This is an Official Complaint against YouTube
This must be taken in the context of breaching the rights of Mervelee Myers breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics and all the laws, legislations, codes of conduct and practices. Based on the online profile of Mervelee Myers from the date I was born at Townhead Westmoreland Jamaica on the 19/5/1959. I am making this an official complaint against YouTube. YouTube is party to the systemic discrimination causing the Munchausen by Proxy of London Syndrome that have taken a toll on the life of my husband and myself after the death of my mother with dementia.
As a writer for THERAPY from the age my father was stricken with Parkinson’s disease. Based on the breaching of my RIGHTS by YouTube on behalf of CRIMINALS here is the basis of my COMPLAINTS
The following is the fact… Colonization in Reverse in Honour of Louise Bennett
- YouTube is guilty of Cyberbullying Mervelee Myers on behalf of the Complainant, the CEO of www.blac.org.uk who scammed me of £10,000.00 transferred via Nationwide Building Society to her Business Account at Santander. Refer to videos on YouTube about those that scammed me. Including Barrister Ryan Clement that Judgement was passed by the CCMCC.
- YouTube strike one of my channels and restrict another using malicious claims I breach their policies including NUDITY because I am sharing stories about my role as a carer who is battling Mental and Physical Impairments because of the systemic discrimination. Reference my contributions about SUICIDE and Mental Health Issues.
- YouTube removed my Legitimate VIDOES to cover for A-Z of criminals including SCAMMERS, PAEDOPHILES from the Legal Systems of the Judiciary of England and Wales, Financial Ombudsman Services, Housing for Women and anyone that decided to discriminate making me a voiceless vulnerable victim.
- YouTube owes Mervelee Myers a “Duty of Care” to safeguard me from the HATE CRIMES directed at me based on my online profile. Before www.leyf.org.uk target me after the death of my mother with dementia.
Resolutions
Mervelee Myers is asking YouTube to join my https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site MAPS campaign to safeguard children and young people and adults made vulnerable from Richard Harty of the UEL the mastermind of Men in Childcare. My RESEARCH has evidence that MIC was used to be the ABUSERS RINGS with the REVIEWS online during the ET/EAT in 2017. With my online PROFILE I will advice YouTube to support MERVELEE MYERS to stop the BLACK CRIMINALS targeting other VULNERABLE BLACK PEOPLE.
I can provide additional evidence to back my arguments.

As a valued YouTube contributor YouTube need to consider this case in its entirety and the impact of this action on me and my 100 years old husband. First and foremost the information I posted in the YouTube video is from a Package that was given to me by the Complainant. The package contains a Blac Awards garment.
The Complainant has defrauded me of £10,000.00 that was transferred through Nationwide Building Society to the Blac Awards Santander account on 2 separate occasions. When I realised I was scammed again, I contacted Nationwide and they decided to investigate. Both Nationwide and Santander decided that I will have to take the Complainant to Court to get back my money. I will not be going through this again. Action Fraud will do nothing.
Considering I only get lucky to find the address on the package at my home address, if I need to take further action. How can this be PRIVACY policy Breaching? YouTube owes me a duty of care to Safeguard me from the Complainant.
This person is using ailaises and has even used my name via the Business email address she set up for me to conduct illegal Activities. She sent me emails trying to get Money out of me from Fictitious Business account and emails.
This person operating http://www.blac.org.uk from her address using names she made up. And have used my name to conduct illegal activities. She is linked to people in the Criminal World. She knows where I am and can send people to harm me.
YouTube owes me and my 100 years old Husband who is TRAUMATISED a duty of care. I will be taking this further if YouTube failed to investigate the matter further.
Thanks for your understanding that I am the target of unscrupulous people like the Complainant. Please ask her how I get the information and the content of the package. She brought the package with the information to give me. Since she didn’t remove the information. This means everything is mine. I didn’t breach any PRIVACY policy. Ask her about calling me from Morning to Night from a Private Number to try TRIGGER me to Commit SUICIDE. This is in Breach of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. Refer to my videos for how I rely on YouTube for support when I am having a CRISIS.
The Complainant is a CRIMINAL. Please advise her to return my £10,000
00 and she can come and collect her package. After which we can negotiate about the video.

I am therefore asking YouTube to join my https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site campaign to stop the Complainant targeting other Vulnerable Black people. I am positive YouTube can help me with this cause.

Because I will find the video she shared with me when we went to collect my Intellectual Property Images Copyright and CPPDP from another Black person. Black People targeting VULNERABLE BLACK PEOPLE is an Epidemic that YouTube need to support me with Tackling.
