Time to salute my Grand Father CLADIUS CHAMBERS who was instrumental in providing US with the indomitable Woman who is Our Mother. Although I was not lucky enough to have known grandpa Claudie I’ve heard so much about his exploits that it does not matter. He was unfortunate to be amongst the male members of my family to depart this world early, but from all accounts he packed plenty into his life.

He was 1 of twin who survived and ended up marrying my grandma. They ended up having a couple of children of whom only Mama and her brother Terah survived childhood. Grandpa had another girl Claris who married Dixon and lived in Hanover.

Granddad’s most memorable exploits was said to be that with the Spanish Jar aka Panyah Jar with his cousin Mr Banny Bernard. Suffice it to say they never got the treasure as pure excitement caused them to call out the name and the blinking SIN-ting tun back wid all de Gold intact.

Grandpa had several relatives from Grange Hill -(Raymond Hall & Co) all the way to the USA. However I have lost track of grandpa’s family and would dearly love to link, if anyone knows them.

Those of the Family who are lucky to inherit grandpa’s Genes are as Tall as a Coconut Tree in the air? Give thanks and praises to Jah for grandpa Cladius Chambers whose DNA & Roots are flowing through my veins and am proud to say I am a Product of the CHAMBERS Dynasty!

Saluting Ms Una Perry from Grung Road – The teacher who influenced me at the beginning of my Journey!

Today I must salute my class Teacher at Townhead Primary School, Ms Una Perry. Ms Perry was the first person to empower me to have belief in myself and to realised that most things are achievable even when the odds are stacked up against one. I could not be more than about 9 years old when I encountered one of the many obstacles that were to confront me throughout my life. However Ms Perry was there with the perfect solutions which helped me overcome the deprivations commonly called being POOR.

As it was coming up to the time for the annual Christmas Concert at the TBC, all the classes were practising for their minute of fame inside the big community monument. It was an honour to go on stage to perform, so I was more than happy to be selected amongst the chosen few. After practising with my class and preparing myself for the big day, my hopes were dashed and my confidence dented when mum said she did not have any money to buy new shoes for me to go to church.

So with my face screwed up & me chin almost reaching the ground I have to stop practising. But I did not recon with the astuteness of my dear teacher who quickly got to the heart of the matter, when she realised I’d stop practising.

When I told her the reasons which goes as follows: Mama could not afford to buy me a pair of shoes and all I had to my foot/name was the old bugga/crepe wid me big toes peeping out ina me face. Ms Perry told me to stop wearing the crepes to school and wash them put down for the big day. I heeded her advice and carry on practice, but tun up to school wid me platter every day. Low and behold I get fi guh up pon rostrum at TBC wid me class mates dem guh recite, sing and do Carole Speaking to my heart’s content.

So God bless Ms Una for her ingenuity & being aware of my needs when I was at my most Vulnerable. She restored my self-confidence and self-esteem to overcome constraints and barriers which maybe placed in your ways. I am sure coming from the same community where everyone knows everyone else’s business in a goodly way was instrumental in her solving my immediate dilemmas.

As per usual I reached out and got some source of comfort. I kept everything away from my husband and carried on as normal. However, I made sure to continue my duty of caring for my husband, going out to get the essentials.
When I got back from shopping, I had to ask my husband to fend for himself again. Because I was not able to cook fresh food, and he did not want the left over in the fridge. I did not anything except the 2 boiled eggs my husband prepared for my breakfast all day.
I had my training with Linked Age Southwark and wanted to be on board, because I missed the first one. I want to highlight the fact how much I am grateful for our blessings. Because despite my husband’s age and the disabilities and conditions linked to aging. If I did not have my husband to cater for my needs when I am having my meltdowns. I would probably be dead, or worse still end up with a stroke because of my disabilities.
My husband is my rock and when I am having a meltdown, I try to keep it away from him. Because he has been traumatised the past 8 years. I no longer call the Emergency Services for support. Because when I do, I get 2 Police vehicles turning up at my home to try trick me to cover up the systematic discrimination after the death of my mother with dementia.
Let me get to the purpose of this review. I want to recommend the trainers for the training that was delivered yesterday. This helped me to put the past 8 years of hate crimes against me. The fact that the Judiciary of England and Wales presided over 2 miscarriages against me after I experienced bereavement and losses will be part of my Fight4justice campaign. The publication of my book In Honour Of Strong Women Everywhere will throw light on the fact that in today’s society of laws, legislations, codes of practices and conducts. The Crown Prosecution Service and Criminal Justice System can believe they can get away with making me a criminal needing Emotional Regulation Treatment to cover for abusers in reviews online during the Employment Tribunal.
Without Prejudice those involved with the Elder Abuse of my husband, and I will be named. Because I am a writer who created legacies as Nelson Mandela states The Purpose of Freedom is to Create for Others.
As I let my mother Rest In Peace, I can focus on the Projects I started from 2009 when I joined London Early Years Foundation. Time we take responsibility for safeguarding children, young people and adults made vulnerable by those get protection from social media to cover up the discrimination of Mervelee Myers during 30 years in Great Britain.
Thanks for the training, this helped me to make adjustments in preparing to put the past 8 years behind me and move on with my life.

Since no one is willing to give me a #Voice, I will #Empower myself. The #World need to know who/what are responsible for the #StaffingCrisis in the first place. It boils down to a situation where after 5+ years of dedicated services & a Long Service Awards, the CEO who signed the LSA can join in to #Discriminate against the #Employee resulting in #MentalHealthIssues that needs #Counselling. One of the Panel who interviewed the employee & have a string of #Outstanding as a #Manager at Carlton Hill have since been forced to #Resign after 15 years. Guess she could not live with her conscience after the #Lies she had to write in the #Statement. Understand like me she is out of a #Job & living on her #Savings? Then there is the matter of #References which cause #Employers to withdraw post or in my case unable to find #Employment. Revenge is a Dish…? My CPPDP & Defensive Practice will tally up for a few #BOOKS until mi ready fi guh back wey mi come from. Mi YARD -JAMAICA?

I told the #Scientist about my Diet & Exercise Plan that I use to manage & control my Arthritis & Diabetes & he was well impressed. Only the #IntellectualImbeciles at @LEYF are not aware of my #Disabilities. Maybe if they get out my #FILE from the #ObeahWoMan where they think they can keep me down forever. Maybe the #BentConJohn might learn to #READ by now? In the words of my #KinDreadSpirit, I only believe in #GOD the 3 in 1!

Came unstuck yesterday when I read DE- Lori Reid Astrology? & I swear I aint lying & am sure to take heed because what happened in the past week is supn to write Home about… Taurus: Keeping your own Counsel at WORK this Week is the Wisest Policy, otherwise you could end up with a CONFRONTATION on your HANDS. Can’t believe there is more of the Shit to come that I had 2 deal with last week? So am going 2 be extra Vigilant & don’t give any1 any Noose 2 Tie around me Neck!!! As 4 the rest of the reading am not particularly Interested as I am content with my Life & aint looking 4 no Promise of LOVE!!!

Complaint: 202209405 – Housing For Women

Thank you for your recent telephone call regarding your complaint about Housing For Women. I am sorry to hear about the problems that are affecting you in your home.

Details of your complaint

In summary, I understand your complaint to be about:

• How Landlord handled your reports of broken radiator – Length of the time to replace a broken radiator (took over a year) MM Updates: Refer to http://www.southwark.gov.uk for correspondence from Ginette Hogan Public Health Policy Officer regarding breaches of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics after I was appointed Health Ambassador. The Radiator was replaced by Watret after I was told it is a danger and an Environmental Health Hazard. I have recordings to verify my stories of H4W negligence, in light of the Grenfell Tower situation I averted before.
• How landlord handled your reports of broken/jammed door – You stated that you were often locked in and could not get out your home. You would have to call a neighbour’s through a window and give them keys so that they could open the door from the outside MM Updates: Refer to MM Journal on http://www.hfw.org.uk PORTAL.
• Landlord not communicating to you explain whose responsibility it was to get fallen tree removed – You would like this settled so that you can take appropriate action if it is your responsibility. MM Updates: Refer to my https://www.facebook.com/mervelee.myers with 18 FB Pages that are Community HUB sharing information. I contacted the Contractors and was given verbal information about the TREE. 19/4/2022 Contractor Contacted H4W to do the tree. They have Copy of letter about the tree 25/4/2022. Contractor contacted H4W about Rubbish 5/5/2022. On the 28/4/2022 a new gate made at the front that was not needed. The gate was needed at the back. MCP the Contractor is waiting for H4W to act… Thursday 23/6/2022 email: She will get in touch.
• Your reports of broken fence – You stated the Landlord stated that they do not replace fences however You stated that you have had the Landlord fix the fences before. MM Updates Refer to MM Profile on Housing for Women PORTAL how many times the fence was replaced. The Tenancy Agreement The ASSOCIATION’S Obligations Tenant’s Right to Occupy 2 Not to interrupt or interfere with the Tenant’s right peacefully to occupy the Premises except:- (i) access is required to inspect the condition of the Premises or to carry out repairs or other works to the Premises or adjoining property. NB: I gave H4W my keys so they can have access to do their work. (ii) Court – I was threatened with eviction by H4W and it was recorded in line with the GDPR after I became a target of H4W terrorism. Repair of Structure (5) To keep in good repair, the structure and interior of the Premises and exterior including: Section (i) boundary walls and fences.
• Negligence to safety of residents – Length of time Communal glass was replaced after the neighbour smashed the window on two occasions. MM Updates: There is Police Involvement and Case References.
• Anti social behaviour (ASB) from neighbour – who has kicked your door when potentially under the influence. MM Updates: H4W colluded with Debbie Gilchrist to target me. Refer to correspondence letter of 2019 and other concerns I asked H4W to keep on record.

You have asked for the following as a resolution to the complaint:

• Would like Landlord to fix fence
• Landlord to apologise from all staff involved in the case of your complaint
• Landlord to communicate with you and respond to communication in particular about the responsibility of the tree
• Accept negligence
• Apologise for hanging up the phone
• You stated she were a member of the customer panel with the Landlord and would like to resolve the complaint amicably
Since H4W did not respond to the complaint and continue using coercive control of bullying, harassing and intimidating me. Coming to Alma Grove whenever I am out doing things to trigger my PTSD, to say I am a CRIMINAL needing ERT as the Judiciary of England and Wales, and the Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Service done to cover for the PAEDOPHILES at http://www.leyf.org.uk I will expect the Housing Ombudsman to act promptly. Don’t wait until either my neighbour or H4W send someone to ambush then claim self-defence. The http://www.met.police.uk came to MURDER me under cover of LEYF Margaret Horn Lecture. Now refer to https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 for why I am the victim of systematic discrimination.

The Housing Ombudsman’s role at this stage
Your complaint is at the Dispute Support stage of our complaint process.
Our role at this stage is to provide assistance to both parties and ensure that you are able to complete the landlord’s internal complaint procedure.

Before the Ombudsman can consider a complaint, we must be satisfied that you have completed the landlord’s complaint procedure. In the first instance, the Ombudsman encourages tenants and landlords to resolve complaints using the landlord’s internal complaints procedure. This often provides for the quickest and most amicable way of resolving a dispute.
Action taken
You have informed us that you have made a formal complaint to your landlord about your concerns but have not received a formal response.
We have therefore written to the landlord and asked it to respond to your complaint by contacting you within the timescales set out in the landlord’s complaint procedure or 10 working days. The landlord should therefore contact you by 19 August 2022 – 10 working days from today.
What are the next steps?
No Written Stage 1 Response Received
At this stage, we will not be taking any further action on this complaint. If you do not hear back from the landlord within 10 working days, please contact this Service and we will chase the landlord for a response.
Stage 1 Response Received
If you receive a response, but you remain dissatisfied, we recommend that you formally escalate the complaint to the next stage of the complaint process.
Alternatively, if you are satisfied with the landlord’s response you do not need to refer the complaint to the Ombudsman.
