My lip is parched, dry and peeling. This is all sign and symptoms of my #Disabilities. Now I have documents to prepare and I don’t want to be negligence of my husband’s needs as his #Carer.
That’s why I am going to cook saltfish and food and vegetables so he have food to eat to take his medication.
As for me I don’t know when next I’ll eat a proper meal, sleep or even perform normal day to day activities?
