I am writing to provide an update on your case.

The complaint I understand your complaint relates to the landlord’s handling of:

· Anti-social behaviour from a neighbour in relation to noise.

· A contact restriction and the president’s personal data.

I understand to resolve your complaint, you have asked your landlord for the following:

· For your report of ASB to be investigated.

Celebrating Husband’s 101 Birthday

In continuing the celebrations of my husband’s life, I will be creating the legacies I started from the time were introduced by Mrs Gleghorn, one of his neighbours from 19 Wilson Road, Camberwell, London SE5 8PB. Because we worked as “Cleaning Contractors”, and she knew my story about the “Domestic Violence and Abuse” at the hands of my first husband. Despite the acrimonious way my first marriage ended with me made homeless, I was able to reconcile with my ex-husband years later. So, for Housing for Women to escalate the hate crimes against me after Samantha Gibbs joined and coerced Ms Deborah Gilchrist to terrorise me and my husband exacerbating the PTSD we experienced from 10 years of exhausting the Legal Systems after the death of my mother with dementia will expose Housing for Women TERRORISM against vulnerable tenants.

Let Mervelee Myers respond to Housing for Women based on my recording of the phone call from a “Private Number” immediately after returning from the County Court at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch. As a “Writer of Therapy” from the time my father was stricken by Parkinson’s during puberty, I will refer to the Daily Express columnist “Camilla Tominey Tech Don’t Lie”. I contributed to the Daily Express Mental Health CRUSADE and the fact that H4W and Devonshires Solicitors LLP can stoop so low as to use a 12 page “Witness Statement” from Mimi Owusu who I meet at an event in April 2023 as the basis for the “Campaign of TERROR” to get the unlawful injunction will be dissected. Because Mimi Owusu the CEO of http://www.blacawards.org.uk who uses different aliases admitted in her Witness Statement that she scammed me of £10,000.00 between April-July 2023. This is the same approaches that H4W and Narin Masera who contacted me in July after H4W sent me a letter asking if I was still willing to continue the “Mediation I offered to resolve the 23 years DISCRIMINATION by Ms Gilchrist”. Therefore, I will be using ALL evidence at my disposals as a “Social Media Influencer” to address the “Unlawful Injunction with Threats of Imprisonment and Eviction”.

I followed due processes addressing Ms Masera until she chooses to breach my rights under the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics.

Relevance

As can be referenced with my appearance before District Judge Piagram on 16th January 2024, I asked the question why the County Court at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch was treating my case as if everything is based on the appearance of Samantha Gibbs in April 2022 and inviting me to ASBO meeting in May 2022. Since H4W wiped the Customer Portal of my DATA from 2000, I am expecting to ask for RELEVANT LAWS to be considered for DISCLOSURES.

I had now knowledge who Richard Harty is/was until he called my mobile on the 27th September 2021 and the outcome can to accessed online. That same day my money was stolen by BARCLAYS for the second time. My GP Surgery failed to fill the FORMS correctly about my DISABILITIES. I was kicked out of UEL and the funding returned after I started. But what is of concerns are the actions of members of the UEL Mary Mitchison, Tania Cotier and others. I was rescued by the SECURITY near the entrance where the PLAQUE of BLACK LIVES MATTER is located on 5th October 2021 Black History Month. PC Conway was sent to my home trying to FORCE ENTRY. When he did not get in, he called my mobile. I was at the Peckham Women’s HUB after I was being STITCHED up by HMCTS CPS CJS and treated like a CRIMINAL. What the County Court at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch must decide in the “UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION with THREATS of IMPRISONMENT and CONTEMPT of COURT” is the roles of any JUDGES, JUSTICE, DISTRICT JUDGE in allowing H4W and Devonshires Solicitors LLP to get away with HATE CRIMES against TENANTS.

I am slowly being tortured to death as I wrote to Dilys Epton on the eve of Mothering Sunday 2015. The ET https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 is responsible for destroying 10 years of my life. I can name the judges involved some of whom I never meet before. Including District Judge Bell.

The person name herself Deborah called my mobile on a private number. She was talking foolishness as can be heard in the recording. She is working at H4W for 5 years. She has never heard of me before. So, why was she calling me from a private number and who gave her my number?  

This is just another ploy to trigger me and why I keep a “Defensive Practice”. Without that I have no proof. The matter of the door being KICKED is happening for months. Each time the Police come they sided with the neighbour. One even said they told her I was getting EVICTED and that’s why am making ALLEGATIONS. Maybe because I was SECTIONED twice and Registered DEAF.

H4W must be charged for breaching the Equality Act Protected Characteristics. Reasons they wiped the Customer Panel of data from 2000 and acting that everything started when Samantha Gibbs who started April sent me invitation to ASB in May 2022. Now she is off on Long-Term Sick Leave whilst am the target of Mimi Owusu 12 pages Witness Statement. I met her in April and by July she scammed me £10,000.00. Well District Judge Sterlini who labelled me VIOLENT NUISANCE behind my back during the time my brother spent his 60th birthday in Intensive Care and I had first High Blood Pressure and brother died with cancers. I had to take my husband for his Diabetes Eye Check the 31st July after a BUNDLE was delivered to me on Sunday evening. Yet Richard Hayes claims 24 hours enough time to be at Court on 1st August. DJ Sterlini strikes out my claim with Winsome Duncan after it reached Telephone Mediation. She stolen my MANUSCRIPT and sent Police to section me I wrote on Facebook I was feeling SUICIDAL. I can show where she got that from. She was planning to harm me at her 40th birthday party. Everyone using my Mental Health including UEL that kicked me out.

When am STRESSED I prioritise what to do reasons I did not see your email. Because you asked me to REMOVE stuff. But instead of GAGGING me I think my stories about me asking for HELP should be used as RELEVANT to the INJUNCTION. Considering I tried every possible way to RESOLVE the matter and get help for myself and the neighbour. Instead H4W is getting away with coercing her to target me. And the Met Police is party. Will I be told to remove videos I made of Police GOOD and BAD too?

In 2022 I did not have a Christmas because of Ms Gilchrist. In 2023 I did not have one because of H4W. If I did not persevere, I would not have your SERVICE. I probably ended up like Ms Presley. There are days I don’t eat or do normal things. My husband is TRAUMATISED which led to rapid decline in his health.

I was reflecting on my life of disabilities and poverty and SURVIVING. I felt good because people in the hospital love to hear me singing for my husband. Am in my house singing (NOT SHOUTING) and that caused the kicking of my door again. The Caller at 999 called back to ask if I know if the door is damaged. I am living in fear and the camera is installed so they can continue TORTURE me inside the COMMUNAL AREA. Police say I did not see who kicked my door. The key I gave them is used to give access to ALL of those on the list to come in and terrorise me.

1. Advice for Hearing Why was the BUNDLE sent to me and not Stephen Agera? Then Ms Masera keeps calling Mr Agera asking if he is still representing me. I was in the office when he called telling Mr Agera to destroy copies of the BUNDLE, she sent me, and she would send him a new bundle. Because Mimi Owusu should not be in the listing. Who is Mimi Owusu the witness for H4W? She is the CEO of www.blac.org.uk  who scammed me £10,000.00 after I was introduced to her at an event. How did she become H4W witness? The photo of me and Liz at the Communal Door was captured without my knowledge and used to DEFAME my name. I have never taken photos of Liz and Mimi inside my home because they asked me not to. Ms Gilchrist stomping and throwing furniture could be responsible for the Casing to fall from the ceiling narrowly missing my husband. 4. Dumping or Hoarding rubbish in Communal Area: Ms Gilchrist used the Communal Area and the Garden to store stuff for her BUSINESS before she removed them (CP Social Media). When Samantha Gibbs coerced her to target me, and she abused me, so I spoke about her BUSINESS, and she removed the stuff. She recently put boxes on the stairs knowing I would report her. She then targeted me. She removed them before the Police came. Whatever the Police said to them caused her partner to come to my door to verbally abuse and threaten me. Reasons he kicked the door on the (CP 13/12/23 and Police said I have no proof).  
5. Garden: Ms Gilchrist throws rubbish into the back garden. Bits of broken wood from Ms Gilchrist window with nails sticking out fall in the garden. This is the responsibility of H4W failing to carry out repairs. I am DIABETIC and if the nails run through my shoes can be affected. (CP Repairs)

Now Devonshires Solicitors will be charged with Housing for Women for 23 years of “Systemic Discrimination” against me. Please refer to the “Content Pages” and find out from Housing for Women why they breached the “Tenancy Agreement” and wiped the “Customer Portal”?

Housing for Women will be charged for “Coercive Control” of Deborah Agnes Gilchrist after she broke the glass to the “Communal Door” the first time on the 13^th December 2021. I have been asking for help since Christmas eve 2022 when I had to barricade myself inside. As an EYFS Coordinator, SENCO, and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator in my last job with www.leyf.org.uk, I recognized the changes in Ms Gilchrist behaviour. Instead, I was made the victim, Samantha Gibbs invitation to ASB (CP Samantha Gibbs Letters). I have been verbally abused by Ms Gilchrist, her friends and partner. A malicious reported resulted in the Police storming my home on (CP 26/1/2023, my Mum’s DOB captured LIVE). Results I had to attend Croydon Magistrates Court the next day or I would be arrested. Refer to the patterns of threats to (CP ARREST me with visit to my home by PC James Murphy on Ms Masera on 25^th October 2023). Days after we were robbed in Peckham. I had to attend CMC 3 times for another Malicious Report of Ms Gilchrist resulting in a REPORT by (CP Julie Olayinka DEFAMING my name). I had to go for interview at (CP Walworth Police Station on 3/2/2023). The Police are still investigating. My husband and I got separated. In the BUNDLE that Ms Masera asked Stephen Agera to DESTROY it is said that the (CP Police was called by a neighbour I abused).

 Samantha Gibbs bring man to my door to introduce my “New Housing Officer” he tried to ASSAULT me.       

The Police will be held accountable for their role in this HATE CRIMES when they failed to act when Ms Gilchrist partner kicked my door. I have most of everything recorded. Reasons the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION is ILLEGAL.

 (CP As for Ms Masera sending me COSTS and other documents about Hearing before District Judge Bell). This is fabrication and DJ Bell must address such discrepancies.

 I still believe in giving H4W the opportunity to redeem because they rescued me from HOMELESSNESS in 2000. However, the world must be informed how (CP H4W have changed the same as Ms Gilchrist).

Without Prejudice to the totality of the allegations of the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION, the DEFENDANT was not at the hearing the application at the County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch and will provide evidence of the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION. By relying on the following to refute the BREACHES.

I was not aware of the Hearing listed for 16^th January 2024 at 2.00 PM at the County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch, The Gee Street Court House 29-41 Gee Street, London, EC1V 3RE until I opened the BUNDLE. This is same way I was tricked and unable to attend the Hearing on 1^st August 2023 after the CRISIS I had, and the BUNDLE delivered in 24 hours. I have no “Legal Knowledge”. Therefore, this is breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics that I am relying on to ARGUE my case.   

The Claimant know I have no Solicitors representing me after they coerced Stephen Agera to abandon me.

Before District Judge Naidoo sitting at the County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch, The Gee Street Court House 29-41 Gee Street, London, EC1V 3RE.

Once again, the CLAIMANT is using my DISABILITIES against me claiming there was a HEARING Before District Judge Naidoo that I did not attend.

The Solicitor Stephen Agera did not inform me that he was no longer representing me until I got home from Court and saw the email, he sent on the 19^th November 2023. This proves my ARGUMENT that the Solicitor was coerced by Ms Narin Masera not to represent me.

No notice of legal aid or notice of acting appearing on the Court File, but the Defendant’s Solicitors having made an application dated 21^st August 2023 to set aside the INJUNCTION Order, I am now saying the Solicitor Stephen Agera failed to act in my best interest to get the outcome proving the INJUNCTION is UNLAWFUL. I did not have any time to look at the BUNDLE and attend the HEARING because of the CRISIS affecting me from the 21^st July 2023 to 31^st July 2023 when I take my husband for his Diabetes Eye Checks.

The CLAIMANT is no longer pursuing its application to vary the INJUNCTION order dated 29^th November 2023 because they know the INJUNCTION is UNLAWFUL.

The COURT must take Ms Masera and Solicitor Stephen Agera UNPROFESSIONAL conducts into consideration. I was in the office when they spoke, and he told me she was trying to coerce him not to represent me. She asked him to destroy the BUNDLE she sent to me that I gave him to copy.

Solicitor Stephen Agera took Medical Reports from me that he said he would use to vary the INJUNCTION order dated 29^th November 2023.

I am not aware of the Proceedings via email by the CLAIMANT and Solicitor Stephen Agera. However, I can say Housing for Women barred me sending email and wiped the Customer Portal of DATA from 2000.

I am applying the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics, the GDPR and Charter of Rights in my DEFENCE.

The INJUNCTION is UNLAWFUL based on the Witness Statements of

1.  Samantha Gibbs who started working with the CLAIMANT in April 2022.
2. Trina Philbert who visited my HOME with Candy Smith from Southwark Adult Social Care who arranged the MEDIATION with Housing for Women. Trina Philbert started working with H4W a month before she visited my home.
3. Mimi Owusu scammed me £10,000.00 after we were introduced at an event in April 2023. Did H4W pay her for the Witness Statement?      

IT IS ORDERED THAT

1. The CLAIMANT’S application dated 29^th November 2023 to vary the INJUNCTION order must be strike out because the INJUNCTION is UNLAWFUL based on the WITNESS STATEMENTS.
2. The Defendant Solicitors removed himself and I was represented by the DUTY SOLICITOR on the 19^th December 2023. (a)  This is not relevant ( b) This is not relevant.
3.   The CLAIMANT is in breach of the Equality Act 2010.

5. I was sent a Copy that I addressed over the Holiday Seasons leaving me STRESSED. I was called to the GP Surgery for appointment about my MENTAL HEALTH and sent letter from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust that will be used in my ARGUMENTS about how the CLAIMANT is breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. I was informed that I MUST respond by 23^rd January 2024 and the Hearing will be on 14^th February 2024.
6. The application dated 29^th November 2023 to amend committal application shall be heard on 16^th January 2024 @ 2pm is ILLEGAL and UNLAWFUL. I was not in attendance or given any directions about a HEARING with District Judge Naidoo. I will be attending COURT now am informed but the COURT must rule on this matter about COMMITTAL on the FACT that the INJUNCTION is UNLAWFUL. The CONTEMPT of COURT is UNLAWFUL, and the COURT must give me and my HUSBAND time to tell our STORIES of 22 years of HATE CRIMES.  

NARIN MASERA UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Since I was STRESSED out Preparing the DEFENCE over the CHRISTMAS SEASON, I was unable to take care of myself and do my CARING DUTIES for my HUSBAND. I will, therefore, be using the DEFENCE I prepared already. However, in order for Ms MASERA not to get away with her UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT am sending this to the COURT ahead of the HEARING on the 16^th January 2024. Since I have notifications to send my DEFENCE to the COURT by 23^rd January 2024 for the HEARING on 14^th February 2024, I will act accordingly.

Dear Sir/Madam

• On 1^st August 2023 A Final Injunction Order was made against the Defendant, under Part 1 of the ASB, Crime and Policing Act 2014.

Arguments of Mervelee Myers V Housing for Women

So, the world understands why those responsible for the 23 years of TERRORISM by Deborah Agnes Gilchrist whose alcoholism and racism have taken sinister turns and if I am not careful, I will become another statistics of Housing For Women, the Metropolitan Police and Devonshires Solicitors Systemic Discrimination. Let me begin by saying if the “Lion Don’t Learn to Write, the Hunter Will Always Tell the Story”. I have given Housing For Women enough chances to rectify this matter. Instead, they decided to continue the vendetta by coercing Ms Gilchrist and her DRUGS Taking Friends and her Partner to make my life a LIVING HELL. I reached out to the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin who I meet at the AGM in April 2014 to mediate. My life has been turned upside down since the death of my mother in June 2014. I will refute H4W breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. They MUST answer why everything started in May 2022 after I lived here from December 2000. 

• The Injunction is UNLAWFUL because I was made a VICTIM during the time I experienced CRISIS from 21 July 2023 – 31 July 2023 when I had to take my husband for his Diabetes Eye Check. I had no time to deal with the BUNDLE that was delivered on a Sunday.  Threats of ARREST and IMPRISONMENT are triggers to my DISABILITIES because of my brother who died in jail age 37+ years old.

UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION.

The Injunction is based on 23 years of Hate Crimes by my neighbour that H4W colluded with her to discriminate against me and made out I am the aggressor.  Refer to the Housing Ombudsman Service Complaints that I have sent to interested parties in this case.

The Injunction that was held behind my back was UNLAW breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. Because of what was happening to me at the time as a person with Mental and Physical Impairments. I had a CRISIS and had to be visiting the GP Surgery and hospital for treatment. My brother was dying of cancer, and another was in Intensive Care, a blood vessel burst in his head. I am also the carer for my 100-year-old husband who is TRAUMATISED.  

• Relevant terms of Injunction Order:

On the 25th October 2023 I got home from Mr Tony Cealy’s training “Theatre of the Oppressed” to revive my husband from a HYPO after he was visited at home by PC James Murphy who left a letter. I only learned from Stephen Agera that Ms Masera contacted him, and he advised her to contact the Police. This matter added to the STRESS and exacerbated my husband and my PTSD.

• Advice for Hearing Why was the BUNDLE sent to me and not Stephen Agera? Then Ms Masera keeps calling Mr Agera asking if he is still representing me. I was in the office when he called telling Mr Agera to destroy copies of the BUNDLE, she sent me, and she would send him a new bundle. Because Mimi Owusu should not be in the listing. Who is Mimi Owusu the witness for H4W? She is the CEO of http://www.blac.org.uk who scammed me £10,000.00 after I was introduced to her at an event. How did she become H4W witness? The photo of me and Liz at the Communal Door was captured without my knowledge and used to DEFAME my name. I have never taken photos of Liz and Mimi inside my home because they asked me not to. In case H4W is not aware the GDPR 2018 and Charter of Rights 12 Codes come into play in this case.

The attached bundle has been rejected for being over the maximum number of pages permitted to be printed by the court, 50 pages.

(a) has been guilty of conduct causing or likely to cause a nuisance or annoyance to a person residing, visiting or otherwise engaging in a lawful activity in the locality. Refer to letter for Copy of KEY to Mark Murphy. The Key has been given to almost everyone who attends H4W Premises to open the Communal Door and knock my door. Sometimes they don’t knock and leave notices on the mat.

(aa)  has been guilty of conduct causing or likely to cause a nuisance or annoyance to the landlord of the dwelling house, or a person employed (whether or not by the landlord) in connection with exercise of the landlord’s housing management functions, and that is directly or indirectly related to or affects those functions) Refer to Mimi Owusu Witness Statement for H4W. Refer to recent events most of which are/were captured when am doing LIVE BROADCASTING. Ms Gilchrist partner was kicking the door and shouting abuses at me. CAD 6390/13DEC23 captured on Live with the DISCRIMINATION of the Police Officers who came. One of whom was here on the 12/12/2023. CAD 4186/12DEC2023 – 1268AS & 3348AS– Am still waiting to be contacted by the relevant authorities.  Ms Gilchrist started slamming doors and shouting abuse when she was leaving. She came back later hurling more abuses and threatening me. I captured some of it on Video that I posted to YouTube. The UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION forbids me to post online. According to Barrister Angela Delbourg, I must be WHITER than WHITE.     

 (b) has been convicted of – I was made a CRIMINAL needing ERT to cover for Richard Harty MIC Abusers at www.leyf.org.uk after Police were sent to MURDER me under cover of LEYF Margaret Horn Lecture to say I commit SUICIDE. I was beaten up and taken out half clothe. My husband who was in the kitchen did not know what was happening. I was not allowed to use my phone to call my stepson. Read the MOPAC report of Neil Solliss and Nikki Babb to understand why Sir Mark Rowley who signed my BOOK at Briton will be accountable for those who came to home and tried to SECTION, MURDER and KIDNAP me between 30/10/217 to date. Then check YouTube to view my engagement with Nigel Pearce for “A New Met For London”. If no one was recording GEORGE FLOYD there would be no “BLACK LIVES MATTER”.

Ms Gilchrist stomping and throwing furniture could be responsible for the Casing to fall from the ceiling narrowly missing my husband. • Dumping or Hoarding rubbish in Communal Area: Ms Gilchrist used the Communal Area and the Garden to store stuff for her BUSINESS before she removed them. When Samantha Gibbs coerced her to target me and she abused me so I spoke about her BUSINESS and she removed the stuff. She recently put boxes on the stairs knowing I would report her. She then targeted me. She removed them before the Police came. Whatever the Police said to them caused her partner to come to my door to verbally abuse and threaten me. Reasons he kicked the door on the 13/12/23 and Police said I have no proof.  
• Garden: Ms Gilchrist throws rubbish into the back garden. Bits of broken wood from Ms Gilchrist window with nails sticking out fall in the garden. This is the responsibility of H4W failing to carry out repairs. I am DIABETIC and if the nails run through my shoes can be affected.
• Ms Gilchrist always has cats. Faeces have been walked from outside into the Communal Area. Reasons for the mats.

So, the world understands why those responsible for the 23 years of TERRORISM by Deborah Agnes Gilchrist whose alcoholism and racism have taken sinister turns and if I am not careful, I will become another statistic of Housing For Women, the Metropolitan Police and Devonshires Solicitors Systemic Discrimination. Let me begin by saying if the “Lion Don’t Learn to Write, the Hunter Will Always Tell the Story”. I have given Housing For Women enough chances to rectify this matter. Instead, they decided to continue the vendetta by coercing Ms Gilchrist and her DRUGS Taking Friends and her Partner to make my life a LIVING HELL. I reached out to the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin who I meet at the AGM in April 2014 to mediate. My life has been turned upside down since the death of my mother in June 2014. I will refute H4W breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. They MUST answer why everything started in May 2022 after I lived here from December 2000. 

• The Injunction is UNLAWFUL because I was made a VICTIM during the time I experienced CRISIS from 21 July 2023 – 31 July 2023 when I had to take my husband for his Diabetes Eye Check. I had no time to deal with the BUNDLE that was delivered on a Sunday.  Threats of ARREST and IMPRISONMENT are triggers to my DISABILITIES because of my brother who died in jail age 37+ years old.

UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION.

The Injunction is based on 23 years of Hate Crimes by my neighbour that H4W colluded with her to discriminate against me and made out I am the aggressor.  Refer to the Housing Ombudsman Service Complaints that I have sent to interested parties in this case.

The Injunction that was held behind my back was UNLAW breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. Because of what was happening to me at the time as a person with Mental and Physical Impairments. I had a CRISIS and had to be visiting the GP Surgery and hospital for treatment. My brother was dying of cancer, and another was in Intensive Care, a blood vessel burst in his head. I am also the carer for my 100-year-old husband who is TRAUMATISED.

On the 25th October 2023 I got home from Mr Tony Cealy’s training “Theatre of the Oppressed” to revive my husband from a HYPO after he was visited at home by PC James Murphy who left a letter. I only learned from Stephen Agera that Ms Masera contacted him, and he advised her to contact the Police. This matter added to the STRESS and exacerbated my husband and my PTSD.

• Advice for Hearing Why was the BUNDLE sent to me and not Stephen Agera? Then Ms Masera keeps calling Mr Agera asking if he is still representing me. I was in the office when he called telling Mr Agera to destroy copies of the BUNDLE, she sent me and she would send him a new bundle. Because Mimi Owusu should not be in the listing. Who is Mimi Owusu the witness for H4W? She is the CEO of http://www.blac.org.uk who scammed me £10,000.00 after I was introduced to her at an event. How did she become H4W witness? The photo of me and Liz at the Communal Door was captured without my knowledge and used to DEFAME my name. I have never taken photos of Liz and Mimi inside my home because they asked me not to.  Housing for Women will be charged for “Coercive Control” of Deborah Agnes Gilchrist after she broke the glass to the “Communal Door” the first time on the 13^th December 2021. A malicious reported resulted in the Police storming my home on 26/1/2023. Results I had to attend Croydon Magistrates Court the next day or I would be arrested. Refer to the patterns of threats to ARREST me with visit to my home by PC James Murphy on Ms Masera on 25^th October 2023. Days after we were robbed in Peckham. I had to attend CMC 3 times for another Malicious Report of Ms Gilchrist resulting in a REPORT by Julie Olayinka DEFAMING my name. I had to go for interview at Walworth Police Station on 3/2/2023. The Police are still investigating. My husband and I got separated. In the BUNDLE that Ms Masera asked Stephen Agera to DESTROY it is said that the Police was called by a neighbour I abused.

 Samantha Gibbs bring man to my door to introduce my “New Housing Officer” he tried to ASSAULT me.       

 The Police will be held accountable for their role in this HATE CRIMES when they failed to act when Ms Gilchrist partner kicked my door. I have most of everything recorded. Reasons the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION is ILLEGAL.

 As for Ms Masera sending me COSTS and other documents about Hearing before District Judge Bell. This is fabrication and DJ Bell must address such discrepancies.

I still believe in giving H4W the opportunity to redeem because they rescued me from HOMELESSNESS in 2000. However, the world must be informed how H4W have changed the same as Ms Gilchrist.

I was supposed to speak to the Barrister before the Hearing, but Stephen keeps making excuses. I eventually spoken to her on the day of the Hearing.  From the time she met me she was drumming in my ears that I must be WHITER than WHITE. I find this very concerning when she continued the same theme after we came out of the Hearing. Because she asked that the “Witness Statement of Mimi Owusu be disregarded as prejudicial”. But my biggest concerns were hearing Barrister A saying she was SCARED I was going to SHOUT at the judge. Stephen sent me messages that although I might not understand certain issues, I was to let Barrister A do the talking. I never said a word, so now that Stephen withdrawn, I am asking for an explanation. Also, I want to know who is Housing for Women witness Mimi Owusu. The only Mimi I know is Imani Zenawii the CEO of www.blac.org.uk who scammed me £10,000.00.

On the 25^th October 2023 I got home from Mr Tony Cealy’s training “Theatre of the Oppressed” to revive my husband from a HYPO after he was visited at home by PC James Murphy who left a letter. I only learned from Stephen Agera that Ms Masera contacted him, and he advised her to contact the Police. This matter added to the STRESS and exacerbated my husband and my PTSD.

Let me tell you that you are not capable to arrange any visits with me based on your unprofessional conduct when you visited my home in June 2022 with Ms. Candy Smith from Southwark Adult Social Care who arranged a “Mediation” with Housing for Women and myself. Based on your Witness Statement what in heaven’s name are you talking about discussing ASB issues I have raised? What is your meaning of “Action Plan and moving forward?” I am flabbergasted that you can be talking about speaking with me about “Safeguarding for myself and husband”. 

Ms. Trina Philbert I would advise you to seek “Legal Advise” about this matter. But if I were you, I would choose the sensible options of becoming a “Whistleblower” and save yourself from being made a CRIMINAL needing Emotional Regulation Treatment and a VIOLENT NUISANCE and time in jail for breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics.

Let me tell you in advance that Ms. H Presley and Mervelee Myers will be exposing Housing for Women as a TERROR CELL. Those involved with H4W will be named. Please don’t do what Samantha Gibbs has done and gone on Long-Term Sick Leave either. Without Prejudice I will advise you to “Face the Music and Dance”. 

For your information my husband was in the hospital and that date is key to the upcoming Court Cases. I have posted videos of Ms Gilchrist ASB from she first cut the garden.

 Example of what may cause nuisance or annoyance may include:

 Verbal or Physical abuse – Refer to Complaint April 2019  

1. Unreasonable Noise – Shouting or Screaming – Refer to Malicious Report of Ms Gilchrist for 10/1/23. The Police is still investigating. But refused to act about 13/12/2023 incident of kicking of the door and shouting CUNT. The constant banging of doors and stomping upstairs. Breaking the lock on her door. Breaking the glass to the Communal Area twice. I am a PERFORMER and SINGER, but I am not shouting and screaming.
2. Criminal Damage to Landlord’s or Neighbours Property – Ms Gilchrist cut the garden every time it starts growing. My husband invested in the garden. My husband used to keep the environment clean, including washing of the bins. Killed the plants and replace with pebbles. Ms Gilchrist flooded the bathroom causing damage to Lighting Fixtures. Ms Gilchrist stomping and throwing furniture could be responsible for the Casing to fall from the ceiling narrowly missing my husband. Refer to the letter H4W claim they were not responsible for replacing it as well. I had it in the corner for a while.
3. Dumping or Hoarding rubbish in Communal Area: Ms Gilchrist used the Communal Area and the Garden to store stuff for her BUSINESS before she removed them. When Samantha Gibbs coerced her to target me, and she abused me, so I spoke about her BUSINESS, and she removed the stuff. She recently put boxes on the stairs knowing I would report her. She then targeted me. She removed them before the Police came. Whatever the Police said to them caused her partner to come to my door to verbally abuse and threaten me. Reasons he kicked the door on the 13/12/23 and Police said I have no proof.  
4. Garden: Ms Gilchrist throws rubbish into the back garden. Bits of broken wood from Ms Gilchrist window with nails sticking out fall in the garden. This is the responsibility of H4W failing to carry out repairs. I am DIABETIC and if the nails run through my shoes can be affected.
5. Ms Gilchrist always has cats. Faeces have been walked from outside into the Communal Area. Reasons for the mats.

This was the day that the Court was sending back the Order when I was tried behind my back and labelled a VIOLENT NUISANCE. Refer to Social Media. Housing for Women has the charitable objective of housing, women, and their dependants. Any act or omission in contravention of this objective will be treated as a breach of covenant upon which the Landlord might seek to recover possession.

H4W and Devonshires Solicitors LLP and Stephen Agera are in possession of documents proving my argument about when the TERRORISM by H4W started. • 5 May 2022 – Report to Police – Barrister A said I must be WHITER than WHITE re Malicious INJUNCTION. This is discrimination and am I expected to behave like Ms Gilchrist who needs URGENT help so I don’t become a STATISTICS like 4 members of the same family MURDERED in Bermondsey by someone they know.

• 20 May 2022 – Police – Locked Resident out – 2^nd Time Glass Broken – This was when Ms Gilchrist broke the glass after opening a letter from Samantha Gibbs. The Police failed to show up. My Posters was charting the DISCRIMINATION by Ms Gilchrist coerced by H4W.
• 20 June 2022 verbally abused Employee of Landlord – Trina Philbert – start with H4W a month before coming to my home. Refer to her Response Letter. Social Worker – Candy Smith arranged the MEDIATION.
