I was in shock when during the CRISIS I was experiencing I received a letter from Narin Masera about repossession. I called the number in the letter in good faith asking if the person was aware of the DISCRIMINATION of their client of other tenants. I signed a “Tenancy Agreement” in 2000 that was updated throughout the time I have been living at the address. I was asked by the Housing Association to give them the key to the “Communal Area” to Mark Murphy to cut copy via telephone call and email. After I did a SURVEY when I raised concerns about the changes in the quality of SERVICES I was getting after the CUSTOMER SCRUTINY PANEL was abandoned, I became the target of the H4W that coerced the neighbour to step up the HATE CRIMES against me and my elderly husband. The key that I gave to Mark Murphy was being used by employees of H4W and their contractors and solicitors to enter the Communal Area without prior notice to TRAUMATISE me and my husband. To add insults to injury Mark Murphy is captured on recording engaging in ASB with Ms Gilchrist. Ms. Gilchrist has installed a CAMERA for surveillance whenever I entered the Communal Area. The H4W and Metropolitan Police are aware and give her approval. I am GAGGED

I became a target of the defendant in 2023 when I went into the Brixton Branch to transfer money into the account of the CEO of Blac Awards… I was asked after to complete a SURVEY. I was shocked when I received a letter from the defendant threatening to close my account because of my behaviour. I had taken my business to the defendant because Barclays DEFRAUDED me the second time and closed my account. I ended up in debt and this causes the MISOGYNY I am experiencing from the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and the Crown Prosecution Service from 2008 when I lost my brother age 56 years old with colon cancer. The Defendant allowed me to be scammed out of £10,000.00. They refused to do anything to help me get back the money. When my husband died age 101 the defendant continue with the MISOGYNY to trigger me every time I visited the branch. I had to pay for family to attend the funeral. I had to find money to pay a second time because the defendant failed to send the transaction to reach. The money was eventually returned but the fact I had to get the money from other sources to pay. This caused me additional TRAUMAS in addition to what I was already going through. Each time I raised concerns about the MISOGYNY of the defendant they set out to DEFAME my name. On Sunday I received a call claiming to be from the defendant that my card was used elsewhere and I should press keys. I refuse to engage because I am the victim of SCAMMERS contacting me via telephone that X amount was used on my card. I am upset because the defendant refused to honour my payments for a Small Court Claims of £455.00. I had to get the money elsewhere to pay. Now the defendant refused to pay a monthly “Standing Order”. Am I to understand that the defendant have the rights to disrupt my life by refusing to pay my Standing Order, but take my money to pay for family to attend my husband’s funeral and I have to find more money to pay. I had to wait days for the money to return to my account. I have enough of BANKS and BUILDING SOCIETIES taking advantage of my VULNERABILITY to trigger me then DEFAME my name. I will be going in the branch tomorrow with my son to get money. Let them accuse me about my BEHAVIOUR again. Barclays got away but the defendant must be exposed for the MISOGYNY against me during the time I was experiencing “Systemic Discrimination”. Now I am facing IMPRISONMENT and EVICTION because the defendant help Mimi Owusu to scam me. She has written a 12 page “Witness Statement” for the Housing Association knowing me April to July 2023. The defendant presided over miscarriages of justice from I was advised to take Winsome Duncan to the Small Claims Court because she refused to appear on Judge Rinder. The claims reached the “Telephone Conciliation” when District Judge Sterlini and Zimmell and Rand strike out the claim. I was advised to reissue it, but after another case of the MISOGYNISTIC disability discrimination by the Judiciary of England Wales and Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Service to cover for the MISOGYNIST I became a victim of MISOGYNY. For DJ Sterlini to DEFAME my name labelling me a VIOLENT NUISANCE on the 1st of August 2023 on the 23 pages “Witness Statement” of Mimi Owusu who admitted she scammed me £10,000.00, sent the Metropolitan Police to my home 7/6/2023, referred me to Southwark Adult Social Services, claimed am DEAF and was SECTIONED under the Mental Health Act must be investigated. District Judge Sterlini MISOGYNY led to the PTSD taking tolls on my husband and me during the time both of us were experiencing CRISIS of bereavement and losses that impacted our Mental and Physical IMPAIRMENTS. To add insults to injury I was gagged by HMCTS to cover up the MISOGYNY that the Housing Ombudsman Service and the Metropolitan Police are party to. Reference Social Media for clarity. ‘Repairing Trust’ Call for Evidence
The Housing Ombudsman is exploring common issues in housing maintenance, following a significant rise in complaints about disrepair. This Call to Evidence will help us to understand how increasing repair costs, complaints, and skill shortages are impacting residents’ safety in their homes.
The Spotlight report on repairs and maintenance – ‘Repairing Trust’ will highlight some of the positive changes landlords have made to rise to the maintenance challenge and explore the complex relationship between landlords, contractors, and residents. With a particular focus on accountability, roles, and responsibilities. It will examine the experiences of operatives on the ground as well as residents and the breakdown in relationships that can happen between the landlord and residents.
The ‘Call for Evidence’ will remain open for over 12 weeks, closing on Friday 25 October 2024, supported by casework reviews and fieldwork across England.
We are seeking insights from residents, repair operatives, landlords, contractors, MPs, and councillors.

The Defendant is party to the MISOGYNY of the Housing Association coercive control of the neighbour whose hate crimes traumatised me and my husband for 23 years. Failure to address the complaints after it reached stage 2 of the procedures allowed H4W to wipe the Control Panel of my data from 2000. I became the target of the Metropolitan Police, the HMCTS CPS CJS CCMCC IOPC JCIO BSB SRA HMPPS CLCC because the defendant allowed H4W to continue with the MISOGYNISTIC policies used to gag tenants. The Defendant is aware of concerns via the complaints I submitted about the HOS failures to act without biases. I must make mention of the FIRES recently saying I averted a Grenfell Tower in Alma Grove when contractors tried to put the electric pipes through my flat to go upstairs. I did not agree because of the times the neighbour left the pipes running in the bathroom and it affected the electrical wiring. This had to be changed. The gas pipes were left exposed until I raised concerns about pulling my heavy trolley over it. The barrister Samantha Jones who coerced Con Man John Fenton to represent LEYF pretending he is a solicitor. Bragged about getting a reference from Judge Freer to be on the Grenfell Tower Inquiry Panel. Despite not addressing my complaints about H4W and the HOS. I am now a member of the HOS Customer Panel that I have to pass their selection for. But at the same time I was labelled a VIOLENT NUISANCE by District Judge Sterlini on Mimi Owusu who scammed me £10,000.00 within 4 months of meeting me at an event. Samantha Gibbs started working with H4W in April 2022 and invited me to ASB meeting in May 2022. I have the letters to prove my arguments. Around that time Hermoine Cameron was on Twitter advocating on my behalf. Samantha Gibbs coerced the neighbour to target me and my husband from she started at H4W. Samantha Gibbs visited my home on the 12th January 2023 without prior notice. She brought a man to introduce as my new Housing Officer who tried to assault me on my door mats. She let herself in through the Communal Door with the key I gave to Mark Murphy for H4W to have access for them to carry out repairs without having to interrupt us. This key was given to everyone to TERRORISE me and my HUSBAND. Samantha Gibbs got the Metropolitan Police involved with the MISOGYNY. Her Witness Statement is DEFAMATION of Mervelee Myers. Now she is off on Long Term Sick Leave, my HUSBAND is dead. I am gagged and facing IMPRISONMENT and EVICTION because of Samantha Gibbs who was prepared to follow the dictates of Housing for Women for a wage. MERVELEE MYERS was rescued from domestic violence and homelessness by Housing for Women in December 2000. I was warned about Deborah Agnes Gilchrist discrimination of the previous occupier by the neighbour at 18 Esther aka TESS Oliver who took me under her wings. I am the type of person who can tolerate and live with others to protect my vulnerability. The victimisation increased from the summer of 2001 when my partner came to stay by me. I used a “Defensive Practice” reporting everything in writing to H4W. I must report that Ms Gilchrist changed partners, some of whom verbally abused my husband. Despite Ms. Gilchrist ASB of smashing up the place and dependency on alcohol, she was a decent and helpful neighbour when sober. We had our disagreement but were able to resolve them. Her latest partner was never disrespectful to me, but my husband said he was to her. Ms Gilchrist teach me to communicate with her cat. Ms Gilchrist operated a thriving business from home using the Communal Space, the garden storage and even environmental space where my husband created the front garden. Ms Gilchrist did not pay for TV license, Electric or Gas bills. She had parties all the time. My bell was used by everyone who visited her. If she ever installed a bell she put it on my side below mine, but it never worked for long. TESS had warned me from I moved here. I tolerated everything for a peaceful life. I was mindful that I was living in Bermondsey that I heard stories was a racist area. Matters came to a head on the 13th December 2021 when I called for support because of loud banging on the communal door. I did not know who was outside until the Police came. I was accused of locking Ms Gilchrist out… From then Ms Gilchrist changed towards me and my husband and our life became a living HELL…

Husband and I got separated after the interview at Walworth Police Station. When I learned about Ms Gilchrist malicious report about incident at Alma Grove on 10th January. I am still waiting for results from the investigations. H4W included that date in Case File as someone calling the Police about my ASB.

Ms Gilchrist installed Camera then changed it to point at me. This camera is used as surveillance of my movements for her and partner to target me inside the communal area. People are still ringing my bell. If I question this I am verbally abused
July 2023 – 2024
Ms Gilchrist coerced the neighbours to join in with the MISOGYNY after District Judge Sterlini label me a VIOLENT NUISANCE. Each time the garden spring up Ms Gilchrist dig out the plants from the root. I decided to stop arguing about it. Ms Gilchrist starts kicking my door every morning when leaving the house. I am not allowed to talk in my house or sing in the garden. The neighbour Barbara have keys like H4W MISOGYNIST to come inside to trigger me.

I was treated with respect by Mr. Hooper but he verbally abused my husband calling him a CUNT. Despite Ms. Gilchrist ASB towards me and husband I was assured that Mr. Hooper was a decent person. To my surprise Mr. Hooper changed towards me suddenly, when I was going out and he stood at my door and threatened me. From then I have being living in fear of when he will strike next. He started shouting at me from upstairs when am inside the house. When am in the garden he shouted abuse at me. But what was causing me and my husband most concerns is him kicking my door. He joined Ms Gilchrist on the stairs whenever I entered the Communal Area to either steering at me which can be unnerving for a person with a “Chronic Anxiety” diagnosis who was pushed over the edge after the death of my mother with dementia. Mr. Hooper’s ASB was sanctioned by Housing for Women and the Metropolitan failed to act whenever I reported the MISOGYNY and HATE CRIMES against me and my husband. Since the death of my husband Mr. Hooper transferred his RACISM against me and my son who is visiting from Jamaica. Mr. Hooper is a threat to my SAFETY in addition to the changing behaviours of Deborah Agnes Gilchrist who I understand served time in jail for “Drink Driving”. Mr. Hooper gets support from the neighbours in Alma Grove to continue the MISOGYNY against me. As soon as my son left the house on the 8th August 2024, he kicked my door. The Police came to support the MISOGYNISTIC behaviors by collecting evidence from the MISOGNIST in Alma Grove. Because H4W get HMCTS to gag me with threats of IMPRISONMENT and EVICTION for CONTEMPT OF COURT based on Mimi Owusu’s 12 pages Witness Statement. Ms. Gilchrist and Mr. Hooper are not mentioned. Therefore, Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP must be accountable for the actions of their tenants who targeted me. I am living in FEAR of what will happen to me when my son leaves.

I am writing to you with regards to a video you recently posted on YouTube. MM Response: Please reference my 2 YouTube channels for why Nexus Health Group for what they are. Then refer to Nye Bevan founder of the NHS 1948 “No Society Can Legitimately Call Itself Civilised If A Sick Person Is Denied Medical Aid Because Of Lack Of Means. I will take out Nexus Health Group with their MISOGYNISTIC Policy and Procedures with the MISOGYNIST operating MISOGYNY under cover of NHS England.
You had posted a video on YouTube accusing Dr. Joanna Pennack of Nexus Health Group of misogyny. MM Response: Is this not the fact? You have previously posted similar videos such as one regarding a previous staff member and included their personal mobile number in the video. MM Response: Why is she/he a previous staff and how did I get their Personal Mobile Number? Your video posts compromises the safety of our staff and constitutes malicious communication. As an employer, Nexus Health Group has a duty of care for the health and safety of its staff. MM Response: So why is Nexus Health Group putting Mervelee Myers health and safety at risk after Dr. Joanna Pennack joined the Practice? We also have a legal responsibility to provide a safe and secure working environment for staff. MM Response: Please reference my 2 YouTube channels for why Nexus Health Group for what they are. Then refer to Nye Bevan founder of the NHS 1948 “No Society Can Legitimately Call Itself Civilised If A Sick Person Is Denied Medical Aid Because Of Lack Of Means. I will take out Nexus Health Group with their MISOGYNISTIC Policy and Procedures with the MISOGYNIST operating MISOGYNY under cover of NHS England. You had posted a video on YouTube accusing Dr. Joanna Pennack of Nexus Health Group of misogyny. MM Response: Is this not the fact? You have previously posted similar videos such as one regarding a previous staff member and included their personal mobile number in the video. MM Response: Why is she/he a previous staff and how did I get their Personal Mobile Number? Your video posts compromises the safety of our staff and constitutes malicious communication. MM Response: Can Nexus Health Group stop DEFAMATION of Mervelee Myers please? As an employer, Nexus Health Group has a duty of care for the health and safety of its staff. MM Response: So why is Nexus Health Group putting Mervelee Myers health and safety at risk after Dr. Joanna Pennack joined the Practice? We also have a legal responsibility to provide a safe and secure working environment for staff. MM Response: Let me take Nexus Health Group back to 2003-2008 at Kings College NHS Foundation Trust at Mapother House Day Nursery. Violent or abusive behaviour including harassment towards staff or patients may result in removal from our Practice list. MM Response: I would warn Nexus Health Group to think seriously about the narratives used to DEFAME my name. We also follow the NHS guidance concerning Zero Tolerance and it is our responsibility to remind you of this and to insist that you abide by the aforementioned policy in all your dealings with your registered practice. MM Response: Are we talking about the Not Fit for Purpose NHS Guidance from 2004 when I had to report the NHS toxic workplace to CRB about Glendalyn Abaoayge Manager at Mapother House Day Nursery who was a Figure Head of the House Slaves and Coconuts with Mary Currie. We request that you removed the videos by Friday 23rd August 2024 MM Response: Seems as if Nexus Health Group MISOGYNIST were not aware of my appointment at the Artesian Centre. For the information about the Nexus Health Group UNPROFESSIONALS I was at the appointment made for me on the 22nd August 2024 when I was so DEPRESSED I could hardly function. Dear Ms Myers,
My name is Gayle Lewis, and I am a Patient Complaint Officer at King’s College Hospital. My reason for contacting you is to introduce myself and to confirm we are taking the concerns you raised about your recent experience at King’s forward through the formal complaints process. MM Response: I will go back to Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Mapother House Nursery 2003-2008 and the first nervous breakdown. After the death of my brother with colon cancer age 56 years old. I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson’s research paper for the Policy Studies Institute “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” recommended to ACAS. I was abandoned by UNISON, the NHS GP, LEA, LSB, the CAB, organisations and individuals that left me to be the victim of systemic discrimination. The Trust aims to have investigated your concerns within 40 working days. MM Response: What is PALS waiting on and am I the only one who is DYSLEXIC? Once our investigations are complete we will send you a formal response in a letter from one of our Executive team. MM Response: It is now 28th August 2024 so what is happening to the formal response? The patterns of MISOGYNY from the time I raised concerns at Kings about children with SEND can be tracked to why the Judiciary of England and Wales presided over the first miscarriages of justice when I was accused of making up disabilities and not a credible witness. If at any stage we find we need more time to complete our investigations we will contact you to inform you of this. MM Response: I will tell the world that the discrimination started at Kings 2003-2008 and 2024 when my husband was NEGLECTED on BYRON ward. I was assaulted on the 6th April 2024 when Nurse Betty called the racist security I assaulted staff. I was tired after attending the “Windrush Vigil” but it was my duty to visit my husband in the hospital. I ended up in A&E because I was manhandled by haters and the staff who were struggling to cope.
I have read your account of what happened and apologise that this led to you raising a complaint. MM Response: How many complaints have I raised since I contacted UNISON about the treatment at KINGS. To http://www.leyf.org.uk and the MISOGYNIST thinking they can get away like Gayle Lewis is ducking and diving.
To aid our investigation into your concerns, I have listed key points that you have asked us to respond to. MM Response: Mervelee Myers stories are documented online and as a result of the HATE CRIMES of me and my husband I got 700K views on one of the videos of my husband in the HOSPITAL. There is no way the MISOGYNY can be hidden anymore. The question is what does the BLACK persons failing their own believe in?
• Complainant arrived to witness Mr Tomlinson falling out of bed, the nurse accompanying the complainant did not notice this MM Response Nurse Betty is just a careless, overworked AFRICAN acting like those who sold our ANCESTORS into SLAVERY.
• Complainant decided to video events as wanted a record of the incidents that took place. MM Response: There is no question about the reasons I create contents. Refer to videos in Guys Hospital.
• Complainant states that nursing staff were abusive towards her and not caring for her husband appropriately. MM Response: Fact.
• Security staff were called and ejected (roughly handling her, causing her fingernail to break). MM Response: Why did Gayle Lewis put emphasis on my broken finger nail? Did she think I was taken to A&E because of my BROKEN FINGER NAIL? Her from the building – MM Response: Refer to the appointment on 21st August 2024 with the Mental Health Practitioner and the recommendations. She asked for her coat which was returned with money missing from the pocket. MM Response: I was expected to leave the hospital after I was tricked to leave my husband’s bedside without my coat with my keys in it. How was I to get back indoors without my keys and bus pass that were in my pocket.
• Was safeguarding in place for complainant’s husband. MM Response: Can KINGS answer the question?
To ensure we understand the key points within your complaint that you would like answered and to ensure a thorough investigation takes place, I want to ensure that I have accurately presented your key concerns. MM Response: I consider Gayle Lewis to be biased and working under the MISOGYNISTIC laws of the Judiciary of England and Wales that have presided over the miscarriages of justice after the death of my brother age 56 with colon cancer. My mother with dementia. Now after the CRISIS I went through during July 2023 I was labelled a VIOLENT NUISANCE. Facing IMPRISONMENT and EVICTION gagged with Contempt of Court. Well Gayle Lewis will be exposed like all in the BAME community who discriminated against me and my husband. What does Gayle Lewis need to understand about my complaints? My husband was NEGLECTED and I was ASSAULTED by RACIST Security Nurse Betty called and lied about me. It would also be helpful to understand the outcome you are seeking. MM Response: Now the outcome I am seeking is relevant to what the NHS has done to deny me my ENTITLEMENTS. But now the NHS England is joining in the MISOGYNY colluding with Nexus Health Group. Typical outcomes from raising a complaint would be:
• An official explanation in the form of a written response. MM Response: What official written response is Gayle Lewis talking about? The NHS is not FIT For PURPOSE.
• An apology for a poor experience. MM Response: It’s too late now for an apology.
• Process improvements to help ensure a similar occurrence does not happen in the future. MM Response: This happened in 2008 at KINGS and in 2024 am hearing CRAP about improvement.
• Potential retraining for staff, if identified through the course of the investigation. MM Response: Those responsible will be named including the Nexus Health Group MISOGYNIST.
