VISITED 19TH OCTOBER 2023 DATE OF THE INCIDENT IN PECKHAM. SOUTHWARK ADULT
SOCIAL CARE REF: 911098 CONTACT HEENA BUTT EMAIL: pdq@southwark.gov.uk PAULINE
O’HARE DIRECTOR OF ADULT SOCIAL CARE. On Wednesday 25th October 2023, I came home
from a Theatre of the Oppressed training to find my husband going into a HYPO. He had messed
himself up. This was triggered by the visit of PC James Murphy and a female colleague who
knocked on the window. The doorbell is not working and this knocking on the window by various
individuals involved in the SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION that led to the MUNCHAUSEN by PROXY
affecting me and my husband is exacerbating his condition. My husband thinks that closing the
curtains can stop situations like what James Murphy did to him. He was SCARED after receiving
the letter, just days after our experiences in Peckham. The patterns of HATE CRIMES are plain to be
CUSTOMER COPY TAA-67641-23-0101-IR CUSTOMER COPY Page 3/7
seen from Housing for Women and Southwark Adult Social Care sending Police here on the 6th of
July 2023 to do Welfare Checks. The 300+ SAR is DEFAMATION accusing me of NEGLECTING my
husband. Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors used the same tactics to send out
parcels to my home on Sunday. Tried me behind my back whilst I was going through bereavement,
labeled a VIOLENT NUSIANCE by District Judge Sterlini involved with the case with Winsome
Duncan who stole my MANUSCRIPT and sent the Police to SECTION me. I am now a VICTIM of
Housing for Women TERRORISM. Am living in fear of my life from my neighbour DEBORAH
AGNES GILCHRIST who was coerced by H4W and the Police joined her in DISCRIMINATING
against me. She made a malicious report about an incident happening here on 10/1/2023. I have my
RIGHTS for the Police to act after I offered at “A New Met for London” to be a VOICE to help change
the image of the Met Police. Refer to https://fight4justiceavocacy.business.site for why actions must
be taken. The evidence online proves that PC James Murphy’s visit to my home on 25/10/2023
BLACK HISTORY MONTH must be viewed from my arguments am a victim of the Judiciary of
England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System, and the Crown Prosecution Service. My husband
and I are SLOWLY TORTURED to DEATH as I wrote to http://www.leyf.org.uk on the eve of MOTHERING
SUNDAY 2015. If WE DIE the evidence will convict those responsible. Since PC James Murphy
failed to respond to my email, I am forced to put on record that “Without Prejudice” I consider said
PC James Murphy a TERRORIST whose visit to my home triggered and exacerbated my husband
PTSD. If I did not arrive home when I did to get him out of the HYPO, he might probably have died in
the filth I found him in. Since I have proof my husband was okay when I leave him to go out to Mr.
Tony Cealy Theatre of the Oppressed. I am holding PC James Murphy responsible for the steady
decline in his health. Let me have the information I asked for please. Or I will put in writing exactly
what I think of you and I will do so as YouTube Podcast to go with Nigel Pearce and Mark Rowley
and the Black Commander of Lambeth and Southwark. Refer to

To Whom It May Concern
Dear James Murphy
I am notifying you that you are required to send MERVELEE RATTY NEMBHARD-MYERS-TOMLINSON information about why I am required to attend BRIXTON POLICE STATION on Friday 3rd NOVEMBER 2023 at 1200 for a caution +3 interview with yourself. I accept that this is a voluntary interview, but since I am not aware what the interview is about let me refresh your memory about some interviews between 30th October 2017- 6th July 2023 that were not voluntary. On those occasions Police and Ambulance came to my home about malicious reports. Police came to MURDER me 30th November 2020 under cover of www.leyf.org.uk LEYF Margaret Horn Lecture. For Clarity please refer to

For why PC James Murphy will be listed as an ABUSER. When I got in I was just in time to help my HUSBAND out of the HYPO he was going into. He messed up himself and this is the pattern of how he is losing his DIGNITY. This is the result of the pressures we have been going through the past years after my mother died. Please refer to https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-dicisons/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-16 for more about the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution roles in covering for Richard Harty MIC Abusers RINGS operating out of the HOC Nursery since 2010 when the Equality Act Protected Characteristics became law.
I must inform you that I will be at the front office at BRIXTON POLICE STATION before 1200 on FRIDAY 3RD NOVEMBER 20223 with my recording equipment. Please refer to YouTube for samples about the RACIST POLICE… I am not scared of being arrested as this has been done by those listed in the report above. However, you must send me the information about why you showed up at my homer with your colleague with the letter. Did you come intending to SECTION, MURDER or KIDNAP me?
I know the address for BRIXTON POLICE STATION because I lived at 17 Denchworth House Robsart Street Stockwell from where I ran to BPS in Summer of 2000 for rescue. In 2017 Duchess Kate launch her Chil;d Mental Health at LEYF Stockwell Nursery. Question is were she aware Richard Harty MIC had turned into an ABUSE RINGS? I did the “A Voice of a Child” research for June O’Sullivan in August 2010 after I was a participant ion Dr. Maria Hudson’s www.acas.org.uk/researchpaper for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS.
I am requesting the presence of Met Police Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley, Nigel Pearce and the Commander for Lambeth and Southwark. Please also invite the Rev Rose Hudson- Wilkin and the Mayor of London. From all accounts “Duty Solicitors” are CRIMINALS I have had them representing me before. Refer to my https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site for more of those to be CAUTIONED and INTERVIEWED about the TERRORISM of Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson and his wife.
If you have any queries find my online platforms and don’t hesitate to contact me so I can put in in the public domain.

| View in browser Hi Mervelee, Rachael faced constant barriers trying to access NHS continuing healthcare funding to pay for her grandad’s care because the assessment process failed to recognise his health needs. Two weeks after he died, an independent review concluded he had been denied the funding he was entitled to. No one should have to face this. We need to make care fairer for people with dementia. Dementia UK’s ‘Fix the funding’ campaign is calling for an urgent review of the continuing health care process so that more people with dementia can access crucial care funding when they need it. Will you join Rachael and add your name to the campaign? |
