Reason for Rejecting CS0927749: I am rejecting the following based on the fact that Silverlock Medical Centre was acting under the dictates of Dr Phil Gregory who has acted unprofessionally from the time he contacted me after I was seen by Dennis Kamara of the Mental Health Team of Nexus Health Group. Dr Gregory invited himself to my home to conduct an interview and I welcome him because at our meeting he convinced me he was part of the TEAM looking out for my welfare in resolving the issues with Housing for Women. After our meeting at Marina House with him and the Nurse I was given a leaflet about a recommended medication. After reading the leaflet I made an appointment to go discuss the matter with the TEAM. Unfortunately, I was unable to attend. Dr Gregory called me on a Private to my Mobile and was acting strange, so I decided to record the conversation as my “Defensive Practice”. I was at home on the 21 November when Dr Gregory and the Nurse turned up unannounced, so I invited them in. I told them on entering I was recording and Dr Gregory said he was concerned about my WELFARE and asked me to stop recording. I refused and that’s when he mentioned Policies and Procedures and I told him I was not given any P&P and did not sign any. I believe if I had turned the RECORDING off as Dr Gregory ORDERED, he would have carried out the reason for his visit despite my friend was present. Dr Gregory has since used PRIVACY to get YouTube to remove my video, which is in breach of the Equality Act and Data Protection Act. Dr Gregory has been in touch with the Solicitor who asked me to remove YouTube videos he spent his time going through. I don’t know the relationship between Devonshires Solicitors LLP and Dr Gregory, but an email was sent to my SOLICITOR that Dr Gregory is my PSYCHIATRIST, etc, etc… Dr Gregory is NOT my Psychiatrist, and I was not PRESCRIBED any RESPIREDONE. Although I raised concerns about Dr Gregory’s unprofessional conduct, he has failed to respond. However, I was sent threats from his TEAM via post. As a disabled NHS Pensioner, how can the NHS have justified leaving me without a GP for the third time. Just be aware that this will be made PUBLIC. I will not accept what has been done to me by the NHS why I was a participant in Dr Maria Hudson research paper for the Policy Studies Institute “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” recommended to ACAS. Let me put on record how my husband ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON was neglected on BYRON ward, and I was removed from his bedside and manhandled. The evidence is online, and I will use the HMCTS K05EC530 #EqualityAct ASSESSOR for RESEARCH into who is Dr Phil Gregory and who he is working for. Your Review: I WAS KICKED OUT ON 5TH DECEMBER WHEN I ATTENDED FOR MY DIABETES REVIEW. THIS IS A CRYNG SHAME ON THE NHS FOUNDED BY NYE BEVAN IN 1948. I arrived at the Surgery on the 5th December for the appointment arranged for me for my Diabetes review. I tried signing in and after a few attempts went to speak to someone at Reception who asked if I was sure I have an appointed. She checked and said I was an INACTIVE PATIENT. I told her I am a new patient, she went away and came back saying I was no longer registered at the Surgery. I was in excruciating pains because my back was acting up as well as the ASB behaviour from the neighbour and others in my Road. I pleaded with the person to no avail. Another person came out to talk to me. As stated above I keep a “Defensive Practice” so some of the information is on record. Because of my treatment I decided to give up some of my RIGHTS if it is even that as a DISABLED NHS PENSIONER I can at least get Medical Aid when needed. But to be treated this way by the Surgery because I refused to take the RESPIREDONE that Dr Phil Gregory is forcing me to take after his MEDICAL GASLIGHTING, STALKING me via private number call to my mobile, turning up at my home unannounced with his Nurse. Then getting YouTube to remove my video and Maudsley NHS to write me threatening letter. I would appreciate feedback about this matter. Because this will be used in my RESEARCH about GENDER BASED VIOLENCE. K05EC530 claims that I have an unspecified non-organic psychosis so I am wondering if the Surgery is involved with making this diagnosis. Because I am not aware of this on my Medical Reports before. Is the Surgery also responsible for prescribing any other medication other than the ATROVASTATIN and METFORMIN. I am not aware of any diagnosis of psychosis that may impact on whether I am considered to have or not have litigation and/or wookey capacity. I do not trust the Defendant’s Counsel and would be grateful to know what information from my Medical Report was shared with Dr Gregory or any other individuals or organisation intent on using my MENTAL HEALTH to entrap me with RESPIREDONE to make me unable to function. The question who was looking after my husband who died age 101 years and 1 month on BYRON ward at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. A word of advice to those trying to destroy me. Refer to Kings College London RADAR-CNS with Dr Faith Matcham for why the Equality Act Assessor will be providing evidence for my book END GENDER BASED VIOLENCE in Housing for Women Property in UK. Queen Camilla has been tainted by H4W involvement in ITV Documentary. Because my husband was traumatised by Ms Gilchrist who was coerced by H4W to target us. I would be grateful if the Surgery could address these concerns ASAP so I can move on 10 years after my MOTHER died with DEMENTIA. One of the payments I made was more than the paltry sum that Lloyds Bank are DEFAMING my name for. What information was needed urgently and for what? Which matter does Lloyd Bank needed to resolve?

I don’t need you, Andrew or Lloyds Bank assurance about whether I did anything or acted incorrectly in receiving the balance of my HUSBAND MONEY. I don’t give a toss about any claims that Trevor Anthony Tomlinson has made on his father’s ESTATE. All I am saying in the document dated 17th July 2023 there is a codicil saying if Trevor Anthony Tomlinson dies, is unwilling or unable the Mervelee Myers must be EXECUTOR. In light of recent happenings and person who share Power of Attorney with Trevor Tomlinson, I intend to exercise my RIGHTS as EXECUTOR based on the fact that a SAFEGUARDING was put on when my husband was in Guys and St Thomas’ Hospital because of the threats posed to both his father and me. If Trevor or Lloyds Bank want to ARGUE I can provide evidence of how him assaulting me caused his father to end up in Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust BYRON ward where he was NEGLECTED. I was removed from his bedside by RACIST security Nurse Betty called and I was MANHANDLED after leaving the Windrush Vigil on 6th April 2024. I was provoked by Trina Philbert on the 4th April after HMCTS Court. I ended up in A&E on the 7th April and my husband died on the 8th. The hospital took 6 hours to contact me.
As discussed I have no need to justify any MONEY I paid towards my husband’s funeral. How about Trevor Tomlinson present his receipts for any amount he spent? 1. I will not be evidencing anything. 2. I will not be returning any balance to be paid to Mr Tomlinson.
Now I am proving that you are a LIAR, you claim not to know about the matter. Now you are saying when we speak on 14 October 2024. Suffice it to say I paid for all of My HUSBAND FUNERAL. I paid for his sister because he was helping her financially. I am still sending money to his brother in Jamaica and will have to help with his funeral. This is supposed to come from the ESTATE.
I must advise Lloyds if they know what’s best for both parties they stop PESTERING me over this matter.
How can one paltry sum of £4,824.14 is considered such a big deal when I had to pay for a CAB to take me and my FAMILY to my husband’s funeral.
Maybe you can ask Trevor Anthony Tomlinson to arrange to pay the cost of the amount I spent on the FUNERAL. If Lloyds Bank continue PESTERING me I will seek Legal Advice.

The issues addressed
1.1 Sources of information
1.1.1 I assessed Mervelee Myers for the purpose of this report in my consulting rooms at Keats House on 15 April 2024. I explained to her that as it is a court report, the usual patient/doctor confidentiality accorded does not apply in this case and she understood this.
1.1.2 Instructing solicitors in the letter of instruction dated 11 March 2024 stated that:

1.1.6 “1. Instructing solicitors represent the client who is the defendant in Possession proceedings of Flat 16, Alma Grove, London SE1 5PY.
1.1.7 “2. Mervelee Myers is a tenant of Flat 16 Alma Grove, London SE1 5PY by way of an Assured Tenancy, the tenancy commenced on 1 December 2000. Housing for Women is a Housing Association is the defendant’s landlord.

My investigation of the facts
2.1 Family history
2.1.1 She told me that her father died on 9 February 1980, aged 62 years, he suffered with Parkinson’s for over 10 years. She described him as a common labourer. He was married and she said that she enjoyed a good relationship with him.
2.1.2 Mother died on 1 June 2014, aged 90 years, she suffered with dementia. She was married and did not work outside the home when married, she became the carer to her husband. She described her mother as very strict but enjoyed a good relationship with her. Mama Lou had to take on the roles of FATHER and MOTHER later on.
2.1.3 She said that she is the seventh of a sibship of nine, two females.
2.1.4 Balis was born in 1946, he is a married retired tailor and factory worker, who has three children. She described a good relationship with him. He lives in Florida. She told me that he goes back and forth to Jamaica.
2.1.5 Youvanney, died five or six years after birth, she had epileptic fit.
2.1.6 Dostan died in 2023, aged 73 years, he had cancer. He was a retired tailor and marketing inspector, he was married and had four daughters. She said that their relationship “was a bit up and down”. He lived in Jamaica.
2.1.7 Byron died in 2008, aged 56 years, he had cancer. He worked in a youth centre, he was married and had four children. She described a good relationship with him.

2.1.8 Texchus is a 70 year old, married, retired police officer who lives in Jamaica. He has three children.
2.1.9 Ashter was born in 1956, he died aged 37 years in 1994, he had AIDS. He was married, but the marriage did not last long. He had two children. He was a local government councillor in Jamaica, before he went to America where he did chef work. She said that, “He is my favourite brother”.
2.1.10 Mervelee Myers.
2.1.11 Amly was born in 1963, married, he has four children and worked in construction in America until 2023. He had a blood clot in his head and was in intensive care. She described a good relationship with him.
2.1.12 Ervin was born in 1966, married, he has three children. He is a teacher in America. She described a good relationship with him.
2.1.13 Paternal aunt suffered with mental illness. She was unaware of a family history of substance abuse, but said that Ashter died in jail.
2.2 Personal history
2.2.1 She told me that she was born in Jamaica and was unaware of perinatal abnormalities. She lived with her parents as a child and described a happy childhood.
2.2.2 She said that she attended schools from about six years, enjoyed school, had friends at school and denied truanting. She left school at 16 years, when she got pregnant. She sat seven to eight local exam subjects, over a period of time, she obtained credit to pass. She went on to evening classes between 17 and 19 years, when she passed English O Level.
2.2.3 She subsequently did domestic work in her twenties, for short periods of time. She stopped in her twenties when she became a basic schoolteacher. She started work as a basic schoolteacher at 27 years, before this, she did one year national youth service, as a teaching assistant, and worked as a basic schoolteacher came to the UK when she was 33 years when she finally came to the UK in 1992.

2.2.4 The chronology became a bit confusing from here on. She told me that she met someone in Jamaica, came to the UK in 1991 on a holiday, to find out if she could live in the UK. She went back in June 1991, she finally came to live in the UK in 1992.
2.2.5 According to her, when she came on holiday in 1991, she did cleaning jobs, when she returned in 1992, she went back to the same cleaning jobs, and was in various cleaning employment from 1992 until 2005.
2.2.6 She then said that she went to college from 1997 to 1999 to study childcare, obtaining a nursery nurse qualification, and was the student of the year.
2.2.7 She then said that from 2004 to 2010, she studied with the Open University, childcare, obtained a foundation degree in 2009, and went back to do some more childcare training, called children and families.
2.2.8 She did early morning cleaning from 1992, throughout college until 2005, when she decided she could manage financially and did not need the money.
2.2.9 From 1999, she worked as an early years practitioner, at different places until 2015. She told me that she has not been in paid employment from 2015, and she survives on benefits.
2.2.10 She described herself as heterosexual and she denied sexual abuse. She has been married twice.
2.2.11 Her first marriage was on 20 October 1992 to Malachi in London, he was born on 28 May 1931. He was a minicab operator. She has no children by him. They were divorced in 2002.
2.2.12 The second marriage was on 21 May 2014 to Arnold, in London, he died on 8 April 2024
aged 101 years 1 month, from old age. She has no children by him.
2.2.13 She told me that she has two sons in Jamaica by two fathers.
2.2.14 Kevin born in 1976, is a married local councillor in Jamaica, he previously worked in banking. He has two children. She described a good relationship with him.

2.2.15 Valdin was born in 1979, he is married and has four children. He is a teacher, and he was a FIFA referee. She described a good relationship with him.
2.2.16 She told me that she has no other children. She chose not to have more children, because of her DNA, (citing Parkinson’s disease and diabetes). She told me that her sons were not planned.
2.2.17 Some time in the interview, she mentioned that she has a stepson by her husband, Trevor aged 60 years, she is not sure if he is still married to his wife, he has one son. He works in Brixton prison.
2.2.18 She told me that she has never smoked cigarettes, she drinks alcohol on social occasions and denied use of non-prescribed or illicit drugs.
2.3 Forensic history
2.3.1 I have not seen a record of previous convictions recorded against her, but she reported the following to me, not in a good chronological order.
2.3.2 She said that on 30 November 2020, the police attended her home, “Beat me up, assaulted me, took me out half naked”. According to her, the police called the evening before to tell her she was required at the Walworth police station, for an interview on 1 December 2020. She said that she had a prior appointment that day, to do with her diabetes. She requested for another appointment. 2.3.3 She said that she was charged with criminal damage to property. She was fined £50. (Tim Bittlestone)
2.3.4 She said that in January 2023, she was at home, it was her mother’s birthday, so she dressed up in her cultural clothes and was celebrating. She wanted to put all that had happened to her, behind her and move on, the police attended her home. She said that they made allegations that there was a report of an incident at her address on 10 January (Croydon Magistrates Court 3 Times. Caul Grant came to support US once).
She refuted this, she could not recall this happening. She said that one of the officers, went out and came back, and changed the reason why they were there. In the

interim, she was issued papers telling her to attend Croydon Magistrates Court, if she did not attend, she would be arrested. She was given a date to attend Walworth police station for an interview. The next day, 27 January 2023, she went to Croydon Magistrates Court with her husband, nothing was listed. She asked questions, eventually, she spoke to somebody. She had to return to court twice after that. On the third visit to the court, no further action was taken, she was sent a document relating to her mental health.
2.3.5 On 3 February 2023, she said that she went to Walworth police station with her husband, she was represented by a duty solicitor, that was when she was told her neighbour returned from work at 1500 hours, heard screaming and shouting. The neighbour went to her flat, which is above hers (Mervelee Myers), opened her window, and she (Mervelee Myers) cursed her. She said that this is still being investigated to date.
2.3.6 According to her, both the neighbour and her male partner, have kicked her door, this started in November 2023, and is still going on. She told me that she called for assistance from the police the day the equipment was being installed at her home, for her husband to be discharged from hospital. The kicking of the door, she stated happened sometimes three times a week, she has reported to the police, and was provided CAD numbers.
2.3.7 On 27 February 2024, she told me that she called the police three times, because the kicking of the door was getting to her, no-one turned up. She was indoors, did not hear the communal doorbell ring, she then heard knocking on her door. She asked who it was, they said that it was the police. She opened the door, police officers were stood there. She thought because she had called three times, that is why they attended. She told me that some of the officers asked if she knew Arnold Tomlinson, her husband, she invited them in. She stood there waiting for them to come in, she saw one of the officers, put something at the door. She asked what it was, it was a battering ram, no-one answered her. She thinks four officers went into her property, maybe more, she asked for the purpose of their visit. She told me that she suffers with anxiety, she became anxious when she saw the battering ram. She was then told that the visit was about a video she posted online. She told me that she posted a video online because she blogs, she has signed up for a speaking event on 28 April 2024. She stated that, “I am expert authority on subjects from cradle to grave. So my tag line is early intervention is key to survival. Because I work with children”. She said that the video is there as part of her speaking engagements. The video was made in Jamaica, because her husband’s sister was going through a transition (dying), her husband’s niece, explained about her mother falling out of bed. She (Mervelee Myers) advised her niece that she has to safeguard her mother.

2.3.8 She then said that in terms of sensitivity, she did not post the video until after her sister- in-law died. She told me that the police saw the video, and because of their perception of her, she does not know who is feeding the police the information. She said one of the officers asked if she remembered him, he then told her that he remembered her husband, because he had visited, when her husband and herself had a disagreement. At this point, I asked if there was domestic violence between them, and she said no. She told me that she chose to report the incident, as a means of safeguarding both of them, because her husband was traumatised after the death of her mother. Her husband raised his walking stick to hit her. The police eventually left, but she reported the matter.
2.3.9 She then said that in 2017, she called the police because she was verbally abused by two persons, one of them stole her manuscript, the other one, a barrister, was ordered to pay back the money he took from her, by the Court, as he did not represent her. According to her, the police did not act, stating that, “It was none of their business”.
2.3.10 She told me that on 30 October 2017, the police and ambulance turned up at her house to section her for a malicious report, that she wrote on Facebook that she was feeling suicidal. She told me that she arranged a meeting with the police at the police station, she wanted her stepson to be present. He was not able to join the meeting, which took place with her alone. The police did not come prepared. One officer said to her, that if she did not calm down, she would be placed in a straight jacket. She told me that she came out of the meeting upset, her stepson arrived later, he was waiting outside. She said that the stepson went back into speak to the police. She said that whilst waiting outside, a police vehicle pulled up, stating they received a report that someone was misbehaving. According to her, nothing happened further with the police. She said that her stepson was still talking to them. Nothing else happened with the police on that day.
2.4 Medical history
2.4.1 She told me that in 2012, she was diagnosed with diabetes. She is not on medication at present. She tries a holistic approach. She said that she takes metformin when advised to do so.
2.4.2 She said that she was diagnosed with arthritis in 2012 and she is receiving treatment.
2.4.3 She said that she was diagnosed with high blood pressure in 2023, she is not medication.

2.4.4 She said that in 2016, she did 12 sessions of counselling for depression and chronic anxiety.
2.4.5 She told me that she has not been on prescribed medication by secondary mental health services. She is not on any medication at present.
2.4.6 I obtained the following from the medical records provided to me.
2.4.7 Dr Laura Crawford, Occupational Health Physician, Health Management, in a letter dated 29 April 2015 to Ms Dilys Epton, HR, London Early Years Foundation thanked her for referring Ms Myers to Health Management for occupational health advice regarding her fitness to work and the impact of medical conditions on work. The letter summarised her physical condition. It is of note that the letter stated that she admitted that she had an anxious personality and is certainly likely that many of the symptoms she described are related to that. The letter stated that in terms of her anxiety, she was progressing some counselling therapy, having been given contact details both via her GP and via work. The letter stated that it is hoped that some counselling treatment might help her understand what triggers her symptoms, help her to manage them, and help her to moderate how she reacts when becoming anxious for example the loud speech and the tremor.
2.4.8 Laura Tinsley, Trainee Counselling Psychologist, South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, Southwark Psychological Therapy Service, Middle House, Maudsley Hospital, London SE5 8AZ in a letter to the GP, stated that Mrs Myers attended a course of 12 counselling sessions and they had a final sessions on 26 February 2016. The PHQ-9 score on 10 April 2015 was 22 and the GAD was 7, the PHQ-9 score on 26 February 2016 was 5 and the GAD-7 score was 7. These are measures for anxiety and depression. The letter stated that Mrs Myers attended her sessions and engaged well throughout the course of treatment. The treatment focused on Mrs Myers depression, following her difficulties at work. Mrs Myers cause for depression and anxiety significantly reduced over the course of treatment as stated in the letter.
2.4.9 The plan and recommendations included an agreement that Mrs Myers did not require further treatment from SPTS at the time. However, Mrs Myers could always be re- referred or self-refer, if she required further treatment in the future.

2.4.10 The GP in a letter dated 17 March 2016 addressed to whom it may concern, stated that the letter was confirming that the above named attended the surgery on 6 February 2015. She said that she had been suffering for about one month with anxiety, poor sleep and low mood due to problems at work.
2.4.11 On examination, she was found to be slightly anxious. She was advised to use a self- certificate to sign herself off work for the first week and given the telephone number to ring for a local self-referral counselling service. She was reported to have attended the surgery again on 13 March 2015, saying that she had problems with stress at work. She had counselling at Southwark Psychological Therapy Service where she had 12 counselling sessions with a final session being on 26 February 2016.
2.4.12 The letter went on to state that she attended the surgery again on 29 February 2016 to discuss having a medical report done.
2.4.13 It was reported in a letter dated 8 July 2016 from South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust Talking Therapies, Southwark, to Ms Myers, addressed to whom it may concern, that she attended 12 counselling sessions at Talking Therapies Southwark. It was reported that she stated that she has suffered with chronic anxiety since she was a child. She said that she had learnt to manage the anxiety, but it did sometimes affect her ability to write as she has a tremor in her hand. She, however, stated that this did not affect her work.
2.4.14 She reported that her depression seemed to have arisen in the context of a difficult period at work. She said that she felt unfairly treated and she could not understand how her colleagues had come to form their opinions about her.
2.4.15 The letter stated that over the course of treatment, the impact of her work situation was explored with her, and how it affected her. The impact of this situation on her marriage, where Mrs Myers found it hard to cope as a result of being overwhelmed by the difficulties in her work life. She also said that this had affected some of her friendships. It was reported that Mrs Myers said that her family were her main support, but this was only over the telephone due to the distance between them.

2.5 Mental state examination (15 April 2024)
2.5.1 She was appropriately dressed, was cooperative and there was good eye contact. There was no disorder of movement or posture. Her answers to questions were appropriate, but she was at times overinclusive, with the intention of going into great details about events.
2.5.2 She felt well in herself and there was no clinical evidence of a primary mood disorder. She said that she has been sleeping well. According to her, she developed an anxiety disorder (EATING) in the past three years, sometimes only drinking water. I asked if she has consulted her GP. She said that, “I told him about it”. However, she said that eats when she needs to. She had no thoughts of harm to self or others.
2.5.3 She denied auditory or visual hallucinations. She denied delusions of thought insertion, withdrawal or broadcasting. She denied delusions of reference, persecution or grandeur. There was no formal thought disorder.
2.5.4 Cognitively, she had good remote and recent memory, regarding immediate recall, she was able to recall four out of a six-item address. Her attention and concentration were subjectively good, she was able to count from 10 backwards and able to name the months of the year backwards but missed out April. She was well orientated. She had good knowledge of current affairs, she was able to name the British prime minister, the American president and the King.
2.5.5 She does not consider that she is currently mentally ill or in need of treatment.
2.6 Further information obtained from Mervelee Myers
2.6.1 I asked if she had any questions. She asked if I think she is mentally ill. I said that I would need to reflect on the assessment and peruse her medical records.
2.6.2 I formed the view that she can take in information, weigh it, and come to a reasoned decision. She is able to communicate her decision.

Opinion and recommendations
3.1 I will now respond to specific questions asked by instructing solicitors in the letter of instruction dated 11 March 2024.
3.2 I should be grateful if your report dealt with and addressed the following; please avoid expressing a view regarding the factual disputes in this case, as this is of course the province of the Court and no findings of fact have been made in this matter:
3.3 Assess Ms Myers’ mental capacity, in particular whether Ms Myers has the capacity to litigate and in making this decision please assess whether Ms Myers suffers from any mental health ondition and any disabilities and whether Ms Myers has the ability to:
3.3.1 I assessed Ms Myers for the purpose of this report in my consulting rooms at Keats House on 15 April 2024 as instructed.
3.3.2 She has been reported to have suffered with anxiety and depression, for which she received counselling sessions with good effect. She is currently on no treatment.
3.3.3 In my opinion there is no evidence that Ms Myers suffers from an enduring mental illness, as defined in the Eleventh Edition of the Classification of Mental and Behavioural Disorders by the World Health Organisation, from my examination of her and the facts available to me.
3.4 Comprehend the course of the proceedings she faces so that she can make proper defence.
3.4.1 In my opinion, Ms Myers is able to comprehend the course of the proceedings she faces and can make a proper defence.
3.5 Understand and reply rationally to the allegations she faces.

This Report is not FACTUAL but the imagination of a very SICK INDIVIDUAL who turned up at my house with his African Hench Woman to carry out their plans dictated by those set out to destroy me. But they were in for a SHOCK. I was recording and have a VISITOR.
Compressive left common peroneal nerve palsy (2024, resolved) Lumbar back pain Type 2 diabetes mellitus (2018). Arthritis. Sciatica. High cholesterol (2022).
I met with Ms Myers in clinic at Marina House today alongside her allocated care coordinator, Hawa Oweh (CPN).
Background
Ms Myers is a 65-year-old female, not previously known to the Southwark Older Adult CMHT, however previously under working age mental health services. MM Response: I have been to Marina House on 2 occasions for ASSESSMENT. Ms Myers was referred to our team by Dennis Kamara, a mental health nurse in primary care. He requested for an assessment of diagnosis and treatment options, with information that Ms Myers has a long history of low mood and anxiety with some previous underlying trauma and recent stressors including her housing association taking her to court and ongoing disputes with her neighbours. MM Response: Dr. Phil Gregory will face an INQUIRY about this Medical Report/Assessment.
The following information about Ms Myers’s mental health background is taken from available electronic mental health records. MM Response: Once again those responsible will be charged for breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics.
Ms Myers’ mental health records date back to 2017 where there is a Merlin report from police with concern about Ms Myers struggling with her mental health following a tribunal, with also a mention of her receiving previous support from the Maudsley. MM Response: Dr Phil Gregory will be charged for GROSS PROFFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT and MEDICAL GASLIGHTING MISOGYNY. Because District Judge Bell ordered a Psychiatric Assessment in the claim: K02CL827. Dr. Phil Gregory seems to be focusing on his agenda to take away my IDENTITY and replace me with the person he wants to create from his own warped MIND. How come he is not aware of my Medical Records for my Chronic Anxiety diagnosis on the 18th July 2006. For my Open University Health and Social Care examination.
This however doesn’t appear to have been followed by input from secondary mental health care. MM Response: Dr. Phil Gregory who has his own agenda should have remembered me telling him about Winsome Duncan Claim: F22YM276 District Judge Bell transferred to CLCC for Designated Civil Judge. Date: 10 December 2019. Who was groomed by Barrister Ryan Clement Ref: Myers/011119/NICEACK/AD Court Enforcement Services. Winsome Duncan was groomed to find vulnerable black people for them to scam. In 2021 there are a number of contacts with the crisis line and referrals to CMHT (working age), outlining concerns about low mood, anxiety and suicidal thoughts for the past 7 years since her mother passed away. MM Response: All this I assume is part of Dr. Phil Gregory DILUSIONAL MINDSET that is similar to Deborah Agnes Gilchrist. Reference: 1. Richard Harty call to mobile on 27th September 2021 and events after. When I was kicked out of the University of East London. The call was recorded and can be found on YouTube. 2. Matter with Barclays Bank on the same date that Richard Harty called me. 3. Visiting the GP Surgery at Decima Street to collect corrected Medical Report of Dr. Joanna Pennack. 4. 5. Series of events in October starting with Barclays locking me inside in over an hour waiting for the Police whilst my account was close. 6. Contacts from UEL and Richard Harty kicking me out of the UEL. 7. Contacts from Met Police who were contacted by the UEL. 7. Ms. Gilchrist breaking the glass to the “Communal Door” on the 3th December 2021.
Other contributory factors noted included the death of a neighbour the previous year MM Response: I can write a BOOK about my neighbour Esther aka TESS Oliver. I think I should do this to honour her CONTRIBUTIONS as a white lady from Scotland who experienced Mental Health issues. Being charged with criminal damage and attending court in April 2021. MM Response: Now why did Dr. Phil Gregory squeeze this information here? We must look at the Channel 4 News about the Seventh Day Adventist Church and the resignation of the Bishop of the Church of England. We have to reference the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin who I meet at the Housing for Women AGM in April 2014. After saying my final goodbyes to my mother in Jamaica. The Criminal Damage came about after Holly Sweeney P255654 and Nikki Wright P240060 and Harry Stack P255641 and Ben Godfrey P25582 came to murder me under cover of www.leyf.org.uk Margaret Horn Lecture on the 30th November 2020 to say I commit SUICIDE.
Ms Myers had also spoken about the death of her brother and developing depression and an eating disorder as a result of discrimination at work. MM Response: I would advise Dr. Phil Gregory to read the book I gave him IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE. As he is coming across as if he needs MEDICATION.
Another referral to CMHT in 2021 reportedly from Southwark council outlined concerns of Ms Myers feeling police were being sent to kill her. MM Response: I have no knowledge of this. However, it is a fact that the Metropolitan Police attempted to SECTION, MURDER and KIDNAP me between 30th October 2017 to 9th August 2024.
There was also a phone call from a mental health practitioner from the University of East London (student wellbeing service) expressing concerns about Ms Myers’ mental health and possible bizarre and paranoid behaviour. MM Response: I will deal with this as a separate issue for the benefit of safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults. After getting the concrete information the Richard Harty MIC was used for June O’Sullivan’s Drag Queen Storytellers. I conducted the “A Voice of a Child” research project for June O’Sullivan at Luton Street Community Nursery in August 2011. The year I was published in the Nursery World Magazine and Sky News visited on the 5th September 2011. The Cost of Childcare. I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson’s “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS.
In 2022 Ms Myers was assessed following a GP referral by the Southwark Assessment & Liaison Team. MM Response: I have no knowledge of this.
This assessment noted mental health difficulties appearing to commence in 2014 when Ms Myers was reportedly persecuted in her place of work, having worked as an early year’s practitioner. MM Response: Dr. Phil Gregory will be exposed for his IMPOSTER SYNDROME and the DEFAMTION of Mervelee Myers. I was never assessed by Southwark Assessment & Liaison Team.
It was reported that Ms Myers was being accused by her nursery in Southwark of being ‘uncooperative, rude and confrontational’, and was under investigation, and then left due to ill health. MM Response: Once again Dr. Phil Gregory will be charged for spreading POPOGANDA about Mervelee Myers.
Following this, she received 12 sessions of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at the Maudsley. MM Response: MM will go into this in more details for research purposes. As I am on RADAR-CNS with Dr. Faith Matcham of Kings College London. I did 2 years Mental Health research at Kings College London.
Following this, Ms Myers had reported not being able to gain paid employment, MM Response: As previously concluded Dr. Phil Gregory seems to want to use me to further his career and has already set his AGENDA of an OUTCOME.
But had worked voluntarily in mental health research, MM Response: No, I did not work in any Mental Health research. I was a participant. However, I had my own website created from scratch http://www.myvision.org.uk that was stolen in 2022 by Guy Lawful and Mark Upton. I created Community HUBS on Social Media where I write about Subjects from the Cradle to the Grave. All of which have been suspended or DISABLED. Reasons I cannot afford for YouTube Cyberbullying CRIMINALS to terminate my channels.
Been involved in various organisations and online podcasts, MM Response: So why did HMCTS allowed Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP to get the unlawful injunction with threats of IMPRISONMENT and EVICTION?
Was also featured in a book about Windrush. MM Response: No, Dr. Phil Gregory you need to take your MEDICATION if you do not SUBSTANCE abuse like Deborah Agnes Gilchrist.
Ms Myers had reported an incident of the police in 2021 attending her home and beating her, MM Response: No, Dr. Phil Gregory, you need to get your facts correct when writing a REPORT.
And that she now has a criminal record and has been turned down for jobs due to her criminal record check (CRB). MM Response: Dr. Phil Gregory is so out of touch with what’s happening in the real world. (CRB) was 2004 when I reported Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust workplace nursery for SAFEGUARDING.
She had reported feeling she has been targeted by certain people she used to work with and there was a pattern. MM Response: It is not FEELING Dr. Phil Gregory, it’s the FACT.
The impression of this review was that there was not any clear evidence of depression or psychosis, MM Response: I will deal with this in more details.
That past events have been very stressful, and that Ms Myers could benefit from further talking therapy. MM Response: Who is this Talking Therapy going to be with. I am capable of taking care of myself. Where were they from, I wrote to LEYF Senior HR Dilys Epton am DEPRESSED and dying slowly of TORTURE on the eve of Mothering Sunday 14 March 2015? She was then referred to IAPT. MM Response: Don’t where Dr. Phil Gregory got some of his information from.
In 2023 and going into 2024 there were a number of referrals to CMHT, due to concerns about Ms Myers’ mental health. MM Response: Who made these referrals?
There was reference of Ms Myers’ housing association seeking legal action due to antisocial behaviour. MM Response: When I am finished the world will know more about the UK society where Mervelee Myers whose photograph was portrayed across the world as the face of Windrush 70 page 1 of ITV News can experience the HATE CRIMES I have since the death of my mother with dementia.
In December 2023 Ms Myers was reported to have called 111 herself reporting feeling hopeless about the threat of eviction from her home and having ongoing issues with her neighbours. MM Response: I told you Dr. Phil Gregory needs MEDICATION or to stop ABUSING SUBSTANCE for hallucination.
In March 2023 Ms Myers was brought to A&E by the London Ambulance Service reporting worsening mental health. MM Response: MM was never taken out of Housing for Women TERROR CELL about my MENTAL HEALTH Dr. Phil Gregory. You need to come off the DRUGS and DRINKS clouding your MIND.
No evidence of thought disorder or psychosis observed and GP was advised to review Ms Myers and consider a referral to mental health services. MM Response: Did MM not say that Dr. Phil Gregory has the same Mental Health Impairments like Ms Gilchrist?
In September 2024 Ms Myers was referred to the Southwark Older Adult CMHT by Dennis Kamara, mental health nurse in primary care. There were concerns related to her behaviour and posting references to suicide in her social media. MM Response: I already discussed this with Dr. Phil Gregory and refuse to waste my time. This will be the focus of my MENTAL HEALTH & SEND ADVOCACY.
Ms Myers was seen by Dennis in primary care alongside her son Kevin who had travelled from Jamaica where he lives. There were reported issues with housing, neighbours and family. She has lived in her current address for 23 years and has been having issues with neighbours banging her door and making malicious complaints about her to the police. MM Response: Did Dr. Phil Gregory not say I am making this up?
The housing association has reportedly taken an injunction against her and she is at risk of eviction and the case is currently in court. MM Response: This will be addressed in line with Queen Camilla’s ITV Documentary with Housing for Women.
Her son had reported the reason for this being Ms Myers putting up inappropriate material online about the council and refusing to take it down. Her son had mentioned Ms Myers storing urine for months to throw it at her employer’s property and putting up comments on social media about feeling suicidal, which Ms Myers admitted to, however, stated she would never do this due to her Christian faith. MM Response: This too will be addressed in details.
There was also concern from Ms Myers about a camera being placed in the shared communal doorway by her neighbours, that it initially faced towards the street however now has been turned directly at her. She had reportedly denied feeling the neighbours watch her when she is in her flat however, the only issue is when she is coming through the communal front door. MM Response: Here is proof that Dr. Phil Gregory is a NUTCASE.
Recent progress
Ms Myers was initially assessed by our team on 08/10/24 at home by Joseph Mukuba, Community Psychiatric Nurse. Following this, I decided to assess Ms Myers myself to help come to a psychiatric diagnosis and consider treatment options. MM Response: Dr. Phil Gregory will be exposed as the QUACK he is.
I have subsequently reviewed Ms Myers in clinic on 16/10/24. During this assessment Ms Myers described to me in detail her background history to date, including the trauma in her upbringing (physical abuse from mother, father dying when she was a young age), MM Response: Dr. Phil Gregory will be exposed for accusing my mother of PHYSICAL ABUSE. I was never abused my mother.
And her first marriage to a controlling husband resulting in domestic violence. MM Response: MM will be doing my RESEARCH to find out if Queen Camilla played any roles in the death of Princess Diana.
Ms Myers talked about losing her mother 10 years ago, and around the same time being forced out of working as a nursery nurse and following this receiving therapy. Ms Myers talked about the issues with her neighbours persecuting her, which have worsened over the years, and her recent bereavement of her husband a few months ago. MM Response: Why did the COURT not take this into account?
On 23/10/24 Ms Myers contacted 111 and LAS due to feeling in ‘crisis’ after her grandniece left having stayed with her without saying goodbye. MM Response: I was locked out by Deborah Agnes Gilchrist. If Paul Morgan was not with me I would not have gained access.
I visited Ms Myers at home on the 25/10/24. During this visit, Ms Myers described in more detail the persecution she reports experiencing from her neighbours, whom she believes are trying to kill her, leading to her feeling unsafe at home. MM Response: Dr. Phil Gregory said all this is in my head, reasons he wants me to take medication to take the FACT out of my head.
She reported since her husband passed away, she has been more careful in locking her front door and that if she didn’t do that ‘I would be dead’. MM Response: Reference 4 members of the same FAMILY murdered in Bermondsey. No coincidence that the New GP is located at Verney Road. Ms Myers showed me the doorbell camera her neighbour set up on the outside of the shared front door, and how she believes the neighbour is using this to monitor her coming in and out of her home.
Ms Myers talked about her neighbour kicking on her front door every day to provoke her and her belief that her neighbours want to try to provoke her into confronting them, which would then give them an excuse to harm and kill her. Ms Myers has explained to me how she believes other neighbours are also siding against her and that she also feels under threat from the police and housing association, all working together against her. MM Response: Evidence captured online. On Saturday Ms Gilchrist came down from her flat and she is captured on camera. She was also recording me claim am in BREACH of the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION.

I summarised the purpose of review to complete the assessment following the referral to our team from Dennis Kamara, primary care mental health nurse.
I asked Ms Myers how she has been since we last met. She talked about the housing association not coming yet to fix her toilet seat, as well as the mould on her kitchen door and the damp in her windowsill. MM Response: Proof that the matter was reported before I contacted the SOLICITORS dealing with the case.
She reported attending her drumming group and doing a performance and spoke positively about this. She brought up about her neighbours continuing to try to provoke her since we last met. Ms Myers spoke about the neighbours ‘stomping’ on the floor loudly to provoke her. Ms Myers agreed that she believed the neighbours were trying to kill her. I recalled her previous statement to me that she believed the neighbours were trying to provoke her so that she would in turn confront them, and this would give them the excuse to try to kill her. MM Response: My brother died in prison for throwing ACID on 3 boys. My son Kevin said if he had gone walking with the boys that day he could have been affected.
Ms Myers accepted this is what she believed. She stated she would not attack them herself and is trying to keep to herself. MM Response: Why did Dr. Phil Gregory ask my sob Kevin Donovan Murray if he believes I will get PHYSICAL with the neighbours.
Ms Myers said recently she stayed at a friend’s house overnight as she didn’t feel safe to return home. I asked about the camera. Ms Myers continued to report that she believed the camera on the doorbell was there to monitor her movements. She said she is trying not to think about this. She stated being more frustrated about her doorbell always being rung. MM Response: FACT.
Ms Myers made a statement about never wanting to ‘give up’. I enquired about whether she experiences suicidal thoughts. Ms Myers stated this has been misconstrued and referenced a poster or piece of literature she was pictured in, that had the quote about people being unemployed, being at risk of suicide, and said this quote was then attached to her. Ms Myers did admit to having last had a suicidal thought in August this year, when her son was visiting her and she talked about her door being kicked. She didn’t report having experienced any plans or intent to act on this. Ms Myers stated there was no chance that she would come to harm via her own means. She has previously stated her Christian faith as a protective factor. MM Response: FACT.
I summarised to Ms Myers what she had explained to me over the last 3 meetings leading to my opinion about her mental health diagnosis. This included Ms Myers’ description of her earlier life and trauma she experienced, the domestic violence in her first marriage which led to her separating and being saved by the housing association, the loss of her mother 10 years ago around the same time as stopping working as a nursery nurse. Then over recent years with the increasingly difficult situation with her neighbours, beliefs that they are provoking her by monitoring her movements, trying to kill her and banging on her door, leading to her receiving a possession order which may potentially result in her being evicted and a possible custodial sentence due to being in contempt of court. MM Response: UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION.
Then more recently the stress of losing her husband. I explained to Ms Myers my impression that as a result of the build up of stress over these years that her beliefs and experiences about the neighbours could be explained by her being unwell with paranoia and psychosis. I explained that this is a condition that we could provide treatment for, including both antipsychotic medication, and psychosocial support, including psychology for psychosis. Ms Myers said in response to this that she had experienced some paranoia in the past. She said she accepted this was my explanation of opinion about her mental health. Ms Myers said she was willing to try medication if it would help. Ms Myers explained she had recently been to her new GP for vaccinations and blood tests, I advised I would check the results of these and then give her a call next week to see whether she would like to go ahead with starting antipsychotic medication. MM Response: Dr. Phil Gregory and Deborah Agnes Gilchrist are in the same MENTAL HEALTH QUAGMIRE.
She agreed to this and accepted a patient information leaflet about risperidone. She confirmed having our contact numbers in case needing to get in touch in between appointments. Hawa confirmed she would make an appointment with Ms Myers when she had started on her medication to monitor how she is doing. We also discussed social activities and community groups, Ms Myers knew of Time & Talents and didn’t want to attend there, however appeared keener in Blackfriars. MM Response: Dr. Phil Gregory is a PSYCHOPATH like June O’Sullivan.
Mental state examination
Ms Myers presented on time, she was well kempt, wearing a diabetes charity t-shirt, engaged well, reasonable rapport established, maintained eye contact, speech slightly pressured however, interruptible and voice not raised, mood reported as well and objectively appeared euthymic with reactive affect. Mild thought disorder evident with circumstantial responses. Describing persecutory delusional thoughts about neighbours trying to kill her and monitoring her movements. No reported auditory hallucinations and didn’t appear to be responding to unseen stimuli. Appeared well orientated to time and place. Insight partial however took on board opinion about diagnosis and agreed to consider treatment options explained. MM Response: Dr. Phil Gregory will get his comeuppance like those persecuting me after the death of my mother.
Care Plan
I have provided written information for Ms Myers for an antipsychotic medication – risperidone. I advised I will check Ms Myer’s most recent blood tests with her GP and call her following this to see whether she would like to start risperidone or not.
I will send this assessment letter to Mrs Myers, and she is then able to share this with her solicitor for her current court case.
Ms Myers is assigned a care coordinator in our team – Hawa Oweh, CPN – who will monitor Ms Myers’ mental state and risks and support with psychosocial interventions.
Hawa Oweh has agreed to make contact with the housing association to support Ms Myers with fixing her toilet seat and other house matters needing repair.
Ms Myers confirmed having contact numbers for people to call, including the Samaritans, our team number during working hours (0203 228 2240) and the SLAM crisis line out of hours (0800 731 2864).

I requested the JUDGEMENTS to be paid by 27th October 2024.
