I applied for and went for an interview as Learning Support Assistant at #RedriffPrimarySchool. I was disappointed when I realised that the blacklisting and networking against me by the #LEA in the UK was still in place when I challenge #DISCRIMINATION in 2008. Knowing the impact on my #MentalHealth Conditions I just tried not to let it get me down. But I couldn’t even get a placement in a Primary school to do LSA training. That’s a sad indication of how #Leaders_Management abuse the power of authority becoming #ModernDaySlaveMasters_Mistresses. Then Southwark Council SEND SECTION decided they were going to threaten me for my own #CPPDP and #IntellectualProperties and the red mist took over… The #POSTTRAUMATICSTRESSDISORDER that was triggered by the former employers I take to the #EmploymentTribunals took over. Now I have my own business to think of. I will negotiate my own deals, so the likes of those that colluded with the former employers better watch out

I was disappointed when I realised that the blacklisting and networking against me by the #LEA in the UK was still in place when I challenge #DISCRIMINATION in 2008. I applied for and went for an interview as Learning Support Assistant at #RedriffPrimarySchool. I was disappointed when I realised that the blacklisting and networking against me by the #LEA in the UK was still in place when I challenge #DISCRIMINATION in 2008. Knowing the impact on my #MentalHealth Conditions I just tried not to let it get me down. But I couldn’t even get a placement in a Primary school to do LSA training. That’s a sad indication of how #Leaders_Management abuse the power of authority becoming #ModernDaySlaveMasters_Mistresses. Took a different route home with my HB & happen to see a Young Man in another role. He looked really smart dressed in his casual clothes & tie to handle the hot weather I suppose. The only other times I usually see him is in the Market with his 2 Brothers who have NEEDS. My heart went out to him & he went up another few Notches in my Estimation of him. Not many of his age would have made such sacrifices for their Siblings? All is well in the Promotion of INCLUSION! I am an ADVOCATE for Inclusion as it crosses all AGES – Birth to Death that is!
