Must say I appreciate the fact that you are working with me to get his matter resolved and am more than willing to do everything in my power to get back to that place when I have implicit trust in the www.met.police.uk. I am more than prepared to do my little bit to share the word as I said Police LAWES started that on 1/12/2020 at Brixton Police Station.
I have no argument about you doing your duty, but because I have been stitched up the past 6+ years and even in the interviews I realised am a sitting duck, I have to clarify every fact. The www.policeconduct.gov.uk did not help matters either.
It was not just excessive use of force, I was wrestled to the floor, beaten black and blue, just because I wanted to go inform my husband the Police were here. My stepson and I agreed to keep certain matters from him. I have a GP record of my verbal description of the bruises on my arm. It was Sergeant Patel who mentioned the handcuff marks. I told the male PC they were hurting me when he was watching me in the van, whilst the 2 females were searching my home. They did not read me my Rights either.
Let me clarify again, I was called on the 29/11/2020 and the person called me a criminal said I’d be arrested when I was trying to arrange another time/date because I have my FLU JAB appointment www.diabetes.org.uk. As I said to the Police if they had come to my home on 1/12/2020 and waited at my gate and 10:01 came and do what they did, I have no say. Like the investigation they failed to carry out, they have no right in my house on the date they came. I welcomed them in expecting it was to sort out the dates. I was not even allowed to call my step son. What happened is a scene out of some Wild West Movie. They had no right to arrest me because it was not 1/12/2020. But not only that they are LIARS saying I refused to come for the interview. I was treated like a cage animal and a male PC asked me to bend over to release the handcuffs. I would not have minded if there were only the Officers who came to my home, but by this time a crowd had gathered behind the van because I was provoked. So I CUSS JAMAICAN BAD WORDS. Passive Aggressive Behaviours, the Counsellor www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk/ said it was okay for therapy as I do not want what happened to my brother to happen to me. Why did Sergeant Patel comment how FIT I am before asking if I have a British Passport. I have put in a complaint to http://judicialconduct.gov.uk because of the ET/EAT Judgments and two miscarriages of justice after bereavement and losses. The rest of mistreatment I take in my stride and use as a learning curse. No one is aware of the hell I have been through that led me down this road. The Police had the chance to sort this, but no they behaved like the Gestapo.

The title provided is predefined when your complaint is raised, and the description is recorded by the department who log the complaint, hence my requirement for you to agree.
Based on what you are describing, it seems the original recorded title doesn’t fit your complaint, because you appear to be complaining about an excessive use of force?
Looking at your initial complaint, I can see that you have gone into detail about communications around trying to arrange for you to come into the police station and that you had a reasonable excuse which was ignored. This has then lead to the arrest which followed so I feel this is a dispute over the power to arrest you also?
This said, I have created a 2nd title and amended the 1st and feel this covers everything leading up to where you were detained as there appears to be no complaint relating to the way you were handled whilst in custody, so please let me know if you are happy for me to look into this by agreeing these 2 new titles, replacing the old.
Power to arrest and detain: You were arrested after explaining you couldn’t attend the police station owing to other commitments and weren’t given an opportunity to change the date/time to negate the need for arrest.
Use of force: You are complaining about the way in which you were arrested, stating they acted like hooligans, leaving you bruised, owing to the way you were handled.

Good afternoon
Thanks for contacting me. I think I would prefer a better Title for my complaint rather than “Acting as Hooligans” does not cover the fact of the treatment in my home. If we were only addressing what happened after I was taken from my home then I would leave it there.
I was mauled in my home by PC Holly Sweeney and her accomplices, a male and female. I was wrestled, handcuffed and taken out half naked. It was Sergeant Patel who noticed the bruises on my hands from the handcuffs. The next day I noticed the bruises on my arms. Acting like a Hooligan in my estimation can occur without physical contacts.
Now the Police using no Statutory Time Limit to keep me a prisoner, which is impacting on my mental and physical health.
The Police did not do any INVESTIGATIONS and that is why the 2 female Officers came back to my home on 1/12/2020. They were the ones “Acting like Hooligans” until I told them I know they are wearing “Body Cams” and I know my rights.
I was arrested unlawfully after the Police entered my home illegally on another malicious report like what happened on 30/10/2017. If that matter was dealt with after I arranged the “Meeting” at Southwark Police we will not be here now.
The “Title” I wish to agree with your permission is “Assaulted and Arrested Unlawfully, after Invitation in my Home 30/11/2020”. I want this matter to be sorted in the best interest of Community Standards for Police LAWES who exercised his “Duty of Care” on 1/12/2020 at Brixton Police Station. I owe none of the others involved any respect.
