HI All MA Special Educational Needs (CF2003) NONSEM2122 We are were all so pleased to see you last night and get going with the course (or continue). Thank you for being so engaged. We are looking forward to next week already.
For those of you going to campus tonight you are in Room ED2.01 with Louise and you. will have heard from her and had your invites via Moodle and/or TEAMS.
Now we all know each other and have ironed out some teething issues (or working on some) I am going to ask that we keep this TEAMS pages to course specific issues, questions and information sharing. Only so that we do not all end up having to search through conversations that do not concern us to work out what on earth we need to know.
If you want to create learning groups or discussion groups so you can work together to discuss readings, ask for help from your peers, develop a reading group, share ideas, further research you may find interesting yourselves and to ask each other questions you can create your own TEAMS groups. Please do this with people you are meeting as this is a lovely way to communicate with each other across your course. You can do this from the landing page of TEAMS so have a look and see how you get on.
Remember to keep an eye on your UEL emails and Moodle announcements. Enjoy your week everyone.

Hello All MA Special Educational Needs (CF2003) NONSEM2122
We are all really looking forward to meeting you if we have not met before. It is so exciting to be teaching you all in person this term too. Let’s hope this continues this year and we are all able to stay safe and well.
Hopefully all NEW students have received information about induction. If not please make contact with the student hub. 0208 223 4444 or email thehub@uel.ac.uk. Please also join us for induction on Wednesday 22nd September 2021 in UH3.03 on the Stratford campus at 5:30pm. There will be people around to help you find this room. Previous students are welcome to pop in and say Hi too, especially if you have not had the opportunity to be on campus as yet.
It is important that you have all looked at the relevant information below for the start of this term. Surveys will be open until the end of next week but please do complete as soon as you can if you have not done so already. Thank you all.

We are all really looking forward to meeting you if we have not met before. It is so exciting to be teaching you all in person this term too. Let’s hope this continues this year and we are all able to stay safe and well.

Please also join us for induction on Wednesday 22nd September 2021 in UH3.03 on the Stratford campus at 5:30pm. There will be people around to help you find this room. Previous students are welcome to pop in and say Hi too, especially if you have not had the opportunity to be on campus as yet.

For those of you going to campus tonight you are in Room ED2.01 with Louise and you. will have heard from her and had your invites via Moodle and/or TEAMS.
Now we all know each other and have ironed out some teething issues (or working on some) I am going to ask that we keep this TEAMS pages to course specific issues, questions and information sharing. Only so that we do not all end up having to search through conversations that do not concern us to work out what on earth we need to know.
If you want to create learning groups or discussion groups so you can work together to discuss readings, ask for help from your peers, develop a reading group, share ideas, further research you may find interesting yourselves and to ask each other questions you can create your own TEAMS groups. Please do this with people you are meeting as this is a lovely way to communicate with each other across your course. You can do this from the landing page of TEAMS so have a look and see how you get on.

I was fixated about Stockholm Syndrome and the impact on me since the death of my mother. I was motivated to challenge the notions that I made up disabilities when Student Finance England refused to accept my diabetes, arthritis and chronic pain Medical Reports and only the depression and chronic anxiety. For another person to write a response to my complaint like that of the who came to my house with ulterior motives and said I was tensing up so this was reason to handcuff me and take me out of my house half naked to protect 3 Officers beggars belief. The parents/carers are the children first teacher who know the children best. Working in partnership is key to meeting the needs of the child, parents and families. During my studies with the OU, I was able to develop relationship with parents as the practitioner who developed the listening ethos. My own personal experiences of having my first child misdiagnsed with multiple disabilities tells me the professionals do not always get it right. Reasons the child and parents voices must be heard. We get the best results working as a team.

I recalled in the early days at Secondary School I outsmarted my teacher by having a clean page of maths worked out when he does inspections. The maths Teacher was the Bible Knowledge Teacher. I passed BK with credit before going to SS. This was my strength. I am thankful to my maths & BK Teacher to this day. My mother was an older mum, I am an only girl and mum was not good at communicating. When I asked questions her answer was if you don’t know you will find out. In a sense the BK Teacher delivered some valuable lesson which helped me be the woman I am today. Although I was not able to do maths, some say I turned my mind against it

So whilst Facebook was busy, getting into bed with LEYF Nurseries – #LEYF, continuing the Discrimination. I was busy making sure my face was all over cyberspace. I managed to knock Theresa May from page 1 to 2 at the Windrush 70 Service at Westminster Abbey.

Because the Judiciary Of England And Wales, the Criminal Justice System, and the Crown Prosecution Service colluded to make me a victim of London Early Years Foundation and the University of East London Rochard Harty who created “Men in Childcare”.
We fund, design, and deliver collaborative patient-driven research, generating knowledge and interventions to enhance the lives of patients with some of the most complex mental health needs in the UK.
MM Updates: Refer to my CV for the qualification, training, and experiences I bring to my toles as a Mental Health & SEND Advocate after the second miscarriage of justice in the 29 years I have been living in the UK. Social Media must be held accountable for the roles they played in aiding and abetting the discrimination leading to my breakdown and feeling suicidal. Since I managed and control my Childhood Traumas until I was targeted by LEYF here is Counter-terrorism as crime prevention: a holistic approach http://www.tandfonline.com/…/10.1080/19434472.2015.1108352 copy from the internet in line with the Copyright Act 1976 Section 107 “Fair Use”. I will apply this Abstract to show how I was made a CRIMINAL after the death of my mother.
Within democratic societies, counter-terrorism is almost exclusively about crime prevention. MM Updates: How does this relate to my experiences of the past 7 years? Let me share my experiences of crime in reverse to give the true picture of why I have been entrapped with Emotional Regulation Treatment to cover up the fact that there is a pedophile ring being operated under the umbrella of “Men in Childcare” that have abusers using the Early Years Sector as a hiding place for those trained at LEYF and possibly the University of East London, Richard Harty and cohorts.
A broad and holistic approach to preventing terrorism can be based on nine preventative mechanisms:
1. Building normative barriers against terrorism. MM Updates: To me, it is terrorism when I can go to my bank to conduct business and the transaction was not completed when delaying tactics were used by 3 tellers to send me home to come back the next day. In exposing my vulnerability to these 3 women I was marked as a victim to be scammed of my money. The fact is if they had put through the transaction, they would have gotten away. Because I was not given a receipt and realised the fact much later when I was talking to my daughter-in-law and told her my intuition told me something was not right. So I asked them to write down what I should return with. See the pattern of behaviour to understand why I begged www.icsouthlondon.co.uk to publish my story in 2004. Despite me contacting the various newspaper including the South London Press since the time I was targeted after the death of my mother, I do not get any support. But many factors will be used to prove am a victim of my disabilities. Some of these are in the Public Domain when I contributed to the www.express.co.uk Mental Health Crusade. Other evidence can be found at http://www.myvision.org.uk and https://www.google.com when I invested in www.adwords.google.com and published on social media platforms where I was an influencer. Until I was targeted after mum’s death and I had the second nervous breakdown in a toxic work environment at www.leyf.org.uk in 2015. The first occurred at https://careers.kch.nhs.uk after the death of my brother in 2008.
2. Reducing radicalisation and recruitment. MM Updates: I arrived at UEL on 5/10/2021 dressed up to celebrate Black History Month when I got the shock of my life. My pass would not allow me in so I remember hearing being told not to swipe in too early and I was early. I was going to sit on the bench when I noticed the plaque dedicated to Black Lives Matter in honour of George Floyd and decided to capture evidence for my project as a blogger. Whilst I was bent looking for my camcorder I was approached by a Security Officer asking if I am Ms. Myers. He said he was instructed to advise me I was not allowed on campus. If I have phone numbers I should call the people. I asked him if he could go and get someone to come and speak to me. At this time I was not the least bit concerned and started doing my recording at the plaque to celebrate BHM. The Security Officer came back with 2 women and tells me am not supposed to be recording on campus. To say I was shocked is an understatement because of the processes I had gone through to become a UEL student. When I asked question of the first lady whom I believe is the tutor who advised me I was too advanced for the module I had chosen. She identified herself as Tanya Cotier. Although she could not give me any information, she was rattling on about the video I uploaded and the fact she did not listen to it. The other woman whose name I was not told mentioned that Richard Harty sent me an email and I should not be on campus.
The University of East London Pioneering Futures Since 1898 Disability & Dyslexia Team Teaching & Learning Support Requirements… Under the Equality Act 2010, the university has an obligation to make reasonable adjustments to meet the needs of students with disabilities including those with Specific Learning Differences (e.g. dyslexia, dyspraxia). The contents of Student Name: Mervelee Myers Student ID: 2193537 must be quoted when dealing with the way I was treated by the 3 above-mentioned members of UEL. It was a black Security Officer who came out to defuse the situation. When I was sent to Occupational Health in breach of the contract I signed on 7/10/2009 I was advised by Dr. Laura Crawford www.healthmanltd.com to seek counseling to find out why I react the way I do to certain situations.
3. Deterrence. MM Updates: Refer to https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site for the discrimination that impacted my life with the miscarriages of justice.
4. Disruption. MM Updates: My life has being disrupted from the time I arrived in the UK to date and I have to pick myself up and start from the bottom. Domestic abuse almost cost me my life when I had to run to the Brixton Police Station for rescue in 2000. So to end up there in handcuffs on 1/12/2020 was a trigger for my PTSD when I was targeted by www.met.police.uk on behalf of LEYF to cover up the abuse in the reviews online when the http://judicialconduct.judiciary.gov.uk join in the discrimination against me. My stories are across the World Wide Web and Internet therefore the world must be warned about the threats posed to children, young people, and vulnerable adults target by LEYF. Let me start the timeline of how June O’Sullivan disrupted my life from August 2010 “A Voice of a Child” research to her visit to BIB on 28/1/2015 to trap me to breach the social media Policy & Procedure. The fact that June O’Sullivan lied triggered my PTSD as I was hearing about her deceits and could not believe it. June O’Sullivan was the CEO who knows the names of her employees. The disruption to my life went to the extent when I was targeted at the Nursery World Show 2018 by a young white girl wearing a LEYF shirt. When I walked away from the altercations, the next day June O’Sullivan put plan B in action. I was to be detained at the Seminar I paid my money to find out which of my intellectual property she was plagiarising. Doing my research gives me information about how JO “Mask of Sanity” slipped to reveal a psychopath. Why would anyone want to be remembered as a disruptive influence?
5. Incapacitation. MM Updates: Refer to my record from the time I attended https://www.lambethcollege.ac.uk from 1997-1999. My life is an “Open Book” and the fact that I was advised by my tutors at LC to go to university and use my assignments as my first BOOK is a testament to my passion as a writer. I graduated with a Student of the Year Certificate and was headhunted into my first job in the Early Years Sector. I had my eyes on advancing my career and did an interview with Westminster Children Society – LEYF, but was not successful. That is why I am upset and ANGRY about the way I have been deprived of my strength and ability via 2 miscarriages of justice at https://www.jobs.nhs.uk and refer to www.ico.org.uk as I was a participant in Employment Tribunal research www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers by Dr. Marie Hudson “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination”. I worked at William Wilberforce at Lambeth Walk Day Nursery with teenage Joelle Lax 1999-2001. She went on to become one of the youngest managers at WCS after we left LWDN. In 2009 Joelle Lax recognized me at the place I was working because I had not changed many years later. Because it was Joelle Lax who spoke up for me when I was targeted at Fitzrovia Community Nursery by Interim Manager Maria Goncalves. When I raised concerns like I always do I was again experienced the discrimination that ended my career 2003 – 2008 for doing my job. I was targeted by Area Manager Maria Freeman and this was brought up at the ET. I was sent to Luton Street Community Nursery because JL spoke up for me and I was empowered by the manager. My story is in the Public Domain. Let me end by saying JL experienced discrimination and since retrained as a Driving Instructor. LEYF is operating Modern Slavery thriving in the UK. 6. Protecting vulnerable targets. MM Updates: The fact that I am in the Public Domain should have been enough for me to be protected, but instead I am a victim of the Judiciary of England and Wales. View my Online Profile and I would like someone to explain why my husband and I have been made victims for the past 7 years. I was in www.icsouthlondon.co.uk because I was defrauded in 2004. Imagine my shock that in 2021 I am the target of the UEL and Bank. I am left without a Bank Account because I refuse to leave Barclays after I was scammed and the http://www.policeconduct.gov.uk was called to evict me. The www.moneyclaim.gov.uk is a platform for scammers as the last time I had a Case Management Order I am still waiting for HMCTS to act. I was the only LEYF employee shortlisted for the post of Lead Early Years Practitioner in 2011 and the impact on me has impacted my life from I had a meltdown and decided I could not deal with the kind of discrimination that affected my emotional and physical wellbeing. Richard is an experienced early years practitioner who has teaching and managerial experience within a variety of early years settings in New Zealand, Australia and the UK. He has also worked as a reviewer for the National Childcare Accreditation Council in Australia. Richard’s first degree was in Psychology (Otago, NZ). He then qualified with a Bachelors of Education and Diploma of Teaching (Otago, NZ). He also holds a MEd in Early Childhood Research (QUT, Australia).

8. Reducing harm. MM Updates:
We work in partnership with a number of NHS, MM Updates: The first nervous breakdown happened when I worked with the NHS after the death of my brother with cancer. Voluntary, MM Updates: I was unable to get volunteering or placement when I was doing the LSA training in 2016 because of blacklisting and networking. During the time I was sent on Medical Suspension I volunteered with www.resourcesforautism.org.uk but they did not live up to their promise after LEYF denied me my rights. Educational, MM Updates: I was accepted at the UEL and went through the procedures until Richard Harty called me on Monday 27/9/2021. This takes me back to the date I resigned with the second nervous breakdown in a toxic workplace. Richard Harty must be investigated for the decisions he took. I was the EYFS Coordinator, SENCO, and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator at LEYF. I was endorsed by Dr. Chris Pascal OBE www.crec.co.uk and Professor Tony Bertram – EECERA https://www.eecera.org on LinkedIn after I told them about my plans to study to gain my SEND Teacher qualification on 19/9/2015. I was called to CO where Neil King tried to intimidate me to write a resignation in the presence of Senior HR Dylis Epton on 22/9/2015. He had a printout from my Facebook that he tried to use to pressure me. I was unable to write my name if my life depended on it. The next day I received a LinkedIn request from Ms. Epton. Research. MM Updates: Mervelee Myers has been pushed to the edge of committing suicide by the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System, and the Crown Prosecution Service to protect Paedophiles. I created my website http://www.myvision.org.uk and my YouTube in 2012. It was LEYF CEO June O’Sullivan who sent memos for employees to join social media to contribute to her blog in 2012. I joined and add others. I was an influencer, especially with my Homemade BOOKS. June O’Sullivan took one of my Homemade Books on the day Sky News visited Luton Street on 5/9/2011 to build on as a Teaching and Learning Tool. My work can be verified online. I was accepted by www.pembrokehouse.org.uk as a volunteer and featured in https://www.facebook.com/Pembroke…/videos/302334554093821/?. As a result, I worked with www.cardboardcitizens.org.uk and became a member. I was to be a case study of www.parkinsons.org.uk and believe LEYF with friends in high places might influence why I was not contacted after. I am a member of https://www.macmillan.org.uk and started fundraising with www.cruk.org after the death of my brother in 2008. The way I have been treated by some of these organisations is no different from the 2 toxic workplaces that caused the nervous breakdown.
Our activities are wide-ranging and include; working with NHS and Independent partners to provide people with the right care as close to their home as possible, educating and training healthcare staff and students through a range of learning opportunities, providing early-intervention assessment and support to reduce re-offending and the need for hospital care, supporting our local community offering outpatient services and Workbridge vocational opportunities, sharing learning and insights from our Research and Innovation department, and actively campaigning to reduce mental health stigma.
And we are constantly listening and changing to be the mental healthcare charity that people need us to be.

My “Personal Experiences” growing up in Rural Jamaica where it takes the Village to Raise a Child help me develop the Resilience needed from an early age to challenge the Social Injustices based on ignorance that were responsible for some of the rejections feeding into my “Childhood Traumas”. The way I was raised by my parents is the result of my old fashioned, values and beliefs, leading to my passion of writing, which is also part of the therapy of Early Intervention Strategies.
Facebook gave me the perfect platform to develop my skills as a keen photographer and writer after returning from my “Family Reunion” in the Summer of 2009. The year 2009 is a significant one in my life and this is the reason I am challenging London Early Years Foundation and their cohorts with the Charter of Rights. I was a Facebook Influencer with a Community HUB where people go to for updates. The reason my Fight4justice will highlight the miscarriages of justice by the Judiciary of England and Wales. The world will understand why Mervelee Myers must use the Emotional Regulation Treatment that is the entrapment by the Crown Prosecution Service and Criminal Justice System to address matters like why I have 18 Facebook Pages and I am the target of cyberbullies and trolls that FB gave access to my account to provoke me so they can close my account. Although FB cannot close my account permanently. I am locked out at intervals to make me a voiceless, vulnerable victim of LEYF and cohorts.

Mama’s Last Moments! 3.6.14
The events leading up to Mama’s death are very uncanny and transported me back to my Papa’s death in 1980. I was the last to see my Papa alive when I went into the room to greet him before taking my baby for a walk to get fresh air. Strangely enough when I got back from the walk and went in to find Papa dead and called Mama. She did not believe he was dead and when she came to, the first thing she said “he never got any WATER…”
After my Race for Life walk for Cancer Research, I was fooling around on social media when I was overwhelmed by this strange feeling that caused the Tears to start and wouldn’t stop. So I went to bed, got up next morning and was working with Tom in the back garden. Balis called and updated me about Mama, and I was not bothered like was usual. The blessed thing about that call from Balis is the fact that I heard Mama’s voice for the very last time. Balis said “Mama talk to your daughter nuh…” I could hear her in the background saying “ehn-hn…” repeatedly! Then Andrea called and we chatted about everything including Mama, Ms Deans and Ms Lou… Nathan passed, and Andrea asked if he wanted to speak to her auntie and Mass Papa Son said, “not now”! I jokingly said to Andrea that he did not want to speak to me because I might ask him when they are getting married!
Throughout the day I was just tired, but I kept going until I retired to bed from sheer exhaustion. I already told my family I don’t answer phone after certain hours because it upsets my rest, so they can always leave a message if there is an emergency. The ringing of the phone got me out of my deep sleep, and I automatically looked across at the clock. It was 12.20 and Dostan told me what was happening with Mama. I told him to keep me informed and went back to sleep. The phone rang again and Dostan said Mama was put in the vehicle, but it doesn’t make any sense, so she was taken back out again. I knew this was the end of the road for Mama as she had decided to retire from all her life’s journeys. I got out of bed, called my Little Breda’s home, and told them Mama was on her way home.
When I spoke to Andrea last night, she told me about the poignant last moments that Mama had surrounded by her family as she entered the Promise Land relived of sufferings. Balis gave her 4 spoons of water and told her now you can’t say you did not get any water? Kadene prayed for Mama, and she said “Amen”, so that means she was alert until the very last. Then she went off peacefully to sleep and be with her Maker. It really touched my heart and soul to know that Mama stuck to her Christian faith until she drew her last breath.
Mama was born into a Family who upheld Christian principles and values in 1924. She was christened, married, and baptised at the Townhead Baptist Church and her children after her were also christened there. Mama will be having her final leg of her Home Coming Service at the Townhead Baptist Church where she fellowshipped with many from the communities. One of Mama’s favourite songs was – “When Once I Found a Mothers’ Church…” Mama was born a Baptist, lived her life as a Baptist and died a Baptist and will be buried a Baptist! RIP Perline Louise Chambers-Nembhard as we will soon come together to celebrate the life of one remarkable Woman who was Our Mother, Grand Mother, Great Grand, Auntie, Cousin, Friend, God Mother, and all-round Unique Individual who was put on this earth for a special purpose. You have fulfilled your roles and responsibilities and now gone on before Us to take your Rest!

I could add so much about how I started at Lambeth College, after witnessing the scene of the Early Years Setting when I was working as a Cleaner at BBC in White City. But since the information can be accessed at GOOGLE SEARCH ENGINE, I will use my time more wisely, instead.
MM Updates: The fact I applied for the role of a 60–90-year-old grandmother for a grandson experiencing Mental Health issues and did not get a response, is testament to the blacklisting and networking started at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust workplace nursery says so much about why I am determined to continue my Fight4justice campaign by investing in MAPS. Because I am on a mission via my various WEBSITES to be the person making the sacrifices in breaking down barriers erected by the systems and establishments and individuals from the heights of the UK Government to employers like LEYF believing that it is acceptable to ruin careers and destroy lives.
When I started at Lambeth College, I was frustrated with the uncertainty of being a Contract Cleaner, whose life was disrupted from one day to the next. With my HIDDEN DISABILITIES, I needed the certainty of continuity, familiarity, and consistency to lead a life as close to normality as was possible.

Connecting with the local community so families grow together and find their place in a changing world.
I was under the weather lying in bed on Tuesday when I had the chance to watch Horizon – Living with Autism by Professor Uta Frit. This programme was a real eye opener for me as it transported me back to the time, I had my first encounter with getting an insight in autism. This was an article in the Nursery World which I kept to date. I have since gone on to do studies to enhance knowledge and expertise. I realised that because of lack of knowledge children with diverse and complex needs are not getting support via early intervention strategies. Growing up and struggling throughout life with what I call my Hidden Disability that is one of the primary reasons I am so passionate about inclusion. Glad I found this group.

History Repeating Itself
Mervelee Myers had the misfortune of having two of my brothers in hospital and the same time. I have lost one of my brothers to cancer and the other, who spent his 60th birthday in Intensive Care is in Rehab. I had a CRISIS when I relied on the NHS Professionals for support, like I always did throughout my working life. During this time Housing for Women, Devonshires Solicitors and District Judge Sterlini tried a case behind my back and DEFAME my name, labelled me a “VIOLENT NUISANCE”.
Participant in Research
The story I want to share is how being a participant in RESEARCH because of discrimination empowered me to apply my personal experiences in trying to break down the barriers of exclusion imposed on me. Because I refuse to accept the “Experience of Multiple Discrimination” via the Employment Tribunal research when I was interviewed by Dr Maria Hudson for the Policy Studies Institute at my home in 2010 is key to why I must use my personal challenges with my Fight4justice campaign eight (8) years after I sat in the church where I feel I did not belong and listened the send-off that told the story of the woman who was my mother who I did not know. Until I heard her story in January 2014 before she died on the 1 June 2014. It is hard separating myself away from the stories I have created to write about a third person for others to understand my personal experiences of “Childhood Traumas” to the Post Traumatic Stress Disorder on the date my mother was recognised in death when she was not in her lifetime of living for ninety years (90). It is hard to accept that my writing that is the passion I developed as therapy to help me cope with traumas is now used to target me making me a victim of the systems. Therefore, I must compare the legacies I created to the saying of Nelson Mandela “The Purpose of Freedom is to Create for Others”. In so doing I must continue telling the stories by accepting that I must adopt a different approach to telling the stories that impacted on my life from I was a little girl unable to understand the changes. Because my stories are the same as any that is written in the newspaper, I contributed to the Mental Health Crusade to provide support network for others.
Because my stories have been created using an “Open Book” approach and have been published via various media and platforms some paid for and others free. From I joined Facebook in the summer of 2009 after returning from the “Family Reunion” I funded to celebrate the old-fashioned values and beliefs of my parents that they were unable to continue when tragedy of disabilities and poverty affected my family. I must use my insights of how I became a victim of my naivete to warn others of the dangers and pitfalls of sharing information that can be used to target a person who refuses to accept discrimination on any grounds. My stories must be used to educate others that history have ways of repeating itself and this can be found in the Bible stories about those who were treated unfairly. The stories of our fore parents are closer to home as the subjects of the Windrush Generation is hot topics debated around the globe at this time. Therefore, I have taken ownership of the photograph that was portrayed across the world on the 22 June 2018 as page one of ITV News for Windrush 70. I decided to personalise the image with my name so those wondering who Mervelee Myers is can make connections with why I believe my stories must be told to help others who are working under “Modern Slavery thriving in the UK” in 2022. After I lost my entitlements and was pushed over the edge to exacerbate the mental and physical impairments of my disabilities by the systems in place to protect those of us who face discrimination.
The Traumas of Mental Slavery
The Windrush Generation came to the UK during the period of 22 June 1948 to the later arrivals in the 1970s from the Commonwealth. People have been travelling to the UK and other foreign countries to make use of the opportunities they have been offered from the time the SS Empire Windrush set sail to Great Britain in 1948. Some who were privileged to make the most of their opportunities to empower themselves have lived to regret their decisions to leave their country of origin for a variety of reasons. The stories were told by those who visited their homelands to make others aware that some of the experiences of the Windrush Generation did not always have a “Fairy-tale” ending. On reflections I must document how the people who visited from the UK were considered different in their approaches to life. And although I was young and did not have any families living in the UK, I heard the stories. Because of my experiences of facing discrimination and the way it seems the world turned against me. I must relate the story of a woman who returned from the UK and lived in our community. The lady was known as MUM, and she was labelled as being MAD. Because of the behaviours and the antics, she got up to. There were failed relationships and it was known she was targeted because she came from the UK. Sometimes I cannot help wondering if I am like MUM when am targeted because of my vulnerabilities and me baring my soul by sharing my stories. Another story that resonated with me is hearing the lady saying her experience of going home on holidays to Jamaica was the perception that some had about the people who lived in the UK. The lady said some Jamaicans consider some British citizens to be MAD MEAN and have MONEY. I can’t help wondering if I am cursed because of my DNA of having the deficits and limitations of disabilities that made me vulnerable to the impacts of discrimination I experienced after bereavement and losses.
I am inspired to write this article after being a participant in Tony Cealy’s projects at the Lambeth Library. Hence this was forwarded to me after I contacted him about my frustrations of experiencing “Multiple Discrimination” not once but twice after bereavement and losses. I must make it known that Tony Cealy was the person who identified my natural talent as a “Storyteller” during training of Theatre of the Oppressed. And that I was hiding in the background although he did not know then about the disabilities that kept me in the background after I developed PSTD. My catalogue of the journey from I attended Lambeth College and was advised to use my assignments for my first BOOK is documented.

There is evidence of how the participants in the Employment Tribunal research papers by Dr. Maria Hudson for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” did not teach the intended lessons to employers that discriminate against their employees. Because, although UNISON overturned the government Employment Tribunal law in 2017 for employees to be charged fees to take their employers to the Employment Tribunal. The Judiciary of England and Wales presided over two miscarriages of justice after an employee Mervelee Myers experienced bereavement and losses. Despite the intellectual property, images, and copyright of the employees’ work have been used to build brands and I think it is time I address the imbalances. By presenting my own projects in the available spaces to help others recover and heal from any challenges that are like mine and others made voiceless, vulnerable victims of the systems using the loopholes in the legislations, laws, codes of conducts and practices to deny employees their entitlements. The fact that I used my time wisely when I was abandoned again by the union, I paid fees to, and they continued charging me over five (5) years after I could not find a job. Owing to backlisting and networking must be documented as this goes back to the first miscarriage of justice. I have written “Open Letters” to Prime Ministers and got response as well as to the press, the union, the solicitors of my former employer but did not get any replies.
There are persons with disabilities who experienced childhood traumas, but because of their upbringing in communities that raised a child in far flung countries across the Commonwealth who managed to adopt to their circumstances. Because they were taught to develop resilience by the adults who influenced their lives. I want to use my passion, as an “Expert Authority on Subjects from Cradle to Grave” to share experiences with stories about how “Primary School Teachers” helped the children in their care to develop the resilience that stood the test of time when they took on their roles wearing many hats taking notes of any changes in their students. And would act if they noticed any changes in the behaviours of their students. “Child Poverty” is not given the attention it deserves to help the poorest and neediest children achieve their potentials especially in Jamaica where I was schooled. Therefore, I must mention the “If a child…” as a refence for those working with children and young people in the education system. I have experienced all of these at some point in my life from my world was turned upside down. The fact that I now know after getting counselling that my mother was traumatised, I want the reader to pause and take time to reflect on the following in terms of the impact it can have on the life of any child who experienced changes and disruption to their once idyllic lifestyle. I have incorporated this into a POEM about my experience of “Chronic Anxiety”. But I am told that some will only look to find out about my vulnerabilities to target me.

If a child lives with acceptance & Friendship it learns to find love, both in itself and in the world.
I was a participant at the Lambeth Library Zine where I get my inspiration to plan future events. My catalogue of work goes back to some of the places I worked as a “Contract Cleaner” where I discovered the “Workplace Nursery” at the BBC White City. I would go to Oxford Circus to do an “Early Morning Cleaning Job” in the posh offices of Diageo before heading to the other side of London for my full-time job. I was a “Basic School Teacher” from Jamaica and have experiences of being an informal carer from my youngest sibling was born. I talked my way into a photoshoot that is on the Victoria Mutual and Jamaica Basic School Foundation website. Studying at Lambeth College meant I was “headhunted” into my first job in the Early Years Sector. I was a “Basic School Teacher” in Jamaica.
I will let those interested do the research about why Mervelee Myers the “Social Butterfly”, the Early Years Practitioner who developed the “Listening Ethos” during my studies with the “Open University” 2004 – 2010 must be considered for sharing my experiences to support others with my brand of “Holistic Approaches” that helped me throughout whatever challenges I faced from my life was turned upside down aged 10 years old when my father was stricken with Parkinson’s disease… But what needs urgent attention is what happened to me after the death of my mother with dementia.

My Role in Advocating on Behalf of Others
I was privilege to speak to Linda and Paul Butler artist and architect who created the Mural. I am thinking of doing a project about living in Bermondsey. I have written an article about a local resident with whom I have an agreement when she volunteered where I worked at BIB. I have a magazine “The Catholic Society” she gave me of her as an employee of BIB Nursery. I would be grateful for any help to honour her during any of the times we have significant celebrations. The best that comes to mind is “Silver Sunday” but am sure we can include the project in other celebrations.
Now Housing for Women will get what’s owing to them from Mervelee Ratty Nembhard after living here December 2000.

Let me put on record that I called to the speak about my concerns and was number one in the queue before I was cut off saying it was busy.
Please check my record to find out the issues. Because there was a meeting on Monday 20/6/2022 with Trina Philbert and a mediator from Adult Social Care. Ms Philbert came to the meeting to continue the TERRORISM of Samantha Gibbs, and cohorts at Housing for Women. Ms Philbert is aware of the concerns for my safety that I will attach. Because H4W in playing the SLAVE MISTRESS in pretending they are not aware of the issues around my safety best check my record from I signed the Tenancy Agreement in December 2000.
H4W will be exposed as the TERROR CELL they have become.
