Hi Mervelee,

The sun is starting to shine!

And that means we can really start getting excited for what’s going to be another life-changing summer of walking.

Get your steps in with our fun, family-friendly sponsored walks – a great way for you to get outside, get moving and do something great for your wellbeing. All while raising vital funds to support more than 5 million people in the UK currently living with diabetes.

Take around 10,000 steps a day over three months from July to September, wherever you are – that’s the equivalent of Exeter to Edinburgh. Join our welcoming One Million Step Challenge community by signing up today, and step for a healthier you.

Join thousands of others from across the UK at one of our city wellness walks, taking place in London, Glasgow and Birmingham. They offer a unique chance to take in iconic city landmarks, meet new friends and see new sights. Step up for everyone affected by diabetes.

However you walk for us this summer, we’ll be there to support you every step of the way with a dedicated team, a supportive Facebook Group and the chance to earn fundraising rewards.

We can’t wait to have you on the team!

I have spoken to you about the situation I am in and not being in a position to continue with the DIGEST Trial. Since you don’t seem to get the messages, let me state clearly in writing what I want you to understand.

I am being used in breach of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics to further the career of others. Let me refer to https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunals-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 for why I am in the situation am in. This came about after the death of my mother and the systematic discrimination… Resulting in both my husband and I traumatised the past nine years.

I have been a participant in the Diabetes Research from I was diagnosed on Borderline in 2012.  The discrimination by the NHS from the death of my brother in 2008 with colon cancer impacted on me with the first nervous breakdown.

I am trying to get my life back together so I can focus on my duties of caring for my husband and myself from the ravages of discrimination.

Please refrain from contacting me. I have found my purpose and preparing to contributing to “The BLAC Awards http://www.blac.org.uk that is helping me to heal. I might do a documentary inclusive of mine and husband’s DIABETIC Journey.
