5. Nursery World Show 2018

I was targeted by a Young White Girl who assaulted me and tried to grab my mobile phone. When I moved away from her, she ran off saying she was going to call Security. This means this was premeditated.

Next day I was targeted because I was attended her Seminar to find out which of my Intellectual Property she was using. What I see happening when she turned up late triggered my PTSD. Throughout the Seminar there was a Security pacing up on down the doorway. I did not return to the NWS since.

Attempts to SECTION MURDER KIDNAP me to Cover for LEYF

This happened between 30 October 2017 to 20 January 2025 at 16 Alma Grove Bermondsey the results of MALICIOUS REPORTS about my MENTAL HEALTH. HCT Group Impact Report 2016 statistic of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with UNEMPLOYMENT was used by Barrister Ryan Clement who groomed Winsome Duncan to send the Police to SECTION me despite refusing to act about verbal threats. When I did not commit SUICIDE my husband and I became 600.000 older people in the UK say they get out of the house once a week or less. The past 10 years since the death of my MOTHER I have been excluded and the final straw that breaks the camel’s back is how I was excluded from the DRUMOLOGY at Moonshot after meeting the Artistic Director of IRIE. The only reasons I can think of is the same way I was kicked out of the University of East London after I was called by Richard Harty. The fact that Dr Phil Gregory mention the UEL in his DEFAMATORY Medical Report that is not FACTUAL must be taken into EVIDENCE.

Nye Bevan Founder of the NHS 1948

“No SOCIETY can LEGITIMATELY call itself CIVILISED if a SICK person is DENIED MEDICAL AID because of LACK of MEANS”.

              5. Did you note any differences in the way that any officer behaved compared with other officers (either on this or other occasions)? MM Response: YES. YouTube with Nigel Pearce at Elim House August 2023. A New Met for London launch 2 September 2023 a month after DJ Sterlini labelled me a VIOLENT NUISANCE.

              6. Was there anything about an officer’s language that added to your concern? MM Response: Yes. YouTube.

              7. Were there any witnesses to the behaviour? MM Response: Refer to YouTube.

              8. What was the impact upon you? How did it make you feel? MM Response: Reference HMCTS CPS CJS SRA BSB IOPC JCIO CCMCC MOPAC HMPPS CLCC NHS Housing for Women…

              9. What would you see as a good outcome from the complaints process? MM Response: Too many to write here. Please get a copy of IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE signed by Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley.

Updated EVIDENCE

Based on the following ENGAGEMENTS with the Metropolitan Police and the NHS Ambulance Service the following must be considered as MERVELEE MYERS’ updated EVIDENCE Claim K05EC530 listed for the 7 March 2025 at 10:00, time estimate 1 day, reserved to DJ Beecham.   I also want to put on record about the unprofessional conduct of the Solicitors Sola Obajuluwa and Barrister Miranda Grell representing me. I received the 2 letters via emails on the  24 January 2025 after complaints were raised, but the complaints have not been addressed. The date he told for the case is 10 March 2025 and I got the COURT ORDER on 26 December 2024 with INACURRACIES.

It is obvious that the Counsel for Mervelee Myers is misleading me about the case and doing everything to make me a VICTIM of Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP.  This is the pattern of the Systemic Discrimination leading to HMCTS miscarriages of justice from Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust 2003-2008 when I had to resign with a NERVOUS BREAKDOWN after the death of my brother with Colon Cancer. Bereavement and losses playing important factors in the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION during July – August 2023. Because I was not informed about the Court Order until after the stages from DJ Greenidge to DJ Sterlini labelling me a VIOLENT NUISANCE. The breaches of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics to be addressed are documented online as social media and YouTube in particular MUST be EVIDENCED.

SOCIAL MEDIA ENSLAVEMENT of MERVELEE MYERS

If I don’t hear from you within the next seven days, I will proceed with handling this matter based on my understanding of your complaint as outlined above. MM Response: You will not be allowed to do anything based on your understanding of the COMPLAINT.

NHS MEDICAL GASLIGHTING TO COVER BREACHES OF EQUALITY ACT

Date: 22 January 2025 NHS Ambulance Service CAD 1804 was sent by the Metropolitan Police re a MALICIOUS REPORT. The pattern of the MR goes back to 30 October 2017 when the Met Police and NHS Ambulance came to SECTION me from Winsome Duncan and Barrister Ryan Clement MR.  Georgina and Dr Ocansey 02032282240 unannounced visit to my home. I am awaiting an invitation to meeting and letter to clarify what STATE I was in when they visited. https://www.youtube.com/live/oLbPBnx9e7o?si=tWRW97jxZgty3grP.

Date: 20 January 2025 the NHS Ambulance Service was let into 16 Alma Grove Bermondsey London SE1 5PY by Deborah Agnes Gilchrist. I could hear Ms Gilchrist and people outside my door for hours until I fall asleep. When I wake up the next morning a note was pushed under the door. I must put on record the fact that the Met Police and NHS Ambulance Service visited my home on the 30th of October 2017 to SECTION me from a malicious report by Winsome Duncan that I wrote on Facebook I was feeling SUICIDAL is when the fact my photograph was across from a STATISTIC was used to make me a VICTIM. There has been a pattern of breaches of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics since the 30 October 2017 to SECTION, MURDER and KIDNAP me from my home at Alma Grove based on the MALICIOUS reports of INDIVIDUALS from I decided to challenge my former employers http://www.leyf.org.uk.

I will update you every 28 days as per the complaint’s guidance. MM Response: I do not intend to stay in this HELL HOLE longer than necessary.

To Whom It May Concern

This is a follow up to the phone call earlier to ask politely that since Mervelee Myers “INACTIVE PATIENT”, I am requesting that the Blood Test Results that is held by the NHS be sent to my home preferably by the Metropolitan Police or London Ambulance Service or BOTH.

I have a Dentist Appointment for Saturday and would appreciate getting it before the appointed time.

If I do not get the BTR in time for the appointment, I will be seeking Legal Advice.

CompassDear Mervelee,We wanted to make sure you had the chance to join our Compass  Labour meeting with Nadia Whittome MP, on Tuesday 29 October 2024 at 6pm.Join as a member and ask Nadia your questionsA lot has changed for Labour in the last few months. They secured a historic election victory, winning power after 14 years in opposition. They formed a government to begin the process of democratic, social and economic renewal.  With their first 100 days in government almost behind them, we’re looking forward – to the impending budget and beyond. This is why we’re so excited to hold a Compass Labour meeting and discuss the opportunities for the new government, and how Compass can influence change. The call is open to members of all political parties. Our Compass party groups are only for Compass members, so you will need to join to register for the call.Join Nadia and Compass LabourWith better people with better ideas in place, it’s up to progressives like us to drive the change we need. But, as ever, no single political party, faction or leader  can make a Good Society a reality by themselves. We have to work together to make it happen. The problem isn’t just that the Labour Party isn’t good enough. It’s that it’s not broad enough to confront all the problems we face. No one party has a monopoly on wisdom – we should all have a say and a stake in our shared future. This is where Compass members come in. Our members are at the heart of everything we do. They want to be part of the change, they want to buy into a project and a vision that gives them a sense of hope, home and purpose.  They’ve been deeply involved in setting our new strategy for how we fight to build a good society. You can join them on a strategy call in October, and our AGM in November.  Our members steer us – so with them we host the space to think, digest, and debate the questions that need answering. That’s why we host our Reading Room, where members get 12 free podcasts a year and discounts on the books that have shaped, and continue to shape Compass’ thinking. Twice a month, our members join us on live podcast calls with progressive thinkers, campaigns, and politicians to ask them their questions on the issues we’re facing.  Previous guests include the likes of international thinkers like Yanis Varoufakis and George Monbiot, to politicians like Dawn Butler, Caroline Lucas, Lisa Nandy, and Andy Burnham, to organisers working on the ground in Preston and Cumbria. Be part of it. Become a member.Join our movementBe there on Tuesday 29th October with Nadia Whittome MP, and join the movement for a Good Society. It is worth fighting for. And that we’ll only get there if we go together.
Our warmest wishes,  Lena Compass Campaigns Officer Already a member? We may have a different email address associated with your membership. Dear All,

We are back next week with Mindful Art next Monday 14 October and will be running weekly until Monday 21 October. This season we will be exploring the world of printmaking inspired by our current exhibition Yoshida: Three Generations of Japanese Printmaking

  • The session will begin at 3.00pm and finish at 4.30pm but you are welcome to join in at any point of the workshop.
  • The sessions will be led by Charlotte Cranidge a practicing artist, facilitator and art and wellbeing practitioner, Charlotte will be supported by volunteers Patrick and Diana.
  • No experience is necessary, and all materials will be provided.
  • We will be meeting in the Group Rooms which are located on the ground floor on the right-hand side of the entrance to the building, staff will be outside to meet you.
  • For parking, on entry into the centre, you can park in the visitor car park.  Please then put your vehicle registration into the console/tablet located opposite the ground floor security desk.  This will provide 2 hours free parking if actioned within 15 minutes of entering the vehicle entrance.
  • We recommend you bring a bottle of water and there will also be drinking water available in the room.
  • The TJHC project is being evaluated by Birmingham University so you may be asked to complete a very small multiple-choice questionnaire at the start and the end of the session. I have attached a further information form on how this data is used and an example of the short questionnaire – any questions please do let me know.

Do let us know if you have any other questions and we look forward to seeing you later!

Best Wishes

Kelly

Participant Information Sheet
Creative Arts Partnership Evaluation

  1. Invitation to research
We would like to invite you to take part in helping us to evaluate the impact of the Creative Arts Partnership project run and funded by Dulwich Picture Gallery and the Tessa Jowell Health Centre. The principal aim of this evaluation is to assess the role the arts and creativity can play in improving an individual’s wellbeing and how successful the Creative Arts Partnership has been. The Creative Arts Partnership, and its evaluation, is expected to last approximately 3 years in total.
You must be over the age of 18 to take part.
  2. Why have I been invited?
You have been invited to take part because you are involved with the Creative Arts project. Around 300 participants are expected to take part in the evaluation programme, in various ways.
  3. Do I have to take part?
It is up to you to decide. We will describe the study and go through the information sheet, which you can keep. If you decide to take part, we will ask you to sign a consent form to show you agreed to take part. You are free to withdraw, without giving a reason. If you would like to withdraw from the study, please see section 13.
  4. What will I be asked to do?
If you wish to take part, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire at the start of the Creative Arts activity you are participating in and another questionnaire at the end of the activity. Both questionnaires will ask questions about your current wellbeing and the second questionnaire will ask about your experiences of engaging with the Creative Arts project. Some questions will be repeated on both surveys – the questions are asked twice so we can see if there has been any change to your wellbeing after taking part in Creative Arts activities. We ask that you please complete all questions and be honest. Your honesty will help us improve future projects.
If you engage with more than one Creative Arts activity, you will be asked if you would like to take part in the evaluation each time you engage. You can choose if you wish to take part every time. Taking part once does not mean you have to take part again. Declining to take part does not exclude you from taking part in the future, if you so wish. You are welcome to take part multiple times.
  5. Are there any risks if I participate?
There are no risks expected with participation in or because of this evaluation.
  6. Are there any advantages if I participate?
There are no direct advantages or rewards as a result of participating in this evaluation. However, your participation will be a useful contribution and could help us improve the Creative Arts Partnership project.
  7. Informed consent
Before you take part in any evaluation you will be informed what you participation will involve by reading this Participant Information Sheet. You will be given time to consider if you would like to take part in this evaluation. If you wish to take part in our evaluation, you will be asked to complete an online consent form to show you agreed to take part. The consent form must be completed before you can complete the survey.
  8. What information about me will you collect and why?
We will collect your name, age, and postcode which you will need to input on a consent form before you can complete the survey. We need this information so we can match up your ‘before’ and ‘after’ surveys and assess if there has been a change to your wellbeing. Both surveys will ask you to share information about your wellbeing at the time you complete them, and the ‘after’ survey will ask you to share information about your perception of the Creative Arts project. We are collecting this data so that we can evaluate the project.
There is an optional section at the end of the ‘before’ survey which asks for your gender identity, if you consider yourself to have a disability, your age group, ethnicity, and employment status, how you were referred to the programme, if you are confident to manage your health condition/disability and your biggest worries. We collect this information so we can understand more about the people taking part in the Creative Arts project, if different groups of people have different experiences of the project and because the projects funders (including the NHS) require us to ask for this information. You are welcome to leave this section blank if you do not wish to provide this information. If you decide not to provide this information, this will not have any impact on your participation in the Creative Arts project.
  9. How will my information be stored and how will you look after it?
Any data you provide will be anonymised. To do this, all participants will be given a unique code which will only be available to the researcher (Dr Faye Sayer) and university representatives. Only the researcher will have the key list which will be stored securely (via password protected documents, folders, and computer) separately from all other project documentation.
  10. How will you use my information?
The information you provide will be used to evaluate the Creative Arts programme. You will be anonymous and not identifiable in any outputs (such as evaluation reports). Any information or quotes which can identify you will not be shared.
  11. Will my data be sent anywhere else, or shared with other people or organisations?
We will not share your personal data (such as your name) with any third parties. We will share the anonymised findings of this study with Dulwich Picture Gallery, Tessa Jowell Health Centre and NHS South East London Clinical Commissioning Group (all located in the UK). The University never sells personal data to third parties.
  12. When will you destroy my information?
All personally identifiable data will be disposed of within 3 months of the conclusion of this evaluation project. Non-personal data (such as anonymised data and general findings) will be kept for the duration of the project and 10 years after the project has ended to ensure monitoring, auditing and inspections are possible if required.
  13. Data Protection Law
The way we look after your information is ruled by UK law. Under UK law, we need to have a very good reason for using your information (this is called a ‘lawful basis’). Sometimes, we might also want to use sensitive information about you, like information about your health, religion and ethnic background. This is called ‘special category information’. We collect all this information from you to help with our research, which aims to benefit everyone (this means that it is in the ‘public interest’).
You have the right to make choices about your information under UK law. If you have any questions or would like to ask us to do something with your information, you can ask the researcher or a parent or guardian, or someone else at the University. Contact details are shown towards the bottom of this document.
You can stop being a part of the study at any time, without giving a reason. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, but it might not always be possible. If you ask us to delete information before March in the year it was collected (e.g., if you completed the survey in January 2022, by March 2022), we will make sure this is done. If you ask us to delete data after this point, we might not be able to. If your data is anonymised (where we take out your name and any other information that lets us know the information is about you), we will not be able to delete it, because we will not know which data is yours. If you would like to withdraw from the study, please email Dr Faye Sayer (please see email address at the bottom of this document).
  14. What will happen to the results of the research study?
The results of this evaluation will be shared with relevant stakeholders (including Dulwich Picture Gallery, Tessa Jowell Health Centre and NHS South East London Clinical Commissioning Group) in annual monitoring reports and an Evaluation Report at the end of the project.
Who has reviewed this research project?
University of Birmingham’s ethical committee has reviewed this research project.
Who do I contact if I have concerns about this study or I wish to complain?

Dear Trevor and Mervelee,

I am sorry to bother you, but the price I quoted originally for the grave purchase £7,055.35 was the prices for Camberwell Old Cemetery, Forest Hill.  The actual price for Camberwell New Cemetery, Supreme Grave was £8,794.30.  So unfortunately there is an outstanding amount of £1,738.95.

I hope this can be settled at your earliest possible convenience.

Kind regards,

Debra O’Melia

To Whom It May Concern

Dear Ashton Funeral Directors – Brixton

Sorry to bother you, but can any future communications to do with my husband Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson be sent to Trevor Anthony Tomlinson, his son and Executor of his WILL. I don’t mind being copied in. However, I have carried out all the instructions about the funeral and more to the best of my abilities.

My husband asked me to collect money that was outstanding, now Trevor can collect the amount and pay the outstanding and give me the rest. I am tired of being treated with disrespect and accused of all sorts by my husband’s families and members of those who made our lives a living hell the past 23 years.

Thanks for your understanding on this matter whilst am trying to stay out of prison and not become homeless because of how Trevor colluded with Deborah Agnes Gilchrist to torment us.

I am expecting Trevor Tomlinson to settle at his earliest convenience for my husband’s sake.

Kindest regards.

Mervelee Myers.

🌟 WE DID IT! 🌟
We smashed our target for The Big Give and raised over £8,000 in under two weeks! 🚀

We couldn’t have done it without your help, so from everyone at The Kids Network, we’d like to say a massive ‘THANK YOU’ to everyone that pledged, donated and spread the word ❤️

The £8,000 you’ve helped us to raise is equivalent to roughly 400 hours of dedicated, child-led mentoring for little Londoners.

Children in London are bearing the brunt of the Cost of Living crisis, with more and more children unable to enjoy activities outside of home and school, and feeling stressed, anxious and isolated.

Your donations will provide a lifeline, enabling children to have fun, explore London, try new acitivities, and enjoy one-to-one support every week from their TKN mentor 🎁

Thank you for supporting little Londoners!
It’s not too late – click here to donate now

WE STILL NEED YOUR HELP!
We’re so happy that The Big Give Champions For Children was a success, but we still need your help!

We rely entirely on donations to deliver our mentoring programme for 300 little Londoners in need of support each year.

If you missed out on donating to The Big Give, it’s not too late to support children in your community!

Please give £5 a month to help improve the mental health of little Londoners with one-to-one mentoring.

MY FUTURE MATTERS

Throughout The Big Give’s Champions For Children campaign, we asked our mentees to tell us how they imagine their future.

It is so vital for children to have the space and confidence to feel positive about the future and dream.

With your help we can support children before inequality affects their wellbeing and aspiration, to help them DREAM BIG!

Thank you for supporting little Londoners.

We know that without you, we could not achieve this incredible impact for children in London.

MVL newsletter – June 2024
Dear Media Volunteer,
At the end of April, it was announced that His Majesty King Charles III would become the Patron of Cancer Research UK.

This announcement, of course, is hugely exciting for the charity and we hope, with His Majesty’s help, we can accelerate the progress we make in cancer research.

Another seismic change on the horizon for us all comes in the form of a general election. This will take place on Thursday, July 4th with a new government set to meet on July 9th. This of course, will have huge implications on our work and it’s likely our Policy and Press teams will be asking for support from media volunteers.

Whatever July brings we’ll continue to need you, our media volunteers, to share your stories to help bring about change.
Thank you for being a media volunteer.
Best wishes,
Keyan Milanian

How your stories are helping us

Race for Life launch
Music lover and recovering ovarian cancer patient Shannon got to meet pop star Pixie Lott at this year’s launch of Race for Life.

The media volunteer was invited to Battersea Power Station to help launch the event, less than a mile from the location of the first ever Race for Life in 1994.

Read more about Shannon here

HPV vaccine
Media volunteer Gem shared her story last month to help us with a press release that revealed the HPV vaccine stops an incredible 90% of cervical cancer cases.
Gem was diagnosed in 2015 after attending cervical screening and now lives cancer free.

happened to her, behind her and move on, the police attended her home. She said that
they made allegations that there was a report of an incident at her address on 10 January
  4. She refuted this, she could not recall this happening. She said that one of the
officers, went out and came back, and changed the reason why they were there. In the
    Medico-legal report by: Dr B O Oyebode
On: Ms Mervelle Ionie Myers (DOB 19/05/1959) 8
interim, she was issued papers telling her to attend Croydon Magistrates Court, if she did
not attend, she would be arrested. She was given a date to attend Walworth police
station for an interview. The next day, 27 January 2023, she went to Croydon Magistrates
Court with her husband, nothing was listed. She asked questions, eventually, she spoke
to somebody. She had to return to court twice after that. On the third visit to the court,
no further action was taken, she was sent a document relating to her mental health.
2.3.5 On 3 February 2023, she said that she went to Walworth police station with her husband,
she was represented by a duty solicitor, that was when she was told her neighbour
returned from work at 1500 hours, heard screaming and shouting. The neighbour went
to her flat, which is above hers (Mervelle Myers), opened her window, and she (Mervelle
Myers) cursed her. She said that this is still being investigated to date.
2.3.6 According to her, both the neighbour and her male partner, have kicked her door, this
started in November 2023, and is still going on. She told me that she called for assistance
from the police the day the equipment was being installed at her home, for her husband
to be discharged from hospital. The kicking of the door, she stated happened sometimes
three times a week, she has reported to the police, and was provided card numbers.
2.3.7 On 27 February 2024, she told me that she called the police three times, because the
kicking of the door was getting to her, no-one turned up. She was indoors, did not hear
the communal doorbell ring, she then heard knocking on her door. She asked who it was,
they said that it was the police. She opened the door, police officers were stood there.
She thought because she had called three times, that is why they attended. She told me
that some of the officers asked if she knew Arnold Tomlison, her husband, she invited
them in. She stood there waiting for them to come in, she saw one of the officers, put
something at the door. She asked what it was, it was a battering ram, no-one answered
her. She thinks four officers went into her property, maybe more, she asked for the
purpose of their visit. She told me that she suffers with anxiety, she became anxious when
she saw the battering ram. She was then told that the visit was about a video she posted
online. She told me that she posted a video online because she blogs, she has signed up
for a speaking event on 28 April 2024. She stated that, “I am expert authority on subjects
from cradle to grave. So my tag line is early intervention is key to survival. Because I work
with children”. She said that the video is there as part of her speaking engagements. The
video was made in Jamaica, because her husband’s sister was going through a transition
(dying), her husband’s niece, explained about her mother falling out of bed. She (Mervelle
Myers) advised her niece that she has to safeguard her mother.

On: Ms Mervelle Ionie Myers (DOB 19/05/1959) 9
2.3.8 She then said that in terms of sensitivity, she did not post the video until after her sisterin-law died. She told me that the police saw the video, and because of their perception
of her, she does not know who is feeding the police the information. She said one of the
officers asked if she remembered him, he then told her that he remembered her
husband, because he had visited, when her husband and herself had a disagreement. At
this point, I asked if there was domestic violence between them, and she said no. She told
me that she chose to report the incident, as a means of safeguarding both of them,
because her husband was traumatised by the death of her mother. Her husband raised
his walking stick to hit her. The police eventually left, but she reported the matter.
2.3.9 She then said that in 2017, she called the police because she was verbally abused by two
persons, one of them stole her manuscript, the other one, a barrister, was ordered to pay
back the money he took from her, by the Court, as he did not represent her. According
to her, the police did not act, stating that, “It was none of their business”.
2.3.10 She told me that on 30 October 2017, the police and ambulance turned up at her house
to section her for a malicious report, that she wrote on Facebook that she was feeling
suicidal. She told me that she arranged a meeting with the police at the police station,
she wanted her stepson to be present. He was not able to joint the meeting, which took
place with her alone. The police did not come prepared. One officer said to her, that if
she did not calm down, she would be placed in a straight jacket. She told me that she
came out of the meeting upset, her stepson arrived later, he was waiting outside. She
said that the stepson went back into speak to the police. She said that whilst waiting
outside, a police vehicle pulled up, stating they received a report that someone was
misbehaving. According to her, nothing happened further with the police. She said that
her stepson was still talking to them. Nothing else happened with the police on that day.
    2.4 Medical history
2.4.1 She told me that in 2012, she was diagnosed with diabetes. She is not on medication at
present. She tries a holistic approach. She said that takes metformin when advised to do
    so.
2.4.2 She said that she was diagnosed with arthritis in 2012 and she is receiving treatment.
2.4.3 She said that she was diagnosed with high blood pressure in 2023, she is not medication.
    Medico-legal report by: Dr B O Oyebode
On: Ms Mervelle Ionie Myers (DOB 19/05/1959) 10
2.4.4 She said that in 2016, she did 12 sessions of counselling for depression and chronic
    anxiety.
2.4.5 She told me that she has not been on prescribed medication by secondary mental health
services. She is not on any medication at present.
2.4.6 I obtained the following from the medical records provided to me.
2.4.7 Dr Laura Crawford, Occupational Health Physician, Health Management, in a letter dated
29 April 2015 to Ms Dilys Epton, HR, London Early Years Foundation thanked her for
referring Ms Myers to Health Management for occupational health advice regarding her
fitness to work and the impact of medical conditions on work. The letter summarised her
physical condition. It is of note that the letter stated that she admitted that she had an
anxious personality and is certainly likely that many of the symptoms she described are
related to that. The letter stated that in terms of her anxiety, she was progressing some
counselling therapy, having been given contact details both via her GP and via work. The
letter stated that it is hoped that some counselling treatment might help her understand
what triggers and symptoms, help her to manage them, and help her to moderate how
she reacts when becoming anxious for example the loud speech and the tremor.
2.4.8 Laura Tinsley, Trainee Counselling Psychologist, South London & Maudsley NHS
Foundation Trust, Southwark Psychological Therapy Service, Middle House, Maudsley
Hospital, London SE5 8AZ in a letter to the GP, stated that Mrs Myers attended a course
of 12 counselling sessions and they had a final sessions on 26 February 2016. The PHQ-9
score on 10 April 2015 was 22 and the GAD was 7, the PHQ-9 score on 26 February 2016
was 5 and the GAD-7 score was 7. These are measures for anxiety and depression. The
letter stated that Mrs Myers attended her sessions and engaged well throughout the
course of treatment. The treatment focused on Mrs Myers depression, following her
difficulties at work. Mrs Myers cause for depression and anxiety significantly reduced
over the course of treatment as stated in the letter.
2.4.9 The plan and recommendations included an agreement that Mrs Myers did not require
further treatment from SPTS at the time. However, Mrs Myers could always be rereferred or self-refer, if she required further treatment in the future.
    Medico-legal report by: Dr B O Oyebode
On: Ms Mervelle Ionie Myers (DOB 19/05/1959) 11
2.4.10 The GP in a letter dated 17 March 2016 addressed to whom it may concern, stated that
the letter was confirming that the above named attended the surgery on 6 February 2015.
She said that she had been suffering for about one month with anxiety, poor sleep and
low mood due to problems at work.
2.4.11 On examination, she was found to be slightly anxious. She was advised to use a selfcertificate to sign herself off work for the first week and given the telephone number to
ring for a local self-referral counselling service. She was reported to have attended the
surgery again on 13 March 2015, saying that she had problems with stress at work. She
had counselling at Southwark Psychological Therapy Service where she had 12
counselling sessions with a final session being on 26 February 2016.
2.4.12 The letter went on to state that she attended the surgery again on 29 February 2016 to
discuss having a medical report done.
2.4.13 It was reported in a letter dated 8 July 2016 from South London & Maudsley NHS
Foundation Trust Talking Therapies, Southwark, to Ms Myers, addressed to whom it may
concern, that she attended 12 counselling sessions at Talking Therapies Southwark. It was
reported that she stated that she has suffered with chronic anxiety since she was a child.
She said that she had learnt to manage the anxiety, but it did sometimes affect her ability
to write as she has a tremor in her hand. She, however, stated that this did not affect her
    work.
2.4.14 She reported that her depression seemed to have arisen in the context of a difficult
period at work. She said that she felt unfairly treated and she could not understand how
her colleagues had come to form their opinions about her.
2.4.15 The letter stated that over the course of treatment, the impact of her work situation was
explored with her, and how it affected her. The impact of this situation on her marriage,
where Mrs Myers found it hard to cope as a result of being overwhelmed by the
difficulties in her work life. She also said that this had affected some of her friendships. It
was reported that Mrs Myers said that her family were her main support, but this was
only over the telephone due to the distance between them.

    2.5 Mental state examination (15 April 2024)
2.5.1 She was appropriately dressed, was cooperative and there was good eye contact. There
was no disorder of movement or posture. Her answers to questions were appropriate,
but she was at times overinclusive, with the intention of going into great details about
    events.
2.5.2 She felt well in herself and there was no clinical evidence of a primary mood disorder.
She said that she has been sleeping well. According to her, she developed an anxiety
disorder in the past three years, sometimes only drinking water. I asked if she has
consulted her GP. She said that, “I told him about it”. However, she said that eats when
she needs to. She had no thoughts of harm to self or others.
2.5.3 She denied auditory or visual hallucinations. She denied delusions of thought insertion,
withdrawal or broadcasting. She denied delusions of reference, persecution or grandeur.
There was no formal thought disorder.
2.5.4 Cognitively, she had good remote and recent memory, regarding immediate recall, she
was able to recall four out of a six-item address. Her attention and concentration were
subjectively good, she was able to count from 10 backwards and able to name the months
of the year backwards but missed out April. She was well orientated. She had good
knowledge of current affairs, she was able to name the British prime minister, the
    American president and the King.
2.5.5 She does not consider that she is currently mentally ill or in need of treatment.
2.6 Further information obtained from Mervelle Myers
2.6.1 I asked if she had any questions. She asked if I think she is mentally ill. I said that I would
need to reflect on the assessment and peruse her medical records.
2.6.2 I formed the view that she can take in information, weigh it, and come to a reasoned
decision. She is able to communicate her decision.

To Whom It May Concern

After another ASB at my home yesterday and what I have endured because of the SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION after the death of my mother with dementia. I will use the opportunity to be a speaker on DES O’CONNOR’S WOMEN IN BUSINESS on the 20th April 2024 to address 31+ years of hate crimes against me. The Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System, and Crown Prosecution CRIMINALS needing EMOTIONAL REGULATION TREATMENT and the VIOLENT NUISANCES will be named.

I need time to complete my DUTIES to my husband dying slowly of torture in the Mother Country where a door is more important than Mervelee Myers. Because when I called the Metropolitan Police about my door being kicked no one attended. But later the RACIST TERRORIST in the form of TANNER and HUNTE and MARTINIEZ and MADDOCK turned up with battering RAM.

Let me reference 5526/02March2024 and Call 101 to make a complaint report. Because I will have to go back to 30th October 2017 when Ambulance and Police visited my home to SECTION me from a malicious report. This became the bane of the TERRORISM I faced from the time allegations were made at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Hence I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson research paper for the Policy Studies Institute “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” recommended to ACAS.

Because of time, my husband in the hospital, my attendance at court tomorrow and the HATE CRIMES am facing from the neighbours, the social media cyberbullying, I will ask you to do the RESEARCH about MERVELEE RATTY NEMBHARD-MYERS-TOMLINSON and contact me if you need to. Good morning Mervelee,

Many thanks for your response! I just wanted to clarify before proceeding that you emailed regarding participation for the current low mood study HR/DP-23/24-4081 (recruitment ad attached above), or whether you were referring to another study. Please do let me know, and I will then send you the information sheet and consent form for the current study.

With best wishes,

You don’t often get email from ratty.nembhard1956@gmail.com. Learn why this is important

Good afternoon,

 Thanks for your quick response!

I was a participant in Dr Matcham’s research.

A period of low mood with the following symptoms.

I developed an Eating Disorder over a period of time. I have lost weight and some days I have no appetite.

I am not a morning person as I have to force myself out of bed because I have nothing to get up for. But if I am inspired via a vision, I will get up. Or if I have an appointment.

Because my job has been denied me, and I am pushed out everywhere I find myself, I experience being slow downed at times. Especially when I am DEPRESSED. I usually find something do when I am restless. Being fidgety is part of my DNA with Parkinson’s disease inherited from my father.

I guess because I have done Mental Health research and participated in other research, I have an idea what to expect.

All Universal Analytics services cease to function starting 1 July 2024
GA
Google Analytics analytics-noreply@google.com

To:
Ratty.Nembhard1956@gmail.com

Wed 03/04/2024 00:09

Hello Google Analytics user,

On 1 July 2024, Google Analytics 4 properties will have fully replaced Universal Analytics properties, as previously announced. From that date, Google will begin turning off all Universal Analytics services and Universal Analytics APIs, which means Universal Analytics properties will be inaccessible through the Google Analytics front end and APIs. If you haven’t completely migrated to Google Analytics 4 properties, follow the migration guide to start making the switch today.

Exporting your data
To maintain access to data from your Universal Analytics property, you should download or export your data now. If this isn’t done through one of the methods provided in the Google Analytics Help Centre, your data will be permanently deleted by Google and won’t be recoverable. If you intend to use the BigQuery integration to export historical data from your Universal Analytics 360 property, we strongly recommend initiating this immediately.

Product integrations
Universal Analytics data and settings accessed or used through advertiser, publisher or other product integrations will be unavailable when services have stopped. For example:

Universal Analytics goals and e-commerce transactions will stop measuring new conversions, including within linked advertising accounts. This may affect ad campaign performance if those conversions are used in combination with Smart Bidding.
Universal Analytics audience lists will be closed, which may affect ad campaign media activation and performance.
API requests related to Universal Analytics properties will fail, including requests for deletion of Universal Analytics data through the User Deletion API. This also means that tools relying on an API, such as Looker Studio, will not show any Universal Analytics data.
BigQuery export and backfill of historical data from Universal Analytics 360 properties can only be requested up to and including 30 June 2024. Already exported data remains available in BigQuery.
Attribution projects that were part of Attribution (beta) in Google Analytics will be deleted.
Sincerely,

The Google Analytics Team

Dear Speakers,

I hope you had a great Easter Break, and thank you so much for your promotional efforts over the bank holiday weekend. We’ve noticed the fantastic work, especially from those who tagged us, which is greatly appreciated.

With just under three weeks until our event, we urge everyone to ramp up their promotional activities. Unfortunately, some speakers did not participate in promotional efforts over the weekend despite this being agreed upon, as outlined in the speaking agreement, which constitutes a breach of our agreement. A separate email will be sent to those responsible. We aim to avoid drastic measures, such as removing anyone from the speaker line-up due to non-cooperation in promoting the event. This reminder does not apply to those with a pre-arranged agreement, but any additional support you can offer would be immensely appreciated.

Exclusive Opportunities for Increased Participation:

If you’re interested in increasing your stage time or securing a free business consultation with Des, we encourage you to share this link within your network. Your post could say, “Who Wants to Speak on Stage With Me and 14 Experts in London?” Des O’Connor – Women in Business Conference (London) (desoconnors.com)

Promotional Strategies:

  1. WhatsApp Status: Daily updates can significantly increase visibility among your contacts. For a quick guide on effective status updates, watch [this instructional video](YouTube instructions ).
  2. Social Media Sharing: Use Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok to share your event banner and supporting text. Live videos on Facebook are also an excellent way to engage your audience directly.
  3. Direct Messaging: Reaching out to contacts in London via WhatsApp, Facebook, and LinkedIn can personalise the invitation and potentially increase attendance.
  4. Eventbrite Promotion: Please coordinate with Sarah for strategies on maximising Eventbrite’s potential for event promotion.
  5. Facebook Live Interview with Des: Enhance your visibility by booking a live interview. Fill out the form at [Chat with Des] and include your proposed interview title and questions. This will be a pre-recorded Zoom meeting that will be shared within 72 hours afterward. (This excludes the intro 2 minutes packages speakers).

Pre-Event Dinner Confirmation:

Please confirm your attendance and that of any guests for the dinner at the hotel the night before the event at around 7:30 pm by Monday, 8th April 2024, so we can finalise numbers with the hotel.

Merchandise and Presentation Materials:

Ensure you have your business cards, flyers, and banners ready as you would have a table all day to share your products and services literature (this excludes the intro package for 2 minutes on stage speakers). We offer a comprehensive service for design, write-up, and delivery. Please let me know if you are interested in this as we design, print, and deliver your merchandise, and Des can even bring it to the hotel for you. This package also includes an hour consultation with Des.

Presentation Slides: We need to receive your presentation slides by week commencing 6th April 2024 to prevent any late fees. Please refer to your speaker agreement for the exact date.

Introduction Music: Your preferred music track, shared via a YouTube link, is required by April 8th, as detailed in your speaker agreement.

VIP and Lunch Upgrade:

Would you like to join us and other VIPs on the day? Then why not consider booking the VIP lunch upgrade for enhanced networking opportunities. Details and booking can be found at VIP Upgrade, with the deadline for confirmation now extended to April 15th.

We kindly ask for your full cooperation in these final weeks leading up to the event. Your efforts not only contribute to the event’s success but also ensure significant exposure for everyone involved.

Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

Subject: Required Promotional Activities for Upcoming Event

Dear Speakers,

I hope this message finds you well. As we approach the excitement of our event scheduled for Saturday, 20th April, it has come to our attention that a few of our esteemed speakers have yet to participate in the promotional activities designated for the past weekend.

MM Response: I had a meeting with Des to explain my situation.

This communication serves as a final reminder concerning the obligation agreed upon to actively engage in promoting our event. Our collective effort in these promotions is crucial for ensuring a successful turnout. Reflecting on our past experiences since 2015, we have learned the importance of collective participation in these efforts. Des had outlined the expectations clearly during your briefing on the speaking engagements.

In keeping with our agreement, we seek speakers who are committed to being an integral part of our team, aiming for the event’s success. It is disheartening to observe a lack of participation from some, which not only undermines our collective efforts but also disrespects the hard work of those who have contributed.

Required Action:

To address this situation and before making any decisions about potential changes to our speaker line up, we kindly request your response to the following queries by
 Thursday, 4th April, 12:00 noon
MM Response: Am due in court on the 4th so am addressing this now. I have had a STRESS day because of situations beyond my concerns.

  1. Promotional Efforts: Please detail the promotional activities you engaged in over the past weekend, including timings and any proof of participation.
MM Response: I have been posting on my WordPress, Google My Business, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Now TikTok joined Facebook and suspended my account.
  2. Reasons for Non-Participation: If you were unable to promote as agreed, please provide an explanation, referring to the speaker agreement and your promotional pack for guidance.
MM Response: As soon as I updated Facebook after accepting Sarah Friend Request. Facebook ask for ID. Each ID was rejected and FB disabled my 18 pages account. LinkedIn suspended 3 accounts. I tried to get back in since I signed the agreement with Des, but am refused.  I am further restricted because of my caring duties and my health issues. But I have been trying to do my best. I explained to Des.
  3. Future Commitments: Outline your proposed plan for promotional activities leading up to the event, including specific actions, dates, and times. Note that all social media promotions should tag Des as previously mentioned.
MM Response: Just bought myself new laptop and mobile phone to expand my online business. This will be extended to Jamaica. On 7th April 2024 there will be 2 events in Jamaica where I will be doing promotions leading up to the dates. I am a blogger using my different platforms. I started doing LIVE Broadcasting around the event and Early Intervention are Key to SURVIVAL. I am operating 2 YouTube channels and will be getting some professional videos done, leading up to the event. I publish on Twitter and Word Press and Google My Business.

 Materials and Agreement:

It is important to remind that all necessary promotional materials were provided well in advance, with expectations clearly set for participation starting Friday, 29th March 2024, throughout the Bank Holiday weekend.
MM Response: I am trying as best as I can fitting my caring duties and personal circumstances.

Should we not hear from you by the specified deadline, we will regretfully interpret this as a decision to withdraw from our speaker line-up—an outcome we earnestly wish to avoid.
MM Response: I am responding now, so I don’t miss the deadline. I could have done more, if I did not have my personal circumstances and Facebook and TikTok disabling and suspending my accounts.

For those who have fulfilled these obligations, please disregard this notice and accept our gratitude for your ongoing support. Continue your excellent efforts in promoting our event.
MM Response: I was prevented from fulfilling these obligations fully by circumstances beyond my control.

We cherish your contribution and are looking forward to making this event a memorable success together. Thank you for your attention to this matter and for your continued cooperation.
MM Response: Thanks for your understanding and continuing support during a difficult time in my life.

Kind Regards

Sarah

Dear Mervelee,

I wanted to reach out to you and share my experience with the Admiral Nurse Helpline, a service that wouldn’t be possible without your generosity. I cannot stress enough how truly invaluable the support I have received has been, especially in moments of crisis. And that’s thanks to you.

I called the Helpline when my mum, who lives with dementia, was becoming increasingly confused and distressed. I was filled with worry and concern but the Admiral Nurse’s advice helped me anticipate Mum’s sundowning and try to occupy her with other things before she got caught up in it.

Read how your generosity helped Penny >

“Over time, Mum’s dementia symptoms inevitably worsened. I really struggled with the decision to move her into a care home. Once again, the Helpline was a lifeline.”
Penny

I don’t have any other professional support, so I couldn’t cope without the Helpline. Your kindness means there’s always someone to talk to when I need it. It means life hasn’t stopped because of Mum’s dementia diagnosis, and we can still spend time together doing the things we both enjoy. For that, I’ll always be grateful for your support of Dementia UK.

From me and Mum, everyone at Dementia UK and the families it supports – thank you for helping ensure no one faces dementia alone.

Best wishes,

Penny

PS It’s only because of generous people like you that Dementia UK can keep providing vital services for families facing dementia. Could you support more families like mine by making a donation?

Thank you again for taking the time to bring your concerns to our attention. The Metropolitan Police is committed to building a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Yours sincerely, PC Singer Metropolitan Police DPS Complaint Resolution Unit GDPR – Any personal data submitted in the course of making a complaint will be processed and used to provide an outcome to that complaint. Any right to Review will mean that the MPS will provide that data to the Relevant Review Body for the purpose of conducting that review.

This guide explains the principles of our complaints system, how we handle complaints, and the possible outcomes. What can I complain about? If you think you have been treated unfairly by the police or the standard of service you received was unacceptable you have the right to make a complaint. A complaint can be made about the conduct of any person serving with the police, i.e. a police officer, police staff member, special constable, designated volunteer or a person contracted to provide services to the Met Police. You can also complain about how a police force is run. For example, you can complain about force-wide crime initiatives, the organisation of policing resources and general policing standards. There is no time limit for making a complaint. However, if you complain about something that happened more than 12 months ago, you should explain why you didn’t complain sooner. Who can make a complaint? You can make a complaint if: • You were directly affected by the behaviour of our police officers, special constables, members of police staff, volunteers or contractors. • Witnessed an incident – for example, you were present when an incident took place or were close enough to see or hear the incident (you cannot claim to have witnessed an incident if you have seen it on television or social media). • Have been adversely affected by the conduct or matter complained about – this means that the actions of the police have indirectly affected you, for example you have suffered any form of loss, damage, distress or inconvenience as a result of the 2 matter complained about, or you have been put in danger or otherwise put at risk of being adversely affected. You could be acting on behalf of someone in any of the people listed above – for example, a family member, friend, legal representative or any other person of their choosing. You may be able to make a complaint if you are a parent or guardian. Persons serving with the police force cannot make a complaint about incidents and officers in their own force. This does not mean they are unable to raise concerns, there are other ways to do this such as internal conduct investigations and the staff resolution process. This just means that they will not have the statutory rights of a complainant. What can you expect when you complain? You can expect: • Contact from us to get some further details • To be asked what you would like to happen • To be listened to and treated fairly • To be updated about the progress of your complaint • To be told the outcome of your complaint when it has been finalised • If your complaint has been formally recorded and you are not happy with the outcome, you can request an independent review How will my complaint be handled? By law all complaints against the police must be logged. We make an initial assessment of how your complaint may be dealt with and we will contact you to find out what you would like to happen. Your complaint may be dealt with in one of the following ways: • Early contact – A complaint handler will make contact with you as soon as possible after you raised your concerns. They may be able to provide an explanation or an apology, or other information to assure you that appropriate action is being taken. Their aim is to try and resolve your issues and create an environment for learning where people learn from mistakes made. • By investigation – If the complaint is serious enough to warrant disciplinary action then it will be investigated and an investigator will be appointed. 3 • In some circumstances, no further action may be taken. We’ll ask you how you’d like to be contacted, keep you informed on the progress, write to you to tell you the outcome and explain your right to an independent review. However we deal with your complaint, it is important to us. Will my compl

By law all complaints against the police must be logged. We make an initial assessment of how your complaint may be dealt with and we will contact you to find out what you would like to happen. We’ll ask you how you’d like to be contacted, keep you informed on the progress, write to you to tell you the outcome and explain your right to an independent review. However we deal with your complaint, it is important to us. Will my complaint be referred to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC)? When we receive your complaint, we consider whether it should be referred to the IOPC. The most serious incidents must be referred to the IOPC – whether someone has made a complaint or not. For example, if police actions result in a member of the public being seriously injured or dying: • while in custody • after they’ve had contact with the police • as a result of a police shooting • in a road accident involving the police We can also refer incidents to the IOPC if we have concerns, for instance about the conduct of our officers or staff. The IOPC can direct us to record incidents and then ‘call them in’. The IOPC may choose to investigate these cases themselves, independently of us. Further information regarding referrals to the IOPC can be found in the IOPC’s Statutory Guidance. How often will I be updated? Keeping you informed is one of our key priorities; our updates should be regular and meaningful. Our first update will be provided promptly, in writing, and, at the latest, within four weeks of the start of the handling of your complaint. Further updates will be provided at least every four weeks.

We aim to deal with complaints in timely a manner, however there is no time limit on how long we will take to deal with your complaint. The person dealing with your complaint should be able to tell you how long it is likely to take. 5 Who will be involved in dealing with my complaint? This depends on how your complaint will be handled. Your point of contact will be either a: • Complaint handler – if your complaint is being dealt with through early contact, or • Investigator – if your complaint is being investigated as there is an indication a criminal offence may have been committed or the behaviour may justify disciplinary proceedings. You may also see the role, ‘appropriate authority’ used in your complaint report. This is the person who assesses and makes decisions about your complaint at various stages in the complaint process. What are the possible outcomes? We will send you a report to explain how we have dealt with your complaint. If our service didn’t meet the standards expected, we will inform you of the action we are taking. Possible outcomes could include: • An explanation or apology for what has happened • Training to further develop our officers and staff • Making changes to our policies or procedures • Giving advice to the officer or person you have complained about so that their performance improves • Referring your case to the Crown Prosecution Service. The CPS is responsible for deciding if criminal charges should be brought. • Referring the case for misconduct proceedings. • There may not be enough information to take action over your complaint. If this happens it may just mean there is not enough evidence available • In some cases, we may agree with you that something went wrong, but decide that no other action is appropriate How do we learn from complaints and dissatisfaction?

Learning from complaints helps to improve the way we do things and stop the same thing from happening again. As well as learning from individual cases, we use information from our complaints system to monitor performance and identify potential learning for us as an organisation. What if I am still unhappy? If we were dealing with your concerns through early resolution and you aren’t happy, we will record your complaint and appoint a complaint handler. If you are still unhappy after we have handled your complaint, you can ask for a review. Reviews are dealt with by either the Independent Officer for Police Conduct (IOPC) or the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC). The report we send you when we have finished dealing with your complaint tells you the review body for your complaint. You need to apply within 28 days or your application won’t be accepted, unless there are exceptional circumstances for the delay. The review will consider whether or not the handling of your complaint was reasonable and proportionate. Did you know? • The police complaints process has no means by which to deal with financial claims for compensation against the Met. Money cannot be awarded via the complaints procedure, regardless of the outcome. If you wish to seek compensation for something the police have done, please write to: Directorate of Legal Services, Metropolitan Police Service, 10 Lambs Conduit Street, London WC1N 3NR. Please be sure to include your full name and contact details, your case or report number (if applicable), the name or shoulder number of any Met officer, staff or volunteer involved and your reasons for claiming compensation. • The majority of complaints where mistakes are identified are resolved with learning and development after the complainant’s feedback has been taken on board. This is even more important under the new complaint legislation and the introduction of the Reflective Practice Review Process.

Legislation in relation to police complaints has changed from 1 February 2020 with the implementation of the Police (Complaints and Misconduct) Regulations 2020. This allows for police complaints to be dealt with in a reasonable and proportionate manner and at the appropriate level. This supports both the efficiency and fairness of the complaints system. How can I find out more information? Further information can be found in the following documents: • The IOPC Statutory Guidance https://www.policeconduct.gov.uk/sites/default/files/Documents/statutoryguidance /2020_statutory_guidance_english.pdf • Police Reform Action 2002 • Police (Complaints and Misconduct) Regulations 2020

Dear Ms Myers

Stage 1 response to your complaint ref: 2024000031

On 31 January 2024 we were contacted by the Housing Ombudsman Service and agreed to review your enquiry at stage 1 of the complaints process, I write to provide you with HfW’s response. MM Response: I am responding to this on the seriousness it deserves and will shine a light on Housing for Women and the Housing Ombudsman Services DISCRIMINATION of TENANTS in breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics and all relevant Laws, Legislations, Codes of Practices and Conducts. Based on my ENTITLEMENTS that were denied me after the death of my mother with dementia. And why my husband is TRAUMATISED and we have not celebrated getting MARRIED.   https://merveleeadvocacy.com/2024/02/19/without-prejudice-mervelee-myers-log-facebook-memories-defensive-practice-names-of-criminals-need-emotional-regulation-treatment-violent-nuisances-of-hmcts-cps-cjs-sra-michael-carter-judge-brian-doyle/

You complained to HfW about: MM Response: I am expecting the Old Complaint to the HOS to stand as I followed all due procedures, unlike H4W playing the innocent party. Reasons the call from Deborah after I came from COURT on the 14th and the email will be tendered into evidence as proof of H4W hate crimes against TENANTS including Ms H Presley who was targeted because she raised concerns. Before going further let the world know I will no longer tolerate H4W TERRORISM after coercing Ms Gilchrist to target me. I have reached out to get her the support she needs, instead I am living in FEAR of her HARMING me since she installed camera to monitor my movements so she can trigger me away from the eyes of the neighbours inside the COMMUNAL AREA. The same CA where the key I gave H4W is used to send persons to my home to harm me. This will be already in the public domain. Also MP Neil Coyle wrote to H4W about my concerns.

  • Excessive noise and unreasonable behaviour presented by another HfW tenant in your building MM Response: As stated above this is to be added to the old Complaints that I addressed via all the stages. Not my problems what H4W has done. I have evidence online of the Met Police handling of ASB from I posted my first video about Met Police. It is called “An Incident in Walworth Road” when I can be heard telling a person about my neighbours treatment of me. He can be heard saying don’t let her get away with it. H4W is responsible for COERCIVE CONTROL of my neighbour who needs HELP. I was contacted by a Samantha Gibbs in May 2022 via letter invitation to ASB. Anyone who knows me know how I address any concerns I have. Let H4W disclose those correspondence with Ms Gibbs. Ms Gibbs also visited my home on the 12th January 2022 bring a man who tried to ASSAULT me at my door. Ms Gibbs and Ms Gilchrist and the man were in each others company until the Police arrive to once again harass, bully and intimidate me. Now Ms Gibbs is off on Long-Terms Sick Leave. I learned reading the Witness Statement that Ms Gibbs started working with H4W in April 2022. What does that say about how H4W changed from the Social Housing that rescued me from “Domestic Violence” in 2000 to coercing my neighbour to continue the 22 years of HATE CRIMES that I catalogued in April 2019. H4W will DISCLOSE the SAR of 23 years since I signed the TENANCY AGREEMENT.
  • HfW wiping your data and blocking you from sending emails  MM Response: I have no reason to comment. Based on Deborah calling my phone using “Private Number” and the recording available along with the email.

I understand that to resolve your complaint you are seeking:

  • For your report of ASB to be investigated  MM Response: No, what about H4W and HOS reporting themselves to the RELEVANT AUTHORITIES? What about the Unlawful Injunction with threats of IMPRISONMENT and EVICTION and CONTEMPT of COURT? H4W contributed to the HATE CRIMES against me after Ms Gilchrist broke the glass on the 13th December 2021. The roles of the Met Police, Maudsley NHS, Southwark Council Adult Social Care, the GP Surgery, Mimi Owusu, and any individual, organisation, HMCTS, CPS, CJS will be named.
  • For any wiped data to be reinstated and for any block placed on your incoming emails to HfW to be removed  MM Response: Maybe H4W in wiping my DATA think I was going to let them get away with what they are doing to Ms Presley and other TENANTS, some of whom have died. I tried to resolve this matter AMICABLY, but H4W was not interested, instead the Met Police take sides with them and the neighbour and this information is online. As MP Neil Coyle states to H4W I am within my rights to safeguard myself and vulnerable husband. Well it was Camilla Tominey of the Daily Express that I contributed to the “Mental Health CRUSADE who said “Tech Don’t Lie”.

In investigating your complaint, I have:

  • Spoken to your Neighbourhood Officer, Trina Philbert  MM Response: Are you aware of the COURT CASES and the role of Trina Philbert? Ms Philbert will be reported for her HATE CRIMES when visiting my home with Candy Smith of Southwark Adult Social Care who arranged a “Mediation Meeting” with H4W in June 2022. She said she was in the job since May.
  • Spoken to colleagues in our IT team  MM Response: Were you aware I was the MINUTE TAKER for the SCRUTINY PANEL? I am seeking Legal Advice about H4W and partners in this matter. Based on the CONTEMPT of COURT threats of IMPRISONMENT, I will be relying on my Social Media, Investments in Websites, my BOOK and RELEVANT EVIDENCE as stated by District Judge Pigram. Refer to the fact that I have 18 Facebook Pages and my YouTube Channels subscribers are increasing. Therefore, the world will be reminded about the roles of the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and the Crown Prosecution Services in the miscarriages of justice. Did Deborah who called me on the 14th not aware of MERVELEE MYERS as she stated, or did H4W coerced her to call me to TRIGGER me, like what they are doing to Ms PRESLEY?
  • Considered our responsibility under the principles of Safeguarding   MM Response: Can I ask H4W to subscribe to my YOUTUBE for FREE LESSONS. I prepared some RESOURCES for the CUSTOMER PANEL as the MINUTE TAKER.

Excessive noise and unreasonable behaviour presented by another HfW tenant in your building

On 8th December 2023 you sent a video link to our legal representatives Devonshire’s Solicitors.  The You tube video appears to be recorded from behind the front door of a residential property (which I believe to be your home) and details two voices. MM Response: Let me address the Representative of Devonshires Solicitors with the CURTSEY she deserves based on TREATMENT by H4W and Devonshires Solicitors of Ms PRESLEY. I consider Ms Presley to be DEPRESSED and I will reference my letter to www.leyf.org.uk for clarity of why I started https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site and I do not want Ms PRESLEY to become a SUICIDE statistics.

Devonshire’s shared with your video with the Neighbourhood Officer (Trina Philbert) on 8 December 2023 as you had not reported an incident to us, Trina wrote to you on 13 December 2023 to ask if you would like to log a noise complaint.  MM Response: Let me just say I will not tolerate any more of this DISCRIMINATION based on the COURT CASES and Trina Philbert Witness Statement and referring me to the Maudsley NHS. The roles of Southwark Council Adult Social Care will be considered along with other Organisations. The 300+ pages of SAR by Southwark Council is another factor. But the 12 pages of Witness Statement will be the basis of why H4W will be exposed. H4W is aware that I was SCAMMED by Mimi Owusu of £10,000.00 from the time she meet me in April – July. H4W resorted to monitoring me inside the COMMUNAL AREA. There are photos of Ms Owusu’s friend who introduced her to me in the BUNDLES. There are photos of the MATS at my door before they were removed. Reasons for the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION that cannot be CONTEMPT of COURT. Because I will name every District Judge from County Court at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch involves in the MISCARRIAGES of JUSTICE. I will be publishing a BOOK.

Our records show that you responded on the same day, however your response was unclear, and no further attempts were made to clarify the content of the email or establish if you wanted to log the complaint.   MM Response: Since H4W want to continue INSILTING me, I will let them do so. Then the world will understand how many INDIVIDUALS I reached out to, to help me resolve the matter including the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin before Narin Masera sent me letter. I was trying to MEDIATE with her because I meet Ms PRESLEY online and was aware of what H4W and Devonshires Solicitors and HMCTS were doing to her.

We have now logged a report of ASB under case reference number 2024000045.  To fully understand the problems you have been experiencing, your Neighbourhood Officer will need to meet with you to discuss the incidents, obtain the details of any witnesses and work with you to develop an action plan.  MM Response: Since I consider H4W a THREAT to my HEALTH and SAFETY and that of my HUSBAND, and based on Trina Philbert’s “Witness Statement” I am letting H4W aware that this is not acceptable. Both Trina Philbert and Samantha Gibbs have threatened me at my home. I have CAD Numbers for the ASB of Ms Gilchrist and Samantha Gibbs. I recorded in line with GDPR and reasons that the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION can’t be CONTEMPT of COURT. DISCLOSURE of DOCUMENTS in particular the letter dated April 2019 is part of the EVIDENCE. I was told by Ms PRESLEY how the HOS operates. Let me inform H4W that I meet Michael Gove at www.leyf.org.uk A/C in 2011 when he was at the Department for Education, now he is at Housing. I would advise H4W and Devonshires Solicitors to do the RESEARCH of why Met Police Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley wrote in my BOOK… The videos I created for “A New Met For London” will prove to the world how H4W changed from rescuing me from Domestic Violence” in 2000 to the TERROR CELL where am living in FEAR. Because my neighbour was coerced when all am doing is to SAFEGUARD everyone like I did when I averted a Grenfell Tower here. It is RELEVANT to mention Barrister Samantha Jones who Judge Freer gave a reference to be on the Grenfell Tower Inquiry Panel.

The meeting can take place on the phone or face to face.   MM Response: No not an option. H4W already have the information that is part of the CONTEMPT of COURT.

I have asked your Neighbourhood Officer to contact you to arrange an appointment.  MM Response: I consider Trina Philbert needs training and since she continues to DISCRIMINATE against Ms PRESLEY, this is part of my COMPLAINT. Because the HOS is party to H4W DISCRIMIATION against TENANTS.

To assist with her investigations and encourage a positive outcome, MM Response: HMCTS District Judges will be named. What is H4W definition of “Positive Outcome?”

you will be required to complete the enclosed diary sheets and work with Trina MM Response: Tina Philbert does not have the QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES to deal with this MATTER. and any other advised agencies e.g. the local authority MM Response: I have already done my DUTIES, the AUTHORITIES can contact me. If I did not get the SOLICITORS representing me I would become another VICTIM like Ms PRESLEY.

noise/environmental team or the police.  MM Response: At this stage I will not tolerate the DICTATES of H4W that coerced a VULNERABLE person to pose threats to me and my VULNERABLE HUSBAND. Refer to my online Defensive Practice for all MENTIONED will be EXPOSED. The Met Police is the biggest CULPRITS as they are captured LIVE…

The diary sheets will need to be updated with any new incidences of ASB MM Response: I do not have time to be BURIED under H4W NEGLIGENCE leaving me and my HUSBAND at the hands of my neighbour, her partner and those who H4W deemed necessary to enter the COMMUNAL AREA with the key I gave them.

as soon as possible after they occur MM Response: This has been happening since 2001. Samantha Gibbs who is on Long-Term Sick Leave must ANSWER to why she coerced Ms Gilchrist. Trina Philbert will be charged for LYING and Narin Masera for paying Ms Mimi Owusu for a 12 page Witness Statement claiming I was SECTIONED under the Mental Health Act and Registered DEAF. I was caused additional STRESS by the actions of the Metropolitan Police and their failures to act when I reported Winsome Duncan and Barrister Ryan Clement verbal Threats. But turned up at my home on 30th October 2017 I write on Facebook I was feeling SUICIDAL. Reasons the CCCS District Judges with be named.

and returned to your Neighbourhood Officer (Trina Philbert), via email to customer.service@h4w.co.uk  MM Response: Has the BLOCK been lifted?

Your compliant has not been upheld.

HfW wiping your data and blocking you from sending emails

The Head of IT has confirmed that at no point have we deleted data held on our tenants or blocked tenants from sending emails to the business.  HfW commenced using a computerised database to log customer contact in 2013, ahead of this date all data was held on the tenancy files.  MM Response: I will provide the EVIDENCE.

Your compliant has not been upheld.

HfW’s Policy for the Safegaurding and Protection of Adults at Risk

I have noted the comments you have made about how you are feeling and notification of your husbands decline in health, and have asked your Neighbourhood Officer to complete a referral to the safeguarding team.  Trina will be able to speak to you about the report she has made and any other support you or your husband may need when she contacts you.  MM Response: This is breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics.

This concludes Stage 1 of our internal complaints process. I am sorry that you had cause to complain to HfW. I hope that this letter shows that your feedback has been fully considered and hope that you are satisfied with this response. MM Response: The first COMPLAINT still stands because I did my part.

If you are dissatisfied with our response, you should reply within 20 working days explaining why you remain dissatisfied and what you are seeking as an outcome. This reply should be addressed to: complaints@h4w.co.uk  or by hard copy to: MM Response: The first COMPLAINT still stands and I am advocating on behalf of TENANTS let down by the HOS.

Your complaint will then be reviewed by the Director of Operations at stage 2 of our internal complaint procedure as outlined in our Complaints Policy. A copy of this policy can be viewed online at: MM Response: My first COMPLAINT still stands and HOS is involved.

As a registered social landlord, we strive to adhere to the principles outlined in the Housing Ombudsman’s Complaint Handling Code, which can be viewed online at: MM Response: H4W is in breach of the TENANCY AGREEMENT I signed first in 2001, 2007 and 2015.
