommendations by Dr Maria www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers was not implemented by ACAS.
Why Was Fitzrovia Community Nursery Mentioned by Hilda Miller at the ET?
Paragraph 97. The next issue is an allegation that in October 2014 the Claimant was told by Ms Kelly when at BIB nursery that she had to be on the floor with younger children when she worked. MM Arguments: Its obvious that despite taking 5 months the ET Panel was just as confused as Mr John Fenton of www.personnelconsultancy.com who represented LEYF as a Lawyer before disappearing after the Adjournment. Since it has been agreed that the matter was sorted out and I started working in the Preschool Room in September 2014. Why are we talking about October and Baby Room? Refer to the Long Service Award of 15 October 2014.
Paragraph 98. The Claimant alleges that Ms Kelly was not aware that it had been agreed with the Area Manager, Ms Maria Freeman, that she should work with older children. The Claimant’s claim is that this state of affairs persisted to September 2015. MM Arguments: Its obvious the Panel spent 5 months copying the Respondent Summary, otherwise how can Area Manager Maria Freeman decision in 2010 have anything to do with Ms Lynne and my working up to September 2015 when I resigned with the second nervous breakdown? If this is the case, we will have to consider why Joelle Lax spoke up for my transfer from Fitzrovia to Luton Street when I was targeted by Maria Goncalves. Why has JL ended her employment with LEYF and retrained as a Driving Instructor? Refer to www.ico.org.uk SAR LEYF claim not to have any data for me and that is why am refused access to my FILE containing DISCLOSURES.
Paragraph 99: The Tribunal refers to its conclusion relating to the first issue above and that when the Claimant first started at the BIB Nursery, she raised with Ms Kelly that she had a diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease and Diabetes. Because that matter was raised, the Claimant was not required to lift babies or change nappies and was transferred to the preschool are after three days.
MM Arguments: Here is more proof that the ET Panel copied the Respondent Summary as I could not say to Ms Kelly, I have a diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease. 1. I visited BIB before I started and had an initial discussion with Ms Kelly and disclosing about my Disabilities in line with the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics because of my experiences at KINGS. Studying with www.open.ac.uk means I must adhere to Ethical Guidelines. But my vulnerability and the fact I am a Lay Person is/was used against me then and now. 2. I did not put Parkinson’s disease as a disability in my claim. Yet https://www.39essex.com/barrister/samantha-jones argued the EAT on that ground. 3. Here is more proof of the conscious and unconscious biases of the ET Panel about not lifting babies and changing nappies. What does have Parkinson’s have to do with that if you are competent to carry out your job inline with Ofsted Welfare Requirements? I have my Chronic Anxiety diagnosis from 2006 and I went on to graduate from the Open University. But most importantly the training I completed and representing LEYF as can be verified. I worked competently until LEYF used the Disclosures in my FILE to target me from 23 July 2014 until 27 September 2015 when I resigned with a nervous breakdown. I was recognized by Joelle Lax because we worked at William Wilberforce Lambeth Walk Day Nursery. I was headhunted out of https://www.lambethcollege.ac.uk in July 1999. She advised me about my rights when I was targeted by Maria Goncalves and Maria Freeman at Fitzrovia Community Nursery https://www.facebook.com/memories/?source=bookmark so I could not complete the Probationary Period. She spoke on my behalf for my transfer to Luton Street. This was where I was destined to find my niche and be empowered.

Paragraph 105: However, the Tribunal was referred to the medical report dated 29 April 2015 which states: “Clinical examination revealed a good range of movement of both knees with no limitation likely to impact on her ability to sit, stand, move around or work on the floor as necessary and to lift or move children to safety in an emergency situation”.
MM Arguments: Is it any wonder I concluded that the ET Panel copied the Summary of the Illiterate John Fenton. Because Samantha Jones told the ET she did not prepare a Case. Then get an Adjournment with a quarantine for Contagious Disease and Mr John Fenton representing LEYF as a Lawyer conveniently was out of the UK for the Case.

Therefore, had to pay and was reimburse. The purpose was for my Claim to be out of time as is/was the tactics used throughout leading up to taking a year to return an EAT File. The Equality Act 2010
The Equality Act prohibits discrimination against people with a disability, whether this is physical or mental impairment. The impairment is expected to last 12 months or more and impacts substantially on a person’s day to day activities.

Yet Samantha Jones was given a reference by Judge Freer to be on www.assets.grenfelltowerinquiry.org.uk/inline-files/M… I found this out from her bragging to www.barstandardsboard.org.uk and over a year am waiting for the review by BSB. The EAT was argued about www.parkinsons.org.uk and I do not use Parkinson’s disease as a disability. Because I do not have a Medical Diagnosis.

I discovered what I was been told about JO was true when she lied to me and tried getting me to breach the Social Media Policy & Procedures. I only understand what happened to me with www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk/ and am still trying to come to terms with the deception.
