1. APPOINTMENT INFORMATION
· WHERE: All existing and new face to face appointments for Central London County Court will be held at the public counter on the Ground Floor of the West Green Building WG07.
· WHAT: APPOINTMENTS ARE STRICTLY FOR THE BELOW CRITERIA:
· Stay of Eviction (double appointment)
· Injunction (double appointment)
· 24-hour limitation on application
· Judicial intervention within 24 hours.
· Trial Bundle (if hearing is within 3 days)
· Cash payment on application (if cheque/postal order is unavailable)

2. EMAIL GUIDANCE
Any e-mail which fails to comply with the guidance will not be processed and will be returned to you.
All enquiries to civil courts and family courts can be received by email.
· You can send all letters and documents (exemptions are listed below) relevant to the case including adoption cases. However, due to the sensitive nature of adoption work, the court will only send emails to secure email accounts.
· An email account is considered secure when security measures are in place to make sure the data in the email can’t be accessed by users without the relevant approval. Any account that ends in the following is considered secured: gsi, pnn, gsx, gcsx, gse, cjsm, and nhs.net.
· If you are attaching a copy of an order from a hearing for the Court to process, please ensure that you are submitting it in Word format only.
SENDING BUNDLES
· Please note that court bundles are not part of this process and we will not print them. Some Local Authorities are piloting the use of Cloud-based ‘E-bundle’ storage solutions that allow all parties involved in a case to view and download the evidence electronically. This is different to the receipt of bundles by email. The court can not accept documents that require the setting up of an account or a password.
3. EMAIL SPECIFICATIONS AND EXEMPTIONS FOR HMTCS
· All Civil and Family process, applications and documents will be accepted by email as long as when the entire email is printed out it is not more than 50 pages. This should include the email, all attachments (including any documents embedded in another) and enough copies to serve on required parties (excluding Local Authorities, CAFCASS and CAFCASS CYMRU for Family cases only).
· The total size of the email, including any attachments, must be less than 10mb.
Please note that:
· A page is one side, so 50 pages equals 25 pieces of paper printed on both sides.
· Requests for the issue of Specified or Unspecified civil claims are excluded from this process. However, any subsequent process that leads from this following the issues of the claim will be accepted.
· Do not use more than one email to take any step in a case which requires a document or documents to be filed.
4. SENDING EMAILS WITH ASSOCIATED FEES
· In both Civil and Family cases court processes that carry a fee can also be received by email and processed by court staff. However the same conditions as above must apply and in addition:
· the party issuing the process must either quote a Fee Account number (see below), or
· the party who wants to pay has a valid credit or debit card. If you wish to pay using this method please say this on the email and include a contact number for the Court to contact you to take payment.
· Please note Local Authorities are exempt from this provision.
· What is a Fee Account?
· This is a Direct Debit function that is quick, safe and easy to use. It is available for solicitors and large organisations. Once you have set up an account all you need is to provide your fee account number within the body of the email. The fee will then be deducted from your account.
Send the paper form to the Civil National Business Centre with a cheque or postal order for your court fee. If you’re applying for help with fees send the paper form with either:
· the ‘help with fees’ reference number you’ll get when you apply for help online
· your completed ‘help with fees’ application form, if you’re applying for help by post

6. REASONABLE ADJUSTMENTS

7. COMPLAINTS
· If you are unhappy with a part of your experience using the court service, please be aware that the judiciary are constitutionally independent of Government and the administration of the courts.
· If you feel that decision was incorrect, the proper course of action is to consider whether to appeal the decision. We cannot help you to decide this or resolve it through the administrative complaints process, so we suggest you seek legal advice. If you have not already done so, you may wish to consider seeking independent advice on your situation. Any Citizens Advice Bureau provides free, confidential, and impartial advice on a range of matters. Their contact details can be found in the telephone directory or on their website at www.citizensadvice.org.uk.
· If your complaint is about how the judge conducted your case you can contact the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office online at https://www.complaints.judicialconduct.gov.uk, or send to Room 81-82, Queen’s Building, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London, WC2A 2LL, You need to do this within three months.
8. LEGAL ADVICE
· HM Court Service staff are not legally trained and must remain strictly neutral at all times. They cannot therefore examine documents and give an opinion on their contents or upon any aspect of a case. It is the responsibility of the parties to ensure they file the correct documents in the correct format. Court staff cannot analyse a case and tell the parties the legal implications of decisions or other circumstances. It is for you to find out the options available to you and, where necessary, seek independent legal advice. It is recommended you decide what options to take and to ensure you understand the implications of that option.

TRIAL BUNDLES
Please send hard copy trial bundles to the court which complies with the requirements of Rule 39.5 Civil Procedure Rules and Practice Direction 31 paragraph 27. If emailing a trial bundle, please make sure the order relating to the hearing allows for an online bundle and that the bundle complies with CPR 32 in the Practice Direction, paragraph 27.

You may be able to save £30 by issuing a claim for possession of property online rather than sending it to the court.

I write further to our recorded conversation on Monday and thank you for speaking to me in terms of the circumstances of the late Mr Tomlinson’s estate.
Further to our conversation I would like to advise you that I told you I need a PUBLIC APOLOGY from Lloyds Bank caused by Andrew Craigs letter and the tone of the conversation wherein you continued infering what was in the letter. Therefore, your flimsy apology is not accepted.
You don’t understand nothing, you are in on the act of DEFAMING my name. I did not make only one payment. One of the payments I made was more than the paltry sum that Lloyds Bank are DEFAMING my name for. What information was needed urgently and for what? Which matter does Lloyd Bank needed to resolve?
Yes, you blinking well know it is ACCUSATORY and if I don’t get the PUBLIC APOLOGY Lloyds Bank will not hear the last of this matter. Lloyds Bank will be in my book Mervelee Myers The Strong Jamaican Women End Gender Based Violence At Housing For Women Properties UK Society.
I don’t need you, Andrew or Lloyds Bank assurance about whether I did anything or acted incorrectly in receiving the balance of my HUSBAND MONEY. I don’t give a toss about any claims that Trevor Anthony Tomlinson has made on his father’s ESTATE. All I am saying in the document dated 17th July 2023 there is a codicil saying if Trevor Anthony Tomlinson dies, is unwilling or unable the Mervelee Myers must be EXECUTOR. In light of recent happenings and person who share Power of Attorney with Trevor Tomlinson, I intend to exercise my RIGHTS as EXECUTOR based on the fact that a SAFEGUARDING was put on when my husband was in Guys and St Thomas’ Hospital because of the threats posed to both his father and me. If Trevor or Lloyds Bank want to ARGUE I can provide evidence of how him assaulting me caused his father to end up in Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust BYRON ward where he was NEGLECTED. I was removed from his bedside by RACIST security Nurse Betty called and I was MANHANDLED after leaving the Windrush Vigil on 6th April 2024. I was provoked by Trina Philbert on the 4th April after HMCTS Court. I ended up in A&E on the 7th April and my husband died on the 8th. The hospital took 6 hours to contact me.
As discussed I have no need to justify any MONEY I paid towards my husband’s funeral. How about Trevor Tomlinson present his receipts for any amount he spent? 1. I will not be evidencing anything. 2. I will not be returning any balance to be paid to Mr Tomlinson.
Now I am proving that you are a LIAR, you claim not to know about the matter. Now you are saying when we speak on 14 October 2024. Suffice it to say I paid for all of My HUSBAND FUNERAL. I paid for his sister because he was helping her financially. I am still sending money to his brother in Jamaica and will have to help with his funeral. This is supposed to come from the ESTATE.
I must advise Lloyds if they know what’s best for both parties they stop PESTERING me over this matter.
How can one paltry sum of £4,824.14 is considered such a big deal when I had to pay for a CAB to take me and my FAMILY to my husband’s funeral.
Maybe you can ask Trevor Anthony Tomlinson to arrange to pay the cost of the amount I spent on the FUNERAL. If Lloyds Bank continue PESTERING me I will seek Legal Advice.

On Thursday 5 March, a Student Mental Health Film Festival will take place to mark University Mental Health Day. This event is organised by #KaleidoscopeHealthandCare, King’scollege Students’ Union and SOAS Student’s Union.
The event will showcase a series of #films created by students about their #experiences of mental health, and how they would like support services to improve. The #organisers are also looking for a #TimetoChangeChampion to speak about their experiences.

Location: King’s College London – Guy’s Campus, Gowland Hopkins Lecture Theatre, Hodgkin Building, Newcomen Street, SE1 1UL
What it involves:
The organisers are looking for a Champion to speak for about #7minutes (or less) about their lived experience of mental health problems as a #student, and the importance of sharing lived experience and reducing #stigma for students.
You could also talk about how mental health services can #benefit from learning from lived experiences, and any #resources you have found helpful.

Yesterday was 1 hell of a PD! Couldn’t make it 2 Brixton 2 get my tickets, but everything else got dun? Losing my VOICE again only highlighted how Persons with SEN & other diverse & complex needs struggle in life. I was croaking like a lizard/frog getting myself understood throughout the day as well as trying to use Sign Language. All is well that ends well as I used the rest of the day to get more work done. So yes I do have a Purpose in Life & I am more than grateful to God for small Mercies! I am bloody Good at wat I do BEST & I refused to allow any Dibby-Dibby BMSM peeps to tell me otherwise! Taurus: You’ll have to get more training to land the work you want. Taking a crash course is a good idea. It’s an especially auspicious time to acquire technical skills like coding and programming. This will make you a hot commodity on the job market.

As per usual I am making the most of the opportunities, starting early before the flu decides that I must go back to bed. This is just an example of when I was brand building at LEYF Nurseries. Valdin Legister and Veralton Nembhard are on the world stages and LEYF Nurseries have the audacity to come try radicalise me after the death of my MOTHER. I have always heard the sayings ‘everyone is unique’, or another popular one is ‘being unique is what makes you, you’. What does this really mean? I write this paper today in honor of Mervelee “Ratty” Nembhard. The title is “The mirror -Your Reflection” – when you look in the mirror, what do you see? It is your reflection, and you will have your own interpretation of your own “reflection”.
I met Mervelee a few years ago after having heard so much about her. As usual I had no expectations. My situation was complex, as I would have heard the many horror stories of the “in law” and saw the movie “Monster in Law”, and I was dating her son. The lady I met was the total opposite of the of the images portrayed and she was indeed a unique individual. She was beaming and very elated, anxious, and so welcoming. She was arriving in Jamaica to see her mom and attend her last son’s wedding. To enhance the package, she was meeting her four-year-old grandson for the first time. The days passed and it was a good trip from my perspective. I am urged to say through my lens because again I refer to the mirror ,my mirror. When I look at the photographs, what do I see? I see fun, and happy memories but then, that’s just me.
Mervelee is a very kind individual, with a very strong personality. She has her own unique ways of handling situations and is often misunderstood. This is because we live in a society that has established norms which dictates boundaries of accepted behaviours. Unfortunately, if you do not fall in these norms, you may be exposed to acts of discrimination. This is attributed to the fact that persons do not wish to accept the differences of individuals, but instead expect the behaviours displayed by everyone to be replicas of established protocols. It is imperative that I ask at this point- who dictates the way one should act and why? Who says your way of behaving is the right way? Is your way the only way? Well Ratty will be the first to tell you that her way may not be the accepted nor expected way, but that’s her way and that’s fine. It may or may not bring her the desired results, and sometimes may even come with consequences which may have to be handled through different mediums, but it is her mirror for her to see her reflection. There are always different approaches, and some may be more acceptable than others, but who are we to dictate if the action is right or wrong? Sometimes the best approach is to help the individual to look in the mirror and see the reflection from different perspectives.
Mervelee Nembhard is a storyteller. With her many stories and experiences, she is quite adept of sharing valuable information with whomever may share her interests. Her love for family, friends, children and her work with children with special educational needs, combined with her being identified as being “different” has made her an advocate for justice. This shows her character traits of being bold and brave as she “tackles the world” to defend her loved ones and the vulnerable. Sometimes I wish she would relax and enjoy life as it comes, but this again is my wish and not hers. Her life is viewed through her lens, and she needs to satisfy her personal desires to achieve personal satisfaction. Who dares to dictate, what an individual should or should not do? Instead let’s use the mirror to guide our approach- let’s look at life from different angles. Let’s see the pictures in different frames and try to understand the concept. Maybe then we can shift the focus from what’s being done wrong or right -to how can we do things differently, so everyone is happy? Everyone’s happiness will have different requirements and will also be achieved at different times, but through it all let us always be respectful of each other (privacy, feelings, individual preferences) and base our actions in the foundation of love.
Always use the mirror and see your reflection. The way you see you in the mirror may be different from the way others see you in the same mirror. This means we think and feel differently about the same thing. It may be presented in the same manner, at the same time, in the same place but we will use our personal lens which may give us different views. It’s ok to not understand the conclusions or actions of others but what’s not ok is to be disappointed in others because they did not share your perspective. I will applaud Ratty for the efforts she has made in identifying that she is responsible for her wellbeing, and the steps she has taken to improve herself. Her ability to identify her weaknesses is outstanding and she continues to work on herself, and is making great progress. She is not afraid to share her weaknesses and speak openly about her vulnerabilities, which when looked at through the lens of others may not be readily accepted nor supported. She continues to strive to achieve her goals despite many obstacles and through her lens -limited support.
Today I write for Mervelee Ratty Nembhard, because she continues to contribute to others for the greater good. I have personally benefitted from her kindness as when corporate entities would not support a dream, my little contribution to society through my PhD studies, “Ratty” was there to sponsor my first-year’s tuition which in her mirror was an investment in her grandkids. I use this medium to express my appreciation and to confirm my commitment to delivering on making a difference and helping others to look through their lens and see the world from different angles.
The mirror will always give you a reflection, what really do you see? Do you see you, or do you see me? Can you identify the differences between you and me? Always remember everyone is unique. Sometimes it’s easier not to try to understand the other person but rather to start accepting their differences and respecting their unique qualities. Being different does not mean I am wrong, and you are right, it simply means you are YOU and I am ME. Mervelee Nembhard you will always be “Ratty”, embrace you.

Mervelee Ratty Nembhard-Myers-Tomlinson came to Great Britain from Jamaica to settle the second time after visiting to find out if I could manage to live in this country. I was inspired to make use of the opportunity to settle in the UK because of my English Teacher, at Frome Secondary School, Ms. Anderson.
I did not reach my individual potential because my “Childhood Traumas” developed from my father was stricken by Parkinson’s disease. But I did not let my deficits and limitations restrict me from making the most of my chances to gain the best education available.
I was educated at Basic School attached to the Baptist Church. The Townhead Primary School was across from where my mother was born. This was where I was taught to develop the resilience to cope with the life I was blessed with. The Frome Secondary School was located where my father worked when he walked from St Elizabeth to Westmoreland to find work and settle. After getting pregnant my Form Teacher Mr. Felix Rose advised me to go back to studying and I attended “Evening Classes” at Mannings High School.
I was a Basic School Teacher that built on my early beginning of being a carer from the date my youngest sibling was born and my father hand him to me to hold so mum could rest. The foundation for my passion for working with younger children was formed when I was at home, not working and my cousin Candy Gooden told the Head Teacher of the Townhead Primary School to send and call me to offer me the job.
I worked as a “Contract Cleaner” all over London and was searching for the consistency, familiarity, and continuity of having a steady job to go to. I was working at the BBC in White City when I discovered the “Workplace Nursery” and enrolled at Lambeth College. I had done a “Care Assistant” course in 1996 and realised I would not be able to take on the job of caring full time because of my “Personal Experiences” of being an informal carer from the age of 7 years old when my brother was born.
My Book has been in the making since 2017 after I experienced the second nervous breakdown losing my mother to dementia that I diagnosed. Studies at Lambeth College and the Open University empowered me to become the advocate challenging the discrimination resulting in the two miscarriages of justice that changed my prospects after the death of my mother. My stories are documented online.
Joined Facebook in the Summer of 2009 and have a following with 18 Pages. Despite Facebook’s attempts to block me out, I have a presence. My https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site was started on Facebook before taking it to Google My Business.
I sent a report to www.theguardian.com after attending an Event “Is Modern Slavery Thriving in the UK.

Our goal is for every person with MS who is eligible for Sativex to be able to access it ‑ and although we’re off to a strong start, we have a long way to go to make this a reality. More than 130,000 people in the UK live with MS, and thousands of them experience daily muscle spasms. These can be painful, debilitating and may make it impossible to manage everyday activities such as working, walking, and eating. MM Updates 2021: I was prescribed Valium to help me cope with the Childhood Traumas resulting in tremors. I had a Chronic Anxiety diagnosis in July 2006 because I do not have a Medical Diagnosis for Parkinson’s disease to be proof of my disabilities for my Health & Social Care exam for the www.open.ac.uk. I was sponsored by http://unison.org.uk which later abandoned me to represent myself at the Employment Tribunal. In 2017 UNISON overturned the Government ET Law for employees to pay fees to take their employers to the ET. The response from UNISON was my case was closed. The fact that allegations were used to trigger my PTSD after bereavement and losses in toxic workplaces is one of the key factors for getting my findings of Richard Harty of the University Of East London. And his links with the CEO of LEYF Nurseries June O’Sullivan. I carried out “A Voice of a Child” research for June O’Sullivan in August 2010, whilst working at Luton Street Community Nursery.
