My name is Gayle Lewis, and I am a Patient Complaint Officer at King’s College Hospital. My reason for contacting you is to introduce myself and to confirm we are taking the concerns you raised about your recent experience at King’s forward through the formal complaints process.  The Trust aims to have investigated your concerns within 40 working days. Once our investigations are complete we will send you a formal response in a letter from one of our Executive team.  If at any stage we find we need more time to complete our investigations we will contact you to inform you of this.

I have read your account of what happened and apologise that this led to you raising a complaint.

To aid our investigation into your concerns, I have listed key points that you have asked us to respond to.

·        Complainant arrived to witness Mr Tomlinson falling out of bed, the nurse accompanying the complainant did not notice this

·        Complainant decided to video events as wanted a record of the incidents that took place

·        Complainant states that nursing staff were abusive towards her and not caring for her husband appropriately

·        Security staff were called and ejected (roughly handling her, causing her fingernail to break) her from the building – she asked for her coat which was returned with money missing from the pocket.

·        Was safeguarding in place for complainant’s husband

To ensure we understand the key points within your complaint that you would like answered and to ensure a thorough investigation takes place, I want to ensure that I have accurately presented your key concerns.  It would also be helpful to understand the outcome you are seeking.  Typical outcomes from raising a complaint would be:

•             An official explanation in the form of a written response.

•             An apology for a poor experience.

•             Process improvements to help ensure a similar occurrence does not happen in the future.

•             Potential retraining for staff, if identified through the course of the investigation.

Yes, I was let down by Stephen Agera, who you coerced. I was in the office when you called him to destroy the BUNDLE.

As per usual you got everything twisted same as when I contacted you about mediation and if you knew about Housing for Women treatment of TENANTS.

Which Hearing are you talking about for the 20th December 2023 at 10:00AM? By the time am finished with Devonshires Solicitors and Housing For Women, I will get tenants terrorised to come together to take claims against them. Also, the County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch must explain about their role in this matter.

When was this HEARING done?

Since Statement of Cost for Hearing held on the 18/12/2023 have nothing to do with Mervelee Myers, I am charging for CYBERBULLYING by way of emails to trigger my MENTAL and PHYSICAL Impairments in breach of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. Whilst am at it am including the visit to my home on 25th October 2023 by PC James Murphy. If I did not arrive home when I did, my husband might have died from the HHYPO caused by PC James Murphy’s visit.

Samantha Grix is a thief and so is Narin Masera. In response I will be seeking COMPENSATION for 22 years of Deborah Agnes Gilchrist hate crimes against me and my husband. I will be seeking compensation for DISREPAIR and DEFAMATION.

District Judge Richard Hayes: I was advised by Stephen Agera not to say anything and allow Barrister Angela Delbourg to do the talking. All am going to say I was stitched up and hung out to dry by Stephen and Barrister AD. I was not given appropriate advice and representation. I even told Stephen about how  I was not represented and made a CRIMINAL needing Emotional Regulation Treatment. Stephen Agera should be reported to the SRA and Barrister AD the BSB. The INJUNCTION was UNLAWFUL in the first place. District Judge Sterlini was involved in striking out my claim against Winsome Duncan after it went to “Telephone Mediation”. Therefore, he will be charged for DEFAMATION labelling me a VIOLENT NUISANCE.

I am at a loss in making sense of the letter about the HEARING. Therefore, DJ Bell have some explaining to do. Just remember I was never SECTIONED under the Mental Health Act. Nor registered DEAF.

So, Stephen Agera Sold out to Narin Masera showing the world that the PHYSICAL SCARS from our ANCESTORS sold into SLAVERY are now the MENTAL SCARS of TRAUMAS.
