MM Response: I did not receive a formal complaint response from the Landlord.
MM Response: Since the 5 August 2022 when the Housing Ombudsman wrote to the Landlord I have been targeted by the Landlord via someone to conduct SURVEY about satisfaction late at night. The person in trying to coerce me give an answer from a list that was not relevant, accused me of abusing her and hang up the phone. This is the pattern of DISCRIMINATION am getting from Housing for Women when I called Samantha Gibbs to clarify the Meeting when I was accused of Anti Social Behaviour by my neighbour who smashed the glass in the door and the Emergency Service sent the Police upon hearing the commotion.
MM Response: I tried as best I can to communicate in writing. Since it was not clear if I received a response, I did not. But the Landlord continuing with the TERRORISM, by deleting my PORTAL and locking me out. I was advised to contact an ADMINISTRATOR.
MM Response: Without Prejudice I don’t think I am been given the best help to resolve this matter as the Landlord keep breaching the TENANCY AGREEMENT I signed targeting me to trigger my PTSD. I called Housing for Women on 02075016120 about the fact I was unable to sign in to the PORTAL and unable to pay the rent. Although I have surplus rent, I like to manage so I am not threatened with EVICTION again. I was given Reference: 912635100. After I did not hear from the Landlord, I phoned them again. I was contacted by a female on 02075016145 about me wanting to pay the RENT. I explained the situation about the PORTAL. She claimed I was sent an email on the 13th of October 2022 for the new PORTAL. I explained I did not get any email and checked whilst on the phone that it did not end up in the SPAM. Am trying to reason with the lady about the importance of the PORTAL in allowing me to function. I wanted to know why the PORTAL was wiped of 21+ years of DATA. Of course am the AGGRESSOR for asking questions. She did like everyone else does to me, she will have to TERMINATE the conversation and hung up.
MM Response: I have not received a response and Without Prejudice I think I supplied enough information about Housing for Women Terrorism for the Housing Ombudsman to progress my complaint already. I am not the only TENANT Housing for Women is targeting. But they get away because they know I am VULNERABLE and caring for my 99 year old HUSBAND.
