- Insofar as the matters deposed to herein are within my own knowledge, they are true. MM Arguments: Trina Philbert is a LIAR. I have only been involved with Trina Philbert when she visited my home in June 2023 after Candy Smith Of Southwark Adult Social Care visited to interview my husband. She arranged a MEDIATION with Housing for Women. Ms Philbert told me she was in the job a month when she visited my home. - I make this witness statement in order to adopt the evidence of Samantha Gibbs (“Ms Gibbs) dated 31 August 2023. Ms Gibbs is on long-term sick leave and as such, cannot attend the hearing on 16 January 2024. MM Arguments: Mervelee Myers and husband are TRAUMATISED yet we have to be in Court. I was tried behind my back on 1 August 2023 and not given a chance to defend myself from the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION based on the lies of Samantha Gibbs and Trina Philbert and Mimi Owusu. TAKE NOTICE that the hearing for contempt application dated 31 August 2023 and the amended contempt application 28 November 2023 the Claimant intends to rely on the following documents as hearsay evidence:
- Sworn Affidavit of Samantha Gibbs MM Arguments: This is Hate Crimes by Samantha Gibbs who brings man to my door, who tried to assault me on 12/1/2023. The Metropolitan Police will feature in this for their roles in the HATE CRIMES.
- Sworn Affidavit of Narin Masera MM Arguments: Ms Masera will be exposed for the HATE CRIMES after contacting me via post in July 2023 and how I have been portrayed since with DEFAMATION and her contact with Mimi Owusu who scammed my £10,000.00 between April 2023 to July 2023. AND that Samantha Gibbs, author of her respective sworn affidavit will not be called as a witness by the Claimant as they are long-term sick, with no known return date.
