This is an Open Letter to Nexus Health Group re the Decima Street Practice. Following on from my complaint and the response from Alia Majid. I am going public saying that Nexus Health Group must be charged with gross professional misconduct in the treatment of Mervelee Myers. From the many complaints over the years, I want actions by those in authority.

Yesterday on my way from the dentist I stopped at the surgery with the letter from my appointment at the Colposcopy Clinic. I made the necessary arrangements handing my letter to be copied, when the person told me she did not see the letter on the system. When she gave instructions, I told I do not mind as long as I will not be treated the way that caused me to put in a complaint.

I was home last night  when my mobile rang, it was the Surgery showing. It is/was obvious the person who called was not prepared to address the reason for the call. I was astonished by the questions I was being asked. Eventually the person said she would call me back. Of course like when Richard Harty of the UEL called my mobile on the 27/9/2021 the alarm bells were ringing. So, I prepared to record the person if she called back. She did and was recorded as part of my “Defensive Practice”. The video is online.

There is lots going on because my husband fall over in the kitchen, bumped his head and was complaining about pain in his neck and head. He refused me calling the Ambulance. I have to keep checking on him. I did not go to bed until after 3:00 this morning.

I decided to call the number on the email from Alia Majid. To say I was shocked by her response is an understatement. In her email she listed her mobile as the only telephone contact. Therefore, I do not understand her reactions, even when I am trying to let her understand my concerns.

Alia Majid  said she starts working at 9:00. The analogy I must use is from my father’s philosophical views about CHRISTAINITY and how some are Sabbath Keepers, Jehovah Witness or different denominations of CHRISTAINS. Dad said the Seventh Day Adventist Sabbath starts at 6:00 and if their cow drop down in a hole, the cow will have to die. Well, this is what is happening to me in the UK after 2 miscarriages of justice. And my letter to Senior HR Dilys Epton on the eve of Mothering Sunday 14^th March 2015.

Now, over to the “Powers that be” that allow Alia Majid to speak to me the way she did about her “PRIVATE NUMBER” that she sent to me in an email addressing my complaint. I was told to call her directly. Since I am a CRIMINAL needing Emotional Regulation Treatment, I have copied in my husband’s MP. Because when I contacted my MP on the date a Black Man smashed his office saying he wanted to go back to Africa. He done nothing.
