Living With Chronic Anxiety
1. I remember my life when I was a carefree little girl
Who moved from the location I was born to live at our own land?
The place was Ga-Ga Street that my brother ASHTER named Palmetto Close
The most abiding memory that stands out for me
Was running from where we live and falling at the entrance of the Street
Cutting my forehead open on the stone protruding from the ground
2. I am sure I got up went back home and have the scar as proof
I have concluded this was a chance to build my resilience
That was to see me survive one adversity after another
There were many challenges to follow
Which were part of the TRUAMAS I experienced
With each disaster I created I was helped to carry on
3. I learned to cook gathering stuff from the garden
But not knowing the laws of nature I suffered for my ignorance
And refuse to eat certain foods
There was the time dad had to cut the rings that were twisted off my finger
I have the scar to prove that too
4. With knowledge comes power, I must have been a clumsy child.
As far as I can recall I had a happy childhood as can be expected
Growing up with a loving family in a village that raised me.
5. Being an only girl, I was more than privilege to lavish
And accept the relationships with those in my family network
I enjoyed the things that were part of my transitional development
(I have recorded some of my cherished moments growing up ) x2
6. I am still trying to work out when my life was turned upside down
That is the time I changed from the fearless Tom Boy
To a panic-stricken little girl who was shy and covering up my nervousness
7. If a child lives with ridicule it learns to be shy
I can recall my first panic attack when an old man threatened me
For my cheekiness in taking up a dare
8. My Personal Challenges over the next 10+ years did not help
If a child lives with criticism it learns to condemn
I turned my anger unto my father’s God for allowing him to suffer
And stopped going to the Townhead Baptist Church where I did not feel I belong
9. If a child lives with shame it learns to be guilty
If a child lives with security, it learns faith
The discrimination of the past 7 years stripped me of my dignity
As the SYSTEMS colluded to make me a criminal in the eyes of the laws
How do I come to terms with what happened to me after experiencing bereavement and losses?
10. If a child lives with hostility it learns to fight
If a child lives with tolerance it learns to be patient
I am back to when I was a child carefree little girl

Speaking #opportunity on University Mental Health Day
Dear Mervelee Merveleeconsultancy
On Thursday 5 March, a Student Mental Health Film Festival will take place to mark University Mental Health Day. This event is organised by #KaleidoscopeHealthandCare, King’scollege Students’ Union and SOAS Student’s Union.
The event will showcase a series of #films created by students about their #experiences of mental health, and how they would like support services to improve. The #organisers are also looking for a #TimetoChangeChampion to speak about their experiences.
Date: Thursday 5 March
Time: between 6pm and 8pm, to be arranged with the event organisers
Location: King’s College London – Guy’s Campus, Gowland Hopkins Lecture Theatre, Hodgkin Building, Newcomen Street, SE1 1UL
What it involves:
The organisers are looking for a Champion to speak for about #7minutes (or less) about their lived experience of mental health problems as a #student, and the importance of sharing lived experience and reducing #stigma for students.
You could also talk about how mental health services can #benefit from learning from lived experiences, and any #resources you have found helpful.
Travel expenses: will be covered by the event organisers

Got up this morning in good spirits vowing to change everything about my life. I said I was going to start off praising God for infinite mercies. The horrific results of that terrible motor bike crash off Battersea Park Road is still vivid in my mind.
Went to the Paper shop & Satan had a different plan. But I walked away from temptations when Satan send that Silly Young Girl to come back to try bully, harass & intimidate me because I challenged her biased attitudes towards an Elderly man for whom I was helping as best I could.
I overcome what they done to me January 2014 – September 2015. And still doing because they think they are above the Laws with FIHP. But I’ll be doing my own Writing & Publishing in Jesus’ name.
As my Granny would say “mi kotch up pon eye lash, if dem blink mi drop off”. Mervelee Myers make sure fi come off dem eye lash suh mi nuh haffi drop off when dem blink now. I am responsible for my own Destiny & am doing supn bout it? Now I go finish my assignment!

Yesterday was 1 hell of a PD! Couldn’t make it 2 Brixton 2 get my tickets, but everything else got dun? Losing my VOICE again only highlighted how Persons with SEN & other diverse & complex needs struggle in life. I was croaking like a lizard/frog getting myself understood throughout the day as well as trying to use Sign Language. All is well that ends well as I used the rest of the day to get more work done. So yes I do have a Purpose in Life & I am more than grateful to God for small Mercies! I am bloody Good at wat I do BEST & I refused to allow any Dibby-Dibby BMSM peeps to tell me otherwise! Who God bless no 1 curse… & I am going on my way rejoicing>>> Am only asking the GF to curb dis ToM so I don’t yield 2 di FRUSTRATIONS dat dey trying 2 use to TRAP me!

Like I given #LEFY opportunities to make #amends, EMINEMBHARDfamily done the same for those from Townhead & Adjacent Districts Of Westmoreland too. I know I #inherited the good and bad #traits from my #ancestors, but I developed the #resilence with the help of my PRIMARY #School #Teacher before #age10 to find Early Intervention Strategies. From about Wesnesday I started having chest pains and this take me back to the time Mama Lou came in from work and stared vomiting #clots of #blood. By Friday I started worrying that I was dying… I carried on regardless. No one is going to use REVERSE PYSCHOLOGY on me.

This story only served to verify what I have concluded after undertaking studies to enhanced Personal Professional Development over the past years. When I was growing up in the West Indies, Great Britain was a BEACON of the levels of the Educational standards that Third World Societies tried to emulate, attain and achieve. Sadly because of the dog eat dog situations that exist in this Society today in my opinion everything is been dummed down to suit political correctness. Rheteoric and bureaucratic red tape hidden behind tokenism resulted in people with the knowledge, values and beliefs turning a blind eye to matters over which they may have otherwise taken a stance to bring about change. Therefore no one is going to challenge social injustices and inequalities that keep todays children condemned to a future where they are ignorant to what is happening around them and are unable to break that cycle of poverty.
I am of the belief that blind can’t lead blind and this is what is happening in today’s Great Britain. A person can only work with the resources at their disposals. Whatever one puts in that is what is going to come out and children today are being been cheated of the opportunity to make progress as everyone seem to be working from their own agenda instead of from a unified shared vision with the Unique child at the CENTRE. These are my own implicit and explicit thoughts about an article in a Daily Newspaper. 01.06.2011.

No one really understands my loss over these past 5 years. But I am more than thankful for Ms Connie who told me about Mama’s life, otherwise she would have left and I would be none the wiser about the sacrifices she made for her family and friends. That’s why I am more tolerant and accepting of the things I can’t change according to Kevin Murray birthday post on Facebook for Windows on the 19th May 2019.

Never got to celebrate my Mama’s Life after I got back from JA in July 2014. My life turned upside down since 05.01.2015. Heard on BBC 5 Live abt 1 of the Youngest Person in the UK with DEMENTIA – 56 years old. Listening to his Life Story, he was a Doctor in the Army & Fit as a Fiddle. He started his own Caring Business b4 he was struck down. Sickness is no Respector of Persons regardless of Ur Status in Life. So today I start the celebrations 4 MAMA & those of my Loved Ones gone on b4.
U better believe I was sent home on a MS whilst they tried to gather evidence to say I am Unfit4Wuck. They meet their Match in a True Professional & not the S/O AM from the Union. But not only that I have a S+FWW, but they don’t know who I am as that OSBWBIW come tallk when she sent me home on the 27.3.15 from HOC: “Everytime I meet U, I learn supn new about U…” Well they have so much more to learn bout me?
I am living my Life by Gods grace & doing His will to receive my Rewards if not on this earth in heaven.

I am sitting here in apparent luxury. This is after being in Castlerea Prison for over a month (my human rights being totally ignored, as was my medical condition). Lies and subterfuge, as well as (yes, REALLY!) hypnosis being used on my family and friends. So that I was KIDNAPPED, my phone stolen so no bail possibilities and in a KANGEROO court in Castlerea (I think)… sent into the prison. After coming out… well I could write a book! Sleeping in the car….doing “impromptu poetry gigs” and getting a B+B… bail address after bail address with such Garda harassment people thought I was a “high risk” criminal. I applied for HAP… to no avail. I OWN MY HOME…therefore cannot be accepted. My attempts to help my family were seen as “breaches” of fraudulent and uninvestigated court orders. I have missed so much out; but I am still a free man. I am in “prison” wherever I lay my head, until I am back in my DWELLING. With my condition of Fibromyalgia being cared for,. The plants I grew in the garden for my pain, my sauna, my medicine and my Matrix Therapy machine.. A daily dose of what I live with DAILY would have you guys in bed. I am seriously saying this, as I have experienced such pain after my accident! I KNOW what i need to continue….My abuse at the hands of my family will be revealed and all will be forgiven, as we move on! I am winning! OUT OF THE BAG continues EVERY week that I am a free man. I can’t go public with my methods yet, as I have NOT WON YET! I am still in prison! A very beautiful one! Still a prison. This is poignant because of the fact John Wayne died the year my #2Son Valdin Legister was born.
I had a not too memorable times when I have my #1Son Kevin Murray for reasons I decided to share in the public domain. Matters are not the way that I would like them to be at the present time… But you know what, I am an #Overcomer and I always pick myself up whenever I fall. Giving up was never an option.
That’s why despite the discrimination of LEYF Nurseries, the #establishments and the #systems, I carried on to the very end. I have no say over the outcome, but my Fight4justice will help me reach the audience who need to know about the pitfalls that are out there…
Russell Grant – Taurus: Keep a love affair under wraps for now. Allow the relationship to develop naturally without outsiders offering their opinions. Fighting an injustice changes your outlook so don’t be afraid to put your reputation on the line for a vulnerable friend or neighbour.
I will be investing in myself as an avid follower of JT Foxx Fan Page. Therefore I will be floating my own boats out to sea even when I can’t swim. Today as I celebrate and reflect on the life of one of my breda, whose life was cut short by #coloncancer age 56 years old. I think of the time I was traumatise by LEYF into thinking I’d not celebrate my 5th? I am looking forward to 59 in a few months. But then I have to reflect on the life of ASHTER who was only 37+ when he departed.

How does #LouiseEliasen feel knowing that LEYF Nurseries has hung her out to dry as the #Scapegoat, after the debacle at New Cross when the #SocialServices & Ofsted were called in? Shouldn’t be any surprises here then because she allowed #HildaMiller to set her up to offer herself as a sacrificial lamb on the #10thSeptember2015. Imagine if I was a #MAD, as they were saying and they leave both of us in the empty building… They were expecting me to commit a criminal act because they thought they had #Radicalised me to the point where I could become a #Terrorist.
May GOD forgive all of them that were involved in the #DISCRIMINATION from 23rd July 2014 to the 3rd March 2017.
So what is Louise going to do if she decides to leave…? They will flag the #Safeguarding issues.
Remember if you are digging pit, make sure you dig a spare one in case you need to seek refuge.
I haven’t got a job, so I am making #WORK4MERVELEEMYERS.
Message to all the establishments and systems that have joined in, I am giving them fair warning because I won’t think twice when I am ready to go public.

I am relying on the help of Facebook and #SocialMedia in general for help in finding a former colleague of BIB LEYF Nurseries. She started at BIB about December 2014 and I left her there when I leave on the 16th March 2015. Jyoti Bhardwaj was the Deputy Manager and I understand she eventually leave BIB.
It has come to my attention that Jyoti Didi Bhardwaj has publicised her ordeals at BIB… I would really like to get in touch with her so we can bring our stories together for the attention of others. I have my Fight4justice campaign, but I am sure if we work collaboratively, we could go a long way in getting others to recognise how much of my story about the #ModernDaySLAVERY_Practices are still in operations in workplaces here in the United Kingdom. It’s not a figment of my imagination the #DISCRIMINATION that happened to me at BIB, HOC and New Cross from 23rd July 2014, until I was forced to resign on the 27th September 2015.
I know lots of employees are waiting on the outcome of a certain case before they can blow their covers. But I understand that Jyoti has published what happened to her in the #PublicDomain. So please ask her to get in touch, if you know how she can be contacted?

Because of sum EMF Jobs worth, my Tom & I are on the verge of going our separate ways b4 we celebrate our WA. The way things going I might not celebrate my next BD. Di WRC dem mek mi SICK wid worries, as I am Depressed & Stressed out. But memba Ratty did tell dem I have inherited Parkinson disease (undiagnosed). Even my WBB Ervin Nembhard is 2 young to memba the struggles our Papa ISN had with his illness. Then our Uncle Gridley was also ravished too. I know myself & wat mek mi tick. I own it suh I have no options, but to claim it, which I have done since my 20’s. So sorry Sons #1 Kevin Murray & #2 Valdin Legister that was the only reasons mum made her decisions from early. Today marks the 61st year of service to God and Community of Townhead since my mum Perline Louise Nembhard, Connie Legister, Mrs Wagstaff and Mr Seaman Gordon committed their lives to Christ by having water Baptism at the Townhead Baptist Church. For all the others who dedicated their life to God on that date I thereby used this medium to salute you for your dedicated fellowship with God at TBC.
