VISITED 19TH OCTOBER 2023 DATE OF THE INCIDENT IN PECKHAM. SOUTHWARK ADULT
SOCIAL CARE REF: 911098 CONTACT HEENA BUTT EMAIL: pdq@southwark.gov.uk PAULINE
O’HARE DIRECTOR OF ADULT SOCIAL CARE. On Wednesday 25th October 2023, I came home
from a Theatre of the Oppressed training to find my husband going into a HYPO. He had messed
himself up. This was triggered by the visit of PC James Murphy and a female colleague who
knocked on the window. The doorbell is not working and this knocking on the window by various
individuals involved in the SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION that led to the MUNCHAUSEN by PROXY
affecting me and my husband is exacerbating his condition. My husband thinks that closing the
curtains can stop situations like what James Murphy did to him. He was SCARED after receiving
the letter, just days after our experiences in Peckham. The patterns of HATE CRIMES are plain to be
CUSTOMER COPY TAA-67641-23-0101-IR CUSTOMER COPY Page 3/7
seen from Housing for Women and Southwark Adult Social Care sending Police here on the 6th of
July 2023 to do Welfare Checks. The 300+ SAR is DEFAMATION accusing me of NEGLECTING my
husband. Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors used the same tactics to send out
parcels to my home on Sunday. Tried me behind my back whilst I was going through bereavement,
labeled a VIOLENT NUSIANCE by District Judge Sterlini involved with the case with Winsome
Duncan who stole my MANUSCRIPT and sent the Police to SECTION me. I am now a VICTIM of
Housing for Women TERRORISM. Am living in fear of my life from my neighbour DEBORAH
AGNES GILCHRIST who was coerced by H4W and the Police joined her in DISCRIMINATING
against me. She made a malicious report about an incident happening here on 10/1/2023. I have my
RIGHTS for the Police to act after I offered at “A New Met for London” to be a VOICE to help change
the image of the Met Police. Refer to https://fight4justiceavocacy.business.site for why actions must
be taken. The evidence online proves that PC James Murphy’s visit to my home on 25/10/2023
BLACK HISTORY MONTH must be viewed from my arguments am a victim of the Judiciary of
England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System, and the Crown Prosecution Service. My husband
and I are SLOWLY TORTURED to DEATH as I wrote to http://www.leyf.org.uk on the eve of MOTHERING
SUNDAY 2015. If WE DIE the evidence will convict those responsible. Since PC James Murphy
failed to respond to my email, I am forced to put on record that โ€œWithout Prejudiceโ€ I consider said
PC James Murphy a TERRORIST whose visit to my home triggered and exacerbated my husband
PTSD. If I did not arrive home when I did to get him out of the HYPO, he might probably have died in
the filth I found him in. Since I have proof my husband was okay when I leave him to go out to Mr.
Tony Cealy Theatre of the Oppressed. I am holding PC James Murphy responsible for the steady
decline in his health. Let me have the information I asked for please. Or I will put in writing exactly
what I think of you and I will do so as YouTube Podcast to go with Nigel Pearce and Mark Rowley
and the Black Commander of Lambeth and Southwark. Refer to

Dear James Murphy

I am notifying you that you are required to send MERVELEE RATTY NEMBHARD-MYERS-TOMLINSON information about why I am required to attend BRIXTON POLICE STATION on Friday 3rd NOVEMBER 2023 at 1200 for a caution +3 interview with yourself. I accept that this is a voluntary interview, but since I am not aware what the interview is about let me refresh your memory about some interviews between 30th October 2017- 6th July 2023 that were not voluntary. On those occasions Police and Ambulance came to my home about malicious reports. Police came to MURDER me 30th November 2020 under cover of www.leyf.org.uk LEYF Margaret Horn Lecture. For Clarity please refer to

For why PC James Murphy will be listed as an ABUSER. When I got in I was just in time to help my HUSBAND out of the HYPO he was going into. He messed up himself and this is the pattern of how he is losing his DIGNITY. This is the result of the pressures we have been going through the past years after my mother died. Please refer to https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-dicisons/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-16  for more about the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution roles in covering for Richard Harty MIC Abusers RINGS operating out of the HOC Nursery since 2010 when the Equality Act Protected Characteristics became law.

I must inform you that I will be at the front office at BRIXTON POLICE STATION before 1200 on FRIDAY 3RD NOVEMBER 20223 with my recording equipment. Please refer to YouTube for samples about the RACIST POLICE… I am not scared of being arrested as this has been done by those listed in the report above. However, you must send me the information about why you showed up at my homer with your colleague with the letter. Did you come intending to SECTION, MURDER or KIDNAP me?

I know the address for BRIXTON POLICE STATION because I lived at 17 Denchworth House Robsart Street Stockwell from where I ran to BPS in Summer of 2000 for rescue. In 2017 Duchess Kate launch her Chil;d Mental Health at LEYF Stockwell Nursery. Question is were she aware Richard Harty MIC had turned into an ABUSE RINGS? I did the โ€œA Voice of a Childโ€ research for June Oโ€™Sullivan in August 2010 after I was a participant ion Dr. Maria Hudsonโ€™s www.acas.org.uk/researchpaper for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS.

I am requesting the presence of Met Police Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley, Nigel Pearce and the Commander for Lambeth and Southwark. Please also invite the Rev Rose Hudson-  Wilkin and the Mayor of London. From all accounts โ€œDuty Solicitorsโ€ are CRIMINALS I have had them representing me before. Refer to my https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site for more of those to be CAUTIONED and INTERVIEWED about the TERRORISM of Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson and his wife.

If you have any queries find my online platforms and donโ€™t hesitate to contact me so I can put in in the public domain.

View in browser   Hi Mervelee,   Rachael faced constant barriers trying to access NHS continuing healthcare funding to pay for her grandad’s care because the assessment process failed to recognise his health needs.   Two weeks after he died, an independent review concluded he had been denied the funding he was entitled to.   No one should have to face this. We need to make care fairer for people with dementia.   Dementia UK’s โ€˜Fix the fundingโ€™ campaign is calling for an urgent review of the continuing health care process so that more people with dementia can access crucial care funding when they need it.   Will you join Rachael and add your name to the campaign?   “>   NHS continuing healthcare funding, which is currently only available in England, can be a lifeline for many people with long-term and complex health needs, covering costs such as home carers or care home fees.   But many families like Rachael’s are missing out on vital funding because the assessment process is flawed. They are left facing overwhelming caring responsibilities and footing the cost of care themselves, leading to serious financial worries.   It doesnโ€™t have to be this way.   We need the Government to urgently review the continuing health care process so that more people with dementia receive the care funding they need.   Together we can fix the funding. Will you join us?   “>     Rachael and her grandad who had dementia   Rachael has shared her story to show politicians that it is unacceptable that people with dementia are being excluded from accessing funding.     Between us, we can make the process fairer for families in desperate need of care and support.   Thanks for standing with us.   Beth Campaigns Team   PS You can find out more about the ‘Fix the fundingโ€™ campaign on our website.       Dementia UK, 7th Floor One Aldgate London EC3N 1RE   Tel: 020 8036 5400 Email: info@dementiauk.org   ยฉ Dementia UK 2023. How to complain

We are sorry if we haven’t got things right. We always strive to provide you with the best products and services. Unfortunately, things can go wrong sometimes, but telling us about it gives us the chance to fix things for you and make improvements.

If you only want to provide feedback, please see our โ€˜Was this helpful?โ€™ question at the bottom of the page.

MM Response: Santander must not get away with this flimsy excuse after the measures I have been using to correct the DISCRIMINATION against Mervelee Myers and Arnold Tomlinson, dating back years.  Santander must be held accountable for the years of ELDER ABUSE and trying to cause the DEATH of my husband since he turned 100 years old to get his MONEY. The following is an example of Santanderโ€™s NEGLIGENCE and proof of Santanderโ€™s intention to STEAL my husbandโ€™s money by sending him to his grave before God is ready for him.

This email is intended for MRS MERVELEE I MYERS, 8014     Dear MRS MERVELEE I MYERS   Your new Debit card is on its way. Weโ€™re pleased to let you know your new Debit card is on the way and should arrive within 4-5 working days. MM Response: Mervelee Myers wants Santander to take notes and answer the question of when this email was sent based on what happened to us earlier after leaving Santander on the 19th October 2023. The role Santander is playing in the DISCRIMINATION of 100-year-old Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson and his wife.  Because of Santander breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics we have been robbed of our IDs including passports, marriage certificates, other important documents, and the money my husband withdrew from his account. If Santander did not ACTIVELY DISCRIMINATE against us, we would not be in this situation. On Thursday 19th October 2023, I stayed outside and allowed my husband to come in. Because I was triggered from what happened in Barclays on the 5th October 2021. When I was locked inside the bank for over an hour waiting for the Police to come to MURDER me. Considering I told the staff we would be back when we came in on Tuesday 17th October 2023 with the passport, I do not understand why he was left standing at the counter for so long. My husband and I were coming from his appointment at the GP Surgery. We had already had a difficult experience at the Surgery and my husband is TRAUMATISED from what is happening after the death of my mother with dementia. I write to my former employers www.leyf.org.uk that am DEPRESSED and SLOWLY TORTURED to DEATH. Yet https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016. What we’ll do

Timescales

My name is Mervelee Myers

Address: 16 Alma Grove, Bermondsey, London SE1 5PY.

Telephone: 07950618083.

I am the wife of Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson 100 years old. We are victims of Banks and Building Societies dating back to 2004 when I begged the South London Press to publish my story. Despite reaching out to the media to get our stories told we are left struggling. I am using social media, but I could benefit from support like yours as I am being made a voiceless vulnerable victim of the system trying to cover up the miscarriage of justice.

The following is the latest in how Santander made us victims.

  Good evening, Mrs Myers,

As we spoke earlier on today, please see below your crime report number regarding your incident on 19th October 2023:

CRIS 3034363/23

Please do let me know if you have any new information.

Kind regards.

Dates for Santander to Note

1. Thursday 19th October 2023: Why did Santander wait to send me email about Adding my name to husbandโ€™s account? Refer to the length of time he was kept standing at the counter. I recorded and need to upload to Social Media

2. Tuesday 17th October 2023: Refer to what happened at Santander. Can be seen on Social Media.

3. Monday 16th October 2023 went to collect husbandโ€™s Medication. Went to Santander to make enquiries about not hearing from Santander. I was given a number to call by the person who is on the recording on the 17/10/2023 telling me to keep my voice down.

4. Wednesday 11th October 2023 called Santander on behalf of my husband about not hearing about my name to be added to the Account. This was recorded LIVE on Social Media.

Mr. Arnold Tomlinson decision to Add Mervelee Myers to his Account

My husband made the decision to take me to Santander to add my name to his account when I went to collect his medication.

Chronic Anxiety โ€“ Demonstration in Peckham

I made sure I carried all relevant documents with us to Santander. We were told that the matter could not be dealt with in the bank. We had to take the FORM home, filled it out and returned it.

I returned the next day and was told my husband have to be with me for the transaction to be completed. The same person (White) who issued the form was rude and disrespectful because I wanted to know why she did not explain the procedures properly. She was joined by a (Black) colleague who was also rude and disrespectful.

I was eventually spoken to by an (Asian Male) who was even more disrespectful. He took the form and my Passport and was away for what I considered a long period.

Next day I take my husband into the bank to get the matter sorted. I was told that I would hear from Santander within 7 working days.

When I did not hear from Santander, I bring it to my husbandโ€™s attention, and he said I should wait. I decided to go in when next I collected the Medication.

The outcome is captured on LIVE. The person put in a COMPLAINT saying I would be contacted within 24 hours. No one contacted me until Santander sent me email on Thursday 19th October 2023 after the incident outside the branch in Peckham. In my humble opinion I think this is bordering on SLOW DEATH by TORTURE for Santander to take my husbandโ€™s MONEY.

Mervelee Myersโ€™ Arguments of DEATH by SLOW TORTURE.

Please refer to my letter/email to www.leyf.org.uk. On the Eve of Mothering Sunday 2015 and how I was pushed over the edge and made a CRIMINAL needing ERT to cover for LEYF and UEL Richard Harty MIC Abusers. What happened on Christmas Eve 2021 with www.hfw.org.uk  and labelled a VIOLENT NUISANCE despite applying a โ€œDefensive Practiceโ€.

Additional Information About SANTANDER

1. Santander colluded with Nationwide to allow the Blac Awards to SCAM me of ยฃ10,000.00 that was transferred from my Nationwide Account in 2 payments to Santander Bank Account Number: 38776960. Sort Code 09-01-29. The Financial Ombudsman Service and Action Fraud failed me.

2. My husband became a target of Santander after he was given old fifty-pound notes (ยฃ50.00). Luckily, we went into the Meat Shop and was told. We took the money back to the bank and they changed it. When we got home my husband told me he has old money in the house. If we had not gone to the Meat Shop, he would not realise he had to change out the money. We take the money to the bank next day to be deposited.

3. On 28 December 2022 Santander sent a letter to Mr. Tomlinson. I filled out the letter as best I could with the information my husband provided me with. We take the FORM to Santander on our next visit. But the TERRORISM of my husband left me upset, so I stayed outside and recorded and this was viewed 5.5K times. My husband was so upset he told me to throw the FORM in the bin. I told him I have to take the form home. I still have the form

4. After that Santander sent another letter to my husband. Despite asking my stepson to work with me to safeguard his father. He decided to side with Santander because he turned the TOMLINSON Family against me for using his fatherโ€™s money to celebrate his 100th birthday.

5. As a result of Santander openly targeting my husband by putting restrictions on my husbandโ€™s account, I prepared some documents as EVIDENCE.

The Following Handwritten Documents are EVIDENCE.

The documents were prepared on 14.02.2023.

Raising Complaint

I previously raised a complaint to Santander, but this was not dismissed. What Santander is doing to my husband is nothing short of TERRORISM.

The fact that Barclays did it to me twice proves that banks are targeting the vulnerable.

The fact that I seek advice from Nationwide Building Society before transferring some money from Santander to our Joint Account after Barclays closed my Account is fact WE are the target of Banks, Building Societies, Financial Ombudsman Services and Action Fraud.

Dear Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinsonโ€‰โ€‰

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for DMC Chadwick Roadโ€‰ on the NHS website.

We need your review to be more specific about your experience at the service. We cannot accept reviews which state generalised points such as ‘whenever I visit the staff are always lovely’ or ‘the staff are always unhelpful’.

You should ensure you are being descriptive enough to describe why you are feeling this way. This will allow others to make informed choices about the service.

As we only post reviews that relate to an experience within the last 2 years, we encourage you to review each new experience you have with the service.

For more information, please see our reviews policy

Kind regards,
