Dear Mervelee,

We hope you’ve settled into 2025 and have managed to keep warm during the recent winter weather. MM Response: The Heating was off for a few days, the Watret Engineer came to fix it. .

This week, we’re sharing two Cancer News stories highlighting our progress in research and policy last year. MM Response: I have covered many stories from I joined Race for Life after the death of my brother WBAN with Colon Cancer.

We’re excited to share our new page dedicated to equality, diversity and inclusion in Patient Involvement at Cancer Research UK. Last month we asked for your feedback, and following this made a few changes before publishing it. You can find out more below. MM Response: Reasons Housing For Women will be exposed for what they did during DMN dying with Prostate Cancer.

We’ve made a commitment to put people affected by cancer at the heart of our work. By getting involved you’re helping to ensure patients, carers and loved ones can influence our work so that it makes a real difference to people’s lives. MM Response: My stories are everywhere.

We look forward to working together with you over the next year and beyond. MM Response: Appreciate.

Best wishes,Jozie on behalf of the Patient Involvement Team Visit our opportunities page to see the latest ways to get involved

People listening to talkInvolving all voices We’ve created a new page, Including all voices. A page dedicated to equality, diversity and inclusion to explain our work towards involving more people affected by cancer who may feel unheard or unrepresented in our work and to highlight the support available to them.

In December, we included a draft of the page along with a short survey. Following your responses, we changed the header image and added information to images to show they’re not stock images. We edited the introduction and ‘Our mission for equality, diversity and inclusion’ paragraphs. We also edited the formatting to decrease spacing. Although formatting on our current platform is limited at the moment, work to update the Cancer Research UK website is underway and will be launched later this year.

The page will sit off the Patient Involvement home page and will be linked in opportunities we organise. We hope the page will begin to remove barriers that might prevent someone from taking part.View our new page
