October 21, 2019 MM Response: In 2019 Judgement was passed for Barrister Ryan Clement to pay back my husband’s £9,455.00 for representing me at the EAT. It was Barrister Sally Roberts, who advised me to report him to the BSB. I am still waiting to collect same whilst I am hounded by Court Enforcement Services LTD four (4) years later with threats to pay them for not Collecting the money and paying me.

The Queen has appointed Sara Elisabeth Beecham to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Robert Buckland QC MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon. MM Response: I found HHJ Dight online when he was reprimanded for MISS-CON-DUCK by Robert Buckland. I did write to him about my situation. I have my copy of the Daily Express Charter Of Rights 12 Codes. Now I will have to challenge some of those with Right Honourable attached to their NAMES.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch County Court with effect from 4 November 2019. MM Response: Time for Sara Elizabeth Beecham to do some work about why TENANTS who raised concerns are entrapped with unlawful injunction, threats of IMPRISONMENT and EVICTION via Contempt of Court whilst we are gagged. Despite taking out claims that were to be at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch County Court, I never attended until I was tried behind my back on 1st August 2023 by a DJ Sterlini. However, 7 of my claims were sent by DJ Bell to CLCC in 2019. Including that of Barrister Ryan Clement that judgement was passed. Maybe DJ Beecham can ensure the money is paid now. If not the Rogues Gallery will be on display for the world to know why I will not be imprisoned by LIARS in HMCTS without any sense of fairness. Time for DJ Beecham to do her RESEARCH of MERVELEE MYERS and stop acting like me who bare the GUILT of RESENTING my MOTHER for her lack of COMMUNICATING her LOVE for me.

Sara Elisabeth Beecham, aged 47 will be known as District Judge Beecham. MM Response: Age 52 Sara Beecham is not much older than my son Kevin Donovan Murray. I have live with the fact my son was ABUSED after I left Jamaica for a better life in the UK. But what have I accomplished each time I experienced bereavement and losses? My son was threatened on the 8th August 2924 by Joe Hooper the partner of Deborah Agnes Gilchrist a depraved woman who needs help. The Metropolitan Police showed up to accuse him of breaking Immigration Laws. She was called to the Bar (M) in 1999. MM Response: I graduated from Lambeth College with a Student of the Year Certificate and was Headhunted to work at William Wilberforce Lambeth Walk Day Nursery in 1999. William Wilberforce abolitionist of SLAVERY will be in my records as of now as the first job in the Early Years Sector in the UK. I worked in the Early Childhood Education as a Basic School Teacher before coming to the UK. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2010. MM Response: The year Equality Act Protected Characteristic become law. Year I did the “A Voice of a Child” research project for June O’Sullivan at http://www.leyf.org.uk in August 2010. After I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson’s research paper “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS.
