Reason for Rejecting CS0927749: I am rejecting the following based on the fact that Silverlock Medical Centre was acting under the dictates of Dr Phil Gregory who has acted unprofessionally from the time he contacted me after I was seen by Dennis Kamara of the Mental Health Team of Nexus Health Group. Dr Gregory invited himself to my home to conduct an interview and I welcome him because at our meeting he convinced me he was part of the TEAM looking out for my welfare in resolving the issues with Housing for Women. After our meeting at Marina House with him and the Nurse I was given a leaflet about a recommended medication. After reading the leaflet I made an appointment to go discuss the matter with the TEAM. Unfortunately, I was unable to attend. Dr Gregory called me on a Private to my Mobile and was acting strange, so I decided to record the conversation as my “Defensive Practice”. I was at home on the 21 November when Dr Gregory and the Nurse turned up unannounced, so I invited them in. I told them on entering I was recording and Dr Gregory said he was concerned about my WELFARE and asked me to stop recording. I refused and that’s when he mentioned Policies and Procedures and I told him I was not given any P&P and did not sign any. I believe if I had turned the RECORDING off as Dr Gregory ORDERED, he would have carried out the reason for his visit despite my friend was present. Dr Gregory has since used PRIVACY to get YouTube to remove my video, which is in breach of the Equality Act and Data Protection Act. Dr Gregory has been in touch with the Solicitor who asked me to remove YouTube videos he spent his time going through. I don’t know the relationship between Devonshires Solicitors LLP and Dr Gregory, but an email was sent to my SOLICITOR that Dr Gregory is my PSYCHIATRIST, etc, etc… Dr Gregory is NOT my Psychiatrist, and I was not PRESCRIBED any RESPIREDONE. Although I raised concerns about Dr Gregory’s unprofessional conduct, he has failed to respond. However, I was sent threats from his TEAM via post. As a disabled NHS Pensioner, how can the NHS have justified leaving me without a GP for the third time. Just be aware that this will be made PUBLIC. I will not accept what has been done to me by the NHS why I was a participant in Dr Maria Hudson research paper for the Policy Studies Institute “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” recommended to ACAS. Let me put on record how my husband ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON was neglected on BYRON ward, and I was removed from his bedside and manhandled. The evidence is online, and I will use the HMCTS K05EC530 #EqualityAct ASSESSOR for RESEARCH into who is Dr Phil Gregory and who he is working for. Your Review: I WAS KICKED OUT ON 5TH DECEMBER WHEN I ATTENDED FOR MY DIABETES REVIEW. THIS IS A CRYNG SHAME ON THE NHS FOUNDED BY NYE BEVAN IN 1948. I arrived at the Surgery on the 5th December for the appointment arranged for me for my Diabetes review. I tried signing in and after a few attempts went to speak to someone at Reception who asked if I was sure I have an appointed. She checked and said I was an INACTIVE PATIENT. I told her I am a new patient, she went away and came back saying I was no longer registered at the Surgery. I was in excruciating pains because my back was acting up as well as the ASB behaviour from the neighbour and others in my Road. I pleaded with the person to no avail. Another person came out to talk to me. As stated above I keep a “Defensive Practice” so some of the information is on record. Because of my treatment I decided to give up some of my RIGHTS if it is even that as a DISABLED NHS PENSIONER I can at least get Medical Aid when needed. But to be treated this way by the Surgery because I refused to take the RESPIREDONE that Dr Phil Gregory is forcing me to take after his MEDICAL GASLIGHTING, STALKING me via private number call to my mobile, turning up at my home unannounced with his Nurse. Then getting YouTube to remove my video and Maudsley NHS to write me threatening letter. I would appreciate feedback about this matter. Because this will be used in my RESEARCH about GENDER BASED VIOLENCE. K05EC530 claims that I have an unspecified non-organic psychosis so I am wondering if the Surgery is involved with making this diagnosis. Because I am not aware of this on my Medical Reports before. Is the Surgery also responsible for prescribing any other medication other than the ATROVASTATIN and METFORMIN. I am not aware of any diagnosis of psychosis that may impact on whether I am considered to have or not have litigation and/or wookey capacity. I do not trust the Defendant’s Counsel and would be grateful to know what information from my Medical Report was shared with Dr Gregory or any other individuals or organisation intent on using my MENTAL HEALTH to entrap me with RESPIREDONE to make me unable to function. The question who was looking after my husband who died age 101 years and 1 month on BYRON ward at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. A word of advice to those trying to destroy me. Refer to Kings College London RADAR-CNS with Dr Faith Matcham for why the Equality Act Assessor will be providing evidence for my book END GENDER BASED VIOLENCE in Housing for Women Property in UK. Queen Camilla has been tainted by H4W involvement in ITV Documentary. Because my husband was traumatised by Ms Gilchrist who was coerced by H4W to target us. I would be grateful if the Surgery could address these concerns ASAP so I can move on 10 years after my MOTHER died with DEMENTIA. We note a video posted online in which your client appears to be advising her psychiatrist, Dr Phil Gregory, that his diagnosis is โnot herโ and it is her โneighbourโ that needs help, so that she not does not murder MM or โdamageโ her. ย MM Response: The evidence about the breaking of the glass to the Communal Door on the 13th December 2021 must be considered. The fact that the Police who was sent as EMERGENCY left claiming I was shouting, and the act was not MALICIOUS because I locked Mss Gilchrist out is key to why Ms Gilchrist continued making MALICIOUS reports resulting in me having to attend Croydon Magistrates 3 times. I also had to attend Walworth Police Station for INTERVIEW when my husband and I got SEPARATED. The Police is still investigating the MATTER. I was locked out on the 23 October 2024 and only got entry because Paul Morgan was with me. MM Response: This is not fact, otherwise I would not have the information for the Medication and made the appointment to discuss with Dr Gregory and the Nurse. My view on MEDICATION is public however, the sudden appearance of Dr Gregory who used his CHARMS to visit my home is cause for ALARM. The report of Joseph and the Psychiatric ASSESSMENT requested by DJ Bell are CRUCIAL. Dr Gregoryโs DIAGNOSIS is based on HEARSAY and MISINTERPRETATION. The RECORDS of the Police FAILURES to act from 30th October 2017 when they came to SECTION me from Winsome Duncan Malicious Report. 30th November 2020 when they came under cover of www.leyf.org.uk Margaret Horn Lecture to MURDER me to say I committed SUICIDE the MOPAC response of Neil Solliss and Nikki Babb must be examined. The Police and Ambulance RECORDS must be taken in EVIDENCE based on Dr Phil Gregory DIAGNOSIS that whatever I am saying is in my HEAD.

I was threatened with EVICTION by Peju Awoye via telephone on 7/6/2022 because Barclays stole my money on the day I was called by Richard Harty who later kicked me out of UEL. My account was closed whilst I was locked in the bank for over an hour waiting for the Police. I was told by Debbie Thomas who since turned against me that Ms Gilchrist told her H4W wanted me out.

Her online blog has occasionally referred to suicide, although the psychiatristโs report states she has said she will not act on this and cites her religious beliefs as a protective factor. I must lay this matter of SUICIDE to rest. Let me mention CAROLINE FLACK as a celebrity who committed SUICIDE. I repeat SUICIDE is MISCONTRUED because my photograph is across from 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with unemployment. I explained this to Dr Phil Gregory and the solicitor. DJ Bell sends 7 claims to CLCC 2019 including that of Ryan Clement judgement was passed. Am still waiting to be aid. Why is there only FOCUS on the SUICIDE and not my EARLY INTERVENTION as an EXPERT AUTHORITY on SUBJECTS from the CRADLE to the GRAVE?

Started fundraising with Cancer Research UK after the death of my brother and I had the first Nervous Breakdownโ. I had an appointment on the 5th December 2024 and was turned away from the Surgery. I was laid up with BACK PAINS and am on my own.
2. Started volunteering with Resources for Autism in 2015 after I was sent on Medical Suspension and got myself a โNIGERIAN Familyโ. The mother was pregnant at the time and the child has his own YouTube channel. I was asked to help with the childโs โCare Planโ by the school because of the noticeable progress when I started visiting the family.
3. Started fundraising with Parkinsonโs UK in 2017 and was in their 2018/2019 BROCHURE.
4. I was asked by Southwark Council to do a video to encourage the BAME Community to take the COVID-19 vaccine.
5. I took out a petition during the ET/EAT for an โInquiry in the Early Years Sector that was rejected.
6. My Neighbour TESS was left to die on her own despite my husband cried and ask me to get help for her. I contacted the authorities several times.
7. I averted a Grenfell Tower at Alma Grove because of GREEDY CONTRACTORS. 8. Barrister Samantha Jones bragged to SRA Michael Carter that Judge Freer gave her REFERENCE to be on the Grenfell Tower Panel Inquiry.

I was assessed on the 15th Aril 2024 and that is the TRUTH about who is MERVELEE MYERS. Please see initial assessment report of Joseph Mukuba Community Psychiatric Nurse dated 08/10/2024. Also attached is the letter for an appointment with Dr Phil Gregory Consultant Psychiatrist on 16 October 2024.
We were provided with the same by our client during our appointment with her held yesterday.
Following the appointment with Dr Phil Gregory on Wednesday, he has scheduled a further appointment on 25 October to take place at her home address so that he can factor in her living circumstances and day to day experiences.
While we rely on the initial assessment report we would also seek to rely on any further report prepared by Dr Gregory.
Even on the basis of the initial assessment report we say that it is more likely than not that our client suffers from a disability, consequently we invite you to agree that an Equality Act assessor is required.
We should be grateful for your urgent response as to whether or not you agree so if need be we will apply to Court for an Equality Act assessor to be appointed. MM Response: Based on the continuing DEFAMATION about MERVELEE MYERS during the BEREAVEMENT and LOSS of my husband that has profound impact on my MENTAL and PHYSICAL HEALTH I am requesting that An EQUALITY ACT ASSESSOR is required. This is because Dr Phil Gregoryโs report is not FACTUAL, and he has furthered continued to breach my RIGHTS by calling me to meet with him to fix the errors in the report. He has admitted to knowingly omitting facts and not aware of how to transmit the REPORT to me except by post. Since he only knew it could be sent by posts why is it signed ELECTIONALICAL? Dr Gregory also abused his AUTHORITY when talking to my son. Another glaring mistake is the fact Dr Gregory is using CRB instead of DBS.
