Still missing My Papa – 32 years later…

Mervelee Ratty Nembhard

As the years add up there is nothing to relieve the Pain of loosing my Papa Ivan Sandyman NEMBHARD on 9th February 1980. After all these years the hurt is still strong even thou I know God Almighty was gracious in answering OUR Prayers to release You from the pains and sufferings You had born without complaint over the ensuing years. I can recall as if only yesterday the last time I walked into the room to see You before taking my Baby Son Valdin Legister for a walk and You was trying to talk to me, but by that time the speech had gone. On my return I walked into the room and discovered You had taken Your long earned rest and was at Peace with Your GOD. When I called my Mama she did not believe it at first because Your eyes were still opened, and You never had a last drink of water.

The family came together and did what WE had to do. During Your long sickness I questioned Your faith in a GOD who’d allow one of His own to suffer the way You did, and to burden my Mother with having to care for 2 bedridden LOVED ones at the same time. Now that I’ve matured with the years I have become more tolerant, understanding and knowledgable about the Human Lifecycle in general and as a whole process. I can understand more clearly how and why You managed to stick to Your Faith in the one True GOD who passeth all understanding and although I will never be able to be the Standard Bearer You were I work hard to emulate You in my daily life.

I am asssured that You are at a safer Place, and is My Guiding Star in times like now when am going through Trials and Tribulations that are at times too much for me to bear alone. I am counting on YOU to keep me from commiting any of the Follies that You withstood throughout Your life here on Earth. This period and time of the year is very difficult for ME and I asks that You continue to assist Me in getting over safe and sound. THANK You Papa You were One in a Million and safe in the arms of GOD!!!

When I called my Mama she did not believe it at first because Your eyes were still opened, and You never had a last drink of water.The family came together and did what WE had to do. During Your long sickness I questioned Your faith in a GOD who’d allow one of His own to suffer the way You did, and to burden my Mother with having to care for 2 bedridden LOVED ones at the same time. Now that I’ve matured with the years I have become more tolerant, understanding and knowledgable about the Human Lifecycle in general and as a whole process. The day my #father DIED I did not #cry because I shed the #tears for 10 years before his death. I had to #live with mum’s #anguish cries “HE CAN’T BE DEAD, HE DID NOT GET a #drink OF WATER”. I was at the end of the phone when MAMA LOU took her last breathe, knowing she had her drink of water and a #prayer surrounded by her FAMILY. I was the last one to see dad #alive and first to find him dead. He was trying to say something to me but could not, he lost his vocals like BYRON did. His #eyes were opened although he was dead. That means he was looking out for some one in our culture. The death of ASHTER in #prison on his own reminds me of my father. Because I had taken my #babyValdin Legister for a breathe of fresh air. My son Kevin Murray remembers his grandfather (IF HE STILL DOES?). VAL was too young. #KevinMurray got all the attention from Papa down to the time I thought he was dead when he turned BLACK. I was in pieces thinking my BABY was dying. It was Dostan Nembhard who told me a few years ago that it was Papa who put the mirror at his face and said he was breathing. So Townhead & Adjacent Districts Of Westmoreland PEOPLE don’t know my stories of SURVIVING after my FATHER was taken from me by Parkinson’s disease. I have published stories that I know must be shared to help others. There are stories I will take to my GRAVE because sharing will not benefit anyone. Therefore, I owe no one any OBLIGATIONS to accept GIVING up as an OPTION. My father was not defeated by Parkinson’s disease because he had his CHRISTAIN FAITH. Got home from Nursery World Show & Mass Tom asked me for the Claw Bar he bought here. In the end I heard about the story of the bloke who decided to call my Hubby “THE CUNT” for closing the outer door. From I moved here these Vermin have pestered & provoked me no ends? At all hours of the day or night my doorbell will be ringing & they’d think nutn of playing loud music all night. Then 1 morning when it was a different bloke, Tom simple said to the bloke that I have to get sum rest to go to work…. This set off a chain of events that I was not prepared for at all. The bloke leaned into my door way, pointed his finger in Tom’s faced & threatened him, claiming Tom kissed his teeth at him. Believe me that was the 1st time I was knowing that in the UK kissing Ur teeth was a Criminal Act? Yesterday the corrosion had started b4 day when they rang my bell to get in. B4 I left home these 2 blokes keep going out & leaving the door open, then come back ringing my bell as it can be heard in the other flat upstairs. Because Tom closed the door after they went out, the bloke came back in & made the remarks for T to hear. In the end T took out the battery out of the bell, so if any1 is coming to my house. Plz call to let me know b4 hand. I will now have to go put that CB out of reach of TOM because I have enough Worry on my plate to be worrying about what he might decide to get up to if he is PROVOKED? I told T we are Foreigners & no matter what we will remain Foreigners in their eyes. Despite what any1 says we don’t have any RIGHTS as I have proven time & time again. Therefore 4 a Peaceful Life I am more than willing to give up my Rights until I have the Power to Change the Outcomes. So in the meantime “I WILL BE KISSING ASS UNTIL I CAN KICK THEM” And when that little child with hardly any communications skills Looks at me with those cute eyes, then Cut her Eyes, Shrugs her Shoulders and Kiss her Teeth, I will put it down to her only way of trying to communicate with me? I have never come across a set of Intellectual Imbeciles b4 in my Life! The strangest thing is how they try to drag U dung to their levels of Idiocy? So since this lady was demonstrating how to take this piece of furniture apart in a few seconds, I will have to find sum ways to rise above the Provocations that I have been encountering in my Life over the years? Any1 have the answers?

I went to the Nursery World Show yesterday to update some of my existing knowledge. Attended The Progress Check at Two: getting it right for the child and parents. Well the speaker Vicky Hutchin was vocal about her concerns re the dumbing down of training especially Child Development. And how practitioners are empowered to do their jobs. I have been raising these same concerns since b4 I graduated from the OU. And where did that get Me…? Labelled, stereotyped and branded as a Know It All, who knows nutn! Well time alone is the Master/Mistress in these changing times. I then attended Understanding and supporting Schemas and when I saw a different name from the 1 I’d registered with, I went to enquire ensuring I was in the right place. Julie Brierley had to replace Stella who contracted Chicken Pox. NurseryWorld Show was very educational & informative indeed. I was in a PS so used my camera to capture my Story.

After all these years the hurt is still strong even thou I know God Almighty was gracious in answering OUR Prayers to release You from the pains and sufferings You had born without complaint over the ensuing years. I can recall as if only yesterday the last time I walked into the room to see You before taking my Baby Son Valdin Legister for a walk and You was trying to talk to me, but by that time the speech had gone. On my return I walked into the room and discovered You had taken Your long earned rest and was at Peace with Your GOD. When I called my Mama she did not believe it at first because Your eyes were still opened, and You never had a last drink of water.

The family came together and did what WE had to do. During Your long sickness I questioned Your faith in a GOD who’d allow one of His own to suffer the way You did, and to burden my Mother with having to care for 2 bedridden LOVED ones at the same time. Now that I’ve matured with the years I have become more tolerant, understanding and knowledgable about the Human Lifecycle in general and as a whole process. I can understand more clearly how and why You managed to stick to Your Faith in the one True GOD who passeth all understanding and although I will never be able to be the Standard Bearer You were I work hard to emulate You in my daily life.

I choose to live my life the way it suits me to live with my conscience, for me and my GOD. The GOD who is going to judge me for my deeds, whether they be good or bad.

The first time was through my making. And I will end it after I tell the world what I am made of. So I leave that episode as a goodwill gestures for the support that was given to my MOTHER by this person over the years when my family struggle.

The second time through the makings of one idiot scammer gal name #JuliePowell. She set up her Turkish man to scam me. I have the little cheapos to prove my arguments, and I did wear them with pride. Except of course for the ear rings because I don’t have pierce ears. Then she and her sister get man from Jamaica for me. How her sister in the USA know about me? I never did tell her I am looking man still. She have moneys worth of goods that I have the receipts that were brought in her name. So I don’t have legs to stand on, so I am leaving it.

The Winsome Duncan: Author & Public Speaker decided to introduce me to her scammer Employment Barrister. Result was to harm me at her 40th birthday party. When I was too sick to attend she send the Metropolitan Police Service and the London Ambulance Service NHS Trust to my house to section me. The rest is history because for some reason they claim #MerveleeMyers is MAD. But I have my GUNNO moments of course.

This time I was hunted down using GOD. But what gets my goat is someone can be so callous to come send me a message like this: “Ok nice knowing Ashta Sister Ratty by bye remember to add God in your life”. Really Deacon T, I expected better than that from you Church Servicing Sisters God Ram. Now how the MPT does he want me to add God in my life, like how he add me on Facebook? And get his Church Sisters and woman and friends and family to add me….?

I don’t give 3 fucks who you are, if you mess with me, I will mess with you. I don’t have any shame left, my #shametree died the day my life changed when my Father was struck down with Parkinson’s. I was practically left Fatherless and Motherless. Papa was too sick to be my Father and Mama was too busy doing Mama and Papa jobs to be Mother for me. Hoping you understand the relief there was for my Mother when my Father died on the 9th February 1980 and my Granny the 6th March 1980.

I don’t give a rat’s arse about any of you. My Mother and Father to whom I owe any obligations are dead.

All I have left is my Husband Arnold Ebenezer TOMLINSON. God has blessed me with a good man. Sometimes he is looking after me, instead of me being his CARER. I don’t need your help in any shape or fashion, thanks much?

Contrary 2 popular beliefs I did not njoy the Sangria of SSS whilst on hols in JA! I told 1 of my son’s dad that I preferred to keep my distance from the Old Crowd – those of the Ginnals Dispositions because I didn’t wished to heed to Temptations & have 2 Grab up or Strangle any1! & then I have to tell the other 1 that I had no intentions to put any1 else’s Nose out of Joints? Or Ruffle any Feathers! So now am back on Terrafirma -UK Party Hot Spots. I have found 2 dates 4 my Social Calendar – Catford Broadway Theatre with Lovena Brown & Co. As the years add up there is nothing to relieve the Pain of loosing my Papa Ivan Sandyman NEMBHARD on 9th February 1980. After all these years the hurt is still strong even thou I know God Almighty was gracious in answering OUR Prayers to release You from the pains and sufferings You had born without complaint over the ensuing years. I can recall as if only yesterday the last time I walked into the room to see You before taking my Baby Son Valdin Legister for a walk and You was trying to talk to me, but by that time the speech had gone. On my return I walked into the room and discovered You had taken Your long earned rest and was at Peace with Your GOD. When I called my Mama she did not believe it at first because Your eyes were still opened, and You never had a last drink of water.

The family came together and did what WE had to do. During Your long sickness I questioned Your faith in a GOD who’d allow one of His own to suffer the way You did, and to burden my Mother with having to care for 2 bedridden LOVED ones at the same time. Now that I’ve matured with the years I have become more tolerant, understanding and knowledgable about the Human Lifecycle in general and as a whole process. I can understand more clearly how and why You managed to stick to Your Faith in the one True GOD who passeth all understanding and although I will never be able to be the Standard Bearer You were I work hard to emulate You in my daily life.

I am asssured that You are at a safer Place, and is My Guiding Star in times like now when am going through Trials and Tribulations that are at times too much for me to bear alone. I am counting on YOU to keep me from commiting any of the Follies that You withstood throughout Your life here on Earth. As the years add up there is nothing to relieve the Pain of loosing my Papa Ivan Sandyman NEMBHARD on 9th February 1980. After all these years the hurt is still strong even thou I know God Almighty was gracious in answering OUR Prayers to release You from the pains and sufferings You had born without complaint over the ensuing years. I can recall as if only yesterday the last time I walked into the room to see You before taking my Baby Son Valdin Legister for a walk and You was trying to talk to me, but by that time the speech had gone. On my return I walked into the room and discovered You had taken Your long earned rest and was at Peace with Your GOD. When I called my Mama she did not believe it at first because Your eyes were still opened, and You never had a last drink of water.

The family came together and did what WE had to do. During Your long sickness I questioned Your faith in a GOD who’d allow one of His own to suffer the way You did, and to burden my Mother with having to care for 2 bedridden LOVED ones at the same time. Now that I’ve matured with the years I have become more tolerant, understanding and knowledgable about the Human Lifecycle in general and as a whole process. I can understand more clearly how and why You managed to stick to Your Faith in the one True GOD who passeth all understanding and although I will never be able to be the Standard Bearer You were I work hard to emulate You in my daily life.

I am asssured that You are at a safer Place, and is My Guiding Star in times like now when am going through Trials and Tribulations that are at times too much for me to bear alone. Back home where I belong with my husband. Didn’t accomplish my mission so back tomorrow. Went into Baldwins to get #BayRum and get a free session with a #Herbalist. As the years add up there is nothing to relieve the Pain of loosing my Papa Ivan Sandyman NEMBHARD on 9th February 1980. After all these years the hurt is still strong even thou I know God Almighty was gracious in answering OUR Prayers to release You from the pains and sufferings You had born without complaint over the ensuing years. I can recall as if only yesterday the last time I walked into the room to see You before taking my Baby Son Valdin Legister for a walk and You was trying to talk to me, but by that time the speech had gone. On my return I walked into the room and discovered You had taken Your long earned rest and was at Peace with Your GOD. When I called my Mama she did not believe it at first because Your eyes were still opened, and You never had a last drink of water.

The family came together and did what WE had to do. During Your long sickness I questioned Your faith in a GOD who’d allow one of His own to suffer the way You did, and to burden my Mother with having to care for 2 bedridden LOVED ones at the same time. Now that I’ve matured with the years I have become more tolerant, understanding and knowledgable about the Human Lifecycle in general and as a whole process. I can understand more clearly how and why You managed to stick to Your Faith in the one True GOD who passeth all understanding and although I will never be able to be the Standard Bearer You were I work hard to emulate You in my daily life.

I am asssured that You are at a safer Place, and is My Guiding Star in times like now when am going through Trials and Tribulations that are at times too much for me to bear alone. I am counting on YOU to keep me from commiting any of the Follies that You withstood throughout Your life here on Earth. This period and time of the year is very difficult for ME and I asks that You continue to assist Me in getting over safe and sound. THANK You Papa You were One in a Million and safe in the arms of GOD!!!

The day my #father DIED I did not #cry because I shed the #tears for 10 years before his death. I had to #live with mum’s #anguish cries “HE CAN’T BE DEAD, HE DID NOT GET a #drink OF WATER”. I was at the end of the phone when MAMA LOU took her last breathe, knowing she had her drink of water and a #prayer surrounded by her FAMILY. I was the last one to see dad #alive and first to find him dead. He was trying to say something to me but could not, he lost his vocals like BYRON did. His #eyes were opened although he was dead. That means he was looking out for some one in our culture. The death of ASHTER in #prison on his own reminds me of my father. Because I had taken my #babyValdin Legister for a breathe of fresh air. My son Kevin Murray remembers his grandfather (IF HE STILL DOES?). VAL was too young. #KevinMurray got all the attention from Papa down to the time I thought he was dead when he turned BLACK. I was in pieces thinking my BABY was dying. It was Dostan Nembhard who told me a few years ago that it was Papa who put the mirror at his face and said he was breathing. So Townhead & Adjacent Districts Of Westmoreland PEOPLE don’t know my stories of SURVIVING after my FATHER was taken from me by Parkinson’s disease. Got home from Nursery World Show & Mass Tom asked me for the Claw Bar he bought here. In the end I heard about the story of the bloke who decided to call my Hubby “THE CUNT” for closing the outer door. From I moved here these Vermin have pestered & provoked me no ends? At all hours of the day or night my doorbell will be ringing & they’d think nutn of playing loud music all night. Then 1 morning when it was a different bloke, Tom simple said to the bloke that I have to get sum rest to go to work…. This set off a chain of events that I was not prepared for at all. The bloke leaned into my door way, pointed his finger in Tom’s faced & threatened him, claiming Tom kissed his teeth at him. Believe me that was the 1st time I was knowing that in the UK kissing Ur teeth was a Criminal Act? Yesterday the corrosion had started b4 day when they rang my bell to get in. B4 I left home these 2 blokes keep going out & leaving the door open, then come back ringing my bell as it can be heard in the other flat upstairs. Because Tom closed the door after they went out, the bloke came back in & made the remarks for T to hear. In the end T took out the battery out of the bell, so if any1 is coming to my house. Plz call to let me know b4 hand. I will now have to go put that CB out of reach of TOM because I have enough Worry on my plate to be worrying about what he might decide to get up to if he is PROVOKED? I told T we are Foreigners & no matter what we will remain Foreigners in their eyes. Despite what any1 says we don’t have any RIGHTS as I have proven time & time again. Therefore 4 a Peaceful Life I am more than willing to give up my Rights until I have the Power to Change the Outcomes. So in the meantime “I WILL BE KISSING ASS UNTIL I CAN KICK THEM” And when that little child with hardly any communications skills Looks at me with those cute eyes, then Cut her Eyes, Shrugs her Shoulders and Kiss her Teeth, I will put it down to her only way of trying to communicate with me? I have never come across a set of Intellectual Imbeciles b4 in my Life! The strangest thing is how they try to drag U dung to their levels of Idiocy? So since this lady was demonstrating how to take this piece of furniture apart in a few seconds, I will have to find sum ways to rise above the Provocations that I have been encountering in my Life over the years? Any1 have the answers?

I went to the Nursery World Show yesterday to update some of my existing knowledge. Attended The Progress Check at Two: getting it right for the child and parents. Well the speaker Vicky Hutchin was vocal about her concerns re the dumbing down of training especially Child Development. And how practitioners are empowered to do their jobs. I have been raising these same concerns since b4 I graduated from the OU. And where did that get Me…? Labelled, stereotyped and branded as a Know It All, who knows nutn! Well time alone is the Master/Mistress in these changing times. I then attended Understanding and supporting Schemas and when I saw a different name from the 1 I’d registered with, I went to enquire ensuring I was in the right place. Julie Brierley had to replace Stella who contracted Chicken Pox. NurseryWorld Show was very educational & informative indeed. I was in a PS so used my camera to capture my Story.

I choose to live my life the way it suits me to live with my conscience, for me and my GOD. The GOD who is going to judge me for my deeds, whether they be good or bad.

The first time was through my making. And I will end it after I tell the world what I am made of. So I leave that episode as a goodwill gestures for the support that was given to my MOTHER by this person over the years when my family struggle.

The second time through the makings of one idiot scammer gal name #JuliePowell. She set up her Turkish man to scam me. I have the little cheapos to prove my arguments, and I did wear them with pride. Except of course for the ear rings because I don’t have pierce ears. Then she and her sister get man from Jamaica for me. How her sister in the USA know about me? I never did tell her I am looking man still. She have moneys worth of goods that I have the receipts that were brought in her name. So I don’t have legs to stand on, so I am leaving it.

The Winsome Duncan: Author & Public Speaker decided to introduce me to her scammer Employment Barrister. Result was to harm me at her 40th birthday party. When I was too sick to attend she send the Metropolitan Police Service and the London Ambulance Service NHS Trust to my house to section me. The rest is history because for some reason they claim #MerveleeMyers is MAD. But I have my GUNNO moments of course.

This time I was hunted down using GOD. As the years add up there is nothing to relieve the Pain of loosing my Papa Ivan Sandyman NEMBHARD on 9th February 1980. After all these years the hurt is still strong even thou I know God Almighty was gracious in answering OUR Prayers to release You from the pains and sufferings You had born without complaint over the ensuing years. I can recall as if only yesterday the last time I walked into the room to see You before taking my Baby Son Valdin Legister for a walk and You was trying to talk to me, but by that time the speech had gone. On my return I walked into the room and discovered You had taken Your long earned rest and was at Peace with Your GOD. When I called my Mama she did not believe it at first because Your eyes were still opened, and You never had a last drink of water.

The family came together and did what WE had to do. During Your long sickness I questioned Your faith in a GOD who’d allow one of His own to suffer the way You did, and to burden my Mother with having to care for 2 bedridden LOVED ones at the same time. Now that I’ve matured with the years I have become more tolerant, understanding and knowledgable about the Human Lifecycle in general and as a whole process. I can understand more clearly how and why You managed to stick to Your Faith in the one True GOD who passeth all understanding and although I will never be able to be the Standard Bearer You were I work hard to emulate You in my daily life.

I am asssured that You are at a safer Place, and is My Guiding Star in times like now when am going through Trials and Tribulations that are at times too much for me to bear alone. I am counting on YOU to keep me from commiting any of the Follies that You withstood throughout Your life here on Earth. This period and time of the year is very difficult for ME and I asks that You continue to assist Me in getting over safe and sound. THANK You Papa You were One in a Million and safe in the arms of GOD!!!

“The Black Dahlia case” The Murder of Elizabeth Short On the morning of January 15, 1947, a mother taking her child for a walk in a Los Angeles neighbourhood stumbled upon a gruesome sight: the body of a young naked woman sliced clean in half at the waist. MM Updates: In 2018 I was assaulted by a white girl wearing LEYF shirt. When I removed myself from the altercation, she ran off claiming she was going to get the Security. Evidence that this was an orchestrated plot. The next day I was shocked to witness what was happening. I provided evidence via Social Media about the attempts on my life. The LEYF CEO was involved with this discrimination. She was using the Sensitive data from my FILE as a former Mental Health Nurse to trigger my PTSD to get me sectioned under the Mental Health Act. In 2017 http://www.peachespublications.co.uk who was groomed by https://www.ryanclement.com sent the http://www.met.police.uk to section me about a malicious report I wrote on https://www.facebook.com I was feeling suicidal.
Despite the extensive mutilation and cuts on the body, there was not a drop of blood at the scene, indicating that the young woman had been killed elsewhere. In the end I heard about the story of the bloke who decided to call my Hubby “THE CUNT” for closing the outer door. From I moved here these Vermin have pestered & provoked me no ends? At all hours of the day or night my doorbell will be ringing & they’d think nutn of playing loud music all night. Then 1 morning when it was a different bloke, Tom simple said to the bloke that I have to get sum rest to go to work…. This set off a chain of events that I was not prepared for at all. The bloke leaned into my door way, pointed his finger in Tom’s faced & threatened him, claiming Tom kissed his teeth at him. Believe me that was the 1st time I was knowing that in the UK kissing Ur teeth was a Criminal Act? Yesterday the corrosion had started b4 day when they rang my bell to get in. B4 I left home these 2 blokes keep going out & leaving the door open, then come back ringing my bell as it can be heard in the other flat upstairs. Because Tom closed the door after they went out, the bloke came back in & made the remarks for T to hear. In the end T took out the battery out of the bell, so if any1 is coming to my house. Plz call to let me know b4 hand. I will now have to go put that CB out of reach of TOM because I have enough Worry on my plate to be worrying about what he might decide to get up to if he is PROVOKED? I told T we are Foreigners & no matter what we will remain Foreigners in their eyes. Despite what any1 says we don’t have any RIGHTS as I have proven time & time again. Therefore 4 a Peaceful Life I am more than willing to give up my Rights until I have the Power to Change the Outcomes. So in the meantime “I WILL BE KISSING ASS UNTIL I CAN KICK THEM” And when that little child with hardly any communications skills Looks at me with those cute eyes, then Cut her Eyes, Shrugs her Shoulders and Kiss her Teeth, I will put it down to her only way of trying to communicate with me? I have never come across a set of Intellectual Imbeciles b4 in my Life! The strangest thing is how they try to drag U dung to their levels of Idiocy? So since this lady was demonstrating how to take this piece of furniture apart in a few seconds, I will have to find sum ways to rise above the Provocations that I have been encountering in my Life over the years? I went to the Nursery World Show yesterday to update some of my existing knowledge. Attended The Progress Check at Two: getting it right for the child and parents. Well the speaker Vicky Hutchin was vocal about her concerns re the dumbing down of training especially Child Development. And how practitioners are empowered to do their jobs. I have been raising these same concerns since b4 I graduated from the OU. And where did that get Me…? Labelled, stereotyped and branded as a Know It All, who knows nutn! Well time alone is the Master/Mistress in these changing times. I then attended Understanding and supporting Schemas and when I saw a different name from the 1 I’d registered with, I went to enquire ensuring I was in the right place. Julie Brierley had to replace Stella who contracted Chicken Pox. NurseryWorld Show was very educational & informative indeed. I was in a PS so used my camera to capture my Story.

As discussed before you started using slurs, you are required to attend Walworth Police Station to be interviewed regarding an allegation that has been made against you, in which you have posted content about a person that has caused then alarm, harassment and distress. As per our conversation, this is not to say you are guilty, it is an interview to ascertain the detail of what has occurred and to get you side of the story.

The 17^th or 18^th February at 1100 hours can be arranged. Do get back to me regarding these dates and times. I will attempt to facilitate times that work for you. I wrote to you on 1 November concerning Mervelee Myers
16 Alma Grove

SE1 5PY.  It seems I have not received a response.

The situation with Mrs Myers’ neighbour has unfortunately escalated. Mrs Myers advises me that on Christmas Eve, the neighbour was knocking and kicking the door so hard that Mrs Myers had to barricade her own flat door to feel safe.

I would welcome a response on this issue in a format I am able to share with Mervelee Myers.

I have recently been contacted by Mervelee Myers regarding her neighbour at 16A. 

My constituent is concerned that she is being penalised by Housing 4 Women criticizing her neighbour who destroyed the plants and flowers she and her husband planted in the communal garden for everyone to enjoy. It would appear that this neighbour dispute escalated between the 2 with my constituent videoing her neighbour’s antisocial behaviour from the safety of her own property (not an illegal activity), which has also resulted in police involvement. 

She is also concerned that her journal on the H4W Portal, where she documented all her concerns and also included various communications with your organisation including a history of her repairs to her property, including other issues pertinent to her. 

Can Housing4Women please confirm what issues remain outstanding from her neighbour dispute and when do they expect the Portal to be back online, and will she be able to access her journal and all its previous content? 

I would be grateful if you could look into the points raised, and advise what options are available to resolve the situation.

I look forward to hearing from you and receiving a response in a format I am able to share with Mervelee Myers.

A married couple was jailed for a string of historic sexual offenses dating back to the 1980s. David and Pauline Williams lived near the Wests in Gloucester in the 1990s. A postcard believed to be from serial killers Fred and Rose West appears to show they were in a sex ring with child abusers David and Pauline Williams. David Williams was sentenced to life in prison, and his wife Pauline Williams jailed for 12 years plus four years extended license on Wednesday 25th November, following a trial at Exeter Crown Court in October. David and Pauline Williams have been convicted on several charges following a catalogue of abuse that started in Gloucester in the 1980’s and continued when they moved to Devon in the 1990’s. That is, if you want the files to be stored on the external drive (i.e. ~/Library/CloudStorage/OneDrive should be ‘pointing to’  as in ‘providing access to’   /Volumes/External )    A lot of us don’t have the option of switching to iCloud because of all of the SaaS products that claim to “integrate” with Office365 (and thus each other) by way of dumping their files into OneDrive.  And because we are using Mac laptops along with Windows networks and workstations. The business world (beyond freelancers and small media companies) is not going to adopt iCloud. (And Apple discontinued its Server offering last year, so it knows that.)   This is software that is provided for both personal and enterprise purposes; and it’s a pretty fundamental issue with the usability of the Office suite on Mac OS.  Pressure needs to be kept on MS to fix it (including as a proxy for Apple). Likewise, Dropbox and Google to the extent that inadequacies in the File Provider Extensions are ultimately to blame.  more_updates_more_layoff posted a new comment on Feb 01 2023 05:33 AM Re: Inside the new Files On-Demand Experience on macOS I strongly recommend guys that who are writers or researchers that use an SSD not use OneDrive for important files, especially for Scrivener, and Mendeley users, don’t put your backup file automatically into /volume/OneDrive/.   I just don’t understand why there must be three files: volume/.ODContainer-OneDrive/ volume/OneDrive/ user/xxx/OneDrive-Personal/   This ruined my life. Actually, I have been using a paid version of one drive for more than 5 years. I have no reason to use it anymore as I have other free drives for small space and paid version of iCloud with 50Gb. I put all my files in /volume/OneDrive/ and then Microsoft deletes my local files in /volume/OneDrive/ and uploads it to their cloud with all the local files deleted. I’m angry because I have a lot of files. It costs me too much time to download it and leave this stupid OneDrive. When I download it, it saves in volume/.ODContainer-OneDrive/ instead of /volume/OneDrive/ However, I have several files saved to /volume/OneDrive/XXX/ automatically by Scrivener, Mendeley, etc. My files including the Scrivener documents and my Mendeley papers all in a mess. Everything is a mess now! I’m a part-time writer, and my backup files in /volume/OneDrive/Scrivener/ are a piece of **bleep**, so I quit writing for almost half a year as you know there will be contradictions of Scrivener for different versions. I have been saving the old version more than 20 times since this update. Actually, it was always **bleep** and I paid a lot of time to repair my Scrivener, and suddenly find it is because of this stupid OneDrive. How could it be two files in both user/xxx/OneDrive-Personal/ and volume/.ODContainer-OneDrive/. You ruined my life!  I guess the employees are updating since they need to pretend to be working.  No doubt that a lot of guys are laid off : ) Because the system gets worse as there are more engineers.  The worst thing is that I find this update too late after I try to repair my mendely and scrivener many times. I lost almost the modification of my scrivener files more than 10 times with more than 50 chapters of my book. Every time I save it to/volume/OneDrive/, it has some problems. I also lost the modification of my Mendeley backup files for my survey paper for more than 150 papers.  Before I read all the explanations online, I just kept repairing my Onedrive, Mendeley, and Scrivener.  I stopped using Onedrive since I lost my  Mendeley papers. And this week I tried to use it again and find this is all because of this stupid update. I moved all my important files out of OneDrive. So be careful if you find some problems with OneDrive files. It’s not your fault! I think Microsoft is supposed to lay off 20% of workers to avoid stupid updates.  I have an SSD and I have two Macs with different /user/XXX/ names, I need to use my SSD in two Macs, but sync the files in my SSD. I want to save a copy of the files in the cloud instead of making my copy in my SSD disappear but the files in the cloud. Are you kidding me? I have 200Gb files for my work, and it must be always in my SSD, are you kidding me?  This wastes at least more than a week to download my files and I need to pay extra money to find new cloud software. I also lost some files during this process. This is arrogant for Microsoft.  No doubt that you have to lay off a lot of workers because you don’t care for the customers at all! I’m going to download all my files and stop using office 365. It makes me crazy and can not sleep when I first find this new update. What the hell are you doing? It’s also crazy for mac.
