I write further to our recorded conversation on Monday and thank you for speaking to me in terms of the circumstances of the late Mr Tomlinson’s estate.
Further to our conversation I would like to advise you that I told you I need a PUBLIC APOLOGY from Lloyds Bank caused by Andrew Craigs letter and the tone of the conversation wherein you continued infering what was in the letter. Therefore, your flimsy apology is not accepted.
You don’t understand nothing, you are in on the act of DEFAMING my name. I did not make only one payment. One of the payments I made was more than the paltry sum that Lloyds Bank are DEFAMING my name for. What information was needed urgently and for what? Which matter does Lloyd Bank needed to resolve?
Yes, you blinking well know it is ACCUSATORY and if I don’t get the PUBLIC APOLOGY Lloyds Bank will not hear the last of this matter. Lloyds Bank will be in my book Mervelee Myers The Strong Jamaican Women End Gender Based Violence At Housing For Women Properties UK Society.
I don’t need you, Andrew or Lloyds Bank assurance about whether I did anything or acted incorrectly in receiving the balance of my HUSBAND MONEY. I don’t give a toss about any claims that Trevor Anthony Tomlinson has made on his father’s ESTATE. All I am saying in the document dated 17th July 2023 there is a codicil saying if Trevor Anthony Tomlinson dies, is unwilling or unable the Mervelee Myers must be EXECUTOR. In light of recent happenings and person who share Power of Attorney with Trevor Tomlinson, I intend to exercise my RIGHTS as EXECUTOR based on the fact that a SAFEGUARDING was put on when my husband was in Guys and St Thomas’ Hospital because of the threats posed to both his father and me. If Trevor or Lloyds Bank want to ARGUE I can provide evidence of how him assaulting me caused his father to end up in Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust BYRON ward where he was NEGLECTED. I was removed from his bedside by RACIST security Nurse Betty called and I was MANHANDLED after leaving the Windrush Vigil on 6th April 2024. I was provoked by Trina Philbert on the 4th April after HMCTS Court. I ended up in A&E on the 7th April and my husband died on the 8th. The hospital took 6 hours to contact me.
As discussed I have no need to justify any MONEY I paid towards my husband’s funeral. How about Trevor Tomlinson present his receipts for any amount he spent? 1. I will not be evidencing anything. 2. I will not be returning any balance to be paid to Mr Tomlinson.
Now I am proving that you are a LIAR, you claim not to know about the matter. Now you are saying when we speak on 14 October 2024. Suffice it to say I paid for all of My HUSBAND FUNERAL. I paid for his sister because he was helping her financially. I am still sending money to his brother in Jamaica and will have to help with his funeral. This is supposed to come from the ESTATE.
I must advise Lloyds if they know what’s best for both parties they stop PESTERING me over this matter.
How can one paltry sum of £4,824.14 is considered such a big deal when I had to pay for a CAB to take me and my FAMILY to my husband’s funeral.
Maybe you can ask Trevor Anthony Tomlinson to arrange to pay the cost of the amount I spent on the FUNERAL. If Lloyds Bank continue PESTERING me I will seek Legal Advice.
The Moral Right of the Author has been Asserted after HMCTS and CJS and CPS continue to discriminate covering up for LEYF and cohorts denying me my entitlements after the death of my mother. I have been issued with Criminal Record needing Emotional Regulation Treatment. HMCTS is pondering to Barrister Samantha Jones, a pervert in covering up the abusers in reviews online. DEDICATION
This book is dedicated to my husband; he was a strong man, who took on many roles from the time he was the elder brother taking responsibility for the accident that damaged his younger brother’s hand. I have been left to carry on taking care of my brother-in-law Melzie Tomlinson. I want to give Melzie the chance to leave his legacies for his future generations in “Audio Videos”.
I was privileged to learn about my Great Grand Mother from Melzie. What resonated with me the most is hearing that the females down the generation have inherited the TRAITS of our ANCESTORS. Some of what we shared in common are we are passionate about taking on the causes and challenging INJUSTICES.
This book is dedicated to my husband Mr Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson who was born on 8 March 1923 in Bluefields, Westmoreland, Jamaica West Indies. He travelled from Jamaica Easter time 1956 arriving in the UK to settle. The fact that HMCTS is continuing to pervert the course of justice covering up the miscarriages of justice denying me my rights under the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics will be used to continue my Fight4justice campaign. The HMCTS is waging a campaign of terrorism against me protecting LEYF that have been abusing children, young people and vulnerable adults using Richard Harty “Men in Childcare” as cover. I conducted the “A Voice of a Child” research project for LEYF CEO June O’Sullivan in August 2010. I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson’s www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS in 2010. I was interviewed at my home and was employed at LEYF. Using Subject Access Request – Data Protection Act – 117119 LEYF claim not to have any data for me after they failed to return my FILE. At CLCC on the 18/1/2022 HHJ Dight lied that the Clerk sent the documents to both parties. When I catch HHJ Dight out perverting the course of justice, he excused himself and leave the Court. That is when the Clerk apologise admitting she was thinking about the Christmas rush with the Postal Service so sent the Court Order for Barrister Samantha Jones and Matthew Bradley to pass to me.
I left the CLCC with the understanding that by submitting to HHJ Dight’s coercive control, to promise him I would not be putting any more claims because of the impact on my mental and physical health. I am in shock upon receiving another letter summoning me to CLCC on the 22nd July 2022. Basically, what this means is that I am buried in my house preparing more arguments that the court refuse to allow me to use. For HHJ Dight to call me back to CLCC with ***This Order has been amended under the slip rule CPR40.12*** is in breach of my Human Right not to be discriminated against. Why is HHJ Dight with a misconduct who was advised by Justice Secretary amending the Order that he did not prepare about the judgement that was passed for Barrister Ryan Clement to pay me back my husband’s money. The HMCTS and CPS and CJS are party to the discrimination with the two miscarriages of justice. The unlawful arrest and attempts to section and murder and threaten me on behalf of scammers Barrister Ryan Clement and winsome Duncan and LEYF and the UEL and my neighbour. This occurred between 30/10/2017, 30/11/2020, 21/10/2021, 13/11/2021. I must protect myself from the system that targeted me to protect LEYF abusers.
My husband is my rock and without him I could not survive to this point where I am writing books to have our voices heard. I will provide further evidence to prove once and for all how the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and the Crown Prosecution Service targeted me to cover up LEYF Abuse Rings operating out of the HOC Nursery. When I raised concerns about the discrimination after the death of my mother, I was sent to the Prestigious HOC Nursery to be colonise. The ET/EAT claimed I made up the disabilities. This is the story of Mervelee Myers’ transitional journey which started after the birth of my youngest sibling Ervin Julius Emster Nembhard on the 11th of November 1966. My stories of experiencing “Multiple Discrimination” is documented online therefore, I must sign post the reader to read how I am managing to survive after the death of my mother, who experienced dementia. Mum meets her challenges throughout her life, as a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, auntie, and friend. In the latter stages, she was struck down by dementia and despite me making the diagnoses from the United Kingdom after hearing about her behaviours which were causing concerns to the family. I was not prepared when I got home for my son’s wedding, to find mama as the vulnerable woman who relied upon others for meeting her every needs. However, most painful of all was the fact that mama did not know her only daughter.
I was comforted by the fact that I had the opportunities to help my mother to revisit her life when she was the strong woman. Taking care of the need of others at the expense of her own emotional wellbeing. A glimmer of recognition came the day I was leaving Jamaica, when she told my son, ‘She did not come to say goodbye’. It was then I realised this was our final physical goodbye and the next time I saw my mother would be in death.
My name is Mervelee Myers, this is my story. I want to tell the world how the transitional journey that I have been on the past ten (10) years was predicted by a stranger whom I meet at my aunt Phyllis Salmon aka Mellie Nembhard home in January 2014. This man of God was visiting my auntie and prayed for me. I want to use my story as a testimony for others not to accept giving up as an option.
So much has happened to me in the past ten years including the deterioration in my mental and physical impairments. I refused to be gag when my stories are documented online. Those responsible will be named and shamed as my mother always say, “Prison was not made for animals, but for humankind”. When am finished, the criminals needing Emotional Regulation Treatment and violent nuisances will be named.
My name is Mervelee Myers in case you are unaware of who I am. The case reference is 3034363-23. It is coming up a year since I was robbed in Peckham and the case reached where someone was arrested for the theft. I did all that was asked of me, and I have been waiting for PC Herman to complete his job.
In case you were not informed this might be of some interest as I will be using this information for my arguments about the Metropolitan Police continuing MISOGYNY and GASLIGHTING since the death of my husband.
Making My Implicit Knowledge Explicit as an Expert Authority on Subjects from Cradle to grave 1959 to date, I was spurred into action on my mother’s birthday 26 January 2022. I was depressed after celebrating my grandson’s third (3rd) on the 25 January and went back to writing another book as therapy. My husband went to collect his medication and because he is getting less mobile plan his day out to maximise his time outdoors. I was still indoor when he returned and helped him in. I was in the living room when I heard his anguish shout and rushed to the kitchen to find out what was happening. My husband was in shock when he realises, he lost the £1,500.00 he withdraws from the bank. I have no time feeling sorry for myself and jump into actions making decisions about our life from that time onwards. My husband is traumatising and coming up 99 years old, we are blessed to be alive and managing under difficult situations. As his carer, I will have to take back control to continue living a fulfilling life. As a firm believer in God and that keep my father going through years of Parkinson’s disease. My mother made strong to continue the work she was destined to do from a young age. Help me survive PTSD to come to the UK to make use of the opportunities to empower myself. And that is one of the reasons I can challenge HMCTS and CJS and CPS career criminals protecting LEYF Abusers.
I have another ASB reference 2286914 when I called 02075255777. I am sure Sir Mark Rowley can tell you about the Strong Jamaican Woman whose book IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE he signed at the Launch of “A New Met for London”. Yet the THUGS still coming to try SECTION and MURDER and KIDNAP me.

I am not apologising for my response to your letter that is continuing to discriminate against me in breach of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. So, make of that meaning what you will as I will catalogue the TERRORISM by Housing for Women against me from the time someone sneaked into the Communal Passageway to put letters on my mat on the 13/1/2022. This was the vexatious actions of H4W who commissioned the SURVEY online and I was promised someone would get back to me. Without Prejudice I am assuming you were so busy being taught how to discriminate against your own elderly BLACK WOMEN with DISABILITIES that you forgotten I had given you the names of some women that you should know about. One of whom is the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin whom I meet at the Housing for Women AGM on Tuesday 25 March 2014. Here is a little history for you to know, at the time she was Chaplain to the Speaker of the House of Commons. Here is another fact, I was coming from work at Luton Street Community Nursery. I have since being denied my ENTITLEMENTS by www.leyf.org.uk after the death of my mother with dementia. To know more go check my online profile. Because letter gives me the opportunity to open the can of worms that H4W let get away by setting up my neighbour to target me.
ASB allegations made against Mervelee Myers
For there to be no ambiguities about the ASB against me by Deborah Gilchrist the neighbour that H4W put up against me to carry out their dirty work. Let me set the record straight. What do you mean you have been trying to investigate the ASB against me? It seems that you did not learn anything from your visit here. Your visit was to order me to take down information I have in my window for Debbie Gilchrist and there was none. In case you have forgotten you were accompanied by Candy Smith from Adult Social Care who was the Mediator. Whose contact telephone: 0207-525-7702 & 0207525-3324 she has me on the date you visited. You came to the meeting not doing any checks about me. We never discussed anything about the ASB. I have made contacts via telephone and letters from I received the first letter from Samantha Gibbs. I want H4W to go back to their records when I asked for concerns, I raised to be kept on record. Then H4W can respond about the ASB and what ways can I respond accordingly.
Joint Home Visit 20/06/2022
Maybe you are suffering from delusions of grandeur about the visit to my home. You did not discuss any ongoing issues with me and my neighbour, so I don’t know who you discussed them with. As said previously go check my FILE because the way I am affected by my neighbour should be on record.
I certainly never had any such conversation with you about rectifying any issues with my neighbour. There is a Case Number for the 13/12/2021 when the Emergency Services heard the commotion and sent the Police here urgently. I have put on record about the Police response. I did not see Ms Gilchrist after she smashed the glass until the 2/5/2022 when she began to discriminate against me. Because I stayed inside my house and asked if she destroyed the garden again. There is the matter of how long H4W took to board up the door to safeguard me. I had splinters from the board going into my fingers. I am diabetic and this can impact on my condition. The fact that the DISCRIMINATION by H4W resulted in Ms Gilchrist breaking the glass again when the bloke was inside and kicked my door is to prove I am not safe. Because the Police accused me of locking her out the first time and accused me of shouting and leaving me at the mercies of a DRUNKEN woman who THREATENED me when I tried to reassure her, I did not know it was her banging on the door. I just tried speaking to her and the way she was acting I decided not to continue the conversation.
In the meeting you did not discuss anything other than you were told I have information for Ms Gilchrist in my window that I must remove. You were not aware of the ASB and you did not do any checks before you visited me. You were in the job a month, therefore, H4W is not only a BULLY but a LIAR who targets VULNERABLE OLDER WOMEN on behalf of RACIST DEBBIE GILCHRIST they set up against me
The Collins Dictionary meaning of inappropriate adj not suitable. Personal adj 1. Individual or private. 2. Of the body e.g. personal hygiene. 3. Of a remark etc offensive. Offensive adj 1. Disagreeable 2. Insulting. 3. Aggressive. 4. Position or action of attack. To define these words this is what H4W have been doing to me from the SURVEY and they promised someone from H4W would be in touch to discuss my concerns.
There is a saying where I come from about “KETTLE CUSS POT BLACK” and that sums up H4W House Slaves and Brainwashed. Please remember that I was a Member of the Scrutiny Panel. I handed over my keys so H4W can get access to the Communal Area. But now I am not safe as H4Women sneaked in here, and I am in danger of being MURDERED like the www.met.police.uk that made attempts on me on the 30/11/2020 under cover of www.leyf.org.uk Margaret Horn Lecture.

Garden Repairs
How did this become my Personal Garden? I have spoken to MCP and here is the information I was given after the 4th visit to Alma Grove with regards to the Tree and the Garden. I was informed by the person on the phone that MCP contacted H4W about doing the tree. MCP was sent a copy of the letter about details of the Contractor H4W contacted to cut the tree on the 25/4/2022. Someone came from MCP to look at the garden and said H4W had not given them proper instructions about the extent of the damage in the garden. On 28/4/2022 a new gate was made in the front that was not needed. I took the left-over materials that was left in the front garden to the back garden. So, if there were any obstructions, I removed them. To say H4W don’t fix fencing as per policy is another myth.

Misuse of Communal Areas
Seems as if I must repeat that I was the person who handed over my keys for easy access to the Maintenance Team. At one time Debbie Gilchrist was doing BUSINESS where the Communal Passage and outside were packed with stuff. When Ms Philbert visited, I showed her photos of my husband washing the bins and cleaning up the garden. Ms Philbert just shows how stupid she is. I don’t need any reminders because H4W is responsible for giving Ms Gilchrist power to TERRORISE me after we have lived here in harmony from, I moved in in December 2000. If there were concerns, I raised them with H4W to be kept on record.
Since it is a matter of SAFEGUARDING, I have hang/stick signage up to protect the VULNERABLE. How did I obstruct any pathways since the mats have been outside my door from 2001? Am worried that I will be targeted inside the Communal Area because I was targeted by Hermione Cameron who visited my home twice. If Ms Gilchrist can break the glass a second time after she opened the letter from Samantha Gibbs with threats, who is to stop her from HARMING me and getting away with it because I am a victim of the Judiciary of England and Wales, Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Service covering for ABUSERS and PAEDOPHILES and SCAMMERS.
Show me how SAFEGUARDING myself in my home from threats can be construed as ASB? I have lived here since December 2000 and nothing like this happened before… Go back and look at the meaning of unprecedented. I advocated on behalf of ESTHER OLIVER aka TESS. Averted a Grenfell Tower here and have to live in fear of the radiator for over a year. I am not scared of H4W threats.
Misuse of email contact and inflammatory/offensive content
These are not ALLEGATIONS they are FACTS. My Tenancy Agreement 2.26 – Seems to have given H4W rights to TERRORISE me. Can I refer Ms Philbert to the Portal for clarifications about the DISCRIMINATION against me by H4W and Debbie Gilchrist and the Police that visited my home on the 13/12/2021.
What does this mean for Ms Philbert?
In case she is not aware, I got my flat because of “Domestic Violence” and H4W is using Coercive Control and breaching all the laws, legislations, codes of conducts and practices with THREATS in this letter.
What this means for Mervelee Myers?

Why has all my Claims sent to CLCC for Civil District Judge to impose Restraint Order?
Barrister Ryan Clement: 1. Even the one for Barrister Ryan Clement has been sent back. 2. There was failure to collect my money from the judgment. 3. The Court Enforcement Service Ltd charging me to abort the Claim after I had to pay for my Claim, pay again to find Ryan Clement with 15 Companies registered online. 4. Why is there one rule for me and another for those that DISCRIMINATED against me?
Winsome Duncan: 1. The Claims reached Telephone Media and was struck out by the Career Criminal Judges at County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch. This is the person who got the Metropolitan Police involved to carry out her discrimination. Because she was planning to harm me at her 40th Birthday Party after setting up with Ryan Clement to scam me. She was groomed by Ryan Clement to find vulnerable BLACK People for him to SCAM.
Claims Listed for CLCC: The Claims listed for CLCC is the result of the Institutional Discrimination of the Judiciary of England & Wales & Criminal Justice System. 4. President of the Employment Appeal Tribunal Justice Ingrid Simler – In www.express.co.uk advocating on behalf of criminals not to be deported to Jamaica. I contributed to the Daily Express Mental Health CRUSADE. Refer to my letter/email to LEYF on the eve of Mothering Sunday 14/3/2015. Now refer to www.ofsted.gov.uk as I was the EYFS coordinator, SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator at LEYF 2009-2014 when I was stripped of my Rights after CEO June O’Sullivan sanctioned discrimination after Ofsted visited BIB and I was used for how they deliver Reasonable Adjustment in line with the Equality Act 2010. Limited CRO (LCRO)
If a person is issued with an LCRO, it means they have to get the judge’s permission before making any application to the court covered by the order.
Extended CRO (ECRO)
If the person continues to go back to the court, a judge can issue an ECRO.
This order is limited to a specified group of courts. ECROs last 2 years but can be renewed for a further 2 years.
The CCMCC & County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch Guilty of Perverting Course of Justice
Let them do whatever they please. This is in addition to the CRIMINAL DAMAGE ACT 1971 the TERRORIST Police using against me.
General CRO (GCRO)
In the most extreme cases, the judge will grant a GCRO.
This order applies to all the county courts and the High Court. GCROs last 2 years but can be renewed for a further 2 years.
If this order is ignored, the person will be in contempt of court and may receive a prison sentence.

Published 1 October 2014 – MM Arguments: When I was given the CEO June O’Sullivan’s Long Service Award. Who is responsible for the changes when LEYF say they have no data for me?
As a participant in www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers by Dr Maria Hudson for the Policy Studies Institute “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” when I was interviewed at my home in 2010. This was the year the Equality Act was implemented. I started working with LEYF on 1/9/2009, however the Contract I signed was not updated in line with the Act. The point am making is I am viewing the above as a threat, the same kind of threat as why PC Holly Sweeney was sent to my home on 26/1/2021 to deliver the envelope. Like the visit, the letter is/was delivered to exacerbate and trigger my PTSD on my mum’s DOB. Everything the Police is doing is geared towards impacting on my mental and physical disabilities. The fact I was arrested unlawfully is another factor to be taken into consideration. At every stage from the time PC Holly Sweeney called me on 29/11/2020, threat of ARREST was used. Therefore, the fact that the Police came to my home to SECTION me on 30/10/2017 after refusing to act on my concerns will be another of the Hate Crimes listed against the Police. I have a Chronic Anxiety diagnosis from 18/7/2006. As a result of LEYF discrimination from I transferred to BIB 23/7/2014 to sending the Police to MURDER me on 30/11/2020 is an indication of the kind of TERRORISM the Police is involved in.
On 16/04/2021 at 9:30 you must appear at the courthouse at CROYDON COURT 10, Croydon Magistrates Court, Barclay Road, Croydon to answer the charge(s).
If you do not attend, the court may hear the case in your absence and may issue a warrant for your arrest. If a warrant is issued for your arrest, you may be held in custody until you are brought to court.
MM Updates: In line with Discount for early plea I have made use of the circumstances that made you plead guilty to send my plea to the Prosecutor and the Court. Since the Solicitor is advising me that there is nothing in law for me to plead guilty with explanation, I refuse to be led like a lamb to the slaughter on the 16/04/2021 at Croydon Magistrates Court. My naivete in believing in the procedures of the Rules of Law has left me to conclude that I have no trust in the Judiciary of England and Wales and the Criminal Justice System.
Police Bail
If you are on Police bail for the offence(s) you do not have to return to the Police Station and your Police bail has been cancelled. The Court, when passing sentence on you, will consider giving you a lower sentence if you enter an early guilty plea.
The amount of any discount will depend on how early you indicate your plea, as well as the circumstances that made you plead guilty.

In response to your request for a letter with more information, please see below. I am a GP working at the surgery Mervelee is registered at. Please note that my previous clinical interaction with Mervelee consists of 3x 10minute consultations since 2017. Please note that time allocated by the surgery for completion of this letter was 20minutes, so I am note able to be as thorough as I would have liked, and I am also not sure that I am going to be able to add much to the thorough psychiatric report that was completed in April. You ask for specific mental health conditions – she was diagnosed with anxiety and depression several years ago (first coded in 2018). There was a query of bipolar disorder made by my colleague Dr Evans due to paranoid behaviour, pressure of speech, labile mood (please note formal bipolar disorder diagnoses are not generally made by GPs, this is something our psychiatry colleagues do). A CMHT referral was done but rejected, they asked she see the mental health nurse first, but it appeared this never happened, although she does now have an appointment at the end of August with the mental health nurse at the surgery – if the nurse feels CMHT input is needed she may then do a re-referral. Of note, CMHT did assess her in 2022 and found no evidence of bipolar disorder or psychosis. Mervelee also reports that she has an eating disorder (Describes some days she cannot eat or drink anything at all), although I cannot find evidence of a formal psychiatric diagnosis of eating disorder. You mentioned ‘disability issues’ – I am not quite sure what you are asking? She has a past medical history of type 2 diabetes and knee osteoarthritis, although I cannot see any recent documentation on how the arthritis is affected her. There are no documented complications of her diabetes, it is well controlled.

Conversation on 17th July 2023: My telephone conversation to Narin Masera on the 17th July 2023 was done in line with the GDPR 2018 as a Mediation Gesture based on the fact that Housing for Women sent me a letter by post asking if I was still interested with the offer I made with my neighbour for mediation (App. 1). I had no prior knowledge of Devonshires Solicitors LLP and used the opportunity to make contact as was suggested hoping to discuss the matter with the person whose name was on the letter. By this time Housing for Women that coerced Deborah Agnes Gilchrist to target me had increased the TERRORISM against me, getting her friends and partner involved. By the 17th July 2023 when I spoke to Narin Masera, I was under lots of pressures. Without Prejudice I must say it like it is I have every RIGHTS to SAFEGUARD myself by posting the video online. Since Devonshires Solicitors LLP refused to take my kind gestures of solving the matter AMICABLY for why I offered the MEDIATION with the neighbour, I had no alternatives but to continue my DEFENSIVE PRACTICE. I had been reaching out PUBLICLY asking for help in MEDIATING with Housing for Women. Some of those contacted were MP Neil Coyle and husband’s MP Harriet Harman (App. 2). I even contacted the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin to mediate because I meet her at Housing for Women AGM (App. 3) in April 2014, after saying my final goodbyes to my mother. Rights to 23 Years of Deborah Agnes Gilchrist DISCRIMINATION
I hold Housing for Women and Deonshires Solicitors and HMCTS District Judges responsible for Ms Gilchrist not getting the support she needs to get back to the person who was willing to help me when I have any concerns with my husband. I am only lucky to be alive and not succumb to the impacts of the pasts years from Ms Gilchrist came in drunk, smashed the glass in the Communal Door on the 13th December 2021. Although Housing for Women wiped the Customer Portal, my complaints to Housing Ombudsman Service must be used in evidence (App. 45).
Installation of Camera
Ms Gilchrist installed the camera so she and her partner can TERRORISE me inside the Communal Area of 16-16A Ama Grove. Case in point at 16: 55 I hear my BUZZER, I looked through the window. The bloke indicated she is coming. I said to him by the way that is my bell. He started disrespecting me. Ms Gilchrist came down the stairs telling the bloke he did not do anything wrong and started verbally abusing me.
Living in FEAR
I am living in FEAR at Alma Grove because of the TOXIC ENVIRONMENT am living in. If am indoors I get the ASB from Ms Gilchrist her partner and friends who come in and goes as they like. Housing for Women gives the key they got copy from me to come inside to TRIGGER me. The constant kicking of the door is having an impact where I am admitted at A&E because of the underlying PHYSICAL and MENTAL HEALTH conditions. I am losing my voice as the result of the TERRORISM.

Devonshires Solicitors LLP will be charged for perverting the Course of Justice with the coercive control of Stephen Agera. Who sent a letter to the Court to remove him from representing me (App. 45). Stephen Agera colluded with Narin Masera to send Police to my home on the 25th October 2023 leaving my husband in a HYPO. If I did not arrive home from Mr. Tony Cealy’s Augusto Boal’s Theatre of the OPPRESSED training when I did, I would have probably come home to find my husband DEAD. In light of the fact that Housing for Women wiped the Customer Portal of data from 2000. And Housing Ombudsman Service failed to act in a professional manner about my COMPLAINTS. I have no alternatives except to ask the Court to accept my Social Media into evidence. That’s only what’s left after the Social Media Cyberbullying Criminals continuing making me a voiceless, vulnerable, victim. For once I can say that most of what are stated here are Spot On… Managed to Dig myself out of that (DDDBH – Depression) that was intent on dragging me under, despite my (BE – Best Effort). Found the Will Power to Lift my Head Above the Parapet and Put my Foot on the (1st – first) Rung of the Ladder (2 – to) Redemptions. Just shut my Eyes and Chuck out sum of the Clutter, which also helped to Clear my Brain. Palace is Almost HW Perfect considering (no1 – one) is Paying me to do the (HW – housework)? So soon and very soon, I’ll be getting my Trumpet and Blowing as I once more do my (Gunno – worked out after studies that this person suffered with mental health issues that caused him to lock himself away for months….). Now that I have escaped from the confines of my shut in and will be back on the Street again!
Guess I got my Inspirations from taking out that Cardigan I have for my Breda ASHTER. Being two is not easy. At times you feel big and strong. You declare your independence in all kinds of ways; you want to be respected and given space. Other times you feel small and vulnerable; the world looms large and scary. How can we set up the physical environment to support children in this unique and seemingly contradictory stage?
I worked in partnership with the above after attending for a training and was invited to the school to do presentations from 2012 to 2016. I was refused access to my intellectual property in 2016 despite having a written agreement.

The mirror- Your Reflection The A-Z of Abusers Listed
I have always heard the sayings ‘everyone is unique’, or another popular one is ‘being unique is what makes you, you’. What does this really mean? I write this paper today in honour of Mervelee “Ratty” Nembhard. The title is “The mirror -Your Reflection” – when you look in the mirror, what do you see? It is your reflection, and you will have your own interpretation of your own “reflection”.
I met Mervelee a few years ago after having heard so much about her. As usual I had no expectations. My situation was complex, as I would have heard the many horror stories of the “in law” and saw the movie “Monster in Law”, and I was dating her son. The lady I met was the total opposite of the of the images portrayed and she was indeed a unique individual. She was beaming and very elated, anxious, and so welcoming. She was arriving in Jamaica to see her mom and attend her last son’s wedding. To enhance the package, she was meeting her four-year-old grandson for the first time. The days passed and it was a good trip from my perspective. I am urged to say through my lens because again I refer to the mirror, my mirror. When I look at the photographs, what do I see? I see fun, and happy memories but then, that’s just me.
Mervelee is a very kind individual, with a very strong personality. She has her own unique ways of handling situations and is often misunderstood. This is because we live in a society that has established norms which dictates boundaries of accepted behaviours. Unfortunately, if you do not fall in these norms, you may be exposed to acts of discrimination. This is attributed to the fact that persons do not wish to accept the differences of individuals, but instead expect the behaviours displayed by everyone to be replicas of established protocols. It is imperative that I ask at this point- who dictates the way one should act and why? Who says your way of behaving is the right way? Is your way the only way? Well Ratty will be the first to tell you that her way may not be the accepted nor expected way, but that’s her way and that’s fine. It may or may not bring her the desired results, and sometimes may even come with consequences which may have to be handled through different mediums, but it is her mirror for her to see her reflection. There are always different approaches, and some may be more acceptable than others, but who are we to dictate if the action is right or wrong? Sometimes the best approach is to help the individual to look in the mirror and see the reflection from different perspectives.
Mervelee Nembhard is a storyteller. With her many stories and experiences, she is quite adept of sharing valuable information with whomever may share her interests. Her love for family, friends, children, and her work with children with special educational needs, combined with her being identified as being “different” has made her an advocate for justice. This shows her character traits of being bold and brave as she “tackles the world” to defend her loved ones and the vulnerable. Sometimes I wish she would relax and enjoy life as it comes, but this again is my wish and not hers. Her life is viewed through her lens, and she needs to satisfy her personal desires to achieve personal satisfaction. Who dares to dictate, what an individual should or should not do? Instead let’s use the mirror to guide our approach- let’s look at life from different angles. Let’s see the pictures in different frames and try to understand the concept. Maybe then we can shift the focus from what’s being done wrong or right -to how can we do things differently, so everyone is happy? Everyone’s happiness will have different requirements and will also be achieved at different times, but through it all let us always be respectful of each other (privacy, feelings, individual preferences) and base our actions in the foundation of love.
Always use the mirror and see your reflection. The way you see you in the mirror may be different from the way others see you in the same mirror. This means we think and feel differently about the same thing. It may be presented in the same manner, at the same time, in the same place but we will use our personal lens which may give us different views. It’s ok to not understand the conclusions or actions of others but what’s not ok is to be disappointed in others because they did not share your perspective. I will applaud Ratty for the efforts she has made in identifying that she is responsible for her wellbeing, and the steps she has taken to improve herself. Her ability to identify her weaknesses is outstanding and she continues to work on herself and is making great progress. She is not afraid to share her weaknesses and speak openly about her vulnerabilities, which when looked at through the lens of others may not be readily accepted nor supported. She continues to strive to achieve her goals despite many obstacles and through her lens -limited support.
Today I write for Mervelee Ratty Nembhard, because she continues to contribute to others for the greater good. I have personally benefitted from her kindness as when corporate entities would not support a dream, my little contribution to society through my PhD studies, “Ratty” was there to sponsor my first-year’s tuition which in her mirror was an investment in her grandkids. I use this medium to express my appreciation and to confirm my commitment to delivering on making a difference and helping others to look through their lens and see the world from different angles.
The mirror will always give you a reflection, what really do you see? Do you see you, or do you see me? Can you identify the differences between you and me? Always remember everyone is unique. Sometimes it’s easier not to try to understand the other person but rather to start accepting their differences and respecting their unique qualities. Being different does not mean I am wrong, and you are right, it simply means you are YOU and I am ME. Mervelee Nembhard you will always be “Ratty”, embrace you.

Just hearing about the passing of another of my Family from Townhead Baptist Church! So I extend my condolences to the BROWN Family on the passing of one of theirs. Let me use this opportunity to say thank you to Spartan aka Babs Campbell who turned up at my Mama’s funeral to pay her respects. My life is an “Open Book” therefore, my stories are documented online from I joined social media in the Summer of 2009. The Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and the Crown Prosecution Service are implicated in the discrimination of Mervelee Myers after meeting my grandson Navonte Legister on the 22/12/2013 at the airport. When I returned for his great grandmother’s funeral in 2018, he was solving the story of how old he was when we meet. Here is the proof that up to 2018 when I visited Jamaica for another funeral, LEYF discrimination did not make an impact on my life. My Public Profile is testimony of how HMCTS and CJS and CPS are implicated in colluding with LEYF in making me a voiceless, vulnerable victim.
Navaughn Legister was born on 25/1/2019 and after his birth my son Valdin Legister discovered he has the Sickle Cell Trait. Now, Mervelee Myers must educate the world about the discrimination of people made voiceless, vulnerable victim by the Legal Systems to protect LEYF and cohorts. MM Summary January 2022: This Businessman is alleged to have committed SUICIDE. I was made a victim of discrimination by LEYF and HMCTS second miscarriage of justice judgement. Because I was denied my rights to having a job after raising concerns about how the mistreatment at BIB impacted on my life to LEYF Senior HR Dilys Epton in writing. I was sent to the HOC Nursery by Area Manager Hilda Miller to be colonise. On the 27 March 2015, DE visited HOC Nursery to trick me, lying about sending me home with pay to recover from my ordeals. She tried to get me to sign documents giving her permission to make decisions on my behalf. I told DE about my experiences at Kings College NHS Foundation Trust where I had the first nervous breakdown after the death of my brother in 2008. The date that DE came to HOC Nursery to trick me. I was escorted out of HOC Nursery by the manager claiming that I did not have a PASS and SECURITY is HIGH. Can you see how the pattern was set for the eight (8) years of discrimination that denied me my rights and impacted on my health. Making me a criminal needing Emotional Regulation Treatment.

On Thursday 5 March, a Student Mental Health Film Festival will take place to mark University Mental Health Day. This event is organised by #KaleidoscopeHealthandCare, King’scollege Students’ Union and SOAS Student’s Union.
The event will showcase a series of #films created by students about their #experiences of mental health, and how they would like support services to improve. The #organisers are also looking for a #TimetoChangeChampion to speak about their experiences.

Location: King’s College London – Guy’s Campus, Gowland Hopkins Lecture Theatre, Hodgkin Building, Newcomen Street, SE1 1UL
What it involves:
The organisers are looking for a Champion to speak for about #7minutes (or less) about their lived experience of mental health problems as a #student, and the importance of sharing lived experience and reducing #stigma for students.
You could also talk about how mental health services can #benefit from learning from lived experiences, and any #resources you have found helpful.

Yesterday was 1 hell of a PD! Couldn’t make it 2 Brixton 2 get my tickets, but everything else got dun? Losing my VOICE again only highlighted how Persons with SEN & other diverse & complex needs struggle in life. I was croaking like a lizard/frog getting myself understood throughout the day as well as trying to use Sign Language. All is well that ends well as I used the rest of the day to get more work done. Our Decision About Your Complaint by PC Neil Solliss and Inspector Nikki Babb
Paragraph 1: Obvious that the decision was bias like all my dealings with the Police from the time I raised concerns about verbal threats from Ryan Clement and Winsome Duncan and Police said it was none of their business. Otherwise, how could PC Solliss make such an error that I complained about my arrest on 29/11/2020?
P2: Since the IOPC is responsible in part for the discrimination, I consider they are not credible and refuse to accept their guidance about the decision. Refer to Our Ref: 2019/119249 Force Ref: PC/7//19 by Ratna Khanam 26/6/2019. Summary of Mrs Myers Meeting at Southwark Police Station 23/6/2019. Proof of Metropolitan Police & IOPC Prejudices against me. I have no trust in the Appropriate Authority and suggested PS LAWES as a Mediator. P3: I contacted MOPAC and was informed I must wait for the Decision. I was expecting Neil Solliss to act after he contacted me via email to clarify certain matters, seems he was taking me for an idiot like the Legal Systems that presided over 2 miscarriages of justice in 28 years and trying to make me a criminal for Deportation.
P4: I beg to differ that my Complaint was handled in a reasonable and proportionate manner.
P5: Please refer to relevant Rules of Law and Section 60 of the Equality Act 2010 as the PCs involved must given relevant training. How PC Solliss and Nikki Babb think they can get away with this decision.
Reasonable & Proportionate Handling: All am prepared to say on this matter is refer to the Reviews on LEYF website for clarifications of why the Police were used to carry out their dirty work that they started at BIB. It’s my mother’s 97th birthday and I have just spoken to PC Sweeney and PC Chelsea who came to deliver a letter. Both are wearing PPE.
Summary: Original Complaint could not have been understood why there was the email chain, and even then it seems “Without Prejudice” a deliberate attempt to misconstrue and trick me.
I want to see the copy of the Statement by PC Holly Sweeney, and why reference to “Whilst the incident was fresh in her mind?” As a person with Mental & Physical Disabilities the Rules of Laws are been used against me. For example when I asked the Solicitor about when I would be hearing from the Police. His response “There is no Statutory Time”. What this is doing is exacerbating my PTSD and this can be verified from my Medical Records. Yet my former employers claim not to have any data for me. The ET/EAT claim I made up disabilities.
I must see the use of “Force Form” by Nikki Wright. Because I was jumped by 3 Officers when I got up from the chair to reaching part way in my Living Room going towards the door.
I must see Body Worn Video of the 4 Officers.
Now since LEYF is going to described as the alleged victim, the Police have a Duty to Safeguard children, young people and vulnerable adults by investigating the Reviews online and Report in Southwark News about BIB. This was where the discrimination started and I made a Victim. Who was then Radicalised so LEYF can get the Police to carry out their Dirty Work. The Police and IOPC are responsible for discrimination. Hence the following: IOPC Claim Number: F21YM135 and Metropolitan Police Claim Number: F45YM082. This discrimination is not a one off as my Defensive Practice will prove that I was not afforded any protection when I raised concerns. Instead the Police came to section me on a malicious report and the IOPC set out to cover up and not resolve the matter. If this was done when I arrange the Meeting at SPS, instead of calling a Patrol Car, PC Holly Sweeney and her Team would not get caught up with this situation.
If the Police had not been influenced by LEYF making them a victim they would not now be considered responsible for the Hate Crime against me.
I am challenging PC Neil Solliss that he is either illiterate, corrupt or both in the way he has gone about drawing his inference. Either he is a good liar or trying to make Decision from none existent video. The only video he had access to was the 2 Female Officers who visited my home on 1/12/2020. So he used my complaint and what was fresh in PC Sweeney mind and Force Form by Nikki Wright to come up with this Decision. It’s no different from Senior HR Dilys Epton trying to get me to allow her to fill forms on my behalf. My brother, the Brainy One who went to High School explained, it’s like using my head on a nude photo.
Crime Report 2031780/20: Why did LEYF fail to report other “Alleged Criminal Damages” before 15/11/2020? In particular the one on 11/11/2020 my brother’s birthday must be considered as this had caused me to act out of proportion. I was advised by Dr Laura Crawford to seek CBT to find out why I react to certain situations the way I do.
Considering the Police are party to discrimination when they failed to act about Winsome Duncan after numerous complaints when she targeted me out by Tesco, why did they not investigate? I have placed in the Public Domain about attempted attacks and assaults by people linked to LEYF and the CEO June O’Sullivan’s plot to get me detained at Nursery World Show 2018. My account of discrimination is in the PD. Therefore the Police failed to investigate and placed themselves as accessory after the fact of LEYF discrimination.
OIC: Can someone clarify the assigned OIC on 17/11/2020 and the 48 hours circulation of suspect as am dyslexic. This makes no sense to me.
My Complaint: Why did PC Sweeney call me a Criminal if am invited for an interview as a Suspect. Proof that LEYF convinced her.
Who is the Victim? Who is responsible for the Police not operating professionally? Reviews online clarify they are no better than LEYF.
How does one decide about aggressive manner over the phone? PC Holly needs training.
PC Neil Solliss has shown how ignorant he is because the date and time I was asked to attend was 1/12/2020 at 10am. Once again I will stick up for PC Sweeney saying she was put in a difficult situation and PC Solliss was given the chance to get her the support needed. Instead he might have given her a false sense of Security to lie. I made recordings after the call on 29/11/2020 and spoken to my Family abroad & Stepson here. 30/11/2020 I called the number, hoping to resolve the matter of my Flu Jab & Interview. There was no response. I recorded as my Defensive Practice.
CAD5862/29NOV11: Proof that PC Solliss is as confused as LEYF in their plots to destroy me after the death of my mother.
Why was I arrested on 30/11/2020 if I was asked to attend an interview on 1/12/2020? I told Police if they waited outside my home on 1/12/2020 and entered 10.01 and done what they did on 30/11/2020 I have no grounds for complaint because I would not have been at WPS for the interview. Any fool can understand my reasoning.
What does this mean that the Officers located me in the front room on the ground floor? It’s obvious that the Officers were not aware there are 2 Flats at Alma Grove. How can I trust these Officers who can get such information wrong? What else have they made up. I was not hiding, I welcome them in my home, I did not have to because of my experiences when they came to section me and I was left TRAUMATISED on 30/10/2017.
PC Solliss seems to be dealing with Delusions of Grandeur from here on. Because nothing happened as documented in the following paragraphs. My recollections of what happened are documented and the Police can access them.

Might I refer PC Solliss and the Police to Counter-terrorism; a holistic approach 9 Mechanisms since he is going to quote what Science recognises. He is ignorant like LEYF and ET/EAT Judges.
Refer to George Floyd and Black Lives Matter if PC Sweeney thinks she has to breach every Rules of Law to arrest me unlawfully.
Why did LEYF and the Police concealed evidence about alleged Criminal Damages? There was no Legitimate reason to arrest me. I went to hang up a flag the first time to see if LEYF was carrying out their Duty of Everyone is Responsible for Safeguarding. It was there days later when I returned to check. But they cleared away outdated foodstuff I left.
PC Sweeney did not carry out any Investigations but carried out the discrimination started when I transferred to BIB. Refer to ET/EAT Bundles.
PC Sweeney must be empowered not to become an accessory after the fact of discrimination in the future.
The Police have proven how incompetent they are.
How dare PC Solliss continue to ridicule me with his tokenism of being sorry.
As for the PPE this should be dealt with separately. I signed up to be an Ambassador and is unable to carry out my Duties because of this Decision and actions of CORRUPT Police.

However before I can do any such thing, I will have to be able to exercise the ghost from my past, so that I can move on. Therefore I will try to be as sensitive as can be about the feelings of others, knowing there are other parties involved in this my search for redemption. Before anyone starts to judge me and deciding, what’s best for me, I would prefer for them to accept that we all come with some amount of baggage. Baggage of the type that can impact on the lives of others, rather than one’s self alone. Everything started with my mother of course. For some reasons or the other, mama was unable to express her innermost thoughts and share her feelings with others. That’s why I am a firm believer in the fact that God always provide His Angels to look over us, and providing us with guidance in our times of greatest needs, before we reach rock bottom. Therefore I have to reflect on the life of my grandma, Elsie Adina Saunders who was a totally different kettle of fish and an (enigma: puzzling thing or person). But there is this thing about her, she never stopped talking and using those sayings for every situations.Grandma was deadpan serious in her deliveries, and I know I got my wicked sense of humour from her, amongst other things. She didn’t care who gets upset when she speaks her mind. On reflections I would have to accept that some of the things we share in common, grandma, mama and I are coming to the fore, now I am the only female left of their linage, on the #Nembhard side. That’s when you would hear her using those well know phrases of hers. If I was paying attention, to my granny’s sayings, I could have been one of the greatest (philosopher: 3 people out-look on life) Philosophy. About human behaviours and relationships, as I have my life experiences going through my transitional developments as evidence. Mama Lou on the other hand was always keeping a stiff upper lip, most of the time, until she flip for one reason or another and goes into one. Yes for those who don’t remember, mama used to curse, until I am not sure when she stopped? After that she detested hearing the cursing and would complain to me about it in her latter days. I know for a fact God provided my grandma and mama with the best helpmates to match their unique personalities in the forms of the men who they married. Although I don’t know much about my grandpa, excepting hearing the story about the Spanish Jar “Panyah Jar” episode with Missa Banny, I learned about his kindness. The most valuable lesson I learned about him from Ms Bernice Henry, the last time I visited she and Mass Roland, give me an insight about my history.Ms Bernice told me about the kindness of grandpa Claudie, on his way home from the bush one day. Seeing her in her yard, he stopped to plant a garden egg at her fence for her. She said that it bear every year in abundance that she was able to share with her neighbours. Only other information I know about him are he decided to strike out on his own, away from the family land with his family. And he died of stomach cancer and mum cared for him. I learned this when my breda BYRON was struck down with colon cancer and the doctors wanted to know the family history.Then when I was home in 2014 for my youngest son’s wedding, my breda Balis told me about my sister Yvonne. About how she died from (epilepsy – #fit) in grandpa’s arms. I knew I had a big sister who died, but not much else before Balis’ revelations. My biggest surprise came when Ms Connie, mama’s best friend told me about mama’s life. From thence I began to fit the pieces together about mama’s life of adversities, struggling and sacrifices she had. Prior to all this I started taking notice of some of mama’s peculiarities. But hearing the stories began making more sense to me. By this time it was too late for me to do anything about what I was hearing. I do the next best thing on my return, after saying my final goodbye to mama on the 22nd January 2014. I started fitting the jigsaw together, writing the Eulogy/Remembrance for my mother. I know I was not going to be seeing mama alive again in the mortal flesh. Writing the story, as a lasting legacy of her life, give me the opportunity to tell about my mother who was vilified, misunderstood, judged, condemned, rejected, etc.…, because we did not have the chance to know who our mother really was. This was primarily because of her inability to show her feelings and express her thoughts for others to understand. But via my own counselling on the advice of the Occupational Health doctor, that LEYF Nurseries sent me to that I should get Cognitive Behavioural Therapy…. I realised how much of an exceptional person my mother was. She had to be strong in order that she could survive. Mama sacrificed her life for her family and friends. In the end she did not even find the elusive love she craved after the death of my father. Even though she had forgotten me, her only daughter as a result of the dementia http://www.alzheimers.org.uk/getinvolved. I have been privilege to experience love in its many formats. The love of my father, who I lost about the age when I was going through another transitional development of puberty. I lost my papa years before to Parkinson’s disease, even though he lived in the physical flesh. I have the love of my 7 bredas, 2 younger and 5 older – 2 of the elders now deceased, and some very special boyfriends. Those boyfriends were just special, for being my friends. Mama was proud of the fact that she never have any of the patchwork children (pickney) Men with whom I have been in relationships with and taught me how to deal with some of my emotions. There are two men who were/is my husband. The love I have for my sons and their families. And I would be rather amiss if I did not mention that man who I like to refer to as my meeting on the Road the Road to Damascus going to the CAB at the Blue in Bermondsey. I am still trying to make sense of this impromptu meeting and the role GOD played in it.But as my likkle breda Ervin Nembhard said I am not to question God and this time I am going to take his advice. For those of you who are interested, I have not seen this person who make that appearance in my life and disappeared again. But he is somewhere in the background offering me his support, with his words of encouragement. Otherwise, I am doubting I could have achieved so much in my recovery? Some people, including my family don’t understand my need to talk to get things out of my system. But he does and I will always be grateful, because in the beginning I just viewed him as another annoying God person with an agenda from God that I didn’t want anything do with during the time I was at my lowest ebb.On mama’s 94th birthdate, let me end by saying that anyone of my family who are having personal issues of their own. I would entreat them/us to take a page out of mother’s book of life. It’s time for us to stop being so (egocentric: adj. self-centred), and start thinking less about self and more about others. More so if there are children involved, as they will be affected like I was for the rest of their lives. Because mama sacrificed her life for her family, friends and whoever was in need of her tender loving care. There were matters over which she had no control to make the differences. This was from the day she choose to stay at home with her parents as a dutiful daughter, instead of going to her posh family to reside at their prestigious home and learn the craft of baking exotic cakes. I do not know at what age Mama lost part of her thumb, but she was affected by it for the rest of her life. That’s why I am reflecting on the life of my grandma, mama and myself hoping lessons can and will be learned? Whatever will be, must be, but at the present I have my obligations to my elderly husband. This became my priority from the day I made my vows when he made an honest woman of me and I am Mr Mervelee Tomlinson.Next I need to clear my name so I can move on with my life. Was thinking of going to the Holocaust Memorial Day, but I have to address some issues on my MOTHER birthday. That’s why the Occupational Health Doctor who LEYF Nurseries send me to when they tried everything to label me a MAD CRIMINAL advice me to get Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to find out why I react to certain situations the way I do. I am healing and it’s thanks to some unexpected devine intervention from GOD and human beings, who I am still trying to place. Now I use #Therapy to help with my rehabilitation
Now I have written my tribute for Mama’s 94th birthday in rough, I can get back to catch up on more rest when things are going round in circles in my head, I have to write them down. So hopefully I type it later so I can get other things done. Remember I am telling you all, this will be who I am if GOD decided that I am worthy. Thanks to my MOTHER Perline Louise Nembhard, I am the person who I am today. Flaws and all, I am created in God’s image.
I just want to leave a timely reminder to LEYF Nurseries and the #EmploymentTribunals that I need to move on with my life. But without the resolution, I can’t and won’t be able to. So please today is my MOTHER birthday can you decide what you are doing?

I clock in with the Good & Not so Good News of my Morning to the Hour on Mama Lou’s BD. On way to class, just in time to cross Road & get on the #344 bus @E&C. Have my knapsack on & RH in hand. Settling myself to take said knapsack to get myself a Seat.
I only noticed a Red Vision out of the Corner of my Eyes @ the front of the bus. Next ting I was swung into 1 of the Red Post. Bash my Ears on said RP & nearly Piss myself b4 I manage to steady myself & sit down. Ears stinging, Head feeling as if it is Exploding… Gather myself, take stock & went into “Defensive Practice” mode.
Noticed Driver went out & came back. Go & asks Driver if there was any damage to the Bus, he said NO! Inform Driver I’ll be making a Report of said Incident.
Driver said CCTV will be recording said Incident. As I’ve learned to my Costs, its best I do the Right thing from beginning. Or else I’ll learn at my Perils when I come off with the Shitty end of the Stick. As my breda Balis would say “I Never Say If Mi Did Know”? I’ve lived to regret being Naïve.
I’ll end by saying 1st thanks to GOD 4 keeping me safe. My Mama 4 Watching over me so I did not become a Casualty on 26.01.206. More importantly 4 the Young Bus Driver who was very Alert & Averted an Accident at E&C @ approximately 9.34.
Maybe I need to act now & follow in Mama’s Footsteps. Make Fellowship with the True & Living GOD?
Now I go Spread the Good Deeds of my MOTHER on the date of her 92nd BD. I am my Mother’s Daughter & I’ll carry on where She left off to go take her RIP!
26th January 2015, today is the beginning of the rest of my LIFE! Who knows what plans God have in store 4 me? But 1 thing I know, no1 is going to Harassed & Bullied me into an Early Grave, because only my GOD is still there 4 me even when I question His judgements & asks why Me?
I went thru my Soul Searching, ranting & raving & questioning the GOD who brought me into this world? I couldn’t help asking why me, but I back tracked & then I back tracked & asked why not me? Being the Rebel who I am I realised that once more my Faith in Christ Jesus is being tested to measure my mettle & what I am made of. Once in my Papa’s life he came out from amongst certain situation & separated himself. So time to take a LEAF out of my Papa’s book…? My Mama on the other hand never put up with any foolishness & I am the replica of her. Therefore I will not allow any1 to take advantage of me & rob me of my Basic Human Rights to do everything in my Power to keep Healthy as is humanely possible. A woman of God who went on to Glory. And if U look carefully U can see her hiding that missing thumb that she was so sensitive about! I do the same to cover up my Limitations over which I have no say in the matters?

Mama Lou gave me her testimony that she made up her Jewels & is ready to face the other life that is ahead of her. So naturally I have no cause for concerns about where she will be spending her long eternity! I am only concerned about myself now as I have been given the warning to do more to be in tuned to my Lord & Saviour? Don’t want to leave it until I am too Old to give God my all?
