I am still unhappy because as a result of raising concerns about the SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION against my husband and I, I am now being PENALISED by the NHS going back to when I worked at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Mapother House Workplace Nursery 2003-2008. During one of the most difficult period in my life, I was removed from Nexus Health Group after Dr Joanna Pennack acted unprofessionally in preparing a Medical Report to help with my case when the Housing Association served me with POSSESSION LETTER in July 2023. As well as the way my husband and I were treated at Kings College Hospital on the 6th April 2024, I had to be dealing with the GASLIGHTING from individuals and organisations and the Legal Systems SOLICITORS representing me, colluding with the Courts and Housing Association trying to make out I do not have CAPACITY by falsifying my Medical Records. I registered at Silverlock Medical Centre and because I refused to take RESPIREDONE that Dr Phil Gregory prescribed, I was made an INACTIVE PATIENT on the 5th December 2024 when I showed up for my Blood Test Review. Dr Phil Gregory and Nurse Hawa Oweh showed up at my home on the 21st November 2024 unannounced. I assumed this was to INJECT me to carry out the NHS plots that I have identified to support the Housing Association POSSESSION and COMMITAL Proceedings that are in the Courts. I have since had correspondence of THREATS from INDIVIDUAL and NHS Organisations. Dr Phil Gregory got YouTube to remove videos proving his UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT when he called my mobile. Dr Peter Ocansey and Georgina replaced Dr Phil Gregory and Nurse Hawa Oweh turning up at my home unannounced twice. I realised that Dr Peter Ocansey is in contact with the Solicitor the same as Dr Phil Gregory. The aim is to say I don’t have CAPACITY to let the Housing Association IMPRISON and EVICT me. I registered at Acorn and Gamount Surgery and the same happened when I was sent message to book appointment about my Blood Test Results. I was made an INACTIVE PATIENT again. I asked for the results of my Blood Test to give to the Dentist who is trying to save the teeth I have left. Twice I have done Blood Test and refused the results. I asked for the results to be sent to me, if I am not allowed on the premises. I was told I would get a letter from the NHS. On the 17th February I was in a CRISIS and called the AMBULANCE. CAD 0902 – The Ambulance Professionals contacted the SURGERY and was told that LOOK OUT FOR EMAIL/CALL FROM PATIENT CARE SERVICES REFERRING ME TO THE SPECIAL ALLOCATION SYSTEM. ONCE YOU ARE REGISTERED WITH THEM TELL THEM ABOUT ONGOING SHAKING AND HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE ISSUES. The fact that Dr Peter Ocansey and Georgina turned up later, is proof there is a PLOT to SECTION Me under the Mental Health Act. Attempts have been made on my life to SECTION, MURDER and KIDNAP me between 30th October 2017 – 17 February 2025 when Dr Peter Ocansey showed up unannounced again. I have my evidence to prove my arguments about why I have been referred to PATIENT CARE SERVICES/SPECIAL ALLOCATION SERVICES from December and no efforts made for me to REGISTER. The world will be informed of how a DISABLED NHS PENSIONER who cared for my HUSBAND for 10 years is now a VICTIM of the NHS as soon as he died, NEGLECTED on BYRON ward where I was MANHANDLED. If I was not a STRONG JAMAICAN WOMAN, I would be HCT Group Impact Report 2016 statistics of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with UNEMPLOYMENT. When I did not commit SUICIDE, my husband and I became 600,000 older people in the UK say they get out of the house once a week or less. The fact I am PUBLIC will put the NHS to shame because of what is happening to me at 16 Alma Grove where I am a VICTIM. I am a PRISONER in the home I got because of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE where Met Police and London Ambulance Service is sent on MALICIOUS CALL OUTS about my MENTAL HEALTH. None of the ISSUES I raised in my COMPLAINT were addressed. Instead, the main COMPLAINT of Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust was WHITEWASHED like when I represented myself at the Employment Tribunals. Because of the nature of my COMPLAINT and subsequent OUTCOME, I want to put on record that as a result of my taking KINGS to the Employment Tribunal, I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson’s research paper for the Policy Studies Institute The Experience of Multiple Discrimination recommended to ACAS. My involvement in RESEARCH and FUNDRAISING will make it IMPORTANT to ACT before the WORLD gets hold of this. Because I posted videos online that were viewed by 700K persons. I have platforms where I can publish the stories that make the founder of the NHS Nye Bevan “No society can legitimately call itself civilised if a sick person is denied medical aid because of lack of means. As the face of Windrush 70 let me mention that MARCUS GARVEY was pardoned stated “If we as people realised the greatness from which we came we would be less likely to disrespect ourselves”. I will be starting my series of PODCASTS, it’s up to the NHS if they want to be portrayed in the NEGITIVE light of Gayle Lewis of PALS or the 23 years old Jake who visited my home on 17th February 2025 to help care for me. Because the NHS think it’s OK to try make out I do not have CAPACITY to cover up their roles in the MISCARRIAGES OF JUSTICE AGAINST ME AND MY HUSBAND. I am COPYING from here. The impacts started at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust 2003-2008 when I had the first nervous breakdown after the death of my brother with “Colon Cancer”. Information can be found in Dr Maria Hudson’s research paper. I had to start my career from the bottom of the ladder because of blacklisting and networking back then. Move forward and Dr Joanna Pennack failed to fill my DISABILITY FORM correctly for the UEL. This reinforces the STEREOTYPE why Richard Harty kicked me out of the UEL to cover up MIC at LEYF. The fact I had raised concerns at Kings about children at risks from UNQUALIFIED STAFF, I am sure with NEGLIGENCE identified in the cases where the NHS acting UNPROFESSIONALLY resulted in DEATH of INNOCENT persons. I am living in a situation where I am not SAFE. Members of the NHS named are party to attempts to SECTION, MURDER and KIDNAP me. To use my MENTAL HEALTH against me in denying me MEDICAL AID will get the world talking… The impacts lasted from I had the first nervous breakdown to getting MANHANDLED. The NEGLECT of my HUSBAND will never go away. The fact that I had the first High Blood Pressure after I was sent POSSESSION letter is another factor. But my son who came here to support me is affected with High Blood Pressure because he is SCARED about what can happen to his mother. My husband was HEALTHY until 3 months before he died. The DISCRIMINATION by the NHS is responsible for his early demise. The fact that there is information online about this COMPLAINT will cause the world to take stock of what is happening to the Windrush Generation. My contributions to the NHS as an EMPLOYEE will be identified. I have had counselling at the Maudsley that is now party to the DISCRIMINATION. I am a participant in research: Employment, Mental Health, Diabetes and was asked to do a video to encourage the BAME Community to take the COVID-19 Vaccine. I am a fundraiser and volunteer.
It is time the NHS stop acting UNPROFESSIONALLY when concerns are raised to help them improve practices. Instead of covering up their UNPROFESSIONALISM in the REPORTS that was sent to me. Dr Maria Hudson’s research paper was not acted on. The fact that the impact on my health left me VULNERABLE is another factor. But worse of all to deny a DISABLED NHS PENSIONER, Medical Aid and COLLUDING to use my MENTAL HEALTH against me will be made PUBLIC. I will celebrate my husband’s birthday with the card I got from the King and Queen for International Women’s Day. Maybe Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and all parties might want to contribute. I am expecting an APOLOGY and COMPENSATION.

I would like to offer you and your family my deepest condolences at what I imagine is still an extraordinarily difficult time with the sad loss of your husband. While we appreciate feedback from our patients and their relatives, I must address the language used in your correspondence. It is important for us to maintain a respectful and constructive dialogue that fosters understanding and resolution, and I believe that the tone of your complaint did not align with this principle. I hope I can reassure you that your complaint has been investigated fully. Your complaint was shared with Dr Dan Wilson, Clinical Director, and Ms Felicia Kwaku, Head of Nursing, who are responsible for monitoring the quality of care within the Acute Specialty Medicine Care Group. Matron Yamu Njie, Patricia Ikhena, Ward Leader Byron Ward, Dr Ambika Irving, Byron Ward Consultant, and the Security Team at King’s College Hospital have investigated your concerns, and it is with this information that I am responding to you. I have addressed your concerns in line with how you have raised them. Your husband was admitted on 9th March 2024, with generalised weakness, hypothermia, and confusion. On reviewing Mr Tomlinson in the Emergency Department (ED), it was noted he was confused and therefore not able to provide a good clinical history. He was transferred to Annie Zunz Ward and later moved to Byron Ward on 10th March 2024. During a visit whilst on Byron Ward you found Mr Tomlinson sliding out of bed and were alarmed that the nurse did not seem to notice. I am very sorry for the distress caused; this is not the practice we expect from our staff. Staff are expected to regularly check on patients especially those unable to independently manage their activities of daily living. This would include repositioning the patient, checking their toileting needs, and offering drinks. My sincere apologies that this did not happen on 2 3446 this occasion. This has been discussed at daily handovers on the ward since your complaint, to reiterate to staff the need for regular checks on patients who need additional support. I am sorry that you felt the situation required you to video events on Byron Ward. Family and carers should have confidence that our staffs are providing appropriate, patient-centred care at all times which should include adequate supervision. I apologise if you felt that this was not the case in this instance. You mentioned that the nurse looking after Mr Tomlinson became abusive to you when you started filming him. I am sorry that you felt the nurse responded inappropriately. As part of the investigation, the nurse was interviewed, and CCTV was reviewed. During the interview with the nurse, he explained that he felt uncomfortable being filmed hence requested for you to stop filming and delete the video. No combative behaviour was evident on the part of the nurse. The nurse went on to explain that he was concerned that your recording might breach the privacy and dignity of other patients on the ward. It is appropriate for our staff to advocate for other patients. Since he felt uneasy, he reported the issue to Betty, the Nurse in Charge. Recording our staff without their consent constitutes a breach of our policies regarding privacy and recording in our facility. We take the privacy and rights of our employees very seriously, and such actions are not permissible. We kindly ask that you refrain from recording any staff members in the future and respect their privacy. Betty arrived at Mr Tomlinson’s bedside to ensure he was more comfortable and made an attempt to diffuse the situation. Unfortunately, this led to an altercation between you and Betty. Other nursing staff reported that you were raising your voice, and they were concerned about the other patients in the room. Speaking with Nurse Betty, she explained that she was unable to de-escalate the situation. NNurse Betty does not recall shouting at you, but does remember asking you to calm down. You asked her to leave the room. In order to respect your request, she did so but, for the safety of her staff and patients, she had to contact Security to ask for their support. The care group is undertaking a review of incidents where staff escalate to Security in order to diffuse situations. They have identified that the escalation process for these situations needs to be clearer and shared with our staff. The staff directly involved on this occasion have been reminded that this could have been handled differently. A call to more senior nursing staff on duty would have been more appropriate before involving security staff. I apologise that this was not considered at the time as it may have resolved things sooner. Encounter with Security You raised concerns about the security staff’s response when they assisted you to leave the hospital premises. I am sorry that you felt you were manhandled. However, after carefully reviewing the footage captured by the body-worn video cameras (BWVCs) worn by our security staff, it is evident that they maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the incident. Despite facing personal and derogatory remarks from you, including racist comments directed towards them and accusations 3 3446 of being a paedophile, the security staff remained composed and focused on their responsibilities. The footage clearly depicts the security staff calmly explaining to you the reasons for their intervention and subsequent request for you to leave, which was initiated at the request of the nursing staff due to their concerns regarding your behaviour. After initially walking off the ward, you stopped, so two security staff briefly assisted you to move forward by holding your arms. When you refused to cooperate, they promptly released their hold upon reaching the lift lobby, allowing you to proceed unaided into the lift. Additionally, the security staff can be heard confirming with nursing staff, prior to you leaving, that your departure would not impact the patient’s care, ensuring that the situation was handled with consideration for all involved parties. Furthermore, when you were in the lift lobby, you mentioned leaving your coat in the patient’s room, the security staff promptly retrieved it from the nursing staff and returned it to you without any indication of interference or theft. We are sorry that you felt discriminated against or harassed, the security staff aimed to ensure your safety, the safety of your husband, and the ward staff. It has been reported that you used inappropriate language, including racist slurs, which is completely unacceptable. We are committed to maintaining a respectful and inclusive environment for our employees, patients, and their relatives. Such language not only violates our policies but also undermines the values we stand for as an organisation. We ask that you refrain from using any form of discriminatory language in the future. Discharge arrangements Mr Tomlinson was first seen by the consultant Dr Irving on Byron Ward on 14th March and you were contacted by her later that day. You confirmed that you wanted Mr Tomlinson to come home for end-of-life care and so this remained the plan from the ward team. The occupational therapy team spoke to you again on 18th March to confirm your understanding of the plan for discharge. On 20th March, the team were told the existing package of care had been cancelled on Mr Tomlinson’s admission to King’s and so the team sent a new request for care to Southwark Social Services. This was for two carers to come four times per day, which is the maximum support social services can offer. On 22nd March the ward staff received a call from your husband’s social worker to say she had spoken with you. The social worker asked the ward team to contact you as she was worried that you seemed overwhelmed by the situation and the discharge plans. Dr Irving called you later that day to go through your concerns and you expressed that the equipment that had been ordered had not yet arrived, but that also you were not happy for your husband to remain at home on his own in case 4 3446 you needed to go out to attend appointments. Dr Irving suggested a care home as an alternate place of care in this case and you agreed this may be more suitable for you. A decision was therefore made for Mr Tomlinson to be fast-tracked (an urgent request for a place to be found) to a nursing home the following week; both you and Trevor (Mr Tomlinson’s son) were in agreement. The paperwork for the Fast Track was sent on 26th March. The ward were asked to provide some more information before the funding was approved. This was sorted out by Dr Irving. The fast-track paperwork was approved on 28th March. The team awaited feedback about which nursing homes had availability. On 3rd April, Mr Tomlinson deteriorated, and it was felt he was in the last days of his On 3rd April, Mr Tomlinson deteriorated, and it was felt he was in the last days of his life. Tower Bridge care home was due to assess him that day. Trevor was updated that Mr Tomlinson may not be well enough to transfer, and the chaplain was contacted. On 4th April the clinical team contacted you and explained that Mr Tomlinson was likely approaching the last days of his life. It was explained that Tower Bridge care home had felt Mr Tomlinson was too unwell for transfer and that he was at high risk of deteriorating, perhaps dying, in transport if he was moved at that point. You understood this and acknowledged that Mr Tomlinson was likely “no longer aware of his surroundings” and would not have wanted to die in transport. It was agreed that if your husband remained stable, then the team could always restart discussions with the care home with a view to discharging him there if he stabilised. You were happy with this plan and said you were due to visit later that day. Mr Tomlinson did not become more stable and sadly passed away at 06:30hrs on 8th April. The nurses tried to reach you several times by telephone finally contacting you at 10:29hrs to inform you of Mr Tomlinson’s passing; you said you would come to the ward as soon as possible. Later that morning at 11:58hrs the ward manager tried contacting you but there was no answer on any of your known contact numbers. Mr Tomlinson’s son was at his father’s bedside, and he advised the team of other contact details. Three alternative numbers were provided and tried but they either reached voicemail or failed to connect. In most circumstances, deceased patients are moved off the ward after a short interval. You did not want Mr Tomlinson to move from the ward to the chapel of rest until you could say goodbye. Once you arrived you were able to spend some time with your husband. Palliative Care input The palliative care team are not routinely involved in all fast-track discharges and do not always see all patients approaching the end of their lives. Your husband’s Advance Care Plan had been updated by the consultant on the ward and there was

However, when he deteriorated on the 3rd/4th April, a referral was sent to the inpatient palliative care team. They undertook a remote review when they triaged the referral. They noted that his end-of-life symptoms were being well managed by the team on Byron Ward and they did not have any other input at that stage. They were happy with the ongoing plans to support Mr Tomlinson for end-of-life care in the hospital at that point. They would likely have reviewed your husband on Monday 8th April; however, he died in the early hours of that day. We are sorry that we were not able to support your late husband’s return home for end-of-life care. All efforts were made to allow this to happen with the correct equipment, care package, and support. We also appreciate that caring for someone at home even with lots of support can be very stressful and we fully understand the need for you to ask for a change of plan. The Byron Ward team worked with you and Mr Tomlinson’s son, Trevor (who both hold LPA for health and finances) and you both agreed that the plan should change to transferring him to a nursing home for end-of-life care. The team were not aware at any stage that you wished for this plan to revert back to a discharge home. We would like to thank you for taking the time to highlight your concerns. We aim to give our patients the best possible treatment and we are sorry your experience has not been entirely positive. Please be assured that we take your concerns seriously and will continue to monitor the quality of the care that we provide at King’s College Hospital. This Report is not FACTUAL but the imagination of a very SICK INDIVIDUAL who turned up at my house with his African Hench Woman to carry out their plans dictated by those set out to destroy me. But they were in for a SHOCK. I was recording and have a VISITOR.
Compressive left common peroneal nerve palsy (2024, resolved) Lumbar back pain Type 2 diabetes mellitus (2018). Arthritis. Sciatica. High cholesterol (2022).
I met with Ms Myers in clinic at Marina House today alongside her allocated care coordinator, Hawa Oweh (CPN).
Background
Ms Myers is a 65-year-old female, not previously known to the Southwark Older Adult CMHT, however previously under working age mental health services. MM Response: I have been to Marina House on 2 occasions for ASSESSMENT. Ms Myers was referred to our team by Dennis Kamara, a mental health nurse in primary care. He requested for an assessment of diagnosis and treatment options, with information that Ms Myers has a long history of low mood and anxiety with some previous underlying trauma and recent stressors including her housing association taking her to court and ongoing disputes with her neighbours. MM Response: Dr. Phil Gregory will face an INQUIRY about this Medical Report/Assessment.
The following information about Ms Myers’s mental health background is taken from available electronic mental health records. MM Response: Once again those responsible will be charged for breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics.
Ms Myers’ mental health records date back to 2017 where there is a Merlin report from police with concern about Ms Myers struggling with her mental health following a tribunal, with also a mention of her receiving previous support from the Maudsley. MM Response: Dr Phil Gregory will be charged for GROSS PROFFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT and MEDICAL GASLIGHTING MISOGYNY. Because District Judge Bell ordered a Psychiatric Assessment in the claim: K02CL827. Dr. Phil Gregory seems to be focusing on his agenda to take away my IDENTITY and replace me with the person he wants to create from his own warped MIND. How come he is not aware of my Medical Records for my Chronic Anxiety diagnosis on the 18th July 2006. For my Open University Health and Social Care examination.
This however doesn’t appear to have been followed by input from secondary mental health care. MM Response: Dr. Phil Gregory who has his own agenda should have remembered me telling him about Winsome Duncan Claim: F22YM276 District Judge Bell transferred to CLCC for Designated Civil Judge. Date: 10 December 2019. Who was groomed by Barrister Ryan Clement Ref: Myers/011119/NICEACK/AD Court Enforcement Services. Winsome Duncan was groomed to find vulnerable black people for them to scam. In 2021 there are a number of contacts with the crisis line and referrals to CMHT (working age), outlining concerns about low mood, anxiety and suicidal thoughts for the past 7 years since her mother passed away. MM Response: All this I assume is part of Dr. Phil Gregory DILUSIONAL MINDSET that is similar to Deborah Agnes Gilchrist. Reference: 1. Richard Harty call to mobile on 27th September 2021 and events after. When I was kicked out of the University of East London. The call was recorded and can be found on YouTube. 2. Matter with Barclays Bank on the same date that Richard Harty called me. 3. Visiting the GP Surgery at Decima Street to collect corrected Medical Report of Dr. Joanna Pennack. 4. 5. Series of events in October starting with Barclays locking me inside in over an hour waiting for the Police whilst my account was close. 6. Contacts from UEL and Richard Harty kicking me out of the UEL. 7. Contacts from Met Police who were contacted by the UEL. 7. Ms. Gilchrist breaking the glass to the “Communal Door” on the 3th December 2021.
Other contributory factors noted included the death of a neighbour the previous year MM Response: I can write a BOOK about my neighbour Esther aka TESS Oliver. I think I should do this to honour her CONTRIBUTIONS as a white lady from Scotland who experienced Mental Health issues. Being charged with criminal damage and attending court in April 2021. MM Response: Now why did Dr. Phil Gregory squeeze this information here? We must look at the Channel 4 News about the Seventh Day Adventist Church and the resignation of the Bishop of the Church of England. We have to reference the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin who I meet at the Housing for Women AGM in April 2014. After saying my final goodbyes to my mother in Jamaica. The Criminal Damage came about after Holly Sweeney P255654 and Nikki Wright P240060 and Harry Stack P255641 and Ben Godfrey P25582 came to murder me under cover of www.leyf.org.uk Margaret Horn Lecture on the 30th November 2020 to say I commit SUICIDE.
Ms Myers had also spoken about the death of her brother and developing depression and an eating disorder as a result of discrimination at work. MM Response: I would advise Dr. Phil Gregory to read the book I gave him IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE. As he is coming across as if he needs MEDICATION.
Another referral to CMHT in 2021 reportedly from Southwark council outlined concerns of Ms Myers feeling police were being sent to kill her. MM Response: I have no knowledge of this. However, it is a fact that the Metropolitan Police attempted to SECTION, MURDER and KIDNAP me between 30th October 2017 to 9th August 2024.
There was also a phone call from a mental health practitioner from the University of East London (student wellbeing service) expressing concerns about Ms Myers’ mental health and possible bizarre and paranoid behaviour. MM Response: I will deal with this as a separate issue for the benefit of safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults. After getting the concrete information the Richard Harty MIC was used for June O’Sullivan’s Drag Queen Storytellers. I conducted the “A Voice of a Child” research project for June O’Sullivan at Luton Street Community Nursery in August 2011. The year I was published in the Nursery World Magazine and Sky News visited on the 5th September 2011. The Cost of Childcare. I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson’s “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS.
In 2022 Ms Myers was assessed following a GP referral by the Southwark Assessment & Liaison Team. MM Response: I have no knowledge of this.
This assessment noted mental health difficulties appearing to commence in 2014 when Ms Myers was reportedly persecuted in her place of work, having worked as an early year’s practitioner. MM Response: Dr. Phil Gregory will be exposed for his IMPOSTER SYNDROME and the DEFAMTION of Mervelee Myers. I was never assessed by Southwark Assessment & Liaison Team.
It was reported that Ms Myers was being accused by her nursery in Southwark of being ‘uncooperative, rude and confrontational’, and was under investigation, and then left due to ill health. MM Response: Once again Dr. Phil Gregory will be charged for spreading POPOGANDA about Mervelee Myers.
Following this, she received 12 sessions of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at the Maudsley. MM Response: MM will go into this in more details for research purposes. As I am on RADAR-CNS with Dr. Faith Matcham of Kings College London. I did 2 years Mental Health research at Kings College London.
Following this, Ms Myers had reported not being able to gain paid employment, MM Response: As previously concluded Dr. Phil Gregory seems to want to use me to further his career and has already set his AGENDA of an OUTCOME.
But had worked voluntarily in mental health research, MM Response: No, I did not work in any Mental Health research. I was a participant. However, I had my own website created from scratch http://www.myvision.org.uk that was stolen in 2022 by Guy Lawful and Mark Upton. I created Community HUBS on Social Media where I write about Subjects from the Cradle to the Grave. All of which have been suspended or DISABLED. Reasons I cannot afford for YouTube Cyberbullying CRIMINALS to terminate my channels.
Been involved in various organisations and online podcasts, MM Response: So why did HMCTS allowed Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP to get the unlawful injunction with threats of IMPRISONMENT and EVICTION?
Was also featured in a book about Windrush. MM Response: No, Dr. Phil Gregory you need to take your MEDICATION if you do not SUBSTANCE abuse like Deborah Agnes Gilchrist.
Ms Myers had reported an incident of the police in 2021 attending her home and beating her, MM Response: No, Dr. Phil Gregory, you need to get your facts correct when writing a REPORT.
And that she now has a criminal record and has been turned down for jobs due to her criminal record check (CRB). MM Response: Dr. Phil Gregory is so out of touch with what’s happening in the real world. (CRB) was 2004 when I reported Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust workplace nursery for SAFEGUARDING.
She had reported feeling she has been targeted by certain people she used to work with and there was a pattern. MM Response: It is not FEELING Dr. Phil Gregory, it’s the FACT.
The impression of this review was that there was not any clear evidence of depression or psychosis, MM Response: I will deal with this in more details.
That past events have been very stressful, and that Ms Myers could benefit from further talking therapy. MM Response: Who is this Talking Therapy going to be with. I am capable of taking care of myself. Where were they from, I wrote to LEYF Senior HR Dilys Epton am DEPRESSED and dying slowly of TORTURE on the eve of Mothering Sunday 14 March 2015? She was then referred to IAPT. MM Response: Don’t where Dr. Phil Gregory got some of his information from.
In 2023 and going into 2024 there were a number of referrals to CMHT, due to concerns about Ms Myers’ mental health. MM Response: Who made these referrals?
There was reference of Ms Myers’ housing association seeking legal action due to antisocial behaviour. MM Response: When I am finished the world will know more about the UK society where Mervelee Myers whose photograph was portrayed across the world as the face of Windrush 70 page 1 of ITV News can experience the HATE CRIMES I have since the death of my mother with dementia.
In December 2023 Ms Myers was reported to have called 111 herself reporting feeling hopeless about the threat of eviction from her home and having ongoing issues with her neighbours. MM Response: I told you Dr. Phil Gregory needs MEDICATION or to stop ABUSING SUBSTANCE for hallucination.
In March 2023 Ms Myers was brought to A&E by the London Ambulance Service reporting worsening mental health. MM Response: MM was never taken out of Housing for Women TERROR CELL about my MENTAL HEALTH Dr. Phil Gregory. You need to come off the DRUGS and DRINKS clouding your MIND.
No evidence of thought disorder or psychosis observed and GP was advised to review Ms Myers and consider a referral to mental health services. MM Response: Did MM not say that Dr. Phil Gregory has the same Mental Health Impairments like Ms Gilchrist?
In September 2024 Ms Myers was referred to the Southwark Older Adult CMHT by Dennis Kamara, mental health nurse in primary care. There were concerns related to her behaviour and posting references to suicide in her social media. MM Response: I already discussed this with Dr. Phil Gregory and refuse to waste my time. This will be the focus of my MENTAL HEALTH & SEND ADVOCACY.
Ms Myers was seen by Dennis in primary care alongside her son Kevin who had travelled from Jamaica where he lives. There were reported issues with housing, neighbours and family. She has lived in her current address for 23 years and has been having issues with neighbours banging her door and making malicious complaints about her to the police. MM Response: Did Dr. Phil Gregory not say I am making this up?
The housing association has reportedly taken an injunction against her and she is at risk of eviction and the case is currently in court. MM Response: This will be addressed in line with Queen Camilla’s ITV Documentary with Housing for Women.
Her son had reported the reason for this being Ms Myers putting up inappropriate material online about the council and refusing to take it down. Her son had mentioned Ms Myers storing urine for months to throw it at her employer’s property and putting up comments on social media about feeling suicidal, which Ms Myers admitted to, however, stated she would never do this due to her Christian faith. MM Response: This too will be addressed in details.
There was also concern from Ms Myers about a camera being placed in the shared communal doorway by her neighbours, that it initially faced towards the street however now has been turned directly at her. She had reportedly denied feeling the neighbours watch her when she is in her flat however, the only issue is when she is coming through the communal front door. MM Response: Here is proof that Dr. Phil Gregory is a NUTCASE.
Recent progress
Ms Myers was initially assessed by our team on 08/10/24 at home by Joseph Mukuba, Community Psychiatric Nurse. Following this, I decided to assess Ms Myers myself to help come to a psychiatric diagnosis and consider treatment options. MM Response: Dr. Phil Gregory will be exposed as the QUACK he is.
I have subsequently reviewed Ms Myers in clinic on 16/10/24. During this assessment Ms Myers described to me in detail her background history to date, including the trauma in her upbringing (physical abuse from mother, father dying when she was a young age), MM Response: Dr. Phil Gregory will be exposed for accusing my mother of PHYSICAL ABUSE. I was never abused my mother.
And her first marriage to a controlling husband resulting in domestic violence. MM Response: MM will be doing my RESEARCH to find out if Queen Camilla played any roles in the death of Princess Diana.
Ms Myers talked about losing her mother 10 years ago, and around the same time being forced out of working as a nursery nurse and following this receiving therapy. Ms Myers talked about the issues with her neighbours persecuting her, which have worsened over the years, and her recent bereavement of her husband a few months ago. MM Response: Why did the COURT not take this into account?
On 23/10/24 Ms Myers contacted 111 and LAS due to feeling in ‘crisis’ after her grandniece left having stayed with her without saying goodbye. MM Response: I was locked out by Deborah Agnes Gilchrist. If Paul Morgan was not with me I would not have gained access.
I visited Ms Myers at home on the 25/10/24. During this visit, Ms Myers described in more detail the persecution she reports experiencing from her neighbours, whom she believes are trying to kill her, leading to her feeling unsafe at home. MM Response: Dr. Phil Gregory said all this is in my head, reasons he wants me to take medication to take the FACT out of my head.
She reported since her husband passed away, she has been more careful in locking her front door and that if she didn’t do that ‘I would be dead’. MM Response: Reference 4 members of the same FAMILY murdered in Bermondsey. No coincidence that the New GP is located at Verney Road. Ms Myers showed me the doorbell camera her neighbour set up on the outside of the shared front door, and how she believes the neighbour is using this to monitor her coming in and out of her home.
Ms Myers talked about her neighbour kicking on her front door every day to provoke her and her belief that her neighbours want to try to provoke her into confronting them, which would then give them an excuse to harm and kill her. Ms Myers has explained to me how she believes other neighbours are also siding against her and that she also feels under threat from the police and housing association, all working together against her. MM Response: Evidence captured online. On Saturday Ms Gilchrist came down from her flat and she is captured on camera. She was also recording me claim am in BREACH of the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION.

I summarised the purpose of review to complete the assessment following the referral to our team from Dennis Kamara, primary care mental health nurse.
I asked Ms Myers how she has been since we last met. She talked about the housing association not coming yet to fix her toilet seat, as well as the mould on her kitchen door and the damp in her windowsill. MM Response: Proof that the matter was reported before I contacted the SOLICITORS dealing with the case.
She reported attending her drumming group and doing a performance and spoke positively about this. She brought up about her neighbours continuing to try to provoke her since we last met. Ms Myers spoke about the neighbours ‘stomping’ on the floor loudly to provoke her. Ms Myers agreed that she believed the neighbours were trying to kill her. I recalled her previous statement to me that she believed the neighbours were trying to provoke her so that she would in turn confront them, and this would give them the excuse to try to kill her. MM Response: My brother died in prison for throwing ACID on 3 boys. My son Kevin said if he had gone walking with the boys that day he could have been affected.
Ms Myers accepted this is what she believed. She stated she would not attack them herself and is trying to keep to herself. MM Response: Why did Dr. Phil Gregory ask my sob Kevin Donovan Murray if he believes I will get PHYSICAL with the neighbours.
Ms Myers said recently she stayed at a friend’s house overnight as she didn’t feel safe to return home. I asked about the camera. Ms Myers continued to report that she believed the camera on the doorbell was there to monitor her movements. She said she is trying not to think about this. She stated being more frustrated about her doorbell always being rung. MM Response: FACT.
Ms Myers made a statement about never wanting to ‘give up’. I enquired about whether she experiences suicidal thoughts. Ms Myers stated this has been misconstrued and referenced a poster or piece of literature she was pictured in, that had the quote about people being unemployed, being at risk of suicide, and said this quote was then attached to her. Ms Myers did admit to having last had a suicidal thought in August this year, when her son was visiting her and she talked about her door being kicked. She didn’t report having experienced any plans or intent to act on this. Ms Myers stated there was no chance that she would come to harm via her own means. She has previously stated her Christian faith as a protective factor. MM Response: FACT.
I summarised to Ms Myers what she had explained to me over the last 3 meetings leading to my opinion about her mental health diagnosis. This included Ms Myers’ description of her earlier life and trauma she experienced, the domestic violence in her first marriage which led to her separating and being saved by the housing association, the loss of her mother 10 years ago around the same time as stopping working as a nursery nurse. Then over recent years with the increasingly difficult situation with her neighbours, beliefs that they are provoking her by monitoring her movements, trying to kill her and banging on her door, leading to her receiving a possession order which may potentially result in her being evicted and a possible custodial sentence due to being in contempt of court. MM Response: UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION.
Then more recently the stress of losing her husband. I explained to Ms Myers my impression that as a result of the build up of stress over these years that her beliefs and experiences about the neighbours could be explained by her being unwell with paranoia and psychosis. I explained that this is a condition that we could provide treatment for, including both antipsychotic medication, and psychosocial support, including psychology for psychosis. Ms Myers said in response to this that she had experienced some paranoia in the past. She said she accepted this was my explanation of opinion about her mental health. Ms Myers said she was willing to try medication if it would help. Ms Myers explained she had recently been to her new GP for vaccinations and blood tests, I advised I would check the results of these and then give her a call next week to see whether she would like to go ahead with starting antipsychotic medication. MM Response: Dr. Phil Gregory and Deborah Agnes Gilchrist are in the same MENTAL HEALTH QUAGMIRE.
She agreed to this and accepted a patient information leaflet about risperidone. She confirmed having our contact numbers in case needing to get in touch in between appointments. Hawa confirmed she would make an appointment with Ms Myers when she had started on her medication to monitor how she is doing. We also discussed social activities and community groups, Ms Myers knew of Time & Talents and didn’t want to attend there, however appeared keener in Blackfriars. MM Response: Dr. Phil Gregory is a PSYCHOPATH like June O’Sullivan.
Mental state examination
Ms Myers presented on time, she was well kempt, wearing a diabetes charity t-shirt, engaged well, reasonable rapport established, maintained eye contact, speech slightly pressured however, interruptible and voice not raised, mood reported as well and objectively appeared euthymic with reactive affect. Mild thought disorder evident with circumstantial responses. Describing persecutory delusional thoughts about neighbours trying to kill her and monitoring her movements. No reported auditory hallucinations and didn’t appear to be responding to unseen stimuli. Appeared well orientated to time and place. Insight partial however took on board opinion about diagnosis and agreed to consider treatment options explained. MM Response: Dr. Phil Gregory will get his comeuppance like those persecuting me after the death of my mother.
Care Plan
I have provided written information for Ms Myers for an antipsychotic medication – risperidone. I advised I will check Ms Myer’s most recent blood tests with her GP and call her following this to see whether she would like to start risperidone or not.
I will send this assessment letter to Mrs Myers, and she is then able to share this with her solicitor for her current court case.
Ms Myers is assigned a care coordinator in our team – Hawa Oweh, CPN – who will monitor Ms Myers’ mental state and risks and support with psychosocial interventions.
Hawa Oweh has agreed to make contact with the housing association to support Ms Myers with fixing her toilet seat and other house matters needing repair.
Ms Myers confirmed having contact numbers for people to call, including the Samaritans, our team number during working hours (0203 228 2240) and the SLAM crisis line out of hours (0800 731 2864).

How much did she charge H4W for the 12 pages “Witness Statement”? District Judge BEECHAM will have to investigate Mimi Owusu and her friend LIZ who can be seen in a photograph standing at the door to the Communal Area with me. Who took that photograph?

I created my first YouTube in 2012 and others later just to keep my MIND active from the DEPRESSION that I was prone to after I was EXCLUDED from social spaces. Now YouTube is cyberbullying me and threatening to TERMINATE my channels. With 6.1K and 1.05K subscribers I am not getting paid despite the advertisements on my CONTENTS.

Police officers at Peckham Police Station made me aware that Mervelee Myers (MM) disclosed she felt suicidal to the staff removing her from MM University premises. MM Updates: This is a lie and why was the staff removing me from the University premises? When did they remove me from UEL and if I disclose any such information why did they wait until 21/10/2021 to send the Police to my home trying to force entry? How many times has the Metropolitan Police attended my home since I phoned them in October 2017 to report verbal threats from http://www.peachespublications.co.uk and https://www.ryanclement.com after trying to contact other organisations that Winsome Duncan might have caused me to compromise my DBS? It was Ms. Duncan who sent me the reviews online that the ET Panel refused my Additional Witness Statement. But allowed https://www.39essex.com/barrister/samantha-jones to get away with making up a contagious disease. Because she told the ET she did not prepare a case as it would be a strikeout. Barrister Jones had http://www.personnelconsultancy.com representing LEYF as a solicitor/lawyer. After I was contacted by http://www.bwbllp.com on 24/9/2015. After my Open Letter and other correspondence, I did not hear anything from Martin Bunch until 2017. At first, I thought Mr Fenton was a member of BWB until the case was adjourned and I writes to BWB for not representing LEYF. The letter was sent to Mr Fenton who mentioned it when I tried to submit AWS. The ET took -5 months to give the judgment and BWB came out of the woodwork to get https://www.facebook.com and https://www.twitter.com Legal Team to contact me. We must look at why the Police think they can get away with playing into the hands of the UEL with such an excuse. They need to provide a comprehensive report of why they went to my home and what were the intentions of PC Conway and the female. By now I should be known to the Metropolitan Police for them to do a check. And to call my phone from a Private Number and be spoken to the way PC Conway did is disrespectful and verging on the occult of why this is another attempt on my life since Ms. Duncan sent them to section me. Because of his involvement in Men in Childcare that I would not have been alerted if he did not call my mobile on 27/9/2021 to threaten me. When I sense the threat because the date is triggered, it was the date I resigned with the second nervous breakdown after experiencing bereavement and losses. I recorded the rest of the conversation and I am on record asking Richard Harty I was emotional and he should not judge me. If anyone with an iota of sense listens to the recording they will hear me telling Richard Harty about where I was in my life. Since that time Mary Mitchison keeps issuing threats. Because I know I adhered to GDPR 2018 and UEL guidelines to get http://www.gov.uk/studentfinance to get my entitlements it is obvious UEL breach the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. As to say they have to remove me from the UEL, it was the Indian Security, who I sent back to get someone to explain the situation to me. And Tanya Cotier and the female who is at fault. Are they the ones who say I said I was feeling suicidal or not? They were the last persons I spoke to and the conversation was about the way I was treated beside the plaque dedicated to Black Lives Matter in honour of George Floyd in Black History Month. Why did the Black Security have to come out to rescue me when he saw what was happening?
Police officers were calling to check in on MM wellbeing due to the nature of what was disclosed. MM Updates: Because of the behaviour of the Police towards me from the time they came to section me from a malicious report on 30/10/2017 I have to say the Police who gave this report is either an idiot or unable to master the EYFS Prime & Specific areas. In February 2021 I was assaulted by a black man in Brixton and I called to report the matter because I had given the young man spare change and had a conversation with him in the East Street Market. It was obvious his mental health had deteriorated and I wanted him to get the help he needed. The Police offered to send someone to talk to me. I was gobsmacked when the 2 Officers started questioning me like I am the Criminal that I later became. And how Holly Sweeney described me on 29/11/2020 when she called me to come to Walworth Police Station for an interview on 1/12/2020. How can I trust these officers after what PC Conway said when he called. This was after they went to my home and tried to force entry. When they visited with the NHS Ambulance on 30/10/2017 they tried to force me to leave my husband, until I showed them my Medical Report I had taken to the MP Neil Coyle’s Surgery. I was present when the black man smashed up the place claiming he wanted to go back to Africa. I arranged Meeting with the Police and here is Bully Boy Owen Pyle https://youtu.be/Vua-mm4ABjI and he was in the www.express.co.uk because of his bragging about an event at the Nottinghill Carnival. I contributed to the Express Mental Health CRUSADE so to have Justice Simler agree I made up disabilities after sending my claim to the EAT with caveats for Disability and in the Express advocating on behalf of criminals not to be deported to Jamaica. Makes it hard for me to understand how I graduated from https://www.lambethcollege.ac.uk to http://www.open.ac.uk from 2004-2010 graduate before my 50th birthday to a criminal needing Emotional Regulation Treatment makes me determined to show the role that the UEL is the final cog in the machinery of discrimination after the death of my mother with http://www.dementia.org.uk in 2014. Whilst Kevin Donovan Murray is here where he claims if he did not come, I would be on the street, holding me prisoner, I will not do anything for him to get away with his Reverse Psychological issues affecting him after I left Jamaica in 1992. Since Valdin Allan Legister spent over 3 hours on the phone telling me Mama Lou never told me she loves me and I must tell him I love him so he can tell his children. I will handle this matter sensitively.
Those of my brothers who are alive, please examine why your HATE of our MOTHER has been transmitted to me. Whilst you are at it find out why I become the target of the landlord in July 2023 labelling me a VIOLENT NUISANCE. The role you played in abandoning me to be DEPRESSED and dying slowly of TORTURE.

They tried everything to break me the past 10 years after Mama died with dementia. I have to be careful but I carry on in God’s grace. I am not responsible for what Mama Lou did to any of my brothers. I have done what I can to help my sons. But what did they do to help others push me over the edge? I spent 10 years writing ✍ but no one seems to understand my struggle. I reached out for help and I have been torn apart. Time to pick myself up from the DEPRESSION rendered me unable to cope. I will end this now and continue to do what is necessary.
I don’t know how long I have so I have to make haste. I owe no one anything at this time. But, I am mindful that during my frustration when I reached out for support from my families and friends and it was not forthcoming, I went about getting your attention the wrong way. But I was only doing what my mother did. I grew up hearing my mother QUARRELLING for her RIGHTS. I exhausted the Legal Systems on my own and they turned around using my IGNORANCE against me. Tech Don’t Lie and like Nelson Mandela said “The Purpose of Freedom is to Create for Others”. I have been writing from my father was stricken with Parkinson’s disease.
I have faced the MIRAGE and realise that in confronting it by discussing the implications with my son, I can now address the TRAUMAS and 32 years of Systemic Discrimination trying to have my voice heard.
I have done the HIV test. I have to book appointment for the Cervical Screening. Hopefully, I don’t have HIV, I have done enough test for it not to surface before if I have it. Contrary to what anyone said I am not promiscuous, but you never know what is lying dormant. I have Human Papillomavirus HPV.
Those of you intent on destruction of MERVELEE RATTY NEMBHARD-MYERS-TOMLINSON have succeed in making my life a LIVING HELL after Mama Lou died with dementia. Why is no one taking the tolls on me and Tom into consideration.

During October 2022, Indigenous Australian musician Jessie Lloyd undertook a residency in Brixton, working with the community to discover songs and stories from the 75 years that have passed since the Windrush brought the first post-war migrants to London from the Caribbean. Applying the methodology she evolved to work with Indigenous Elders in her MISSION SONGS project, and collaborating with Brixton-born artist Tony Cealy, Jessie explored the commonalities of experience between Indigenous Australians and Black Britons, using music to commemorate local heritage, within global histories of racism and emerging processes of reconciliation. Jessie’s grandfather Albie Geia was a leader in the 1957 Palm Island Strike, which, like the events in Brixton in 1981, were labelled ‘riots’, leading to Albie’s imprisonment.
ORIGINS commissioned Brixton-based sound artist, Thor McIntyre-Burnie, and his public arts company Aswarm, to respond to Jessie’s residency; creating a site-specific, immersive experience that weaves the songs through the streets of Brixton and uncovers their extraordinary stories. The result is this immersive, interactive audio-walk, accessed through AswarmXR’s mobile app.
Starting near Brixton tube, you can take an hour’s walk through the streets, which become enlivened and theatrical through the music, voices and stories of local people. When you come out of the tube, turn right and start the app by the two large trees about 30 yards away!
