Matters Leading up to Police Visit to my Home
Sunday at 17.44 there was a call 020-8780-4180 from a female sounding voice who asked if this is Mervelee. The gist of the conversation was I was to attend Walworth Police Station for an interview on 1 December 2020 at 10.00 AM about Criminal activities. I told the person I have an appointment for my Flu Jab so I would prefer to have an alternative date. I also said I prefer not to attend at Walworth Police Station and would be grateful to be interviewed at home or another convenient location. The person shouted if you do not come for the interview you will be arrested because you are a CRIMINAL and hung up. I set about recording videos as this is my Defensive Practice for the past 6 years. I contacted my family abroad and stepson in the UK to let them know what happened.
Monday, I called the number 020-8780-4180 on my House phone and recorded on my mobile. There was no response, so I said as per usual this was LEYF winding me up as they have been doing since I got back from burying my mother. And denying me my entitlement.
At about minutes after 2:00 I heard my buzzer, am sat near the window, looked outside, and see the Police van parked up out there. I went put my front door on the latch and opened the communal door. I came back and sat continuing my work at the computer. I heard one of the Officers asking where is the door and I invited them in and she mentioned it is a funny sort of door. I was not expecting them, 3 Officers, a male and 2 females came in and I thought they came to interview me as I had asked. The female Officer said I was going to be taken to Walworth Road and I should get dressed and pack a bag. I responded I was told to be there on 1/12/2020 for an interview. I need to phone someone to let them know the latest development. She said I am not allowed to use my phone or any electronics I must put my phone away. I did and got up saying I need to go talk to my husband in the kitchen. That is when the 3 Officers assaulted me and handcuffed me and taken me through the door to the van. I was only dressed in my top and shorts. I had taken off my jeans because my husband needs the heating so at times, I take off some layers to balance and meet both our needs.
The Handcuffs
I was bundled into the back of the van and the male Officers was sat observing me, told him the handcuffs were hurting my hands. The van was parked, and I was sat in the back and by this time I started shivering causing the handcuffs to become more painful. I called the attention of the male Officer and told him I was shivering and the last time I had to call out the Ambulance on 3/9/2020. Because I was unable to stop the shakes. I explained about my disabilities and that I have Parkinson’s disease in my DNA, but not a Medical Diagnosis. Without Prejudice he began to treat me the same way HHJ Parfitt did on 2/9/2020 at Central London County Court and that triggered my traumas. I began to swear which bring lots of Officers standing behind the van. The Officer offered to loosen the handcuff and asked me to turn around. The next thing he asked me to bend over. I would not have minded if it were the Officers who accompanied were there. But there were a few gathered, and I was wearing nothing more than a short. In the end he said he was unable to unlock the handcuff. I had the handcuff on, until I was stood before Sargant Patel and he commented about the bruises on my hands.
Updates: I was explaining to the Officers about the handcuff saga on my way back from Brixton Police Station and she was trying to bring in training into it. I counteracted her argument when she claimed that being on the same level was why I was asked to bend over. I told her I was stood in the van. I am of the assumption asking me to bend over is a form of ridicule. There is a SONG that can take on derogatory connotes and discriminatory at the same time. I am feeling vulnerable and the least thing can trigger my traumas. Getting trolled on Social Media and Facebook can affect me.
PC SWEENEY
PC Sweeney was the one who decided to refuse me from using my phone and 3 of them wrestled and inflicted the bruises and handcuffed me. She was abusive calling me a CRIMINAL. Whilst she was stood outside the van watching she keep making faces at me. I know she was trying to smile, but this was rather unnerving, and I felt I was being ridiculed. By this time, I was shivering, my body shaking and the handcuffs banging, causing frictions on my hands. She did not notice later as an afterthought she asked if I have any COVID-19 systems. I asked her if she had only just considered and if she asked me about any disabilities I have.
At one stage I ask PC Sweeney if she do not mind, how old she was. She said 24 and I told her I could be her grandmother.
Later on PC Sweeney was trying to be nice to me, but the harm she done can not be rectified.
Requesting the Toilet
I am diabetic and stressful situations can trigger my PTSD and I get stress incontinence. I asked for the loo and was becoming anxious after PC Sweeney came back with the answer. I was becoming concerned that I would leak on myself as this happened to me before.
Inside the Station
When I was eventually led inside, I am in handcuff yet PC Sweeney have to hold unto me and I was become concerned she did accuse me of any attempts on her person because of my ANXIETY and SHAKES. As we were approaching the PC who upset me and caused me to swear come back to provoke me asking if I had “Calmed Down”. So, I swear again and this I included the other 2 Female PC who began treating me like a CRIMINAL again. Saying they trying to help me. Their tokenism just brings back 6 years of injustice and why I am in this situation. I told them blatantly I would PISS where I was if I could not hold it.
Whilst I was standing waiting and asked by PC Sweeney how am feeling, I told her I feel like punching her, but I blog and will let the Officers who came to my house and treat me like a criminal star in their own show.
The Appropriate Person
She was incredibly supportive throughout and waited late until I got a lift to come home.
The Solicitor
He was told I was offered to come in for interview and refused. He obviously believed them and what can I do? Despite having my records out in PUBLIC I am once again not CREDIBLE WITNESS. However, I am thankful for his support.
The Second Arrest
The 2 Female Officers started out acting heavy handed until I let them know I am aware of my rights. I told them that their colleagues who visited my home yesterday was in breach because I was asked to attend the interview on the 1/12/2020 at 10:00 AM. How come they turned up on the 30/11/2020?
If they had acted professionally, they could have completed the investigation. Instead of putting me through the traumas.
My Concerns
I am in my own home and cannot use the toilet without the Officer, keeping the door open with her boots. In case she does not know some people cannot use the toilet in the presence of others. I suffer stress incontinence, and this do not help. Even my husband was questioning her actions. I left my husband with tears in his eyes. But at least the Officers behaviours were acceptable, compared to how I was treated by the others. This is the yardstick I want anyone to use when judging how I could be treated like this after my contributions of 28 years in the UK.
Brixton Police Station
All I can say is look at the way I was treated at Brixton and the 2 Officers who dealt with the case and that at Walworth Road and you know why BAME People are crying DISCRIMINATION by the POLICE.

Based on the following ENGAGEMENTS with the Metropolitan Police and the NHS Ambulance Service the following must be considered as MERVELEE MYERS’ updated EVIDENCE Claim K05EC530 listed for the 7 March 2025 at 10:00, time estimate 1 day, reserved to DJ Beecham. I also want to put on record about the unprofessional conduct of the Solicitors Sola Obajuluwa and Barrister Miranda Grell representing me. I received the 2 letters via emails on the 24 January 2025 after complaints were raised, but the complaints have not been addressed. The date he told for the case is 10 March 2025 and I got the COURT ORDER on 26 December 2024 with INACURRACIES.
It is obvious that the Counsel for Mervelee Myers is misleading me about the case and doing everything to make me a VICTIM of Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP. This is the pattern of the Systemic Discrimination leading to HMCTS miscarriages of justice from Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust 2003-2008 when I had to resign with a NERVOUS BREAKDOWN after the death of my brother with Colon Cancer. Attempts to SECTION MURDER KIDNAP me to Cover for LEYF
This happened between 30 October 2017 to 20 January 2025 at 16 Alma Grove Bermondsey the results of MALICIOUS REPORTS about my MENTAL HEALTH. HCT Group Impact Report 2016 statistic of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with UNEMPLOYMENT was used by Barrister Ryan Clement who groomed Winsome Duncan to send the Police to SECTION me despite refusing to act about verbal threats. When I did not commit SUICIDE my husband and I became 600.000 older people in the UK say they get out of the house once a week or less. The past 10 years since the death of my MOTHER I have been excluded and the final straw that breaks the camel’s back is how I was excluded from the DRUMOLOGY at Moonshot after meeting the Artistic Director of IRIE. The only reasons I can think of is the same way I was kicked out of the University of East London after I was called by Richard Harty. I was assessed on the 15th April 2024 and that is the assessment to be used in court. Who provided the written information for antipsychotic medication? I do not have a diagnosis for PSYCHOSIS.

Ms Gilchrist coerced by Housing for Women to target MM from Samantha Gibbs joined the Organisation in April 2022 and invited me to ASB meeting in May. Ms Gilchrist said she is filming me in the Garden for her defence. I reported Mr Joe Hooper online to her employers. End Gender Based Violence. Garden Incidents recorded and uploaded to YouTube. DJ Beecham is party to Defendant’s Counsel gross professional misconduct in saying Mervelee Myers is willing to engage with treatment and take the medication prescribed. Who prescribed the medication when I do not have a GP? Can the Defendant’s Counsel provide the Psychiatric Assessment I did on the 15th April 2024 to clarify if there was no PSYCHOSIS diagnosis. I have been asking for support for Ms Gilchrist since she came in and broke the glass to the “Communal Door” on the 13th December 2021.

4. Letter from Maudsley NHS – Mervelee Myers don’t have a GP
Letter dated 27 December 2024 is another lie and follows patterns of unprofessionalism to continue with Medical Gaslighting I do not have “Mental Capacity”. I have appointment for the Dentist on the 9th January 2025. Reference MOPAC report of Neil Solliss and Nikki Babb. Police sent to murder me under cover of LEYF Margaret Horn Lecture to Ms Gilchrist called Police on 3rd January 2025. The Court has continued to breach Mervelee Myers RIGHTS from Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust 2003-2008 when I had the first nervous breakdown. I was TRAUMATISED to close my YouTube channels by the Solicitors who I have the evidence to prove that he wants me to be evicted and imprisoned and label with PSYCHOSIS. Reasons why he must produce the Psychiatric Assessment I did on the 15th April 2024. Since I was advised to accept the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION during the time I was having one CRISIS after another when I was told the court will not allow me to speak. I have not had any consultation with the Barrister. Since my husband died and I have time to be going through the FILES, I realised I was not aware of some of the Court Orders. The Solicitor refuses to accept any of my arguments with the EVIDENCE I find. The fact I represented myself before and did not get justice made me decide to listen to the Solicitors and Barrister. But I realise I am being treated the same way I was left to be made a CRIMINAL needing Emotional Regulation Treatment. Devonshires Solicitors LLP coerced Stephen Agera to abandon me with an email when I got to court. I have no TRUST in my COUNSEL. By the Court questioning whether I have WOOKEY or LITIGATION capacity based on Dr Phil Gregory MEDICAL GASLIGHTING MISOGYNY diagnosis of PSYCHOSIS I will bring EVIDENCE to the court proving that there is a PLOT to SILENCE me. YouTube Cyberbullies trying to strike my CHANNELS. Allow STALKERS and TROLLS Mimi Owusu and Debbie Gilchrist to target me.
7. Wookey or Litigation – DJ Bell Psychiatric Assessment
DJ Bell Psychiatric Assessment is only one to be admitted into evidence which I did on 15th April 2024. It states I can INSTRUCT my Legal Team, but I am not allowed to. This is the same patterns of behaviour and way I was treated when Barrister Ryan Clement groomed Winsome Duncan to find VULNERABLE BLACK PEOPLE for them to SCAM. I am willing to have the Equality Act assessment to strengthen my EVIDENCE that Housing for Women breach the amended Housing Act 1988 and Eviction Act 1977.
8. Wookey Assessment breaches my RIGHTS not to be DISCRIMINATED against – Use of HCT Group Impact Report 2016 statistics to deny ENTITLEMENTS and ENTRAP me
I am not aware why Dr Phil Gregory got involved and Devonshires Solicitors LLP are saying he is my psychiatrist. I think I am in urgent need of a GP than a psychiatrist currently. Dr Phil Gregory adapted the same patterns of behaviour like all those trying to SILENCE me. I have been pushed over the edge to commit SUICIDE statistic of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with unemployment. When I did not commit SUICIDE my husband and I became 600,000 older people say they leave their home once per week or less. Since my husband died, making up the DISCRIMINATION. 1. I was to be harmed at Winsome Duncan 40th birthday party for them to say I commit SUICIDE. 2. Referral by Police to Mental Health Service. 3. Mimi Owusu 12 pages WITNESS STATEMENT for Housing for Women April – July 2023. I am now a PRISONER barricading myself inside. I am provoked DAILY for them to say I am MAD BIPOLAR PSYCHOSIS. But it is still on YouTube because I have more than one channels, and this must be EVIDENCE. 7. Dr Gregory abused his “Professional Code of Practice” when he invited himself to my home telling me that no one was doing me anything it is in my HEAD. 8. Dr Gregory and the Nurse showed up at my home unannounced on the 21st November 2024. 9. Why did Dr Gregory come to my home? Was this to inject or SECTION me? 10. I was visible on the Housing Ombudsman Service Zoom on the 20th November 2024. 11. Since had threats from Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust defending Dr Gregory.

Police officers at Peckham Police Station made me aware that Mervelee Myers (MM) disclosed she felt suicidal to the staff removing her from MM University premises. MM Updates: This is a lie and why was the staff removing me from the University premises? When did they remove me from UEL and if I disclose any such information why did they wait until 21/10/2021 to send the Police to my home trying to force entry? How many times has the Metropolitan Police attended my home since I phoned them in October 2017 to report verbal threats from http://www.peachespublications.co.uk and https://www.ryanclement.com after trying to contact other organisations that Winsome Duncan might have caused me to compromise my DBS? It was Ms. Duncan who sent me the reviews online that the ET Panel refused my Additional Witness Statement. After my Open Letter and other correspondence, I did not hear anything from Martin Bunch until 2017. At first, I thought Mr Fenton was a member of BWB until the case was adjourned and I writes to BWB for not representing LEYF. The letter was sent to Mr Fenton who mentioned it when I tried to submit AWS. We must look at why the Police think they can get away with playing into the hands of the UEL with such an excuse. Since that time Mary Mitchison keeps issuing threats. As to say they have to remove me from the UEL, it was the Indian Security, who I sent back to get someone to explain the situation to me. And Tanya Cotier and the female who is at fault. Are they the ones who say I said I was feeling suicidal or not? They were the last persons I spoke to and the conversation was about the way I was treated beside the plaque dedicated to Black Lives Matter in honour of George Floyd in Black History Month. Why did the Black Security have to come out to rescue me when he saw what was happening?
Police officers were calling to check in on MM wellbeing due to the nature of what was disclosed. MM Updates: Because of the behaviour of the Police towards me from the time they came to section me from a malicious report on 30/10/2017 I have to say the Police who gave this report is either an idiot or unable to master the EYFS Prime & Specific areas. In February 2021 I was assaulted by a black man in Brixton and I called to report the matter because I had given the young man spare change and had a conversation with him in the East Street Market. It was obvious his mental health had deteriorated and I wanted him to get the help he needed. The Police offered to send someone to talk to me. I was gobsmacked when the 2 Officers started questioning me like I am the Criminal that I later became. And how Holly Sweeney described me on 29/11/2020 when she called me to come to Walworth Police Station for an interview on 1/12/2020. How can I trust these officers after what PC Conway said when he called. This was after they went to my home and tried to force entry. When they visited with the NHS Ambulance on 30/10/2017 they tried to force me to leave my husband, until I showed them my Medical Report I had taken to the MP Neil Coyle’s Surgery. I was present when the black man smashed up the place claiming he wanted to go back to Africa. · Security staff were called and ejected (roughly handling her, causing her fingernail to break) her from the building – she asked for her coat which was returned with money missing from the pocket.
· Was safeguarding in place for complainant’s husband

MM Response: There should be no need for this except that the Housing Ombudsman Service is party to Housing for Women turn TERROR CELL against vulnerable tenants. Let me reference the case of Ms. H. You complained to the HOS service about:
Excessive noise and unreasonable behaviour presented by another HfW tenant in your building. MM Response: Let us stop beating about the bush and name this tenant as Deborah Agnes Gilchrist and HfW will be charged for her 23 years of hate crimes. Because matters were escalated in 2022 when Samantha Gibbs and Trina Philbert started working with H4W.
HfW wiping your data and blocking you from sending emails. MM Response: Fact and H4W will be exposed in particular I contacted my MP, the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin and others from the BAME Community to intervene to have this matter resolved. Excessive noise and unreasonable behaviour presented by another HfW tenant in your building. MM Response: This goes back to 2001. Following your breached injunction and the development of the legal proceedings (possession and committal) against you, for your harassment, threatening, abusive and intimidating behaviour towards staff, contractors and other Housing for Women tenants, this element of your complaint now forms part of our proceedings against you. MM Response: Let Mervelee Ratty Nembhard-Myers-Tomlinson inform H4W that the INJUNCTION is UNLAWFUL so therefore, those responsible will be named. In the first instance District Judge Sterlini has no jurisdiction to label me a VIOLENT NUISANCE because s/he was party with DJ Zimmel and Rand in the strike out of my claim against Winsome Duncan that reached Telephone Mediation. I am therefore asking that H4W and their Legal Representatives contact HMCTS to get the relevant information. If they are not available from the court then the court get negotiate with me to get them. There is evidence from the way Ms. H. Presley was treated that H4W uses Devonshires Solicitors LLP to carry out their discrimination of vulnerable tenants and HMCTS colluded with them. We are next scheduled to attend court on 12 June 2024 (the details of which you are already aware of) and we are unable to undertake any actions which could infringe or undermine the legal process. Let us reference my complaints to H4W in April 2019 for clarity and this can be seen in video format online. This means we cannot presently, investigate this element of your complaint at Stage 2. The Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System, the Crown Prosecution Service, the Metropolitan Police and any other Authorities that are party to this discrimination are already listed. Mervelee Myers will have address these matters already with regards to District Judge Bell who had no jurisdiction to send me for Psychiatric Assessment but am grateful she did. District Judge Naidoo is a classic example of HMCTS corruption as on the 20th December 2023 I was not in court with him/her. Instead I had an appointment made by the GP Surgery that is party to the Systemic Discrimination after the death of my mother with dementia.
I will end by saying that H4W need to present the first complaint that reached Stage 2. My MP was involved and contacted H4W twice on my behalf. I also contacted others including the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin.
