Hello Mervelee, As we enter the festive period after a very busy year, we want to say a massive thank you for being part of the Campaigns Network. Because nearly 8,000of you took action this year, we’ve been able to put Parkinson’s on the agenda. Here is a snapshot of what we achieved together in 2023. Growing the Parkinson’s workforce We launched our Can’t Wait campaign last year, to highlight how people living with Parkinson’s are not able to access the right healthcare. In March, you emailed the Health Secretary to encourage him to consult with people with Parkinson’s about the NHS workforce strategy. These campaigners in Birmingham shared how important having the right health workforce is to keep them well. While we were pleased the government published the NHS Long Term workforce planand that we were mentioned as a contributor, we still feel people can’t wait any longer for their care. Thanks to our local campaigning, we also saw successes in improving health and care services: securing two additional Parkinson’s specialist staff in Leicester a new specialist nurse for the north Powys area; and the launch of a new specialist Physiotherapy programme in Hertfordshire for people with Parkinson’s. Relaunching Get It On Time In September we relaunched ourGet It On Time campaign which calls on the government to ensure people with Parkinson’s in hospital get their medication on time, every time. Hundreds of you wrote to the Minister responsible for Patient Safety in England, and over 60 of you wrote to the Cabinet Secretary for Health in Scotland to call for action. And following fantastic work by local campaigners – Barnsley and District Branch for instance, many Trusts have pledged to work with us to improve the timely administration of medicines in hospital. Addressing the cost of living crisis It has been a tough year, with the price of energy, food and transport rising. You’ve helped us continue the fight for better financial support for people with Parkinson’s. Back in May, many of you wrote to your MP about our Nowhere Near Enoughreport and called for more financial support. In September, you shared your experiences of how the cost of living is impacting you in our survey, along with over 3,000 people. Putting Parkinson’s on the political agenda You’ve helped us raise awareness of Parkinson’s with decision makers from across the political spectrum too: In March, to mark World Parkinson’s Day, we hosted a briefing for MPs to learn what they could do to help to grow and educate the health and care workforce about Parkinson’s. In July, we hosted a joint APPG meetingto highlight the challenges people face when applying for Personal Independence Payments. Campaigner Phil shared his experience of navigating the complicated system and argued for urgent reform. For Carers Rights Day in Northern Ireland, carer Elaine shared her experiences at an event in Stormont. In October we headed to the Labour and Conservative party conferences with volunteers Ann, Andrew, Tim, Caroline and Clive. We met over a dozen MPs to explore how they can support our work. We also hosted abriefing in parliamentfor MPs about our Every Minute Counts report. And last month, we handed in our open letter, signed by almost 1000 campaigners, calling for the government to fund training in Parkinson’s-related dementia for health professionals in England. Working locally Blue Badges have been an important issue this year. Across England, we successfully lobbied Lancashire and Norfolk Councils to improve their policies and systems to make it easier for people with Parkinson’s to renew them. And in Scotland, Edinburgh campaigners met with Transport Scotland and the City Council to explore how they can address problems that people with Parkinson’s have accessing and renewing their Blue Badges. Applying the methodology she evolved to work with Indigenous Elders in her MISSION SONGS project, and collaborating with Brixton-born artist Tony Cealy, Jessie explored the commonalities of experience between Indigenous Australians and Black Britons, using music to commemorate local heritage, within global histories of racism and emerging processes of reconciliation. Jessie’s grandfather Albie Geia was a leader in the 1957 Palm Island Strike, which, like the events in Brixton in 1981, were labelled ‘riots’, leading to Albie’s imprisonment.
ORIGINS commissioned Brixton-based sound artist, Thor McIntyre-Burnie, and his public arts company Aswarm, to respond to Jessie’s residency; creating a site-specific, immersive experience that weaves the songs through the streets of Brixton and uncovers their extraordinary stories. The result is this immersive, interactive audio-walk, accessed through AswarmXR’s mobile app.
Starting near Brixton tube, you can take an hour’s walk through the streets, which become enlivened and theatrical through the music, voices and stories of local people. When you come out of the tube, turn right and start the app by the two large trees about 30 yards away!

So the world understand why those responsible for the 23 years of TERRORISM by Deborah Agnes Gilchrist whose alcoholism and racism have taken sinister turns and if I am not careful I will become another statistics of Housing For Women, the Metropolitan Police and Devonshires Solicitors Systemic Discrimination. Let me begin by saying if the “Lion Don’t Learn to Write, the Hunter Will Always Tell the Story”. I have given Housing For Women enough chances to rectify this matter. Instead they decided to continue the vendetta by coercing Ms Gilchrist and her DRUGS Taking Friends and her Partner to make my life a LIVING HELL. I reached out to the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin who I meet at the AGM in April 2014 to mediate. My life has been turned upside down since the death of my mother in June 2014. I will refute H4W breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. They MUST answer why everything started in May 2022 after I lived here from December 2000.
Narin Masera Unprofessional Conduct
On the 25th October 2023 I got home from Mr Tony Cealy’s training “Theatre of the Oppressed” to revive my husband from a HYPO after he was visited at home by PC James Murphy who left a letter. I only learned from Stephen Agera that Ms Masera contacted him and he advised her to contact the Police. This matter added to the STRESS and exacerbated my husband and my PTSD.
UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION.
The Injunction is based on 23 years of Hate Crimes by my neighbour that H4W colluded with her to discriminate against me and made out I am the aggressor. Refer to the Housing Ombudsman Service Complaints that I have sent to interested parties in this case.
The Injunction that was held behind my back was UNLAW breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. Because of what was happening to me at the time as a person with Mental and Physical Impairments. I had a CRISIS and had to be visiting the GP Surgery and hospital for treatment. My bother was dying of cancer and another was in Intensive Care, a blood vessel burst in his head. I am also the carer for my 100 year old husband who is TRAUMATISED.
Advice for Hearing
Why was the BUNDLE sent to me and not Stephen Agera? Then Ms Masera keep calling Mr Agera asking if he is still representing me. I was in the office when he called telling Mr Agera to destroy copies of the BUNDLE she sent me and she would send him a new bundle. Because Mimi Owusu should not be in the listing. Who is Mimi Owusu the witness for H4W? She is the CEO of www.blac.org.uk who scammed me £10,000.00 after I was introduced to her at an event. How did she become H4W witness? The photo of me and Liz at the Communal Door was captured without my knowledge and used to DEFAME my name. I have never taken photos of Liz and Mimi inside my home, because they asked me not to. In case H4W is not aware the GDPR 2018 and Charter of Rights 12 Codes come into play in this case.

(b) has been convicted of – I was made a CRIMINAL needing ERT to cover for Richard Harty MIC Abusers at www.leyf.org.uk after Police were sent to MURDER me under cover of LEYF Margaret Horn Lecture to say I commit SUICIDE. I was beaten up and taken out half clothe. My husband who was in the kitchen did not know what was happening. I was not allowed to use my phone to call my stepson. Unreasonable Noise – Shouting or Screaming – Refer to Malicious Report of Ms Gilchrist for 10/1/23. The Police is still investigating. But refused to act about 13/12/2023 incident of kicking of the door and shouting CUNT. The constant banging of doors and stomping upstairs. Breaking the lock on her door. Breaking the glass to the Communal Area twice. I am a PERFORMER and SINGER but I am not shouting and screaming.
Criminal Damage to Landlord’s or Neighbours Property – Ms Gilchrist cut the garden every time it starts growing. My husband invested in the garden. My husband used to keep the environment clean, including washing of the bins. Killed the plants and replace with pebbles. Ms Gilchrist flooded the bathroom causing damage to Lighting Fixtures. Ms Gilchrist stomping and throwing furniture could be responsible for the Casing to fall from the ceiling narrowly missing my husband. Refer to the letterH4W claim they were not responsible for replacing it as well. I had it in the corner for a while.
Dumping or Hoarding rubbish in Communal Area: Ms Gilchrist used the Communal Area and the Garden to store stuff for her BUSINESS before she removed them. When Samantha Gibbs coerced her to target me and she abused me so I spoke about her BUSINESS and she removed the stuff. She recently put boxes on the stairs knowing I would report her. She then targeted me. She removed them before the Police came. Whatever the Police said to them caused her partner to come to my door to verbally abuse and threaten me. Reasons he kicked the door on the 13/12/23 and Police said I have no proof.
Garden: Ms Gilchrist throws rubbish into the back garden. Bits of broken wood from Ms Gilchrist window with nails sticking out fall in the garden. This is the responsibility of H4W failing to carry out repairs. I am DIABETIC and if the nails run through my shoes can be affected.
Ms Gilchrist always have cats. Faeces have been walked from outside into the Communal Area. Reasons for the mats.

I was sent threats by UEL Legal Team Mary Mitchison to remove my video evidence from YouTube. I was kicked out of the UEL and my funding returned to cover up Men in Childcare ABUSE RINGS. The REVIEWS were online during the ET https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016. PC Conway of the Peckham Police sent to my home 21/10/2021 re allegations I said I was feeling SUICIDAL when I was forcible removed from UEL campus on 5/10/2021. Whenever I call for support Police sent to trick me to SECTION me under the Mental Health Act. My neighbour smashed the glass on 13/12/2021 I called for help the Emergency Services heard the commotion and sent help urgently. The Police come to accuse me of locking my neighbour out. On 2/5/2022 the neighbour cut down the garden again, I stayed inside and challenged her. She abused me using discriminatory narratives and because I recorded her, she reported me to Housing for Women. I was contacted about ASB. Refer to the letter for the ongoing discrimination, after the neighbour came in and smashed the glass again, when she opened the letter with threats from the H4W terrorists who set her up against me. I am a target of HMCTS and CPS and CJS to cover up discrimination and protecting LEYF.

There are times when I am unable to use my arms and fingers because of arthritis when the muscles collapse.

Because of tremors from Atypical Parkinsonism, arthritis and other conditions there is no guarantee I can be doing any of picking up or moving things.
Manual dexterity
I have problems with all if am triggered because I suffer with Chronic Anxiety. When triggered I am unable to carry out most actions with hands and fingers to do finer motor skills. I am unable to write my name if my life depends on it. Refer to diagnosis 2006.
Communicating – speaking, writing
When am triggered am unable to function? These are linked to the Atypical Parkinsonism that I do not have a diagnosis for. But I have experienced Childhood Traumas that affected me from my father was stricken with Parkinson’s disease. Hand tremors mean am unable to write and type. Making it difficult to do minute things like unlocking my phone to use or inserting the PIN to use my bank card. I am accused of SHOUTING when am trying to manage and control my conditions.
Communicating – Hearing and Reading
I am dyslexic and when triggered I am unable to function to understand what I hear or read as I am unable to process information. I rely on glasses for reading but if am emotional I might be able to see then.
Getting around safely
I am dyslexic and have the 5 traits. I get easily disorientated and have no sense of direction. I sometimes miss places I have been before. I have to prepare in advance and leave enough time to lost and find myself.
Controlling Bowels & Bladder
I managed and controlled my bowels and bladder until the discrimination affecting me after the death of my mother with dementia. Therefore, I must go back to my childhood for anyone to understand the PSYCHOLOGICAL impact of discrimination on my physical impairment. I wet the bed as a child and mum would threaten me. Although I diagnosed mum’s dementia, I did not know the impact on her and my families when I went home for my son’s wedding. What happened made me EMOTIONAL. Mum would spread the faeces all over her room. I used to make sure I go to her room during the night because when she wet herself, she stripped naked and curled up in the foetal position.
I have been an informal carer from my youngest sibling was born on 11/11/1966. But the most challenging aspects of my life was helping mum to care for dad and grandma who were bedridden. Gran used to have lose bowels and dad was constipated. I would see mum having to try help dad pass the faeces and helping her to clean up gran when I was left at home to do the caring whilst she went out to work after taking on the role of mother and father. During dad’s illness I have 2 sons and have the additional responsibilities of caring for my boys. I see mum use the razor blade to cut the dead flesh from dad’s body. When he died, he was pure skin and bones, the people who collected his body asked if he died long time. My story of discrimination is documented because of miscarriages of justice. At times now am unable to leave home because of my condition. But my husband is the one affected the most. He experienced STRESS INCONTINENCE where we have to get rid of the bed clothes. It affects me when he loses his DIGNITY and is ASHAMED of losing CONTROL.
Staying Conscious when Awake
I am diabetic and developed an Eating Disorder and there are days when I can’t even have any food pass my mouth. After counselling I realise mum and I shared similar MENTAL and PHYSICAL disabilities. There are times when I am unable to stay awake because of lack of sleep since discrimination that affected me. I feel like am going to faint when am walking and has to find somewhere to sit down. I am becoming increasingly PARANOID about my SAFETY on the road. I am carer for my 99-year-old HUSBAND who gets HYPOS and concerned for both of us. I only call the Ambulance when I am taking long to bring him around. But I will not call the Ambulance to my home again as all they do is try SECTION me under the Mental Health Act whenever I call for support.
Part 2: Mental, Cognitive and Intellectual Capabilities
In line with the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics and Section 60 this is a breach of my Human Rights asking me these questions. Because I managed and controlled my mental and physical impairments until I was denied my ENTITLEMENTS via the second miscarriages of justice by the Judiciary of England and Wales HMCTS. My Medical Reports document how I managed and controlled my disabilities to be employed at LEYF from 1/9/2009 after graduation from The Open University. I have a Chronic Anxiety diagnosis to do my Health & Social Care examination in 2006. This was because I do not have a medical diagnosis for Parkinson’s disease. I worked with the Health Care Professionals to manage my conditions. I experienced DEPRESSION after June O’Sullivan a former Mental Health Nurse sanctions discrimination. The data in my FILE is used and I have not received same FILE. LEYF say they have no data for me when I used Subject Access Request.
I am the victim of those using my disabilities to discriminate against me. Reasons Barclays take my money despite me having a “Care Plan”. Then destroy the CCTV footage and turned around accusing me of the mistreatment they used to close my account and left me in debt and struggling. After I was in the South London Press in 2004. I am targeted to trigger me by the SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION from HMCTS and CPS and CJS to cover for ABUSERS in the REVIEWS online during the ET case. That’s why FOS Emma Martin-Hamilton can get YouTube Legal Team to contact me after colluding with Barclays to scam me. CLCC vacated the claims. DWP stopped my benefits.
Awareness of Hazards or Danger
I saw a Facebook Memories where I wrote about an “Outer Body” experience after doing the “Eye Test” and the impact which must be taken into consideration. I am not always safe because if am triggered am in danger. I have become the target of my neighbour who broke the door glass twice. I was left exposed to danger for over a week the first time by the Housing for Women TERRORISTS. I have had splinters from the board used to cover the area where the glass was in my hand. And slinters from the glass in my foot.
I had to live with a defective radiator for over a year before it was replaced. The back garden is an “Environmental Health” HAZARD from the hurricane in February. There are nails protruding from the broken fence. I am unable to cut the grass from where the broken fence is and the nails are getting embedded. I averted a Grenfell Tower here and have to asked for exposed electrical pipes to be covered.
Starting and Finishing Tasks
I have lost the ability to carry out day to day activities over the past 8 years. I have been adversely affected after COVID-19. I am unable to care for myself that I learned from an early age. If my husband needed care like my mum who had dementia, I would not be able to cope. He is doing the caring for me most of the time. 7

My online profile must be used to access how much discrimination has impacted on my coping with social situations. I am becoming fearful of going out in case I am accused of ASB. It has become worse since I was kicked out of the UEL, then the Elephant & Castle HUB Choir. Now Pembroke House starts playing games to accuse me of inappropriate behaviours.

I must refer to my Social Media and websites to answer this question about how discrimination impacted on me. Because I have been used by others and am now made a voiceless, vulnerable, victim hence having to fill this questionnaire by those that tried to wipe my JOURNAL of the data it holds from 8 years ago. I was made a CRIMINAL needing ERT to deny me my ENTITLEMENTS. I get judged, stereotyped and provoked to act out of character and trigger me. My brother died in jail. I am labelled because of my disabilities. Recent incidents at the UEL left me seeking answers for why Richard Harty panicked and called my mobile on 27/9/2021. The answer must be he is the mastermind of Men in Childcare and I did “A Voice of a Child” research for June O’Sullivan in August 2011. After I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson’s “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS. I was threatened by UEL Mary Mitchison to remove my video proof of Richard Harty call to my mobile. PC Conway was sent to my home by UEL on 21/10/2021 re another malicious report that I said I was feeling suicidal on 5/10/2021 when I was forced off UEL campus. He called my mobile when I was at Peckham Women’s Space meeting Gillian McTaggart about ERT.
The same date I went to Barclays and my money was taken. When I went back to complete the transaction on the 5/10/2021 I was locked in the bank for over an hour waiting for the Police to come MURDER me. The CCTV was destroyed and FOS colluded with Barclays to scam me. Then sent letters of threats about Court and get YouTube Legal Team to contact me. I no longer trust my neighbour and Housing for Women that target me.
Behaving Appropriately
This must be answered with due diligence that is merited to show how Mervelee Myers is the victim of SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION. When I did not become HCT Impact Report 2016 of 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment. My husband and I are 600,000 older people in the UK say they leave their home once per week or less.
It is not my fault if others chose to discriminate and get offended when I challenge the hate crimes.

Part 3: Eating or Drinking
Discrimination caused Eating Disorder I am at risk of having HYPOS or even a STROKE. There are days when I don’t get any food down me. I have to make smoothies because my stomach not taking any food.
Sharing information about Health Condition
This is another breach of the Equality Act 2010 Section 60. Since my GP and other Health Professionals already have access to data about my health conditions and how it affects my ability to work. I did not chose to work this was forced on me by discrimination that taken away my ENTITLEMENTS. I am a carer for my husband and have not worked since I resigned with a “Nervous Breakdown” on the 27/9/2015. So why 8 years later the DWP chose to trigger my PTSD with this questionnaire. After my benefit was stopped by PEOPLE at Universal Credit and the DWP? I don’t need to give permission the DWP should have contacted them in the first place. However, I don’t TRUST them because Dr. Joanna Pennac failed to fill forms correctly for the UEL. Then accused me of SHOUTING during a telephone consultation when she did not have my FILE to hand.
How DWP uses information
The DWP is treating me like LEYF did when I transferred to BIB and was to work in the Baby Room with a Nursery Assistant for my Supervisor. The person who stopped my benefit is the same one who tried to wipe my JOURNAL. I did not just apply for benefit and therefore, this is DISCRIMINATION and breach of the Equality Act Protected Characteristics and Section 60.
Face-to-face assessment
I reserve the right not to attend a Face-to-face assessment away from my home based on information I provided in the Questionnaire. I am carer for my 99-year-old husband who must be present at any assessment. He is TRAUMATISED.
The fact that I self-referred when allegations were made against me in 2008 means I should not be going through this TERRORISM by DWP in 2022. I have made myself available to get treatment as can be verified by the information provided herein.
I will definitely state that I will only agree to a “Home Visit”.
I need my assessment recorded and I am given a copy.

Because of the nature of my DISABILITIES DWP has breached the Equality Act Protected Characteristic and Section 60. After 8 years I was forced on benefit re DISCRIMINATION. It was not my choice not to work and I did training after writing “Open Letter” to Prime Minister David Cameron in 2015.

I had not provided “Sick Notes” before except for doing whatever need doing in the JOURNAL. But then I was prevented from submitting information.

Why did DWP not sent the Questionnaire electronically to the JOURNAL like they did the letter informing of it? Where do I get money to photocopy it? I will word Process and share in the Public Domain inline with GDPR and Charter of Rights. Since DWP set out to entrap me from 2015 when I applied why was my benefit stopped in April because I refuse to be caught out by SCAMMERS? How do I know this is not to TRIGGER me? I am in debt because of Barclays and SCAMMERS and lost out on April to July because of discrimination by DWP and UC. I was threated with EVICTION over the phone by Peju Awoye who then hang up the phone on me. Sometimes I phone up to get advice and ended up having someone hanging up on me. Mervelee Ratty Nembhard-Myers-Tomlinson came to Great Britain from Jamaica to settle the second time after visiting to find out if I could manage to live in this country. I was inspired to make use of the opportunity to settle in the UK because of my English Teacher, at Frome Secondary School, Ms. Anderson.
I did not reach my individual potential because my “Childhood Traumas” developed from my father was stricken by Parkinson’s disease. But I did not let my deficits and limitations restrict me from making the most of my chances to gain the best education available.
I was educated at Basic School attached to the Baptist Church. The Townhead Primary School was across from where my mother was born. This was where I was taught to develop the resilience to cope with the life I was blessed with. The Frome Secondary School was located where my father worked when he walked from St Elizabeth to Westmoreland to find work and settle. After getting pregnant my Form Teacher Mr. Felix Rose advised me to go back to studying and I attended “Evening Classes” at Mannings High School.
I was a Basic School Teacher that built on my early beginning of being a carer from the date my youngest sibling was born and my father hand him to me to hold so mum could rest. The foundation for my passion for working with younger children was formed when I was at home, not working and my cousin Candy Gooden told the Head Teacher of the Townhead Primary School to send and call me to offer me the job.
I worked as a “Contract Cleaner” all over London and was searching for the consistency, familiarity, and continuity of having a steady job to go to. I was working at the BBC in White City when I discovered the “Workplace Nursery” and enrolled at Lambeth College. I had done a “Care Assistant” course in 1996 and realised I would not be able to take on the job of caring full time because of my “Personal Experiences” of being an informal carer from the age of 7 years old when my brother was born.
My Book has been in the making since 2017 after I experienced the second nervous breakdown losing my mother to dementia that I diagnosed. Studies at Lambeth College and the Open University empowered me to become the advocate challenging the discrimination resulting in the two miscarriages of justice that changed my prospects after the death of my mother. My stories are documented online.
Joined Facebook in the Summer of 2009 and have a following with 18 Pages. Despite Facebook’s attempts to block me out, I have a presence. My https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site was started on Facebook before taking it to Google My Business.

Our goal is for every person with MS who is eligible for Sativex to be able to access it ‑ and although we’re off to a strong start, we have a long way to go to make this a reality. For clarification, I was referred to https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/record-retention-and-disposition-schedules when I applied for a Subject Access Request.
More than 130,000 people in the UK live with MS, and thousands of them experience daily muscle spasms. These can be painful, debilitating and may make it impossible to manage everyday activities such as working, walking, and eating. MM Updates 2021: I was prescribed Valium to help me cope with the Childhood Traumas resulting in tremors. I had a Chronic Anxiety diagnosis in July 2006 because I do not have a Medical Diagnosis for Parkinson’s disease to be proof of my disabilities for my Health & Social Care exam for the www.open.ac.uk. I was sponsored by http://unison.org.uk which later abandoned me to represent myself at the Employment Tribunal. In 2017 UNISON overturned the Government ET Law for employees to pay fees to take their employers to the ET. The response from UNISON was my case was closed. Since launching our Approved but Denied campaign in August, we’ve been overwhelmed by the scale of support we have received. Mervelee Myers survivor of Childhood Traumas has made my life an “Open Book” providing a support network for anyone who might benefit from knowing my story and how giving up was never an option at any stages of my transition. I am proud to style myself as an expert authority on subjects from the cradle for many reasons. The reasons are documented via my oral, written, and participation in research from the time my father was stricken with Parkinson’s disease. To represent me at the Employment Tribunals when I was abandoned by the unions, I paid my money on two occasions.
The fact that allegations were used to trigger my PTSD after bereavement and losses in toxic workplaces is one of the key factors for getting my findings of Richard Harty of the University Of East London. And his links with the CEO of LEYF Nurseries June O’Sullivan. I carried out “A Voice of a Child” research for June O’Sullivan in August 2010, whilst working at Luton Street Community Nursery. Therefore, Mervelee Myers decided to get off the conveyor belt of discrimination and the “Cycle of Grief” keeping me a prisoner with a criminal record with Emotional Regulation Treatment entrapment to last until weeks before my husband’s 100th birthday in 2023.

My name is Mervelee Myers and I have seen your advert in the Windrush Playback Theatre Group. I have applied for the post, but I think if I contact you directly and have you hear my story and that of my 100 year old husband, you will help me with using our experiences to heal. I consider myself an “Expert Authority on Subjects from the Cradle to the Grave”.
I have not worked coming up 10 years and the money is not the main reasons I am applying. This opportunity will help me and my husband to heal from the TRAUMAS of 10 years. The old saying “Once a Man twice a Child” is relevant to my situation. If you can find it in your heart to help me, get on the “Panel” this will help me to support others.
I am hoping to incorporate my experiences of being TRAUMATISED from my father was stricken with Parkinson’s and the impact of disabilities on my life and that of my family. I was a teenage mother with a son who did not talk early. My father reassured me his condition was family related. He was misdiagnosed as deaf and dumb. I had to deal with the labelling and stigmas.
My work as a graduate of Lambeth College and the Open University as well as being a Basic School Teacher in Jamaica empowered me to use my knowledge and experiences in helping children and their families.
My grandson is 2+ years old and not talking, same as his father. I am trying to set up online to help him and others. I will be grateful if you can include me on the Parent Panel. I come with a wealth of personal experiences and additional knowledge as an EYFS coordinator, SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator.
I believe if I reach out to you personally, you will understand better than if I just applied.

Hi Mervelee, This week, we’ve two updates from events we’ve hosted and visited. We held a social event for the members of our Cancer Insights Panels and from the positive feedback, and building on last years social meetup at The Crick Institute, were looking to make this an annual event. Three members of our team went along to this years Early Detection of Cancer Conference. This was also attended by network members who were invited to co-create a session that focused on the impact and importance of involving people affected by cancer in research and to have this conversation as early as possible. November is Lung Cancer Awareness Month and were continuing to make progress thanks to our supporters, researchers, and clinicians. Our updated article highlights our impact in this area and the ways weve influenced progress in lung cancer.

Cancer Insights Panel Social We hosted our first-ever hybrid social event for members of our Cancer Insights Panels. It was organised to recognise their contributions and provide an opportunity to meet and connect with other panel members and staff in person. We were delighted to welcome 21 members in person and 13 attending the event online. The agenda included both interactive elements as well as opportunities for the panel members to hear directly from heads and directors working in different areas of Cancer Research UK. Most in-person attendees were able to join us for an evening meal which gave a further opportunity to informally socialise. Feedback from panel members included saying that the day had made them more motivated. They valued the experience of meeting people also affected by cancer, it felt supportive because everyone talked openly about their experiences.
Were delighted to receive the overwhelming level of positive feedback so will be making social meet-ups an annual event. Read the full story

Fact the Police failed to contact me after Santander set us up to be robbed is of grave concerns. But they came to my house after another malicious report and leave my husband dying. If I did not get home when I did on the 25/11/2023 my husband would have died home alone from a HYPO.

I have read and noted the email trail with Brixton Police.
I recently learnt why my husband is TRAUMATISED by the TERRORISM of those colluding with http://www.leyf.org.uk in their plots to make me be the victim of HCT Impact Report 2016 of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with unemployment. When I did not commit SUE-DECIDE my husband and I are 600,000 older people in the UK say they leave their home once per week or less.
Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson was at his job working for Southwark Council in East Street when a black man beat upa white man’s wife. The White man stabbed the black man dead. Another White man targeted Mr Tomlinson and broke his jaw.
Another interesting story is Mr Tomlinson has a small illusion of one day becoming a property tycoon. Can you imagine when I get a TEAM to help me produce “OUR STORY” the impact this will make.

Housing For Women get Contractors to TERRORISE me Monday 13/11/2023
Contractor turned up at my home, gained entrance to the Communal Door with keys I was asked to give H4W to knock on my door to do work inside my house on Monday 13/11/2023. I explained to the Contractor the reasons I was recording for Safeguarding.
Refer to email customer.service@h4w.co.uk on the 10/11/2023 at 11:51. Based on the Injunction that I am to give access to ALL who H4W think fit to come to my home to carry out TERRORISM against me. I have raised concerns am not SAFE in my home after I was beaten by the Police on 30/11/2020 and thereafter made a CRIMINAL needing Emotional Regulation Treatment. Hence the reason set out to treat me as a CRIMINAL to cover their tracks.
I was visited by Samantha Gibbs on the 12/01/2023 with a MAN who tried to ASSAULT me at my door. The Police took ages to turn up and accused me.
A malicious report was made to the Police about an incident happened at Alma Grove on 10/01/2023. I will add the information about that.

The Met Police continuing the RACISM identified in MPS Crime Reference Number: 3034363/23 Date: 20 October 2023 Addressed to Mr. Arnold Tomlinson 16a-16b Alma Grove London SE1 5PY is clear case of DISCRIMINATION. Mr. Tomlinson is not registered at my address.
The Met Police has not contacted me via letters as was done with Mr. Tomlinson.
The Met Police contacted me via telephone to provide information about the incident on the 19th October 2023. I am still waiting to hear from the Police.
So why did PC James Murphy visited my home on the 25th October 2023?
The actions by Members of the Met Police must be equated to TERRORISM that can be proven online.
Does the Met Police expect Mr. Tomlinson to access SUPPORT based on information in the letter Dated: 20th October 2023? Fact is clear that the Met Police is involved in a case of VENDETTA and HATE CRIMES against Mervelee Myers and Arnold Tomlinson in breach of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. This is just a SUMMARY of my experiences of HATE CRIMES from the above mentioned after Deborah Agnes Gilchrist broke the glass to the Communal Door on the 13th December 2021. The HORRORS played out from then until I was visited at home on 26th January 2023 whilst celebrating my mother’s 99th birthday. Since I started keeping a DEFENSIVE PRACTICE I have been recording and doing LIVE whenever possible. Let the world see who is/are the CRIMINALS needing ERT and the VIOLENT NUISANCE.
