The DWP and Universal Credit are responsible for breaching my Human Rights denying my ENTITLEMENTS as can be ascertain from the Assessment of 8/11/2022 https://youtu.be/BbAH427dpsE. The DWP and Universal Credit breach the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristic Section 60 by sending me Capacity for Work Questionnaire. Then asking me to come for ASSESSMENT on 25/11/2022 when they tried to trigger me before aborting the assessment. The triggers at the centre were tricks to say I acted inappropriately when this did not happen the assessment was aborted.
The Person who conducted this Telephone Assessment must be charged with Gross Professional Misconduct based on the above recording.

Proof that Richard Harty Must Be Charged With Managing Men in Childcare as the Paedophile Ring that LEYF Abuse Reviews were online during the ET/EAT about. After Richard Harty panicked, I did my research and find out Richard Harty is the mastermind of Men in Childcare and A Voice of a Child. Now there must be an inquiry in the Early Years Sector. By returning the funding I applied for Richard Harty is a scammer like Barclays that take my money at the counter on the 27/09/2021. When I returned to sort it out I was locked in the bank for over an hour waiting for Police to come and murder me like what they tried to do to me at my home under cover of the LEYF www.leyf.org.uk Margaret Horn Lecture. In 2004 I begged the South London Press www.icsouthlondon.co.uk to publish my story about Barclays defrauded me.

We have a passionate team who give each child the personalised attention they need and encourage the children to take an active role in planning activities. Hi Thelma, this is just a little token of my appreciation for helping me out of my predicament on Thursday. I must first say thanks for your patience when I was overcome by my emotions and cried my eyes out. It was just one of those moments when I thought the world had turned its back on me and there was nowhere else for me to turn.
It is persons like you and Sean G the bloke who turned up late at night to collect my barrels who gave me the faith not to ever give up on Human Kind again. When I spoke to SG and was thanking him profusely for taking time out of his busy schedules to come and do me a favour, he suggested I should be thanking you instead. So I duly asked him for your name and can visualised a very professional person working in a busy work environment, especially at this time of the year. However you did take time out ensuring my needs were met when all doors seemed to have been closed.
I am truly appreciative of all the lengths you went through to help me out and I will forever be grateful for what you have done. I must also say how very mannerly SG conducted himself, even going to great lengths explaining that he would have called to let me know he was on his way, but he did not have a number and by that time you had left the office.
Keeping on doing what you do best Thelma and just remember there are folks like myself out here who are really appreciative of that extra mile that you go to in ensuring the public are given the best services. Once more I take my hat off to Thelma and Sean G from Kingsley’s Shipping Croydon who came to my rescue on Thursday.

So I went back to the Elephant and Castle at the Elephant and Castle to sort out some urgent natter at the Jamaica National Building Society (JNBS). Been Ms Nosey Parker, I noticed this Young Lady perk up when I mentioned #Townhead. Ah ha she mentioned Ms #Palmer is her #Auntie, so I waited to investigate. So my #Research turned up that there is Christie connection, cousin to Donovan Christie & all the Burnt Savannah #Christie. Her name is Mitzy & as she say she look like her #Grandma without the #LongHair. So next time U are in the E&C shopping centre, pop in & say hi to our #LocalGirl!

My experiences started after I was discriminated against by my former employers. This is/was the 2nd time I experienced “Multiple Discrimination” after bereavement and losses which started whilst I was working at a workplace nursery of the NHS.
The GP who sent me on leave, later refused to give me a medical report and I faced a barrage of discrimination from the LEA, Southwark Council SEND Section and those involved in the 1st miscarriage of justice by the HMCTS. I had to pick myself up and start all over again despite I was a graduate of the Open University where I studied 2004-2009 where I graduated 2 weeks before my 50th birthday.
With my online profile and my contributions to “British Values” and the repetition of the discrimination after the death of my mother. The world must be made aware about the role of the NHS in destroying my health and ruining my career the 2nd time. I am on a mission to break down the barriers and changing the exclusion of people made vulnerable.
Decima Road Surgery is responsible for treating me with disrespect and allowing the University of East London to get away with denying me access to studies to repair my mental health.
The Disability Form was not filled correctly by the GP. I took the form in to get it redone and I never got it back. The GP who called to speak to me, label me aggressive the same as the Locum who called me 2 times, because those involved failed to do their duties.
I have had to put in complaints since I was diagnosed with high cholesterol to get my medication.
I went to the Colposcopy Clinic on the 27/8/2022 after jumping through hoops to get the appointment. I was coming from the Dentist, stopped at the Surgery to find out if they got the letter for the prescription. I was told they did not receive it. I gave my letter to be copied. When the GP called, the red flags were present as she sounded as if she did not know what she was talking about. She said she would call me back. I prepared my “Defensive Practice” ready for the call. She was true to form accusing me of being AGGRESSIVE and she would end the call.
The next day I phoned the mobile number on the response to my complaint. Only for the person to be abrasive saying this is her private number. Why did this person send her private number and say I can call her directly about the complaint? I have had enugh of the systemic discrimination because I refuse to accept the hate crimes of HMCTS and CPS and CJS.
So the Criminal needing ERT have my Fight4justice campaign to address 30 years of oppression in the UK after my contributions and my image was page 1 of ITV News for Windrush 70. I can be found online in social media and other platforms. Those responsible will be named like how I was asked to do video for BAME community to take COVID-19 vaccine. My 99 year old husband is TRAUMATISE

I am in reflective mood, coming up to the date, when I was last to see my Father alive and first to find him dead. The 9th February will be 38th years since #PAPA_IS_NEMBHARD depart this world. But to us his family, all that was left was the breath to leave his body.
As for me I lost my Papa during my #Developmental_Transition through Puberty. I am just discovering how typical and atypical behaviours have impact on my life from then. I am making the conscious effort to stop CUSS BAD WUDS, since I got counselling at the Maudsley Hospital and realised the reason.
Attending www.lindenlearning.org on Saturday at the www.nurseryworldshow.com was all I need to help me cross over the final hurdle.
So #LizRoberts please rest assured that me coming to say hello is my gesture of accepting it’s time to move on. I have a lovely conversation with Matt as I was exiting the Business Design Centre. I will treasure that as part of the fond memories of the part the Nursery World Magazine play in my empowerment when I studied at Lambeth College. Looking forward to more positive collaboration over the years.

When you know that God is turning your life around empowering you to start realising your #purpose. Then you accept God’s commands and carry out His work. I am almost ready, dear Lord. My #Life is already splastered all over #SocialMedia & for me that is a #Bonus for those in the SYSTEMS that don’t know about me? Things have not been the best for #Tom Healthwise all through the week… He is not getting much rest & he needs to collect his Medication & I have offerred, but it falls on #DeafEars. I can take the Horse to the Water, I can’t force the Horse to Drink. But maybe I might just have to take my #MrsTOMLINSON status onboard, exert my authority as his #Carer & do what I am supposed to do? I guess this boils down to the #Men in my life who were born in #March. That history goes back to my elder breda Mass #Balis who taught me how to stand up for my #Rights2Fight. Then there was my Friend & Confidante who was my #1Love, Sir HumBug Michael Legister. Now my #Tom, & who knows what the #Future holds? I have to go run #Errands, to the Post Office, etc, but it would ease my mind if Mass Tom would just allow me to go collect his Medication.
