I was going to sit on the bench when I noticed the plaque dedicated to Black Lives Matter in honour of George Floyd and decided to capture evidence for my project as a blogger. Whilst I was bent looking for my camcorder I was approached by a Security Officer asking if I am Ms. Myers. He said he was instructed to advise me I was not allowed on campus. If I have phone numbers I should call the people. I asked him if he could go and get someone to come and speak to me. At this time I was not the least bit concerned and started doing my recording at the plaque to celebrate BHM. The Security Officer came back with 2 women and tells me am not supposed to be recording on campus. To say I was shocked is an understatement because of the processes I had gone through to become a UEL student. When I asked question of the first lady whom I believe is the tutor who advised me I was too advanced for the module I had chosen. She identified herself as Tanya Cotier. Although she could not give me any information, she was rattling on about the video I uploaded and the fact she did not listen to it. The other woman whose name I was not told mentioned that Richard Harty sent me an email and I should not be on campus.
The University of East London Pioneering Futures Since 1898 Disability & Dyslexia Team Teaching & Learning Support Requirements… Under the Equality Act 2010, the university has an obligation to make reasonable adjustments to meet the needs of students with disabilities including those with Specific Learning Differences (e.g. dyslexia, dyspraxia). The contents of Student Name: Mervelee Myers Student ID: 2193537 must be quoted when dealing with the way I was treated by the 3 above-mentioned members of UEL. It was a black Security Officer who came out to defuse the situation. I had my eyes on advancing my career and did an interview with Westminster Children Society – LEYF, but was not successful. 6. Protecting vulnerable targets. MM Updates: The fact that I am in the Public Domain should have been enough for me to be protected, but instead I am a victim of the Judiciary of England and Wales. Imagine my shock that in 2021 I am the target of the UEL and Bank. I am left without a Bank Account because I refuse to leave Barclays after I was scammed and the http://www.policeconduct.gov.uk was called to evict me. The www.moneyclaim.gov.uk is a platform for scammers as the last time I had a Case Management Order I am still waiting for HMCTS to act. I was the only LEYF employee shortlisted for the post of Lead Early Years Practitioner in 2011 and the impact on me has impacted my life from I had a meltdown and decided I could not deal with the kind of discrimination that affected my emotional and physical wellbeing. Richard is interested in how adult perceptions about children and childhood affect children’s experiences; he is also interested in looking for strategies to enhance the inclusion of young children’s voices within the discourse on early years education and care. His postgraduate research has focused on gender issues within the early childhood workforce.
Richard is an experienced early years practitioner who has teaching and managerial experience within a variety of early years settings in New Zealand, Australia and the UK. He has also worked as a reviewer for the National Childcare Accreditation Council in Australia. Richard’s first degree was in Psychology (Otago, NZ). He then qualified with a Bachelors of Education and Diploma of Teaching (Otago, NZ). He also holds a MEd in Early Childhood Research (QUT, Australia).

Voluntary, MM Updates: I was unable to get volunteering or placement when I was doing the LSA training in 2016 because of blacklisting and networking. During the time I was sent on Medical Suspension I volunteered with www.resourcesforautism.org.uk but they did not live up to their promise after LEYF denied me my rights. Educational, MM Updates: I was accepted at the UEL and went through the procedures until Richard Harty called me on Monday 27/9/2021. This takes me back to the date I resigned with the second nervous breakdown in a toxic workplace. Richard Harty must be investigated for the decisions he took. I was the EYFS Coordinator, SENCO, and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator at LEYF. I was endorsed by Dr. Chris Pascal OBE www.crec.co.uk and Professor Tony Bertram – EECERA https://www.eecera.org on LinkedIn after I told them about my plans to study to gain my SEND Teacher qualification on 19/9/2015. I was called to CO where Neil King tried to intimidate me to write a resignation in the presence of Senior HR Dylis Epton on 22/9/2015. He had a printout from my Facebook that he tried to use to pressure me. I was unable to write my name if my life depended on it. The next day I received a LinkedIn request from Ms. Epton. Research. I created my website http://www.myvision.org.uk and my YouTube in 2012. It was LEYF CEO June O’Sullivan who sent memos for employees to join social media to contribute to her blog in 2012. I joined and add others. I was an influencer, especially with my Homemade BOOKS. June O’Sullivan took one of my Homemade Books on the day Sky News visited Luton Street on 5/9/2011 to build on as a Teaching and Learning Tool. My work can be verified online. As a result, I worked with www.cardboardcitizens.org.uk and became a member. The way I have been treated by some of these organisations is no different from the 2 toxic workplaces that caused the nervous breakdown.
Our activities are wide-ranging and include; working with NHS and Independent partners to provide people with the right care as close to their home as possible, educating and training healthcare staff and students through a range of learning opportunities, providing early-intervention assessment and support to reduce re-offending and the need for hospital care, supporting our local community offering outpatient services and Workbridge vocational opportunities, sharing learning and insights from our Research and Innovation department, and actively campaigning to reduce mental health stigma.
And we are constantly listening and changing to be the mental healthcare charity that people need us to be.

Richard is interested in how adult perceptions about children and childhood affect children’s experiences; he is also interested in looking for strategies to enhance the inclusion of young children’s voices within the discourse on early years education and care. His postgraduate research has focused on gender issues within the early childhood workforce.
Richard is an experienced early years practitioner who has teaching and managerial experience within a variety of early years settings in New Zealand, Australia and the UK. He has also worked as a reviewer for the National Childcare Accreditation Council in Australia. Richard’s first degree was in Psychology (Otago, NZ). He then qualified with a Bachelors of Education and Diploma of Teaching (Otago, NZ). He also holds a MEd in Early Childhood Research (QUT, Australia).

We work in partnership with a number of NHS, MM Updates: The first nervous breakdown happened when I worked with the NHS after the death of my brother with cancer. Voluntary, MM Updates: I was unable to get volunteering or placement when I was doing the LSA training in 2016 because of blacklisting and networking. During the time I was sent on Medical Suspension I volunteered with www.resourcesforautism.org.uk but they did not live up to their promise after LEYF denied me my rights. Educational, MM Updates: I was accepted at the UEL and went through the procedures until Richard Harty called me on Monday 27/9/2021. This takes me back to the date I resigned with the second nervous breakdown in a toxic workplace. Richard Harty must be investigated for the decisions he took. I was the EYFS Coordinator, SENCO, and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator at LEYF. I joined and add others. I was an influencer, especially with my Homemade BOOKS. June O’Sullivan took one of my Homemade Books on the day Sky News visited Luton Street on 5/9/2011 to build on as a Teaching and Learning Tool. My work can be verified online. The way I have been treated by some of these organisations is no different from the 2 toxic workplaces that caused the nervous breakdown.
Our activities are wide-ranging and include; working with NHS and Independent partners to provide people with the right care as close to their home as possible, educating and training healthcare staff and students through a range of learning opportunities, providing early-intervention assessment and support to reduce re-offending and the need for hospital care, supporting our local community offering outpatient services and Workbridge vocational opportunities, sharing learning and insights from our Research and Innovation department, and actively campaigning to reduce mental health stigma.
And we are constantly listening and changing to be the mental healthcare charity that people need us to be.

Because the Judiciary Of England And Wales, the Criminal Justice System, and the Crown Prosecution Service colluded to make me a victim of London Early Years Foundation and the University of East London Rochard Harty who created “Men in Childcare”.
We fund, design, and deliver collaborative patient-driven research, generating knowledge and interventions to enhance the lives of patients with some of the most complex mental health needs in the UK.

Within democratic societies, counter-terrorism is almost exclusively about crime prevention. MM Updates: How does this relate to my experiences of the past 7 years? Let me share my experiences of crime in reverse to give the true picture of why I have been entrapped with Emotional Regulation Treatment to cover up the fact that there is a pedophile ring being operated under the umbrella of “Men in Childcare” that have abusers using the Early Years Sector as a hiding place for those trained at LEYF and possibly the University of East London, Richard Harty and cohorts.
A broad and holistic approach to preventing terrorism can be based on nine preventative mechanisms:
1. Building normative barriers against terrorism. MM Updates: To me, it is terrorism when I can go to my bank to conduct business and the transaction was not completed when delaying tactics were used by 3 tellers to send me home to come back the next day. In exposing my vulnerability to these 3 women I was marked as a victim to be scammed of my money. The fact is if they had put through the transaction, they would have gotten away. Because I was not given a receipt and realised the fact much later when I was talking to my daughter-in-law and told her my intuition told me something was not right. So I asked them to write down what I should return with. See the pattern of behaviour to understand why I begged www.icsouthlondon.co.uk to publish my story in 2004. Despite me contacting the various newspaper including the South London Press since the time I was targeted after the death of my mother, I do not get any support. But many factors will be used to prove am a victim of my disabilities. Some of these are in the Public Domain when I contributed to the www.express.co.uk Mental Health Crusade. Other evidence can be found at http://www.myvision.org.uk and https://www.google.com when I invested in www.adwords.google.com and published on social media platforms where I was an influencer. Until I was targeted after mum’s death and I had the second nervous breakdown in a toxic work environment at www.leyf.org.uk in 2015. The first occurred at https://careers.kch.nhs.uk after the death of my brother in 2008.
2. Reducing radicalisation and recruitment. MM Updates: I arrived at UEL on 5/10/2021 dressed up to celebrate Black History Month when I got the shock of my life. My pass would not allow me in so I remember hearing being told not to swipe in too early and I was early. I was going to sit on the bench when I noticed the plaque dedicated to Black Lives Matter in honour of George Floyd and decided to capture evidence for my project as a blogger. Whilst I was bent looking for my camcorder I was approached by a Security Officer asking if I am Ms. Myers. He said he was instructed to advise me I was not allowed on campus. If I have phone numbers I should call the people. I asked him if he could go and get someone to come and speak to me. At this time I was not the least bit concerned and started doing my recording at the plaque to celebrate BHM. The Security Officer came back with 2 women and tells me am not supposed to be recording on campus. To say I was shocked is an understatement because of the processes I had gone through to become a UEL student. When I asked question of the first lady whom I believe is the tutor who advised me I was too advanced for the module I had chosen. She identified herself as Tanya Cotier. Although she could not give me any information, she was rattling on about the video I uploaded and the fact she did not listen to it. The other woman whose name I was not told mentioned that Richard Harty sent me an email and I should not be on campus.
The University of East London Pioneering Futures Since 1898 Disability & Dyslexia Team Teaching & Learning Support Requirements… Under the Equality Act 2010, the university has an obligation to make reasonable adjustments to meet the needs of students with disabilities including those with Specific Learning Differences (e.g. dyslexia, dyspraxia). The contents of Student Name: Mervelee Myers Student ID: 2193537 must be quoted when dealing with the way I was treated by the 3 above-mentioned members of UEL. It was a black Security Officer who came out to defuse the situation. When I was sent to Occupational Health in breach of the contract I signed on 7/10/2009 I was advised by Dr. Laura Crawford www.healthmanltd.com to seek counseling to find out why I react the way I do to certain situations.
4. Disruption. MM Updates: My life has being disrupted from the time I arrived in the UK to date and I have to pick myself up and start from the bottom. Domestic abuse almost cost me my life when I had to run to the Brixton Police Station for rescue in 2000. So to end up there in handcuffs on 1/12/2020 was a trigger for my PTSD when I was targeted by www.met.police.uk on behalf of LEYF to cover up the abuse in the reviews online when the http://judicialconduct.judiciary.gov.uk join in the discrimination against me. My stories are across the World Wide Web and Internet therefore the world must be warned about the threats posed to children, young people, and vulnerable adults target by LEYF. The fact that June O’Sullivan lied triggered my PTSD as I was hearing about her deceits and could not believe it. June O’Sullivan was the CEO who knows the names of her employees. The disruption to my life went to the extent when I was targeted at the Nursery World Show 2018 by a young white girl wearing a LEYF shirt. When I walked away from the altercations, the next day June O’Sullivan put plan B in action. I was to be detained at the Seminar I paid my money to find out which of my intellectual property she was plagiarising. Doing my research gives me information about how JO “Mask of Sanity” slipped to reveal a psychopath. Why would anyone want to be remembered as a disruptive influence?

My life is an “Open Book” and the fact that I was advised by my tutors at LC to go to university and use my assignments as my first BOOK is a testament to my passion as a writer. I graduated with a Student of the Year Certificate and was headhunted into my first job in the Early Years Sector. I had my eyes on advancing my career and did an interview with Westminster Children Society – LEYF, but was not successful. That is why I am upset and ANGRY about the way I have been deprived of my strength and ability via 2 miscarriages of justice at https://www.jobs.nhs.uk and refer to www.ico.org.uk as I was a participant in Employment Tribunal research www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers by Dr. Marie Hudson “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination”. I was a participant in Employment Tribunal research www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers by Dr. Marie Hudson “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination”. I worked at William Wilberforce at Lambeth Walk Day Nursery with teenage Joelle Lax 1999-2001. She went on to become one of the youngest managers at WCS after we left LWDN. In 2009 Joelle Lax recognized me at the place I was working because I had not changed many years later. Because it was Joelle Lax who spoke up for me when I was targeted at Fitzrovia Community Nursery by Interim Manager Maria Goncalves. When I raised concerns like I always do I was again experienced the discrimination that ended my career 2003 – 2008 for doing my job. I was targeted by Area Manager Maria Freeman and this was brought up at the ET. I was sent to Luton Street Community Nursery because JL spoke up for me and I was empowered by the manager. My story is in the Public Domain. Let me end by saying JL experienced discrimination and since retrained as a Driving Instructor. LEYF is operating Modern Slavery thriving in the UK. I sent a report to www.theguardian.com in 2018.
6. Protecting vulnerable targets. MM Updates: The fact that I am in the Public Domain should have been enough for me to be protected, but instead I am a victim of the Judiciary of England and Wales. Imagine my shock that in 2021 I am the target of the UEL and Bank. I am left without a Bank Account because I refuse to leave Barclays after I was scammed and the http://www.policeconduct.gov.uk was called to evict me. The www.moneyclaim.gov.uk is a platform for scammers as the last time I had a Case Management Order I am still waiting for HMCTS to act. I went to http://communityplaythings.co.uk on training and worked in partnership until 20016 when they refused to adhere to the terms we agreed to hand over my intellectual property and image rights. I submitted data to http://worldrefer.com/refer/valdin-legister/bio when he was unknown. I was the only LEYF employee shortlisted for the post of Lead Early Years Practitioner in 2011 and the impact on me has impacted my life from I had a meltdown and decided I could not deal with the kind of discrimination that affected my emotional and physical wellbeing. I will produce my letters from parents who supported me during that time.
7. Reducing benefits to terrorists. MM Updates: Without Prejudice I consider Richard Harty to be of questionable character and should be investigated. I believe he panic and acted unprofessionally because of his links to “Men in Childcare”.

Richard Harty is Dean of the School of Education and Communities.
Areas Of Interest
Richard is interested in how adult perceptions about children and childhood affect children’s experiences; he is also interested in looking for strategies to enhance the inclusion of young children’s voices within the discourse on early years education and care. His postgraduate research has focused on gender issues within the early childhood workforce.
Richard is an experienced early years practitioner who has teaching and managerial experience within a variety of early years settings in New Zealand, Australia and the UK. He has also worked as a reviewer for the National Childcare Accreditation Council in Australia. Richard’s first degree was in Psychology (Otago, NZ). He then qualified with a Bachelors of Education and Diploma of Teaching (Otago, NZ). He also holds a MEd in Early Childhood Research (QUT, Australia).

We work in partnership with a number of NHS, MM Updates: The first nervous breakdown happened when I worked with the NHS after the death of my brother with cancer. Voluntary, MM Updates: I was unable to get volunteering or placement when I was doing the LSA training in 2016 because of blacklisting and networking. During the time I was sent on Medical Suspension I volunteered with www.resourcesforautism.org.uk but they did not live up to their promise after LEYF denied me my rights. Educational, MM Updates: I was accepted at the UEL and went through the procedures until Richard Harty called me on Monday 27/9/2021. This takes me back to the date I resigned with the second nervous breakdown in a toxic workplace. Richard Harty must be investigated for the decisions he took. I was the EYFS Coordinator, SENCO, and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator at LEYF. I was endorsed by Dr. Chris Pascal OBE www.crec.co.uk and Professor Tony Bertram – EECERA https://www.eecera.org on LinkedIn after I told them about my plans to study to gain my SEND Teacher qualification on 19/9/2015. I was called to CO where Neil King tried to intimidate me to write a resignation in the presence of Senior HR Dylis Epton on 22/9/2015. He had a printout from my Facebook that he tried to use to pressure me. I was unable to write my name if my life depended on it. The next day I received a LinkedIn request from Ms. Epton. Research. When I am going out, I know how to put myself together. I am in the process of empowering #MERVELEEMYERS to help with the #BreakingDownBarriers that stop me reaching my potentials.
I refuse to be a victim, because there was not much that could have been done to help me. However I develop resilience at an early age even before my Father #IS_NEMBHARD was struck down with Parkinson’s. I have my Teacher Ms Una Perry from Ground Road, a local girl to thank for that.
That’s why I am telling stories so LEYF Nurseries realise that with my Fight4justice campaign, I will expose the lies that they have been covering up when they lost sight of the vision of the #Pioneers who established Westminster Children Society.
I am chuff that one student ask if I am Winsome Duncan MOTHER, because I was getting on with my videos. Of course development of my #CPPDP.

I am home watching the news on @itvnews. The focus is about #harveyweinstein. All these #women are coming forward about Sexual Discrimination over the years. Some are sorry they did nothing when they were told about what happened to the victims. My argument is that I have been seeking support before the widescale discrimination sanctioned by @leyfonline. But instead those from whom I sought justice affirm the Discrimination. Instead of being totally involved, I was only a backup, but why?

If anyone told me a few years ago that my life would have changed so dramatically, I would have said I’d be working at LEYF Nurseries until I get my #Pension_or_JA homebound. But GOD has a purpose for me, when I meet Winsome Duncan at a Gerry Robert.
The rest is history and as said, I will find my purpose.
I meet Claudette at another free training. Hopefully I get there before the sessions end today. But as JT Foxx Fan Page state I’m making the most of my opportunities.

Slowly getting my life back in order. The focus is on Me, Myself & I. Not a Mother, not a Father, Not a Child, not a Family or Friends… But Me, my Lord… Standing in the Need of Prayer…!
I booked my Ticket to go see Oliver Samuels at Fairfield Hall Croydon on Saturday. I don’t need clothes, shoes nor ntn. I eat when I feel like & do as I please without the chains that Enslaved I these past years from I got to the Mother Country…. As Martin Luther King said “Free At Last…” I believe in Destiny & what is to be Must be! So now I go track down that foto of me dat is getting Rave Reviews>>>

Spent sum of yesterday taking in my Indoor Plants! No space 4 my Single Bible after 10 years, it outgrown di Lickle Ranch…! Put it in the shelter & hoping against hope it survives the Winter…?

Got 2 Oliver, but nearly never got in, but have 2 thank my lucky stars dat Promoter did deh bout! Well me a tek OATS right yah now, cauz me nah guh back pon line fi guh duh Nuh Transactions? 1s time a buck up, 2nd a mistake, but arta dat a Blinking Purpose & me always stuck to di realities of life! De buck up & mistake gone thru, so di PURPOSE nuh badda benta it wid me atall!!!

When I am going out, I know how to put myself together. I am in the process of empowering #MERVELEEMYERS to help with the #BreakingDownBarriers that stop me reaching my potentials.
I refuse to be a victim, because there was not much that could have been done to help me. However I develop resilience at an early age even before my Father #IS_NEMBHARD was struck down with Parkinson’s. I have my Teacher Ms Una Perry from Ground Road, a local girl to thank for that.
That’s why I am telling stories so LEYF Nurseries realise that with my Fight4justice campaign, I will expose the lies that they have been covering up when they lost sight of the vision of the #Pioneers who established Westminster Children Society.
I feel privileged to have been part of the Chelsea Football Club FOUNDATION Young Women’s Edge of the Box. My #Coach_WinsomeDuncan was the Keynote speaker. I was privileged to meet #FionaDavis, #NatalieBurns, #KirstyArmstrong and #AliciaLai.
I am chuff that one student ask if I am Winsome Duncan MOTHER, because I was getting on with my videos. Of course development of my #CPPDP.
During the Fire Alarm I get chatting to Kirsty who thinks I’m a Teacher. Points proven I’m a #CREDIBLE_WITNESS and I have been in more #PRESTIGIOUS_HOC than I care to go into now.

I am home watching the news on @itvnews. The focus is about #harveyweinstein. All these #women are coming forward about Sexual Discrimination over the years. Some are sorry they did nothing when they were told about what happened to the victims. My argument is that I have been seeking support before the widescale discrimination sanctioned by @leyfonline. But instead those from whom I sought justice affirm the Discrimination. Instead of being totally involved, I was only a backup, but why?
Thanks to everyone who has been part of the #supportnetwork! I am more than privileged to be making progress, getting back to the life I once used to. If I am knock down, I’m not going to just lie down, I’ll dust myself of and continue with my Fight4justice campaign.
If anyone told me a few years ago that my life would have changed so dramatically, I would have said I’d be working at LEYF Nurseries until I get my #Pension_or_JA homebound. But GOD has a purpose for me, when I meet Winsome Duncan at a Gerry Robert.
The rest is history and as said, I will find my purpose.
I meet Claudette at another free training. Hopefully I get there before the sessions end today. But as JT Foxx Fan Page state I’m making the most of my opportunities.

The turn of the ACKBERSINGH to be highlighted for their contributions to the Economical Capital of Townhead and surrounds. Mass George was responsible for establishing an enterprise at that place we called Grung Road where he resided with his family. There was a saw mill where trees, lumbers & timbers would be made into house building materials for the local populace. The family also owned formal carts that were used to transport the finished products to the destinations all over the parish of Westmoreland and beyond. I am almost certain they operated a shop if my memory serves me right as well as having a hand in many other initiatives to build the local economy & their family a force to be reckoned with on the business front.
However my most vivid memory of the contributions that Mass George made to my family are as follows: Mass George allowed my papa to plant rice in his Maross land for many years. This was one of the many ventures which dad embarked on to supplement his income as a poor man with a big family. Don’t know if dad had to pay rent for his rice paddy & I will never know now, because there is no one to share that information? So thanks to the Ackbersingh dad became a small farmer in his own rights cultivating what was called back then – Coolie Rice. Dad sold some of his produce and the rest we consumed.
Then when I was in grade 5 at Townhead Primary School another Ackbersingh entered my small world as my class teacher. She became the next teacher after Ms Una Perry to have a profound impact on my life. I guess at the time Ms BOVEL was fresh out of collage and she would go on to play an important role in the lives of all the children who were in her class at the time.
I have had the privilege to grow up and being out and about with the Ackbersingh children from Grung Road and is proud of my association with the family. This is only one of the Family who put great in our community spirit of togetherness and supporting and helping each other regardless of status. I had the opportunity to help lay the foundations for some of the children in my role as Basic School Teacher later in an evolving career of care and education.
