I was targeted by a Young White Girl who assaulted me and tried to grab my mobile phone. When I moved away from her, she ran off saying she was going to call Security. This means this was premeditated.
Next day I was targeted because I was attended her Seminar to find out which of my Intellectual Property she was using. What I see happening when she turned up late triggered my PTSD. Throughout the Seminar there was a Security pacing up on down the doorway. I did not return to the NWS since.

2. EMAIL GUIDANCE

· You can send all letters and documents (exemptions are listed below) relevant to the case including adoption cases. However, due to the sensitive nature of adoption work, the court will only send emails to secure email accounts.
· An email account is considered secure when security measures are in place to make sure the data in the email can’t be accessed by users without the relevant approval. Any account that ends in the following is considered secured: gsi, pnn, gsx, gcsx, gse, cjsm, and nhs.net.
· If you are attaching a copy of an order from a hearing for the Court to process, please ensure that you are submitting it in Word format only.
SENDING BUNDLES
· Please note that court bundles are not part of this process and we will not print them. Some Local Authorities are piloting the use of Cloud-based ‘E-bundle’ storage solutions that allow all parties involved in a case to view and download the evidence electronically. This is different to the receipt of bundles by email. The court can not accept documents that require the setting up of an account or a password.
3. EMAIL SPECIFICATIONS AND EXEMPTIONS FOR HMTCS
· All Civil and Family process, applications and documents will be accepted by email as long as when the entire email is printed out it is not more than 50 pages. This should include the email, all attachments (including any documents embedded in another) and enough copies to serve on required parties (excluding Local Authorities, CAFCASS and CAFCASS CYMRU for Family cases only).
· The total size of the email, including any attachments, must be less than 10mb.
Please note that:
· A page is one side, so 50 pages equals 25 pieces of paper printed on both sides.
· Requests for the issue of Specified or Unspecified civil claims are excluded from this process. However, any subsequent process that leads from this following the issues of the claim will be accepted.
· Do not use more than one email to take any step in a case which requires a document or documents to be filed.
4. SENDING EMAILS WITH ASSOCIATED FEES
· In both Civil and Family cases court processes that carry a fee can also be received by email and processed by court staff. However the same conditions as above must apply and in addition:
· the party issuing the process must either quote a Fee Account number (see below), or
· the party who wants to pay has a valid credit or debit card. If you wish to pay using this method please say this on the email and include a contact number for the Court to contact you to take payment.
· Please note Local Authorities are exempt from this provision.
· What is a Fee Account?
· This is a Direct Debit function that is quick, safe and easy to use. It is available for solicitors and large organisations. Once you have set up an account all you need is to provide your fee account number within the body of the email. The fee will then be deducted from your account.
Send the paper form to the Civil National Business Centre with a cheque or postal order for your court fee. If you’re applying for help with fees send the paper form with either:

I am still unhappy because as a result of raising concerns about the SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION against my husband and I, I am now being PENALISED by the NHS going back to when I worked at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Mapother House Workplace Nursery 2003-2008. During one of the most difficult period in my life, I was removed from Nexus Health Group after Dr Joanna Pennack acted unprofessionally in preparing a Medical Report to help with my case when the Housing Association served me with POSSESSION LETTER in July 2023. As well as the way my husband and I were treated at Kings College Hospital on the 6th April 2024, I had to be dealing with the GASLIGHTING from individuals and organisations and the Legal Systems SOLICITORS representing me, colluding with the Courts and Housing Association trying to make out I do not have CAPACITY by falsifying my Medical Records. I registered at Silverlock Medical Centre and because I refused to take RESPIREDONE that Dr Phil Gregory prescribed, I was made an INACTIVE PATIENT on the 5th December 2024 when I showed up for my Blood Test Review. Dr Phil Gregory and Nurse Hawa Oweh showed up at my home on the 21st November 2024 unannounced. I assumed this was to INJECT me to carry out the NHS plots that I have identified to support the Housing Association POSSESSION and COMMITAL Proceedings that are in the Courts. I have since had correspondence of THREATS from INDIVIDUAL and NHS Organisations. Dr Phil Gregory got YouTube to remove videos proving his UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT when he called my mobile. Dr Peter Ocansey and Georgina replaced Dr Phil Gregory and Nurse Hawa Oweh turning up at my home unannounced twice. I realised that Dr Peter Ocansey is in contact with the Solicitor the same as Dr Phil Gregory. The aim is to say I don’t have CAPACITY to let the Housing Association IMPRISON and EVICT me. I registered at Acorn and Gamount Surgery and the same happened when I was sent message to book appointment about my Blood Test Results. I was made an INACTIVE PATIENT again. I asked for the results of my Blood Test to give to the Dentist who is trying to save the teeth I have left. Twice I have done Blood Test and refused the results. I asked for the results to be sent to me, if I am not allowed on the premises. I was told I would get a letter from the NHS. On the 17th February I was in a CRISIS and called the AMBULANCE. CAD 0902 – The Ambulance Professionals contacted the SURGERY and was told that LOOK OUT FOR EMAIL/CALL FROM PATIENT CARE SERVICES REFERRING ME TO THE SPECIAL ALLOCATION SYSTEM. ONCE YOU ARE REGISTERED WITH THEM TELL THEM ABOUT ONGOING SHAKING AND HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE ISSUES. The fact that Dr Peter Ocansey and Georgina turned up later, is proof there is a PLOT to SECTION Me under the Mental Health Act. Attempts have been made on my life to SECTION, MURDER and KIDNAP me between 30th October 2017 – 17 February 2025 when Dr Peter Ocansey showed up unannounced again. I have my evidence to prove my arguments about why I have been referred to PATIENT CARE SERVICES/SPECIAL ALLOCATION SERVICES from December and no efforts made for me to REGISTER. The world will be informed of how a DISABLED NHS PENSIONER who cared for my HUSBAND for 10 years is now a VICTIM of the NHS as soon as he died, NEGLECTED on BYRON ward where I was MANHANDLED. If I was not a STRONG JAMAICAN WOMAN, I would be HCT Group Impact Report 2016 statistics of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with UNEMPLOYMENT. When I did not commit SUICIDE, my husband and I became 600,000 older people in the UK say they get out of the house once a week or less. The fact I am PUBLIC will put the NHS to shame because of what is happening to me at 16 Alma Grove where I am a VICTIM. I am a PRISONER in the home I got because of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE where Met Police and London Ambulance Service is sent on MALICIOUS CALL OUTS about my MENTAL HEALTH. None of the ISSUES I raised in my COMPLAINT were addressed. Instead, the main COMPLAINT of Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust was WHITEWASHED like when I represented myself at the Employment Tribunals. The impacts started at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust 2003-2008 when I had the first nervous breakdown after the death of my brother with “Colon Cancer”. Information can be found in Dr Maria Hudson’s research paper. I had to start my career from the bottom of the ladder because of blacklisting and networking back then. Move forward and Dr Joanna Pennack failed to fill my DISABILITY FORM correctly for the UEL. This reinforces the STEREOTYPE why Richard Harty kicked me out of the UEL to cover up MIC at LEYF. The fact I had raised concerns at Kings about children at risks from UNQUALIFIED STAFF, I am sure with NEGLIGENCE identified in the cases where the NHS acting UNPROFESSIONALLY resulted in DEATH of INNOCENT persons. I am living in a situation where I am not SAFE. Members of the NHS named are party to attempts to SECTION, MURDER and KIDNAP me. To use my MENTAL HEALTH against me in denying me MEDICAL AID will get the world talking… The impacts lasted from I had the first nervous breakdown to getting MANHANDLED. The NEGLECT of my HUSBAND will never go away. The fact that I had the first High Blood Pressure after I was sent POSSESSION letter is another factor. But my son who came here to support me is affected with High Blood Pressure because he is SCARED about what can happen to his mother. My husband was HEALTHY until 3 months before he died. The DISCRIMINATION by the NHS is responsible for his early demise. The fact that there is information online about this COMPLAINT will cause the world to take stock of what is happening to the Windrush Generation. My contributions to the NHS as an EMPLOYEE will be identified. I have had counselling at the Maudsley that is now party to the DISCRIMINATION. I am a participant in research: Employment, Mental Health, Diabetes and was asked to do a video to encourage the BAME Community to take the COVID-19 Vaccine. I am a fundraiser and volunteer.
It is time the NHS stop acting UNPROFESSIONALLY when concerns are raised to help them improve practices. Instead of covering up their UNPROFESSIONALISM in the REPORTS that was sent to me. Dr Maria Hudson’s research paper was not acted on. The fact that the impact on my health left me VULNERABLE is another factor. But worse of all to deny a DISABLED NHS PENSIONER, Medical Aid and COLLUDING to use my MENTAL HEALTH against me will be made PUBLIC. I would like to offer you and your family my deepest condolences at what I imagine is still an extraordinarily difficult time with the sad loss of your husband. While we appreciate feedback from our patients and their relatives, I must address the language used in your correspondence. It is important for us to maintain a respectful and constructive dialogue that fosters understanding and resolution, and I believe that the tone of your complaint did not align with this principle. I hope I can reassure you that your complaint has been investigated fully. Your complaint was shared with Dr Dan Wilson, Clinical Director, and Ms Felicia Kwaku, Head of Nursing, who are responsible for monitoring the quality of care within the Acute Specialty Medicine Care Group. Matron Yamu Njie, Patricia Ikhena, Ward Leader Byron Ward, Dr Ambika Irving, Byron Ward Consultant, and the Security Team at King’s College Hospital have investigated your concerns, and it is with this information that I am responding to you. I have addressed your concerns in line with how you have raised them. Your husband was admitted on 9th March 2024, with generalised weakness, hypothermia, and confusion. On reviewing Mr Tomlinson in the Emergency Department (ED), it was noted he was confused and therefore not able to provide a good clinical history. He was transferred to Annie Zunz Ward and later moved to Byron Ward on 10th March 2024. During a visit whilst on Byron Ward you found Mr Tomlinson sliding out of bed and were alarmed that the nurse did not seem to notice. I am very sorry for the distress caused; this is not the practice we expect from our staff. Staff are expected to regularly check on patients especially those unable to independently manage their activities of daily living. This would include repositioning the patient, checking their toileting needs, and offering drinks. My sincere apologies that this did not happen on 2 3446 this occasion. This has been discussed at daily handovers on the ward since your complaint, to reiterate to staff the need for regular checks on patients who need additional support. I am sorry that you felt the situation required you to video events on Byron Ward. Family and carers should have confidence that our staffs are providing appropriate, patient-centred care at all times which should include adequate supervision. I apologise if you felt that this was not the case in this instance. You mentioned that the nurse looking after Mr Tomlinson became abusive to you when you started filming him. I am sorry that you felt the nurse responded inappropriately. As part of the investigation, the nurse was interviewed, and CCTV was reviewed. During the interview with the nurse, he explained that he felt uncomfortable being filmed hence requested for you to stop filming and delete the video. No combative behaviour was evident on the part of the nurse. The nurse went on to explain that he was concerned that your recording might breach the privacy and dignity of other patients on the ward. It is appropriate for our staff to advocate for other patients. Since he felt uneasy, he reported the issue to Betty, the Nurse in Charge. Recording our staff without their consent constitutes a breach of our policies regarding privacy and recording in our facility. We take the privacy and rights of our employees very seriously, and such actions are not permissible. We kindly ask that you refrain from recording any staff members in the future and respect their privacy. Betty arrived at Mr Tomlinson’s bedside to ensure he was more comfortable and made an attempt to diffuse the situation. Unfortunately, this led to an altercation between you and Betty. Other nursing staff reported that you were raising your voice, and they were concerned about the other patients in the room. Speaking with Nurse Betty, she explained that she was unable to de-escalate the situation. NNurse Betty does not recall shouting at you, but does remember asking you to calm down. You asked her to leave the room. In order to respect your request, she did so but, for the safety of her staff and patients, she had to contact Security to ask for their support. The care group is undertaking a review of incidents where staff escalate to Security in order to diffuse situations. They have identified that the escalation process for these situations needs to be clearer and shared with our staff. The staff directly involved on this occasion have been reminded that this could have been handled differently. A call to more senior nursing staff on duty would have been more appropriate before involving security staff. I apologise that this was not considered at the time as it may have resolved things sooner. Encounter with Security You raised concerns about the security staff’s response when they assisted you to leave the hospital premises. I am sorry that you felt you were manhandled. However, after carefully reviewing the footage captured by the body-worn video cameras (BWVCs) worn by our security staff, it is evident that they maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the incident. Despite facing personal and derogatory remarks from you, including racist comments directed towards them and accusations 3 3446 of being a paedophile, the security staff remained composed and focused on their responsibilities. The footage clearly depicts the security staff calmly explaining to you the reasons for their intervention and subsequent request for you to leave, which was initiated at the request of the nursing staff due to their concerns regarding your behaviour. After initially walking off the ward, you stopped, so two security staff briefly assisted you to move forward by holding your arms. When you refused to cooperate, they promptly released their hold upon reaching the lift lobby, allowing you to proceed unaided into the lift. Additionally, the security staff can be heard confirming with nursing staff, prior to you leaving, that your departure would not impact the patient’s care, ensuring that the situation was handled with consideration for all involved parties. Furthermore, when you were in the lift lobby, you mentioned leaving your coat in the patient’s room, the security staff promptly retrieved it from the nursing staff and returned it to you without any indication of interference or theft. We are sorry that you felt discriminated against or harassed, the security staff aimed to ensure your safety, the safety of your husband, and the ward staff. It has been reported that you used inappropriate language, including racist slurs, which is completely unacceptable. We are committed to maintaining a respectful and inclusive environment for our employees, patients, and their relatives. Such language not only violates our policies but also undermines the values we stand for as an organisation. We ask that you refrain from using any form of discriminatory language in the future. Discharge arrangements Mr Tomlinson was first seen by the consultant Dr Irving on Byron Ward on 14th March and you were contacted by her later that day. You confirmed that you wanted Mr Tomlinson to come home for end-of-life care and so this remained the plan from the ward team. The occupational therapy team spoke to you again on 18th March to confirm your understanding of the plan for discharge. On 20th March, the team were told the existing package of care had been cancelled on Mr Tomlinson’s admission to King’s and so the team sent a new request for care to Southwark Social Services. This was for two carers to come four times per day, which is the maximum support social services can offer. On 22nd March the ward staff received a call from your husband’s social worker to say she had spoken with you. The social worker asked the ward team to contact you as she was worried that you seemed overwhelmed by the situation and the discharge plans. Dr Irving called you later that day to go through your concerns and you expressed that the equipment that had been ordered had not yet arrived, but that also you were not happy for your husband to remain at home on his own in case 4 3446 you needed to go out to attend appointments. Dr Irving suggested a care home as an alternate place of care in this case and you agreed this may be more suitable for you. A decision was therefore made for Mr Tomlinson to be fast-tracked (an urgent request for a place to be found) to a nursing home the following week; both you and Trevor (Mr Tomlinson’s son) were in agreement. The paperwork for the Fast Track was sent on 26th March. The ward were asked to provide some more information before the funding was approved. This was sorted out by Dr Irving. The fast-track paperwork was approved on 28th March. The team awaited feedback about which nursing homes had availability. On 3rd April, Mr Tomlinson deteriorated, and it was felt he was in the last days of his On 3rd April, Mr Tomlinson deteriorated, and it was felt he was in the last days of his life. Tower Bridge care home was due to assess him that day. Trevor was updated that Mr Tomlinson may not be well enough to transfer, and the chaplain was contacted. On 4th April the clinical team contacted you and explained that Mr Tomlinson was likely approaching the last days of his life. It was explained that Tower Bridge care home had felt Mr Tomlinson was too unwell for transfer and that he was at high risk of deteriorating, perhaps dying, in transport if he was moved at that point. You understood this and acknowledged that Mr Tomlinson was likely “no longer aware of his surroundings” and would not have wanted to die in transport. It was agreed that if your husband remained stable, then the team could always restart discussions with the care home with a view to discharging him there if he stabilised. You were happy with this plan and said you were due to visit later that day. Mr Tomlinson did not become more stable and sadly passed away at 06:30hrs on 8th April. The nurses tried to reach you several times by telephone finally contacting you at 10:29hrs to inform you of Mr Tomlinson’s passing; you said you would come to the ward as soon as possible. Later that morning at 11:58hrs the ward manager tried contacting you but there was no answer on any of your known contact numbers. Mr Tomlinson’s son was at his father’s bedside, and he advised the team of other contact details. Three alternative numbers were provided and tried but they either reached voicemail or failed to connect. In most circumstances, deceased patients are moved off the ward after a short interval. You did not want Mr Tomlinson to move from the ward to the chapel of rest until you could say goodbye. Once you arrived you were able to spend some time with your husband. Palliative Care input The palliative care team are not routinely involved in all fast-track discharges and do not always see all patients approaching the end of their lives. Your husband’s Advance Care Plan had been updated by the consultant on the ward and there was

However, when he deteriorated on the 3rd/4th April, a referral was sent to the inpatient palliative care team. They undertook a remote review when they triaged the referral. They noted that his end-of-life symptoms were being well managed by the team on Byron Ward and they did not have any other input at that stage. They were happy with the ongoing plans to support Mr Tomlinson for end-of-life care in the hospital at that point. They would likely have reviewed your husband on Monday 8th April; however, he died in the early hours of that day. We are sorry that we were not able to support your late husband’s return home for end-of-life care. All efforts were made to allow this to happen with the correct equipment, care package, and support. We also appreciate that caring for someone at home even with lots of support can be very stressful and we fully understand the need for you to ask for a change of plan. The Byron Ward team worked with you and Mr Tomlinson’s son, Trevor (who both hold LPA for health and finances) and you both agreed that the plan should change to transferring him to a nursing home for end-of-life care. The team were not aware at any stage that you wished for this plan to revert back to a discharge home. We would like to thank you for taking the time to highlight your concerns. We aim to give our patients the best possible treatment and we are sorry your experience has not been entirely positive. Please be assured that we take your concerns seriously and will continue to monitor the quality of the care that we provide at King’s College Hospital. I, Barbara McCoy, resident of 9 Alma Grove, SE1 5PY, London, WILL SAY AS FOLLOWS:
I make this statement in support of the Claimant’s possession proceedings. I am Miss Myers’ neighbour and have suffered with my mental health due to Miss Myers’s behaviour. She has harassed me and makes derogatory and racist comments about me, shouting at me on our street. I have been living at 9 Alma Grove for six years and have only spoken to Miss Myers twice. The issues of harassment started three years ago. I believe this started as I would regularly visit Debbie Gilchrist for a glass of wine and to feed her cat.

On 4 November 2024, Ms Gilchrist’s Ring doorbell captured Miss Myers saying, “its invasion of my privacy, they know when I’m here, when I’m coming in… and over there Barbara who takes drugs from the NHS with her brother”. I refer to a true copy of a screenshot exhibited on page 1 of BM1. On 11 December 2024, Miss Myers uploaded a YouTube video recording me walking to my property. She says, “silly motherfucker…bombaclaat, racist, mixed race girl … have no identity…bambahole…them can’t come in here and do as them please,…they know what them man do fi’ trigger me… about seven cars come…my house…bring it on” I refer to a true copy of a screenshot marked and exhibited on page 2 of BM1. On 13 December 2024, Miss Myer uploaded a YouTube short video and sings “do therapy, do therapy with dirty Barbara, the depression gone…” I refer to a true copy of a screenshot and link marked and exhibited on page 3 of BM1. On 14 January 2025, I sent a video to Devonshires Solicitors which showed Miss Myers shouting across the road at me saying “keep on recording, keep on recording, who the fuck you are talking to…maybe you can talk to the Psychiatrist when he comes”. I refer to a true copy of a screenshot and link marked and exhibited on page 4 of BM1. On 12 February 2025, Miss Myers recorded two police officers leaving her property and from her window she says, “these are the two racist bastards that I tell to come out from my house.. yeah” I refer to a true copy of a screenshot marked and exhibited on page 5 of BM1. I can recall sometime last year; Miss Myers threatened me verbally with acid attacks and has waved knifes at me from her living room window. The Ring doorbell camera from my neighbour, Debbie Gilchrist’s house does not pick up Miss Myers, I believe Miss Myers is aware that she will not be recorded by the Ring doorbell camera. Miss Myers has not only been causing a nuisance to myself and the community, but she has been posting videos of myself and the neighbours on her YouTube channel.
Miss Myers behaviour is having a negative impact on me and my neighbours and is not allowing us to live peacefully in our Property. I therefore humbly request the Court to grant the Claimant possession of Miss Myers’ Property. 6 6

Historic Incidents of Anti-Social Behaviour
On 12 July 2023, I received a handwritten note from Miss Myers saying “Debbie I told you Housing for Women is responsible for causing TROUBLE between us, if you want a copy of the letter, you can have it. I am addressing the matter in writing before taking it further…” I enclose a true copy of this note marked and exhibited to page 1 of DG2. On 16 September 2023, I received a handwritten note from Miss Myers saying “Notice of intent Equality Act 2010 in line with GDPR Meverlee Myers serves notice to Deborah Agnes Gilchrist I do not hold her responsible for hate crimes in breach of above… housing for women is …” I enclose a true copy of this note marked and exhibited to page 2 of DG2. On 26 July 2024, I was at home and was awoken to Miss Myers screaming, swearing and shouting which went on for hours this was at approximately 8am. Once it got to 10.30am I decided to make a cup of tea and a sandwich and call the Anti-Social Behavioural Team to report Miss Myers. By the time I got through it was 10.45am and I started to feel funny physically. I had pins and needles in my left leg which continued up and down my left side. The police officer I was speaking to on the phone could hear my speech had changed as I was slurring, to which he said he would call an ambulance which he did as before I knew it the ambulance had arrived, and I was at Kings College Hospital. I was treated for a stroke and advised later by my GP this more than likely happened due to stress as I am ordinarily fit and healthy. It was absolutely her behaviour that had stressed me out then and continues to do so now. My GP has placed me on anti-depressant tablets as of the last year and a half. I am a fit and healthy person that did not have any health issues. On 31 August 2024 I received a handwritten note from Miss Myers saying “Debbie, I Mervelee Myers is prepared to forgive you because of the help you gave to me and Tom over the years. You teach me to talk to your cat. I have to protect myself from conversations with you now. I might in the future??? Us mentally challenged must cling together to protect Future Generation. You love a drink & CUSS. Am preparing my Defence…” I enclose a true copy of this note marked and exhibited to page 3 of DG2. On 27 September 2024, Miss Myers uploaded a video on YouTube and in the first few seconds she says, “do you know my neighbour the junky racist terrorist Debbie Gilchrist…”. I enclose a true copy of this screen shot and link marked and exhibited to page 4 of DG2. 6
On 11 October 2024, It was approximately 7.30am and I was leaving for work when I noticed Miss Myers was at her window filming me with her mobile phone through her front window. I said to her, “Again? What is this going up on YouTube”. I asked her to stop recording me but she continued to record and shout. I know she is recording as she has put the videos up on her YouTube channel. She continued which got me irate and I ended up telling her to “fuck-off” by the time I unlocked my car. I got into my car and drove off. Again, this is all on my Ring Doorbell Camera. I enclose a true copy of this screen shot marked and exhibited to page 5 of DG2. On 22 October 2024, Miss Myers was wailing and shouting all night long from approximately 6.30pm. At 3.15am the ambulance service was called to Miss Myers as she had got herself into such a state. The ambulance service stayed with Miss Myers for approximately 30 – 40 minutes and when they left, they did not take her with them, so I assume she was checked over and confirmed okay. I know she was not taken as I could see on my Ring Camera doorbell. I tried to go back to sleep for a while as I had work later that morning.
On 25 October 2024, I was at work but when I got home a neighbour and friend asked if they could have access to footage of my Ring Doorbell camera as she had been verbally abused by Miss Myers at 11.46am. I could see and hear on the camera Miss Myers was screaming and shouting and swearing at my neighbour and friend who was standing across the street. This incident went on for 5 minutes. I refer to a true copy of the video footage and screenshot of the video footage exhibited at page 6 – 7 of DG2.
On 03 November 2024, it was approximately 8.30am and I heard Miss Myers screaming at the top of her voice for about an hour. At approximately 11.30am the singing stopped, and she started swearing making up a song saying, “He’s a bloodclart paedophile, and a bloodclart terrorist” and a lot more vulgar and inappropriate language. This went on all Sunday almost nonstop.
On 13 November 2024, the Defendant uploaded another YouTube video of her whilst talking to her psychiatrist, which I understand she has now taken down (but the Claimant has an MP3 version of the conversation). I now refer to a YouTube Link of the video uploaded by the Defendant, marked and exhibited on page 8 of DG2. The Defendant appears to tell the psychiatrist, that his diagnosis is ‘not her’ and it is her ‘neighbour’ that needs help. Where she refers to a neighbour, I believe she is referring to me. The Defendant further states that she will not be taking any medication and considers it an entrapment to make her unable to function and that she will edit his report. This was 6 upsetting as the injunction didn’t work and whilst she continues to target me, she doesn’t seem to want to help herself get any better. I cannot see a solution to Miss Myers’ behaviour.
On 14 November 2024, I went out the door at 7.22 and Miss Myers was filming me from her window which she does constantly. She was screaming at me that I’m going to get it and the Queen is a racist. She was given me warning that her psychiatrist Dr Phill Gregory both need help. She then went on that the whole of Alma grove is racist and that I’m a sick woman and will be call up to the judgment table with Dr Phill Gregory to be charged with misogyny. I refer to a true copy of the video footage and screenshot of the video footage exhibited at page 9 of DG2.
On 27 November 2024, the police went for an appointment with Miss Myers. She put this live out on YouTube and was saying that Joe Hooper my boyfriend and I were kicking down her door and giving her verbal abuse. She was also saying that I was going to murder her and call it suicide which she has put up posters in her window accusing the police of the same thing. Unfortunately, I do not have a copy of this video as Ms Myers has since taken the video down. However, I do have footage from my Ring doorbell showing the Police officer attending and leaving the Property. I came home from work, and she was shouting for around two hours then started singing at the top of her voice. This went on until 10.45 pm. I refer to a true copy of the video footage and screenshot of the video footage exhibited at page 10 of DG2.
I was expecting the trial to take place on 13 December 2024, but the Claimant’s solicitors contacted me on 9 December 2024 confirming that the Claimant agreed an adjournment with the Defendant on the basis that she will engage with treatment. I was surprised to hear this I had heard what she said about her doctor on 13 November and what she said to her doctor on 14 November 2024 and I didn’t think she accepted that she needed treatment. On 9 December 2024, Miss Myers uploaded a video on YouTube in which she appeared to be reporting to someone on the phone. She says “partner of the neighbour came in and the lady is in and is kicking door and shouting… she just came in now, kicking the door and shouting….”. She said I am “not going to get away with it…. Matters Leading up to Police Visit to my Home
Sunday at 17.44 there was a call 020-8780-4180 from a female sounding voice who asked if this is Mervelee. The gist of the conversation was I was to attend Walworth Police Station for an interview on 1 December 2020 at 10.00 AM about Criminal activities. I told the person I have an appointment for my Flu Jab so I would prefer to have an alternative date. I also said I prefer not to attend at Walworth Police Station and would be grateful to be interviewed at home or another convenient location. The person shouted if you do not come for the interview you will be arrested because you are a CRIMINAL and hung up. I set about recording videos as this is my Defensive Practice for the past 6 years. I contacted my family abroad and stepson in the UK to let them know what happened.
Monday, I called the number 020-8780-4180 on my House phone and recorded on my mobile. There was no response, so I said as per usual this was LEYF winding me up as they have been doing since I got back from burying my mother. And denying me my entitlement.
At about minutes after 2:00 I heard my buzzer, am sat near the window, looked outside, and see the Police van parked up out there. I went put my front door on the latch and opened the communal door. I came back and sat continuing my work at the computer. I heard one of the Officers asking where is the door and I invited them in and she mentioned it is a funny sort of door. I was not expecting them, 3 Officers, a male and 2 females came in and I thought they came to interview me as I had asked. The female Officer said I was going to be taken to Walworth Road and I should get dressed and pack a bag. I responded I was told to be there on 1/12/2020 for an interview. I need to phone someone to let them know the latest development. She said I am not allowed to use my phone or any electronics I must put my phone away. I did and got up saying I need to go talk to my husband in the kitchen. That is when the 3 Officers assaulted me and handcuffed me and taken me through the door to the van. I was only dressed in my top and shorts. I had taken off my jeans because my husband needs the heating so at times, I take off some layers to balance and meet both our needs.
The Handcuffs
I was bundled into the back of the van and the male Officers was sat observing me, told him the handcuffs were hurting my hands. The van was parked, and I was sat in the back and by this time I started shivering causing the handcuffs to become more painful. I called the attention of the male Officer and told him I was shivering and the last time I had to call out the Ambulance on 3/9/2020. Because I was unable to stop the shakes. I explained about my disabilities and that I have Parkinson’s disease in my DNA, but not a Medical Diagnosis. Without Prejudice he began to treat me the same way HHJ Parfitt did on 2/9/2020 at Central London County Court and that triggered my traumas. I began to swear which bring lots of Officers standing behind the van. The Officer offered to loosen the handcuff and asked me to turn around. The next thing he asked me to bend over. I would not have minded if it were the Officers who accompanied were there. But there were a few gathered, and I was wearing nothing more than a short. In the end he said he was unable to unlock the handcuff. I had the handcuff on, until I was stood before Sargant Patel and he commented about the bruises on my hands.
Updates: I was explaining to the Officers about the handcuff saga on my way back from Brixton Police Station and she was trying to bring in training into it. I counteracted her argument when she claimed that being on the same level was why I was asked to bend over. I told her I was stood in the van. I am of the assumption asking me to bend over is a form of ridicule. There is a SONG that can take on derogatory connotes and discriminatory at the same time. I am feeling vulnerable and the least thing can trigger my traumas. Getting trolled on Social Media and Facebook can affect me.
PC SWEENEY
PC Sweeney was the one who decided to refuse me from using my phone and 3 of them wrestled and inflicted the bruises and handcuffed me. She was abusive calling me a CRIMINAL. Whilst she was stood outside the van watching she keep making faces at me. I know she was trying to smile, but this was rather unnerving, and I felt I was being ridiculed. By this time, I was shivering, my body shaking and the handcuffs banging, causing frictions on my hands. She did not notice later as an afterthought she asked if I have any COVID-19 systems. I asked her if she had only just considered and if she asked me about any disabilities I have.
At one stage I ask PC Sweeney if she do not mind, how old she was. She said 24 and I told her I could be her grandmother.
Later on PC Sweeney was trying to be nice to me, but the harm she done can not be rectified.
Requesting the Toilet
I am diabetic and stressful situations can trigger my PTSD and I get stress incontinence. I asked for the loo and was becoming anxious after PC Sweeney came back with the answer. I was becoming concerned that I would leak on myself as this happened to me before.
Inside the Station
When I was eventually led inside, I am in handcuff yet PC Sweeney have to hold unto me and I was become concerned she did accuse me of any attempts on her person because of my ANXIETY and SHAKES. As we were approaching the PC who upset me and caused me to swear come back to provoke me asking if I had “Calmed Down”. So, I swear again and this I included the other 2 Female PC who began treating me like a CRIMINAL again. Saying they trying to help me. Their tokenism just brings back 6 years of injustice and why I am in this situation. I told them blatantly I would PISS where I was if I could not hold it.
Whilst I was standing waiting and asked by PC Sweeney how am feeling, I told her I feel like punching her, but I blog and will let the Officers who came to my house and treat me like a criminal star in their own show.
The Appropriate Person
She was incredibly supportive throughout and waited late until I got a lift to come home.
The Solicitor
He was told I was offered to come in for interview and refused. He obviously believed them and what can I do? Despite having my records out in PUBLIC I am once again not CREDIBLE WITNESS. However, I am thankful for his support.
The Second Arrest
The 2 Female Officers started out acting heavy handed until I let them know I am aware of my rights. I told them that their colleagues who visited my home yesterday was in breach because I was asked to attend the interview on the 1/12/2020 at 10:00 AM. How come they turned up on the 30/11/2020?
If they had acted professionally, they could have completed the investigation. Instead of putting me through the traumas.
My Concerns
I am in my own home and cannot use the toilet without the Officer, keeping the door open with her boots. In case she does not know some people cannot use the toilet in the presence of others. I suffer stress incontinence, and this do not help. Even my husband was questioning her actions. I left my husband with tears in his eyes. But at least the Officers behaviours were acceptable, compared to how I was treated by the others. This is the yardstick I want anyone to use when judging how I could be treated like this after my contributions of 28 years in the UK.
Brixton Police Station
All I can say is look at the way I was treated at Brixton and the 2 Officers who dealt with the case and that at Walworth Road and you know why BAME People are crying DISCRIMINATION by the POLICE.

The results of the Blood Test which are required urgently for the dentist appointment is long overdue from the time I visited Silverlock Medical Centre on the 5 December 2024 to review the Blood Test and was made an INACTIVE PATIENT.
Upon my telephone call today where I spoke to more than one member of the Acorn & Gaumont House Surgery team, I was informed that action was taken on my file for being an inactive patient.
This is clearly some administrative irregularity, and I would kindly like the matter rectified.

Based on the following ENGAGEMENTS with the Metropolitan Police and the NHS Ambulance Service the following must be considered as MERVELEE MYERS’ updated EVIDENCE Claim K05EC530 listed for the 7 March 2025 at 10:00, time estimate 1 day, reserved to DJ Beecham. I also want to put on record about the unprofessional conduct of the Solicitors Sola Obajuluwa and Barrister Miranda Grell representing me. I received the 2 letters via emails on the 24 January 2025 after complaints were raised, but the complaints have not been addressed. The date he told for the case is 10 March 2025 and I got the COURT ORDER on 26 December 2024 with INACURRACIES.
It is obvious that the Counsel for Mervelee Myers is misleading me about the case and doing everything to make me a VICTIM of Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP. This is the pattern of the Systemic Discrimination leading to HMCTS miscarriages of justice from Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust 2003-2008 when I had to resign with a NERVOUS BREAKDOWN after the death of my brother with Colon Cancer. Bereavement and losses playing important factors in the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION during July – August 2023. Because I was not informed about the Court Order until after the stages from DJ Greenidge to DJ Sterlini labelling me a VIOLENT NUISANCE. The breaches of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics to be addressed are documented online as social media and YouTube in particular MUST be EVIDENCED.

Date: 20 January 2025 the NHS Ambulance Service was let into 16 Alma Grove Bermondsey London SE1 5PY by Deborah Agnes Gilchrist. I could hear Ms Gilchrist and people outside my door for hours until I fall asleep. When I wake up the next morning a note was pushed under the door. I must put on record the fact that the Met Police and NHS Ambulance Service visited my home on the 30th of October 2017 to SECTION me from a malicious report by Winsome Duncan that I wrote on Facebook I was feeling SUICIDAL is when the fact my photograph was across from a STATISTIC was used to make me a VICTIM. There has been a pattern of breaches of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics since the 30 October 2017 to SECTION, MURDER and KIDNAP me from my home at Alma Grove based on the MALICIOUS reports of INDIVIDUALS from I decided to challenge my former employers www.leyf.org.uk.

3. I was not informed about any COURT ORDER Proceedings by DJ Greenidge, DJ Swan and DJ Sterlini until after I was labelled a VIOLENT NUISANCE on the 1st August 2023.

Attempts to SECTION MURDER KIDNAP me to Cover for LEYF
This happened between 30 October 2017 to 20 January 2025 at 16 Alma Grove Bermondsey the results of MALICIOUS REPORTS about my MENTAL HEALTH. HCT Group Impact Report 2016 statistic of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with UNEMPLOYMENT was used by Barrister Ryan Clement who groomed Winsome Duncan to send the Police to SECTION me despite refusing to act about verbal threats. When I did not commit SUICIDE my husband and I became 600.000 older people in the UK say they get out of the house once a week or less. The past 10 years since the death of my MOTHER I have been excluded and the final straw that breaks the camel’s back is how I was excluded from the DRUMOLOGY at Moonshot after meeting the Artistic Director of IRIE. The only reasons I can think of is the same way I was kicked out of the University of East London after I was called by Richard Harty. The fact that Dr Phil Gregory mention the UEL in his DEFAMATORY Medical Report that is not FACTUAL must be taken into EVIDENCE.

Date: 20 January 2025 the NHS Ambulance Service was let into 16 Alma Grove Bermondsey London SE1 5PY by Deborah Agnes Gilchrist. I could hear Ms Gilchrist and people outside my door for hours until I fall asleep. When I wake up the next morning a note was pushed under the door. I must put on record the fact that the Met Police and NHS Ambulance Service visited my home on the 30th of October 2017 to SECTION me from a malicious report by Winsome Duncan that I wrote on Facebook I was feeling SUICIDAL is when the fact my photograph was across from a STATISTIC was used to make me a VICTIM. Did DJ Swan appear at the 2 Courts on the 15 January 2025 to conduct the STRIKE OUT of the CLAIMS? This is the same DJ Swan whose name is on Court Order for the 26 July 2023 that I had no knowledge of.
3. I was not informed about any COURT ORDER Proceedings by DJ Greenidge, DJ Swan and DJ Sterlini until after I was labelled a VIOLENT NUISANCE on the 1st August 2023.
